The next day, he takes me around a nearby town and we purchase some new décor for our new home.

Whenever we finally arrive home Sunday night, we are absolutely exhausted. Dad agrees to keep Liam for another night and he seems awful chipper. I wonder if he knows that we're engaged. We haven't told anyone yet because we want to invite the family to a dinner and announce it.

After we eat dinner, we go to bed and he makes love to me again before drifting off into a peaceful slumber, safe and sated, in each other's arms. This weekend most certainly exceeded my expectations. I am irrevocably in love with Christian Grey and I absolutely cannot wait to be his wife forever.

The next day, we get up and go to work, as usual, and I find that I am promoted to Senior Editor and I am shocked to say the least. Mr. Roach said that since he knew I already did most of Jack's work anyways that he believes I'm the perfect fit. Christian is excited for me.

Whenever we get home from work, Liam is there waiting for us, excited to see us. We spend the rest of the evening together as a family and after Liam is in bed, we celebrate my promotion privately in the playroom and had an extraordinary time in which Christian continuously blew my mind.

I love my family and I love this life. I hope that it stays this peaceful, but being with the infamous Christian Grey, there is sure to be some drama at some point, but as I said before, I know that as a family, we can face and withstand anything that comes our way.

Over the last four months, we have led a relatively calm life. The weekend following our return from Hawaii, we invited our families to a dinner at our house and we announced our engagement. Everyone was thrilled. Carrick was skeptical of my intentions and told Christian that he should get a prenuptial agreement but Christian quickly objected, stating that I am absolutely nothing like Sasha. I told him that I would sign one but he said no and said he didn't want to hear anymore about it. Even Mia was excited about our impending marriage.

Liam is extremely happy that his Mommy and Daddy are getting married. Christian is making him a groomsman. Liam is extremely excited about that. We've decided that we will get married 2 months after Kate and Elliot's wedding which is tomorrow. She will be staying with me tonight and Christian is going to stay with Elliot. Grace is keeping Liam for the night.

Sasha invited us to go to an ultrasound that she had a few weeks ago. Once again, she refused to look at the screen and she even put her hands on her ears when the heartbeat started to come over the speaker. Our baby is beautiful and the technician said that she is growing right on track. Sasha let me touch her belly to feel our daughter move and it was amazing. Sasha said that she wants us both in the delivery room and that as soon as the baby is born, she wants us to immediately take her out of the room. She said that she doesn't want to hear or see 'it'. She is very disconnected from this baby.

We had a scare with her last week. It turned out to be Braxton hicks contractions, though. She is due to be born in 2 weeks but the doctor said that she can come at any time now. We are beyond ready. Our nursery is already set up. We know her name already, but we want to announce it to the family after she is born.

I have excelled in my position as senior editor at work. Christian is very proud of me. He ended up purchasing the company, which upset me at first because I don't want him to interfere with my work. He said that he is buying it because he wants to make sure that it is a safe work environment for everyone there, especially after what Jack pulled. I finally agreed that his reasoning made sense. He said that since Mr. Roach didn't do his job protecting his employees, that he was going to replace him as CEO.

We have visited the playroom on a regular basis and many orgasms are shared in that room. He even let me dominate him a few times and it was fun and exciting. Just as many, if not more, orgasms are shared outside that room. He is an amazing master and lover and I just can't get enough of him.

Two weeks ago, we had a bachelorette party for Kate. Mia was there because she is a bridesmaid since she calmed down about her obsession with Sasha. We are all glad that she finally seems to accept me and Christian being together. She told me that she has never seen Christian happier or more carefree in her life and that she is happy for us. I'm glad that she finally came around. The bachelorette party was amazing.

We had Liam's birthday party last week out in our meadow. The Greys put it together and it was extravagant for a 5 year old's birthday party, but since I am now party of a wealthy family, I have come to accept that my children will be spoiled by them. Liam had a blast and he got a LOT of toys and other presents and he absolutely loved them. We all had a great day.

"Baby, why don't you take Kate and Mia and have a spa day today? I will pay for it, but you all deserve to get pampered so that you can be ready for tomorrow."

