Author Note: Hey everyone! Sorry for the wait, I had some writers block and stuff. Anyway, here's the next chapter. Thank you to everyone who voted! I can say without a doubt that the votes were pretty much 99% to 1% in favor of the duo pairing. I will NOT be adding a third girl to this pairing, I'll make that clear from the start, so I don't tempt myself later lol.
One more note: I will not be adding Haki from one piece, or random magics to Sol's style. His abilities will 90% revolve around his fire powers that I will be expanding on in the future, please do not get hope for him to master every fairy tail magic style.
Hope you all enjoy!

Chapter 9:
"Excuse me?"
I raised an eyebrow in question at the form of my guild master drinking from his mug while sitting on the bar top.
"You heard me the first time brat."
I felt my eyebrow twitch in annoyance.
"I did old man; the point was to question what the fuck you meant by that."
He sighed and gave me a look.
We both knew what and why he was asking, I was just feeling annoyed by it.
"Stubborn brat… I want the Strauss siblings to live with you for now."
We had just gotten back to the guild two hours ago with the three siblings and went to Makarov's office to discuss the situation.
The old man was obviously furious at what they went through, but he knew this was a possibility and he was just thankful Erza and I got there so fast.
Laxus was the fastest in the guild for short distances, but I'm much faster for long distances.
After telling our side of the job, Erza and I left to get something to eat while they spoke about the details.
An hour later, they came out of the office with all three siblings smiling brightly and showing off their guild marks to me before they were swarmed by other guild members asking questions.
Lisanna was quick to make friends with the younger group while Elfman got pulled into things.
Mirajane seemed quite skilled at getting under Erza's skin and they immediately went at it without care for the poor collateral damage, I.E. the fools who didn't get out of the way in time.
I sighed back and let my annoyance cool down a bit.
"Your reasoning?"
"Do you really need me to say it? I know your smart enough to understand."
"Yeah, yeah, just humor me alright?"
"Fine, you're a good influence Sol."
I rose an eyebrow at that, and the old man smiled grandfatherly at me.
It was a look I didn't often see from him.
He nodded his head over to Erza and I looked over to see her butting heads with Mirajane but they both had small smiles on their face.
"You and Erza went through something I wish I could prevent any child from going through, but you came out a good man in the end.
You have done an amazing job taking care of Erza and building a real home while also learning about your own powers and growing as a blacksmith.
I can't tell you how proud I am of you. In only a year I feel like I can rely on you as one of the most reliable members here."
I looked away slightly at his words, it was kind of embarrassing to be honest.
"To be fair we take care of each other, she helps me just as much as I help her, I would do anything to make her smile. But anyway, what are you buttering me up for old man?"
He smirked at me.
"Heh, you even understand politics. I want you to give those three a foundation to build on.
They lost their home and parents, everything they knew before.
But they seem comfortable with you and Erza, and I know you two have the space with your renovations.
Take the three in, show them the ropes, get them settled here in Magnolia and the guild, and soon enough they should earn enough funds to find their own home if they desire."
I thought on his words and took a drink before I rubbed a hand through my hair.
"You're asking for a lot you know? My days are busy as it is."
"Hm.. consider it a personal request from me. Plus I'll throw in an incentive."
I scoffed at that. The old man has been playing the politics game for too long.
"Will I prefer words over fists at your age as well?"
*Bang!*
A few people looked over to see a giant fist smashing a bar stool before they shrugged and went back to their stuff.
I laid faced down on the ground.
"Ow."
"Hmph, this is still Fairy Tail brat, I'm always happy to use fists, it's just unfair to you."
I picked myself up as parts of my body reformed from fire.
The old man knows how my magic works, so he doesn't pull his punches on me, says it's too much work.
"Point taken, so you were saying something about incentive?"
I sat down in another bar stool like nothing happened save for the broken bar stool.
The old man smirked fondly at me.
"Two things. First, the way your growing, your magic power should reach the required amount by the end of the year, your mind and experience is already in the necessary range."
I rose an eyebrow at that, and he elaborated.
"The S class exams."
My eyes widened a fraction before returning to normal.
"So soon? I figured I would have to be here longer for that."
He shrugged.
"The only rules the magic council put down were one year of service for minors before being allowed to take B ranks.
And at least two years of clean job records with recommendations from two S class or above members, or in the case without any S class mages, it's up to the guild master and the longest serving member of the guild.
As for the guild rules, it's really up to me if I think someone is ready. Why do you think I held back Laxus so long?"
I chuckled at that.
"Yeah, he was just a tad butt hurt about it."
He gave me a stink eye for that.
"You know perfectly well why I did it."
I waved my hand.
"And I fully agree with you. If it weren't for our spars calming him down, I doubt he would be ready for another few years."
Our spars and talks did wonders for the guys growing anger and he started easing up again. Thankfully, he wasn't anywhere near the level of emo'ness he was at during canon.
Makarov grunted in acknowledgement at that.
"It pains me to agree but that foolish brat really was walking a fine line for a while there. Thank god he found a rival in you, otherwise his head would have just kept growing."
I chuckled and threw out a tease.
"Who knows, he may have decided to take hostages and demand the guild master position."
Makarov gave me an evil glare before shrugging it off.
"Bah, forget it. My point was that I held Laxus back because it was my judgement. With how he is now, I have no issue allowing him to take the test this year. My first offer to you is that next year I'll allow you to take the test."
I rolled that idea around in my head for a moment before nodding.
"I can't say I wouldn't want to get access to S class missions but isn't the exams a group type thing?"
He shrugged.
"I mix it up depending on the years events. If we have enough candidates I'll make it a group event. Considering the lack of applicants for the next few years, you and Laxus should be fine to take them alone. It might be harder since I'll be focused on you but I'm sure you will handle it."
I scoffed at that and looked at the broken stool to my side.
His eyebrow twitched.
"You don't have to actually fight me, I'm not that cruel. Maybe Gildarts can step in."
I got up and started walking away without any hesitation before an extended hand landed on my shoulder and pulled me back.
"Hell no old man!"
"Relax damn it! It was just a joke!"
I sent him a look that said I didn't believe him for a second and he shrugged unapologetically but his hand didn't let go and pulled me back.
"I will poison your beer with laxatives if you make me fight him."
His eyebrow twitched and he was about to take a sip before looking at his drink, then me, and then the drink, before he put it down with a click of his tongue.
