Ni/Klaus' House, Kol's New Bedroom
"It's time to wake up, little brother."
Those were the first words Kol Mikaelson heard upon reviving, and they were spoken with the last voice he heard before 'dying'. It belonged to none other than Niklaus.
Kol wasn't surprised by that, he knew how spineless Elijah and Rebekah were and that they wouldn't dare undagger him or Finn, for that matter, lest they call upon themselves the same fate; getting daggered and stored away.
That thought disappeared when Kol suddenly felt droplets hit his lips and half a second later, a droplet hit his tongue and he tasted blood. His senses quickly caught up and his body a little rejuvenated, he lunged upwards, mouth open, and came into contact with a wrist and latched on for more blood.
"Go for the neck, little brother." Klaus advised, watching as Kol fed on the wrist of a human man he kidnapped outside Mystic Falls for him to feed on. "That's where you'll get more blood as quick as you can swallow."
Kol did as Klaus advised and went for the neck.
"I hope you've had some time to sleep off the silly idea you had that got you daggered and that you've finally realized and accepted that your plans against me will never bear fruit."
"Don't tell me you revived me just so you can talk me to death, Nik." Kol said once he was done feeding and getting off the bed Klaus revived him on, having done so until the human man collapsed.
"Would you rather I wake Finn?"
"Maybe. At least he won't dagger..."
"He'll bore you to death, instead." Klaus interrupted. "Come on. Let's get you cleaned up. There are some people I want you to meet before we go out and have some fun. Some of them are ladies so I wouldn't want you to make a bad first impression on them."
"When have I ever had a bad first impression when it comes to the ladies?" Kol inquired, following Klaus who led him to a bathroom connected to the room.
"When have you not?" Klaus retorted. "This is your bathroom. I'll show you how everything works but before that, here are my rules and you will follow them or I will put you back in your coffin and dump it somewhere no one will ever be able to find, including me even if I need to.
One; you will not plot against me; if you do I'll will follow through with my threat after disowning you. Two; you will not kill any of the people I'll introduce you to and one other that will arrived soon. Three; you... (Klaus continued on, to Kol's annoyance.)"

Klaus' House
"Is Kimberly back?" Daniel asked up arriving at the house, and hearing an extra heartbeat.
"Not yet." Klaus answered, sitting in the sitting room. "She has decided to abort her mission and return but that's not her."
"Who is it then?" Mindy inquired, as interested as her pack mates.
"That would be me, darling." Kol answered, entering the room and earning everyone's attention; he was surprised by the change in fashion and it told him that Klaus left him dead for a pretty long time, long enough for society to loosen up.
"Don't call me darling." Mindy said.
"What should I call you, then?"
"Don't call me."
"I..."
"That's enough." Klaus cut in. "Kol, meet Mindy, Daniel, Hayley and Nate; my betas, and dear Greta."
"Kol?" Nate asked for everyone. "As in your brother Kol?"
"Yes." Klaus responded. "Pack, meet my little brother Kol. Seeing as Kimberly has aborted her mission, I decided to wake him."
"Pack?" Kol inquired, and took a deep breath to get their scents and then looked at Klaus in surprise. "You broke the curse?"
"I broke the curse." Klaus confirmed. "It took me a millennium but I always have my way in the end."
"Tell me about it."
"You tried your luck and failed, as usual." Klaus commented. "It's time you stop."
"What do you mean by 'Kimberly aborted her mission'?" Greta questioned, wanting to know what that meant about Rebekah.
"It means you won't be seeing my sister as soon as you and I would like."
"You mean Rebekah?" Kol inquired. "Where is she? And where is Elijah? Where are those two backstabbers?"
"I'll tell you on the road." Klaus answered. "Come on. We have much to catch up on and the night is just getting started."
With that, Klaus led Kol out, leaving an unhappy pack behind.
"The last original vampire killed Tony." Hayley said what was on her pack mates' mind. "And got away with it."
"This one won't get the chance to. Keep your eyes open and watch out for each other." Daniel responded. "We will not let our guards down ever again."
