dbtiger63: for his KG, the elders shoudl have already known about it, since they impanted the arm into him after the Manji Gang Arc. Plus Tenzo has Wood Style as well. The problem with wood style is that it cannot be inherited so you can't get is because you where Hashirama's child or else Tsuande would have it. For living arragements, the Hokage lives in the Hokage tower, then Senju in the Senju Compound.
Development wise dont worry, he will develop his skills and get new ones!

[Forest of Hi no Kuni, 8 pm]
All of them sit around a fire, our first day of travel done and dusted. I watch as the son greedily devours some rabbit leg. My mouth waters as I eat a ration bar, the thing tastes like a monkey's ass, and for the record, I do not know what a monkey's ass tastes like.
Here in the tree I can keep watch of the entire group and eat without fear of being seen without my mask.
Taking another bite from the bar I watch as the man who hired us walks across the fire to sit next to Tenten, initiating a conversation with her.
I pull up my mask and jump down to the camp area. "Shino did you put down all the traps?" I ask as the bug boy nods to answer with a nonverbal affirmative to my question.
"Good, you Hinata and Tenten take a rest, I'll call you when it's your shift" I say loud enough for all to hear.
Tenten, Shino and Hinata all disappear into one of the two tents we had set up. There I sit alone with the son and the father with the fire crackling.
"I'm going to be frank and to the point here" I start, getting both of their attentions. "Why did you pay for an A Rank mission?"
"There may be a bandit clan after me" The man said in an embarrassed tone.
"That's still classified under a C Rank mission, unless these bandits can use Chakra which will only push the rank up to B. Is there a shinobi in that group?" I ask, trying get an idea of what I may be fighting.
I wait but there is no answer. Sighing I put out the fire. "If you don't tell me what we're up against I can't protect you properly, sleep on that, I'll wake you up at dawn"
The two head into their tent.
I look up into the sky, I have four hours until my sleep, I guess I better start with my Wood Nature Manipulation.

The second day on the road is underway, this time every time I turn around I keep seeing the son looking at Tenten's ass. I mean not an unusual thing but still weird. Today we will be sleeping in an Inn, which is good for my back but bad for my training.
"So, Tenten was it" the boy starts getting Tenten to turn around and look at the boy.
"Yeah?" she asks with a smile.
"How old are you?" the boy asks as the party formation shifts from a 2-2-2 to a 1-3-2.
"14 about to be 15" She replies as I start to tune out the conversation. The serenity of the land of fire is nice, the birds even nicer.
I'm sure that Shino would disagree with me about the birds.
[Sensed! 30 Chakra signatures (Low Gennin) 1km N]
"Hinata come to the front and activate your Byakugan, Shino ready your bugs" I say dropping to the back.
"What's going on?" the boy and the father ask, slightly confused as to what was happening.
"We have some enemies ahead, all low genin levels in terms of chakra, Tenten you support Hinata, I'll protect the client with Shino" I announce as everyone looks at me and nods, or pales at the announcement of enemies.
We continue to walk in silence until my next notification pings me.

"Shino you help out the girls, I'll cover the back" I say, Shino nodding and moving up to the front.
"Now you two, I am going to be very clear right now, one we are attacked DO NOT move a muscle, stay still, it will only make you harder to defend" I explain as both of them turn their heads back and nod.
'This is probably going to be easy, I'm betting an overconfident chunin trio teaching bandits how to use chakra' I think as I sense the figures moving in for a pincer maneuver.
As we close in, 30 meters to the 30 bandits, two people emerge from the bushes in front of us.
I don't react as I can feel the three people that are going to pincer us, hiding in the bushes.
I watch as the bandits lick their lips and sport evil grins.
"Oi, ninja, submit to us, and maybe we'll let you live" The thug on the left says as he pulls out a kunai.
"Eliminate them, there's around 30 more in the bushes, Tenten use a fire jutsu, Shino send your bugs in after, everything else is up to you to decide" I say before turning around and stuffing my hands in my pockets. "As for you three in the bush, come out" I say as the bushes to my left and right rustle, and out of them emerge 3 shinobi all sporting Iwagakure headbands.
"Lookie here… leaf ninja!" one says as he pulls out a kunai.
"You know, I never have forgiven the leaf for having a war with Iwa" another says which peaks my interest.
'I probably should capture them alive and send them back to the leaf for interrogation' I think as the third one, who has the highest chakra reserve pulls out a club. I take my right hand out of my pocket and summon tonbokiri.