"Way to ruin a man's buzz brat. Anyway no, I only call in Gildarts when we need to teach someone a lesson. Sometimes people need to see that pure power can't always win at the S class level, I think your fine and don't need that lesson."
I nodded and sat back down.
"Fine, I'll be happy to take next year's exam. So what was the second offer?"
He smirked at that.
"I have a quite a few connections I built up over the years, if you help me out here, I'm willing to keep an ear out for any C class metal or above.
I'm sure there are plenty of magic beasts or dangerous mines that are simply overlooked because no one issued or took a job for them in a long time."
My eyes widened slightly at that, and I slammed a hand down at the bar.
"Deal!"
*Bang*
"Damn skank!"
"Flat ginger!"
My eyes twitched even with my back to the guild while Makarov had a shit eating grin.
"*Cough* I think we should discuss things more."
"Nope! You agreed."
"I changed my mind."
"A man's word is worth his weight in gold."
"I can pay."
"No means no brat."
"They will destroy my house!"
"Didn't you say you could pay?"
"Fine! But mark my words old man, you will suffer from property damage bills in the future. Karma will come for you."
"Hmph, how bad could a couple of brats be?"
*Bang*
"Gray! Fight me!"
"Piss off pinky!"
Fire and ice started flying around in small sized versions.
Unfortunately, their little child spat caused Erza to slip on a piece of ice and headbutt Mirajane.
"Ow! You have a hard head ginger. You want to go?! Fine, let's go!"
"Oho, I think I should teach you a lesson skank."
Tables started flying in pieces a few seconds later.
A few other mages got dragged into the mess and more tables and stools started getting smashed.
Makarov paled at the sight and turned robotically toward me.
"*Cough* about that deal."
"Nope! A deal is a deal."
How the tables have turned.
"No! Listen! I'll pay you."
"A man's word is worth their weight in gold."
"I'm old, I get a discount."
"Well, look at the time, I gotta get home."
"I can also step on you, you know."
"Using violence against your own members master?! How could you?"
*Bang*
Even while flying through a wall, I still thought it was worth it to get some revenge on the old man.
The snow falling from the sky felt nice on my skin even if it melted right away.
'You going to get up kingy?'
'*sigh* I just got punted through the guild wall into the adjacent buildings stone wall by a two foot tall midget old man, give me a minute to mentally deal with that before I get up and start my day.'
'…Fair enough.'
*Line Break*
After taking a nice walk while the guild dealt with its excessive energy, I went back to collect my partner and our new house guests.
Literally.
"Sol! Put me down!"
"Oi Sol! What the hell?!"
I shrugged at them while smoking as I walked through the streets with two flaming hands grasping each girls heads and held them off the ground behind me.
Lisanna was on my shoulders and Elfman was walking beside me.
"Can you promise not to fight?"
""Hmph.""
"That's what I thought, just enjoy the ride."
And that's how I walked home.
Lisanna was asking questions while we walked through town, and I answered them while speaking loud enough for Mirajane to hear.
Once we left town toward our house, Erza raised a hand like she was in a classroom.
"Sol!"
"Yes student Erza."
"Why are we taking them home with us?"
"The old man asked me to."
"So they are staying with us?"
"For now."
"Mn."
I turned an eyebrow at her while Mirajane was strangely quiet.
"It's your home as well Erza, how do you feel about it?"
Surprisingly, she didn't put up any fight.
"I'm fine with it."
"Oh?"
She nodded seriously.
"We have space, they are new here, it makes sense for them to stay with us while they get used to the town and guild."
I smiled at her and noticed Mira's shocked look.
"And that's my Erza, never change red."
She blushed at that.
"What's that supposed to mean?!"
"It means I admire your mentality and heart. Most humans would be quick to reject others since they don't want to inconvenience themselves."
Even Mira nodded at that, but Erza just scoffed.
"You really think we would be that shallow Sol?"
I chuckled and kept walking.
"Of course not red, we're not 'most people'."
Mira looked like she had a lot of questions, but she held her tongue for now. The two younger ones didn't really understand what we were saying and just enjoyed the walk.
It didn't take long for us to come up to the sight of our home.
The siblings looked confused and uncomfortable when they hit the illusion barriers but with my direct contact, they still were able to go through without issue.
"What was that?" (Mira)
"That was the illusion barrier we has set up. Between our team reputation and Sol's craftsman profession we installed security to keep most away from our home." (Erza)
"Craftsman? I thought you two were mages."
"We are, but we also have other hobbies aside from combat."
Mira thought about that for a second before nodding.
"I guess that makes sense, you two any good?"
Erza and I smirked at that.
""We're not bad.""
Before any more questions could be asked, we reached our home.
"Wow! It's so pretty!"
I smiled up at the excited little girl.
"Thanks Lis, this will be your home for now."
Lisanna hugged my head and was bouncing with excitement.
"Thanks big bro!"
I chuckled as I let go of the two girls from my flaming hands and retracted my magic.
It was winter time, so the usual forest clearing was covered in a layer of snow as the pond was mostly frozen.
The extended cabin sat at the end of the path with the few buildings like the workshop and storage area built around the pond.
It was simple but it had a truly fantasy like vibe in this natural forest full of life.
I turned to the Strauss siblings and gave them a moment to marvel while me and Erza smirked and leaned into each other before I put away the cigarette and spoke.
"Welcome to our home you three, now I know this is sudden, but we will do our best to make you feel comfortable."
"It's ok big bro! If it's your home I'm ok with it."
"Yeah, I trust you big bro."
"Thank you for having us."
Mira was always quick to be polite if it was for her siblings benefit.
'Heh, her canon personality shows in moments like this.'
I smiled at them.
"No worries, now a few ground rules."
I raised three fingers.
"One, NO fighting inside any building. If you have an issue, you take it outside, understood?!"
I pointed that question at Mira and my own little red.
Erza looked taken back.
"Why are you looking at me like that!"
I raised an eyebrow at her, and it took a moment for her to accept it.
"Fine, of course I agree."
I nodded and turned to Mira who also nodded.
"I have no problem with that."
"Good, rule number two, you see that building."
I pointed at the workshop and got nods.
"That's Erza and my workshop. It's a very important place for us and has a lot of tools and materials. It's very important that you do not play around or mess with anything in there. If you want to watch us work, that's fine, but do not play around in there."
Erza nodded along with a serious face and all three siblings agreed without issue.
I smiled at them.
"Thank you, now the last rule, it was only Erza and I before so we would split up the chores evenly. With five of us now, I think we will need to go over things again, but we will split the work evenly so it's fair for everyone. Any issues?"