I look at him. "I've never been to a spa before." He smiles and approaches me and runs his fingers through my hair.

"You will love it. Kate and Mia have gone a lot before so they know the ropes. Why don't you call and ask them and then get ready yourself and go do that?"

I am reluctant at first because he is spending money on me, once again. Finally, I decide to just give in. I look back up at him. "I guess that is okay. I will call now." His lips crash into mine and he kisses me feverishly.

He pulls back and smacks me lightly on the butt and I giggle. "Now go and get ready. I will spend time with Liam while you are gone."

"Okay, baby." I kiss him sweetly again and I go off to call Kate and Mia. I call them and they are both excited about it so I tell them that I will come pick them up after I get ready.

I get ready and I kiss my son and fiancé on my way out the door. Sawyer comes with me, as usual, and we head to pick up the girls. We head to the spa and we spend the day getting pampered and talking. The spa is so amazing and relaxing. Afterwards, I take the girls home and I head home. I spend the rest of the day with Christian and Liam until we take Liam to Grace and Carrick. Elliot and Kate show up right as we're laying in a post-coital embrace. We get dressed and go downstairs and I see my fiancé off at the door and Kate does hers as well.

"I will get the wine." I tell Kate.

"Yay! Girl's night. Just us, back together like old times." I giggle.

"Let's get some wine and then we can sit and chat. I've missed you. Have a seat on the couch."

She nods and goes to sit on the couch while I go and fetch us some wine and wine glasses.

When I get back to the family room, I sit on the couch with her and I pour us both a glass of wine and hand her one. We talk about our lives and she fills me in on their plans for their honeymoon and she is so excited and happy. I just know that her and Elliot will last. Kate had never been in a relationship since I met her in college. She used to just bring random guys home for sex and send them home. I was still a virgin at the time so I didn't quite understand what she liked so much about sex at the time. I understand now though.

We are talking and laughing whenever she brings up something that I really don't want to talk about. "So, Ana. You never told me what really happened that day that you supposedly died at that club?"

My smile immediately fades and I look away and pour another glass of wine. I might as well tell her. She is my best friend and I can trust her.

She must notice my hesitation. "I'm sorry, Ana. You don't have to talk about it."

"No, it's okay. I haven't really talked about it much before. It might be good to get it out. I trust you not to tell anyone else what I tell you because I don't want to deal with a lot of questions from other people."

"I won't tell a soul, Ana, I promise."

I nod and sigh. I take a drink of my wine. "I was with my friend, Sean. We came out of the club and walked into the parking lot. We were shocked to find a couple of men fighting, even though I'm sure that it happened all the time. We were watching because of our shock and we just couldn't look away and we didn't want to get their attention."

I take another drink, emptying my glass, and she takes it and fills it back up while I continue to talk. "After the one guy fell to the ground, the other pulled out a gun and he shot him right in the head as two other men approached the shooter from behind. They got his attention and pointed us out to him and we freaked out as they started to rush towards us and Sean and I both took off running. Sean got out ahead of me because of my short legs and a man grabbed me from behind and I felt a stabbing pain in my abdomen and I looked down as he twisted the huge knife. He whispered in my ear, 'It's time for you to die, bitch.' And he let go of me and I fell to the ground on my stomach. As I was laying there, I suddenly saw Sean fall to the ground after another gunshot. His eyes were looking right at me, but he wasn't there. I saw the blood running out of his head and I watched as the life slowly ebbed from his eyes just before I lost consciousness myself. I woke up in a hospital in Idaho somewhere and the FBI was there and after they told me what happened, they took me to Aspen and you know the rest."

I have tears falling from my eyes silently as I finish talking and I take another drink of my fresh glass of wine just before Kate engulfs me in a hug. She is crying as well. "That sounds horrible, Ana. I'm so sorry that you had to go through that."