"Remember what Klaus said; the reason we're in this town." Nate reminded his pack, and then asked. "Are you going to have our backs, Greta?"
"If you have mine." Greta replied, not liking the sudden development. "But I'll not go against Klaus."
"Not against Klaus." Mindy corrected. "Against the new guy."
"We have to be prepared for anything he might do." Hayley added.
"Watch my back and I'll watch yours." Greta answered.
"How about we have you train more frequently and harder outside Klaus' training?" Mindy proposed. "Would that be watching your back enough?"
"It would be a start." Greta said, and just like that, an alliance was formed.

Nice Town Hotel
Cora, Lydia, Malia, Rebekah, Scott, Tara and the Royal Guard enjoyed themselves at the music show and Tara and the Guard noticed that something had shifted between Rebekah and Scott.
They couldn't explain it but something had definitely changed between them and they appeared closer than they were yesterday, although they seemed unsure of how to behave around each other.
Upon their return to the hotel, they went to the restaurant for dinner, the atmosphere a little bit relaxed since the Guard didn't show their dislike of Rebekah because of her vampire status and everyone had gotten to know each other a little better. Maybe too much for some.
However, Tara noticed something amiss around Rebekah's neck and Rebekah noticed her looking at it in confusion and decided to answer her unasked question.
"Scott and the others helped me get it back." Rebekah said, caressing her necklace's pendant, not really telling a lie, although that earned Scott and the others confused looks from the Guard.
"Wow. That must have been some sex." Sky thought out loud, unaware he said his thought out loud.
"You have no idea." Lydia commented.
Scott, who had been drinking a glass of water, choked on the water at the comments, reminded of what he, and Rebekah, have been trying to not think about since their talk while Rebekah avoided looking at Scott.
"What do you mean by 'get it back'?" Oba (MPG1) inquired.
As Scott recovered, Cora, Lydia and Malia decided to stay out of the topic and let Rebekah and Scott handle everything since it was their business.
"I lost it a while ago and Scott found it." Rebekah answered, to protect the secret she promised to keep, figuring the Guard didn't know her biological relationship with Scott. "He gave it back to me when I told him why we're here."
Something didn't make sense about the answer, particularly after Rebekah said that Scott and the others helped her get it back, but the Guard didn't say anything. Tara, however...
"But it was in a witch's possession when I traced it." Tara said.
"The witch would be me." Lydia chimed in for the save.
"You don't have to protect my secret, Lydia." Scott ruined Lydia's save, to everyone's surprise. "It won't be much of a secret soon enough. I'm not just a werewolf, Tara. I was artificially given vampire and witch traits a few months ago by an ancient group of parascientists who are now dead."
"Yeah, right. That's impossible. Witches are not made, they're only born." Tara responded.
"True." Scott agreed. "But I didn't say I was a witch. I said I was artificially given witch traits. I think pseudo-witch is more appropriate. Vampire-werewolf-witch pseudo-tribrid."
"You can't possibly..." Tara refused to believe him.
"Chronolos incendia." Scott cast softly, though audibly, but nothing happened.
"I rest my case." Tara said, knowing incendia was an incantation spell to ignite fire although she didn't know what the prefix was for.
But she spoke too soon because a second later, Charl'z (SPG2), who sat on Tara's right, and Juan's (MPG3), who sat on Rebekah's right, glasses of vodka on the table ignited in flames in unison, surprising everyone at the table of fourteen.
"Suctus incendia." Scott extinguished the flames, a moment before Waiter, Waitress and a few of their fellow workers arrived at the table with everyone's ordered meals on trays, having seen them coming, and then looked at a shocked Tara. "And I rest mine."
As everyone received their orders, Tara couldn't take her eyes off Scott.
"How?" She asked after their attendants left.
"I told you. I was artificially..."
"How can you be this powerful when you're not a real witch?" Tara specified.
Before Scott could reply, he felt his phone vibrate, and looked at it to find that Marin was calling.
"Uh, I forgot to tell you." He told Malia. "There's a council meeting and Marin is calling because everyone is waiting for us."
"Right now?" Malia asked, already having taken a bite from her plate.
"Right now." Scott replied, and Malia groaned.