Again I got no complaints and nodded.
"Perfect, follow those three and we will be just fine, welcome to your new home."
I led them inside the cabin and threw a fireball on the logs in the fireplace while I myself let off some heat to increase the temperature.
They each stamped off their feet outside before coming in and taking their snow boots and heavy coats off.
"Ah~, it's so warm in here!" (Lis)
"Yeah, and really homy." (Elf)
Erza smiled proudly at that.
"Thank you, we added things piece by piece over time."
I nodded at that before I noticed Mira looking around a bit with a glazed look as Erza was showing the younger ones where a few things were.
I put a hand on her shoulder, and she snapped out of it.
"Hm? Sorry, did you say something Sol?"
I chuckled and shook my head.
"Not yet. Are you ok Mira?"
She nodded and put a hand on my own over her shoulder.
"I'm fine, just got lost in an old memory is all. You have a beautiful home here."
"Thank you Mira but it's our home for now."
At my cheeky smirk she blushed lightly and slapped my shoulder.
"Charmer~. So do I get a tour?"
I chuckled and extended my arm to guide her.
The other three went ahead already.
The cabin had been expanded over the last year with the larger bathroom, larger kitchen, and with the renovations the main space was expanded a bit.
I showed her where things were and explained any technical things as we caught up with the other three.
"Wait so there is a single bathroom?"
"Well, it's technically one and half bathrooms. We have another half bathroom but there is only a sink and toilet in there. Erza and I don't use it much."
Mira flushed a bit.
"So how should we handle the bathing situation."
I worked my jaw at that in thought, but Erza answered for me.
"Sol and I are used to bathing at the same time so we can just make a schedule if you want things to be set on routine."
Mira blinked at that and looked at me for confirmation and I nodded with a shrug.
"It works for me."
I thought she might have steam leave her ears as she nodded.
"Mn."
We moved to the bedrooms next, and Mira got another small shock.
"Well, you guys are lucky since we have three rooms here. Erza and I share a room so you guys can split the other two as you wish."
Ever since we moved in, it just wasn't the same for us to try and sleep without the other next to us. We could force it, but both of us felt incredibly uncomfortable with it.
Unknown to me as I turned to get linens from the closet, Erza sent a smug smirk at Mira while puffing out her chest making Mira growl back.
Lisanna and Elfman were just running around admiring the rooms with childish joy.
I laughed and humored them as I helped them set up the beds.
For the time being, they decided to share a single room, but it was likely that Elfman would be moving to the second bedroom eventually while Lisanna and Mira shared.
Well that or we might need more renovations.
Erza and I took out their belongings and helped them get settled in and unpack what they wanted.
By the time we we're finishing, the sun was setting.
"Erza, get the bath running for them will you? I'll get started on dinner."
She gave me a smile and a hug before walking off.
"Mn."
Mira stood up from her stuff and came over.
"Can I help with anything?"
I shook my head with a light laugh as I stretched my back.
"Heh you just got here. Relax and take a load off Mira. Follow your siblings examples."
Elfman and Lisanna found books from our bookshelf they wanted to read and sat by the fireplace.
Mira smiled wryly while wringing her hands.
I rose an eyebrow at her.
"Feeling fidgety?"
She nodded without hesitation.
"Yes! I feel like I need to do something."
I gave her a sad smile.
'She's trying to take her mind off her demons. The other two are too young to really comprehend how big their lives have been changed.'
I swung an arm over her shoulder and got a cute eep from her while I walked her to the kitchen.
"Well come on then. Since you're so full of energy you can help me with the prep work."
Mira turned up at me with a genuine smile and nodded.
"Mn. The kitchen is an area I'm good in."
I internally shook my head at those words.
'Oh how the tables have turned Mira.'
An hour later, a gaping Mira was staring at Erza as she moved around the kitchen like an expert. I wasn't bad myself, but it was more normal, and Mira wasn't much worse than me.
Erza was another ballgame.
With her steel like determination to improve and a large interest in cooking with the generous amounts of cook books in the guilds library, Erza became a little kitchen monster.
Mira didn't get the chance to see her work back at her home but now she was floored, and I saw the competitive gleam in her eye.
'Huh, maybe I should stop trying to cook altogether? As long as I can bake better than Erza I should be fine. I feel like these two will end up on a Shokugeki rivalry from now on.'
I really didn't know how true my thoughts would turn out to be.
Dinner was a fun affair.
With the figurative ice broken from a new environment and them settled and clean from a bath, dinner was full of laughs and sound.
We cooked up a storm to celebrate the moment and then labored under cleaning the dishes used.
It really makes me miss having a dish washer.
I could use my flames to clean the dishes, but I have to focus to use it on more than one dish at once if I don't want to burn the dish itself.
So we do it the old fashioned way, or the normal way for anyone not me.
If I'm washing dishes alone, I use fire but Erza scolds me for it.
After dinner, we just hung around by the fire with Erza and I taking an evening to just relax after the job rather than the usual studying we do.
"Just so you guys know, your free to go where you want but Erza and I gave schedules to keep most days. Tomorrow especially we will be in the workshop for most of the day."
Erza nodded her head with an impatient and excited look on her face.
We were putting the finishing touches on our six month project, and it was very difficult to tear ourselves away to answer Makarov's call about an emergency job.
It was already late, so we turned in soon turned in.
During the winter months, I keep a fire lacrima on a low setting in the fireplace to keep it going so the house stays warm.
One thing I learned in our first winter here was how annoying it was to stack the fireplace with wood before bed and wake up to see only simmering coals, so I got a fire lacrima to deal with it and not stress me out.
Early the next morning, before the sun had risen my internal clock was already waking me up to be in my favorite position.
Cuddled up in bed with Erza.
Erza was a natural clinger while she sleeps, and I adapted to it after so long.
"Hnng.."
I smiled down at her as she drooled lightly on my chest as she clung to me like a koala under the blanket.
My arms were around her in a natural and protective embrace that I did almost unconsciously at this point.
Creepy as it may sound, I like to start my days by taking a few minutes to just look at her adorable face with a happy smile.
'Bah, enough being weird, time to get up.'
I kissed the top of her head and dissolved parts of my body into flames as I rolled to the side otherwise there was zero chance of me prying her off me.
'A sleeping dragon does not let go of its treasure haha.'
While enjoying that thought, my body moved expertly to quickly throw my pillow into her empty grasping limbs and then wrap her up like a cocoon in the blankets.