"I'm going to beat you all, then do what I pl-" he starts but is cut off by a spear in his head.

"You're going to do what?" I ask in a bored tone as the other two ninja look at me with fear.

'That's new' I think noticing the new bonus while walking over to the two chunin level ninja and hitting a pressure point on each of their necks, knocking them out. I pull out a scroll from my vest and start to draw a matrix.

I seal these two fuckers in the people holding seals and the body in another, making sure to dispel Tonbokiri before sealing the dead body.
I slip the scrolls into my vest and turn around to see the three other members of my team handling the bandits easily. I yawn while walking over to the clients, who are less fearful now.
"How are you feeling? Are we competent enough?" I ask from behind, startling the clients.
"It seems so" the man replied with a slight sweatdrop.
"Good" I reply.

Arriving at the town we were staying at I charged my team with finding an inn we could stay at while I would go to a leaf safe house in the town to deliver the scrolls. I find the designated building and knock on the door.
"Who is it?" a voice from behind the door asks.
"Do you sell china tea sets? My daughter is looking for one" I ask. 'What a damn stupid code, I'll ask the Hokage if she can change it, but then again it was one made by the first Hokage, so she might not'
"We do" the voice behind the door answered as the door itself opened to reveal a regular person, not really, an ANBU henged as a regular person.
I step inside as the door closes, an ANBU squad looks at me. "What business to you have here…?"
"Jonin Senju Takeshi. I am here to drop of scrolls containing people of interest for the T & I department" I say pulling out the two scrolls of my jacket.
The ANBU nod together which kind of freaks me out as the one behind me takes the scrolls out of my hands.
"Have fun delving into the shadows ladies and gentlemen" I say with a nod before turning to open the door.
"And you enjoy bathing in the light" one says which earnt them an eye smile.
I exit the safe house and proceed to locate my team and clients.
The town itself was homey, traditional in the sense that there were no normal paths, yet still modern in terms of buildings and appliances.
After about 3 minutes of tracking down my squad I found them at the inn of their choosing, a rather pricey one by the looks of it. I walk into the reception and look around for my team.
A young lady walks up to me with a smile on her face. "Shinobi-san, how can I help you?"
"Looking for my team, three kids around the age of 13, another kid aged 14 and an older man" I explain as the girl nods.
"Follow me" she says walking towards a hallway. "Room 14"
I nod in thanks before walking to room 13 and opening the door.
"Where'd you go?" the man asks as everyone seems to be setting up their belongings, save the man.
"Wouldn't you like to know" I say with a sassy tone that irked the man.
"We're leaving before dawn tomorrow, and getting to the capital" I explain pulling out a map for everyone to see. "I don't think it's safe to be walking for more than three days and camping out"
The nobles looked at me. "Why is that?" the son asks.
"You never know what could happen outside, nor what is roaming the forest around you" I explain before pulling out another man, one that didn't have cities on it but known bandit camps.
"Our route will avoid all these major camps, though this is just an estimated location so we might encounter some along the way or even rouge ninja" I say before pointing at the city map. "Bandits like to attack those who seem wealthy and are traveling to the capital, you both fit that description, and the closer we get to the capital, the more heavy the presence and skill of the bandits"
Rolling both maps up, I look at the two nobles. "You've picked an unfortunate time to travel to the capital, Konoha, due to the lack of forces we have at our disposal, have been unable to clear out some camps further away from out village, if you want to come back from the capital to another location I suggest enlisting help from Ronin or Ninja"
They nod as I take off my flak jacket. "That being said, lets enjoy our time, they have a hot spring out the back"

Despite the fact that he is quite as hell, Shino is a vibe. He just sits there and doesn't as questions as to why I haven't taken off my mask. Fun fact! This mask is super cool, I can dose it in water and still breathe through it!
"Why don't you take of your mask?" the kid asks, standing in front of me, showing me his full glory.
"Dude, don't put your dick in my face" I shout back in disgust covering my eyes with my hands.
I hear laughter from the other side of the onsen as I swim over to the other side of the spring with my vibe ruined. 'Fuck this, I'm getting out' I think as I start to emerge from the spring.
I notice people staring at my body, while not covered in scars it does have some scattered around it, like one in my shoulder from a kunai, another small one in my left shoulder blade from a fire jutsu. As over powered the healing factor of the system is, it still leaves scars.
"Why all the scars" a person behind me asked, it was the boy that I was meant to be protecting.
"You certainly ask a lot of questions" I state while walking over to the storage room.

