Tenshi and co were at the Human Village as of now. Everywhere they look they saw stores and vendors with loot boxes everywhere with tags that told of the prices needed to buy them. It was clear weather, today.
"Man, everyone is buying these boxes," Tenshi said as she even saw children trying to buy loot boxes.
"Yeah! It's getting worst!" Sukuna said.
"And so many stores are selling them as well," Shion said as she looked everywhere.
"It truly is an incident...and no one will win…" Tenshi said.
"Come on! WE can win this! We just need to do what Reimu always does: Find the culprit and shoot her until she stops shooting at us!" Sukuna said.
"I'm talking about the people who are being scammed. They can never win," Tenshi said.
"We can win for them, Tenshi! We just need to find the culprit! We'll LITERALLY make her pay for this!" Sukuna shouted with determination.
"Alright…" Tenshi said.
She then noticed Aya and Hatate who seemed to want to get some new materials for articles when it comes to the loot boxes. Normally they would've been against each other as rivals, but they have recently just fallen in love with each other and of course, confessed their love for one another. As a result, the Kakashi Spirit News and the Bunbunmaru Newspaper aren't at each other's throats for writing and getting materials needed for their newspapers anymore.
"They must know something about the culprit," Tenshi said as she approached them.
"Let's go ask them!" Sukuna shouted.
They went to Aya.
"Ayayaya. Well if it isn't the Celestial who destroyed the Hakurei Miko's shrine. What are you doing here?" Aya asked as she was writing down notes in her book of sorts.
"We want to ask you two some questions!" Sukuna said.
"Sorry, but I'm writing my next article with Hatate here. Can't afford to spoil it to anyone. Especially not you," Aya said.
"Yeah, this is classified! Until it's published!" Hatate shouted.
"Then we have to defeat you to get it out from you," Tenshi said as she was serious about fighting them.
"You really want to do this?" Aya asked. Hatate was ready to go and fight the trio of Incident Resolvers.
"Yeah!" Tenshi said.
"Alright then!" Aya said.
"Bring it on!" Hatate shouted.

Aya then began to fire rings of red and blue danmaku at Tenshi while Hatate began to fire blue danmaku everywhere. Sukuna, Shion, and Tenshi of course grazed through the attacks.
Tenshi, Shion, and Sukuna, in retaliation, began to fire their own projectiles back at Aya and Hatate though both crow tengus were quick to dodge the attacks. Aya in response began to send forth attacks such as gusts of wind and gales at the group.
"Reporting: Hatate Himekaidou's Reporting Training!" Hatate said as she began to fire blue danmaku everywhere in all directions which causes Tenshi, Shion, and Sukuna to have to dodge the attacks.
"My turn! "Poor Sign: Mischance Scatter!" Shion said as she began to fire purple curse signs in five different directions. Hatate of course dodged the attack, but Sukuna helped by firing blue knives at her which hit her and then got her caught in the purple curse signs.
"Wind Sign: Opening Wind of the Tengu Realm!" Aya shouted as she sent forth a simple whirlwind projectile, shot from a sweep of her fan. Tenshi was hit but wasn't too affected by it.
"Keystone: Kaname Funnel!" Tenshi said as she summoned keystones that began to laser Aya who was actually hit by the attacks.
"Continuous Shooting: Rapid Shot!" Hatate said as she began to shoot blue danmaku and also began to summon giant rectangles with a cross in the middle. Shion's bad luck kicked in and was caught in the rectangles which then made a snap sound which did some damage to Shion.
"Squall: Sarutahiko's Guidance!" Aya said as she uses the wind to accelerate to top speed and charged into Tenshi who was hit by the attack.
"Ow. Celestials really have tough skin," Aya said as she rubbed her head.
"Spirit Sign: Sword of Meteorological Revelation!" Tenshi said as she sent forth a projectile that hit Aya. The weather then began to change and now it was drizzling.
"Heaven Sign: Sword of Divine Justice!" Tenshi said as she charged upwards with the Sword of Scarlet Thought and hit Aya, which did more damage to the Crow Tengu than was expected.
Hatate noticed the weather change alongside Sukuna and Shion.
"Well looks like this is the Scarlet Mist Incident all over again…" Hatate said.
"Far-sightedness: Tengu Psychography!" She said as giant rectangles appeared and then, when they flashing and making a sound akin to a picture being taken, there was a group of pink amulets that showed up. She did it again and more projectiles showed up.
"Attack on Dwarf!" Sukuna said as she began to fire danmaku in a circular pattern around her with openings where there are medium-sized purple orbs that stopped at a certain point and then homed in on Hatate. She of course dodged the attacks and began to fire her own blue danmaku back at the duo.
