Chapter 11

March 16th, Sanus

It was the dead of night as the storm rains battered the Serosas mountains, as team QRRE hid in a cave along the mountain range. It was Robyn's turn to keep watch, and she stared into the blackness. Clover slept next to the car with a mat and a sleeping bag, while the Branwen twins slept near the bikes. They did have a fire pit, but they put it out once they got a quick bite. So, the only light source helping her see was from the lightning bolts. Robyn herself was fuming from what Clover said. Clover was willing to follow orders without even questioning them. What a stupid prospect. So, if Ironwood told him to attack his allies, he'd do it without questioning it, simply because they were his orders? That's his logic

However, that shouldn't surprise her. Ever since the Atlas Military and Huntsmen Academies merged, the line between soldier and Huntsman has slowly been blurring. More and more Huntsmen remain in the military as opposed to going freelance, like all the other kingdoms. And, even the ones who stayed in the military are, even if they don't realize it, torn. A soldier is loyal to his country. A Huntsman is loyal to the world, to humanity. It's one of the reasons she formed the Happy Huntresses, to show the Atlesian Huntsmen what real Hunters were like.

However, that was neither here nor there. What was more concerning is Raven and Qrow's silence on whoever this 'Salem' is. Why would they want to keep this woman's identity a secret? Why were the Headmasters of the Academies let in on this secret? Why weren't they being told who she is when they clearly are involved with her now?

Meanwhile, as Robyn pondered her questions, Qrow and Raven were, in fact, not fully asleep. Qrow watched the back of Raven's head, his eyes narrowed.

"You should probably get some sleep," Raven whispered, "It's going to be a long ride."

"I've noticed Omen's scabbard is a bit larger."

"I've made some upgrades these past few years. Is this going anywhere?"

"There's still something I don't get, Raven. The series of events that lead to this."

"What's not to get? Summer tried to kill Salem, she lost, got turned into a Grimm~"

"Not what I meant. I meant what led you to fully abandon Ozpin?"

Raven rolled to the other side, now looking at her brother.

"You left us with Yang, then never came back. You cut all ties with Ozpin. You never liked him, but you agreed to fight against Salem. Back then, you reasoned that 'If the Queen gets her way, then it doesn't matter what happens to the tribe. She'd destroy it in the process.'. So, what changed?"

"Like I told our dear Little Bird, you don't want to know."

"Raven…"

"..."

"Raven."

"..."

"Raven!" Qrow's voice was barely a whisper at this point. Luckily, a lightning bolt and thunder emphasize his point.

"Fine. You want to know so bad? It was years ago, several months before Yang was born. Do you remember Vextra?"

"Yeah. The Spring Maiden. She's been missing for about five years now."

"Yes. And, turns out, Ozpin was a little more loose-lipped than before. And he made a lapse in judgement."

Raven climbed through a hole in the cavern. Looking around, she saw a lake in front of her. Above, a pathway leading to a tree.

"I didn't think there was a path under here!" A voice called out to her in bewilderment. Turning, a woman with pale blue hair and emerald eyes climbed through the hole.

"You'd be surprised how many secret passages nature can create. Can you get up there?"

"I still don't like doing this. Especially behind Ozpin's back."

"You said you wanted to know what you're getting yourself into," Raven turned away from Vextra, placing a hand on her stomach, "So do I. Can you get up there?"

Vextra nodded hesitantly. She created gusts of wind to propel herself upward, while Raven shifted to bird form. The two went up to the pathway, coming upon a giant golden door beneath the tree. Vextra looked to Raven, expecting her to say something. Raven only twitched her head towards the door. Sighing, Vextra walked to it, raising her arm to it. For a couple seconds, her hand hesitated, before she took a deep breath and pushed it onto the golden door. The door shimmered, before the 'petals' of the door began sliding.

Upon the door opening, Vextra and Raven were bewildered by what they saw: a vast desert, stretching as far as the eye could see. Before them, several stone pathway circles were before them, giving off a weird effect similar to when dust is blown by the wind. On the third stoneway was a small pillar. Upon it was a floating golden lamp, with a glowing blue center. The two walked towards it, Vextra staring out into the expanse in wonderment.

Raven picked up the lamp. "You said Ozpin told you the password."

"Yes."

"Why? He didn't tell anyone else the password."

"I asked him the same thing. He simply said 'nostalgia'."

'Nostalgia?' Raven thought. "Very well then. Say it."