[5 Days Later, Konohagakure Hospital]
We dropped off our clients without much of a fuss and sped back to Konoha, mainly because I thought that the Sasuke Retrieval Mission hadn't started yet. How wrong I was. The mission had already been a complete disaster, many people still in the hospital in critical condition, mainly Neji and Choji.
Which didn't make any sense considering that I killed the fat dude, or unless I didn't. Which would explain why he didn't dodge, taking away all other variables I deducted that either I didn't him or Yakumo put me in a genjutsu, to maintain the predictability of the plot. One thing I would have to talk to her about after gathering some intel.
Walking into the ICU ward I find Shikamaru in his chunin vest sitting with Temari. "What happened?" I ask as both heads turn to me.
"Sasuke defected" Shikamaru stated as he looked down at the floor once more. "I was put in charge and everybody was hurt in some way"
I hum. "How many opponents?"
"I know you will laugh, but only five, six if you include Sasuke" he says in a depressed tone, the guilt hitting me like a freight train.
I don't laugh instead I frown and bow. "I'm sorry" I say as I can feel the shock radiate through the room, even from Shikaku who was listening in.
"Six Days ago I encountered four sound ninja within Konoha, attacking Sasuke" I start as I sense Shikau walking behind me. "I didn't understand that they were not being tracked by the village ANBU or barrier squad. I am the reason why your friends are hurt!"
I hear Shikamaru stand up and walk over to me. I stop bowing and straighten up in time for Shikamaru to grab my vest. Wearing a furious expression he looked at me. "ARE YOU JOKING!" he shouted in my face. "YOU COULD HAVE STOPPED ALL OF THIS! MY BEST FRIEND IS IN THERE DYING AND YOU COULD HAVE STOPPED THAT!"
"I'm sorry" I say, looking down at the floor. I see his hand winding up for a punch.
"Shikamaru" Shikaku says from behind me. "You shouldn't strike a comrade" he explains in a calm voice as he comes closer to me.
I feel his hand let go of my vest and watch him walk away. "Don't be disappointed Takeshi, protocol would dictate that ANBU take care of the intruders, you did everything right"
"That doesn't make me feel better" I say as he starts to walk away.
"That is the Ninja World summed up" he replies before going after his son.
"So you have a weakness" Temari says from her seat with a smug look on her face.
I scoff. "Every Jutsu has a weakness, and every human has multiple" I explain taking a seat on the floor.
"So wise" Temari mocks as the doors open to reveal Tsunade. "You're back sooner than I expected Takeshi" she said walking by me.
"So it seems… Shikamaru and Shikaku are down the hall" I say earning a nod from the Hokage as she walked to follow them.
I chuckle a little. "Is it weird that I don't feel a thing from killing so many, yet when people that I don't even interact with much are hurt, I feel awful?"
Temari sighed. "Did you take the mental training? I mean as a jonin you are privy to information many would like to get their hands on."
"I've been conditioned for this role since I was made a genin, the Third Hokage subjected me to many missions that would test my mental strength" I explain while clenching my fist.
"Look, I'm not as smart as you so I don't have the answers" Temari stated before she too clenched her fist "But I can understand what you are feeling, useless"
I laugh a little at that comment. "You're sort of right, I have the ability to be an army killer yet I can't keep people safe, I let my ego get to me… I can't do everything myself because if that was the case, Senju Hashirama would have achieved world peace a long time ago"
I look up to Temari and smile. "I guess I need to get stronger… so strong that nobody can stand in my way"
Temari chuckles. "I believe that you can do it, though don't come to me for advice, you have more experience in this ninja world"
I look at Temari in her new outfit and think back to Suna and how she treated me for food. "After I visit a couple of people, come with me to Ichikaru Ramen"
She looks at me with visible confusion, but then settles into a smiling face. "Sure thing, though don't talk about mental health or philosophy please"
"I'll try not to" I say standing up. "Wonder around, I'll find you when I'm done"
'I need to question Yakumo'

