Mikasa had always been a peculiar child. Born on the 2nd of June to a single kumogakure immigrant mother who unfortunately died at childbirth.
She was very distinct with her medium brown skin, slanted teal eyes and white hair. A sharp contrast to the residents of Konohagakure.
She was a disturbingly keen child albeit very well behaved, willing to do chores in the orphanage without much complaint.
At 4 years old Mikasa enjoyed playing outside, she would run around for hours, and sometimes when no one was looking she would engage in physical conditioning exercises not meant for children.
While playing outside with the other children she healed a boy's scrapped knee.
After that nothing was the same, a 'normal' child genius was uncommon as it was, let alone one that reserve engeenerered an A rank medical ninjutsu. She was registered into the academy for Shinobi lessons, and she flourishes, excelling at all her subjects.
" She's an incredible student" One teacher told the matron as she plastered a fake smile eyes dim as she watched another child be stripped of their childhood. Rumours of her graduating in March after only spending one year at the academy were already flying around.
' it's the Kyūbi attack, it decimated Konohagakure's forces, their trying to replenish them as fast as possible' That particular thought had her chest burn with hatred as her mind briefly fleeted to the blond hair, blue eyed and whiskered infant crying with no one to attend to it.
' it's what the monster deserves' She seethed, the Kūbyi attack had left the entire village devastated and to think they are supposed to be taking care of it left a sour taste in her mouth.
Mikasa gathered all her belongs after kunoichi classes, intent on getting back to the orphanage. After enrolling into the academy she hadn't gotten her own apartment like she hoped.
The Kyūbi attack had pulverized a great deal of the Villages infrastructure leading to her having to stay at the orphanage.
Upon Arriving at the orphanage she headed straight to her room finding Naruto bawling his eyes out, not wasting time she went to the cupboards extracting a fresh nappy, wet wipes and a changing roll before swiftly changing the baby. Cradling him to her chest she took him to the kitchen where took out premade formula from the fridge and warmed it up.
After burping him she rocked him to sleep and lay him down in his crib. After witnessing the gross mistreatment Naruto received she had taken it upon herself to help him as best as she could which wasn't much really since she spent most days at the academy.
' And I'm graduating in two months, who's going to take care of him when I'm gone?' Shaking her head to rid herself of such thoughts she took her medical case and went to a nearby stream, confident that Naruto will not wake up.
Capturing a fish she opened her medical case and took out homemade low quality poison and injected the fish. Molding her Chakra she levitated a blob of water from the stream carefully inserting it into the fish who wriggled as she carefully extracted the position out dumping the tainted water into a bowl.

Dismissing the notification she used the [Mystic Palm] to heal any lingering damage the poison caused, finding none she let the fish swim back into the ocean.
Making sure Naruto was still asleep she headed out of the orphanage, intent on reaching the new Uchiha Compound. Creeping near the edges a message quickly made itself known.

The choice was clear, she thought as she sat down crossed legged and selected the D rank dungeon. The sky turned turned pitch black and all the people instantly disappeared.
No sooner than she had entered the compound she noticed a figure, 'Observe' she thought.

Dismissing the notifications she turned to face the other undead folks her ruckus had attracted. Chakra Scalpels forming in each had she dove into the fight dodging and slicing anything in her way dodging low she servered the leg tendons of one undead, a Chakra Scalpel dismissing itself in one hand as she lashed out with a Chakra enhanced punch sending several undeads flying.
Dismissing the EXP gains notification she slammed her palm into one the dead Uchiha's, her Chakra Scalpel going directly into his non existent brain.

Back flipping away,she took a deep breath Chakra kneading itself to what she desired before she let loose a stream of flames, Burning her opponents.
Dismissing the EXP, loot and Ryo notifications she took to the roof tops carful to stay out of sight and assassinate her opponents with her Scalpel and monstrous strength.
She made her way to the centre of the compound while periodically taking out the zombies and gaining experience points

Reaching the town square she used [Observe] on the zombies, noting that the highest level was 15 and lowest being 5. Feeling reckless she channelled an unholy amount of Chakra to her fist diving down into the pack of zombies, Her fist tore the level 15 zombie apart, the zombies were sent flying as a result of the shockwave that followed. Debris and dust briefly clouded her vision before they dispersed revealing a sizable crater, zombies that were sent sprawling twitched before they rose.
Grinning with euphoria she formed her Scalpels in both hands before diving into the fray slicing heads, arms and legs to limit their mobility.
The zombies combat speed was ridiculously slow compared to hers, and as such she made quick work of them.
Looking for opponents and finding none, a chill ran down her spine as an unpleasant feeling permeated the air quickly she hid hid herself and observed as a hulking monstrousity appeared seemingly out of nowhere.

'Damn that's some major health points' She thought, her observe skill only revealed that much, nothing more. she will have to gauge his reaction speed but with all those muscles it was safe to say he is a heavy hitter.
Long range attacks are pretty much nonexistent in her arsenal, 'Something I'll have to remedy later' She will have to be quick on her feet use his physique against him, duck in and out of his reach while using her Scalpels and strength to deal damage.

Seems like the gamer agrees with her, Shooting forward she channelled Chakra to her fist waiting for the exact moment it made contact with the monster to release it, only for Kaibutsu to barely slide backwards

Before she could put some distance his leg lashed out, impacting her square in her chest and sent her flying.

She briefly gasped from the momentary pain and the amount of HP she lost from just one kick. 'Must have been why the other zombies were so easy this dude punches hard' Channelling Chakra to her feet, she sped forward ducking under his hand and used her Scalpels to sever the tendons in both it's feet.

