In this story, Naruto is a strong, powerful, intelligent, and perverted Fox hanyou. Since this is a crossover with Sekirei, he'll have a harem. There will be ecchi moments with all kinds of citrus. There also might be possible minor crossovers.
Disclaimer: I do not own Naruto, Sekirei, or any other crossover that might appear.

Chapter 01: The Student of the Leaf and Whirlpool
[The Beginning]
Within the forest outside Konohagakure no Sato, a swordswoman was running at top speed towards a ninja village.
She was a solid albeit short 5'3" with long light-purple hair that fell to her waist, styled in a hime cut. She had whiskey-red eyes, a slender yet shapely build, and dressed in her Disciplinary Squad uniform: a tight black leather top with a grey haori over her shoulders, a miniskirt with brown belts, a pair of stockings, and wooden sandals.
She was Sekirei #01: Miya, and she had just departed from the ruins of Uzushiogakure at top speed. She bore a panicked look on her face, as the individuals she was supposed to meet were nowhere to be found.
Her sensei, Uzumaki Kushina, was giving birth, and she wanted to be there for her; as well as her other sensei, Namikaze Minato. Because of Kushina's status as a Jinchuuriki, both she and Minato decided to head to the ruins of Uzushiogakure for the birth, while Minato would maintain the seal containing the Kyuubi stable.
But in reality, they both knew that the Kyuubi no Yoko, Shinju Kurama, would not try to escape. The fox had bonded with Kushina (and by extension Mito, her previous vessel), enjoying the time they'd spent together.
When Miya arrived on the island of Uzushio, the destruction left the island even worse for wear. She discovered the midwife, Sarutobi Biwako, dead in the abandoned hospital. Worse, her teachers and their newborn child were missing as well. While Miya searched the whole island, a massive explosion was seen beyond the waters in the direction of Konoha. Fearing the worst, Miya had made it to Konoha posthaste using the Flash Step technique taught to her by Minato.
When Miya finally made it to Konoha, she saw that the village had been devastated. Hearing the cries and curses of the people bemoaning Kurama as the culprit, Miya immediately suspected foul play. She had met Kurama when Kushina allowed her into her mindscape. They both got to know each other, with Miya originally believing that the fox had been the source of Kushina's fiery personality.
There was no way Kurama would willingly break out of the seal on Kushina and suddenly wreak havoc.
Suddenly, there was a huge roar that drew Miya's attention to the outskirts of the village. Turning her attention to the source, she rushed over to investigate, finding a giant creature bound in chains looming over three humans.
One of the humans was a handsome, young man with spiky blonde hair with two long bangs down the side of his face; ocean-blue eyes, and wearing a long-sleeve shirt, black sweatpants, and a white haori with the kanji for "Fourth Hokage" on the back.
The other human was a beautiful, young woman who had bright red hair that reached down her ankles, and had violet eyes and was wearing a high-collared sleeveless blouse under a long, loose-fitting green dress.
The giant, bound creature looming above them was Kurama, the Nine-Tailed Fox; a giant fox with nine tails and red-orange fur.
Miya landed on the ground, just as Kurama roared in sorrow, melting into blood-orange chakra before disappearing into the crying newborn cradled in Kushina's arms.
"Kushina-sensei! Minato-sensei!" Miya cried out, horrified to find holes in their bodies. "What happened?!"
"Thank goodness, Miya-san. A masked man…claiming to be…Uchiha Madara…attacked us and extracted Kurama from…Kushina." Minato weakly explained. "He brainwashed her with his Sharingan…to destroy Konoha…I fought him off and he…escaped."
"We managed to stop Kurama-chan…after she wounded us accidentally, and now… she's been sealed away again…into our baby boy…Naruto." Kushina croaked out, smiling through the pain of having been impaled. "Please…you and your sisters…protect him…because we won't be able to now…"
With tears rolling down her eyes, Miya picked up little Naruto and held him against her chest, "I will! You have my word, sensei!"
Minato nodded and flashed his signature smile. "Be wary of the councils…and make sure he gets…his inheritance…and he knows…who his parents are, so he can be proud of his bloodline."
"Miya-chan…thank you." Kushina whispered before she and Minato passed away.
As their lives faded to the afterlife, Miya held her two sensei's legacy, the last of the Uzumaki and Namikaze. She sank to her knees, and openingly wept at the loss of her two teachers she and her fellow sisters adored.
"WWWWWAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"
[Years ago]
A spaceship crashed into the technologically-advanced Western Lands, the sister land of the Elemental Countries in the East. Two young scientists, whose profession was rare at the time, found and discovered that, along with its unique advanced technology, it contained numerous life-forms with "one pillar" and hundreds and hundreds of "baby birds". The pillar was an adult, the next eight being embryos, and the others being fertilized eggs.