"Mnnnmnn."
She mumbled with a content smile as she rubbed her head on the pillow and got cozy.
'Grah, what is this adorable creature!'
I shook my head and started my day.
After a quick bathroom break, I threw some real wood on the fire.
The fire lacrima had a shelf life and it never hurts to save some for later, but that's just me being cheap for no reason.
Stepping outside into the cold morning air in nothing but some sweats and tank top, I smiled and took a deep breath.
'The morning really is my favorite time of the day.'
Heat radiated off me and melted the snow and ice in a ten foot radius of me before I started going through exorcises.
I like to spend the early mornings getting a quick work out, preparing my mind for the day, and doing any chores laying around that I was too lazy to do earlier.
By the time the sun peaked over the horizon and the world started waking up, I was just finishing my tai chi routine as the front door creaked open and a head of white hair was stuck out.
I looked over with a smile to the surprised face of Mira before I waved her over.
The door closed and a minute later she came out in boots and her jacket.
"Brr… how are you out her dressed like that right now?"
I chuckled and released another wave of heat but kept up the output and Mira stopped shivering with a smile.
"Ah~ that's nice."
"Haha, my body is made of fire, so I'm not affected by temperature."
She gave me a stink eye and looked me up and down.
"I agree that your hot, but that's such a cheat."
I winked at her with a playful look.
"I know, so what's up? You're up early."
She rose an eyebrow while looking at the scenery around us.
"I could say the same to you. As for me, I've always been an early riser, I heard some light sounds outside and saw the fire going so I took a look."
"Oh? Well it looks like you have a companion there for a while. I'm also the early type, Erza would probably try to stab anyone that wakes her before the sun rises."
Mira stifled a chuckle at that.
"Heh, that sounds like some juicy info to use later."
I sighed and shook my head.
"You enjoy antagonizing her don't you?"
She just stuck her tongue out at me.
"Who knows, so what were you doing out here?"
"Hm.. an early work out, the morning is the best time of the day to organize the mind and be in peace."
She smiled fondly at that.
"Hn, I can get behind that. My… mother and I were morning people; we would just quietly sit and enjoy some tea together."
I wasn't really sure what to say for a moment before she shook her head and recovered admirably.
"So you're working out? Think you can show me a few exorcises?"
I smiled at her.
"Sure, and then we can go make some tea."
She smiled widely back, and I got her started.
Mira was eager to grow stronger and didn't need to be shown each exorcise more than twice.
I did have to guide her body in a few of them which surprisingly wasn't awkward and had us laughing or joking with each other.
By the time the sun was up fully, she was panting in exhaustion.
"This is *huff* just a morning work out?"
I smirked at her.
"It is to me."
And then I pushed her lightly into the snow next to us.
"Eep!"
"I think you need to cool off a bit Mira."
She looked up at me with indignant but playful eyes.
"Rah! I'll get you for that Sol! Suffer my wrath!"
Her wrath came in the form of a snowball.
I stood still at it melted before even hitting me and she huffed before tackling me.
"If you can't use your environment, use yourself!"
I laughed as we play wrestled.
"*Pft* is that your wisdom of the day?"
We laughed and played around a bit before we headed back inside to get breakfast going and wake up the others.
Mira huffed as we took our boots off.
"Waking up my siblings will be a challenge."
I scoffed at her.
"Please, Erza is a little dragon when it comes to sleep."
She chuckled at that.
"So what's the plan?"
I pointed at the kitchen.
"Let the smell of food do the talking."
Mira seemed to perk up at that and grabbed my hand before pulling me into the kitchen.
I was happy to see her enjoying herself even if I was confused by her happiness.
Before cooking, I made the promised tea and the two of us sat for a few minutes in companionable silence with our shoulders touching as we looked out the window at the landscape.
If Mira was leaning into me I made no comment on it.
It was a peaceful moment and one I can see becoming a habit in the future.
Under an hour later, the smell of food was wafting around the house.
Mira went for her siblings while I went for my little red headed dragon.
"Erza."
"Mnnn."
"Red."
"Mnnn."
"Strawberry cake."
Her eyes flew open.
"Hast thou brought us a divine offering?"
Her tone was formal and royal with a no nonsense face, but her current state was the exact opposite.
Messy bed hair, a bit of dry drool on the corner of her mouth and wrapped up like a cocoon in a blanket.
I couldn't help but laugh at the sight and sat down on the bed.
"Sorry red, it's just time for breakfast, now come on."
She looked at me with cold eyes and turned away.
"You have betrayed the food of the gods."
I rolled my eyes and leaned back to lay on top of her.
"Gah! Sol, get off!"
"Hm.. nah, I'm comfortable."
My hands reached her sides and started tickling her.
"Hahahaha Sol stop!"
She looked down at me with a small smile and wiggled to escape my hands and I picked her up.
"I apologize for being rude to your favorite food, can you forgive me?"
She snuggled into my chest and nodded regally.
"I shall permit it, this time."
She held the pose for a second before breaking into laughs and we enjoyed the moment for a minute before I placed another kiss on her forehead.
"Come on red, let's eat and head back into the forge."
Her eyes shined.
"Oh yeah! Today we finally finish it!"
I nodded with a smile and she almost head butted me in her excitement to get up and run to the bathroom to wash up.
A half hour later had a happy trio eating breakfast as a still sleepy Elfman and Lis ate like zombies, official with the groan noises.
It was hilarious to see the sight of them both put food in their mouth, have a blissful face, and then return to their zombie state.
I raised a brow at Mira with a smile as she was wiping Lis's mouth with a napkin.
She was smiling as she answered.
"This is normal behavior for these two."
Erza smiled warmly at the sight and complimented.
"Even so, they have wonderful table manners."
Mira stuck her chest out.
"Of course! I expect no less from my adorable siblings."
Elfman blushed and Lis stuck her tongue out childishly.
"Boo. All morning people need to learn the beauty of sleeping in."
Erza nodded resolutely to that while Mira and I laughed.
I rested a hand on her head, and she hummed happily.
"Don't go giving my red idea's, it's hard enough already to wake her up in the mornings."
Erza looked up in indignation.
"Oi! I'm not that bad."
I raised a hand in mock surrender.
"Of course not love."
I didn't realize the term of address that left my mouth, but Erza and Mira did and the first blushed and looked away while the second narrowed her eyes.
I missed that as I was rubbing an adorable Lis's head before I stood up.
