Chapter eleven

It didn't take long, but Dumbledore was able to get Sirius a trial and he ends up free. Harry, Susan and Amelia believed he did that to get Harry to live with Sirius and away from Amelia, who was the minister for magic. Where Sirius was named Harry's godfather by his parent's. Harry refuses to live anywhere but with Madam Bones, he won't even visit the house where Sirius is living because others like Mrs Weasley and Dumbledore are there. Madam Bones didn't want to use him or make him do something he didn't want to do. Madam Bones asked him what he wanted. He really liked that about the woman. He also preferred to stay so he could spend his time with Susan. He really loved Susan and he didn't want anyone to ruin that.

Hermione kept writing to Harry but all she did was write about how Harry should trust Dumbledore and she believes Harry and Ginny will make a great couple. Harry finally wrote and said their friendship was over, she was now on his mail band list. But Susan taught Harry how to do a howler, he sent one off to Hermione and screamed that he would never like a dragon like Ginny and Hermione was now his enemy. Harry knew that would shock her and anyone that might have heard it, but he didn't care. He was sick of Hermione and how she believed she could tell Harry what to do.

'Aunty.'

Amelia looked up to see Susan and Harry, 'Have you come to a decision?'

'We have,' Harry smiled as he sat down with his girlfriend, 'We were considering another school but realise how easy it would be for Dumbledore and his order to find me. I'm just too recognisable in the wizarding world, so we believe being tutored is the way to go.'

'We were only concerned about being isolated, but we talked and thought we could go out, just make it random places and make sure we're using muggle disguises if we go to places like Diagon alley. But we also pick places that Dumbledore, nor anyone else would think about.'

'I believe you've both made the right choice. Dumbledore would find you even if we changed your name and you would have to continuously take polyjuice potion, which could be dangerous to your health. I will work on tutors and have the house elves clean out the old ball room so you can use it for your lessons.'

'What about when we're ready to take our owls?'

'Being tutored you can skip your owls and just take your newts when your tutors believe you are ready. Again, being tutored you will probably be able to take them a year earlier, or at least six months earlier. I can get the permission for you both to use magic outside of school. Have you thought of careers?'

'I'm leaning more towards healer, than auror,' Susan said.

'You were interested in healing after the first time you saw a healer at St Mungo's, so it doesn't surprise me. What about you Harry?'

'I had two I was thinking about, healer and broom design, but I know I'd probably be better at broom design. I would even like to go further and actually make the brooms and not just design them and work on what safety features they have. The trouble with either of those careers is Dumbledore, he could easily find me.'

'You will be an adult then and if he tried anything, he could end up arrested.'

'Yeah, but I worry that it won't stop him. He believes he's right and he wants me with people who is loyal to him and only those people. I'll see what happens once I am seventeen,' Harry knew if it came to it, he would use the book. He wanted a life, not having to stay in hiding or always being careful if he went out.

'That is the best thing you can do. I will also speak with Croaker, he will be able to get me a portkey that will bring you home, here, if you are taken. Now these portkey's are tricky. They can get past any ward, but they also work on intent. Your intent of being kidnapped and wanting to return home. I will do the same with Susan in case he gets desperate.'

'That makes me feel better.'

'I had an idea about one tutor, Mad-eye moody. Now I know Albus will want him for his order of the phoenix, but he is loyal to me and he also owes me. He could teach you both a lot if he is willing.'

'If you trust him Aunt Amelia, then his fine. He was a great auror.'

'I'll let you know when I've worked it out. Go an enjoy your day, I will organise your tutors.'

Susan and Harry went outside and straight to the pool. Every day they had been swimming and Harry could feel how it was helping his body. He was only fifteen, but since he was finally eating properly and not always worried, he was starting to fill out. Exercising would also help and keep him fit. He noticed that with witches and wizards, they were not very fit, because they could use magic for almost everything. He had already seen how swimming benefited him but also Susan. Harry had trouble controlling himself when he saw his girlfriend in a small bikini. He had already told Susan that when it was time to advance their relationship, it would be when Susan was ready. Harry would never try to force her or talk her into sex. She made it difficult for him when she wore bikini's but also when she snogged him. She always giggled when she realised she turned Harry on.

