"They're late..." Aizawa said, lifting his smartphone in order to check the time. "I should make them do laps around the school for allowing Eri to beat them here."

"D-Don't you think that might be a bit harsh?" All Might said, sitting in one of the couches in Principle Nezu's office as he handed Eri his phone. Eri, who was sitting on All Might's lap, happily took the phone as she popped in a pair of earbuds Izuku had graciously donated to her months ago.

"Not at all. On the contrary, I think you're a bit too easy on them, All Might," Aizawa said darkly. "What happened to the days you would work out Midoriya in the mornings?"

"Well if I'm being honest, once Young Uraraka entered Young Midoriya's life as a love interest, she began joining in on his morning workouts. And well..." A memory of the couple appeared in All Might's mind, one that specifically involved Ochaco tossing an attacking Izuku into the air, ending with the outclassed boy face planting into the ground."Needless to say, I think she's doing a better job at training him than I was."

Aizawa sighed as he turned towards the glass walls of the school, overlooking the city that surrounded the school building.

"You can't deny it, Eraserhead," All Might said, patting Eri on the head as he looked towards the greasy long hair of the night-watch hero. "They make a good team. They're team work is almost unmatched by the rest of the class 1-A duos, only being rivaled by possibly Young Kirishima and Young Bakugo."

"I know they make a good team, in fact they could very well be pro's together..." Aizawa muttered. "But... You know how intimate relationships can be out on the field, All Might. They aren't professionals, and even if they were, it could cause them issues. You know what happened to the Water Hose Heroes..."

"Yes, yes I do..." All Might responded darkly, however he quickly recomposed himself. "But, I believe those two are different. Young Midoriya is the key to saving hero society as it is, and Young Uraraka inspires him to keep getting stronger and better in order to protect their happiness and everyone else's."

Aizawa remained staring at the window as he took in All Might's words, unable to shake the feeling that All Might might be just a tad bit too optimistic. However, AIzawa had seen the two of them pull through the impossible before. He couldn't help but admit his own optimism in the two, even sending them away on special trips before based on it. Those two, as scary as it was, were the best chance they had.

"I hope we're right on this..." Aizawa mumbled. As soon as Aizawa turned to face All Might, a knock came from the door. "Finally..."

"Come in!" All Might called out. The door opened to reveal the two trainee heroes, Izuku in his UA training uniform and Ochaco in a white tank top with black yoga pants.

"Took you two long enough," Aizawa said. "Eri beat you here by minutes. Pick up the pace next time."

Izuku and Ochaco laughed nervously as Aizawa directed his hand towards the secondary couch. The two followed his implication, taking a seat as Aizawa leaned against Nezu's empty desk.

"Now then, as both of you know the Pro Heroes have located and pinpointed the location of the Paranormal Liberation Front, the League of Villains, and the Nomu Laboratory in Jaku City's main hospital. We originally had plans to do a full on assault on the buildings, however due to the discovery of Shigaraki taking over the power of All for One... That discouraged many of the heroes from attempting a full scale attack. So..."

Aizawa yawned before continuing, Izuku and Ochaco leaning forward in anticipation as they listened attentively.

"The Pro's have decided that along with hero students deemed useful, we will strategically attack the Liberation and the hospital on multiple fronts in a series of organized attacks and infiltrations. This won't be just our typical mission... Some things we do may be out of our jurisdiction but as you know..." Flashes of the previous months flashed through Aizawa's mind as his eyes grew cold.

Battles against people who could manipulate and light gasoline, a red headed doctor who could amplify quirks and the human body, and a strangely durable man that could erase memories. Each of them had caused multiple of the pillars of Hero Society to fall. While two out of the three villains had been caught thanks to Ochaco and Izuku, the most dangerous being the red headed doctor, the heroes were on their last legs. And that was without considering the incoming threat of Shigaraki and the Liberation Front.

"We are running out of options..." Aizawa said, standing as he took a few steps closer to the two students sitting on the couch. "And that is where you two come in. Specifically... You."

Aizawa pointed a finger towards Ochaco. Izuku heard the girl gulp. He took a glance over to see a sweat drop falling down the side of her face, however her eyes looked determined as ever. She was not going to back down.

"Midoriya's missions are going to be much more dangerous than anyone else, pinning him with the top five Pro heroes in order to track, analyze, and fend off the successor to the most powerful villain the world has ever seen, and that's only because of his quirk. If he had any other quirk, I wouldn't dare send Midoriya anywhere near this special grade mission due to his track record of impulsive judgement," Aizawa said, staring down at the chocolate haired girl. Izuku, quietly listening, couldn't help but rub his neck. Even though Aizawa hadn't moved, he couldn't help but feel his teacher's special-grade scarf suffocating him with words of truth.