I shake my head to snap out of it. "If it hadn't happened, I wouldn't have met Christian in Aspen. I hate everything else about what happened. They told me that I only had a 2% chance of being able to get pregnant and said that birth control wasn't necessary. Then I met Christian and had an AMAZING night with him before I was moved again and given another new name and I found out that I was pregnant with Liam."

She finally lets me go and kisses my cheek. "I'm just glad that you're okay now. I wish I could've helped you through all of that, though."

"Me, too." I wipe away my tears. "I think it's time to get the bride to bed now so that you can get your beauty rest."

She wipes away her tears as well and smiles. "You're probably right."

I stand up after putting down our glasses and I offer her my hand and I walk her to a downstairs guest room. She engulfs me in another hug and this time I hug her back. "I love you, Ana. I'm always here if you need me."

"I love you, too, and I know. Go get your rest." She pulls back and kisses my cheek and walks into the room. "Good night, Kate."

"Good night, Ana." I leave her as she closes the door and I sit down and take the remainder of our bottle of wine and my wine glass and head to my bathroom for a relaxing bath. I bathe and get dressed in a nightie and I drift off to sleep hugging my own fiancé's pillow.

I wake up in the middle of the night from a nightmare about that night at the club and I'm covered in sweat. I decide that I will take a bath in the morning and I lay back down and drift back off to sleep and hug Christian's pillow again as I drift back off to sleep.

Whenever I wake up in the morning, I get up and put on a robe and go wake Kate up. She growls at me and gets up to go take a bath or shower in the guest bathroom and I go back upstairs myself and I take a shower and I put on one of Christian's button up shirts and a pair of sweat pants and I head back downstairs for breakfast. Gail already has it made so I thank her and she disappears as she usually does. We talk sometimes and she still spends a lot of time with Liam, but she is very professional otherwise.

I wait for Kate to come out and then we eat breakfast and talk together and she expresses that she is nervous. I calm her and once we finish eating, we wash up and Sawyer takes us over to the Grey's manor.

Whenever we arrive, we knock and Grace answers the door and wraps us both in a warm embrace, one at a time. "They aren't here yet, so go on up." When she lets us in, Liam comes running to me and wraps his arms around my neck as soon as I bend down for him.

"We had so much fun, Mommy. Are you here to pick me up?"

I giggle and pull back and look at him. "No, baby. Today is Kate and Elliot's wedding and they are getting married out back, remember?"

He finally looks like he remembers. "OH yeah. I remember now."

"I've got to go get dressed now. I'm sure you will be getting ready with Daddy whenever he gets here."

He nods and kisses my cheek. "Okay, Mommy. I will see you later."

"I will see you." I get up and follow Kate up the stairs and just as we reach the top, we hear someone knock on the door so we run the rest of the way to Mia's room. As soon as we are in the door, Mia engulfs us both in hugs at the same time.

"My sisters! Hair and makeup are on the way." She looks to me. "Ana, I hope you don't mind, but I invited Sasha. If it will be a problem, I can ask her not to come."

I smile at her. "No, Mia, it is fine. We get along with her now for the most part as long as she doesn't start anymore drama. She is giving us a baby after all."

She smiles. "Excellent." About that time, there is a knock on the door and she claps her hands together. "They're here!" She opens the door and the ladies that must be hair and makeup walk in. After they get us all prettied up, Mia and I get dressed and then we help Kate into her dress. It is beautiful. Her mother designed it for her. I hope to have her mother design a dress for me as well.

We finish getting her ready just before there's another knock on the door. It is Christian. He has a couple of boxes in his hand. He hands the first to me. "This is for Kate from Elliot." He hands the other to me. "This one is for you." I smile up at him. It's Kate's wedding day so I will accept it. I stand on my tip toes and give him a sweet kiss.

"Thank you. I will give her the one for her. I love you." He smiles.

"I love you, too, baby. I have to go. See you up there." I smile back and wink at him just before he walks away as I see Eamon, Kate's father approaching. I let him in and then I walk back to Kate and give her the box and she gasps whenever she opens it. It is a beautiful diamond necklace with some blue gems in it. We help her to put it on and then I look in my own box. It is a small diamond necklace along with a gold and diamond bracelet and some small dangly earrings. I smile and Mia helps me to put them on.

