Chapter 595.
"The surprise within the cave."
(Castaway Island.)
Now we see the group all busy talking about the other stuff they can do on the island, and they all take turns on sharing what they wanna do for the day, for all of them to enjoy.
Lincoln. "We could go and visit the old refuge from where we last met Bullets, and see how the place is doing since the last time we came to the place."
Jordan. "I think we could use a large family stroll along the beach, and also enjoy the cool and relaxing times of the whole scenario."
Ryan. "I could use some jungle exploration. Because I wanna see what other amazing and unknown wildlife is lurking within the dark jungle."
Gretchen. "I wanna try out those hot springs. I wanna see if they can be far better than what we normally enjoy at the spa."
Adelaide. "Though I'd like a nice ride on the back of a black rhinoceros. I think I could use some water fun, and ride on the back of Plessy again!"
Sid. "Oh, I am so with Adelaide on that one. We had an awesome time the other day, and Plessy was so awesome and cool, and the way she cruised through the water made her feel far better than any ride we've been on."
Michelle. "As much fun as it would be to go back to the hot springs… I don't think that's such a good idea, and we're not having a repeat from last year. We could just spend some time on the Jacuzzi up on the roof."
Luna. "I think going back to where Bullets roosted sounds like a chill idea, but some time in a Jacuzzi is also a pretty wicked sick gig too. Because we're not going back to those hot springs."
Sam. "I'm with Lunes and Michelle, but some time to explore would be fun. We didn't get to go last time, and I think we should all go as a group and see what wildlife is lurking there."
They then look towards Becca who is done making her coffee and she takes a sip from it. "What?"
"What about you Mrs. Chang?" asked Jordan. "Do you wanna plan something for all of us?"
Becca chuckles at this. "Well, now I think I do have something in mind." she then has a map of the island and they look at it. "Now, from what I recall from what you guys told us. There is the cave of Plessy, and I wanna see how well maintained it is and how Plessy is adapting to living there for some time."
"She's an amazing creature and is a true rare species, and another thing I need to know if the gender of the lake monster, because he doesn't seem to show it. So, how about it every one? Some cave exploration at Plessy's home?"
They all look to each other and smile, and then look towards Becca Chang. "Mom, that idea sounds awesome!" said Sid. "Let's go and check out, Plessy! Another round of fun time with the lake monster!"
They all get up and head back to their rooms and they get their swimming gear ready and whatever else they need, while Becca has her stuff ready in the living room and then she recalls from the FutureTech reports since they have been watching over the island.
"Says here that they have noticed some odd behavior from Plessy during the seasons of fall to winter, and it has nothing to do with the cold weather that was coming. Plessy is capable of adapting and surviving through the harshest weather, as her DNA was sampled and she's not a lake monster."
"Plessy is a rare species of dinosaurs that haven't been recorded and are mostly waterborne and don't take any reason to reside on land, they don't have a name for such creature, but they have had theories of calling Plessy the lake monster, a water horse."
"But that can't be made confirmed unless we can seek out what lies within the cave, and recently she hasn't allowed anyone to come anywhere near her home, because she is not sued to folks she doesn't know. So, we leave this research to you, Becca Chang. See what is making Plessy act up."
Becca then thinks about this report and it has her worried. 'Now, what the heck is Plessy up to and what's gotten her flippers all riled up?'

The group are now walking into the cave of the Lake monster and this is the first time for those who haven't been, the only ones who did enter this place were Lincoln and Jordan.
They look around and the group are in shock. "Whoa!"
Lincoln and Jordan however are not surprised, and they just smirk at what they see. The walls of the cave sparkle and shine as they always do, and because of the hole above the cave which allows the lighting to come in, reflect the light from the water and they bounce to the walls.
The walls are still covered in rare gems and diamonds, and they make the cave look like the night sky is inside and showing off its extravagant glow. The walls are not made of rock, it's all obsidian due to the island once harboring a volcano.
"Wow! This place is so beautiful!" said Gretchen as she records all of this and Ryan takes some pics.
