AN : Yo, hello and welcome to another part of my insanity. Now then, let's get started on.. Something else. I always had this question, what if Naruko went with Sasuke to Orochimaru? Maybe this will answer that?

Konohagakure
Sasuke had made his decision. His encounter with his older brother, the object of his vengeance, gave him.. A new power, and also.. A reason to chase said vengeance. He had two choices, either he go to Orochimaru, and get the power to win, or stay at Konoha, and remain weak. He realized that he may have the power to face him, but.. No, he will get the power any way necessary. The Uchiha had made his choice. He was kind of grateful for his teammate and best friend.. And, does he felt so strong towards her that her death in a dream world awakened his Mangekyo Sharingan?
He walked to the village exit, only for him to bump into said teammate. "Sasuke?" The whiskered blonde asked her teammate who was about to ignore her, only for him to stop.
"Yo, Usuratonkachi. What are you doing this late in night?" He asked her in a neutral tone. She gave him a look of disbelief as she saw his.. Backpack.
"Where are you going now?" She asked him in a serious tone. He gave her a neutral look.
"Orochimaru." He replied curtly. She gave him a sad look. He was prepared for her to fight him, but whatever he was going to think, he never expected her to say the next few words.
"Then I'm going with you." She replied seriously. So seriously he was shocked and his eyes widened a bit. Why would she..? "Sasuke, I'm hated for being the Jinchuriki of the Kyubi." She revealed to him, making him feel a bit.. Ashamed of treating her badly, now everything made sense. The look of disdain, the cold glares, the bullying.. "So, someone have to be there to help you out.. Remain the Sasuke I know and love." Huh?
"Oi, Usuratonkachi, do you love me?" Sasuke asked her in shock. Does she even know what that meant?
"Maybe? I mean, you're my best friend, so, I think that.. I can't let you die on me." Her words were like magic to him. He shook his head before she asked him, "So, your clan, did it had any Jutsus that can help you out on your quest?" Her question made him.. Think things thorougly, like very crystal clear about what she asked. He shrugged and she nodded.
"The Uchiha clan compound then?" He asked as she nodded seriously. They walked swifter than ever. As soon as they arrived, she made a few dozens of shadow clones which spread out and hurried up to find any Jutsu scroll. The clones rummaged through the compound as Sasuke activated his.. New power. A flower like pattern emerged in his pupils. The black pupil had six red petals like tomoes.
"Sasuke, your eyes.. So beautiful." Naruko said randomly and he gave her a quirked eyebrow. Does she even know what she's talking about?
"So, no one come close to this place.." Sasuke replied, ignoring her declaration. She nodded as she tried to remember the Anbus patrols that always stopped whenever she approached her in her youth, and they never got inside this very compound.
"No, even as a young girl, they never chased me this far.. Whenever I got in, none of them followed me, why?" She asked and he nodded as he remembered why.
"Because it's.. You're not afraid of ghosts, are you?" He started as he asked her only for her to nod. 'Okay, better not tell her that this is the most haunted place in all of Konoha.' And soon enough, her clones arrived one by one. As they dropped their loads, they disspelled, and she got their memories.
"Sasuke, why am I remembering things my clones just did?" Naruko asked the Uchiha who gave her a surprised look. Was they the real purpose of the Shadow Clones?
"Who knows? I mean, I have no idea whatsoever." He replied calmly as the last clone arrived. Sasuke pulled out a sealing scroll and put everything in it before Naruko nodded. Her last clone arrived with one last thing : Her backpack and everything of value in her house.
"Ok, let's go." She told him and they both walked out. They met with Orochimaru's four henchmen who decided, why not let her join them. However, she told them that she will not be fighting any Konoha ninjas. Before they could have done anything, Sasuke glared at them with his Sharingan, keeping the Mangekyo as a last resort trump card.
"Touch her, and you die!" He warned icily as they clicked their tongues. She sighed at their idiocy. She didn't want to fight any Konoha ninjas so it would NOT attract any unwanted attention. Even she wasn't that dumb.
They didn't notice a crow that was watching them with a Sharingan eye..
