(Chapter 16: Fall of the false Leviathan)

It was nearing the end of February as Hesiene was practically giddy with anticipation over being able to rid the world of those infernal wretches in the Old Satan Faction; having prepared the spells she felt would be both necessary and fun to use for punishing Katerea for being the prideful, self-absorbed wretch she was. All the while Kokabiel had put this time into sharpening up his martial skills and practicing more with Incinerate Anthem, which had yielded some success in the form of him being able to shave the amethyst flames into constructs...granted they were nothing complex but it was still progress he was happy with nonetheless.

(February 26th, 2018, The Underworld, 2:24 Pm)

It was a chilling afternoon in the Underworld as Hesiene, who had an all too giddy expression on her face was waiting for Katerea to come right towards her, arcane energies gathered in her right hand to strike out at the pretender of a Leviathan.

'Just come a little close, you worthless whore...Just a little more..' Hesiene thought as she saw Katerea flying towards the location she was hiding at

"..Gotcha!" Hesiene spoke as she fired off a ray of rainbow colored light at Katerea that had stricken her center mass

Katerea found herself careening from the ray that had not only violently electrocuted her, but had also caused patches of her tanned flesh to go icy blue from the sheer amount of cold that had stricken her; all the while she barely managed to catch herself from crash-landing. The moment she looked up to she who had fired off the spell, it was none other than Hesiene who was flying down with all 10 of her glossy black wings outstretched; garbed in her Archmagi robes of onyx black and bright scarlet red with a high collar and fitted so as not to get in the way of her movements.

"To be quite frank with you, I was expecting a lot more from someone who boasted themselves as the original Leviathan. Instead, all I see is someone who belongs on the streets as a cum-guzzling whore; granted a rather high-end one..but a whore nonetheless." Hesiene remarked at Katerea's state of dress

"..Who are you supposed to be? One of Azazel's lackeys?!" Katerea questioned while gritting her teeth from the pain of Hesiene's spells

"Far from it. I am Hesiene, the daughter of Kokabiel, one of the greatest archmages to ever exist in 6 centuries, But more importantly your death, false Leviathan." Hesiene introduced herself while her wings folded in on themselves as she floated in midair

"So you're the daughter of that insane bast…" Katerea tried to say but a concussive wave of thunderous energy sent her flying 10 feet with stone shattering force

"Refrain from insulting my father, pretender. Otherwise, the love tap I gave you will be the least of your problems." Hesiene warned in refusal to tolerate any insults aimed at Kokabiel

"Now then, if you would be so kind as to entertain me. That would be lovely. Its been quite some time since I've had someone give a decent bit of fun." Hesiene spoke her hands coming to life with brilliant arcane energy

"You really think you're better than me, that I'm your entertainment?! Don't you know who I am!" Katerea spat out in anger that the fallen angel thought she was merely entertainment

"Yes, a spoiled twat who was never given a reality check...Allow me to help you with that." Hesiene replied as she snapped her fingers

Before the Leviathan descendant could react a 20 foot wide sphere of crushing force erupted beneath her, slamming her violently into the ground, Katerea felt her bones begin to crack from the potent gravitational force she was subject to. However, not even a full 5 seconds later as she tried to force herself upright was she blasted by a ballista bolt made of pure arcane force; the strawberry pink colored bolt of arcane energy that hit her like a raging elephant on bath-salts; the spell nearly taking off a chunk of her abdomen.

Yet while she was sent flying Hesiene was following after Katerea with an amused expression as Katerea tried to gather up magic to fire off a spell at her, only for the archmage of a fallen angel to disrupt and nullify the spell that would've hit her; causing Katerea to widen her eyes in shock as her magic circle shattered like glass. Only for her to grow further shocked as Hesiene summoned holy energy and arcane lightning in both hands, bringing them together and firing off an artillery shell-like bolt of lightning that hurtled towards the Leviathan descendant with incredible speed.

Realizing that the spell made of Holy Lightning would do immense damage if it struck her, Katerea erected a barrier of demonic energy as thick as she could make it before the spell struck her and sent her careening into the side of a mountain. Hesiene watched the explosion of celestial lightning with mild interest, as it revealed Katerea still standing but now rendered topless, her clothes in burnt tatters, major 2nd-degree electrical burns covering her body while her hair was a scorched and smoking mess.
'Did not think she would withstand it that much. I guess these false Satans are far more resilient than what I thought.' Hesiene remarked to herself somewhat impressed the Leviathan maggot withstood one of her more tame spells

"..H-How...How do you know H-Holy Lightning, only Barquiel and his s-s-spawn can use that?!" Katerea demanded as to how Hesiene was able to use it

"While its true that they can utilize its power. They aren't the only ones who can, as the one thing about being an incredibly powerful archmage; when you have incredible amounts of spare time and love to push the boundaries of what's possible. That you decide to see what is and isn't possible. It just so happens that I decided to see if I could when I got bored on a Thursday night, some decades...perhaps a century ago it was. Which is why after a few years..maybe a decade of practice, I was able to utilize it. Might I add far better than what Barqiel himself could unleash; if I really wanted to be boastful." Hesiene explained as she absentmindedly played around with Holy Lightning while she talked to Katerea