Vextra approached the lamp, taking a deep breath. "Jinn."

The entire area froze, causing the others to be concerned. The lamp began to move on its own, tearing itself from Raven's grip. Blue mist began forming around it, heading up ward. The mist began to solidify, forming arms and legs. Golden chains began to appear around it's feminine figure. Eventually, it formed a woman, twelve feet tall, blue...everything, skin, hair, eyes. The woman placed a hand on her neck, cracked it.

"Auh, that feels so much better," the woman proclaimed, "Let me tell you. A century of no movement can give you such a crick in the neck."

Raven and Vextra simply stood slack jawed, too shocked to actually comment on that.

"So, what knowledge do you seek?"

"You mean you went behind Ozpin's back and used the relic?" Qrow scowled.

"I needed to know what we were up against. Ozpin has had these relics for all these years, and he's only used the staff to great effect. And, even then, not much. Besides, that's not the worst of it."

Qrow simply nodded, prompting her to continue. The storm seemed to pass as moonlight entered the cave.

"Well," Qrow stated, "At least things are starting to quiet dow~"

"BULLHEAD!" Robyn screamed. Instantly, all three bolted from their bed mats.

"What!?" Clover called out.

"Four winged Bullhead, coming from the south!"

"Damnit!" Raven said, grabbing her mat and tossing it into the car, "I told you they'd catch up!"

"Yeah, yeah," Qrow barked, doing the same, "Don't rub it in!"

The group ran to the entrance, seeing what Robyn was seeing. A four winged Bullhead was fast approaching.

"Push the car into the cave!" Clover commanded. Without another word, the four of them pushed it further in, hoping the Bullhead wouldn't see them. Once they did, they went to the sides of the entrance, crouching down. The Bullhead flew past them, having not noticed them. Qrow peeked out of the cave entrance, watching the Bullhead fly away.

KSSTZZS, the radio for the car turned on, "Mayday, mayday~"

"SHUT THAT THING OFF!" Qrow screamed as Clover ran to the car, turning off the radio. Qrow looked back, hoping the Bullhead didn't somehow~

The Bullhead began turning around.

"Shit! That thing must be able to track radio signals!"

"Qrow, Clover, take the bikes! Robyn and I will take the car!"

The four quickly got on their vehicles as the Bullhead started coming towards them. It fired a single missile towards the cave just as QRRE exited, a fireball engulfing where they used to be.

"Watch your step!" Clover called out.

"No shit!" Robyn retorted. The Bullhead began firing it's miniguns at them, the group dodging as best they could. One bullet bounced off a bike handle, nearly hitting Qrow's hand. If that wasn't bad enough, it seemed the storm decided to come back, as rain began to fall in earnest.

"Robyn," Raven called out, starting to get onto the back of the car, "hold this steady."

Raven grabbed Omen's scabbed. Pressing a button on the side, the handle was locked into the scabbard, before it was angled downward. The end of the scabbard then opened up, revealing a gun barrel.

'I'm going to lose a lot of Dust for this.' Raven thought, aiming it at the Bullhead. Pulling the trigger, a bolt of Dust flew towards the Bullhead, impacting the damaged side door. She fired several more times, one of them impacting the cockpit, making a small crack. The Bullhead turned, flying sideways as it looked at the car.

'Oh shit.' the two women thought as another missile fired their way.

"Hold on!" Robyn exclaimed. When Raven looked ahead, she saw a tight turn, but had no time to grab onto something, so she simply crouched down for better balance. Robyn took the turn, just missing the missile exploding behind her. However, the explosion caused the mountain they were on to rumble. Rocks began to fall Robyn swerving the car to dodge them.

One of said rocks impacted the back of the car, causing it to jolt, sending Raven off it.

"Shit!" Raven yelled as she fell.

"RAVEN!" Robyn screamed looking down as the bandit plummeted. Clover and Qrow turned their heads to see Raven falling.

Then something odd happened. A boulder passed Raven, and a bird was where she once was.

'What?' Robyn thought, 'Where did Raven go?'

The bird flew up towards the car. As another bolder passed the bird, Raven came from behind the rock, landing in the passenger seat. Clover looked gobsmacked while Qrow sighed, rolling his eyes. He turned his head before Raven could see the relieved smile on his face.

'WHAT~?!' "~the fuck?" Robyn inquired.