Michelle looks to the gems on the walls. "I see some amethysts and other quartz and a Garnet as well. This cave is a living jewelry store, but without the discount sales and long lines! This is amazing!"
Sam chuckles and she looks to the light blue gem. "Dudes, I just an awesome idea for an album cover."
Sid then looks around. "So, where the heck is Plessy? I thought she'd be here by now and…" Then the Lake Monster surfaces and looks to the group. "Plessy!"
Adelaide also goes over and she hugs the head of the Lake Monster and this makes Plessy smile. They all go over and pet the head of the Lake Monster, and then he dives into the water. "Looks like he wants us to go into the water" replied Becca.
"Then last one in is a rotten egg!" Adelaide does a cannon ball and so does Sid, Lincoln and Jordan. The others also join in and use their breathing devices to keep them underwater for as long as they want.
They all look around the water they're swimming in, and they look around and see the gems on the walls of the underwater cave are making the place look amazing. Then Plessy swims by them and Adelaide rides on her back.
The other smile seeing Adelaide enjoy herself, and then Lincoln and Jordan see the hole in the bottom of the watery cave, and the hole is still blocked up by the large boulder they sent down, to secure the treasure of Blackbeard that doesn't belong to them.
'At least that's well-hidden and kept in one place and… Wait, what the heck is that?' Lincoln then swims over to something, and the others follow and then Plessy sees where he's headed and follows as well.
They go over to some rocks and see something that shocks them. A single egg, and it has some glowing veins around it and it's rooted in place. Everyone is surprised by this. 'Whoa! Whoa! What the heck?!'
Becca then realizes what this means. 'I knew it, I freaking knew it from the whole start of this stay and the theory I had.' They all surface and head back up top, and they go to land.
"Did you guys see that big bluish egg?!" asked Ryan.
"That egg was glowing" said Gretchen. "Do eggs glow?!"
Sid then recalls. "Depending on the kind of species, but the size of that egg! Bigger than an ostrich egg!"
"That means Plessy is a mommy!" said Adelaide as she hugs Plessy. The others are still trying to sort out what they saw, and then Jordan sees the egg is not too far from the shallows and she can clearly see the egg which was hidden in the rocks.
She touches that area of the shallows and feels the water. "Feels warm, like a kettle warm."
Becca then goes over and sees this. "Everyone, Plessy is both mum and dad. Plessy is a transgender beast, and he can be able to lay an egg without the need of a mate. Which could only mean, that the researches of FutureTech were right. Plessy is a Water Horse."
Now that surprises them. "Wait, like the Lochness monster?" asked Sam. "I did watched a movie with my family called the Water Horse and that movie was beautiful."
"Well, sorta" said Becca. "Which also means…." She then pets the head of the Lake Monster. "That egg hatches, Plessy won't be around anymore. The new one, will be hatched an orphan."
This shocks them and Plessy nods. "So, how long does Plessy live for?" asked Gretchen.
Becca goes over and scratches the chin of the lake monster. "No clue, but sooner or later, when the time does come. Then Plessy won't be around and the new Lake Monster will take its place. This is something we need to tell the FutureTech guys, so that they can watch over and defend the new lake monster."
They all felt bad, they won't be able to see Plessy for too long once the egg hatches and they don't even know when the egg will hatch. Lincoln then has an idea. 'Maybe next time. All of us can come and visit Plessy, for a one day thing.'
Luna then looks to the water. "How about we just spend some nice and relaxing time cruising through this cave water? It's nice and warm, and pretty clear as glass."
They all agree to the idea and they dive into the cave's water and they enjoy swimming around and playing with the Lake Monster Plessy.
They all wanna make the most of their time, with the legendary Lake Monster of Lake Eddy.
Day 4 of the one week stay on Castaway Island, in the middle of Lake Eddy.

A/N: Now that is something we did not see coming, and I decided to go with the idea after I watched a rerun of the movie called "The Water Horse." Again, that movie makes me cry, and chances in future chapters… They'll have to say goodbye, to Plessy. Leave a review and tell me what you all think.