"To be honest with you. I feel that power is wasted on Barquiel's worthless slut for a daughter. The only things that she would be remotely good for is spreading her legs and being passed around as though she were rations at a campfire...Luckily I can do such power justice." Hesiene spoke as while she had been talking multiple arms had sprang forth from Katerea

'Let's see how smug you are once I crush you….' Katerea thought as she sent the multiple arms to bombard and crush Hesiene to a pulp

Only for the daughter of Kokabiel to wave her hands and a thick rose pink and obsidian colored miasma was expelled from her body, causing the arms that Katerea had formed to rapidly wither and decay; forcing Katerea to sever and disconnect herself from the arms she sprouted lest her own arms share the same fate. With Hesiene looking at her with the look of 'did you really think I'd fall that' before thrusting out her hands and causing a rose pink magic circle to form before it turned blood red, as Katerea found herself violently gasping and wheezing; for thick crimson began gushing out of her eyes, mouth and pores as though a bathroom faucet at violently burst.

Katerea, now blinded by the thick and tainted blood that rushed out of her eyes, found herself blinking madly to try and see where Hesiene was, only to find another ballista-like bolt of pure arcane force slam into her like a runaway freight train. The assault didn't end there as another sphere of gravitational force formed beneath and then subsequently slammed Katerea into the unforgiving ground below, where the coughing and partially blind Leviathan was then subject to a large magic circle forming over her; which proceeded to rain down a torrent of boiling oil.

The daughter of Kokabiel looking on in dark satisfaction as Katerea yelled out in agonizing pain of the searing hot oil that rained onto her and melted away at her flesh, with her deciding to add onto the elemental fury by conjuring forth a great icicle the size of a 4 story house and sending it slamming into Katerea. All the while Katerea whose flesh had been partially melted away and managed to shake off the effect off Hesiene's blood magic spell, had managed to fly away from the torrent of boiling oil; only to then be slammed into the ground courtesy of the incredibly large icicle that fell on top of her and exploding into frigid winds and fist sized chunks of ice.

With it being the very moment that a shivering, partially melted Katerea crawled out of the frigid crater that Hesiene had charged up a orb of holy lightning the size of a soccer-ball and fired it out at Katerea who barely had enough time to raise a barrier to defend herself. Something that held for about all of 14 seconds before it shattered and she was once more violently electrocuted and sent to the ground as a smouldering heap, all the while a highly amused Hesiene flew down to meet her target with a malefic smile spread across her face

"I will give you credit where credit is due, Leviathan. You certainly are very durable. Although on the other hand, I did overestimate your abilities in thinking that I would've needed to use some of my more dangerous spells on you." Hesiene spoke in commending Katerea for serving as a punching bag for her spells to be used on

"How dare you demean me! I am the descendant of the great Leviathan himself and I will not be talked down to, by the spawn of an insane warmonger!" Katerea spat as she went to cast a spell only for Hesiene to use her magic to counter and nullify the spell from happening

"What part of do not talk about my father in that way do you not understand." Hesiene replied as she sent out a shotgun-like spray of rose pink darts made of arcane energy that tore into Katerea's flesh

"Which brings me to this next point. Unless you can dig deep within yourself and unleash the power of your ancestor to miraculously overwhelm me. Or better yet pull out some hidden trick you have up your sleeve, then I believe that our fun will be ending quite soon." Hesiene spoke as at the rate she was dominating Katerea that her victory was assured

'To think I'd have to waste this on a wretch related to him.' Katerea thought as she summoned forth one of Ophis's snakes to her hand

"Do you really think that will help you defeat me? In case you haven't noticed, no amount of parlor tricks will help you against me." Hesiene questioned as she saw the Leviathan descendant absorb the snake and her wounds heal as well as a great spike in power

"With this, I am as strong as the original Leviathan! Now, Now you stand no chance against me!" Katerea spoke as in Hesiene's right hand a pink orb of gravitational force formed in her hand

"Interesting you say that. Since your so strong, I have a spell to stress test that. So how about we see if you can really live up to the strength of your ancestor, false Leviathan." Hesiene said back in excitement of being able to use one of her stronger graviturgy spells on Katerea as she tossed the orb into the sky

After a few seconds of soaring into the air the pink orb turned into a spiraling onyx and rose pink vortex of pure darkness and intense gravitational force so strong it started sucking up large RV sized chunks of earth faster than a fire spreading across a forest doused in petrol and kerosene. Which only grew larger and larger as Katerea had to use her newly augmented power to try and keep herself rooted to the ground through the use of multiple limbs she created, only for the intense gravity to rip and crush them as fast as they were made; before she was sucked into the maw of gravitational force.

Hesiene watched as Katerea struggled greatly to escape its incredible pull in vain, before she was sucked into it as she erected multiple barriers of bright marigold light to shield herself as she was sucked into the gravitational singularity the size of a large house. The daughter of Kokabiel watched in fascination as the next minute went by as she saw Katerea struggle from within the immense gravitational forces of her spell; before an all consuming shockwave erupted from it, distorting the guys and causing everything to become physically malformed by the intense gravitational distortions.

Yet standing in the midst of it was Katerea whose right arm was a crushed pulp of ruined flesh, her right eye obliterated while her remaining one was bloodshot, her breathing ragged from her broken ribs and severely bruised internal organs and cracked bones. It was only through the increased amounts of demonic power flowing through her that she didn't immediately keel over from her wounds, something that impressed Hesiene...albeit mildly.