"I bet you want to know why I placed that Genjutsu on you" Yakumo says, looking at the village.
"You wanted to preserve the plot, I already know that we need to keep things somewhat predictable, but you saw what happened, Choji nearly died! As did Neji!" I explain as she looks at me with indifference.
"They would pull though anyways!" She argued back. "Why does it matter anyways? Sasuke needs to be trained by Orochimaru, Naruto by Jiraiyia and Sakura by Tsunade. Nobody will die, plus it was an experience for them, getting a taste of the true ninja world"
I hum, not really agreeing with her. "The point is that we could have prevented people getting hurt Yakumo!" I say back with an angry voice. "We know the end game, what comes before that will be easy to deal with"
"You don't know that! Plus it will be easy for you to handle. I have limits!" She shouted back, that was when I realised that she too felt somewhat useless, perhaps the attack and my rampage really demonstrated to her where she stood in comparison to the heavy hitters like Orochimaru, Pain and Obito.
"You have one of the most powerful Kekkai Genkai on the planet at your disposal!" I say looking at her. "You haven't even tapped into that after years of training!"
"You have wood style! Like you can complain!" she yells back, both of us getting more furious.
"Don't cast a genjutsu on me again" I say in a warning tone. "I don't take kindly to being messed with or manipulated Yakumo"
She snorted. "As if you could actually tell when I put a genjutsu on you, now that I'm an ANBU trainee, my stealth will be on par with yours soon"
"Don't get to confident Yakumo" I advise before jumping off the monument, in pursuit of Temari. The short sprint helping me clear my mind somewhat.
Eventually I find her looking at a civilian shop, with a guy talking to her.
[Stealth Activated]
"All I'm saying is that you're a total babe, you should go out on a date with me" The dude says, a genin most likely due to the headband on his head.
"Oh? And why should I do that?" Temari asks back as the man grins.
"I'll let you in on a little secret" he says gesturing for Temari to come in closer. "I'm Senju Takeshi, the leaf's hero"
From my perch on top of the building they were standing in front of I chuckle a little before sitting on the ledge, dangling my legs off the edge.
"No way" Temari responded in a tone of mock sock.
"Keep it down would ya… wouldn't want people to know that I'm here" the genin says.
"Why wouldn't you want to let people know that you're here?" I ask loud enough to get both Temari and the dude to look at me.
[Stealth Deactivated]
"After all Senju Takeshi is a defender of the leaf, his name lets people know that they are safe" I explain looking down at the man with impassive eyes.
"A-Ah yes, good point" he replies while scratching the back of his head.
"So why don't you let people know that Senju Takeshi is around hmmm? I'm sure they'd love to interact with a hero" I taunt as the bloke seems to look more uncomfortable than before.
"Or could it be that you aren't Senju Takeshi, and that some people know how to recognise him, so you use his name to try and swoon foreigners?" I ask with my gaze getting harder and harder by the second.
"How dare you question my authenticity!" he shouted back at me, to which I chuckled in response.
"If you really are Senju Takeshi, show me your pale right arm" I demand while jumping down in-between the two and grabbing his arm. "This isn't pale" I say looking at the tanned bit of flesh.
This time I glare at him and grip his arm tightly. "Under my authority as Jonin, I order you to stop impersonating Senju Takeshi, if this happens again I will take it up with the Leaf Police Department"
"You a jonin?" The dude laughed before looking at my vest, he wasn't laughing.
"Let's not see each other again" I say before letting go of his hand and turning to Temari. "So you ready for ramen?"
She nods before I walk away, Temari following me.
"Do you see that often?" She asks, walking beside me.
"People impersonating me? Not really" I respond as we turn a corner. "But it would be funny to go and shit on those people who do"
"What do you mean?" Temari asks as Ichiraku comes into sight.
"Like mind fuck them, then reveal that I'm Senju Takeshi" I say with a little chuckle.
Temari huffs. "I'd rather you just beat them up and be done with it"
"That's the difference between me and you" I say as we stop in front of the ramen place. "I don't want to solve everything with violence"
She looks at me and frowns. "Geeze you really know how to compliment a girl don't you"
I chuckle. "Well I do like your new outfit if that helps"
She looks at me and blushes before looking away. "S-Shut up"

