CandyLuv99; Hopefully they would change sides. Jadis isn't the only one that's a piece of crap with issues.
Here's chapter sixty-six, enjoy!
As the sun rose higher in the bright sapphire sky, her golden rays spread across priderock. Inviting itself into the den where some cubs slept.
Blinking his orange eyes open first with a big cub yawn was Prince Hunter. He looked around anxious as he was expecting something to nearly jump out of his dark gold pelt when he felt a paw on his shoulder.
Askari tried to contain his snickers before he frowned at the expression on his brother's face. "Is everything okay?"
Hunter debated before shaking his head and went to leave the den. "I'm.. just going for a walk."
Askari didn't like the sound of that. His brother going out alone. There wasn't any known dangers since their parents untied the prides but something didn't sit right with the dark beige cub.
So he followed his brother.
...
Jessica felt for a long time Jesús wasn't truly hers. Even though she birthed him a son and a daughter. A daughter Jesús never knew about and when he does, it'll be the last thing.
Unfortunately.. She got caught up with Keres and Jadis. They want to weaken the Pridelanders, mostly the new queen and king.
Until their plans to rid of their desired bloodline is successful, their holding her daughter.
The creamy-white lioness was stuck on ideas when she saw Kiara and Kovu's brats walk past. Without any escorts.
With a dark laughed, she charged.
Priderock
Sherise saw Hunter and Askari leave and didn't think much of it until she saw her sister return from her night with Kovu as some of the guard walked with them.
It wasn't until they got closer, that she completely understood. Before they could reach the slope, Sherise snuck out the back of the den, through the hole that Kiara once used.
"Zara!" Sherise called when she spotted the purple hornbill.
"Yes, my Grace!"
"Inform my mate of trouble! Go! No!"
Sherise didn't bother waiting for the bird to fly away first. She quickly dashed off, following her nephews' scents.
Unaware that she was being followed herself.
The dark brown lioness tracked them to a gorge. As she came around a corner, she saw Jessica raised her paw with her claws extended intent on killing Askari. Askari shut his brown eyes tight and waited for the pain to come. Suddenly he and Hunter heard a voice roar,
"Get the Hell away from my nephews you bitch!"
Hunter opened his eyes and saw Sherise come flying threw the air and tackle Jessica to the ground both lionesses biting and clawing.
"Go!" Sherise cried out.
"On it!" Zeus cried cried out as he came running out of his hiding spot over to Hunter and Askari, who was trying his best to stand. "Askari!" Zeus cried as he reached his cousins. "Askari are you okay?"
"My side really hurts," Askari said, his voice barley above a whisper.
Zeus went to examine Askari's side and to his horror he saw a large gash in the dark beige cub's side, which was seeping blood. "Oh man," Zeus whispered. "I've got to stop this bleeding."
The reddish-brown Prince looked around for anything he could use to stop the bleeding. Luckily for him he remembered a trick Rafiki and Rika had taught him about using mud to stop bleeding.
So Zeus gathered some dirt and made a little pile. He couldn't find any water to make mud with so he used his own spit to create the mud. Once he had created enough mud Zeus began to pack it on Askari's wounds. Once he was satisfied that the bleeding was under control he ran to see if he could help his mother fight off Jessica.
However he didn't get very far before he heard Askari and Hunter cry out, "Zeus don't leave us alone! Please!"
"I've gotta help my mom," Zeus protessed.
Even though they were older they truly didn't want to be alone. Hunter looked up at his cousin, his orange eyes pleading.
"Alright I'll stay with you guys," Zeus said with a sigh.
Zeus layed down beside his cousins and hoped that his mother would be along soon. Zeus also knew that he had to keep Askari calm so he talked to him along with soothing tone telling the dark beige cub everything would be alright.
Zeus just hoped he wouldn't be made a liar.

Sherise and Jessica were fighting, each lioness out for blood. Sherise had gotten the upper paw and had Jessica pinned.
Jessica, however was not about go down without a fight. The creamy-white lioness took it upon herself to throw dirt in the Queen in-command's eyes blinding the younger lioness.
Jessica took this opportunity to kick Sherise hard in the stomach sending the Queen in-command flying to the ground. Jessica then delivered another blow to Sherise's head knocking her out cold.