The next day
Tsunade woke up only to see a report on her desk. Said report said that Uchiha Sasuke had fled the village. So shocked by the news, she decided to assemble a team of whoever was present there. The only available teams were the few genins, and the recently promoted chunin. She sighed in frustration. This was not good at all. She sent to summon Shikamaru immediately. She waited impatiently for him. She decided not to involve Naruko nor any Kunoichi in this. This would be a disaster. She saw Naruko's look of unconscious betrayal when Sakura hugged Sasuke, and his eyes that were kinda confused yet felt a tinge of guilt. If she will go, she might defect. Oh the irony that she will not know until it's too late. They were lucky that Rock Lee had recovered enough from his surgery he can now go on a mission.
Soon enough, the Nara arrived. Tsunade sighed grimly before she looked at his eyes. "Shikamaru, this morning, someone told me that Uchiha Sasuke had left the village. While his motives are still unknown for the moment, I think that he will go to Orochimaru. Your mission is to prevent the snake to obtain the Sharingan. Now, you have half an hour to assemble a team. I would have recommended Naruko, but unfortunately, I don't think that she will fight him, but she will probably join him. This is your first mission as a squad leader, so act like it!" Tsunade explained the entire situation to the newly minted chunin.
'To think that Sasuke of all people would.. Hold on, Naruko.. This makes sense.' Shikamaru thought as he sighed before he replied, his eyes were widened when he heard the first news, but later, the more he listened, the more he planned. "This is too troublesome, but I think that I can have an idea of who to take with me..." He thought about Rock Lee, Inuzuka Kiba, Aburame Shino, Akimichi Choji. He then went in a mad rush to grab each and every one of them. Shikamaru went for Choji first, only to bump into Kiba, who told him that Shino went with his father, then Lee dragged Neji in tow, and the five went together.
Tsunade meanwhile had sent a letter to Sunagakure, asking for backup, and she waited in patience for a reply... With the messenger hawk already gone, all she could do was to wait and pray. Then again, neither Jiraiya nor Kakashi were available unfortunately.
Otogakure
Jugo and Suigetsu had another fight with each other. The two guys never got alongside each other, yet they had a bit of respect for the other.
"Damn, you're the only amusing fight I have apart from Kimimaro." Suigetsu told Jugo who sighed as his rage subsided.
"He's the only one who can stop my urges." Jugo replied as Suigetsu laughed at him.
"Tough. Well, I still don't understand why he's following Orochimaru of all people? I mean, it's clear that he doesn't care about him anymore." Suigetsu told Jugo who locked himself up. The bipolar giant sighed once again. He could never understand why Orochimaru had never found any cure for him.
"No idea." Jugo replied as the Hozoki sighed. He walked out only for lightning Chakra kunais to be shot at him, it wasn't enough to harm him, but enough to knock him out, only for the Hozoki to be put in a tank yet again.
On the closest hideout, Orochimaru was yelling in agony as he took a shower. His arms, full of necrosis, were literally spreading said black dying flesh upward toward his chest area, they were black, like they had a fourth degree burn, they were full of bleeding cuts. The Snake Sannin yelled once again in agony as he was impatiently waiting for Sasuke to arrive. He had no idea..
"Orochimaru-sama, you must change your body and fast." Kabuto said worriedly. At this rate.. Orochimaru would die from that strange sealing jutsu.
"Just a little, just a little more and I can have Sasuke-kun." Orochimaru wheezed as Kabuto was now terrified. Doesn't his master sees that the jutsu will kill him at this rate?
"No you can't, Orochimaru-sama. If you wait any longer, you might die from this!" Kabuto warned sternly as he felt the snake Sannin glare at him behind the shower's curtains. He steeled his resolve despite everything he felt, "You can have my own body if you wish to."
"Unfortunately, I don't want to. Curse that old Sandaime. I hope he enjoys his hell." Orochimaru wheezed once more before he screamed in agony. "Kabuto, prepared them!" At this, the adoptive son of Yakushi Nono sighed in relief.
