Time Skip, Two Years and Two Months
Arriving on the borders of Nami no Kuni is a young 21 year old Haku Yuki, she's wearing a black pinstripe outfit which stopped at her knees. Over it is a dark blue haori with white trimmings and around her waist she wore a black sash with a fringed trail wrapped around her waist twice. She's wearing white platoon sandals with blue straps. Her toenails and fingernails were dark blue. Haku's hair is gathered in a white bun holder, while two locks of her hair fall loose framing her face, bound with metal hair cuffs at the ends. She is wearing a forehead protector with a symbol of a dragon engraved on it. Her beautiful, flawless face is being covered by an Anbu mask to keep her face from being seen.
The reason she is in Nami no Kuni is for a mission given to her by her leader, the Dragon King of Blue Rose Kingdom.
She became a citizen of the kingdom a year ago, it was soon after her and Zabuza learned Yagura had died. Although no one had known how. Zabuza wanted to go back to Kiri to find out what's going on. However seeing as Kiri wasn't Kiri anymore, Zabuza felt it was too risky going into an unknown location with zero information on it.
Imagine her surprise when Naruto suddenly appeared in front of her and Zabuza two days after traveling through a minor country.
After convincing them to come visit the kingdom, Haku couldn't believe the massive changes to the ground country she grew up in formerly known as Mizu no Kuni. Same could be said for Zabuza.
Now both she and Zabuza are loyal shinobi to the kingdom. Zabuza is currently enjoying his time off back home.
A lot happened over the past year, one of them being that she developed a small crush on Naruto. But that's a story for another time.
Her mission is to spy on what's been happening in the country. According to the Dragon King, a man named Gato has been causing trouble for the citizens of the country. What Naruto wants to know is how bad are the conditions of the country as a whole. Apparently he plans on making an alliance with the country in the near future. There's always the possibility of him taking over Nami no Kuni as well.
While traveling through the land, she made sure to stay in the shadows. Spying means no one is supposed to even know you're in the area.
Seeing a group of bandits harassing an old man, Haku had a feeling that she would be killing a lot of them during her time here…discreetly of course.
Hi no Kuni, Konohagakure
"These people will never learn." The blood clone of Naruto stated.
"Die demon!" Some fodder Konoha chunin running towards Naruto with a kunai in their hand.
"Your funeral." The clone shrugged as it held up a finger. A pink ki beam surged out of the finger going right through the chunin's head, killing him instantly.
Naruto(blood clone) continued on his way as if nothing happened. He doesn't care who sees the dead corpse on the ground, it's not his problem. If these fools wanted to keep testing him then they obviously have no regard for their lives.
Currently the blood clone was on its way to the academy, now it looked like Naruto when he was a 10 year old child. Keeping a simple appearance, Naruto(blood clone) wore a gray and white sleeveless shirt with dark blue pants, black geta sandals then finishing off his outfit with an olive haori that had a white kanji symbol standing for 'Mage' on the back.
Ever since the massacre the blood clone has followed the orders it was given to by the immortal blond Uzumaki. Keeping an eye out on what's going on around this pathetic village. It has noticed some things here and there though nothing on the scale of the Uchiha Massacre.
It's hilarious how the people of this village who were so distrustful and disrespectful to the Uchiha Clan now suddenly praise them as if they were the greatest clan in history. They all want to see the 'last' Uchiha awaken his Sharingan to make Konoha's military more powerful. The fools believe that with the Sharingan, Sasuke will be able to tame Naruto if he loses control.
No one can tame him, it's delusion that allows them to believe that Sasuke can.
Arriving at the academy, the blood clone made its way to class. Other kids in the hallways made sure to stay out of its way if they knew what's good for them.
Walking through the doors of his class, the clone instantly heard a familiar voice calling it.
"Naruto-kun!"
Naruto turned his gaze to see Ino smiling brightly at him, waving over for him to sit next to her like he always does. Smiling softly, he made his way to his fellow blonde.
"Hey Ino-chan." Naruto sat in his seat.
"How come you are the last one to arrive?" Ino wondered out of curiosity.
"I was contemplating if I wanted to show up or not. You know this place is a waste of my time." Naruto replied.
"Hmmm true, it's not like I'm learning much of anything either when I'm lucky enough to have you training me." The 10 year old Yamanaka Clan heiress said to her best friend.
For Ino, life changed for her two years ago, she never would've guessed that Naruto, the boy who was dead last and a troublemaker according to others, would be her best friend and crush. Don't get her wrong, Ino had nothing against Naruto personally. When other kids would make fun of him, shamefully she admits that she took part in the bullying sometimes to only follow the crowd. Her bullying was never physical, just verbal.
So when at her family shop that fateful day, it threw her for a complete loop to see Naruto talking to her mom of all people. Her mother looked so invested into her conversation with Naruto, Ino had to see what was going on.