"Can't Derek or Marin sit in for me?"
"It's about my chimera status."
"I'll have your food sent to you." Lydia said, assuming Scott was going to tell Beacon Council about his 'chimera' status.
"Why would you do that when we could take them ourselves?" Malia asked.
"That's not how things work."
"Not for those of my kind." Rebekah countered.
"I don't think a normal everyday dull life involves compulsion." Scott responded, before answering the call.
"The meeting is about to start." Marin said.
"Um, alright. You can video call me in two minutes." Scott replied, and then they ended the call. "We have to go, Malia."
"Five minutes." Malia told Lydia, as she and Scott left the table. "If I'm not eating in five minutes..."
"Don't worry about it, love. I'll make it happen." Rebekah assured Malia.
"So, this means..." Tara said, realizing her deal with Rebekah was void now that she got her necklace on her own.
"We can relax and enjoy ourselves." Rebekah completed.

Outside Mystic Falls
"I can't believe it!" Kol said, after being updated on a few things, from shotgun in one of Klaus' cars parked in a clearing, rather proud of his younger sister as he and Klaus shared a bottle of whiskey. "Rebekah finally did what she should have done a lot time ago and escaped from you."
"You seem to forget Mikael is still out there." Klaus reminded. "And with how quick Rebekah is to fall in love..."
"Why haven't you killed that old man, Nik?"
"I went off grid after I daggered Rebekah and lost a lot of my contacts to become but a myth." Klaus answered. "You would be surprised how feared and powerful a person whose existence is clouded in myth and the unknown is.
The decades I spent in the dark gave me that while I looked for a way to break the curse. But Elijah lured me out in order to kill me for supposedly dumping all of you somewhere in the oceans.
I lost track of Mikael although every now and then, there are rumors of his whereabouts. But I discovered that Mikael hasn't been seen since he attacked New Orleans.
The person that was on Rebekah's and my trail in the nineteen twenties was not Mikael but a member of his hunting squad of sort. He has been going around compelling some vampires to believe they are him and others to serve as intelligence scout.
I've had fun hunting them out and killing them, practicing for when I finally find Mikael and make him pay. I didn't plan on reviving you until I killed Mikael so that we can all start afresh without him on the back of our minds."
"So, your little warrior and Rebekah's lover is ruling our home, where Mikael was last sighted."
"Yes. And until just recently, our old friend Lucien was ruling with him. A boy of eighteen, Scott McCall, has taken his place and Kimberly says that he's the preferred leader even though he gave an order for his pack to murder whoever stands in their way."
"Makes you wonder why." Kol commented, and chose not to comment on how it only took Scott eighteen years to get everything Klaus wanted and took a thousand years to get although not completely. "What are you going to do?"
"Verify, of course. After Kimberley gets here with more information on Scott, we will leave Mystic Falls for New Orleans to verify. I'll send out word about Marcel's survival and see if our little sister still likes him."
"I don't think the bait will catch." Kol responded, and explained. "We've killed and turned too many of Rebekah's lovers and friends against her and she has developed a coping mechanism to deal with the trauma and quickly find a way to move on.
We unintentionally conditioned Rebekah to emotionally move on from her past lovers once the relationships end and quickly forget about them and find the next one and give them her all like she knows no heartache."
"Not with Marcel." Klaus said. "I made Marcel choose between Rebekah and immortality and he chose immortality over her but she still went back into a relationship with him eighty years later after he returned from the war."
"She left you, Nik." Kol countered. "When she tried to leave you the first time, you stopped her at the cost of nine decades. That didn't stop her from trying again and she succeeded this time. Of all of us, Rebekah has never left you or tried to, until now.
Do you really think she'll go running to Marcel after she abandoned the brother she always chooses over everything and everyone? You don't even know if Rebekah has found herself a new lover."
"If she has, when I find her..."
"You'll what? Kill him? I'll help you, of course, to repay her for selling me out to you. But then what?" Kol replied. "Marcel might be there to pick up the pieces just like he did when he returned from the war. Will you dagger her like you daggered me to stop her? Again?"