"At this hour!" Kabuto replied as he darted to the room where they kept the potential vessels, 'Finally you see reason, Orochimaru-sama.' Kabuto thought. However, the more he thought about it, the more he was relieved about Orochimaru's decision. Maybe it was for the best? He rushed to the place where they locked up their potential bodies and released the seal before he smiled at them. "Listen up, I want you to fight each other, and whoever wins, will have his or hers freedom. So, good luck." He said a bit too jovially as he went away and watched through thr monitors, while a sickly Kaguya was at his side.
"Kabuto-sensei.." The sick teen begun only to hack and cough, making Kabuto administer more medicine for him. "I.. I'm feeling so useless.."
"No you are not, Kimimaro-kun. You need to rest and recover." Kabuto told the teen who was stabilized for now. Said teen tried to will his body to move, only for him to remain in its place.
With Sasuke, Naruko and the sound four
Naruko almost unleashed the power of the Kyubi at the four who gave Sasuke a jar of drugs that would have made him.. In a half dead state. When they told him that he needed to die, it took him hugging her to calm her down. They were shocked how she relaxed in his arms, a bit at least.
"Don't worry, I will not die before I beat my brother... I swear it!" Sasuke whispered only for her to hear. The blonde nodded only for her to look in worry as they put him in a barrel and sealed it. As they jumped trees, she reminded them not to kill any Konoha ninjas, or it will only bring doom to their master.
"You idiotic bitch, Orochimaru-sama was able to win against your Sandaime Hokage of all people. So I doubt there's someone stronger." The red haired girl started only for Naruko to grab her wrist and broke it just by applying a bit of pressure. As she yelled and cursed, Naruko shot them a livid stare.
"If you will kill any Konoha Shinobi, I will kill you myself!" Naruko threatened as her eyes turned slitted as the other girl went to attack her from behind only for the Blonde Jinchuriki to grab her by the back of her neck, "Can I snap her neck?" She asked the other three who shook their heads.
"I see why Sasuke-sama chose you.. You're strong enough." Kidomaru said as Naruko huffed. Of course she was strong. She trained harder than anyone, sure, she was a brawler, but when she gets her hand on someone, she usually break their bones easily.
"Let's go, and Tayuya, keep your dirty mouth stitched!" Sakon (Or Ukon?) Said as the girl started to insult him instead. Naruko just glared at her only for the red haired to nod in fear. Oh this will go badly. Then, Naruko grabbed Sasuke's barrel and fell back, perfectly masking her Chakra as she felt two strong presences ahead. She mouthed 'Look ahead.' To them. And soon enough, Shiranui Genma and Namiashi Raido were there, as they clashed with the Oto Yonnin.
Hours later
'Okay, so, Sasuke told me to look at this scroll when I'm alone..' Naruko thought as she red a Jutsu scroll Sasuke gave her the day they became team seven. 'Hiraishin? Wasn't this the Yondaime's Jutsu?' She thought. Now, contrary to popular beliefs, Naruko was a smart girl beneath that mask of stupidity, although, only Sasuke saw behind said mask, the lonely, afraid, vulnerable girl who was a true genius, yet chose the other route when everyone just ignored her completely.. She remembered when he told her once on their sparring match, away from the academy, and everyone else, to be careful so she doesn't become the mask she wore.. 'No way! Why would he include this? Hakke Fuin? Why would he.. I remember now, he said that his guts told him to do so.. Sasuke, you truly felt like that? I swear I will never let you do something stupid.'
She then hid her scroll in the sealing scroll, before she felt the other rookies arriving. She hid away. She was the trump card that would change everything. She will protect the only person who knew her secret..
Konohagakure
Tsunade was shocked by the news. Sakura went to Naruko's apartment and she wasn't there. What does that mean? Not only that, but Sakura said that everything of value was not there.. No! Oh no no no no no no!
"Sakura! Assemble everyone else who can join. This will be an S-rank mission to find Uzumaki Naruko and drag her here alongside Uchiha Sasuke!" Tsunade's voice was now trembling. Did that accursed Uchiha kidnap her little spitfire?