It only took 10 minutes of her joining the conversation for Ino to learn that all of the bad rumors about Naruto were nothing more than stupid rumors. She berated herself harshly for believing their words so easily. Especially the ones about Naruto being the Kyuubi in human form. Ino knows that if Naruto truly was a demon, he would've tried to harm her mother.
Over the first three weeks of their friendship, Ino noticed how quickly Naruto was beginning to replace Sakura as her best friend. Sakura wanted Ino to spend more time with the pinkette gushing over how cool and mysterious Sasuke is, Ino preferred to hangout with Naruto rather than fawning over a boy. Being around Naruto allowed her to learn many things. Plus the Yamanaka heiress did not see the hype about Sasuke. Sure he was cute and a little talented, other than that all she can see about him is that he's full of hatred and arrogance. While Ino knew that his clan had been killed, Naruto is the one who told her that it was his own older brother who did it.
What Ino doesn't understand is how does Sasuke have a fan club who are always spouting off about Sasuke being the best in the academy? It makes no sense considering that Sasuke's not even the best in their class, her best friend Naruto is. In every subject Naruto is the one on top. Sasuke isn't even the second best, she is thanks to Naruto's training. In taijutsu, Sasuke has always lost brutally to Naruto. Not even their senseis can defeat Naruto. What makes it even worse for Sasuke is that ever since a year ago, he's also always lost to Ino in taijutsu.
So again, how the hell does that kid have a freaking fan club?
During the two years of being friends with Naruto, Ino finally knows why the villagers treat him so harshly and even attempts to kill him.
Naruto is a jinchuriki, the jinchuriki to the Nine-Tails.
Once Ino learned everything there is to know about jinchurikis, to say that she was pissed was an huge understatement. Naruto was amused by the anger filled rampage Ino went on, anyone who tried to do anything negative to Naruto on that day suffered a vicious tongue lashing from the Yamanaka heiress. People shook in fear when they felt Ino subconsciously releasing her killer intent upon them. One person suffered a beating so bad that Ino almost killed them.
Sakura tried her luck one day when she said that Naruto deserved the negative treatment he received, that if he wasn't born life would be much better in Konoha.
That was the day Ino ruthless out Sakura in the hospital and ended their friendship.
Her father, Inoichi Yamanaka, was becoming a little worried about her behavior. He didn't want Ino to be feared by her own village. Rinna supported her, she too didn't like the treatment Naruto unnecessarily receives on a daily basis.
Naruto told her that he's more than a jinchuriki, Ino knew he wasn't referring to his heritage since she knew he was the son of the Yondaime. He said that on her 11th birthday he will tell her a big secret of his, apparently her mother already knows this secret. It annoyed her how he's making her wait when he already told her mom about it. But she knew Naruto must've had a reason for his odd actions.
"There's no doubt that you are lucky to have an awesome sensei like me, but it's not so much luck as it is me forcing you to take your training seriously early. I don't like those I care about being weak, also I have a thing for strong women." Naruto responded to Ino.
Ino appreciated how Naruto didn't want her to be weak. Looking at her fellow kunoichis in training, Ino is forever grateful to Naruto for saving her from becoming like them. None of them have any real potential except Hinata and maybe Sakura if she got her mind out of Sasuke's ass.
"Still, without you I'd be no better than the girls in Sasuke's fanclub. At this point I'm considering asking my parents if they care if I try to graduate early. It's embarrassing to call them my peers." Ino brought up, she really had been considering this lately. She can easily perform the 3 academy jutsus that are required in order to graduate the academy. Hell she's literally beaten Iruka-sensei 3 times in a taijutsu spar!
"You do know your dad wants you to be on the same team as Shikamaru and Choji right? And we both know they are far from being ready to graduate." The blood clone reminded her.
Of course Ino knows this, Ino has known Shikamaru and Choji since they were all 3 years old. With their fathers all being close friends and the legendary InoShikaCho team. Ino held great respect for her father and his teammates, that respect sadly doesn't trickle down to the sons of her father's friends. Shikamaru is obviously talented when it comes to his intelligence, being from the Nara Clan and all. His crutch is his laziness, he's not motivated to do anything but cloud watching. Granted Ino knows that they are only kids, however growing up with both Shikamaru and Choji she knows Shikamaru won't be breaking out of that lazy phase until several years from now at least. Even in two years where their class is supposed to graduate, Ino is aware Shikamaru will still be a lazy ass with no motivation. Then there is Choji who is a kind boy, though he does nothing but eat and follows Shikamaru around. Whatever Shikamaru does, Choji will no doubt follow suit. Not to mention Choji isn't a fighter, he doesn't have the mentally in him to fight.
If Ino decides to stay for the last two years in the academy which will result in them three being a team. There's no doubt Shikamaru and Choji will only hold her back.