The Leviathan descendant sent out numerous amount of arms each tipped with deadly foot-long claws to try and wrap around and shred Hesiene to ribbons, only for her to shoot out a thin pale thin green ray of energy that once it made contact disengaged the legion of arms and her remaining one into a singular mass of grey dust. All the while Katerea's face was in a mixture of disgust, rage, and slight bits of fear at the fact that she had been so vastly outmatched and overwhelmed by someone who saw her as nothing more than mere entertainment.

So in a fit of blind rage she charged at Hesiene gathering up all the demonic energies within herself ready to take the daughter of Kokabiel out in a final hoorah to avenge herself at the hands of Hesiene, only for a final strawberry pink magic circle to form in front of Hesiene. With a mass of amount of holy lightning being concentrated at the center of it all before a laser-like beam concentrated lightning was fired off and the moment it made impact; there was a brief blinding flash of light as Katerea was quickly turned into a pitch-black charred mess flesh that violently twitched and shuddered, but was still breathing albeit barely.

"I will say one thing about you, Katerea Leviathan. You certainly made for quite the entertainment." Hesiene noted to herself at having had quite a bit of fun in dominating Katerea

"However, I have plans for you, false Leviathan. I plan to make you truly live up to your namesake. So trust me when I say that we're going to have so much fun together!" Hesiene added with a malefic and wide grin across her face as she snapped her fingers and the heavily wounded Leviathan descendant was soon teleported away into the archmages personal demiplane

'Now then time to get out of here, before the Devils arrive. All that power I threw around probably has who knows how many coming to find out what happened.' Hesiene noted to herself before teleporting out in a neon pink flash of light

(2 days later, Gothenburg, Sweden, February 28th, 2018)

It was the end of February as Hesiene had come to personally tell her father of the news of her decimating Katerea Leviathan, something her father was extremely elated to hear from his daughter.

"This, This is wonderful news to hear!" Kokabiel cheered at the news of Katerea's demise

"I am glad I could make you proud, father. On the positive side in my opinion she was very entertaining to eliminate. She hardly stood a chance against me, the mere fact that she thought she could challenge me was absolutely hilarious! You should've seen the look on her face when I destroyed her, it was priceless!" Hesiene said laughing at the memories of having utterly dominated Katerea

"If only I could've been there to witness it myself. Nonetheless I'm so very proud of you for carrying this out, Hesiene!" Kokabiel said as he once again hugged his daughter who returned the hug

"Actually I have a spell that could let us both view it if you wish, father." Hesiene informed her father of having a spell in her arsenal

"Perhaps later. For now, I wish to share some good news of my own that I have." Kokabiel said as his own grin widened

"What is the good news, father? Hesiene asked as the rouge cadre broke off from his daughter

"The good news is that; we've finally tracked down the Pendragons' location." Kokabiel answered back with a wide grin on his face

"That is such wonderful news to hear! Where is he and when are you going to go after him?" Hesiene questioned excited to hear such great news

"He is in Saint Petersburg, apparently he is there with his sister who is there to meet with someone of importance… The descendant of Sun Wukong of all things." Kokabiel told her

"What would Sun Wukong's descendant be doing with the Pendragons'?" Hesiene wondered

"I do not know and nor do I want to find out. Hence why you will be accompanying me to make sure none of them interfere when I take what we need, among any other spoils from him." Kokabiel said to his daughter who had a small smile at the fact she would come with her father

"That is why, while we don't know the full capabilities of what he could do, considering that his ancestor is the Monkey King himself. Someone who is a master of all things concerning Senjutsu and someone who I wouldn't rouse the anger of when I do not have too, I want his descendant not killed, but merely taken out of the equation." Kokabiel added in not wanting to anger Sun Wukong by killing his descendant

Granted the rogue cadre was immensely confident in his own strength, but he would rather not have an incredibly powerful sage hot on his heels; because Hesiene or himself killed his descendant and as such felt it would be in their best interest to more or less neutralize him as it were.

"Other than Sun Wukong's descendant being off the table. What are we to do with the little sister of the Pendragon boy? She could cause problems if not taken care of immediately. All it would take is her getting off a single spell and we would be right back where we started in tracking them down again. Then there is the more annoying side of things where if we leave her alive, we'll have the descendant of Morgan Le Fey on our heels. Something that does no one in our cause any form of good." Hesiene questioned her father on what was to be done with Arthur's younger sister

"Keep her out of my fight with the Pendragon boy. The moment she tries to do anything, kill her in anyway you see fit. She cannot be allowed to either interfere or try to escape." Kokabiel told Hesiene as to what she was to do with Le Fay Pendragon

"Understood, father. Still, to think we are so close to launching the next phase of our plans...The fact that it is within an arms' reach, is truly wonderful." Hesiene spoke in finding it to be something else that they would soon be onto the next phase of their plans

"Indeed. After so many decades of planning, we can finally begin the next phase of our plans. Soon the world will have the chance it deserves to step forward and become something greater. Something that can truly begin once we get rid of both the Devils and those in Heaven." Kokabiel replied his smile had turned into a devious one at what would be their end goal