"I'll handle dishes, go get changed red and I'll meet you in the forge."
Erza snapped out of her trance and the excitement came back.
"Mn."
She rushed off to our room.
Mira looked up curiously.
"Can I come watch?"
I rose an eyebrow at that.
"I don't mind but are you sure? It might be boring for you."
She nodded.
"It's fine, I'm interested."
I shrugged at that.
"Ok, feel free. But what about you two, what do you want to do today?"
Elfman and Lis shared a look before Elf spoke up.
"Can we spend the day at the guild?"
Mira looked uncomfortable at the idea, but I saw a certain gleam in the kids eyes and could guess what they wanted.
"What do you say Mira? There are others their age they can play with, and the old man will be there to watch them all. Say what you want about the old midget, he is a titan of protection for his guild."
She seemed to deflate at that.
"Fine, you two can go play, but I'll take you there and pick you up, I don't like the idea of you walking by yourselves so soon."
"I can escort you there if you want."
Mira shook her head with a smile.
"No it's fine but thank you, we need to get used to the town anyway."
I nodded with a small smile and headed into the kitchen with the dishes.
The kids ran off to get changed while Mira came to help.
"You remember the way to the guild?"
"Mn."
"Don't forget to dress warm, its much colder without me around."
"Haha thanks, I thought you were a phoenix, not a mother hen."
I waved a hand.
"Eh, it's pretty much habit at this point with Erza. She gets excited and rushes off while forgetting things."
Mira laughed at that.
"Ha, I can see that. Redheads have too much energy."
"Ohoho, them's fighting words!"
I didn't even turn around as Erza pulled out a sword, but a hand of flame lashed out to grasp her head.
"Sol!"
"Red, what did I say about rules yesterday."
"Hmph."
Mira laughed at her.
"Ha, that's what you get."
Erza's eye started twitched so I extended a second flame to flick Mira's forehead.
"Ow."
"Don't antagonize her inside the house, do it outside."
I pulled Erza into my back, and she naturally clung on with a smug smile at Mira's twitching face.
"Sorry Sol, I'll try my best."
I nodded at that and ignored how she was holding on a little too tightly.
'Is she that annoyed?'
'Nah king, it's a chick fight.'
'What?'
'Look to the side casually.'
My eyes rolled to the corner with a slight turn of my head, and I saw almost literal sparks flying between the two girls eyes staring each other down.
I internally laughed and sighed at the same time as I put the last dish in the rack.
"Alright, let's go."
Ignoring it was the best solution, they would deal with it themselves.
'Did you get insurance on this place?'
'Does this world even have insurance?'
'Business opportunity?'
'Nah, too much effort.'
'Fair enough.'
Erza didn't bother putting on a coat as she road on my back with a happy smile.
I shouted back from the door.
"We'll meet you in the workshop Mira!"
I got an alright shouted back from here before we stepped outside, and I automatically protected Erza from any cold as I walked to the workshop.
"Why is she coming to the workshop?"
"Hm? Oh, she asked to come watch us work, she sounded interested."
Erza hummed at that.
"I see, well I don't mind as long as she doesn't distract us."
I nodded at that before raising a question.
"She doesn't actually bother you right? I don't want you to be uncomfortable red."
She shook her head as she snuggled into my neck.
"No she's fine, she just gets under my skin really easily."
I laughed at that.
"Sounds like me and Laxus, I guess you found your friend and rival."
"Hmph, as if. I would trounce that floozy's ass."
A flame hand came out to lightly slap her butt. Not a spank but just a light tap.
"Easy red and she has a lot of potential. She will probably start growing like crazy soon with her magic."
Erza's eyes lit with fighting spirit as she threw her hands up.
"I welcome the challenge! We must always strive to become stronger!"
I laughed at her enthusiasm.
"Haha I agree with you there."
And then the enthusiasm drained, and she rewrapped her hands around my neck.
"But your mine."
I raised a brow at the rapid topic shift.
"Hm?"
"Mine."
She didn't elaborate and I chuckled.
"Feeling territorial red?"
"Mn."
"We've been through this before."
"Mn."
I shook my head and brought one of her hands up to kiss it.
"I'm not much better I guess. Just take it easy on the girl ok? I think she needs a friend she can be open with right now."
Erza rubbed her head against mine affectionately.
"I'll try."
"That's all I can ask."
We entered the workshop with smiles, and I threw some fire at the two fireplaces.
The light from the fire and outside lit up the interior to show a mannequin standing in the center of the space.
It wasn't the mannequin that was important, but what was on it.
Wrapped snuggly around it's form, taken from Erza's measurements, was a stunning silver armor.
Almost every part of this armor is seemingly made of silver metal.
The upper part of this armor only consists of a small, revealing breastplate that extends along her hips, composed of feather-shaped plates pointing upwards with a large metal flower on the front, leaving the collarbone area exposed, as well as the stomach.
The biceps are covered by metal straps and very large plated gauntlets sport feather-shaped plates at the edges.
The waist is circled by large, decorated plates reminiscent of feathers that hang down comfortably.
A pair of plated boots each sporting metal ornaments shaped like wings.
A neck guard made of feather-like plates and a tiara with prominent metal wings.
And the most eye catching part was the two pairs of large metal wings which adorn the back, composed of metal feathers which get longer and larger at the edges.
It was the Heavens Wheel armor from canon brought to life. With only minor changes such as instead of some weird pumpkin shape skirt, I made chainmesh tights for her lower body. A giant skirt like that would just get in the way.
Every individual feather shaped metallic piece was crafted carefully and put together like a thousand piece puzzle.
And Erza engraved enchantments on each feather to make it have the effect she wanted.
The armor is supposed to have two functions.
One is flight, it allows her to freely fly albeit at moderate speeds. It's not meant for speed but utility.
The second is an extension of her telekinesis. It allows her to requip swords with each wing of her armor becoming a passive extension to hold a blade.
So for each individual feather, a sword could be levitated without her conscious effort. To move the blade, she would have to consciously move it, but until then, it would just hover next to her without any strain.
Furthermore, the armor comes with a dozen special blades that are made from the same magic metal and enchanted to allow her to move multiple swords at the same time to perform complex attack patterns when she is holding them in her hands like a conductor.
The heavens wheel armor is an incredibly versatile and deadly armor, and it makes sense that it was one of Erza's main armors in canon.
Erza's eyes were shining like Christmas tree's as she was practically standing on my head.
"It's so pretty!"
I laughed and put her down.