"Tsunade-sama? What do you mean by dragging Naruko and Sasuke-kun?" Sakura asked only for the blonde Senju to slam her hand on her desk, breaking it in two.
"Damn it Sakura! Do as I say. Call all of the Kunoichis and leave now! I want you to retrieve Naruko!" Tsunade's barking and authoritarian tone made the pinkette rush like the devil was on her tail. As she left, The fifth Hokage said one curse word, "Damnit!"
With the rookies
Naruko rushed away as she made a few Kage Bunshins. Kiba found out that she was among the enemies, and worst, the other rookies called her traitor. She almost faltered if not for Jirobo telling her to go one ahead with the other three. However, she smiled felt that Neji was now busy, with the six armed one. As they rushed, they felt four more presences. Naruko smirked as two of her Kage Bunshins dispelled, one by a kunai, one by a Jyuken, but she managed to take out both Sakura and Ino from the fight with minimal effort. Now then, she felt how her other clones were able to win against Tenten by the mean of a Rasengan to the Panda, well, it managed to destroy her weapons on contact or deflect said weapons. It seems that her new combination was something else..
Only Hinata remained, and she joined her other three teammates. Then, it was nightfall, fortunately, Shikamaru won't use that irksome Kage Mane of his...
Otogakure
Kabuto turned the monitor off as Orochimaru was about to possess that silver haired man who won the tournament. The sick Kimimaro was talking to him for probably the very last time now.
"Kabuto-sensei, I might not have much longer, and it is too late to save my life, but as the final gratitude I can do with this now dying body of mine, would be to get Orochimaru-sama's next vessel." Kimimaro said as he stood up from his own bed , disconnecting the medical equipment from himself. "This is my will of power moving my own body, I must do this final task." And Kabuto nodded at the sickly last Kaguya clan member alive. Kimimaro went to Jugo's cell to tell him his last words.
"Jugo, this is it for me. I feel my own death imminent. I'm really grateful for your Juin, with it, I became much stronger than before. I will get Uchiha Sasuke, think of him as my reincarnation. Take care my friend, and don't join me too soon." Kimimaro told his only friend before he went to retrieve Sasuke from the other four failure.
Kabuto smirked as he saw Kimimaro's empty bed. With that guy on the move, Sasuke is Guaranteed to be brought no matter what opposition he had. He then thought about the Uchiha's power, and then he wondered why he was so protective of that blonde Jinchuriki before it hit him. Using her as a hostage would be a good idea, if not for one thing only : The Kyubi is the most powerful of the nine Bijus.. And with Minato's Edo Tensei Hiraishining to her and doing.. That thing to her, before He dissapeared in ashes, it would not be a good thing to antagonize her now.
He remembered the invasion, how Minato practically Hiraishined away from the barrier, how he went straight to Naruko and put his hand on her seal before something happened and the girl woke up, her Chakra became much stronger than ever. She could have killed Gaara and his three siblings, but she didn't.. the only other thing of notice was for the Edo-tensei of the Yondaime to dissapear into ash when he saw Kakashi and Gai all grown up and defending the Jinchuriki for some reason. That was the oddest thing Kabuto had ever seen.
'Maybe there's a reason for that? Who knows? That Fuinjutsu the Sandaime used is maybe the reason all of that happened?' Kabuto asked himself as he thought also how the girl gave him a lot of trouble and they almost killed each other. He remembered how the Kyubi's Chakra shot, stronger than ever, which made him think a lot about it. He theorized many hypothesis, and then, he decided to just let it go. It didn't matter now. If she's on the probable retrieval team, who knows what would happen?
"Kabuto, where is Kimimaro?" Orochimaru asked the silver haired late teen who smirked wryly.
"He went to retrieve Sasuke-kun. Shall I send some back up to him?" Kabuto asked and Orochimaru thought about it. The snake Sannin shook his head as he had a mirthful eyesmile.
"It won't be necessary. With him, success is guaranteed." Orochimaru said in a very certain tone. Kabuto gave him a look of disbelief at that. It was finally day break and the sound team should have returned by now. "They failed for whatever reason."