"You look stunning, Katherine. Are you ready to get married?" her Dad asks.

She smiles at him. "Oh, Dad, I've never been more ready." He puts out his arm for her and Mia and I kiss her on the cheek.

"Good luck and congratulations. I love you." I tell her. She smiles and takes her Dad's arm and Mia and I walk out with our little bouquets. Mia walks down the stairs first and I follow. Whenever we get to the back deck I gasp. Mia doesn't react. She must see extravagant stuff like this all the time. It is absolutely stunning. There are white flowers everywhere. Suddenly, I hear someone clear their throat behind me. I turn and it's Kate. "Oh, sorry. I've never been to such a huge and beautiful wedding. I will go now." I get to the end of the aisle, just as Mia begins walking down the aisle. It's like she is floating. I look up and when I make eye contact with my fiancé, who is wearing a black, formfitting tuxedo and looking more delicious than usual. I smile and he smiles back. We will be doing this ourselves soon.

I try to maintain eye contact with him as I walk down the eye, but I see Sasha in my peripheral vision and I look at me with her swollen belly and she smiles at me and I smile back softly. I look back up at my fiancé and continue down the aisle.

As I reach the front of the aisle, I hear everyone standing. I take my place and glance over at my fiancé and wink at him. He has Liam standing beside him looking handsome in a suit that I'm sure Christian had specially made for him. He looks at me and smiles and waves and I smile and wave back without drawing attention to myself. I finally look down the aisle as the bridal song begins to play and I see Kate and her father coming down the aisle and they look amazing. Everyone is turned to watch them as they walk towards the aisle. I notice Kate grinning up at Elliot and I glance over at him and the smile on his face expresses his love for Kate. It's beautiful and I swear that I saw a tear in his eye.

I look back to Kate and her father. Whenever they finally make it up to the altar, Elliot wipes away a tear and Eamon puts Kate's hand in his and whispers something to him and Elliot nods. Eamon kisses Kate's cheek and goes to take his seat. I watch as Kate steps up directly in front of Elliot and they stare into each other's eyes with huge smiles on their face and it brings a tear to my eye.

I look over at Christian to find him staring at me with the same admiration in his eyes and I smile back at him. The ceremony goes beautifully and I catch myself starting to cry a few times, but I wipe the tears away as quickly as possible, hoping no one noticed, but when I look at the crowd, I see a lot of tears out there as well.

I notice that Christian is staring straight at me every time I look in his direction. He is probably imagining us at our own wedding in just two months. After Kate and Elliot's magnificent kiss, I start crying again as we all applaud. They go back down the aisle with huge smiles on their faces and then Christian brings Liam to the aisle and puts his arm out for me and I happily take it and he holds Liam's hand in his free hand as we walk down the aisle. "You look stunning, Ana."

I smile and look up at him. "You're quite handsome yourself, Mr. Grey." He winks. Once we make our way down the aisle, the crowd starts to disperse and I approach Kate and Elliot and I wrap my arms around her and hug her and congratulate her as Christian congratulates Elliot with a pat on the back.

"You look beautiful, Auntie Kate!" Liam says to her and she looks down to him and smiles and she leans down and hugs him.

"Thank you, buddy."

After she stands back up, I take Christian by the arm again. "We're going to go mingle so you have time to greet your other guests." I tell her. She nods and we walk away and start to mingle with the guests. Christian introduces me to a lot of his family and some other people that he knows. Everyone seems like pleasant people. Whenever we get to Sasha she smiles slightly. "How are you doing today, Sasha?"

"I'm doing good, aside from my swelling feet and abdomen." She grunts, showing her discomfort. I can see that it looks like her belly has dropped significantly since the last time that we saw her.

"She will be born soon and then it won't be long before you're back to your old self."

She sighs. "I cannot wait to get this thing out of me." We excuse her calling our daughter a thing because she will just be our daughter soon and we already love her with all of our hearts. She growls under her breath as she looks down at her stomach with a frown on her face.