"Eyes on the road!" Raven pointed ahead, indicating they were heading for a drop. Robyn quickly refocused on the road, taking another turn. However, they had a bigger problem. The missile did a lot more than simply loosen some boulders. The mountain began to rumble, like the earth was groaning in pain.

"Oh~/~Shit." Clover began, but Qrow finished as they looked up to see a landslide. Up ahead were two paths. One was a continuation of the path they were on, the other was a tunnel leading into the mountain. Raven looked around the car, trying to find something to make it go faster. Then, she noticed a button called 'Dust Overdrive'. Against her more cautious nature, she hit the button, which caused the car to gain a boost in speed, passing the bikes. Robyn turned, entering the tunnel. However, Clover and Qrow were too far behind, as boulders blocked the path into the tunnel, forcing them to continue on the now dangerous path.

"Guys!" Robyn screeched as the tunnel closed behind them, "Do you think they'll be alright?"

"I know my brother. He'll be alright. And, if he isn't, I'll kick his dead ass."

"Use your Semblance."

"Won't work that way. If he's going too fast, the portal will open behind him, and he won't notice it."

"Damnit."

Outside, the Bullhead was firing it's miniguns and missiles at the two bikers. Luckily, or perhaps unluckily, the missiles kept impacting falling rocks, though the debris did shower on them. One boulder slammed between the two, causing Qrow to slow down.

"Damn, that was clo~Oh, shit." Qrow mumbled the last part as a boulder landed between them, blocking the path. With another missile behind him, and a wall in front of him, Qrow did the only thing he could do.

He drove off the side.

As he was falling, the missile impacted the boulder, sending debris down. Qrow leaned forward, avoiding a chuck of rock, accidently pushing a lever on the bike. The wheels of the bike then separated, forming four wheels. Landing on the inclined side, Qrow was shocked at the new feature. However, with the increased traction, Qrow began driving up the mountain, reaching the path.

Landing next to Clover, the man gave Qrow a smirk.

"Don't say it." Qrow interjected. Clover simply rolled his eyes. Above them was a natural stone archway connecting two of the mountains. On the path, Raven and Robyn came out, crossing the archway.

"RAVEN!" Qrow yelled out, attracting their attention. Seeing the Bullhead, Raven got out Omen in rifle form. Pressing a button, the single gun port closed, and eight smaller ports opened up. Pulling the trigger, Omen fired at the Bullhead in rapid succession. The Bullhead turned upward, aiming at them. Robyn slammed on the gas, hoping to reach the other side before~

The Bullhead fired several missiles, all aimed at the bridge. As the bridge collapsed, Qrow and Clover had to stop their bikes so they weren't crushed by falling debris.

Raven and Robyn weren't as fortunate. The bridge began collapsing, forcing them to try to make it to the other side. However, an extra missile was fired at the far end, causing both ends to collapse. The car plummeted, slamming into a rocky hillside and sending the two flying. Raven landed near the top of the rock pile, while Robyn landed several yards down.

Qrow was about to run off the cliffside to change into bird form when he noticed the Bullhead was actually leaving.

'What? Why isn't it finishing us off?'

Raven lifted her head, shaking it to clear her thoughts as the rain pattered down around her. She saw the Bullhead leaving above her, which sprung her into action. She climbed over the rockpile, sliding down the other side, to see the Bullhead flying away. Raven looked to the sky, to the rain and thunderstorms.

'Yeah, I think they'll buy it.' Raven thought as she closed her eyes. The Bullhead was now hundreds of yards away. When she opened them, red flames were dancing from her eyes. She pulled back an arm and thrusted forward, yelling as she did so. At that moment, three lightning bolts impacted the top left engine of the Bullhead, causing it to combust. The airship quickly started losing altitude, before disappearing beneath the far off treeline.

Raven scoffed, knowing that that will only slow them down.

"What the fuck was that?" Robyn's voice exclaimed behind her.

Raven stiffened, 'Shit.' She turned, seeing the slack jawed Robyn, who clearly saw what she just did. In an instant, Raven was upon her, Omen against her neck.

"Raven, wh~"

"I don't care that you're helping us," Raven said gravely, "Tell Qrow or Clover what you saw, and you're dead."

Robyn's eyes didn't falter, "Then we need to know what we're up against."

"Bargaining won't work on me."

"It's not a bargain, it's a demand. Besides, if you kill me, then your chances of getting Summer back drastically decrease."