"What do you propose, Kol?" Klaus decided to ask, reminded of Kimberly because this was one of the ways she talked him out of bad leadership decisions and he noticed that he didn't accuse Kol of trying to set him up or something paranoiac.
"We should pay Marcel a visit and you should do what needs to be done; kill Scotty the Teenage King and Marcel, like you should have when you found out he was sleeping around with Rebekah behind your back, and reclaim our home." Kol responded. "That should attract Mikael's attention.
He obviously let Marcel live and take over our home with Lucien for a reason and Marcel hasn't tried to contact you for a reason. Perhaps they are partners and killing Marcel and taking back our home is exactly what we need for Mikael to show himself and for you to finally kill him so that we can start over."
While Klaus thought about that, Kol couldn't help but smirk a little as it seemed Klaus was really considering his suggestion. That meant Klaus wasn't aware that the real target was Scott.
Killing Scott was surely going to earn Klaus a lot of enemies since he was apparently well liked and that would turn them into Kol's allies, allies Kol planned to get to help him take Klaus out and give him a taste of his own medicine.

The Bayou
"What is this about?" Mary asked Jackson, standing on one side of Jackson, who was sitting on a large circular table in the open reserved for King Alpha, Alpha and Betas, with Eve on his other side, laptops on video calls placed on Alan, Jordan and Scott's places; Scott's between Alan and Jordan's.
"We'll find out soon enough." Jackson replied, a moment before Scott answered Marin's video call and a second later came on the laptop screen with Malia.
"Good evening, everyone." Scott greeted, and to his and Malia's surprise, all Betas and Gammas bowed their heads deeper than they usually did.
"Good evening, King Alpha and Crown Princess Alpha." Marin returned the greeting. "Your council welcomes you."
"Thank you." Scott replied, and with his acknowledgement everyone straightened up. "I know that everything is going well in the Bayou and the city, so I'd like to get to the point of this meeting.
But first, I hope the Council received my warning about doing things behind our backs."
"We did, King Alpha." Jackson confirmed.
"Good." Malia said, before she appeared to hear something and disappeared from the camera's sight for a few moments only to reappear with two plates of food she put to the side and focused on the meeting. "Go on."
"Here's the reason for this meeting." Scott continued. "I've called for this meeting so that I can confess something I haven't told you about myself.
I'm sure you all know by now about a trio of parascientists called Dread Doctors that visited Beacon Hills and transformed human teenagers into pseudo-supernatural humans, chimeras, with at least one trait of a supernatural being and that they resurrected the Beast of Gevaudan and we killed it."
He received confirmation from everyone by way of nods, so he pressed forward.
"What you don't know is that those human teenagers weren't the only ones who were experimented on by the Dread Doctors before they died." Scott said. "Two supernatural members of McCall Pack were experimented on too; one is now a former member and the other; is me."
That was more than a little surprise to everyone that wasn't in the know, and those in the know, wondered what Scott had planned.
"Before I was bitten, I was asthmatic but that changed when I became an evolved werewolf." Scott continued. "Somehow, the Dread Doctors were able to bring back my asthma after doing an experiment on me, causing me to rely on an inhaler.
Someone who was trying to join my pack and secretly working with the Dread Doctors to distract my pack and break it from the inside, gave me an inhaler during an asthma attack and though I didn't know it at the time, the inhaler was part of the experiment and was laced with some kind of wolfsbane which weakened me with every use.
He later showed his true colors and in my weakened state, managed to kill me."
"What?" Francesca asked, as surprised as everyone else.
"He killed me." Scott repeated. "But my alpha spark can't be taken by just anyone, so he didn't inherit in and when my mother revived me, I still had it but I was far weaker than before my death.
It took me a while to regain my strength and on the night we killed the Beast, the night I killed the Beast; I discovered something. I discovered that I wasn't just an evolved werewolf.
I discovered that I have traits of two other supernatural beings and a portion of the Beast's full transformation; that's why when my body healed during my fight with Lucien, my blood and wounds disappeared in black smoke."
Silence.
"What are you saying?" Mr Phiri asked.