"You think that the Kyubi Jinchuriki is among them?" Kabuto asked his master worriedly only for Orochimaru to dismiss him.
"I doubt she can do anything. She lacks her parents power, not talent mind you, but my teammate is a true fool. That girl can surpass even me and the Sandaime with proper training. She's not Sasuke-kun, but she's very strong. I saw her fight against you, and that speed, that power, that thirst for improving.. Jiraiya is an absolute fool if he didn't even taught her anything.." Orochimaru then smirked. "If Sasuke-kun wants to kidnap her, I would definitely help him out. Her mother was my student, and she was a natural ninja. I have my doubts about her becoming this much attention seeking because of her despair and loneliness. Konoha is truly the most idiotic village ever. If it wasn't for their keeping the identity of the Kyubi Jinchuriki hidden, I doubt that Kumo or Iwa would have thought twice before invading it." Orochimaru explained seriously as Kabuto nodded. Orochimaru saved him from that accursed place.
"So, Orochimaru-sama, say she joins us, how should we train her?" Kabuto asked the snake Sannin who chuckled darkly.
"She and Sasuke-kun can truly become two terrifying powerhouses. Although, I highly doubt that Itachi at a later age would be able to stop two juggernauts." Orochimaru smirked, "I think that I have a back up plan. Maybe Suigetsu and Jugo will listen this time? But yeah, if Sasuke-kun wishes to, we can kidnap her from Jiraiya or from Konoha, or even make her join with a few kind words."
With the retrieval team
Shikamaru was shocked how easily Hinata disposed of the red haired girl and now all that remained was that lipstick wearing..
"Someone strong is coming!" Hinata's warning was the only reason they were able to put their guard up, only for the white haired teen to land on the barrel and kicked out, then grabbed it in midair.
"Is this all that remains? I can kill you two, as Orochimaru-sama changed bodies already." Kimimaro said only for Naruko to arrive, on the opposite side. The Kaguya was weary only for Sakon to whisper something else, the dying teen nodded as he told them to hold them back, as he lifted the barrel and Naruko went with him.
"Naruko-kun, wait!" Lee yelled only for the blonde haired girl to throw a smoke bomb and dissapear. As soon as the other teen arrived to a clearing, she stopped to catch her breaths.
With Sakon and Ukon however, the situation went from dire to hopeless as two Suna siblings arrived and the woman blitzed them with a wind Chakra jutsu. The other had already unsealed his puppets and went to attack.
Near the valley of the end
Before the others arrive, the barrel exploded in a shower of wood and black smoke. Sasuke chuckled darkly as he turned to Naruko. He looked at the white haired Kaguya.
"Do not kill any young ninja." Sasuke announced as Naruko nodded at him before she slumped forward. She was definitely beat by that entire journey and her Kage Bunshins to boot. Sasuke sighed as he caught her in his arms and she snuggled at him almost unconsciously. He shook his head at her. "Why did you went this far for me?"
"Because you're the only one who knows the real me.." She replied seriously as he sighed. They were almost always inseparable.. But what's thst read string that went from both of their hearts and was tied up around the other? He had no idea, nor did he cared about it.
"Naruko-chan, Sasuke-kun, what are you doing? Come on, let's go!" Hinata's voice was heard as Naruko gave her a sad look.
"No." Sasuke replied. "I am not going back, and she went with me willingly, Hyuga. Now return home. I can see your chakra levels are low. Now then, what's better? That you bunch live or die?" Sasuke asked as they were now wondering if Sasuke had told them this in order to break their spirits or he genuinely cared about them.
"Guys, listen to him! I am not returning. This guy here might be dying, but he's terrifyingly strong. Now then, make your own choice... Yo Gaara." Naruko warned before the Sand shinobi arrived.
"What are you doing Uzumaki? Why are you with the Uchiha?" Gaara asked only for Sasuke to show him his mature Sharingan to show him something..
"I see. Well then, Konoha ninjas, let's return you home. Better a failed mission than dying." Gaara said in a monotonous way.