"Honestly, the world will be better off without them. No more Devils to corrupt others into being their slaves. No more angels to give false promises or pervert the word of my grandfather. We'll be able to make this place one far better than what uncle Michael has let it become." Hesiene said in being more than ready for the date when both Devils and Angels alike to be erased from the world

"You took the words right out of my mouth. I especially can't wait for our future siege on Heaven. The look on Michael's face when we lay waste to it, will be spectacular!" Kokabiel spoke back in grand anticipation of when he'd do enough damage to make even Michael fall

"I, on the other hand, can't wait to take all of their magic for myself. The secret knowledge of Heaven...now that..that is something worth slaughtering angels for.." Hesiene replied practically drooling over all of the arcane secrets and knowledge that lie within Heaven's vaults

The fallen angel for an archmage more than anything desired arcane knowledge to collect and study; with one her prizes she sought after being what lie in Heaven, the fact that there were millennia's worth of magical secrets waiting to be 'appropriated' by her, was something she would kill every angel in Heaven for if it meant it would be in her grasp.

"Once we reach Heaven's gates on that day, you will have all the time and opportunity you need to take as much as you desire. I will make sure of that while our forces tear into Heaven. More importantly, while I settle with Uriel, he and I have a score to settle." Kokabiel said in wanting to really tear into Uriel after what he did during the Great War

"..The only thing I can say right now, is that I can't wait for us to really get started. Finally the world will recognize our greatness and vindicate us for what we are about to do." Hesiene responded seeing that in the far future they would be hailed as the unsung heroes for their work

"Undoubtedly, Hesiene..The world will soon thank the fallen angels for doing what should've been done ages ago." Kokabiel agreed with his daughter

'Just you wait Azazel. I'm going to do the world a favor that you and Michael failed to do for it, centuries ago. Only this time, the gloves are off.' Kokabiel said to himself as his eyes glowed a bright shade of absinthe green

(The next day later, March 1st, 2018, St. Petersburg, 3:10 Pm)

It was now the beginning of March as Hesiene and Kokabiel were approaching the location of Arthur, Le Fay, and Bikou; ready to take what belonged to them and erase the Pendragon bloodline from the world.

"Hesiene once we reach their location, set up a barrier around the city. Make it large enough to give me breathing room for my 'duel' with the Pendragon boy. This place makes for a perfect place to truly field-test the power of Incinerate Anthem in live combat." Kokabiel told Hesiene while being rather happy with the chance to test his Sacred Gear in live combat
"I'm already working on it, father." Hesiene said as a magic circle was already forming in her hands

Meanwhile, Bikou and Arthur were discussing what to do concerning Vali being under house arrest while Le Fay was currently a few feet away finishing up a small armful of sweets; when suddenly a strawberry pink dome of arcane energy appeared faster than what anyone could see, covering a 12-mile radius in circumference. Before anyone could react to what was going on Hesiene had suddenly teleported behind Bikou and grasped onto his face of which the descendant of Sun Wukong disappeared in a flash of rose pink energy; an action that was followed up by her snapping her fingers and an invisible sphere of pure force surrounded Le Fay, trapping her within an inch-thick barrier of pure arcane force.

"State your business, fallen angel? Why have you come here and what did you do with Bikou?" Arthur questioned as Hesiene looked around the area to see how far away her father would be

"So that is your friends' name. I sent him away, as he should be in either the elemental plane of Fire or Earth last time I checked...I really should label my tuning forks for when I used that spell." Hesiene answered back in making a mental note to start labeling the tuning forks of her plane shift spell

"As for why I'm here. That's because you have something my father and I need for what's going to be happening in a few months. Something that we would appreciate you handing over, Pendragon." Hesiene added as her ruby-colored eyes flicked over towards the descendant of King Arthur

"What is it that you and your father want from me?" Arthur questioned

"Why don't you ask him yourself. Speaking of, you do know I could have teleported you here?" Hesiene spoke as Kokabiel landed the rogue cadre more or less chewing the scenery around him

"I thought it would be best to take the scenic route. Its been nearly 40 years since I've been in Russia, so I figured it wouldn't hurt to take in the sights of this place. I do have to say, they really have fixed up the place since Stalin keeled over." Kokabiel replied in enjoying the sights of modern Russia in all of its glory

"Kokabiel…" Arthur spoke wearily before summoning forth Caliburn to his hand

"The one and only. Now then if you would be so kind as to hand over the Excalibur Ruler that is in your possession. My daughter and I will be on our way." Kokabiel said his tone of voice far too jovial sounding for Arthur's liking

"Give me a reason why I should even entertain the idea? Your reputation as a madman who lusts after war and conquest proceeds you, which is why the idea of giving you Ruler is nothing short of madness. Madness I will have no part in." Arthur replied getting into a fighting stance with Caliburn

"Here is the thing, Pendragon. You do not have to entertain anything at all. The only thing you will be doing is providing much-needed field testing for a few things I have in mind." Kokabiel spoke as his left hand burst to lift with violet flames

Faster than Arthur could even move Caliburn a centimeter to guard against the warhawk did Kokabiel appear before him and slam his flame-covered fist into Arthur's gut to deliver a deadly liver shot, of which was followed through by a concussive shockwave of holy flame that sent the descendant of King Arthur skidding like a stone. The rogue cadre was in close pursuit as Kokabiel summoned in his hands a claymore made of both the flames of Incinerate Anthem and golden holy light that immediately turned into a deep absinthe green the moment it merged with the violet holy-flames; with Arthur regaining his footing enough to be on the receiving end of a vicious overhand swing from Kokabiel.