"So what? Just because daddy wants to see me as part of the next generation of the InoShikaCho team doesn't mean I want to be. Plus unlike Shikamaru and Choji, I'm more of an all around type than just relying on my clan techniques. I'm not trying to be categorized as the typical Yamanaka, I want to become a legendary kunoichi known throughout the world. I can't become that if I'm only a support type of kunoichi. I need to be strong in multiple ninja arts." Ino said to Naruto in a determined tone.
Naruto allowed a small smirk on his face. "Well say more, I'll make sure you achieve that and more Ino-chan."
Iruka eventually showed up and got the class's attention. "Alright class! Today we are going to be going through a standardized physical test to see how much you guys have improved from your last scores. Everyone go meet up at the academy training ground." The chunin instructor instructed his class.
Soon the students were all standing at the training ground in front of a group of targets.
"First we will be testing your kunai throwing, second will be your shuriken throwing, third will be taijutsu spars and last will be the ninjutsu portion. You guys know the drill, alright first up is Shino Aburame!" Iruka called out.
Shino ended up getting 7/10.
"Choji Akimichi!" Iruka yelled.
Choji got 4/10.
More and more students were called to take their turns, most either got an average of below average score.
Hinata scored 6/10.
Sakura got 5/10.
Kiba got 6/10
Shikamaru scored 5/10.
It went on until it got to Sasuke's turn.
"Sasuke Uchiha!" Iruka called out.
On cue his fangirls started cheering loudly over the last loyal Uchiha. He himself just ignored them and made his way to take his spot. Grabbing a set of 10 kunai, Sasuke threw them to the targets, scoring an 8/10.
"Sasuke-kun you're the best!" Sakura shouted with heart eyes.
"He's the greatest!" Ami added on.
Sasuke on the other hand wasn't pleased, it's the same score as his last one. Which means he's likely to lose to both Naruto and Ino again much to his anger.
"Naruto Uzumaki!" Iruka announced.
Many kids started to laugh at Naruto as he walked up to take his spot.
"Ha! As if this loser is going to do anything!"
"Why are you still trying to become a shinobi? Do you have a death wish?"
"You have nothing on Sasuke-kun, Naruto-baka! Just drop out already!" Sakura yelled at Naruto.
"Just give it up dead last! You're just a waste of space!" Kiba laughed as he joined in on the bullying.
Iruka sighed, he honestly didn't care much about Naruto. Though he had nothing against him, he's not stupid enough to blame an infant over an giant fox rampage like most of the villagers.
As soon as he was about to quiet down the class, the air suddenly tense as it was filled with a heavy, vile amount of killer intent.
Almost everyone was affected and shaking in fear at the feeling of this intense killer intent, when they all turned to see the source of it. Nearly everyone paled once they discovered who exactly is leaking it.
Ino Yamanaka was not pleased.
Furious is a more proper term to describe how angry she is, even that may still be an understatement. She's sick and tired of these delusional ass kids making fun of Naruto like they don't know he's the best in the academy. They all have witnessed him defeat two chunin level shinobi in Iruka and Mizuki plenty of times. Yet they still have the audacity to not only insult him but his strength. It adds onto her fury considering Naruto is the one who made Ino as strong as she is today. In a way they are disrespecting her as well. These fools don't even realize that Naruto is holding back way more power than they can't even begin to comprehend. Not even Ino knows how strong Naruto truly is, but she knows more than what these people ever will.
It's not just the academy kids either, but she's reaching her peak of her tolerance of the entire village's terrible treatment of her best friend. He's the damn reason why the Nine-Tails can't eat them for freaking breakfast! Using their bones as toothpicks!
No more, she will not tolerate this any more. At first she went easy on most of the kids or adults she beat up for treating Naruto badly. Now she's going to give out ass kicking on a new, brutal level.
Starting with the kids in their class….
"You know I've tried to go easy on you assholes whenever you made fun of Naruto. But you just never seem to learn your lessons. Naruto is the freaking best in the whole academy! And here you fools are talking about and treating him like he's below you. NO! YOU ARE ALL BELOW HIM! IF IT WAS NOT FOR NARUTO AND THE BURDEN HE CARRIES YOU JACKASSES WOULD NOT BE ALIVE! YOU SHOULD BE WORSHIPPING THE VERY GROUND HE WALKS ON BECAUSE YOUR LIVES HANG IN HIS HANDS! Your parents who tell you to bully Naruto KNOWS THAT TOO! GO ASK THEM! I'm not letting you guys off easily, you've really pissed me off this time! Have a nice trip to the hospital and I hope you guys enjoyed your time in the academy because…" Ino trailed off.
The wind started to pick up, Ino's blond hair started to rise in the air, her body suddenly began to exert a purple aura of chakra. A second later it exploded out of her in massive waves as the half of the training ground was covered in her purple chakra.