"Hate Sign: Despair Spark!" Shion shouted as she began to channel all her despair and hate from being in poverty into the palm of her hand. She then unleashed forth a giant beam of purple energy that successfully hit Hatate which in the drizzle did extra damage. After Marisa's successful copying of Yuuka's Master Spark many more copies have been made such as with Nitori's Kappa Gunner's function of shooting the Hydro Spark. So it was only a matter of time before Shion did the same. Only the Dragon God knows who else will do it next.
Hatate was defeated by this, Sukuna and Shion went to go and help Tenshi deal with Aya.
"Headwind: Route Forbidden to Man!" Aya shouted as she sent forth wind with flying debris coming on in. Tenshi summoned four small keystones that protected her a little from the attack. She then sent them forth which hit the Crow Tengu.
The weather then turned cloudy which meant that now both Tenshi and Aya can now send more spell cards at each other.
"Crow Sign: Daymare in the Dark Night!" Aya said as a swarm of crows began to mob Tenshi doing some damage to her, though just to the clothing.
"Illusionary Dominance!" The Crow Tengu then bodyslams Tenshi to knock her upwards, then juggles the celestial in midair at maximum speed. So fast in fact she left red lasers wherever she goes. Finally, it ended but now it was Tenshi's turn though she took moderate damage during the attack.
"Keystone: World Creation Press!" Tenshi said as she flew into the air and created a giant keystone in the sky. She came down with such great speeds but Aya managed to dodge the attack due to her being faster than the normal tengus that Tenshi had fought on Youkai Mountain.
"Spirit Sign: State of Freedom from Worldly Thoughts!" Tenshi said as she strengthens the body to withstand hits. Aya sent forth gusts of wind, white bullets, and blue danmaku at the celestial but Tenshi got close and was unflinching from taking the hits and did damage to the girl by hitting her with the sword. Finally, Tenshi did her in by summoning a keystone from the air that hit Aya above her which finally took her down. Aya took a lot of damage with tears on the crow tengu's clothing and some bruises on the Reporter.

Aya was still conscious and saw that Hatate was defeated. As Shion and Sukuna were approaching her and Tenshi. Though the crow tengu was on the ground.
"We won! Now tell us what you know!" Tenshi shouted.
"Alright. Alright, I'll tell you," Aya said.
"Oh by the way. You were scammed," Sukuna said.
"WHAT?!" Aya shouted.
"Not only is getting what you want a gamble but scraps of Shion's clothes are left on the counter so that clients never get what they want and keep buying over and over," Tenshi explained.
Hatate just came back limping her way over to where Tenshi, Sukuna, and Shion were talking to Aya.
'Now that she mentions it…' Aya thought. When she and Hatate arrived at the Human Village they tried to buy loot boxes in an attempt to get a brand new and improve camera that can survive pretty much everything. They never won which they chalked up to it being random as they tried four times to do so. Now it makes much more sense.
"Okay, that's it! The article will be VASTLY different from what I was originally gonna write. But let me tell you what I learned: everyone seems to be taking orders from the Hakurei Shrine," Aya said looking angry.
Tenshi, Shimmy, and Shion were shocked by that bombshell of an answer and said: "WHAT?!"
"Yep. And I'm telling you right now it is the Hakurei Miko, Reimu," Aya said.
"WHAT?! She went TOO FAR this time! First, she needs my help to solve an Incident, then she FAILS to solve an Incident so it's up to ME to solve it, now she CAUSES an Incident?! That does it! We're going to the Hakurei Shrine!" Tenshi shouted out in anger.
"We should go there…" Shion said as her eyes were slowly glowing in anger.
"Yeah and teach that Miko a lesson!" Sukuna shouted.
They left.
"Once that article on Reimu's business is published, she's gonna be eating grass for the rest of her life! Not even Yukari will want to donate to her! Oh, I can't wait!" Aya said.
"Hey wait? Can I like be there to witness it too?" Hatate asked as she was still limping.
"Yes, you can be with me when we're doing so," Aya said.
"Though I think I'm pretty banged up. Can you like pick me up to go there?" Hatate said.
"You just want me to do it because you wanted it so much don't you?" Aya asked with a cheeky smile which made Hatate blush. "Then yes I'll do so."
Aya picked up Hatate bride style and then she traveled at such speeds to where the Hakurei Shrine was at. All while Hatate was blushing.
A/n: Yep it's our two Crow tengus present here: Aya and Hatate. Those two show up as bosses here and drop a bombshell you all weren't expecting!
Yes, it was Reimu and she would have canonically done so. I mean she's greedy and wants a donation with the scenes where her greediness being shown in Wild and Horned Hermit. And now that Tenshi and co know, they are coming for Reimu with this incident changing everything that will happen afterward in the Phantasmverse!