The resulting clash of opposing holy energies was so great that it caused the glass on windows to shatter into fine shards while brick and mortar violently cracked as though a jackhammer on cocaine had been taken to it. Yet for all of his skill with a blade; Arthur had no real answer to both Kokabiel's greater strength and far more experienced technique, evident by him feinting a disengagement from their bladelock only to impale his fiery claymore into the right lower leg of Arthur.

Before the Pendragon could even utter a single sound of pain, he was grabbed by the mouth and violently driven into the ground so hard the ground ruptured from the brute force behind it, Arthur tried to quickly deflect a blow from the fury emerald and violet claymore aimed at center mass; but at best all he could do was angle it so that it narrowly missed hitting his right lung. With Kokabiel subsequently tearing out the light sword from Arthur's chest and flinging him like a baseball, all before with a flourish turned his weapon into a mass torrent of absinthe green light and royal violet holy flames that came barreling towards Arthur with an almighty quickness.

Arthur barely had enough time to raise Caliburn and slash open a portal to evade being roasted alive by the flames, yet it was only when he tried to open up another one to try and sneak off with Le Fay and away from the battle that he found himself teleported a mile and a half away from where he once was. The descendant of Pendragon barely had enough time to collect his thoughts of what just happened before an almighty punch to his lower ribs; the force of which snapped them like rotting twigs sent him hurtling face-first into the front window of a Volkswagen.

"I didn't think I would peg the descendant of King Arthur himself as a coward. To think that someone from his bloodline would try to run like a cat with its tail between its legs is truly hilarious." Kokabiel said as he cracked his knuckles while Arthur recovered from the vicious sucker punch

'What..just...happened..Why couldn't I reach Le Fay with Caliburn?' Arthur wondered to himself as he managed to remove himself from the car window

"So. Do you wish to continue resisting me, or are you going to hand over Excalibur Ruler? Either way I'm going to get what I want." Kokabiel questioned Arthur who clutched at his chest wound while holding Caliburn in defiance
"Ruler will never be in your possess…" Arthur tried to say before a right cross to the mouth from Kokabiel silenced him
"Have it your way then. Just means I get to make a day out of beating you to a pulp...which I will enjoy far more than I possibly should. But who cares, let's get to turning your insides to a bloody pulp!" Kokabiel spoke with an extremely unnerving amount of enthusiasm

With Kokabiel summoning forth a quartet of fireballs the size of the size of large pomegranates towards Arthur at blinding speeds, who was forced to parry and block the orbs of holy fire that whipped and flew about so fast that they were little more than streaks of royal violet. The fireballs in question smashed themselves into him with such concussive forces that he was pinballed about; the only reason he wasn't suffering severe burns and broken bones was only thanks to his skill with a blade and quick reflexes.

Yet they only got him so far as Kokabiel rushed in faster than he could even blink and landed a devastating flying knee to Arthur's face that caved in his nose, turning it into a bloody void that squirted out bloody viscera and snot; staggering the holy sword wielder found his head ringing from the attack. All the while Kokabiel had condensed down the fireballs he summoned into gauntlets made of dark amethyst flame; of which he used to deliver a vicious combination of hooks and crosses to Arthur with blinding speed.

Arthur could only be forced to withstand the blows that reduced his clothes to ashes, his body now covered in harsh 2nd-degree burns that distorted his body with large welts and bruises that looked like he got struck by a sledgehammer. With a right hook slammed into his face and dislocated his jaw and cracked his cheekbone; before a subsequent uppercut relocated it and cracked his lower jaw like a twig sending him up into the air...or at least it would've had Kokabiel not grabbed him with his flaming hands and slammed him hard into the concrete.

From there Kokabiel had taken to forming a rudimentary morningstar out of the flames of Incinerate Anthem and began smashing them into Arthur who raised Caliburn up to block the construct made of holy flames; holding onto his holy sword for dear life as each blow forced him deeper and deeper into the cracked open ground beneath him. Seeing he was getting nowhere with the Pendragon blocking his onslaught of overhand blows, he made an upward clawing motion with his free right hand and out of the ground came a spike of deep emerald light that pierced into Arthur's right arm faster than the blonde-haired man could form a single thought.

"You call yourself a future king, how pathetic. You can't even take a slight discomfort in your arm." Kokabiel said with a malicious grin as he started stomping on Arthur's now pincushion for a right arm

"I mean look at you, Pendragon. You don't deserve a weapon like that, or Ruler. All you deserve is to realize how far beneath people like myself you truly stand." Kokabiel added as he continued to stomp on Arthur's arm that was quickly being turned into a bloody pulp

All the while Arthur tried to focus through the pain and wield Caliburn so that he could create a portal to get away and regroup, only for Kokabiel to stop stomping on his arm and grab him by the throat so tightly that it forced him to drop Caliburn as he struggled to get out of Kokabiel's grasp. The rogue cadre grinning as though he won the lottery as he ignited his left hand in royal violet flames and reared back to deliver a brutal hook to Arthur's stomach that robbed him of all the air in his proverbial sail, before he began unleashing a barrage of punches that turned Arthur's face and abdomen into his own punching bag.

