Or rather, his growing feelings for one girl in particular... For Stephen, combining teaching and being the Sorcerer Supreme continues to pose challenges, not least the growing threat looming on the horizon...

Final Author's Note

All things must end, some sooner than we would like. Regretfully, I have lost my flow for this story. I have tried to get it to restart, but I have figuratively painted myself into a corner. For stories to work well, there must be a source of drama. Drama necessitates a conflict of some kind. Thanks to actions taken by characters in this story, both on and off the page, I have no source of conflict.

Hogwarts is perfectly safe, there are no Slytherin antagonists around, and Harry has the freakin' SORCERER SUPREME watching his back: ergo, no source of conflict beyond the fallings-out of teenagers, ergo no drama.

I do, however, have some new ideas, which I will start posting for soon.