Right at the same time, letters were being written to Harry. One from Ron who understood how Harry was feeling. One from Hermione who was going off that Harry wouldn't trust Dumbledore and how he should return to the Burrow to listen to Mrs Weasley. She would not even change her mind once she got the howler, she was just more determined to make Harry see sense. One letter from Sirius who practically ordered Harry to leave the Bones house and come to him. The last letter from Dumbledore, but it didn't say anything, it had a portus charm on it. He did not know that the house wards would destroy that charm the moment it past the wards, but the head of the family would be notified of the charmed letter and what spells had been attached to the letter.

Harry really let Hermione have it with another howler letter. Since she was still at home with her parent's and her parent's would hear what he would say, he hoped her parent's would talk some sense into her. The first one he sent was through the day, so her parents might have been at work. This time he sent it of an evening. One thing he did know about Hermione, she wouldn't lie to her parent's, so if they asked, she would tell them the truth. Harry hoped her parents could get through to Hermione and to make her understand that everything she was doing was wrong just as everything Dumbledore was doing was wrong.

Harry wrote a small but nice letter to Ron, thanking him and thanking the twins for supporting him even though their sister was involved. He wrote that he knew it would be hard on them and he was sorry for everything that was happening to their family. He wanted to remain friends with them even if they might not get to see each other very much. They were his friends and always would be.

He sent howler to Sirius, one where he said he was no longer his godfather and his parents, James and Lily Potter would be ashamed that Sirius would support Dumbledore over their son. He was supposed to support Harry, that is why they named him godfather, so no, they would not like how he was acting now. Harry made sure Sirius knew that Harry was no longer his godson nor did he want anything to do with the man. He was disappointed that Sirius would side with the old man and hoped Sirius would do what he should have and supported his godson. Harry wrote that Sirius had already deserted Harry once, now he was doing it again by supporting others over Prongs' son.

He sent a quick note to Dumbledore, with the words fuck off written in large letters. He already knew the minister, Madam Bones was going to arrest the man for attempted kidnapping. Since nothing happened, she knew he would get off. Harry would wait and see, but if this kept going then he was going to use the book and send Albus Dumbledore onto his next great adventure. He was so tempted to use the book but he made a promise to himself that he would only use it on killers but if he had to use it on others then it was because they could be dangerous to him or Susan.

Harry really didn't want to use the book on anyone unless they killed. He realised now that might have no choice but to use it on the old man. He would not stop interfering in Harry's life, he could even try to interfere in Susan's life. He has tried to keep Harry prisoner, now he had tried to kidnap Harry with the use of a portkey. But he was really worried about Susan and if the old man could hurt her in some way. Harry would never allow that and the book would be used if he had to protect Susan. Right now, it was wait and see.

A few days later the story on the front page of the Daily Prophet was about Albus Dumbledore's attempted kidnapping of Harry Potter. It went on to explain that Minister Bones was Harry's legal guardian, yet Dumbledore was trying to control the boy's life and Harry wanted nothing to do with Dumbledore. It was even written that Harry will not be returning to Hogwarts as he didn't feel safe. In the article it went on about how Harry's so-called friend, Hermione, wanted Harry to ditch his girlfriend, Susan Bones and for Harry to turn his attention to Ginny Weasley. Harry wrote that he couldn't stand Ginny, he couldn't stand the sight of her. He wrote that he actually hated Ginny and her mother, they were too much alike. He also wrote that he would never leave Susan, he loved her and wanted a future with her. He wrote that when they were older, he planned to marry Susan Bones. He loved Susan with all his heart, she was his present and future.

Amelia might have arrested Albus for his attempt at taking Harry, but like she suspected, he was not sentenced. He was ordered by the Wizengamot to stay away from Harry Potter and if he tried anything again, he will end up in Azkaban. His order of the phoenix was now an illegal group of vigilantes and if they continued, they would be arrested. They were ordered to disband. Amelia and many others were not sure if Dumbledore would continue to try to get to Harry, or if the threat of Azkaban just might make him wise up. She was able to make sure that two aurors would no longer be involved with Dumbledore and his order. Since the group was illegal, they either made a vow to turn their backs on the group and remain aurors, or they would be sacked and then arrested for being involved in an illegal vigilante group. They were also ordered to stay away from Harry Potter. Now, it was wait and see what anyone would do.

Harry just wished everyone would leave him alone, apart from Susan and her aunt. He wanted to be a normal teenage boy but no but Susan and her aunt would let him. Late at night, when they were asleep, Harry had taken out the book and stared at it. He was so tempted to use the book on Dumbledore but he kept remembering his promise. He would wait a little longer and see what the old man would do. If he left Harry alone and didn't do anything to Susan, the book would not get used.
