Issei Hyoudou had a lot of things happen to him. During his childhood, Issei's parents were badly injured during a car crash. In this event, Issei made a promise to keep his hope alive, saving his own life as an adolescent when he was one of the first few Gates sacrificed during a solar eclipse.
Subjected to the Sabbath, Issei managed to keep his inner monster inside him, it was some kind of dragon, it was trying to emerge from him but Issei wanted to face despair head-on. As the result of beating the despair and keeping his hope, he obtained magical powers.
Being the only one to survive the eclipse, White Wizard entrusted a young girl named Koyomi to Issei and gave him a Wizardriver and the Flame Ring. White Wizard took Issei to hunt down the monsters of despair called Phantoms as Kamen Rider Wizard. Issei took the job to seek and prevent others from falling into despair and to protect his and their hope.
Now, taking a break and going to school, Issei was asked out on the date by a girl named Amano Yūma. What Issei didn't know was that Amano was a Fallen Angel, who was banished from Heaven. Amano's real name is Raynare and she was tasked to watch and kill Issei. Raynare had thought she could end this quickly but what she didn't know was that Issei was a few steps ahead of her.
Raynare leaned in to kiss Issei, hoping that was enough of a distraction to kill the teen, before stabbing Issei with a light spear, something touched her stomach. Raynare opens her eyes to look down and see a gun jabbed at her stomach. She looks back up to see Issei with a confident smirk.
"Caught you!" Issei then pulled the trigger, firing silver bullets at the Fallen Angel.
The Fallen Angel screamed in pain as she pushed back and rolled on the floor. Raynare looks up at Issei with pained eyes.
"Issei… why would you-?" But Issei cut her off.
"I know what you are, Fallen Angel." Raynare's eyes widened at her words. "The White Wizard told me you guys exist but I'd never expected it to be true."
Raynare got back up and growled at the teen, "You bastard, you'll pay for that!" Raynare's appearance changes with her now in a more revealing outfit and black feathery wings. "I'll kill you and take your Sacred Gear!"
"Sacred Gear? I don't know what that is but I do have something better," Issei says.
"What?!" Raynare glared at the teen.
"Here let me show you," Issei smirks and he puts on a ring that has an image of a hand, similar to the one on his buckle.
DRIVER ON, PLEASE!
The stone flashed before light engulfed the belt, transforming it into a silver metal belt with the hand marking in the center much bigger than before with switches on either side of it. Issei then reached to the belt itself and pushed the switches causing the hand to move from pointing to his left side to pointing to his right side. A magic circle lit up in the center before the belt began to...sing?
SHABADOOBI TOUCH HENSHIN! SHABADOOBI TOUCH HENSHIN! SHABADOOBI TOUCH HENSHIN!
Issei held up his left hand with the ruby circular gem on it. Pressing a hidden mechanism on it, he pushed a metal siding forward over the stone, making it look like a face with large eyes on it, saying only one word as he brought it to his changed belt and said. "Henshin!"
FLAME, PLEASE! HII HII, HII HII HII!
Swiping the ring, Issei held his left arm out to the side. In front of said hand, a large magic circle materialized which was bright red and had flames licking at the edges. The circle then moved once fully manifested, passing over Issei's form. As his body passed through it, it emerged and changed.
From head to toe, he was clad in a black bodysuit that concealed his form. The silver belt and chain of rings at his side stayed the same, but the rest was different. His chest was covered in red gem-like armor which was a long line down the middle with three sections on each side that were rectangular, but slightly askew. His shoulders were covered in black armor with silver edges that were decorated with dragon-like crests. From his waist hung a robe-like waist covering which was red on the inside but black on the outside. His wrists and ankles sported bands that were the same ruby red as his chest plate. Finally, his head was concealed by a silver helmet which had a ruby red faceplate decorated like the ring he wore, sporting metal lines making it appear as if it had large eyes with antennae rising from the forehead. This is Kamen Rider Wizard.
"What… what is this?!" Raynare questioned him. "What kind of Sacred Gear is this?!"
"Still don't know what that is but right now it's showtime!" Wizard twirled his WizarSwordGun before aiming it at Raynare.
Wizard started firing silver bullets at the Fallen Angel making her dodge and started to fire her light spears at the young Wizard. Wizard was able to easily dodge the Holy Power from Raynare and destroy them when each light spear made contact with a silver bullet.
Wizard took out a ring and replaced the one on his right finger. He then flicked the Shift Lever of his Wizardriver and scanned his ring.
BIG, PLEASE!
A red magic circle appeared in front of Wizard and placed his hand in it. On the other side of the magic circle, an enlarged version of Wizard's hand and forearm appeared out of it. Raynare was in shock looking at the magic, making her not even notice the large hand reach over her and slapping her to the ground.
"Gah!" Raynare grunted.
"Now this." Wizard replaced his Big Wizard Ring with a new one.
He then flicked the Shift Lever of his Wizardriver once again before scanning his ring over his Driver.
BIND, PLEASE!
Four magic circles appeared around Raynare and before she could fly away from the magic circles metal chains came out of restraining the Fallen Angel.
Raynare tried to break free from the mystical chains but couldn't, "You bastard!" She shouted at Wizard. "Let me out of this?!"
"How about I show you the finale," Wizard says as he ignores her shouts as he opens the hand on his WizarSwordGun.
COME ON A SHOOTING, SHAKE HANDS!
Presenting his hand, Wizard moved it over to the attachment once again.
FLAME, PLEASE! HII HII HII! HII HII HII!
Wizard performed a backflip and while upside down he fired a bombardment of fireballs at Raynare. The Fallen Angel screamed in agony as she then exploded into flames as Wizard landed on his feet. When the flames died, there weren't any signs left of Raynare.
Wizard put on his Connect Wizard Ring and scanned it over hit Driver.
CONNECT PLEASE!
A large red magic circle appeared next to the Mahōtsukai, which took something out of the magic circle. It was a Honda CRF250R offroad bike, also known as the Machinewinger. Wizard climbed over his bike and drove away.
Unbeknownst to Issei, there was a young white-haired girl, watching and listening to the whole fight. If Issei thought this would be the last time he meets a Fallen Angel or anything associated with them, he has another thing coming.
AN: I decided well Issei is associated with a dragon with his Sacred Gear, and I thought of a twist with Ddraig becoming a Phantom, if I wanted to put a bit more plot on this I would but I want to start and finish the Xross Saber's one-shots before Monday.