"I'm saying that I'm a chimera as well, but a different kind."
"What are you apart from werewolf?" Mrs Ikooko inquired.
"A vampire and a witch."
"That's not possible." Mr Paxon stated.
"Just a little over two weeks ago, you couldn't transform at will." Malia said. "You thought that shifting at will was not possible for you, but here we are. You can shift whenever you want and take whichever shape you want. You have all the abilities of an evolved werewolf and a traditional werewolf.
In a way, you're a chimera too. A chimera of two different kinds of werewolves."
"Huh, that is true." Mrs Okami said.
"So, you were not showing off when you decided to fight Jackson in your wolf form." Mr Bhediya realized. "It was more than that."
"It appears so." Mr Volk agreed.
"You fought Jackson as a wolf and Lucien as a vampire." Francesca noted.
"Yes." Scott confirmed.
"And you're the one who got rid of Lucien's body." Jackson finally solved the big mystery.
"Witch Faction resurrected teenage witches after killing them before we came here. They were in cahoots with Lucien and I needed to make sure they couldn't bring him back." Scott explained.
That shocked even Marin as she hadn't sensed Scott use magic when Lucien's body suddenly ignited.
"But I didn't feel you use your magic." She voiced. "And your mouth was sealed.
"I used Lucien's blood and subtly drew runes on him while we fought."
Now that shocked everyone, including Alan.
"Where did you learn blood magic, Scott?" He questioned his mentee, not King Alpha Scott McCall.
"I have a few people helping me acquire grimoires to learn from." Scott answered, knowing Alan probably didn't like that he practiced such a dangerous form of magic that bordered on sacrificial magic.
"Why are you still one of two Kings of New Orleans when you have the power and abilities to be the King of New Orleans and control all the factions?" Francesca asked. "There are people from every faction and even minority supernaturals in the city that see you as the sole real leader New Orleans needs."
"I may be a vampire and a witch but I'm more werewolf than vampire and witch."
"That's good to hear." Mr Bhediya said. "I submitted to a werewolf, not a vampire or a witch."
"I'm neither vampire nor witch or werewolf, Mr Bhediya." Scott responded. "I'm all those things and when you submitted to me, I was already a vampire, a witch and a werewolf. This pack is not called Werewolf Faction for a reason.
This 'faction' mindset is the reason why no one from the other factions helped you when you needed help decades ago and why it took so long for you to return to the city."
"This is one of the reasons why some people from other factions, and outside the city, think that you're the sole real leader New Orleans needs and are considering allying with New Beacon Pack and some are thinking about moving either here or to Beacon Hills." Francesca said.
"They better not cause problems in Beacon Hills." Malia responded.
"Speaking about Beacon Hills; various supernatural leaders want to join New Beacon Pack on behalf of their covens, groups and packs and are willing to give up their autonomy to earn the same privileges you have, including forming a Beacon Hills Beacon Council." Scott revealed.
"And so the kingdom expands." Francesca commented. "Soon, people will be more than willing to give up their daughters for you to make your concubines to join the pack. That will be sons for you, Princess. Unless you (both Malia and Scott) mix it up."
"Those people will regret ever being born." Malia replied. "Could we please move along so that we can wrap this up and I can eat?"
"What have you decided about the offers from Beacon Hills?" Jackson inquired.
"We haven't decided yet." Malia responded, deciding to not disclose their pettiness.
"Eve, Marin, Mrs Okami, Mr Paxon and Mr Phiri, could you please send out our most trusted members to all known and suspected locations the Dread Doctors have been, and have them search and destroy the research and experiments the Doctors left behind?" Scott requested.
"Yes, King Alpha." Mr Paxon replied.
"Add all known and suspected organizations that experiment on supernaturals and humans to the list." Malia added.
"Consider it done, Princess Alpha." Mrs Okami said.
"Beacon Hills is already being taken care of." Derek told Malia and Scott.
"Deer to my stomach." Malia responded, and everyone knew by now the reference was to her love of venison.

Nice Town
For the next few days, the pack, Rebekah and Tara spent them enjoying themselves; going out, exploring the town and its surroundings, trying their luck in casinos and visiting a zoo, swimming in Nice Town Hotel's indoor swimming pool, staying indoors to watch movies and series and playing games.