One of the young scientists, Minaka Hiroto, moved quickly and used the advanced technology to take over the whole of the Western Lands. At its center, he formed MBI, the most powerful corporation on Earth. He named the capital Kamikura, and turned the whole of the Western Lands into his own private land.
The warlords were not pleased with this action.
Minaka used the technology he had to speed up the growth process so four of the embryos could become young adults. He had his researchers under him adjust them and hired trainers like Kushina and Minato to train them to form the Disciplinary Squad, with the Pillar as the leader. After having the Disciplinary Squad take out the warlords who banded together to reclaim the Western Lands, Minaka found a treasure buried deep in the vault of the spaceship.
With the Sekirei and treasure in hand, he devised a plan in which he seeks to create a "New Age of the Gods" called the Sekirei Plan. However, most of the First Generation Disciplinary Squad wanted nothing to do with it.
The Pillar, Sekirei #01, Miya, broke away from MBI to continue her training with Kushina and Minato.
Sekirei #02, Matsu, slacked off and became a pervert thanks to a book series called Icha Icha Paradise.
Sekirei #03, Kazehana, was rejected by Minaka and broke away as well, becoming an alcoholic in the process, under the guise of a nation-wide sake-tasting tour.
Sekirei #04, Karasuba, stayed on as MBI's Bloodhound to sate her bloodthirsty tendencies and join the Second Generation Disciplinary Squad.
And Sekirei #05, Mutsu, one of the only handful of males in the Sekirei race, became a wanderer, with no one knowing where his current location is.
[Back in the present…]
"Shh, it's okay, Naruto. In the place of your parents, I will protect you, no matter what." Miya whispered, cooing to quiet down Naruto's crying. She then stiffened as the former Sandaime Hokage, Sarutobi Hiruzen, arrived.
"Minato. Kushina," he whispered sadly. He then saw Miya holding Naruto, noting that the latter now bore the same seal as Kushina on his body, and realized that the newborn boy was now the new Jinchuuriki of Konoha.
"Former Sandaime." Miya acknowledged, holding Naruto close to her in her left hand, and her sword in her right.
"With Minato's death, it looks like you'll have to drop the 'former' part. Come with me to the Tower. No doubt you heard their last words, and I would like to discuss them with you on the way, Miya-san." Hiruzen knew who Miya was, having seen her hanging around Minato and Kushina.
The purple-haired woman nodded and followed Hiruzen, all while keeping her senses sharp for any attacks aimed at her and Naruto.
[Hokage's Office]
"So in other words, you are now Naruto's new guardian. I can accept that, but most of the council won't. Since he's a civilian, he falls into the jurisdiction of the Civilian Council, who would make things difficult. It'll be worse since Minato's ways of running the village made him a few enemies on the inside, despite the good his ways have done." Hiruzen said as he and Miya entered the office. "I acknowledge my mistake in even authorizing the creation of a Civilian Council to begin with."
"Let them try, Sandaime-san. I will do whatever I have to in order to protect my sensei's legacy. If my sensei's enemies try anything, I will send them back in pieces," Miya replied coldly, "And there will be no warning shot."
Hiruzen nodded in understanding. "I expect no less from the one trained by Konoha's best." He pulled a package out from behind Minato's picture frame. "Since you've been trained by Minato and Kushina, I know Naruto's in safe hands. Take these. Minato told me to give these to you if something happens to both him and Kushina."
Hiruzen said as he handed Miya a box, which she took, "Keys to the Namikaze Estate, the Last Will and Testament of both Minato and Kushina, and access to the Uzumaki clan and Namikaze clan bank accounts and financials, among other things. I give them to you since you're the proxy guardian of Naruto, who'll inherit these once he becomes an adult."
Miya nodded and frowned. "Where are Jiraiya-san and Tsunade-san? They were appointed Naruto's godfather and godmother respectively," she questioned, pocketing the box.
It baffled her, since she was there when Minato and Kushina had named them Naruto's godparents.
"Jiraiya won't be able to see Naruto much, since he's running the village's Spy Network. As for Tsunade? We don't know where she is, and I'm worried," Hiruzen sighed sadly, "Rest assured that I will have my scout track Tsunade. Regardless, Minato and Kushina appointed you guardian, and guardian of Naruto you shall be. Now I have to go to the emergency council meeting to discuss what happened, and I won't be able to hide the fact that Naruto's the new Jinchuuriki of Kyuubi, just in case something slips out in the future."
