Chapter 16

The next months were filled with work and planning. The community that Elliot was working on would become their new home. They all agreed the city wasn't the place to raise their family. They also weren't far from their parents.

Christian and Elliot worked from the same building. They were even able to work together on some ideas. They hired a security team, both of them had become popular in the area. Kate and Ana had become targets for photographers looking to make a buck. Jason Taylor was Christian's head of security and Luke Sawyer was Elliot's.

Ana, who was hoping to make it through the school year, had to take a leave of absence. Ana had a very small frame and twins were too much on her body. After a scare, she went on bed rest immediately.

Christian and Taylor came through the door with a middle aged woman. She smiled as Christian introduced her, "Ana, this is Taylor's wife, Gail." Ana smiled and waved, "Hi Gail! It's so nice to meet you." Christian smiled wide seeing it was going well. He hoped the next comment would continue that way.

They all sat around her, "Gail is going to work here." They recently moved into their new house, which was big and Christian knew Ana needed help. Ana frowned while Christian explained, "Jason, Gail, and their daughter Sophie are moving into the apartment over the garage."

Ana wobbled to get up, "Christian, our room now!" She stomped away and Christian held his hands up apologizing to Jason and Gail. He walked into the room to see a very pissed off Ana. "Is this what you think marriage is about? Do you think you get to make all the rules and decisions?"

This was a much different Ana and a much different Christian. Christian was shocked and terrified. He knew Ana didn't play around. "I didn't want you to say no. You need help. We have twins coming and I know you want your career. And I thought Gail was really nice. And having her live here and be around. I already think of Taylor as family." Christian was rambling.

Ana finally gave in and grabbed his shirt and kissed him hard. "Christian, you're damn lucky you're sexy and I'm horny." Christian smiled nervously, "But we can't have sex remember." Ana stomped away, "Ahhhhhhh! I hate you Christian Grey!"

It didn't take long for Gail and Ana to become close friends. Gail was so nice and Ana loved having company during the day. It was family dinner night and since Ana couldn't go anywhere, everyone came to them. Kate was complaining about needing help like Ana and Gail promised to find someone to help Kate. They all were enjoying a good conversation when Ana felt a strong pain.

Everyone noticed, "Ana, what's wrong?" Ana was due to have a c section in a week. "I think we should call Dr. Greene." They rushed Ana to the hospital for an emergency c section. The entire family held hands and waited to see the doors open. Kate was worried, "Grace, is she going to be ok?" Grace smiled, "Of course."

Christian appeared through the doors with a huge smile, "We have a boy and a girl! Ana's doing great!" Kate jumped up, "Can I see her?" Christian smiled, "She already asked. Give them like an hour to move her into her suite for the next few days."

Grace jumped up, "Names?" Christian smiled, "Theodore Carrick Grey and Phoebe Grace Grey." Everyone smiled and Elliot said, "Wait no Christian Grey Jr." Grace hit him, "They are perfect son." Eventually everyone made it back to meet the new additions.