In all that, they all got to know each other better. Scott and Tara even spent a few hours a day learning magic from each other, but it was mostly Tara teaching Scott, including a magic meditation exercise.
On Rebekah and Scott's side, the former shared a few good stories about their family, mostly about who the Mikaelson siblings were when they were mortal and Scott shared a few of his own of a time before he was bitten and his early days as an evolved werewolf.
While Tara bonded a bit with the Guard, mostly Ayanda, Rebekah and Scott; Cora, Lydia, Malia and Rebekah bonded as well, with Lydia and Rebekah managing to get Cora and Malia to go shopping with them, and the former trio quickly learned that Rebekah was pretty much like them, a total badass teenage girl.
And like some teenage girls, teenagers in general, actually, Rebekah longed for what was forbidden, and she wasn't the only one. She found Cora and Lydia one morning wondering if maybe they could get a repeat of their second night in Nice Town since Malia and Scott were kind of in an open relationship.
After Lydia's advice of not having sex with the same person more than once, twice if the sex was great, and making it clear that it was only sex and leave it at sex, to avoid falling for their possible future hookups, and Malia appeared to take the advice seriously, Cora and Lydia wondered.
When Rebekah found them in wonder-land and joined them, she admitted that a part of her wanted a repeat as well, but it was held off by the fact Scott was her nephew, even as her body tried to reason that they were only half related and compatible physical age appearance wise and she still liked him.
Truthfully, the more Rebekah got to know Scott the more she liked him. Not liking him was impossible. He loved his friends, adored his mother and girlfriend and treated them and his pack mates, bodyguards included, well, even going as far as befriending them, and he was oh so likeable.
However, since that night, Malia and Scott didn't seem keen to follow through with the development in their relationship and sex life. Although Malia was interested in understanding the discovery she found out about herself, hence Lydia had to explain a few things.
From that, Ayanda (SPG3), Luna (MPG4), Sky (SPG4) and Tara, Rebekah learned another way the world has advanced since the twenties. Sexuality wasn't as generally accepted to be straight forward as it was in the past. And females weren't as persecuted for exploring who they were outside society norms.
But as was with all developments, there was opposition. Rebekah didn't care for the opposition. She loved love in whatever form it came in and celebrated it because unfortunately, she was unfortunate when it came to it but it wasn't her focus anymore, happiness was.
Tonight, however, wasn't about that, it was their last night in Nice Town and tomorrow, Tara was going to return home, with the package Rebekah promised her even though she didn't fulfill her part, while Rebekah was going to join the pack on their road trip but she wasn't returning to Mystic Falls.
The plan was for her to stay outside Mystic Falls, so that she's not discovered by Klaus, hence Scott made sure she couldn't be located by magic, with Cora, Malia and MPGs, and Lydia and Scott were going to stay in Mystic Falls with SPGs and visit Cora, Malia, MPGs and Rebekah whenever possible without leading anyone to them.
Although some would have rather they spent the night at a certain club again so that they could have an excuse to relive a certain night, tonight was spent in doors, particularly in the dining room, television room and conference room of the presidential suite.
Hinata (SPG1) and Oba (MPG1) were playing video games in the television room with Charl'z (SPG2) and Mira (MPG2) while Cora, Malia and Rebekah were playing card games in the same room though on the furthest couch.
Ayanda (SPG3) and Juan (MPG3) were playing a game of morabaraba in the dining room with Luna (MPG4) and Sky (SPG4) playing chess two chairs away. Lydia, Scott and Tara, however, were in the conference room working on Lydia's divination and premonition and understanding them and Scott's own.
Being that Tara has been practicing witchcraft from a young age, Lydia wanted her input on her banshee abilities and revealed her banshee status to her and Tara had a few ideas about Lydia's clairaudience.
To end the night, everyone came together in the television room to stream a standup comedy show, which Scott didn't get the chance to watch a quarter of because of a phone call from Liam who wanted to catch up with his alpha, followed by a feel-good movie.