"Ok, what did you do now, Sasuke?" Shikamaru asked the Uchiha who carried his.. Prize on his back in a piggyback style.
"I saved your lives, not because I care about you or anything. It's just that, well, she does care... And I hate to admit it, but she's the only precious person I have left.. Alive." Sasuke said as the entire Konoha team, even Gaara, even Hinata, and Kimimaro shook his head at him while chuckling, despite he started caughing up blood.
"What a Tsundere.." Naruko giggled at Kiba's words while Sasuke blushed in embarrassment before he jumped away, Kimimaro in tow. Gaara used his Sand to carry the rest of the teams to Konoha and the now approaching medics. While the Hyuga and Inuzuka found the places of their.. Knocked out teammates, they were really happy that Neji and Choji were still alive.
"So, we failed.." Shikamaru begun only for Hinata to nod seldomnly.
"Look at it this way, we're still alive, we made it. That's something.. Four of the others can't say so." Kiba replied heatedly. Lee then interjected.
"Still, why would Sasuke-kun and Naruko-kun decide to flee from Konoha?" Lee asked as Gaara sighed.
"Uzumaki cares for the Uchiha a lot more than you know. I mean, when I was about to end his life, she attacked me with such a ferocity that not even I could have imagined. Actually, she was able to lift Shukaku in the air and swinged it around like a ragdoll. She became a total blur... That was something not even I could have countered..." Gaara replied seriously. He then realized how they lucked out.
"So, who was that white haired guy?" Lee asked the sand siblings who shrugged.
"Who knows? Never saw him before." Kankuro replied calmly.
"He reminded me of Uchiha Sasuke. Eyes that look like darkness, eyes that wants to prove their existance, eyes that seek power. And Uzumaki Naruko's eyes are a bit like that when we fought, and as she looked at me... Also, her eyes showed something..." Gaara replied as Akamaru yipped about it.
"Akamaru said that the guy is more terrifying than Sasuke, if barely." Kiba replied, "Said what? Are you sure?"
"Kiba-kun?" Hinata's voice was gentle as always.
"Akamaru said that Naruko became stronger than all of us, and the white haired guy was stronger than even Gaara, and that if we fought, we would have lost.." Kiba's worried tone made them all sweat profusely. Shikamaru released a sigh of relief. They had indeed, lucked it out.
With Sasuke and Naruko
Sasuke jumped off the head of his ancestor's Madara Uchiha's statue in the valley of the end, Naruko was on his back, and Kimimaro told him where is Orochimaru's hideout just in case. As the Uchiha went, one Uchiha Itachi intercepted them.
"Uchiha Itachi, you have some nerve showing your face to me again!" Sasuke yelled as he showed him his Mangekyo, "Is this enough hatred for you, huh?"
"Sasuke! We have to run, now!" Naruko warned as she tried to summon the Kyubi's Chakra only for him to purposely letting her hang out to dry. "This is bad!"
"You two run ahead! I'm going to stop him. Sasuke, run for it!" Kimimaro barked at the Uchiha who was now hesitant. "What are you waiting for? Go! Leave me, I'm dying either way!"
"Heh, worry not, foolish little brother. I will fight you when you become stronger. I advise you to never use that power unless you want to end up blind." Itachi advised as Naruko had one question.
"Why are you not lying to us?" Naruko asked as Itachi chuckled mirthlessly.
"Because he's now worthy enough to fight, although... I don't want a one sided battle. I want an amusing one. So go ahead. Don't worry, one day, I will fight you, my dear foolish little brother." Itachi told Sasuke who was torn between helping Kimimaro and saving Naruko. Eventually, his loyalty for her won.
"Kimimaro, give them hell. Goodbye, and we'll always be grateful. You died a worthy death of any ninja.." Naruko told the Kaguya who nodded at her while Kisame now arrived and smirked in his bloodthirsty manner. Oh this is an interesting fight.
"Itachi-san?" Kisame asked his partner who shrugged.
"They're my prey. What did we agreed?" Itachi asked Kisame who laughed.