The students and Iruka were scared out of their minds, their fear increased as the saw Ino's aura formed a purple tiger head that roared loudly in their direction. Many kids started pissing themselves in fear. Even more so when Ino stared at them with a piercing ice cold glare. A glare that could probably freeze hell over.
"BECAUSE YOU ASSHOLES WILL BE WISHING YOU WERE DEAD WHEN I'M FINISHED WITH YOU!" Ino roared out loudly as she dashed in the direction of the students to tear into them.
Naruto(blood clone) watched all of this play out in keen interest. This is the first time anything like this has happened with any version of Ino he knows. He's met a lot of versions of the Yamanaka heiress, it seems this one is a lot more special than her other counterparts.
It didn't take long for 2 Anbu squads to show up to try to restrain Ino, Naruto watched the raging Ino demolish them.
One had been kicked hard into the stomach to where they were kicked out, another got knocked out by a kick to the head. With several of them she took her sweet time savagely beating them all around the training area.
More and more Anbu showed up only to get their teeth kicked in by an angry Yamanaka heiress. Many of them screamed in fear when they saw Ino charge at them with so much power. By the time it was over with, Ino had taken out over 40 Anbu black ops operatives plus all the academy students excluding 5 of the other 6 clan heirs. Kiba of course being the only clan heir to get knocked unconscious. Although Ino made sure to not hurt him too badly, everyone else was free game in her opinion. Oh and she didn't harm Iruka, who was shaking in fear at what he just witnessed along with Shino, Hinata, Sasuke, Choji and Shikamaru.
She's positive a lot of students will no longer be able to continue going to the academy due to the severity of their injuries. Anbu should be fine for the most part…she thinks.
Naruto chuckled out loud. "Well damn Ino-chan, look at all of that untapped power you just displayed. To think it only took these insignificant pests to push your temper over the edge. I mean how many academy students can say that they annihilated over 40 Anbu operatives? You know with you only going to become more beautiful in the future, it's guaranteed you will be a sexy powerful kunoichi who will be feared by her enemies in the near future."
Ino's purple chakra faded away as she blushed brightly at Naruto's words. "S-Shut the hell up Naruto!"
She turned her attention to Iruka and her fellow clan heirs. "You guys are lucky you weren't making fun of Naruto like everyone else was. Sorry you had to see me like that."
"Come on Ino-chan, I believe it's best we left the academy. We've wasted enough time here as it is." Naruto told her.
Ino nodded, she didn't want to be here anymore.
Naruto placed his hand on her shoulder then vanished using a teleportation spell.
Iruka looked over to the remaining uninjured students. "Ummm you guys can leave, class is canceled for the day…probably the rest of the week by the looks of it." He said to them as he went to get some medics.
"Choji." Shikamaru called out to his best friend.
"Yeah Shika?" Choji replied.
"Remind me to never piss off Ino. That girl is scary when it comes to Naruto." Shikamaru said.
"Ok but I'm sure you won't need any reminders after what we witnessed." Choji responded.
Sasuke was in awe, how could someone have so much raw power like that?
Shino was glad he didn't get caught up in any of Ino's vicious attacks. His bugs were telling him she's dangerous.
Hinata was jealous of Ino, from the blonde's confidence, skills and relationship with Naruto.
Back with Naruto and Ino, they were in a forest talking.
"Naruto-kun…I don't think I want to be a kunoichi for Konoha anymore." Ino admitted thinking Naruto will be mad at her.
She was surprised when Naruto cupped her cheek with his hand. "That's ok Ino, no matter what you choose I will always be by your side." The blood clone told the young girl.
Ino felt relieved and touched by Naruto's response.
"Ino, remember Hinata's sister who is younger than her by a year? Hanabi Hyuga? The one who I took on as a student 3 months ago? She said the same thing as you just did."
Hanabi being 4 years older than she should be is another difference the blood clone noticed over the last two years.
The Yamanaka heiress' eyes widened hearing this, she chose to stay quiet to see where Naruto was going with this.
"Ino there are only a few people I care about in this pathetic village. That's you, Rinna, Hanabi, Ayame and Teuchi. Everyone else can go to hell for all I care. I told you and your mother why I don't care about killing those in Konoha who annoys me…I was going to wait until your birthday, however I see no harm in telling you now. Come on, we are going to go see Rinna. She wants to be there when I tell you what I'm going to tell you."
Naruto teleported them to Rinna's location.
Also he isn't a fool, he knows about the council meeting going on right now.
Konoha Council Chambers
"Silence!" Hiruzen demanded of his council, he was getting annoyed with their bickering.
Everyone was silent, waiting for Hiruzen to speak.