With the descendant of King Arthur being able to provide any form of a meaningful defense as each fiery punch soon warped his abdomen into a burnt and heavily bruised canvas of burnt flesh and blackish purplish welts. His face on the other hand swollen so severely from the cracked and broken bones within, burst blood vessels, and the heavy facial burns that overrode the majority of his face; that eventually the savage beating had rendered him unconscious as his body was no longer able to hold up under the assault.

Kokabiel sighing in disappointment that the Pendragon boy was unable to hold up under his assault and allow him to test out some of the things he came up with thanks to Incinerate Anthem, he was still rather happy about having been able to get his hands dirty. So after he collected the unconscious form of Arthur and brought him back to where Hesiene and Le Fay where, his daughter fed the unconscious Pendragon a few healing potions to get him back to conscious before restraining him in enchanted chains that Hesiene had brought just in case Arthur wanted to act defiant.

"Oh good, he's waking up father." Hesiene spoke as Arthur open his bloodshot eyes that glared daggers at the father and daughter duo

"Good. I really ought to thank him for his donations. While I expected to gain Excalibur Ruler, I never would've expected to also get Caliburn as an added bonus...Truly this is a good day." Kokabiel said as he held both holy swords in hand

"..H-How did you get Ruler from me?! I-I…" Arthur spluttered out in shock as to how they had taken Excalibur Ruler from him

"Word of advice, Pendragon. You should really keep your pocket dimensions more heavily guarded. Once I figured out from having some 'quality time' with your sister on where you stashed it. It was really a matter of dispelling a few modest wards you had to safeguard it. Even then they weren't enough to give me an actual challenge." Hesiene replied while she gestured to the white as a sheet Le Fay Pendragon

"W-What did you do to my... s-sister!" Arthur exclaimed in righteous anger as he tried to go to her but his restraints stopped him in tracks

"I got bored. So I figured why not get some information out of her to pass the time. Its a real shame I'm not well versed in illusion-based spells. Otherwise I could've come up with some really fun stuff to terrify her." Hesiene said with a malefic smile in having decided to use what illusory spells of fear and terror on Le Fay to both just fuck with her and get some much useful information as well

"You...You monsters! H-How dare you, do that to her!" Arthur spat in anger over the petrified state of his younger sister

"Oh don't worry, we're going to put her out of her misery real soon. We just wanted you to be around for the show. I would be remiss if I didn't let you see your sister have her final farewell." Kokabiel told him as Hesiene prepared a disintegration spell aimed at the shivering form of Le Fay

"Don't do it! She's innocent, she has nothing to do with this."Arthur pleaded with the rogue cadre

"Had you not gone against me and given me what I wanted. I would've considered sparing her life and potentially letting her live. However, I had to go through the hassle of reminding you where you stand and getting a great workout out of it..Thank you by the way for that, as its been ages since I've really gotten to stretch. But back on topic, her life is now forfeit because you did not give me what I want when I asked for it." Kokabiel responded as the pale green orb in Hesiene's hands grew brighter and brighter

With it being fired at point-blank range, Le Fay didn't even have time to utter so much as a single scream or open her mouth to form a single sound; the moment it made contact her body began to rapidly turn to a mound of fine grey dust. Arthur could only watch in horror as his little sister disintegrated into nothingness, before his very eyes, dread and sorrow setting in at the fact that she was reduced to dust and there was nothing he could do but hang his head in shame at not being able to move in order to shield her or run to her rescue.

"Don't worry, Pendragon...You'll join her soon enough." Kokabiel spoke as he snapped his fingers and Arthur's body was set ablaze with amethyst flames that rapidly ate away at his body

"What do we do now? We've exterminated the Pendragon's, we've gained not only Excalibur Ruler, but also that of Caliburn." Hesiene asked her father as Arthur's body continued to burn away into ash

"Why don't we go and get ourselves something to eat. All of this has built up quite an appetite." Kokabiel suggested to his daughter

"I could teleport us to New York. They have some good shawarma, that is to die for." Hesiene told her father as she prepared a teleportation spell

"That sounds rather nice. I've never had shawarma before." Kokabiel said in being down for trying whatever this shawarma was

"Trust me, father. You're going to love it." Hesiene replied as the two teleported away from the scene leaving the charred corpses and disintegrated remains of the Pendragons' in their wake

(3 days later, March 4th, 2018, Hesiene's House, 6:36 Pm)

It was sometime later as Hesiene was within her house enjoying some cinnamon tea and Sour Patch Kids in her continued watching of One Piece.

"..How, How is he that dumb! You would think that he would've been smart enough not to piss off Magellaen. Instead, he just waltzes up to the man and gets him and his entire crew doused in poison...what a complete tool." Hesiene said as she watched Blackbeard's crew become covered in the dense poison

"Honestly, the fact that this guy is the one who beat Ace is appalling." Hesiene spoke in disgust of Blackbeard's grand stupidity or arrogance

With her watching more One Piece until she soon found herself getting a call from her father, which she was all too happy to take in needing something to distract her from the shenanigans of Blackbeard's utter and total stupidity.