'At least that did some sizable damage' she thought as jumped back intent on putting some distance only for Kaibutsu to open his mouth and let out some sort of sonic screech.

The sonic blast briefly sent her spinning before quickly righted herself noticing a tree nearby, she ripped it out of the ground and used it to bat Kuibutsu into one of the deserted clan houses.

Kuibutsu shot forward just as she funneled Chakra into her legs and dove to the side, the fight continued on like that as she dodged his attacks and took advantage of openings, dealing internal damage as well as external with her Scalpels and strength.
He slowed down considerably, his punches lacking the power they once had and his speed became nonexistent.
Augmenting her fist with Chakra for added strength the finished Kaibutsu with a punch to the head gore splattering everywhere as her fist decimated his face.

The world dissolved and she was back in the real world still seated down. Time in the dungeon passed differently then in the real world and by a calculations she had been in there for 3 hours.
'Time to check up on Naruto' standing up she began her journey back to the orphanage ignoring the cold stares she got from the villagers, apperently news of her taking care of Naruto had spread like wildfire.
Parents forbade their kids from playing with her, adults refused to sell to her and she was treated with contempt. At the academy the teachers tried to keep it professional at the very least, and none had tried to mess with her marks.
Taking off of her sandals she made a beeline to her room, only to blink in disbelief at the sight that greated her. 'The Hokage is in my room'.
Hiruzen gently rocked Naruto as he smiled warmly at the child looking up him with barely concealed disbelief.
"Hello, I believe it is time you and I had a long overdue talk."
The child had been taking care of Naruto for 3 months now, taking on the hate that befall on her without flinching. When Hiruzen acquired news someone taking of Naruto a thorough investigation had been conducted .

Raised in the orphanage she was enrolled into the academy after she showed startling amplitude for medical ninjutsu, but it didn't stop there she proceeded to attain perfect scores, a feat only achieved by the Yondaime Hokage.
The child regularly snuck off to practice far advanced techniques, such as tree walking and water walking, only after she re-created Tsunade's monstrous strength is when they began to seriously notice her talents, as support medic nins were rare indeed.
Her eyes flickered to Naruto briefly before they met his, so Hiruzen continued speaking. "I wanted to thank you, for taking care of Naruto" He admitted.
"He is a baby, he doesn't deserve to treated like a monster over something he had no control over"
'Frighteningly perceptive' He thought, that sentence alone was loaded and Hiruzen knew exactly what it meant.
"Unfortunately people are blinded by their fear and grief, they fail to see him for what he is, a child"
She chewed nervously on her lower lip, before her determination overtook her face.
"I can't take care of Naruto like this, when I go to school, no one is willing to look after him, and I'll be graduating in March, I'll have to move out and I can't take him with me"
All valid concerns, she's grown attached to Naruto, which was good in his opinion.
He rose from where he was seated, a plan taking forming in his head as he handed Naruto over to her, "Walk with me, we will go shopping, I understand Naruto is lacking many things"
She didn't protest, exiting the orphanage with him, he took her to every shop, making sure the villagers knew they were under his protection.
"When you go to the academy,leave Naruto with me, the academy is in the same building as my office, same with missions. I'll be more than happy to be his daytime babysitter"
She stepped into a quiet classroom, two Chunnin instructors she had never met before were already seated.
"Mikasa Sato, here for the early graduation exam"
"Leave your belongs beside the door and take a seat. You have 1 hour to complete the written exam, after which you will have to demonstrate adequate Survival skills, Taijutsu, ninjutsu, genjutsu and stealth outside."
She made quick work of the written exams, double checking her answers to be sure. For a child the taijutsu, survival and stealth exams would have been hard but she breezed through them.
For genjutsu she had to do the henge and bunshin, they tried placing her under a genjutsu which the gamers mind nullified.
She had to demonstrate two ninjutsu and the basics of tree walking for the ninjutsu portion.
"Congratulations, graduate" one of the chunnin instructors offered her a brand-new headband.

She grinned this was a quest she received upon entering the academy.
Mikasa sat down at the designated spot on the day of team assignments, after dropping off Naruto, she had tried to find out who her teammates would be but alas the Hokage was tight lippped.
Dozing off a bit she waited for her name to be called.
"Team 7! Hyūga Miyabi, Inuzuka Ashi and Sato Mikasa! Under Hatake Kakashi"
She paled, remembering that Kakashi failed numerous teams before taking on Naruto,Sakura and Sasuke.
After team announcements were finished she went up to meet with her teammates.
Hyūga Miyabi looked like a typical hyūga, pale eyes, long luscious hair that was tied in a low ponytail. He was extremely pretty, in that Hyūga way, to bad his attitude sucked balls.
Inuzuka Kuro had wild untamed hair that stuck out in all directions, clan tatoos prominent on his face, which itself looked feral with his slitted eyes and fangs that peeked out occasionally. Accompanying his was his adorable partner,Tora.

"Team 7, meet me at training ground 7!" Was all Kakashi said before he disappeared in a swirl of leaves.
Kakashi starred down at them, grey eye cold while the Sharingan was covered by his headband. There was no lewd book in his hand and the introduction was sparse.
"My name is Hatake Kakashi, to be frank, while you've graduated the Academy it's entirely up to me whether I accept you as my students or not. In the event you fail my test, you will be sent to the Gennin cops, if your a part of a clan you will receive specialised training under apprenticeship from your clan members."
His eyes bore into ours, "Your mission is to acquire these bells, yes there are only two bells, the person who fails to attain a bell will be sent back to the academy, you have an hour, begin!"