Raven squinted her eyes in frustration. "GeeAAAAAAHHH!" Raven slammed Omen back into her scabbard, walking away from her, "We have a car to fix. And this rain isn't going to help."

Robyn watched Raven climb over the rock pile, before she collapsed to her knees. Robyn's eyes showed terror. What Raven did...it wasn't her Semblance. Pretty sure opening portals doesn't allow you to control lightning bolts or sprout fire from your eyes. Whatever the hell she had gotten involved in, she might actually be in over her head.

After some time, the group had regrouped at the damaged car. Luckily, by the time it did, the rain seemed to be letting up.

"What's the damage?" Clover inquired.

"It'll work," Robyn said, looking at the engine, "But I don't think it should take a hit like that."

"Good. We'll need to get moving."

"What about that distress signal?"

"Damn," Qrow said, rubbing the back of his head, "Kinda forgot about that."

"We have to help them. Right?"

"It would be the right thing to do."

"But," Clover retorted, "Salem's forces would get further ahead."

"Unlikely," Robyn replied, "Their Bullhead just crashed."

"What? How?"

"We got lucky. A lightning bolt hit one of their engines."

"Then shouldn't we go to the crash site? Try to capture them?"

"Not likely. We don't have the equipment to keep them captive."

"And the distress signal?"

"We have our mission," Clover responded, "Even if we went to help them, we'll put our mission at risk. We may lose our chance to get Summer."

"Raven," Qrow interjected, "You are being unusually quiet."

Raven put a hand on her chin, deep in thought. "Brother, how many of Salem's agents did you count?"

"Three."

"That you could see."

"...Yes."

"And there's our problem. We don't know how many we're up against."

"We," Robyn retorted, pointing to herself and Clover, "Don't even know what we're up against, let alone how many."

"Look," Clover exclaimed, "Maybe we get out of the deluge, first."

"Yeah," Qrow said, getting on the bike, "This isn't the type of weather for deep conversations or whatnot."

Meanwhile, with the now crashed Bullhead, Hazel pried open the undamaged door.

"GAAAH!" Tyrian groaned aloud, "Now what?!"

"Why are you asking me?" Watts angrily replied.

"Because it's your ship."

"Yes, which, once again, has to be repaired."

"We should've just finished them off while we had the chance."

"And, like I said, that would be foolish. Qrow Branwen was one thing. However, that was clearly Raven Branwen. Why, in all of Remnant, she is getting back into the game, I have NO idea. However, both Branwen twins are too much of a danger."

"Are you suggesting they could beat us?"

"The possibility exists. And, even if we defeated them, I highly doubt the rest of us would be in a position to continue the mission. Would you like to tell Salem that we failed to capture her project because you wanted another Huntsman's head?!"

Tyrian merely growled while Hazel went outside and looked at the engine.

'Seriously,' Hazel thought, 'It feels like I'm babysitting children.' "Can you fix it?"

"Maybe, once the storm passes. I still don't understand. My ship should've been protected by the storm. Why did a lightning bolt hit the engine? Well, regardless, the mission's a failure, anyways."

"What?"

"Wasn't just the engine that's damaged. That bolt fried the entire system. This isn't me jury rigging the minigun to work. By the time I fix this, Ozpin and his allies will have captured or killed Salem's project."

"No, no, no!" Tyrian shouted, "If we don't get Her Grace's pet back, you aren't getting back."

"Oh, and what do you expect me to do?! I'm not a miracle worker, Tyrian. I could have it fixed sooner if I had the parts, but I didn't pack for exploding engine!"

"Mayday, mayday," their radio broadcasted, "This is the Solas. Our airship crashed, and our Huntsman is down. The Grimm are closing in. Is anyone reading this?"

Watts looked at Tyrian, smirking, while Hazel simply sighed in disappointment. Tyrian giggled in anticipation.

"How quickly could you fix it if I…" Tyrian licked his lips, "Got you the parts?"

"About a week, at most."

Tyrian's blades extended as he ran off into the rain.

After some time, they exited the mountains, heading into more woodland. They found a spot where the bottom of a cliff face hollowed inward a couple meters, giving cover from the storm. (PS, if anyone knows the technical term for that, I will change it)

"Okay," Robyn exclaimed, shaking her clothes to get them dry, "Just what the hell have we gotten ourselves into?"

Raven looked to her brother, Qrow noticing Raven was trying to keep herself from smirking. Sighing, Qrow stepped up to the two, taking a swig of his canteen.

