Ten in the morning, people are gathering... you can hear people are whispering and saying they're excited to see the lovely bride. Shinichi Kudo is getting married. He is wearing a black tuxedo and his father is on his side.

"You look great son." Yusaku complimented.

Shinichi smiled. And he look around, he see familiar people. His friends, co workers, and some famous and influential people they've known. He hold his hands, he's nervous and excited. Few minutes their holy matrimony will start. Their relationship will level up. He will wake up in the morning to see her face every day just like he always dreamed of.

'I still can't believe she said yes when I proposed.' His thoughts. The smile on his face never faded.

"Yo Kudo!" Said Heiji, his best man.

He knows Heiji since they are kids. they are bestfriends and really inseparable. They are the greatest detectives in Japan.

"Congrats! Finally you will get your happy ending now."

Shinichi give him a genuine smile. Yes he finally will get the happy ending he deserves. He gets his normal life back and the black organization is finally defeated. No one can harm anyone around him. Now he's going to Marry the woman he loves. His Irene Adler. The most important woman in his life besides his mother.

Meanwhile...

Shiho is in the hotel, wearing her elegant lace wedding dress. Her make up is all done and now she's staring at her reflection in the mirror. She's about to cry but she manage not to. She did not want to ruin her make up. She smile at her reflection. She finally wear her veil and and sighed.

'I can do this.' Her thoughts.

Shiho stand up and looks on the mirror again, admiring her elegant lace wedding dress. She never dream that one day she will wear this kind of attire. Her past was one of the reason why she never dreamed about it. But thanks to the Man she loves. He changed it. He gave her hope. He gave her life. He is hers and nobody can change that.

She went outside and ride on the Rental car. She was on her way to the Church to see Shinichi. Professor Agasa is already there and that's why she's going alone.

At the Church...

They are getting ready because the Bride is coming in any moment, the live band starts playing the wedding March. People are all set and now they closes the entrance door, it will open once the Bride is ready. Shinichi's eyes seems excited and it gets teary, after all the craziest things that happened in his life was finally over he will achieve one of his dream. Marrying her.

Coinciding in time Shiho is stuck in traffic. What a lucky day she got! She gets her phone and see message from Heiji asking where she's at because Shinichi keeps asking him about her and he don't know what to say. Shiho smiled and replied she's on her way she just stuck in traffic.

30 minutes passed they finally arrived at the church, the rental car stopped in front of the entrance door. Shiho can clearly see Shinichi looking handsome as ever wearing a black tuxedo standing in the altar smiling while staring at his black hair Japanese Bride, his childhood friend Ran Mouri, Seems like they finished Their wedding vows, Shiho feel pain in her chest. Right! She's wearing the wedding dress because she's pretending to be his bride. The only way she could ease her pain is pretending because she knows it's impossible. She knows she never stood a chance. She knows Shinichi will never see her more than a friend and a partner. He's inlove with Ran since they were young. She can't change that.

'Kudo... you have brought so much joy in my life. You have been my bestfriend, my partner and most importantly the love of my life. I never imagine you will came into my life and change everything. Thank you for protecting me when I'm scared. Thank you for staying by my side when no one else can, i knew i have no one but then you came and changed everything, I don't deserve you because I ruin your life but I am so grateful that we become part of each other lives. I promise I will never cause any trouble. I promise you will be happy for your entire life because I will disappear forever like I never exist in the first place. You deserves a peaceful life and to have a peaceful life I should be gone.' She said in her mind.

She swiped at her eyes but the tears came any way. She ordered the driver to leave the place.

At the Wedding Venue.

The newly weds are talking to their guests. Shinichi is on the other side talking to his co workers while Ran is busy talking to their relatives. Everyone congrats them. Shinichi found Professor Agasa is in the corner, Shinichi walk towards to Professor.

"Hakase!" Shinichi calls The Professor.

Professor Agasa looks at him.

"Congrats on you both Shinichi." Professor smiled.

