It was a normal day for the Strawhats. The weather was good, the sky was blue and clear without any cloud in sight. Even the sea was calm!

On the newly built Thousand Sunny, a beautiful melody of a violin being played and laughter could be heard on the ship. The crew was currently on their way to their next destination after sailing away from the mysterious Florian Triangle.

It had been a few days after the crew's battle against one of the Sichibukai, Gecko Moria. Despite the many challenging and horrifying experiences, Luffy and the others managed to beat the odds and came out victorious at the end of the day.

Not only they survived a battle against a Sichibukai, but they also gained a new crew member! Brook the musician and also happened to be a living skeleton that they first encountered in the Florian Triangle.

Once the battle was over, Nami even found some valuable treasures! Well, technically those treasures were already on the ship but who cared?

Not her at least.

Thinking about those treasures, Nami's eyes turned into a Beri sign immediately.

A few moments after calming herself, she noticed Luffy, who was sitting on the railing while staring at the vast ocean alone. Recalling a certain Vivre Card, Nami walked towards him without further thinking. She knew, they all knew that their captain was actually the most worried about Ace even though he was the one who told them not to worry too much.

"Luffy." Seeing that Luffy noticed her, she continued. "Are you sure about this?"

"About Ace's paper? It's fine, don't worry." he assured her. Brook, who was sitting not far from them, happened to overheard their conversation.

"Luffy-san." he called out to his new captain as the rest already gathered around them. The soothing sound of the violin didn't stop. "I don't mind taking an alternate route. So far, there is no need for me to worry about how much Laboon is waiting. To live until we meet again... that's what important!" he said passionately, followed by Franky and Usopp's encouragements.

"Luffy, we don't mind taking a detour!" Usopp claimed as Chopper cheered around his shoulder. Even Robin, Sanji, and Zoro smiled, showing their agreements and supports.

Feeling touched with his crew's endless support, Luffy flashed them his perfect 'D' smile on his face. Grateful for having such crew, he assured them again that he was indeed fine and they didn't need to worry about Ace as his brother alone was stronger than all of them combined. He surely would be able to get himself out of whatever troubles that he was facing at the moment.

After that, with Luffy as the initiator, they ended up celebrating Brook's joining the crew for the second time under the excuse that Zoro missed the first one.

They continued to party until late at night.

The next day, it was yet another normal day for the crew.

Luffy, Usopp, and Chopper were fishing. Franky was building something somewhere around the ship. Robin was reading a book not far from the youngest three with Brook next to her playing a calming melody with his violin. Zoro was sleeping at his usual spot while Sanji was preparing lunch at the kitchen.

As for Nami, she was writing some letters for her sister.

Feeling tired from waiting for a fish to bite his bait, Luffy looked around and saw Nami was busy writing something on a piece of paper. Not wanting to fish anymore, he went to disturb his navigator.

"Nami, what are you doing?"

"Writing some letters for my sister." she answered with zero hesitation without lifting her head or stopping her movement to spare him a glance. "Nojiko asked me to write some letters for her to make sure that I'm fine. Plus, with all of the troubles that we've been facing lately, if I don't explain what exactly happened who knows how they would react?"

Luffy blinked and stared intensely at some of the finished letters before asking "Do you miss her?"

"Of course! I haven't contacted her ever since we left Cocoyashi." She sighed, raising her head to meet Luffy's curious gazes. "Our bounties must've been delivered to the village by now, I ought to write some to them already."

Hearing about 'bounties', Chopper who overheard their conversation whimpered yet again as he thought about his mere '50 Beris'.

"This is not fair!" he cried out.

"Shhhhh! You're scaring them away, Chopper!" Usopp complained and groaned when he saw that one fish that he almost caught got away after eating his bait.

Luffy snickered at them before saying to himself "Maybe I should write some to Nee-chan too. But I don't even know where she is right now..!"

Nami paused to look at the frustrated looking Luffy with a weird look on her face. "...Nee-chan? What nee-chan?" she asked, knitting her eyebrows in wonder and thinking to herself that Luffy was probably referring to Nojiko, although it was weird that he suddenly said that he didn't know of the bluenette's whereabouts.

"My sister!" Luffy said cheerfully. "My older sister! Shishishi I haven't seen her ever since she sailed away to the Grand Line first. Last time in Alabasta, Ace said that he met her in the New World not too long ago. Man, he even got himself beaten half to death by her shishishishi!"

Silence...

Nami stared at him. Eyes widened.

Chopper and Usopp turned their heads at the same time to stare at Luffy. Eyes widened.

Brook stopped playing his violin and Robin stopped reading her book. Both stared at Luffy.

Franky was nowhere could be seen, but a 'Superrrr whatttt?!" could be heard.

Even Zoro was awake while Sanji's head was poking through the kitchen's door. Eyes widened.

"EHHHHHHH..?!"

"You have an older sister?! And she has already reached the New World..!"

"Is she older than Ace?"

"The powerful Ace got beaten? Yo Sis is superrrr!"

"How does she look like? Is she beautiful as our Nami-swan?!"

"Yohohohoho then I must see her with my own eyes. But I don't have eyes! Yohohoho skull jokes!"

"How strong is she?"

"What's her name?"

Even though they keep bombarding him with strange questions, Luffy kept the big smile on his face and answered happily "Her name is Naru!"

"Monkey D Naru!"

So.. with our world's current situation, I finally managed to bring myself to find some time and write again. I honestly haven't wrote anything since 2017. Since I got a free time, staying at home and all..I decided to find my passion and inspiration in writing again.

So please leave a review and tell me how you think! And stay safe people!