So it turns out that Tayuya was captured in a stable form. The T&I department where waiting to go ham on her mind, but I had other plans, one which involved letting Tayuya think she escaped prison, and let her return to Orochimaru. I presented this idea to Jiraiyia and Tsunade, who are currently in front of me.
"How would we manage that? We can't exactly leave her cell door open" the Toad Sanin asked me as he too was thinking of a way around the obviousness of it.
"We could use Genin as guards, letting her believe that she isn't an important prisoner, further the lax security could be used to smuggle ninja equipment into her cell, tracing he movement from far away with a Byakugan" I explain as both Sanin nod in agreement.
"I suggest that Jiraiyia and I pursue her once she leaves the village, alert all ANBU and Jonin about this" I add getting my 'relative' to hum in thought.
"I'll allow it, though if you encounter Sasuke, you must try to bring him back" The Hokage says as a small grin works its way onto my face.
But then many thoughts and reddit questions about Sage Jiraiyia vs Orochimaru came to my brain. "Will you be able to handle Orochimaru? Even in Sage Mode?" I ask as both Sanin tense at this question.
"How do you know about Sage Mode?" he asks with a serious expression.
I scoff. "You call yourself a Sage and can't use Senjutsu?"
Jiraiyia looks at me, many thoughts going through his head I assume. Then he spoke "When did you find out about Senjutsu?"
I almost deadpan, though doing so would probably dig me an early grave. "Hashirama's Journal, Tobirama's Journal as well as some of his lesser works… and my summons also teach Senjutsu, naturally I asked some questions about it"
The toad sage gives me a nod of approval before returning his gaze to Tsunade's boobs. "I should be able to handle the snake, though you should be aiming to get the rest of the people around us"
I nod in agreement. "They don't call me an army killer for nothing"
"Summons? This is the first time I'm hearing about this" Tsunade stated as both Sanin returned their pressurizing gazes to me.
"I reverse summoned myself into the Lightning Plain, home of the Raiju" I explain watching Jiraiyia's expression change from a serious one to one of familiarity.
"Every genius has a stroke of insanity" He stated, causing Tsunade to give a disapproving nod.
"I'll send word for you when it will be time for you two to head out, which will probably be in three to four days, so stay in the village"
I nod before turning around.
"Oh and one more thing Takeshi, I have selected you to be the Leaf's ambassador to Suna" Tsuande stated causing me to groan.
"What a pain" I complain while opening the door. "I'd better get brownie points then"
"Well… the papers for changing of clan management are somewhere on this desk, see to it that you make konoha a better place an you earn your place as clan head" Tsunade explains causing me to groan even more.
"Sooo Much work"
"Have fun Takeshi-kun" Tsunade says in an evil voice as I exit the room, life drained from me.

I walk into my house and find three pairs of shoes at the door. 'Perks of being an ambassador huh? Lets have you volunteer your house for those staying as ambassadors' I think as I slip off my shoes.
"What tore your balls off?" a male voice asks, most likely Kankuro, as Gaara wouldn't use that language.
"The Hokage did" I say in a depressed tone, walking down the hall to the kitchen, I need a snack.
Upon reaching the fridge I open it to see nothing in it but a single egg. 'What?' I think almost tearing up. 'I had so many snacks before'.
"Naruto and the others came by, and helped themselves to your fridge while they were at it" Temari explained from the other side of the door.
"Who guided you here?" I ask while closing the fridge door.
"Your teammates" she said before walking away.
'I'm definitely killing both of them the next time I see them' I think before walking over to the fruit bowl, to only see tomatoes there. 'Could be worse' it think as I begin want to cook something.
I sigh as I realise that I don't have anything to cook with. "Can someone get me food?" I ask but there is no response.
"Pain, all I feel is pain"

