Without further ado, here's chapter seventy-six. Enjoy!

The day eventually came when Queen Kiara went into labor. Rika was summoned to priderock, as the new head Mjuzi this was her first ceremony performed alone.

It was only a week ago when her father completed his journey in the circle of life. Fortunately, it didn't take much time for the daughter of Rafiki to become good friends with the Queen and the Royal family.

Outside of the small cave near the slope paced King Kovu. Askari sat by Anastasia and the two were smiling at the wrecked dark brown lion.

King-Father Simba was grinning as well, he was very excited about becoming a grandfather again.

Anastasia giggled before looking at her best friend. "Was my dad like that when I was born?"

Askari glanced at his goldish-yellow uncle who have overheard his daughter's question. With a amused grin of his own he turned back to the pale gold female next to him. "Worse."

Anastasia burst out laughing and it made Askari's heart swell with joy.

Before long Rika walked out to begin the presentation as Nala nodded for Kovu and Askari to enter first.

The king and Prince entered to see the gold queen smiling lovingly at them. Askari watched his parents nuzzle before walking over to his mother where his dark brown rimmed ears perked at the sound of mewing.

Prince Askari looked at his mother's side to see two cubs resting there, one had light brown fur as the other had dark beige fur.

Askari looked up at her parents who were gazing lovingly at him. "What are their names?"

Kovu nuzzled Askari before moving back. "Lyndy and Sarabi The Second, Sarabi for short."

Askari smiled at his sisters before lying by his mother but in front of his fussing sisters. With a yawn he laid his head down in between his paws and closed his brown eyes.

Sherise shot up out of her sleep. Her heart was beating as though it was going to come out of her chest. She clenched her purple eyes close as extreme amount of pain shot through her body. It was like nothing she ever felt before...even when Asier's father or Luis attacked her.

She clench her eyes tighter, hoping that the pain would go away on it's own but it only increased. The Queen-in-command growled, she couldn't give birth here. It would be the wiser thing to do but she has to figure out what to tell Jesús if the cub or cubs come out not looking like him but his half-brother.

Taking a deep breath, she sucked the pain in before standing on shakey paws. Once she felt she could move, Sherise slowly moved through the den and took her time to reach the bottom of the slope. The early dawn air was soothing on her aching and hot body as she walked through the plains to find a suitable den to give birth in.

After what felt like forever, the dark brown lioness found a nice size den. She waste no time and entered the rocky shelter. A good thing too, because another wave of sharp pain shot through her causing her to fall to the den floor. Sherise closed her eyes took deep breathes before she let out a agonizing scream that was combined with a roar before she started feeling like something was crawling from inside of her body, trying to get out.

Sherise took a few more deep breathes before pushing, not long after the sounds of a cub cry rewarded her, she could tell it was a female from the smell but before she could bath her daughter another intense pain rocked through her. A pain so unreal erupted through her that it made her want to cry, which she did.

After she had gotten her heart rate kind of back to normal she looked at her cubs that were mewing and moving around trying to find milk. She couldn't believe she gave birth to two cubs again, a female and a male. She knew it was a possibility but she didn't think she was going to be right. With a deep sigh she began to bathe them, when she was done she nearly lost the bit of breath that just came back.

The male was staring with her purple eyes, but it was his apperance that nearly took her breath away. He had light cream fur and a tiny black tuff like Luis.

The female was goldish looking around with her eyes as well. Sherise pinned her ears as she closed her eyes, what is she going to do?

"Sherise..?"

Sherise looked up and saw her sister standing in the entrance of the den she temporary claimed. "Kiara? What are you doing here?"

The gold lioness had her amber eyes on the little light cream cub before looking at the older lioness with a sigh. "I was out looking for you when I heard screams and roars." Sherise looked away not knowing what to say. "Are you alright? I see you gave birth."

Sherise didn't like to have her family and friends worry but she sighed and shook her head anyway. "I'm not sure. The female is Jesús' but the male isn't. I don't know what I'm going to do, Kiara. I haven't even told Jesús yet about that night...how am I going to explain this?"

Kiara was slient for a moment before she took a deep breath. "I know that he wouldn't act harshly towards you. It wasn't your fault and if he loves you then he'll love your son. Regardless who the father is."

Sherise frowned as her ears perked a bit. Why do they make it seem so easy? But they were right, Jesús wasn't a tyrant like his father. "I'll tell him when I get back."

Kiara smiled at her sister before standing. "I'll give you some time."

Sherise nodded and watched her sister leave the den before casting her eyes on her son, who even though has her eyes but looks like his father. She growled sliently, hoping that she had done the right thing.

Cerberus grinned in satisfaction at the news he received. Before turning to head where Jadis and his father was.

"This better be good, boy!" Jadis sneered.

The large goldish, orange mane lion rolled his orange eyes before snarling at the tan, dark red maned lion. "Shut up and listen!" after pushing some his mane back he smiled. "You both should be dead but you sold your souls to Abaddon to live as long to see that you get what you want." Cerberus smiled widely at the older males. "What exactly do you want?"

Jadis sneered. "Is that a trick question! I want to rid of my father's other bloodline where only I and my blood remain!"

"I want a paw in ruling the Pridelands! My chance was stolen before!" Badhi snarled, teeth bared.

Cerberus grinned a toothy grin as he turned his attention to a light gold cub nearby. "And you'll get it very soon.."