"Oh poor girl," Jessica snarled looming over the dark brown lioness. "It would be so nice to just end your misarable life right here and now but I have cubs to kill first. If you hadn't been so nosy I'd let you live but sadly youmust die along with the rest of your brood. But don't worry princess, Kiara and Simba will soon be joining all of you."
Letting out an evil cackle Jessica made her way towards the helpless cubs.
...
Jesús following Zara's information raced into the Pridelands, following his mate's scent. Which had lead him to the gorge,he felt a cool breeze blow through him. As he remembered the awful crime his father committed here.
The reddish-brown lion had reached the bottom of the gorge when he heard an ear piercing scream causing him to jerk his head up. "That's Hunter!" he shouted. "Hang on cubs I'm coming."
Jesús ran in the direction of the scream hoping he wasn't to late.
Other Side Of The Gorge
Meanwhile Jessica had reached the area where the royal cubs were. "Ah there you are my pretties," Jessica sneered.
Hunter's orange eyes went wide with fear as Askari gasped and let out a small whimper.
"I'm afraid you're time is up young ones," Jessica hissed. "But don't worry. Your parents will soon be joing you."
Jessica advanced towards the cubs her hazel eyes gleaming.
"Oh no you don't!" Hunter shouted standing in front of her brother and cousin. He wasn't afraid of this lioness anymore and know what has to be done. "If you want to get to my brother and cousin you're gonna have to get through me first!"
"My pleasure," Jessica growled as she raised her paw and struck Hunter in the face catching the dark gold prince on his fluffy cheek and sending him crashing into the ground.
Dazed the four month old prince wiped away the blood from his scared check and tried to stand only to be met by Jessica's paw again. This time she caught Hunter in his side causing the blood to flow.
Hunter let out a scream as he fell again to the ground.
"Time to end this," Jessica hissed. "It's such a shame that such young blood has to be spilled yet agian but it's obvious that it has to be done."
With a snarl Jessica picked Hunter up by his side and bit down as hard as she could causing the oldest son of Kiara and Kovu to let out a ear piercing scream that echoed through the gorge.
Jessica could feel the prince's bones crunch in her mouth as she dropped his limp bloody, body to the ground. Satisfied she turned her attention towards Askari and Zeus who was shaking from fear.
But before she could attack suddenly she heard an ear piercing roar echo through the gorge. The creamy-white lioness turned and saw Jesús running towards her.
"Better save this for another time," she muttered. "Jesús will kill me for sure if he catches me."
With a small growl Jessica took off heading to a border, making a hasty retreat.
Jesús reached his son and nephew. Where he checked Askari over.
"I'm alright Dad," Zeus said. "But I think Jessica killed Hunter."
"What?!" Jesús cried running over to Hunter who was laying very still.
He couldn't even wrap the thought that his former lover would do something like this. The cubs were important.
"Hunter," Jesús whispered tears coming to his eyes as he saw his nephews's broken body. "Oh hunt1 I'm so sorry." Jesús shut his eyes as the tears escaped and ran down his face. "I'm so sorry I couldn't protect you better."
"Dad?" Zeus asked quietly. Jesús turned his head towards his reddish-brown cub. "Is Hunter going to be okay? Please say he's okay."
By now Zeus had tears coming down his face and he was visibly shaking. Jesús went over and gently nuzzled his son.
Jesús opened his mouth to speak but his attention went to his mate who came running over with a limp.
"Jesús," Sherise cried out. Then she moved her purple eyes to see her son with Askari. "What are you doing here, Zeus?"
Zeus lowered his dark brown eyes. "I followed you here. And helped Askari with his wounds he received from Jessica."
Sherise frowned but figured she'll get Zeus later. "Wait, what do you mean wounds?" she looked her nephew over and gasped. "Oh Askari! What happened to you? Where's Hunter?"
Jesús loooked over at the spot where Hunter's body laid. That's when the Queen's oldest sister saw her dark gold nephew.
"Oh Kings and Queens above!" she cried out horrified running over to her sister's fallen cub. "What happened?"
"Jessica," Jesús sighed wiping his dark brown eyes as he joined his mate.
"Is he alive?" Sherise asked her voice shaking dreading the answer.
"No love," Jesús replied sadly. "He's dead."
