Arc 1: Age of All Might

Toshinori Yagi was a boy with a quirk he believed was weak. However one hero saw what he did and deemed him worthy of his quirk. And now he must go through trials to earn the quirk, and become the next No 1 hero in the world. Along the way he will develop feelings for a certain green haired woman who goes to the same school!
Arc 1 Chapter 1: Becoming Acquainted
A young Toshinori Yagi was walking through the streets of Musutafu. He was on his way to U.A. High, the most prestigious school for heroes. Toshinori was fortunate to have a quirk, but it was weak at first. But thanks to the guidance of a pro hero who took him on as her apprentice, it became stronger. To make sure he wasn't late, he decided to take a shortcut. He then heard a scream. He heard a cry for help, and he needed to see what it was.
He followed the sound of the scream and found himself in an alleyway. He saw three goons looking for trouble. They were surrounding a girl with green hair. She looked like she was wearing the same uniform as he was.
One of the thugs came closer to her.
"Hey mates, look who we have here, a hot chick," he said to other thugs, "How about you take away our stress by using your body, huh."
The girl backed away even further. The leader realized he needed to get serious. He pulled out a knife. He then got closer, much to the girl's horror. Toshinori decided to play hero. He started to buff up into a muscular form of himself.
"If you don't give me what you got, then I promise you, it's gonna hurt," he said.
"Pardon me for butting in, but you should know that guns are dangerous," said a voice.
The three goons turned to see Toshinori in his muscle form. He also made his voice sound different in order to disguise himself.
"Especially in the hands of the untrained," he continued, "Now would you be so kind as to explain why you are harassing this young lady?"
"Uh we were just horsing around," one of the thugs said, secretly scared.
"Does she seem like she's having fun?" Toshinori asked with a vein in his head.
The other two goons were too scared to answer his question. Toshinori stepped forward, ready to give them a pounding.
"I'm late somewhere and I really don't wanna have to do this," Toshinori said, "So why don't you all move along and stop bullying this young girl."
The leader came to him with a knife swinging it around, showing he means business.
"Get back punk!" he said, "I'm warnin' ya!
Toshinori was unphased by this threat. He took the knife from his hand and broke it into pieces with his bare hand.
"...Right," the thug said.
Toshinori then raised his hand up doing an uppercut showing what his quirk can do. He used a small amount of power so he didn't cause collateral damage. If the thugs weren't scared before, they certainly were now. Toshinori bent down to them.
"This is the part where you run," he whispered.
The thugs started to run away. Toshinori gave a hearty laugh. He then turned to the girl who they were attacking.
'Who is this angel'
"Are you alright, miss?" he asked her.
The girl looked up and nodded.
"I'm fine, thank you," she said, "You saved me."
"It's all part of the job," Toshinori said as he gave her a trademark smile, "Are you on the way somewhere? Perhaps I can take you there."
"Well, I was on the way to U.A," the girl said, "My name is Inko by the way."
"And I am a pro hero just on patrol but I don't really have a name for myself yet," Toshinori said, "Jump on and I can give you a lift."
Inko climbed onto Toshinori's back. He jumped into the air and made his way to U.A, jumping from building to building at a slow pace so he wouldn't scare Inko. Soon afterwards they made it to U.A's campus. Inko then stepped down.
"Thank you again," Inko said, "Good luck on your hero career!"
She rushed into the building. After she was gone, Toshinori then went to the back of the school. Smoke started coming out of his body and he shrunk down to his regular self.
"Man, maintaining that muscle form is a doozy," he said in his regular voice.
The door opened up. It was Toshinori's friend David Shield. He went to U.A but he was part of the Hero Support course.
"Toshinori there you are," he said, "Where the hell have you been?"
"Well, I was on my way to class when I saw a pretty girl in trouble," Toshinori said, "fortunately I made it before the first…"
The bell rang before Toshinori was able to finish.
"Bell," Toshinori said.