"Hello, father." Hesiene greeted her father

"Good evening, Hesiene. I just wanted to call and say first and foremost, thank you for spending time with me this week. I really did appreciate it." Kokabiel said in having enjoyed having gone out with his daughter after the termination of the Pendragons'

"It was fun for me as well. It was rather nice getting to spend the weekend with you, its something I've missed doing these past few decades." Hesiene replied with an earnest smile on her face

With the father and daughter duo having had a grand old time together in New York; having gone about doing some sight-seeing of the sprawling cities, gotten to see some of the history exhibits that had interested the former battlemaster of Grigori and furthermore have Hesiene give her father a newfound love of pizza.

"Perhaps, after we slay that bastard Rizevim and see his forces dead at our feet. We can go out more, perhaps we could go down to Brazil for awhile. I've heard its quite lovely this time of year." Kokabiel suggested to his daughter

"That sounds quite nice...I swear if mother were alive, she would've loved to come with us." Hesiene said knowing that her mother would've loved to go on vacations with her and her father

"..Yes, I know full well that she would've enjoyed our time in New York. She always did love going to the cities...before that silver-haired bastard stole her from us." Kokabiel responded in fond memory of his wife and the times they shared when she still lived

"Still, I will say that if we do go on such trips again. That we will need to plan them out in far more detail. Having a weekend to ourselves, didn't do what I wanted to do enough justice. So hopefully when it is time for us to go to Brazil for our time together, we will be able to do so much more." Kokabiel spoke once more in wanting to shift subjects away from that of his long-deceased wife

"Of course. I know a few places we could go if we wanted to make something of a road trip out of it. Especially some places in Argentina that look absolutely incredible during spring and summer!" Hesiene told her father in having often visited Argentina

"That sounds like a wonderful time, Hesiene. Although I do have to ask you something important." Kokabiel spoke to his daughter
"What is it?" Hesiene questioned

"Did you deliver Caliburn as I asked you to?" Kokabiel asked his daughter

"Of course I did. Although I still don't know why you wanted me to place it there. Wouldn't it have made far more sense to keep it than place it at such an odd location?" Hesiene answered back in having done the task as needed

"I have no use for Caliburn at the current moment. What with my nearly completed Excalibur at my side; combined with the power of Incinerate Anthem and my powers being stronger than ever. I felt that I had no real need for Caliburn at my side when all it would most likely do is collect dust as a trophy piece." Kokabiel told his daughter as to why he didn't keep Caliburn with him

"I suppose that is a good enough reason. Even so, why allow for him to wield Caliburn? The weapon is nothing to scoff at, father. It is regarded as one of the most powerful holy swords to date for a very good reason." Hesiene wondered on why her father had her deliver the powerful holy sword to said location

"For two or rather threee reasons. One I felt that it would be some small favor I could do him after he got rid of Creuserey for us and as such allowed us to follow through in getting rid of Katerea far more easily than we could have alone. The second reason being that I want to see that weapon placed in more capable hands than mine. So I figured why not have it be put in the hands of someone who can use it to its full potential, unlike what the Pendragon boy had reduced it down to as nothing more than a taxi service from what our diviners had informed me of. Lastly my 3rd reason is to see all the trouble that will come from his being its new possessor, which will be most entertaining to see unfold." Kokabiel replied on his reasoning on why he had Hesiene do what she did with Caliburn

"You do know that this could present a considerable problem should you fight the Red Dragon Emperor? His power is nothing to be trifled with, especially now that we've given him Caliburn." Hesiene said with some worry in her voice over the holy sword being in Anakin's possession

"I'm well aware of the risk that I am taking Hesiene. However, the mass amount of potential that he will be able to unlock with it; is something that I cannot simply ignore. It is something I'm truly eager to see unleashed!" Kokabiel replied ever curious to see what Anakin was capable of what the former Sith Lord could do with Caliburn at his possession

With the rogue cadre seeing Anakin gaining far more use out of Caliburn than what Arthur who in his mind had barely scratched the surface of what the powerful holy sword was capable of, something that disgusted him with how the Pendragon for all of his futile attempts to live up to the legacy of King Arthur wasted it immensely. Therefore he decided to let it be wielded by someone who had far more potential and superior strength than some child pretending to be king, with him knowing that Anakin would put it to far greater use in wielding it as the weapon should be.

"While I am too intrigued by the potential of the Red Dragon Emperor. I still worry about the threat he could pose should you two face against each other. The boy hasn't even unlocked the Balance Breaker of his Sacred Gear and already he is a force to be reckoned with." Hesiene said with concern heavy in her voice
"I..I just worry about what could happen to you, if we aren't careful. I don't want to lose you, father. I've already lost mother to the Devils. I can't lose you as well, not when we are coming so close to our plan becoming a reality." Hesiene replied in not wanting to lose both parents because of the world they lived in
"Don't worry, Hesiene. I am confident enough in my abilities that even should he unlock the full power of the Boosted Gear that I will stand a considerable chance against him. I wasn't one of the strongest in the forces of Azazel without good reason." Kokabiel said with an assured smile towards his worried daughter

"I know full well of your awesome strength, father. I..I just don't want something horrible to happen is all." Hesiene spoke in a rare moment of sadness that gripped her heart at the future possibility of her father dying