"I know all about the Konoha Council. I know the Clan Heads, san the Uchiha, are the only ones who are reliable. The Civilian Council are nothing but trash, looking to keep their wallets fat. And the Shinobi Elder Advisors? They're nothing about scum trying to control things that aren't meant to be controlled, and think they're the ones in charge of the village as if they were Daimyo. I will not hesitate to cut them all down if they present themselves as a threat to Naruto's well-being, and my own. Make sure to tell them that, so they won't complain when I cut them to pieces, right after I skin and gut them alive."
With that, Miya left and closed the door behind her, cooing at Naruto as she did so.
Hiruzen sighed and put on the Hokage's hat for the first time in years. "Now then, time to reign in the toothless dragons, even if it doesn't do any good." he mused, leaving the office to go to the emergency council meeting.
[Namikaze Estates]
When Miya and Naruto arrived at the residence, she put her hand on the seal-marked panel to open the gate. As their student, Minato and Kushina allowed Miya access to their home whenever she wanted to come and train.
As soon as the gates opened, Miya scowled and drew her sword, the Totsuka no Tsurugi. In a single spin of Battojutsu style, she sliced through several hostile figures.
Flicking the blood off her blade to clean it, she looked closely to see that their assailants wore dark ANBU attire with blank masks, the latter being a sign that they were part of ROOT. They were an emotionless sect of ANBU ninja under the direct command of Shimura Danzo, the head of the Elder Advisors to the Hokage. He was supposed to have ROOT disbanded by the orders of not only Hiruzen during his tenure, but Minato as well.
'I'll let the Sandaime know tomorrow…" Miya noted to herself as she entered the grounds, leaving the dying members of ROOT, and closed the gates behind her. The security seals rearmed themselves completely as she entered the main house.
Making her way upstairs, she found a room that Minato and Kushina had been working on. It was a room meant for Naruto, made with love, and Miya could feel the warmth from it. There was a crib, some toys, a table with storybooks, gated windows, and a rocking chair. She saw the crib and placed the sleeping Naruto into it.
"I wonder…if fate led me to Minato-sensei and Kushina-sensei to find you. Will you be the one…to free my little birds from Minaka?" Miya murmured, stroking the whisker-marks on Naruto's cheeks as he slept.
She smiled and looked out the window, where there was a view of the village that was still reeling from Kurama's unintentional attack.
Minaka and the Sekirei Plan, and the masked man who was after Kurama. Things were about to get wild in the future.
And she wasn't the only one who thought that.
[Within baby Naruto]
"DAMMIT DAMMIT DAMMIT DAMMIT DAMMIT!"
An extremely angry and upset Kurama was currently throwing a massive temper-tantrum in her giant fox form. How could she have lost to a simple Sharingan that caused her to unleash hell in Konoha? How could she have been so easily swayed into betraying her dearest friends?! She snarled and roared when she thought of the masked man, the self-proclaimed Uchiha Madara, and pounded her fists on the floor.
Except the man wasn't Uchiha Madara. The real Madara had higher chakra levels, was powerful enough to go toe-to-toe with the Shodaime Hokage, Senju Hashirama, and had too much pride to hide behind a mask.
It was someone else, and what bothered Kurama about it was that the masked man had a familiar scent to him.
Kurama's thoughts then focused on Naruto. In all honesty, she was glad to be sealed inside another Uzumaki, especially Kushina's son. But she would need to work on him and help him grow, for things were going to happen in the future, and with the top-class pedigree Naruto has, he'll be able to handle them.
But slowly changing him into a half-demon wouldn't hurt either; not only would Naruto encounter the Masked Man again, but he would gain a new family, especially with the Sekirei Plan in the works.

On the large continent containing the Western Lands and the Elemental Countries, a few certain currently active female Sekirei sneezed.
With both Miya and Kurama raising Uzumaki Naruto, the ascension of the Kitsune Ashikabi began.

Next time, Chapter 02: Might Makes Right
The story will follow the events of Naruto, albeit with changes and alterations of course. Naruto will be a fox hanyou, and will have a human and Sekirei harem, which will be revealed as the story progresses. They're already set, so harem requests will be ignored. And in case you're wondering why I made Naruto a hanyou? How else would he have sweet, hot citrus with Sekirei?
(Old) Poll: Musubi, Uzume, and Akitsu will be Naruto's three Starter Sekirei in this story. In which order should they be winged? The poll is on my profile and will be up for three days, and only votes in the poll will count. Poll will close on Saturday, and the next chapter's 1/3 finished. Whichever order wins will affect the events of it. (ALREADY DECIDED)