"Alright. We don't have several days, so I'll try to keep this short. Salem is...well, for lack of better term, the Queen of the Grimm."

Robyn's anger and Clover's annoyance at Robyn became one of shock.

"W-what?" Robyn replied.

"Or, at the very least, the leader of the Grimm. She's been around for hundreds, if not, thousands, of years. She's been attempting to tear apart humanity for just as long."

"And," Clover inquired, "You and Raven are…?"

"Well, I am part of a group that's been around just as long as Salem's been around. Raven used to be, but she split off. We, being my group, work against Salem."

"This group you're a part of," Robyn asked, "How powerful are they?"

"Well, considering that each of the Huntsmen Academies answer to our group, we've got plenty of influence."

"The Huntsmen Academies answer to you?"

"Well, not me, obviously. But our leader. After all, our group was responsible for the Academies' creation."

The two looked confused, prompting Qrow to continue.

"During the Great War, King Olandis was our current leader. During the final battle of the war, Salem attempted to wipe out all our armies in one strike. That's why there's so little information about the final battle. Olandis was able to convince everyone at that battle to secrecy. As a response, he formed the Huntsmen Academies, that way each kingdom will always have warriors trained to fight Salem's armies."

"Wait," Clover exclaimed, "Something doesn't make sense. If your group is against Salem, why haven't you told the public about it."

"You think people would believe us if we did? We keep it secret to not cause a panic."

"Okay, let me rephrase it. Why didn't King Olandis tell the kingdoms about it."

"Huh?"

"Well, if you're worried about starting a panic, I'm pretty sure the end of the Great War would've been the perfect time to do it."

Robyn's eyes widened in realization. "Yeah. If you revealed it now, people might think you're crazy. However, if King Olandis revealed it, just after beating back her forces, it would've sent a strong message to the kingdoms. That, even with all our differences, we could stand united against our true enemy, the Grimm."

Qrow raised a hand to reply, but stopped himself. They had a point. If Olandis/Ozpin wanted to reveal Salem's existence to the world, doing it right after kicking her butt and ending a war at the same time would've been perfect.

'So why didn't he?' Qrow thought.

Raven smirked, loving how her brother genuinely questioned Ozpin's decision.

"That's a question for another day," Qrow finally replied, "Right now, we have another thing to ask? Do we go for that distress signal, or continue ahead?"

"Well," Robyn replied, "Obviously we go save them."

"However," Clover retorted, "Going after them will divert us from Summer's trail. Any advantage we had over Salem's forces will be lost."

"You can't be suggesting that we simply let those people die?"

"What I'm saying is that we need to look at the bigger picture. Summer may have information about Salem's group, who's working for her, and what her plans might be. If anyone else was turned into hybrids."

"Aaand," Qrow added, "Like I said, my nieces haven't seen her in over a decade. They think she's dead. I won't sleep well at night knowing I left those people to die, but I won't be able to sleep at all knowing I had a chance to get Summer back, and I let her slip through my grasp."

Robyn was torn. She wanted to reunite the family, but she didn't want to let innocent people die.

"Raven," Clover exclaimed, "You're being uncharacteristically quiet."

Raven looked out into the storm. She didn't much care for helping the civilians, but the others sure did. And she knew she couldn't get to Summer alone. "Qrow, how many of Salem's agents did you count?"

"Three."

"That you saw."

"...Yes." Qrow raised an eyebrow.

"Damnit."

"What?"

"I was thinking, if we killed Salem's agents, we wouldn't have to worry about them catching up to Summer. But, if we don't know how many we're up against, it could turn into a bloodbath. Salem's agents are usually highly trained killers. Three we might be able to handle. However, if it's evenly matched, or, worse, they outnumber us, then they'll divide us, and we won't stand a chance, even with my Semblance."

'Not unless you use those lightning bolts.' Robyn thought, but didn't say. With what she saw, she wouldn't be surprised if Raven could kill all three of them.

"What about sending Raven ahead?" Robyn suggested, "We go save those people, while you continue onward?"

"Check the radio again."

Qrow activated the radio, only to be met with silence. No distress signals, no radio signals, not even static. The others remained silent. It was quite clear that whoever sent the distress no longer needed help, one way or another.

"Damnit." Robyn mumbled.

"Well," Raven exclaimed, "That makes the choice easy. We need to keep going."