"The only thing I think will keep him alive is that quick thinking of his. And with all of that, you wish to go with Midoriya on this special grade mission?"

"Y-Yes sir..." Ochaco said nervously. "I know how Izuku can be on these missions and... well I want to support him through it. I've gone up against some of the Liberations supporters and... Well I want to help as best I can!"

Aizawa stared down at the girl, taking in her words before sighing.

"And what benefit would you be toward this mission?" Aizawa asked. Ochaco blinked, taken aback by the sudden question.

"S-Sir?" Ochaco asked, a bit disheartened. Aizawa's eyes began to glow with irritation.

"How do you think you would benefit the mission? You wouldn't be just supporting Midoriya. You could become an easy casualty. You're quirk doesn't easily compliment your martial arts skills, you aren't a heavy hitter like Midoriya, you aren't trained professionally in stealth and worst of all you have a romantic relationship to the person we absolutely need most on this mission to focus, with you being the biggest distraction to him and every other Pro hero that would have to keep an eye on you. So tell me Uraraka..." Aizawa crouched down, his eyes glowing deep red as he stared into Ochaco's now less confident eyes. "How would you not be a liability to the Special Ops team?"

Izuku opened his mouth to say something, not enjoying listening to Aizawa verbally crush his girlfriend, however All Might signalled him to keep his mouth shut. Gripping his fist into a ball, Izuku looked down at the floor, doing his best to contain his emotions. He had to stay quiet, otherwise he would just be proving Aizawa's point of Ochaco being a distraction. This was a test. Izuku glanced at Ochaco, who was now sweating profusely as she tried to find any counter argument she could.

Aizawa watched as Ochaco struggled to come up with a good reason, before she eventually lowered her head. Aizawa shook his head disappointedly before pushing himself back up into a standing position. He folded his arms as his eyes turned back to their usual black color as they glared down at the disheartened girl, who now could only stare at the mirror like tiled floor. Izuku looked over at Ochaco, sorrow filling his eyes. However, Ochaco took a small breath.

"I can't answer any of that, Sensei..." Ochaco said quietly, without looking up. "But... I've learned something after fighting those villains. Heroes also need help. They need someone they can depend on so they don't feel they have to bottle everything up and save everyone alone. Izuku... He can get ahead of himself. He's rash, and wants to save everyone he can without any thought to his own well being. I want to be there so he knows he's not alone, and to ensure he takes care of his own body so he can do the best he can for others and himself. I want to be his support as he has been for me..."

The room stood silent for a moment as Aizawa continued to emotionlessly stare down at the girl. Izuku looked between Ochaco and Aizawa-Sensei, as All Might looked between the two as well with nervous blue eyes. Aizawa remained silent before sighing.

"You have upfront and personal experience with the League of Villains, encountering them twice in combat. You have personally trained and fought alongside Izuku Midoriya on multiple fronts, allowing you first hand input to how a mission should be organized using Midoriya's strengths that you've noticed during your time spent together. While your quirk doesn't necessarily compliment your own martial arts, it does compliment Midoriya's quirk well, giving him large items and other forms of ammunition to use with his super strength. And many other notable achievements and other uses of your quirk," Aizawa suddenly explained. Ochaco's eyes shot up with surprise as she stared into the cold dark eyes that glared down at her. "Learn to sell yourself better when trying to join an elite group of heroes and push for a hero duo stance in missions. No Pro would agree on basic terms of romantic feelings. You better be glad I see use for you in the Special Grade Task Force. Now get out of here, I've got papers to fill out thanks to you. I've got to make adjustments to the missions to fill your original role."

Izuku sighed with relief as Ochaco smiled happily with tears falling down her eyes. Aizawa squinted coldly at those now happy and relief filled brown eyes.

"Do not make me regret this Uraraka. Your duty on that team is to be a hero first and foremost. Not an over protective girlfriend. Now get out of here." Aizawa said, turning to leave Nezu's office. The two students stood, bowing as Aizawa opened the door.

"Thank you, Sensei!" The two said as they bowed. Aizawa turned back to look at the two for a second.

"Don't think I'm doing this for free. Ten laps around the entire school building. Each of you. And no using your quirk Midoriya," Aizawa said before disappearing. Izuku and Ochaco's glance shot up, their eyes filled with confusion as Aizawa left the room.

"EEEEEEEH?" The two called out. All Might, watching as the two continued to stare towards the door, chucked as he continued to pat Eri on the head, who still had the earphones in. All Might really couldn't tell if Aizawa was soft hearted or not. He was much too hard to read.