"Also, Hesiene. Should anything happen to me. I know that my death will not be in vain. For I know that you will carry on my will. I know that as my daughter, who is without a doubt one of the strongest and talented mage I've seen in centuries..one who could make even gods bow before her arcane talents. That should I perish, you will continue my dream for an improved world. That I have no doubt in, my dear Hesiene." Kokabiel said with an earnestly sincere smile towards his daughter that made the weight of his words feel as dense as the weight of a dying star

"..T-Thank you father, I can not tell you how much I appreciate those words." Hesiene thanked her father for the words that made her heart swell with pride

"Of course. You are the greatest of us all should anything happen to me. But enough with such dour subjects, of something that will never happen. For now, we should take in this wonderful time we're in. Since it is this time that we finally can start our work in giving the world around us a much-needed reality check." Kokabiel told his daughter as his smile turned from a sincere heartfelt one to a more malevolent and spite filled one

"Indeed. This is going to be such a wonderful year. Neither Heaven nor the Underworld, will see what we do to them coming." Hesiene said returning a malefic smile of her own at all of what would soon happen in the months to come

"Until the time comes for me to call on you again, Hesiene. Continue your mission in Kuoh. When I have need to call on your power again, it will be to devastate Rizevim and his forces. Yet more importantly avenge what had been done to your mother by that silver-haired wretch!" Kokabiel spoke to his daughter whom nodded in understanding as the connection soon ended

"...This is going to be a great year...I simply can't wait to get things truly started." Hesiene said to herself her smile only widening slightly at all of what she and her father would do together

So with the deaths of Katerea and the Pendragons' at the hands of the father and daughter duo, it seems that chaos and destruction is soon to follow in the months to come. Will the angels and Devils be able to survive what is to come at the hands of Kokabiel's faction or will a new wave of terror promise a possible extinction? Find out next time in the new chapters of, A Sith Lord for a Dragon Emperor!

Now then onto some of the reviews from the last chapter.

Sapphireweapon12: Trust me Katerea ain't gonna get the easy way out of dying as we've seen with the monsters she's thrown at the group so far and how she likes to mutate things through curses and magic...Katerea is gonna wish she was dead because she's gonna be subject to Hesiene playing mad-scientist. Also trust me Sona is gonna get some ideas from this whole Pokedevil thing for new spells as I like the idea of Serafall thinking her sister has found her own niche and will save that one for later. I don't know who Gilgamesh is so no he won't be butting in. Also yeah I love the idea of Reya becoming an Artificer considering that they have a lot of utility and would work well for someone in Sona's peerage, as not many people realize how useful one can be; as not every bishop has to be all flashy devastating spells. Also I mean you aren't exactly wrong with that assumption concerning Hesiene after all she is basically "The Archmage Supreme' for a reason as she does have the power to back up being a god slayer if she really wanted too, as I really do like the idea of this power mad-scientist archmage being a villain..one that just so happens to be Kokabiel's daughter.

Zack Sager: Glad you enjoy this my guy. Because the thing is that no one gets plot armor in this story because they simply come to Kuoh or are apart of a harem, as that's something that's always heavily irritated me in DXD stories. As such no one and I mean no one as from what I've shown gets plot armor or is safe. If you die and someone ain't there to bring you back or turn you into an angel, devil, or fallen angel or etc..then you will die and that's it.

Darth Cedrac: The thing is that due to the various magics she put in place to ward her house against being detected its very hard for her to be detected. Not to mention that with everything going on and buffed up she's warded her house, Anakin wouldn't have a concrete place to start in order to sense her out through the Force. As such she's not going to automatically pop up on his radar when she has enough wards and spells placed on her house to make it so she's untraceable to some of the big guys out there in DXD.

Well, I hoped everyone had enjoyed this chapter which I gotta admit was a hell of a time writing out in getting to flesh out Hesiene and Kokabiel. Yet without further delay let's get into it now shall we.

First up we've got Hesiene in her domination over Katerea which I hoped y'all liked. Because I really wanted to do a child of Kokabiel justice in a fight and I figured what better way than to have her just continuously flex on Katerea like it was nobodys' business.

Following up after that we've got a small bit with Kokabiel and Hesiene that led into the bit with the Pendragons' now being for all intents and purposes extinct. Since the latter of the two I really enjoyed writing in order to show that from this point onwards Kokabiel is gonna be a definite problem, as well as to show that no one in the DXD world is safe and that everyone in this story can get it.

Lastly, is the bit between Hesiene and Kokabiel in showing the two bonding more with each other and developing their relationship as father and daughter. Which is a rare thing you see in DXD stories in where Kokabiel is portrayed beyond just being a mustache-twirling villain that has a hard-on for war.

All that being said I hope y'all enjoy this story and what's to come in the future chapters of it as well as favoriting, following and sending reviews so that we can hopefully make this a pretty decent story. As flames for the most part will be ignored unless you got anything nice to say or that helps the story then go somewhere else.

Furthermore the votes for what Artificer path Reya will take goes as follows. Artillerist with 3 votes, Battle Smith with 2 votes and Alchemist with one vote, and Armorer with no votes.

Now then with all that being said this is Pravus666 signing off until next time. With the next chapter finally kicking things off into the Riser arc. So stay tuned for that in all of what's to come.