"It will be even prettier once it's on you, now come on, we only have around eighteen feather pieces left."
"Mn!"
She rushed off to her station and got out her engraving gear as I walked to mine and looked at the last ingots of the C class metal.
'Almost there, let's get to work.'
One of the reasons this armor was so tedious was that each part had to be part of a set, and I couldn't make them all together or the enchantment would have been weaker.
'I don't know how this was made in canon, but I'm willing to bet my pride that it's higher quality than the original version.'
I grabbed an ingot and began the heated and forming process.
Once I had the desired shape, I got it on the anvil and started working it with my hammer.
A huge smile was on my face at the quality of my tools.
'Man, I love this hammer and anvil.'
After I upgraded, I no longer had to worry about my weirdly shaped blob of an anvil or a hammer that was melting as I worked.
A half hour later, Mira came in and I smiled and gestured to a bar stool she could sit on.
For the next three hours, Erza and I worked like clockwork.
I formed the specific shape of each feather, Erza engraved it, and then I would sharpen and polish it before placing it with the set and securely welding it on.
And with my controlled and precise flames, there was no ugly scaring from welding.
Mira was seemingly mesmerized as she watched us work, and by the time lunch came around, the final feather was attached.
Erza and I just looked at the completed armor for a moment before we cheered.
""We did it!""
Erza rushed me like a tank, and I laughed and caught her before spinning her around.
"We did it Sol! We actually finished it!"
"Haha of course we did! What did you expect from us."
We laughed and cheered before our stomachs both growled in protest.
We froze in position with Erza still being held in the air above me while Mira was laughing on the side.
"Hahaha you two are in perfect sync."
We smiled at that, and I put Erza down.
Just then we noticed the basket next to Mira and she waved us over.
"I had time while you were working so I made some sandwiches, I didn't think you two would be so focused and ignore lunch till you finished though."
At her teasing tone we just rubbed the back of our heads.
"Haha sorry, once we're in the zone we lose track of time."
"Yeah, once we got so focused we didn't even realize night had fallen before the sun rose the next morning."
Mira shook her head with a smile as we sat down around the work table and started eating.
"You know, you two are quite amazing, how did you get into your crafts?"
I smirked and pointed at Erza.
"Back when we first came to the guild, the old man told us we we're apparently doing too much work and wanted us to slow down, so he showed us to the guild library to try and find other things for us to focus on."
Erza smiled at the memory while I went on.
"Red here found a book on enchanting in there, and then she practically demanded that I pick up blacksmithing so she could learn how to enchant weapons and armor."
Erza scoffed and slapped my shoulder lightly.
"I did not demand you, I just pointed out the facts. I needed weapons and armor to use and practice on, and you needed a hobby that fit you. With your fire powers, it just made the most sense to be a blacksmith. So obviously that's what you needed to do."
I rolled my eyes with a fond smile.
"Obviously."
"Hmph, you love it."
"I never said I didn't."
Mira laughed at the story and thought about it.
"Maybe I'll look for a hobby myself."
I gave a thumbs up at that and Erza nodded.
"It's very good for development. Growing stronger is important but not if you forget to enjoy life as well. We grow through challenges and learning new things."
I gave Erza a proud look while Mira nodded, slightly inspired by her words.
"Whatever you choose to do, we will be happy to help you. The guild library really is packed with valuable information that mostly goes unused."
Mira scoffed at that.
"Ha, I've only been around a day and even I can say I didn't see the guild as a studious one. It's more of a I see rock, I smash rock with bigger rock, type of guild."
"*Pft* hahaha."
"*Pft* Hah…ha.. I can't deny that…"
I openly laughed and Erza tried to stifle her own.
We ate and talked some more.
At least while eating, these two were being civil.
After lunch, Erza wasn't letting anything get in her way as she wanted to try on the armor.
"Haha relax red, come stand over here."
Once she had the armor on, she could requip it into her storage and summon it back on, but she had to know how it felt to have it on before storing it or she could hurt herself.
It's part of the mental imaging aspect of her requip magic called 'The Knight'. A branch focused on armor requiping.
Erza quickly stripped to just a training bra and panties without any shame or hesitation.
Mira was the one who turned red.
"Oi! You have no shame ginger?!"
Erza just scoffed.
"Of course I do. The only people here are you, a female my age, and Sol. We wash daily together, why should I care about being underdressed around him?"
Mira didn't have a counter to that, and I shook my head.
'It's one thing now but what the hell am I supposed to do once she really hits puberty?'
'Go down with the ship king.'
I rolled my eyes.
'Real help there Sin.'
'Never said I was trying to help.'
I walked around Erza and started placing each piece of armor on her while explaining in detail how it's taken on and off in case she needs to get it off without requip.
Despite her strong words before though, she couldn't help but blush and shiver a bit as my hands moved over her body gently to secure each piece.
I always tried to be gentle with her, even if I knew she has crazy durability from her dragon heritage.
Behind me, Mira was biting her lip in annoyance while watching.
I wouldn't know it yet, but Mira would decide to ask for casual armor herself soon.
I smirked up at Erza while kneeling in front of her as I secured on of the last pieces.
"You truly look beautiful like this Erza, like a Valkyrie heading to war."
Her face turned bright red at that, and she looked away with a smile.
"Stupid Sol….. but thank you."
I chuckled at her cute reaction.
"Anytime red, now come on, you finally get to play a bit."
The excitement was clear in her eyes as I secured the last piece, a winged tiara that Erza insisted on even if it had no practical use aside from protecting a thin strip of her head.
I stepped back and gave her some space.
"Start slow Erza, keep the magic power low and steady as you channel it."
"Mn."
She nodded and closed her eyes as the armor began to lightly glow as magic was funneled into the magic conductive metal.
Along each feather, inscriptions that Erza spent endless hours carving began lighting up one after the other.
Soon the entire thing was covered in a thin glowing layer.
"Ok, things are stable, increase it."
She didn't open her eyes, but she did increase the magic and she slowly lifted off the ground.
I smiled wide at the sight and loosened my own fire wings to rise up a bit and stay level with her.
The feathers fluttered like they were part of a natural pair of wings and Erza came to a stop a few feet in the air.
She opened her eyes and looked at my smirking face before I pointed down and her eyes widened.
"It worked!"
"Haha damn straight it did! Now come on, let's have some fun."
I waved my hand and a tendril of blunt flames roughly pushed open the door outside and I rushed out.
"Keep up red!"