"Thank you Hakase..." he said.

Shinichi look around and looks back to Professor.

"Where is she?" Shinichi asked.

"Ai kun?" Professor asked.

Shinichi nods.

"She didn't come in my wedding, I didn't see her."

"Oh... didn't she tell you?"

Shinichi tilted his head.

"Tell what?"

"She's moving in london today."

"No way! She did? Same day as my wedding?"

Professor nods.

"How could she! She's really the worst. Damn it!"

'That's because she can't bear the pain. 8 years falling for you without you noticing It. She rather not say she will go since you dont gave a damn about her. Poor Ai kun...' Professor's thought.

"Is she going back here?" He asked.

"I don't know honestly. She told me her Aunt Mary will help her to find job in London." Professor said.

"She went straight there to find job when she can actually gets a job here?"

"Shinichi I think she wants to be independent that's why she wants to go in London."

Shinichi looks at him.

"Still... she didn't tell me anything. She should at least tell me that she's leaving."

Heiji walks towards them.

"Hey Professor!" Heiji happily said.

Shinichi looks at Him.

"Did you know Haiba- Miyano will be going in London?" Shinichi asked.

Heiji look shock.

"No...but When?" Heiji asked.

"Today." Professor said.

"Oh? So she lie to me when I asked her where she's at and she replied saying she's on her way." Said Heiji.

"Well she didn't lie when she said she's on her way because she's really on her way to the airport that time." The Professor smiled.

Both Shinichi and Heiji frowned.

"Hey I'm going home now Shinichi I need to do something. Congrats again to your wedding." The Professor said and he left the place.

Heiji excuse himself so Shinichi is finally alone. He gets his phone and types "hey why did you leave without saying goodbye" and is going to send to Shiho when Sonoko calls him. He put his phone back in his pocket and look at Sonoko.

"What?" He asked.

"I saw this gift outside and it says best wishes from Shiho." Sonoko said.

Sonoko gives him a curious look.

"Who's Shiho?" She asked.

Shinichi didn't know what to say. Because he haven't told Ran about being Conan Edogawa. And he didn't even mention Shiho because Shiho told him not to.

"She's a scientist from London and a close friend of Hakase. Cousin of Haibara." He said as an excuse.

"Really? she's not your mistress while you're away doing some complicated mission as you told us?" She raised her eyebrow.

"What the heck are you saying huh?!" Shinichi rolled his eyes.

"If you ever hurt Ran again you will see what happen Shinichi!" Sonoko said.

Shinichi laughs.

"Sonoko don't worry... I love her and I will never hurt her. That's a promise" Shinichi smiled while assuring Ran's bestfriend.

"You better not to! She's an angel." Sonoko said.

She handover the gift to Shinichi. And Shinichi get the gift.

"I'm going now." Sonoko said.

Sonoko walks away leaving Shinichi in the corner alone. Shinichi is staring at the medium size box. He's wondering what gift Shiho gave him.

'What if it's an upgraded Aptx4869 where I can be Conan Edogawa and Can be Shinichi Kudo whenever I liked?' His thoughts.

He laughs because of his insane mind. That's impossible ofcourse even Shiho is a genius she can't make something like that. Shinichi is unboxing the gift and saw a kitchen Knife set.

'Huh? Why these? Does she know sending knives as wedding gift is a badluck?' Shinichi thoughts.

He throw the gift on the the near trashcan and walk back to his loving Wife. He doesn't want to think about it. Maybe Shiho is joking about sending that or she doesn't really know what's the meaning of the gift she gave.

Shinichi think he should focus on his life now. He got his normal life and now married to his dream girl. That's the most important thing he should just think. And besides who still believes in folklore?

'No one can tear us apart.' Shinichi thoughts.

He smiled and kiss Ran on the lips. Ran looks at him.

"I love you" said Shinichi.

"I love you too" Ran sweetly said.

Shinichi smiled. This is the beginning of the happiness he always wanted. Spending his entire life with his better half.