"Are you okay?" I ask her, concerned about the baby.

"It won't stop moving around in there."

"Can I touch it?" I ask, wondering if she will allow it again.

She looks up at me and smiles. "Sure. Why not?" I put my hand on her belly just as baby girl kicks and my grin widens and I feel the tears threatening to fall. I cannot wait to hold her.

I take my hand back off because I don't want to push my luck since she is already miserable as it is. "Thank you, Sasha, for all of this."

She just nods. "I'm going to go and find Mia." We nod and she walks away and I wrap my arms around Christian's waist.

"I can't wait to hold our daughter." He has his arms wrapped around me as well.

"Me neither, baby." I pull back and he puts his fingers under my chin so that I'm looking into his beautiful eyes. "I can't wait until our wedding either."

I smile. "Me neither. This is so huge. I'm in awe of how beautiful it is. I've never been to a big wedding anywhere near like this."

He grins at me knowingly.

"What?"

"Our wedding will be the same, if not bigger. I figured I better warn you now." I shake my head.

"What am I going to do with you, Christian Grey?" He chuckles.

"You're going to spend your life with me so that I can show you and our children the world and I can love you all the way that you deserve to be loved."

I grin back at him. "I love you, Christian."

He leans down and kisses me sweetly. "I love you, too, Ana. Forever." He whispers against my lips.

"Forever, Mr. Grey." He kisses me again. "let's get to the dining area. The sooner that we get this over with, the sooner I can get you home." I growl under my breath.

"I wish we didn't have to wait but the wait is certainly worth it." He kisses my forehead and takes me to the extravagant dining area and we make our way to the head table and have our seats beside Kate and Elliot. Liam sits next to Christian.

Christian and I give our heartfelt speeches for the bride and groom and bring the bride to tears more than once. I even catch a tear escaping Elliot's eye as Christian was talking. We are having our beautiful meal together and talking whenever we hear Sasha cry out. The baby! I look to Christian and we both get up as quickly as possible and rush to Sasha's side.

"Is it time, Sasha?" Christian asks her.

She narrows her eyes at him as she holds her belly. "YES it's fucking time! My water broke all over my shoes and that contraction hurt like a mother fucker!" I look to Christian with a concerned but excited expression.

"Let's get you to the hospital then." He helps her up and we both walk her up to our SUV with her arms around each of our necks. As soon as we get her into the SUV another contraction hits and we both try to talk to her soothingly and she squeezes our hands HARD! It's okay though. We're about to have a baby! We try to hide our excitement as much as possible because she is suffering to bring a baby that she does NOT want into the world. All of the pain without the reward.

All of the way to the hospital, she cusses us throughout the contractions and squeezes our hand with a vice-like grip. Once we arrive at the hospital, Christian jumps out and runs in to get a wheelchair for her. "GET THE FUCK OUT OF ME!" she screams at her swollen belly. Whenever Christian gets back, he helps her into it and Taylor helps me out. Whenever we get to labor and delivery, I help her into their gown and then Christian comes back into the room and we proceed to hold her hands from either side of her while the nurses set her up.

Occasionally Christian and I will glance at each other and smile. It's finally happening. She is coming!

After Sasha gets an epidural, she calms down considerably and doesn't say much. After 6 hours, the nurses say that she is fully dilated and time to push. "Good. Let's get this over with." She says.

She holds our hands as we support her as she pushes. When the baby is finally comes out, we both look at her as they put clips on her umbilical cord and she is beautiful. "Do you want to cut the cord, Dad?" he asks Christian.

"WE want to cut the cord." he says and looks at me and half smiles. The doctor nods and a nurse hands him the scissors and we hold them together as we cut the cord and I am crying at this point. The doctor lifts the baby to hand her to us. I take her into my arms after Christian nods at me with a smile and a tear in his own eye.

"GET IT OUT OF HERE!!" Sasha screams at us. I nod and walk out of the room.

Christian follows after I hear him tell Sasha, "Thank you again, Sasha." Once we are in the hall, some nurses guide us down to the hall as we both admire our beautiful daughter. Whenever we arrive at the nursery, the nurse speaks.