"Hate to say it," Qrow added, "But she's right. We clearly won't be able to find out where those people were, and we don't know how many of Salem's agents we're up against."

Everyone, except Raven, wasn't happy about just abandoning those people, as it went against the ideals of Huntsmen. However, without any intel on where to look, they'd have to spend hours searching for them. Possibly even days if they were far enough. That was time they couldn't afford to waste. Needless to say, they had a sleepless night, both from that fact alone, and that they had to keep watch in case Salem's agents showed up again. As for Robyn, she had another thought on her mind.

'Raven has more power than all of us, yet she doesn't want to face Salem. Yet she trying her hardest to get Summer back, which will put Salem on her radar. What is wrong with this woman?'

March 23rd, City of Vale

"I take it that it's to your delight." Roman said, puffing a smoke. Cinder had tasked him with finding out all he could about team STRQ. Based on the smirk forming on Cinder's face, he certainly delivered.

"Yes. I think I have all I need to know." Cinder smirked. Salem may have told her to keep a low profile, but this would certainly put a smile on Her Grace's face. Summer Rose had two daughters, Yang Xiao Long and Ruby Rose. While Yang was of no interest, Ruby certainly was. Ever since she tasked Roman with finding information, she had wondered how Salem created a hybrid. Her arm did have Grimm essence latched onto it, but she doubted that was the same as hybridization. She came to the conclusion that perhaps silver eyed warrior would be able to become hybrids. Regardless, Ruby would be the priority.

"How difficult will it be for us to capture one, or even both of these children?"

"More than you're thinking."

Cinder turned to him, expecting more.

"Simply put, there are extra patrols around Patch. Not enough to draw attention, but definitely more if you're paying attention. Not only that, but the head witch of Beacon is also taking a vacation there."

'Ozpin knows how important those children are to Summer.' "Which means we'll need a big distraction."

The door opened, and a red haired man wearing black and red entered the room. His face was covered by a mask, making it impossible to see his eyes.

"Ah, Adam," Roman exclaimed, "So glad you could join us."

"Don't think it was easy, human. Security around Vale has increased in the past month."

"Yes. Perhaps it has something to do with the talking Grimm everyone is, well, talking about."

Adam narrowed his eyes, though no one could see it.

"Enough," Cinder declared, "Adam, do you know of any Faunus mercenary groups?"

Adam tilted his head in confusion. "Yes?"

"Any of them who keep silent about their buyer?"

"A few."

"How long would it take to get them here?"

"A couple of days."

"Bring them in. Roman, hire plenty of people. People who you know won't talk, especially under threat of death."

Roman tipped his hat before leaving the room.

"Just what are you planning?" Adam inquired.

"I'm planning on tipping the scales in our favor."

Sanus

The sun was high in the sky as Dark Summer flew across Sanus. For the past week, she has been going nonstop, only diverting her path when coming across groups of humans. So far, there have not been any incidents regarding Grimm or bandits. However, much to her dismay, or, perhaps annoyance, a new problem that she hasn't addressed may be boiling over soon.

Summer was still locked in the chair and chains ever since she took over. In that time, she could feel Summer's anger rising. Summer's eyes remained fixated on her darker self, so much that she hasn't noticed the chains heating up from her anger. Despite Summer's statements, Dark Summer wasn't all of Summer Rose's negative emotions. Both sides could certainly feel anger and rage. If this goes on for any longer, the chains will melt.

'Better to deal with it while I have control of the situation.' Dark Summer thought. She headed down to the ground, landing near a pond. She looked around, making sure no Grimm were actively coming after her. After she confirmed the coast was clear, she reentered her head.

Once more, she was in their old home. And, once again, she found Summer in the kitchen, tied to the chair with metal chains, staring at her.

"Alright, then," Dark Summer, "I think it's about time we talk."

Author's Notes: Yeah, not much to do with Summer this chapter, much more about setting up one of the major events for this story. Robyn and Clover are now informed about Salem, and Robyn is trying to understand the hypocrisy that is Raven Branwen.

Also, I felt that Raven's Omen was too simple. Just a katana version of Weiss's Myrtenaster. So I added some ranged features to it.

As for Jinn, we never knew, a probably will never know, who asked that first question from Jinn. Decided to put my own spin on it.

So, I have some bad news. My mom had to go to the hospital for liver failure. Updates might be slowed as my mind is more on helping my mom rather than writing. I hope you understand.

As always, leave a review, fav/follow, and I'll see you all next time.