Erza smiled in indignation and competitive spirit.
"Oi! Get back here Sol!"
She rushed out a bit wobbly but with every passing minute, she got more and more accustomed and soon she was moving smoothly.
I smiled at her ecstatic expression as she twirled in the air before looking down at Mira who was looking envious, so I called out to her.
"Hey Mira! What's wrong? Afraid to come up?"
I saw her eyebrow twitch at that as she shouted up in annoyance.
"And how do you expect me to fly you chicken bastard?!"
"Have you not tried to do a full transformation yet?"
She tilted her head at that.
"I did once in the masters office."
"Well, do you have wings? Demons usually have wings in story books."
I was bullshitting here since I couldn't say I knew she had wings.
Her eyes lit up and she flared her magic as a magic circle appeared below her.
Erza and I watched with interested eyes as a small explosion of dark energy blew out before Mira appeared in her demon form, Satan soul.
Her eyes, eyelashes, ears, and hair all changed dramatically with her hair flying up like a super Saiyan.
Thin dark markings appeared all over her body, and her forearms got covered in scales with gauntlets on each hand and forearm.
Behind her swung a wicked metallic looking reptilian tail and a pair of beautiful wings sprung from her back.
Her clothes got replaced with a dark skimpy one piece suit revealing her torso and back while covering just the private area's and her sides before ending around her neck.
I whistled at the sight and Erza laughed while making a comment about who was being shameless now.
Mira was looking at herself, most likely not having a real chance to observe her changes yet.
She flexed her hands, moved her tail, and flapped her wings a few times experimentally before looking up at us and smirking dangerously.
"It's on!"
She took a leap and flapped her wings to rise up to join us in the air much to everyone's joy.
The three of us spent an hour having fun chasing and play fighting in the air, or at least, I think those two were play fighting.
Eventually though, Mira wavered like she was dizzy, and I quickly caught her.
"Haha easy Mira, I know your enjoying yourself, but I think we should set down for now. Your magic reserves aren't as developed as ours."
She nodded and held her head with one hand while wrapping her other around my neck and leaning into me.
"Thanks for the save Sol."
"Anytime Mira."
"Grrrr…"
I turned to see Erza growling lightly at us but not saying anything else, so I gave her a helpless smile and we set down on the ground.
"Now Erza, let's see the other function of the armor."
She nodded and was about to start before her eye twitched as she looked at me.
"Oi skank, you done holding onto him?"
I turned to see that Mira was indeed still leaning on me, but she just smirked back at Erza.
"You do your thing; I'm catching my breath."
"Grrr…"
I rolled my eyes.
"Focus red, let's make sure we have finished the job first."
She took a breath and nodded.
In the next few seconds, swords started appearing around her.
Two landed in her hands and another ten floated around her.
The swords were made from the same magic conductive metal and were shining silver and incredibly sharp longsword types.
Each one had stylish wings on the handles to match the armor.
Some sweat fell down her forehead as she huffed.
I gave Mira an apologetic look and she smiled and let go without issue so I could rush forward and check on Erza.
"You good red? If it's too much we can take a break."
She grit her teeth and shook her head.
"No, it's fine. I want to get used to using this."
I smiled proudly at her and used my shirt to wipe her forehead.
"Then let it rip red."
She smirked toothily and pointed one of her hands holding a sword forward, and the ones hovering around her turned point first in that direction and flew forward like projectiles.
They sliced through a few tree's before coming to a stop and I whistled at the sharpness there.
The swords came flying back and assembled point to the sky behind her like silent sentinels.
She was smiling widely and started waving the swords in her hands to make the hovering swords start moving in various ways.
Mira walked to my side and shook her head.
"That's such a cheat."
I chuckled at that and gave her a look.
"Oh? Think you can't handle it?"
She gave a vicious smile.
"Oh please, one punch and I'll shatter it."
I laughed at that and ruffled her hair much to her annoyance.
"Come on, let's go stop her before she faints from magic exhaustion, we can go pick up your siblings after that."
Mira smile turned sweet as she nodded as she stayed close up to my side.
'Seems she's getting comfortable, good.'
'Heh, you're a funny guy king.'
'Hm?'
'I say funny, but I mean dense.'
My eye twitched at that in understanding, so I pulled out my cigarette.
'Oi, you can drown me out with a smoking addiction, but you can't deny the truth.'
I lit up the cigarette and took a deep inhale.
'Shut up Sin.'
His resounding laughter echoed in my head as his voice receded with the calming effects of the smoke.
Mira by my side took a sniff of the smoke and smiled.
"Strawberries?"
I gave a small smile and pointed with my chin at Erza.
"Her favorite smell."
She frowned a bit before her smile returned.
"You should try cherry."
I raised a brow at that.
"Hm?"
"Cherry, it should taste good with smoke."
I hummed at that and shrugged.
"Sure, I don't see why not."
She gave a dimpled smile at that and intertwined her arm with mine.
By this point though, Erza had already realized she was getting drained and stored away her armor before she turned to see Mira locking arms with me.
The only warning I got was a deep growl before Mira and I got tackled by a red blur and flew into some snow.
"Damn skank!"
"Stupid ginger!"
"Get off Sol! He's mine!"
"Shut up bitch! I'll do what I want!"
"Oh it's on!"
"Bring it!"
"Can you two not fight with me LITERALLY between you."
I made an annoyed comment while half submerged in snow as the two clawed at each other from both my sides.
""Shut up Sol!""
I rolled my eyes and dissolved into flames to reappear a few feet away.
"Right, well you two have fun, I'll go make some hot chocolate."
Their eyes brightened before they looked at each other and went right back into fighting.
I shook my head with a fond smile and walked inside.
'Well I can't say things are dull around here.'
Chapter end.
Omake: Laxus Vs Sol first fight.
Fight scene:
Sol VS. Laxus
Standing amongst a clearing in the woods a few miles out of Magnolia were two teens squaring off in ready positions.
"You ready to get your ass kicked mystery fire?"
"Heh, bring it lightning kid."
Off to the side a small group was watching the scene made up of an old man standing at two feet tall, a grown man standing at over six feet tall with a rugged look, and a young girl standing at just over five feet tall.
A truly strange trio with two having large smiles and a third huffing in annoyance.
"If they cause to much destruction I'm going to squash them."
"Heh, let the kids let loose old man, I'm excited to see what the next generation can do."
"Go Sol! Kick his ass!"
The two men sweat dropped at the serious and crude cheer from such a pretty young girl.