"We need to take her and assess and weigh her. You can stand just over there and watch through the window and as soon as we are done, we will bring her to you and you can spend some time with her. She needs to stay for tonight, but tomorrow you should be able to take her home as long as everything checks out." We nod and I gently hand her to the nurse and I start crying as she walks into the room with her. Christian wraps his arm around me and leads me to the window that the nurse specified and I look up at him and he is about to cry himself. He is smiling through his tears the same as me.

"She is finally here!" I tell him.

"Yes, she is." I wrap my arms around his face and squeeze my arms around him tightly and he squeezes me tight as well. We turn and watch as they weigh and measure our beautiful daughter. She is 6 pounds 8 ounces and 20 inches long. She is perfect. They assess her and some of the things that they have to do in their assessment scare me and I'm about to scream, but Christian says, "They have to do all of that to make sure that she is healthy, baby. She is okay." I nod. Once they are done, they clean her up and this is when we notice that she has Christian's copper hair. She is absolutely beautiful and perfect.

"She's perfect, Christian. She has your hair."

His voice breaks when he says, "Yes, she is." I look up at him and I wipe away his tears and stand on my tip toes and I kiss him sweetly.

He smiles at me and he wipes away my tears as well. Once our daughter is in a diaper and a little hospital shirt, they wrap her up tightly in a receiving blanket and she is sleeping peacefully again.

They bring her out to us along with a small bag. They place her back in my arms and Christian stands behind me with his hands on my shoulders and we admire our baby. "Her APGAR score is 9. She is perfectly healthy. You should be able to take her home tomorrow. The pediatrician will just have to come in and check her out. She hands Christian the bag. "This has some formula diapers and wipes in it. You can take her out and introduce her to your family if you want, but don't take her too far. She has a little security band around her ankle and the alarms will go off if she gets too far. It's a safety precaution. We will give you the paperwork for the birth certificate and social security number in the morning and you can get that all worked out and you should be good to go." This whole time, I am still staring at our beautiful daughter and touching her cute little face. She has a lot of Christian's features.

"Thank you, Abby. Do you guys have a place where we can stay tonight so we don't have to leave her?"

"We do actually. We can get it set up for you and bring you in our custom hospital baby bed to bring in there with you for her whenever she sleeps."

"Thank you. We appreciate it."

"It's not a problem at all. Congratulations, Mom and Dad." She says before she walks away. They were already prepared and knew the situation with us and Sasha.

Christian helps him to sit down and he wraps an arm around my shoulder and he touches her little face and she squeezes his finger in her tiny little hand and it makes me giggle. "You should hold her now, Daddy. She needs to bond with us both."

"I don't know. I've never held a baby that small."

I giggle. "You will be perfect, baby. Just relax and put your arms out like mine and I will hand her to you and stay right here with you." He finally nods, nervously. I lay our daughter into his arms and take my own hands away whenever she is settled in. Once he relaxes and is more comfortable, I sit back and wrap my arm around his waist.

"Welcome to the world, baby girl. I'm your Daddy and the lovely lady that was just holding you is your Mommy. She is great. You will love her."

I smile and start to cry again. "Your Daddy is great and you will love him as well." I say and reach up and kiss his cheek softly and go back to admiring our daughter in his arms.

"We should go and introduce her to our families. My Mom called your Dad and everyone came and they're waiting out in the waiting room."

I gasp. "Even Kate and Elliot came?"

"Yes. They are going to leave for their honeymoon after they meet her." I nod.

"Let's go introduce her to our family then." He smiles.

"You should hold her, baby. I will get the hang of it, but I feel more comfortable with you carrying her." I nod and take her from his arms gently and sniff her calming baby smell and kiss her on her beautiful face. Once she is settled into my arms, Christian kisses her face as well and then He kisses me sweetly on the lips.

He helps me up and holds an arm around my waist and he picks up the bag that the nurse gave us and we go out to the waiting room and find everyone there, still dressed in their wedding attire. Liam runs up to us. "Is that my sister?" he asks.