Unknown to him, there was little blush on his face. Later during the day, he was in the homeroom listening to another lecture from the teacher. He was aching for the heroics classes to start. After the class, he went to Enji Todoroki,
"Hey Todoroki, thanks for the notes man." He said to Enji,
"Anything for a friend." he responded.
The heroics classes soon began. This lesson was going to be taught by none other than Nana Shimura, better known as the hero, Paragon. She was the very reason why Toshinori even attended this school.
"Alright everyone, who's ready for heroic classes!" she said, "Today we will be conducting battle training!"
"Oh hell yea, imma 'bout to beat yo ass, hairy bastard and brawler jackass" said a student.
It was none other than Hisashi Midoriya, another student in the heroics course. His quirk allowed him to breathe fire. It matches his personality because he tends to be cocky, believing he will be the next No 1 hero. He was Toshinori's rival, second to Enji Todoroki.
The class met up in the training area. Toshinori was in his hero costume. This costume was designed by David Shield himself, and was made to withstand Toshinori's muscle form. He remembered when he first got the costume.
Flashback
David was in the development studio. The doors to another room opened up. Toshinori stepped out. He was wearing a new hero costume. Needless to say, he looked stylish.
"I made this costume out of cutting-edge material," David said, "It should hold up nicely."
"You really outdid yourself David," Toshinori said with a grin.
Nana arrived in the scene and had a smile on his face. She noticed Toshinori's costume and was impressed by how it looked, especially with the cape.
"Well let's hope you all have the guts for this lesson," Nana said, "In this scenario groups of two will do battle in this very city. The villains will wreak havoc, while the heroes will defeat them, without any damage. The heroes win if they defeat the villains or knock them out of the ring, whereas the villains win if they destroy the city to a certain degree."
The teams were decided. Toshinori was paired up with Crimson Riot. They were going up against Hisashi and Enji. Hisashi was happy about this because he saw this as an opportunity to destroy Toshinori and prove he was better than him. Toshinori started having flashbacks of when he first met Nana Shimura.
Flashback
Toshinori was standing on the other side of Nana Shimura. Moments realier she was dealing with a villain. Toshinori had saved her by using his airforce quirk to push her to safety before the villain could perform his move, then he pushed the villain to Paragon ,who saw Toshinori's nod, and gave a hell of a punch in the villain's face . She felt like she needed to thank the boy personally. As they started talking, Toshinori talked about how he wanted to be a hero.
"The citizens don't have anybody to believe in, which is why I want to become that bridge between the people and peace," Toshinori said.
"So that's what drives you to be a hero, despite what your quirk is," Nana said.
"Yes," Toshinori said, "Which is why I wanted to ask you. With a quirk as weak as mine, do you think I could ever hope to be a hero like you?"
"Toshinori Yagi, is that right?" Nana asked, "Listen well young man, its not the quirk that makes the person, but rather, the person that makes the hero. It matters not what quirk you have, as long as you use it for something good. You saved my life, and I believe you can become a true hero."
Toshinori smiled, relieved at this answer.
"Truth be told, I have been looking for someone to hold my quirk, and it looks like you're just the right candidate."
"Hold your quirk?" Toshinori asked.
"My quirk is known as One For All," Nana said, "Its a quirk that is passed down from one person to the next like a sacred torch. Many people before me have used it. I pick you to be my next successor."
Toshinori couldn't believe it. The hero he looked up to chose him to be her successor! How could he turn this opportunity down."
"Ok," he said.
And so began his 10 months of training for the entrance exam. In addition to training his quirk, he was also getting his body ready to hold the quirk One For All. He did everything from pushing objects to laps around tracks. In a short timespan, his body was ready to hold the quirk. There was only one thing left to be done.
He had to eat a piece of Nana's hair. In order to inherit One For All, he needed to swallow some of her DNA.
Toshinori smiled thinking about that day. He got out of his daydream when he realized his match was about to start. He joined Crimson Riot and they entered the city.