The old man sighed, and his voice boomed out.
"I will toss a coin in the air when it hits the ground you may begin. Understood?"
Sol nodded.
Laxus nodded.
"Very well, give it all you got brats! *Flick*"
The coin launched skyward but both teens ignored it to stare each other down.
Their enhanced senses could keep track of the coin without looking at it.
The coin reached its highest elevation.
Lightning sparkled around Laxus; flames started burning on Sol.
The coin fell in what felt like slow motion to anyone watching.
Seconds before hitting the ground, twin magic circles of yellow and red lit up the area.
*Clink*
"RAIJIN CHARGE"
A large bolt of lightning headed straight for Sol with only his eyes tracking its movement but his body unable to keep up.
The lightning hit spot on and to the horror of two of the three spectators, smashed right THROUGH Sol's body.
The lightning coalesced behind Sol into Laxus who looked forward with a pale face.
'Did I go too far?! I thought he was stronger than that?'
A teasing voice rang out.
"You shouldn't look away from your opponent lightning kid."
Laxus's eyes widened in shock before he was clocked in the chest with what he would later swear was the club of a giant.
He flew back and crashed through five tree's before stopping his momentum and clearing his head to look forward.
Sol was standing above the ground while wrapped in flames and being kept aloft by two wings made of fire and didn't look to have a single injury from his previous attack.
Laxus's mouth was wide open.
"What the fuck?"
Sol chuckled at his look.
"I told you Laxus, I AM fire."
Laxus's jaw shut, and he couldn't help but retort.
"THAT'S SUCH BULLSHIT!"
Sol's eye twitched and he yelled back.
"YOU CAN TURN INTO LIGHTNING, YOUR BULLSHIT!"
"FUCK YOU!"
"NO FUCK YOU!"
They charged at one another and threw attack after attack.
Lightning spears impacted flaming spheres, flaming chains acting like high speed tentacles attempted to pin down a moving figure wrapped in lightning.
Sol couldn't react fast enough to Laxus's direct charge speed, but he could turn into fire and instantly regenerate any area in seconds as if he truly were just made of fire.
And Laxus wasn't used to someone being such a tank that could throw out dozens of different styles of attacks that hit his weaknesses.
When he hit Sol, he would find fire chains wrapping around him that he had to spend a lot of energy to snap. He had to ignore the ones that didn't impede him much.
When he tried to find an opening to get his back, he would find fire spheres hovering around him protecting his back.
When he tried to get some distance, fire javelins would be thrown his way.
It was infuriating him.
On the other hand, Sol was annoyed that he couldn't truly capture Laxus, he was just too damn fast, and he only got that first hammer blow in because he stood still in shock.
Sure he got a couple chains on him, but they were separated from Sol and their magic drain wasn't enough to end this fight without a dozen more.
Laxus wasn't some low class mage, he had a lot of magic power to go around.
'Time to take it up a notch.'
A magic circle flared under Sol and his form was wrapped in flames.
His legs were coated in fire armor as sharp talons appeared on his feet.
His body became more fire then flesh as his wingspan expanded.
His wings flapped hard and the next second he was launching at Laxus like a comet.
Laxus wasn't planning on staying still though and flashed away before launching attacks.
Except his attacks weren't doing as much damage as before.
'Fine! You want to upgrade, we can upgrade!'
Laxus took a stance as lightning sparkled even more wildly around him.
Scales grew on his arms as his body bulked up a size or two.
"Lightning dragons roar!"
Sol's eyes widened as he threw up a wall of fire before diving down but his body still got clipped with lightning.
The damage was healed quickly but the lightning damage still made his nervous system twitch and spasm a bit.
"Ah! Screw you bastard."
"Hahaha! What's wrong?! Can't handle a little lighting!"
"You want to play with fire you bastard? Well fine!"
Sol wound his arm back and coated it in a dense layer of fire before shooting it forward.
"Fire fist!"
A massive pillar of flame shaped like a fist shot forward like a canon shot.
Laxus smirked and was about to flash away but a fire chain snaked around his ankle while he was distracted.
"Fuck!"
He crossed his arms and released a heavy amount of lightning as a defense as the giant fist smashed into him.
Sol's flames were hot for sure, but their main focus was on the blunt effect rather than an all consuming flame.
Laxus got smashed backwards like a canon ball to crash into the earth but thankfully his durability increased in his unleashed form.
The flaming fist tore a massive trench into the forest and destroyed anything in it's path.
Laxus shot up from the tree's in a crack of thunder that destroyed his surroundings.
"Ahaha! Good hit you bastard."
Sol smirked back at him.
"Let's see who can last longer, your durability or my healing!"
"Ha! Your on!"
Gildarts was laughing up a storm as the kids wailed on each other with massive destructive attacks of fire and lightning.
Erza was cheering excitedly.
And Makarov was paling by the second.
'These two can never fight in a populated city… the damages….sweet lord…'
A few hairs fell from his head at the thought.
*Boom!*
*Boom!*
He shook his head and looked up only to almost faint at the sight of Gildarts appearing between the two.
"Hey brats! Is this party exclusive!"
"The hell you want old man?!"
"Ha! You want to play to old guy!?"
Gildarts eye twitched as his magic power started flaring.
"I'm in my thirties you little shits!"
His magic exploded out and the surrounding rubble started automatically getting demolished into cubes.
Sol and Laxus looked at each other and nodded before simultaneously charging attacks aimed at Gildarts.
The guy just smiled wider at the sight and laughed.
"ENOUGH YOU MORONS!"
Until a titan that eclipsed some of the small mountains in the distance appeared all of a sudden and started smacking the three of them.
"STOP WRECKING THE FOREST BEFORE I HAVE TO DO MORE PAPERWORK!"
The three 'morons' getting smashed could only brace for impact while thinking quite clearly.
'''You're doing more damage than the rest of us combined!'''
It was a smiling Erza, a grumpy Makarov complaining about his back, and three bruised up guys who re-entered the guild hours later looking like the walking dead.
Each of them were starring daggers at the midget old man who was ignoring them with practiced ease.
Revenge would come for him a few hours later when the magic council requests a report about the damages.
The tantrum thrown by the old man only insighted another brawl in the guild among the rest.
All in all, it was just another day at Fairy Tail.
Omake end.

What did you guys think about the feel of Mira being added in?
I'll say this now but while Erza and Mira would always be competitive, they won't always be so hot headed for a fight when their older, they are still young teens at the moment.