"Never going after a prey of yours and we'll be set. Well then, rest and watch the fun. You're a Kaguya, I see. Well, at least this is going into the history book!" Kisame said as now Sasuke who carried Naruko was already gone as he ran faster than ever, his adrenaline rush fueled by his hidden desire to protect he blonde that was ready to help him any mean necessary..
Konohagakure later
"What did you say, Godaime-sama?" Kakashi who had just arrived from his mission asked as she sighed.
"Two of your own team went to Orochimaru. Uzumaki Naruko and Uchiha Sasuke defected two nights ago." Tsunade broke the news. "Sasuke I can understand, but why did Naruko went with him, I have no idea.."
'She had that stupid crush on him.. Wait a second, didn't she say something about always protecting him after the invasion?' Kakashi remembered how Sasuke told her that he was the one who's duty is to protect her. Now Kakashi tried to think really good and wise... He then opened his eyes.
"That was because she was wearing a mask all along." Kakashi now remembered how she changed. "She fooled us all. Even Jiraiya-sama didn't get to understand her... No one pushed her to her potential but him, also, Sensei did something unexpected to her, he touched her seal and said something about.. Chakra transfer?"
"Chakra Transfer, why would he.. Oh no! Kakashi, we need Jiraiya and now!" Tsunade barked in horror. She now fished for a file, and as she red it, she was now completely ashen faced. This was the worst possible scenario. Jiraiya wrote his plan and the elders stamped their approval. Did she know? Hold on, Jiraiya was drunk many times which it meant.. "Kakashi, I think that Jiraiya never saw her as more than a weapon of mass destruction. Hold on, let me see this.." She found another report. "We're screwed. If Orochimaru trains her as seriously as he did, then Konoha..Will be destroyed!"
"Tsunade-sama, what will you do?" Kakashi asked only for a crow clone to arrive.
"Yo, Godaime-sama, Kakashi-senpai." The red clouds, the black cloak, the Sharingan.. Uchiha Itachi was there in Tsunade's office.
"What do you want now you traitor?" Kakashi prepared his Raikiri only for Itachi to snort.
"And so was your own father called for sticking to the will of fire.." Itachi jabbed Kakashi who was now utterly shook up, "And so are your students for quiting being shinobis." He added, "And was Madara for looking out for this village, and the Yondaime would have been called like that if they knew who's his daughter is. I just wanted to talk to Godaime-sama."
"Kakashi, leave!" Tsunade barked as the Jonin looked at her eyes. The stern look she gave him left no room for discussion. Kakashi looked at Itachi who nodded at him before he went out of the window. She sighed as she looked at him, "Speak!"
"Thank you for trusting me. You see, I was the one who tried to test your loyalty to my brother. The elders didn't tell you anything, did they?" Itachi asked as Tsunade shook her head. "Then here's my advise, I'll always be watching, and if you make Sasuke or Naruko in the Bingo book as nuke nin, I will leak confidential information to Iwa and Kumo, and to all of our enemy nations. Make your choice."
"Why do you protect them?" Tsunade asked Itachi who sighed.
"Because they're worth protecting. Also, what would they do.. If they know that the only reason they didn't invade is now gone?" Itachi asked Tsunade who paled even further, she was practically glowing like a ghost as she sweated bullets.
"We'll be doomed then." She concluded as he smirked. It was the truth. Iwa would stomp Sunagakure, then march all the way to Konoha, and Kumo would overwhelm them from the north.. The ultimate pincer attack.
"So, here's the official story. Sasuke and Naruko have an SS-ranked mission to kill Orochimaru and the Akatsuki, and they're banned from returning until they do so. Is this clear?" She nodded at him. Good. "I will give you an info book on the Akatsuki, and kill their real leader before fighting my own brother. Until then? Farewell." Itachi dispersed in a murder of crows as Tsunade's rage and frustrating was poured onto the poor desk.
"Damn you accursed Uchiha!" Tsunade yelled at the top of her lungs.
AN : So, this is the first chapter of a very interesting topic I talked about a friend of mine a while ago. Wish me luck. Past atonement is on a hiatus until I can write part 2 fully before I will update daily. I'm thinking about a plot so far.