"Now the reason I called for this meeting was to discuss what's about the unknown suspicious happenings around Mizu no Kuni, however it seems some of you also want to discuss another topic. We'll start with the original topic then we'll get to what's bothering some of you." Hiruzen stated.
He was pleased when he received nods of confirmation all around the chambers.
"Shikaku, what do we know about the recent happenings of Mizu no Kuni?" The Third Hokage asked the Jounin Commander.
Shikaku sighed. "Honestly nothing other than Yagura was killed and Kirigakure and Mizu no Kuni no longer exist. The country is now known as Blue Rose Kingdom, there's no shinobi village. So there's no way of knowing if they have shinobi in their military or not."
"You mean that's all our spies were able to find out?" Tsume Inuzuka asked in a surprised tone, her surprise was shared throughout the chambers.
"Unfortunately yes." Shikaku grimaced.
"How is that possible? Especially with Jiraiya-sama's spy network?" Inoichi questioned.
"Out of all the spies we sent over the last two years, less than half of them returned to report, all of them having no recollection of what happened after making it past a certain point. The ones who didn't return we assume are dead." Shikaku answered.
"Sheesh, talk about having tight security, not even Konoha can keep out spies like that." Choza voiced his opinion.
"If they are able to successfully prevent even Lord Jiraiya and his spy network from infiltrating. Then it's more than likely the other village's spies have suffered the same results." Hiashi said.
"I agree Hiashi, whether it's a good thing or not has yet to be decided. There are too many unknowns with this Blue Rose Kingdom. Regrettably it's nothing we can do besides wait until more information is leaked out. While they could be a threat, we need to focus on the threats that we actually do know of, such as Iwa and Orochimaru." Hiruzen finally added in his piece.
Everyone nodded at this, Danzo did as well seeing as his own ROOT spies produced the same results. He knew it was only a matter of time before more information gets out about this Blue Rose Kingdom.
"Logical choice." Shibi spoke.
"Now that we got that out of the way." Hiruzen turned to the civilians. "What's the other issue you all wanted to bring up?"
"It's that boy Hokage-sama, he's getting out of control!" One councilman spoke first.
"He's violent too, always quick to physically attack someone." Another councilman added.
"Not only that, he's powerful. We have no way of keeping him in line if he becomes too powerful. He's already put a lot of people in the hospital." One councilwoman said.
"HE'S LITERALLY KILLED MANY PEOPLE MANY TIMES OVER THE LAST TWO YEARS! HE NEEDS TO BE EXECUTED IMMEDIATELY ALONG WITH THAT LITTLE BLONDE YAMANAKA BRAT WHO IS ALWAYS WITH HIM! SHE'S NO BETTER WITH HOW SHE BEATS WHOEVER TRIES TO TREAT THE DEMON BRAT BADLY! WE ARE JUSTIFIED IN WANTING OUR REVENGE AGAINST THE KYUUBI AND THAT GIRL HAS THE NERVE TO GET IN OUR WAY! THE YAMANAKA BRAT MAY AS WELL BE DEMON TOO WITH HOW MUCH SHE INTERACTS WITH ONE! SHE DESERVES TO BE EXECUTED ALMOST AS MUCH AS THE KYUUBI-BRAT!" Another councilman shouted.
More council members who weren't the clan heads or village elders kept on shouting on why Naruto and Ino need to be publicly executed for the betterment of Konoha.
Inoichi felt his blood boiling in pure fury, to sit here and listen to these people demand for his daughter to be executed is disheartening as a Konoha shinobi, but enraging as a loving father. He can't even begin to describe how much it's taking him to not go on a fucking killing spree! They act as if it's a crime to protect your friends. Inoichi obviously knows how close of a relationship Naruto has with his daughter and wife. He's very grateful for Naruto taking over Ino's training and being her friend overall. Without him, Inoichi fears that Ino would've become a fangirl for the Uchiha boy like many other girls her age. Inoichi can admit that his daughter had always been a follow the crowd type prior to her friendship with Naruto. Inoichi knows that Ino used to try to bully Naruto like everyone else. He's glad she's no longer like that. He was more surprised by how fond Rinna became of Naruto. His wife isn't one to become close to just anybody, this told Inoichi that Naruto is more special than just being a jinchuriki and Minato's son.
His killer intent began to leak out of him, Shikaku and Choza followed suit since they thought of Ino as their niece. Shibi, Hiashi and Tsume only shook their heads in exasperation.
Hiruzen sighed, they can complain all they want. It's nothing he can do to rectify the situation with Naruto.
He doesn't know what changed, however Hiruzen noticed how less open and dark Naruto became soon right after the Uchiha Massacre. The boy no longer took the abuse that was set up to condition him to be submissive to Konoha. Instead of just fighting back, Naruto kills without any remorse or hesitation. It doesn't matter if you are civilian or shinobi, that 10 year old blond boy has no issues with taking the lives of those who cross him. The amount of store owners Naruto either put in the hospital or killed for trying to overcharge him by at least 3 times than the original prices for the worst quality of the products is petrifying to say the least.