"Yes, buddy. We have to be very gentle with her, okay?"

He nods. "Can I see her face?" We nod and I sit on a chair to the side of us and he follows and he looks at her intently. He grins. "She's beautiful like you, Mommy. I love her so much!" he says excitedly.

"Shh.. she is sleeping. She loves you too, buddy." Christian says. I look up and see the rest of the family looking down at us with tears in their eyes. "Let's introduce her to the rest of the family, Liam and whenever we bring her home tomorrow you can spend more time with her."

"Okay, Daddy." He has a seat beside me and everyone takes turns walking up to us and admiring her and congratulating us. They even hug Christian because they can't hug me.

I look up at Christian. It is time to introduce her. He looks back at me and nods and looks back up at the family. "We would like you to meet our daughter, Phoebe Grace Grey." They gasp and suddenly Grace starts crying again and he wraps his arms around her. "You saved me, Mom, and for that we are all forever grateful, because had you not done that, we wouldn't be standing here today." She wraps her arms back around him and cries into his chest.

"Thank you, son! It means the world to me."

"Anything for you, Mom. We love you."

"We all love you all, too." She says. She steps back and wipes away her tears with a handkerchief that Christian had handed her. "Now get over there with your family." She says with a smile.

"Kate and Elliot, go have your honeymoon. You can see Phoebe more after you run. Our jet is waiting at the tarmac and you are free to use it throughout your honeymoon because it is so much better than commercial flights. Our gift to you both." Christian says and they take turns hugging him and then Kate comes to me and kisses Phoebe softly on her face and kisses me on my cheek.

"We will see you whenever we get back."

"Okay. Enjoy yourselves."

She nods and they leave. "We should all get going, too, so these kids can get some alone time with their daughter." My Dad says. "I can take Liam with me out to your house tonight if that is okay and we will be there to welcome you home tomorrow?"

I smile at him. "That works, Daddy." I tell him and he kisses my forehead after tweaking our daughter's nose. "I love you, Daddy." I tell him.

"I love you, too, kiddo." He says and he takes Liam's hand after he gives both me and Christian a hug and kiss, careful not to wake the baby. He kisses her cheek as well and then everyone congratulates us again as they leave. Christian helps me back up.

"Let's go see what they have set up for us." He suggests.

"Sounds like a plan, baby." He leans down and kisses me sweetly and puts his arm around my shoulders again. The nurses guide us to a room where there's a full-sized bed and a baby hospital crib with the drawers underneath already there for us.

"Let us know if you need ANYTHING. We will be in to check on her later and then we won't bother you again until morning."

"Thank you, Abby." We tell her and she leaves us in the room with a smile. That's when I notice that there's a small television and a rocking chair set up in the room as well. I have Christian sit in the rocking chair and I put Phoebe into his arms as she begins to fuss. I prepare her a bottle and help him to feed her and burp her. The nurse comes back in about an hour later and checks her out and leaves again.

We spend another couple of hours bonding with and taking care of Phoebe before we decide to lay down and get some sleep while she sleeps. We pull the little hospital crib up next to the bed and lay down and Christian holds me. We drift off to sleep, but our sweet Phoebe wakes us up only 2 hours later. We lay back down after she is satiated and we lay back down and sleep again. She wakes us up a couple more times before the nurses come in and take her to let the pediatrician check her out.

We miss her while she is gone and we're happy once she finally returns. The doctor said that she is perfectly healthy and that we can go home with her after we're done getting all of the paperwork taken care of. We fill out the paperwork and we take our precious baby girl and we see Sasha being wheeled out as we leave, but as soon as she sees us, she covers her eyes and looks the other way. She apparently tells them to hurry because they start to move faster.

Once Christian checks and rechecks to make sure that she is securely buckled into the SUV, Taylor takes us back home where we find everyone in our family, except Kate and Elliot, are waiting to welcome us home. After a couple of hours of everyone doting on our beautiful daughter, everyone leaves to give us time to bond as a family of 4.
