I'm so, so sorry I haven't been uploading on a regular basis. I'm not even sure how many of you are still interested in this story.
The reason I haven't been able to upload new chapters is I have a severely infected tooth and it has been bothering me for months now, but I thought insurance wouldn't cover the root canal specialist I need. I've been dealing with that and finally got an appointment with an in network endodontist, but now that I have that appointment I've developed a sever ear infection and a crap ton of sinus pressure. The pain in my ear is so bad it feels like my eardrum is going to burst. Not to mention my three year old has been fighting a urinary tract infection and now I'm worried that I won't be well in time for my dentist appointment.
With all the stress over finances to get my tooth taken care of, my daughter being sick and now I'm experiencing physical pain that is so bad I can't think straight I haven't been able to sit down and concentrate on writing.
I'm thinking about taking down and rewriting the last chapter that I posted because it sucked. Now that I think about it, Katie not being able to control herself around fresh blood makes now sense considering that she stayed completely composed in a restaurant full of murdered humans when Rebekah and Katie met up with Elijah. I don't know what I was thinking when I wrote that...
I do have big plans for this story. So please don't give up on me... I'll update with new chapters when I can, but with the way things in my life are going it may not be any time too soon.