Hiruzen doesn't even want to get into the amount of people Naruto has either hospitalized or killed for trying to attack him either by themselves, with a small group or a huge mob. It didn't matter, they all suffered grave consequences for trying to kill Naruto. Shinobi too, do not matter if they were Genin, Chunin, Jounin or Anbu, they all suffered at the hands of 10 year old Naruto.
This made Hiruzen wonder where did Naruto attain such strength? It also left him in a very delicate situation. He can't afford to have Jiraiya here to try to keep Naruto in check, plus it might not even make a difference seeing as how Naruto isn't using any of the Kyuubi's chakra. It's all him. So it's quite possible not even Jiraiya will be able to do anything. While he could either have Naruto executed or banished before he becomes even more powerful. It would be absolutely foolish of him to let such potential go to waste. A boy this young with this kind of power already can be used as an incredible military asset in the near future. Then there's also the fact that he's yet to reach his full potential. Imagine the fear Naruto could put in Konoha's enemies.
No he could not afford to let the boy go that easily, even if it did mean having no control over him whatsoever. It's better to let Naruto do whatever he wants than to let the possibility of him being banished only to join another village. It would be disastrous if Naruto joined either Iwa, Kumo or if Orochimaru somehow got into contact with him.
The Third Hokage's only saving grace is that Naruto seems to be fond of the Yamanaka clan heiress and the wife of the Yamanaka clan head. Recently he's also learned that Naruto has developed a new relationship with one of the Hyuga heiresses, the youngest one of the two by a year. Those three people are currently the only ties keeping Naruto in Konoha. He's lucky to have found that out because Naruto knows about the Anbu Hiruzen assigned at times to watch over him. He always disappears from their sight at any given moment. It doesn't help that he also knows of Hiruzen's crystal ball somehow, he's even able to block Hiruzen from seeing anything. There's no way to put any possible seals on Naruto due to him never letting down his guard, so it's a moot point to even try any more.
Just as he was about to gain control back of the shouting council members. Inoichi stood up from his seat in righteous anger.
"How dare you people call for the execution of my daughter! Have you lost your damn minds?!" Inoichi shouted.
"So what if she's your daughter?! That girl has gone over the line too many times now! And for what?! The Kyuubi-brat of all things! She needs to be put down since she's obviously loyal to the Kyuubi!" A fat councilman shouted back.
"What the hell do you expect her to do when you assholes are trying to kill her friend almost every damn day! Let's not forget that you are trying to kill the very person who is preventing the damn fox from feasting on us! What happens if he dies and the Kyuubi is possibly released? Oh I know, WE ARE ALL DEAD!" Inoichi retorted loudly.
"Get real, we all know that the Kyuubi is the boy reincarnated in human form! If he dies then so does the Kyuubi for good! Blame your daughter for choosing to side with a demon! As a matter of fact, we are going to make sure the entire village knows how much of a demon your daughter is! This way she'll get the treatment she deserves for being a demon lover!" Another councilman shouted with several other members shouting in agreement.
"You fools dare to threaten my daughter?! Do you not understand that you are essentially threatening the Yamanaka Clan with your words?!" Inoichi was livid.
"Screw you and your fucking clan! The Yamanaka, Nara, Akimichi, Hyuga, Aburame and Inuzuka Clans think you all are so big and bad because you have major political and battle power. But you aren't the only ones in this village with major political power! You need us civilians much more than you want to admit! All 6 of you clan heads are nothing but arrogant trash who thinks they run Konoha! This village doesn't need any of 6 specifically. None of us civilians would give a damn if all 6 of you and your families dropped dead right now! ALL SIX OF YOU AND YOUR CLANS SPECIFICALLY CAN GO STRAIGHT TO HELL RIGHT NOW AND WE CIVILIANS CAN 100% GUARANTEED NEARLY THE REST OF KONOHA WON'T MISS YOUR FUCKING ASSES YOU SHITTY CLAN HEADS!" A councilwoman roared loudly as the rest of her fellow civilian council members shouted loudly in agreement.
Instantly Inuzuka, Aburame, Nara, Akimichi and Hyuga clan heads stood up as Inoichi already had been standing, all of them incredibly angry as they began unleashing their killing intent in waves.
"WHAT THE FUCK DID YOU JUST SAY TO US?!" Tsume screamed in fury.
"YOU HEARD US! USE THOSE ENHANCED SENSES THE OH SO GREAT INUZUKA CLAN ARE SO PROUD OF!" Another councilwoman screeched in mockery.
Tsume felt like going on a killing spree after hearing such disrespect to her clan.
