Trapdoor
There's several corpses on the floor. Its dark. The only light is coming from the moon in the window. Three visible but by the trail of blood leading to another room, likely more. One is slumped over forward, he'd appear alive if not for the knife in the back and the fact he's been motionless for hours. Another man is laying with his stomach facing the ceiling, a broom with a blade tied on impaling his heart. The last man is curled in a ball with a slit throat.
There's five living people at the scene. The perpetrators, two children who can't be older than the age of ten. They're likely younger. A boy with hatred in his eyes and a little girl who just looks… tired. The boy's father stands in the doorway. His shock and horror evident on his face. There's two other figures unseen by the rest. A teenager who looks like an older version of the boy, clothes and all. The man next to him looks like an older brother to both him and the boy. But unlike the three people around him his hair is blonde instead of black or brown. The teenager speaks.
"I… am just me… I always have been. I guess you thought the two of us were the same. But you're wrong."
The father checks the bodies. Checking if anyone's alive. Find out why his son is suddenly a killer.
"If someone tries to steal my freedom away… I won't hesitate to take theirs." He's talking about himself, the boy. The boy is shouting at the father. About how the animals deserved to die and be slaughtered like animals. How the men he killed deserve worse than what they got. The father is failing at calming the boy down.
"Our father didn't make me that way. I have been like this since I was born."

Kariya Matou wakes up in a cold sweat. That dream… it was about the Berserker he summoned. The one who didn't look like a Berserker or insane. Who claimed he hadn't died yet and refused to acknowledge him as Master. He stabbed two men to death with neither remorse nor hesitation as a child... Even if it appeared to be self defense it didn't seem… normal. Kariya was beginning to realize he summoned a monster to this Holy Grail War.

"I hate the idea of spending my whole life inside the walls. Ignorant of whats happening in the outside world! And besides, if there's no one to carry on… everyone who died up to now will have died in vain…"
…
"I'll put an end to this world! Give me your strength"
…
"You don't need to serve anyone. You can be the one to choose."
…
"Stay here for eternity… or end it all."
…
"Were you the one who led me here?"
…
"I am descended from royal blood!"
…
"You must have been waiting… all this time. Waiting 2,000 years… just for somebody…"
…
"You defended me back there… Everyone fought for my sake. That's enough for me…"
"Maybe for you… but I don't accept it"
…
"My goal… is to protect the people of Paradis Island who bore and raised me…"
…
"But the world desires the extinction of the people of Paradis"
…
"Their hatred has grown beyond this island"
…
"I reject their desire"
…
"Fight… Fight…"
Memories flashed through Eren's mind. Sitting beneath the tree as Mikasa wakes him. Armin's book. Training with Reiner. Historia's coronation. His half brother visiting him in the Liberio hospital. Kruger's family being burned alive. His aunt, Grisha Yeager's baby sister, being fed to dogs. And lastly, his mother being eaten by the Smiling Titan, Dina, as his hometown burned to the ground.
He didn't wake up with a cold sweat. Instead it was just a hollow emptiness. The room the Matou Clan gave him wasn't bad. It was average sized with nearly no furniture. He could feel the old man's eyes on him at all times but knew the geezer wasn't stupid enough to try anything. Somehow, immediately after the Rumbling he was summoned to this world. The man who summoned him was sickly looking, pale as a corpse, scarred and could barely stand. Kariya was his name. He was being blackmailed by the old man, Zouken, with the safety of the mansion's only other human resident, a young girl.
At first he thought it was some type of divine punishment, that he was struck dead and sent to hell for what he did, but when the old man explained the rules, he realized he wasn't getting off that easy. He was stuck in some tournament with other "heroes". Despite what the old man explained, his body didn't feel any different. He hadn't tested it yet but he could still feel the power of the three Titans inside of him. He didn't like the half-dead man having the ability to control him 3 times but he had the feeling he could resist if he tried hard enough. Kariya didn't look too tough. This Grail, could apparently grant any wish. Though it sounded too good to be true, it was something the Attack Titan holder was going to attempt. All he needs to do now is to keep moving forward.
Thanks for reading! Next chapter I'm probably going with the fight at the Fuyuki docks. I've had this idea in my mind for some time, and unlike my other stories I already have the whole thing planned out. I'm looking forward to Eren's interactions with Saber and Gilgamesh. Especially because of what both of their wishes are and how they play into Eren's strive for freedom and what he's already been through in Attack On Titan. Make sure to follow/favorite and leave a review if you like.
