(BTW I made Ais have 6 years on Bell instead of 2, because they have a spirit connection along with Bell also being able to get stronger extremely fast, I mean he almost leveled up in 4 days and has some unknown force within him which could make him draw with a level 6. I know you think it is dumb, but think about Albert being the strongest adventurer to exist before the gods came down. Feel free to write any criticism, I won't care :)

Bell had finally entered the dungeon for the first time after his mean family and learnt that he had a very rare and powerful magic Via Shilheim, which he could use as a shield

Unknowingly his goddess had hidden his other magics and he truly didn't know his abilities

Bell Cranel was able to hold his own against Allen Fromel, a very strong adventurer, but he would certainly lose when Allen was using his spear skill, but somehow he had some power dormant within him which could heal him and it provided him much more strength.

He hated his familia and he didn't want to be a follower, 'a sheep' as his grandpa had put it and rather wanted to see all new things and find his own way and never let anyone force him. He had learned from his grandpa that sometimes the best and richest things weren't supposed to come easily.

Bell was 10 and was unaware of how much death and destruction occurred during the dungeon and was alone with no one to guide him because the Freya familia usually had no need for a guide so Misha was lazy, and had new magic, he was going to get much stronger unlike his fighting with Ottar, in which he never felt his life on the line. He needed to experience death to become stronger, he felt much stronger after his battle with Allen compared to his training with Ottar.

Just as Ottar had told him that he sensed fear in his blade, when he had attacked there was fear that he would kill someone and when he defended he feared being killed, and that in order for him to be much stronger he needed to firm his will.

He then came to the belief that countless life and death battles were needed in order for him to become stronger to things that were equivalent to him in strength, just as Allen was more acclimated towards the battle. He needed instinct.

Half of being an adventurer is about having a firm heart and forming a battle spirit against anything, even if it is hopeless.

The dungeon was cold, it reeked of blood and despair of adventurers who had died in it, the dimly lit walls and the cramped floors made him feel unwelcomed and had more than affected his morale. Bell was afraid, but he would not turn back.

He had nothing waiting for him back there, at most his goddess, but she didn't respect Bell's will at all and dismissed it as only being a child's nonsensical rambling and that she had known better.

Back in Folkvangr

Freya was expecting to see her beautiful baby boy when waking up in their home, instead of Babil, where she would usually stay and come back once a week to update their falna, because she grew bored of her children.

But something eventful happened, she had run into a soul, which captivated her, usually she had trapped others within her beautiful charm, but ironically she had trapped within the boy's charm.

She wanted the boy to not go into the dungeon, after seeing him fight Allen, she expected him to get much stronger and form a will to become stronger than him, to better serve her. But unexpectedly when she saw Allen use his skill and Bell use his aura to try to resist him, she didn't want anything to happen to Bell.

Starting now, she was going to be much softer to the boy, after she realized he had begun to hate the familia and view her as annoying. But to think about it, she was beauty itself, everyone was dying to be noticed by her and this kid was trying to avoid her and switch familias. Why, What was wrong with this brat?

How did he have such rare elf magic? What was that aura? Were some questions that had flowed through the goddess' mind. Is he related to some elf, Riveria I suppose has green eyes, was there any chance he was related to her?

But she didn't care about his bloodline or anything. All that mattered to her was that her cute child was smiling instead of crying from being in the familia. She wanted to restart and try to be nice to the kid and make the familia a warm place for him to be in.

When she entered Bell's room, it was empty and she was angry, she didn't bother to read his emotions when she last checked on him. He was crying in his room after being bullied by Allen and surprisingly, he had great healing.

Did he learn about his magic and run off to the dungeon? No she believed, there was no one dumb enough to rush into the dungeon without knowing any of their skills and what was in the dungeon. Only someone suicidal would do that, the dungeon was a ruthless killing machine which had shown no mercy.

But the boy still needed to prove himself worthy of reaching a level 2 that was what was crazy. After a huge battle with a level 6, he was still not enough to reach a level 2, but the green aura had completely amplified his power 10 times over.

And argonaut put some strain on the boy, but it practically had added another level to him, and

Allen's main strength came from his magical abilities, and it seemed that Allen was still holding back, but still trying to demolish the boy's spirit. That magical ability was something that Ottar had feared, and put Allen above Finn at the level 6 rank.

Freya had used her arcanum to locate the boy and he had already made it to floor 18, she was shocked, this boy was far too careless and it seemed that he had woken up at dawn and decided to go to the dungeon. She was about to send Ottar to beat up Bell and bring him back, but she had seen something in his soul, it seemed as if it had changed to something more beautiful, it was resembling a mixture of colors and it was shining brightly like a beacon in her dim world. It seemed as a great adventurer was just what the boy needed, but he had only stayed in the familia for a week.

However, she sent Hogni to go guard the boy, judging from how he had saw the boy cried after fighting Allen and stating that he did not want to be in the familia, all of the first class adventurers had the hobby of staying outside of Freya's room in case they needed to be service of her. And they noticed that the boy was crying and afraid of her, although they believed that goddess' attention was important, they felt pity for the kid because he didn't want to be there, and get Freya's affection.

Time Skip

21st floor, was a floor filled with green and vegetation, it was confusing for Bell because the first impressions of the dungeon were completely wrong, he assumed it was supposed to fill adventurers with dread, but as he went deeper in it became more beautiful, he was finally having time to enjoy himself, adventuring exploring new things and seeing the beauty of the dungeon, for the first time he had seen plants, and monsters and was strong enough to kill them with ease.

He was going through the floor and usually monsters would tend to never get sneak attacks off because he would accidentally end up dodging them, like one time he had dropped his dagger when a minotaur was trying to hit him from behind and he was unaware of it and realized that he had epically dodged it, and the other time on the 18th floor where a level 4 member of evilus planned to kill the boy ended up tripping and falling on their cursed dagger which slit his throat. And his last moments were Bell crying about seeing that he couldn't save the man because he still bleed through after using the only healing potion Bell had.

Freya nearly had a heart attack watching this because Hogni did not arrive to protect the boy from the cruel world. Although monsters were supposed to be the most dangerous thing in the dungeon, now in the age of Evilus the most dangerous were other adventurers. The boy could be easily fooled and tricked because he was lonely and pure, even if you took the gear that she had given him, he wouldn't be angry, or even take the magic crystals and drops which he fought for he wouldn't care.

But most importantly when watching the boy in the dungeon, she noticed that he picked up only the magic crystals, despite getting drops many times. Most likely because he did not notice they existed.

While Freya was watching the boy smiling and going through the 21st floor freely something unspeakable had occurred. She was suffering excruciating pain at the idea of losing her stunning child, which was akin to the sun in eternal darkness.

A lambon had struck the boy who was blessed with luck... A lambdon was extremely rare at such a floor and was one of the worst monsters for new adventurers, it was a snake monster that lived in the 37th floor and would tunnel up and wipe out parties rarely, it was 12 meters long and 6 meters wide, and would even drag higher ranked adventurers which could survive in their mouth down to the 37th.

Their mouth was heavily poisoned and acidic and Bell didn't not have abnormal resistance and his flesh was melting rapidly, and he was being dragged out to the 37th floor.

His last thoughts were that' This was how it ends'
