Hey guys. I know you were probably expecting a new chapter, but I have an important announcement regarding this story.
There will not be any chapters for the rest of the month. I hate doing this to you guys, but I feel like I need a break from writing. Stress from work has gotten me kinda frustrated, and I think that has impacted my writing a bit. Don't get any funny ideas about me abandoning this story, though. I've had a lot of fun writing this thing, and I sure ain't gonna leave it unfinished. I just need a few weeks to relax a bit, recharge my creative batteries, in a sense.
To help facilitate this relaxation, I have swallowed my pride, and am currently playing Pokemon Omega Ruby. At this point in time, I have played over 20 hours on it… And I bought it only 4 days ago. Man, that game is addicting and nostalgic as heck.
However, since I am taking a little break, does anyone have any questions about the story so far? Maybe on New Years Day or Eve, I'll put up a Red Vs. Blue-style Public Service Announcement chapter and answer those questions. Either leave a review asking them, or send me a private message.
I do hope you understand my reasoning about taking a break. 39 chapters and over 30,000 views is amazing for being my first story ever written on this site, but *points at myself* this guy isn't a machine.