[7 Days Later, Land of Rice]
[Stealth Activated]
My plan worked, Jiraiyia and I followed Tayuya to a hideout, which we were currently waiting outside of. The thing was underground, as was most Orochimaru hideouts. A stone gate inscribed with blood fuinjutsu protected it, yet that wouldn't be a challenge for monsters of the art like Jiraiyia and I.
"So Kid, lets run through the plan one more time. You take out the fodder, let me conserve my chakra in case Orochimaru is hiding behind that door. If he is try to distract him for 10 seconds so I can ready sage mode" he explains as I nod in understanding as the fuinjutsu matrix on the door starts to turn to smoke, thanks to Jiraiyia's Matrix Destroyer Jutsu.
"Let's go then" I say jumping down to the entrance of the hideout and pushing open the door only slightly.
The hall was dark, and long. 'This will be a pain' I think as I focus more on my sensing skill.
The more I delve into the darkness, the lighter it becomes, or is that just my eyes adjusting to the darkness. The hall itself was definitely trapped, though I could sense the chakra residue of Tayuya and knew exactly where to step just in case the traps weren't deactivated already.
Eventually the hall ended up splitting into three paths, but her chakra went down the middle one. As I continued down the path a funny thought came to mind. 'Just like Orochimaru used to bait Sasuke with, the fastest way to power is one that is linear, go to those willing to give it to you'
The hall ended and connected to a door. I waited for Jiraiya to come up to me, and after 30 seconds he was behind me. "I'm going in, stay 10 seconds behind me" I say getting the sage to nod.
I take a deep breath and open the door before walking in.
[You have been sensed by Orochimaru!]
"Kukuku, to think that not even Kabuto-kun could sense you" the snake bastard laughed from a chair about 20 metres in front of me. "You have grown a lot in a short time Takeshi-kun" he says with a lick of his lips.
I summon Tonbokiri and deactivate my stealth skill as take in the room, Kabuto next to Orochimaru a kneeling Tayuya in front of the two. "And in a short time Tayuya-chan has proven that she is not useful to me" he says before vomiting out the Sword of Kusanagi.
I start to walk over to Orochimaru and Kabuto, with the intention of not letting Tayuya die. "You know if you don't want her, I'd be glad to take her back to Konoha"
"Kukuku, a tempting offer Takeshi-kun, but I can't have this one spilling out information about me, even if most of it is useless now" He says gripping the sword with his hand.
"I read the reports, you are weaker, and you can't use Jutsu" I say getting closer and closer to the pair as Orochimaru readies his strike. "It wouldn't be a fair fight between me and the two of you"
"Oh? Are you planning to fight me Takeshi-kun?" Orochimaru asks before blasting me with killing intent.

"You are a shell of your former self Orochimaru, you don't scare me anymore" I say as I now stand next to Tayuya, about 3 metres in front of Orochimaru. I point my spear at his neck, which is around a metre away. "Please take this into consideration, I will be stronger than you in your prime, in six months, and will have surpassed every ninja on the planet in three years in all fields of the ninja arts"
I then place my hand on Tayuya's head. 'She's alive, good' I think before charging up a body flicker. "Kukuku, so you brought in my old teammate, smart, but if you cannot determine a mud shadow clone from a normal body, you have much to learn about sensing" Orochimaru says before he and Kabuto vanish, turning into a mud statues of themselves.
"So it seems like Orochimaru has lead us on once again" Jiraiyia states as the two toads vanish in a puff of smoke. He then looks at Tayuya, then me.
"All we can do now is start to clean up the mess he has made"

In my office I look at the files set in front of me, specifically team 11, the team that should have taken the chunin exams six months ago. Sarutobi Ikki, a hardworking ninja that shows aptitude for fire style ninjutsu and even some wind. Kurama Yakumo, Genjutsu Genius and heiress of the Kurama Clan. Senju Takeshi, a driven shinobi with no limit to his genius nor talent.
I wanted all of them to be under my command but Hiruzen stopped this, he said that the Senju should always remain in the light and the Uchiha in the Dark.
The Senju was now to powerful for me to control with force, ever since his stunt orchestrated by Hiruzen his political power has risen a lot, that combined with his connections to the current Hokage makes him near untouchable. The only bit of control I have over him is the precautionary explosive seal in his arm, that would damage him but not to the point of death. If the boy was half as smart as I thought he is, he would have already found it, or even deactivated it.
Sighing I overlook his file once more. The only point of interest that has come up has been his recent discourse with the Hyuga clan, perhaps I could use that to my advantage. And even with some persuasion courtesy of Uchiha Shisui's eye, I could get him to serve me.
A grin makes its way onto my face. Soon my perfect Konoha could be made, I just needed the Jinchuriki and Toad Sanin to go out of the village and the support of the village hero, everything else would fall into place.
