The rest of the night blurred. Drink after drink proved to be one of the best medicines to dull the pain and rejection I had been feeling for the past four years. It was great.

So, great, in fact , that we woke up in bed together the next morning with my uncle staring down at us with disapproval.

"So, I informed you that your father isn't pleased with your choice of — companions. And in turn, you do this? " He says strained.

I blink at the sudden intrusion of light before pulling the thin sheet over my chest and sitting up, only to wince at the thumping on my temple.

"G'morning, Cass… shut the blind will you…" Dean groaned sleepily, as he turned onto his stomach and pulled the pillow over his head.

Another voice suddenly spoke, causing me to jump in the air. "Dean, get up. I found something last night while you were out — meeting women." Sam said as he tapped Dean's bare leg with his shoe.

Only to receive a groan, before he went back to sleep.

I tightened the sheet over my body before looking up at my disapproving uncle. His sigh as I looked at him concerned made me get up, snatching my strewn clothes from all over the room, and rushed into the bathroom.

I could hear everything, as I shoved my legs through each leg of my jeans, and slid my t-shirt over my head before shoving my arms through the arm holes before exiting the bathroom for my shoes.

"Dean, come on, get your butt up we have to get going." Sam said, leaning over Dean, before he tore away the pillow Dean had placed over his head, and throwing water onto him.

"What in the hell was that for, Sammy?" He gasped, sitting up in response to the cold water.

"We don't have time to waste. Something big is going down tonight and if we don't leave now we will never stop it in time. So, get your ass out of bed, and get dressed." Sam said commandingly.

I quickly shoved my feet into one of my black my ankle boots, and stood up to walk over where my other boot had been strewn.

"Fine. Fine, I'm up." He muttered, as he bent over to pick up his briefs, before sliding them on, and standing up for his clothes.

"Where are you going now, Sera?" I heard my uncle ask as I looked around the room for the rest of my things.

"I have to find Jo. She needs me." I replied, as I picked up what I was looking for.

"Woah. Woah. Woah. Jo? Is that your boyfriend or something?" Dean asked as he slid his jeans on.

Jo? My boyfriend? Was he being serious?

Did he just look smart last night or was it the liquor doing its job? Easy Sera, you can't make assumptions based on a few words.

"No. She is a friend, and you two know her, as a matter of fact." I replied, as I turned to my uncle, who had his arms crossed.

"Have you made up your mind then?" He asked, raising a brow at me.

I held up a hand before grabbing my bag and motioning for the door.

"You two do whatever you need to do to avoid that bitch from killing. Cas, and I have somewhere to be." I threw overy shoulder before walking out of the hotel room with my uncle hot on my heels, without waiting for a response.

"Have you—" he began to question before I interrupted him.

"I won't reveal which side I am on, less need be. Lilith is on the loose, and she is breaking the seals! A war is upon us, and the Winchesters have been placed in the middle of it! Lucifer and God have made a massive mess in this and of this situation, and it is up to all of us to fix it! Innocent lives are at stake, and I could care less whether or not you want to help..." I replied, as his eyes narrowed at me.

"If you are giving us hope only for you to betray us—" he threatened.

"This isn't about me. This is about all of mankind! Now, get in or travel with the Winchesters." I snapped as I hopped into my Nissan Pathfinder.

I watched him stand there, as I shoved the keyes and listened as the engines turned. I scoffed as I realized my uncle was still looking at me with an unfathomable expression, and revved the engine in exasperation.

Just as he rolled his eyes at me, before appearing in the passenger's seat.

"Where exactly are you taking us?" He asked me as I backed up and sped out of the parking lot.

"To save those who need to be saved. I saw an attack heading there a couple of hours ago. Jo is in danger." I muttered as I sped through the practically empty city.

"Jo—" he began.

"If you say another word I won't hesitate to send your ass back to my sperm donor. Choose your next words wisely." I growled, flexing my fingers around the steering wheel.

"Fine. But just so you do realize, that what you are doing here is playing with fate, and God won't like that very much." He muttered under his breath.

"If to save those I care about, I have to suffer harsh consequences, I will do what I must." I replied as I sped out of the state line.

"Your father is going to skin me alive when he finds out…" He muttered, shaking his head.

"He wouldn't hurt someone I care about." I quipped, before turning on the radio.

"You have obviously never met your father..." He mumbled back.