"You civilians are forgetting your place in the hierarchy." Hiashi stated in a cold tone.
"Shut the fuck up you paled eye freak! You're one of the biggest assholes in the entire village! Thinking just because the Hyuga Clan has the most political power out of you six clans that you're so much better than everybody! Compared to the Uchiha Clan, the Hyuga Clan are second rate at best, everyone knows your clan has always been inferior to the Uchiha Clan!" One councilman replied.
Hiashi's Byakugan pulsed as he activated it in his anger. He was ready to kill.
"The Akimichi Clan are good for nothing but eating and being fat!" Another councilman voiced.
"I'D LIKED TO SEE YOU COME SAY THAT TO MY FACE YOU WEAK BASTARD!" Choza shouted back.
"The Aburame are nothing but freak bug hoarders! They are already outcasts, Konoha doesn't need your worthless clan!"
Shibi's bugs started buzzing in anger as they felt Shibi's increasing irritation towards these civilians.
"The Nara Clan may be intelligent when it comes to battle tactics and such. However they aren't much without the support of the Akimichi and Yamanaka Clans! Just another weak useless clan that Konoha doesn't need here!"
Shikaku's eyes narrowed as usually he feels it's too troublesome to get angry. However these people have crossed the line even for him. Loyal to Konoha or not, he won't take any threats to his clan lightly even if it means going against Konoha itself.
"You fools do understand that there's no going back after all you just said right?" Shikaku asked in a calm tone.
Several of the civilian council members snorted. "As if we wanted to go back, if you don't like what we have said, either you can try to kill us or leave Konoha. The choice is yours. Just know that if you choose to kill us, the Fire Daimyo will not be pleased with your clan head at all. It's lot going to be a fight you're going to win." One councilman replied with a smirk.
The clan head's eyes widened at the mention of the Fire Daimyo before they narrowed again.
"Bringing up the Fire Daimyo like that…are you civilians threatening us with civil war?!" Inoichi couldn't believe what he was hearing from the civilians.
"We are just letting you know to not get ahead of yourselves. It's up to you oh so 'great' clan heads to choose how you want to take it." Many civilian council members began to laugh at the six clan heads in pure mockery.
During this entire heated exchange, Hiruzen, the three villagers elders and the 8 hidden Anbu, to say they were shocked by this unexpected turnabout is a vast understatement.
Hiruzen couldn't believe what he just witnessed in the council chambers, he cursed himself harshly for letting this violent argument get to this point. Since when did the civilians begin to feel this way against the Inuzuka, Aburame, Nara, Akimichi, Hyuga and Yamanaka Clans? Has there always been this type of hatred between his people? Another thing…SINCE WHEN THE HELL DID THE CIVILIANS GET INTO CONTACT WITH THE FIRE DAIMYO?!
While Hiruzen was going through his thoughts, so was the others like Danzo for example.
'Hmmm well isn't this a completely unexpected turn of events. I don't know whether to call the civilian council members smart for pulling out such a power play or foolish for trying to weaken Konoha massively. We already lost the Uchiha, we can't afford to lose anymore military power. If Konoha goes through an internal war, it won't work in my favor since I'm not the one pulling the strings. Let's see if anything else happens before I make a decision.' Danzo thought to himself.
"SILENCE! ALL OF YOU NOW!" Hiruzen shouted to get control back.
All of them did as they were told by their Hokage…for now.
Hiruzen could see it as well, the silence was only temporary. Just as he was about to try to fix what he can of this horrific situation. An Anbu with a beaver mask appeared before him in the middle of the chambers.
"Hokage-sama, we have a problem!" The beaver masked Anbu stated.
"Report!" Hiruzen ordered.
"Over 40 Anbu members along with many academy students in the class of Iruka Umino are injured and unconscious!" The beaver masked Anbu reported.
Gasps were heard all around the council chambers.
"How did this happen?" Hiruzen demanded.
"According to the report of Chunin Iruka Umino it all started off during the standardized physical test, when Naruto Uzumaki's name was called for the kunai throwing test. Apparently many kids began to laugh harshly at him and verbally bullying him, the Yamanaka heiress did not take too kindly to that. Ino Yamanaka in turn told them that they are nothing compared to Naruto seeing as how Naruto Uzumaki is known as the top student in the academy. It is well known he's defeated both Chunins Iruka and Mizuki multiple times. Once she finished her long rant, Iruka Umino stated aside from her chiing killer intent, Ino Yamanaka somehow unleashed this powerful purple chakra from her body. Her chakra was so powerful that it formed a purple tiger above her. She then began to demolish her fellow classmates except for Iruka, the Akimichi, Hyuga, Uchiha, Aburame and Nara clan heirs and of course Naruto himself. Unfortunately because the Inuzuka heir was a part of the bullying, he didn't escape her wrath. However she only knocked him out and gave him a few bruises. He was the least injured out of everybody. As for everyone else they all suffered severe injuries, while the Anbu will recover, a good number of the academy students in the class will no longer be able to become ninja due to the severity of their injuries. Even with our medics healing." The beaver masked Anbu explained in great detail.
Hiruzen sighed in exasperation, this is not what he needed right now. He can think about this sudden purple chakra later, even if he wanted to punish the girl he would only end up making Naruto mad. He cannot afford to have the boy go on a sudden killing spree over the Yamanaka heiress. Plus he knows Inoichi is already pissed at the civilians demanding the death of his daughter.
Inoichi on the other hand is shocked to hear that his little girl took out that many squad of Anbu by herself. Naruto's training methods must be greater than he thought.
The other clan heads were glad that their children weren't targeted in Ino's wrath. Tsume only shook her head in disappointment at Kiba, she knew how stupid her son is. She's grateful that Ino didn't rough him up too badly.
The civilian council members on the other hand…
"SEE THAT GIRL IS A MENACE TO SOCIETY! ALL SHE DOES IS CAUSE TROUBLE! HOKAGE-SAMA, SHE NEEDS TO BE EXECUTED IMMEDIATELY AFTER HEARING THIS. SHE'S GONE TOO FAR!" A councilwoman screamed in anger. She was sick of this.
"EXACTLY AS A MATTER OF FACT I'M GOING TO MAKE SURE THAT THE MOBS WHO TRY TO KILL THE KYUUBI-BRAT WILL START TO TARGET HER AS WELL!"
"HELL I MIGHT JUST GO KILL THAT LITTLE BITCH MYSELF!" Another council member yelled.
Inoichi took out two of his kunais. "WHAT THE FUCK DID YOU JUST SAY?! I'D LIKE TO SEE YOU PATHETIC FOOLS TRY TO COME AFTER MY DAUGHTER! IF SHE WON'T KILL YOU I DAMN SURE WILL!"
"Then I guess this means war between us then. From this moment forward no civilian stores will serve any members of the Yamanaka, Hyuga, Nara, Inuzuka, Aburame and Akimichi Clans! Be it civilians or ninjas all you and your clan members are banned from coming onto us civilians' property. Let's see how well you assholes arrived in this village without us to support you!" The head of the civilian council declared loudly.
"HA! Let's see you weaklings survive without our protection! Since we can't come into your property, you stay away from ours! And if any of you fools think of trying to attack us, be prepared to die for your cause!" Tsume retorted hotly with her fellow clan heads nodding in agreement.
"Why don't you all just leave Konoha? As we said before, we'd be better off without you." A councilman said.
"You know what…maybe we will. I refuse to fight for people as illogical as you all." Shibi voiced.
"My thoughts exactly." Hiashi added on.
All the clan heads started to feel strongly about leaving Konoha now.
"ENOUGH! THIS MEETING IS ADJOURNED! ALL OF YOU GET OUT OF MY SIGHT!" Hiruzen unleashed his killing intent to make sure they understand he's extremely serious.
All members of the council did as they were told, though that didn't stop them from glaring and antagonizing one another during their way out the council chambers.
The only ones who were left in the chambers were Hiruzen, the village elders and the hidden Anbu.
"This isn't good Hiruzen!" Homura said to Hiruzen as him, Koharu and Danzo stepped towards the old Hokage.
"You don't think I know that Homura?! Don't say such obvious foolish statements!" Hiruzen retorted in annoyance.
"How did it even get to this point so quickly?" Koharu questioned out loud.
Hiruzen sighed. "I wish I knew, I had no idea there was this kind of animosity between the civilians and shinobi clans. I thought Naruto was going to be our only issue."
Danzo then spoke next. "What do you plan on doing, Hiruzen? You could've prevented this from escalating if you weren't caught up in watching instead of acting. Now this situation is at a point of no return. Konoha is inevitably going to end up in a civil war now due to your inaction. The situation is going to get 10 times worse once word reaches the Fire Daimyo. With the civilians apparently having his backing, it's only a matter of time before Konoha starts to lose most of our shinobi military."
Sarutobi grit his teeth in anger. "I don't know, none of this makes any damn sense! We cannot afford to go into a civil war, once our enemies find out it's a guarantee that they'll act against us when we least expect it!"
Little did they know, one of Naruto's clones watched the entire situation play out unnoticed. It was suppressing its chakra and presence from being sensed and under an invisibility spell while flying in the air.
'Now that was really entertaining, boss is going to love how Konoha is turning out once I report this to him. I wonder if he'll find any use for the clan heads?….Eh maybe maybe not, though I do believe Yoshino Nara can be of some use if anything.' The clone thought internally.
It seems like life in Konoha is about to take an unexpected massive change before it's inevitable destruction.
