Prologue!

"Mom, we're going to be late!"

A young boy, around the age of fourteen called out as they rushed down the streets.

On the right hand side of him, he had ocean blue hair like his Mother that naturally ran down his face and reached his chin, and had the design of bubbles across the blue haired side of his head, though he only had one set of three bubbles together.

On his left hand side, he had a golden colour, with his hair spiking upwards, akin to that of lightning bolts, with one notable lock of hair running down the left hand side of his face.

His hair was evenly split down the middle, giving a unique design, with one lock of hair from each side intertwining and ran down his forehead, stopping short of reaching between his eyes.

His left eye was icy blue, while the right eye was a more subdued but still noticeable golden colour, and they both gave off a small glow, more noticeable when it was dark.

The boy was leanly built, wearing a school uniform, all black in colour. Around his neck was what seemed to be some sort of All Might choker that would be found in cereal boxes, though it was quite precious to him despite it being a mostly trivial thing.

"I know...and it seems Villains have chosen today of all days..."

Behind him, was a young woman, who looked to be quite young, with long flowing blue hair like one side of the boys hair, her hair running down until it reached her mid-back. Unlike the boy who only had one set of a bubble like design within his hair, she had multiple sets. One at both sides of her head, and then four clusters of the three bubbles running down the long hair. Her eyes like his were icy blue, and glowed ever so slightly.

The woman's name was Mizuki, she held a somewhat happy expression on her face.

The boys name was Raiki, and he was sat down in a wheelchair while his Mother pushed him fast down the street.

"I can't believe today of all days my damn car needs to be fixed..."

"Don't worry Mom, we'll make it."

Mizuki glanced down at her son, seeing that he was giving her the peace sign.

Giving an amused look, they continued running through the streets, trying to bypass the people that had been lined up.

However, they had to come to a stop when they saw a Villain causing havoc.

There was a man who had a growth Quirk, slamming his hands through some of the ground, and ripping it up. Another one was breathing out strong air blasts that gushed away the Hero's that tried to stop him.

Hero's were on the scene, trying their best to subdue the Villain's. One man had strong looking arms, another had formed a barricade of water, one had wood growing across his body, and the final one was in the distance, seemingly trying to get close.

Raiki watched on, seeing the members of the public going wild.

He saw one boy beside him looking with wide eyes.

He had messy green hair, he had four freckles in the shape of a diamond on each of his cheeks.

Hero's scattered around, one being a man with wood growing on his body, who was trying to capture the pieces of falling debris so the civilians didn't get cause up in the devastation. But some were missed, and came close hitting some of the public.

Some let out cries, as Mizuki placed her hand out.

"Jet Stream."

From her extended hand, water shot out like a jet as the name implied, and blasted the pieces of rubble apart with high pressurized water, turning the stone pieces into nothing but harmless rocks that safely fell down to the ground.

Gasps came out, as Mizuki sighed.

"Seriously, even now...this wont take long Raiki..."

Raiki watched as his Mother walked by him, pulling at her skirt to raise it up. She then pulled her skirt up to a comfortable position and so it wouldn't get in the way while placing her long hair into a ponytail at the same time.

Some of the public noticed her, and saw her determined eyes.

The boy next to Raiki squealed out.

"N-No way! I-It is really her?! The Watery Hero, Oceana! She really is as beautiful as she is graceful!"

Raiki gave an amused look towards the boy, before smiling strongly.

"That's Mom for you."

The boy turned towards him.

"N-No way! T-That's your Mom?!"

"Yup."

The boy looked on in awe as he moved side to side.

She then moved forward through the crowd as more debris fell towards them.

"Debris huh...fine, Water Veil!"

Mizuki snapped her fingers and from her snap, water gushed out of her hands, shooting up to form a barrier of water, and tanked all of the attacks. The Hero's and Villains alike were stunned as the water spread out to shield all of the public.

"S-She used Water Veil! Wow...the way the sun catches the water, makes it almost look like a rainbow..."

Raiki gave an amused look to the boy.

"You really like my Mom, don't you?"

"Y-Yes! She's really cool!"

"Hehe, maybe you could ask for her autograph, she'd be more than happy to give you one."

The boys eyes sparkled, and shed large tears at the same time.

"Oooooh my! I really am going to get her autograph! O-Oh, my name is Izuku Midoriya! W-What's yours?"

"My names Raiki, pleased to meet you~"

Izuku smiled while watching the fight.

She then allowed a stream of water to wrap around her form, and propelled her into the sky.

Spinning around a single time, she faced the Villains.

"It's time to go down."

The Villains laughed before the one that breathed out highly pressurized air blasts shot them for her body.

The water lost some of its form as the air shot through, however using high speed movements, she dodged each and everyone of the wind blasts which didn't reach any further behind her as she used her water to dispel the winds before they could hurt someone else, all the while releasing a single bubble towards the man and even managing to coordinate the other Hero's on scene, something that amazed Izuku.

As the Villain was going to release another attack, a bubble formed around the Villain, trapping him inside of said bubble.

"Bubble Prison!"

"She used Bubble Prison! How cool!"

Izuku let out another squeal when seeing that.

Raiki suppressed a laugh as Izuku looked towards him.

"W-What is it?"

"Eheh...it's nothing really. It's just, you're really hyper about these things. Do you want to become a Hero?"

"Y-Yeah! D-Do you...o-oh wait, that's...i-insensitive of me..."

Raiki, deciding to have some fun, played on the worries of Izuku.

"B-Because I'm like this...y-you think I can't become a Hero? How cruel..."

He playfully shed some tears, though to Izuku they looked like the real deal.

"N-No! I-I'm sure you can! I'm sorry! I didn't mean to be so insensitive!"

Raiki lightly chuckled as he shook his head.

"Well that's good, because I'm aiming to become strong, the best version of me I can be~ Maybe even Number One..."

Izuku was blown away by his words.

He didn't know what kind of Quirk Raiki had, he presumed it had something to do with water, though he didn't fully know.

But the fact that he was aiming for that, was something Izuku quite admired.

As they talked, the last Villain was stunned that she had managed to block both of his comrade.

"You little witch..."

The giant came swinging for her body.

Raising her hand, she formed a protective wave of water that sprouted out from her hand, all the while she used her other hand, and allowed the water to form what seemed to be an arrow of water.

However, before she was going to launch it, she chuckled and called out to an approaching Hero.

"Mt Lady-san, why don't you take him down?"

The newly revealed Mt Lady became gleeful, and did just that.

She jumped up, and sent her foot towards the Villain, announcing "Canyon Cannon!" and slammed her giant foot into the Villain's back, sending him flying down to the ground.

Photographers began taking the pictures of both Mt Lady, and Mizuki who seemed to just offer a small smile, Mt Lady looked towards Mizuki and showed a strong thumbs up towards her.

"Thanks for the assist!"

"Not a problem."

Mizuki bowed while Mt Lady soaked in the praise she received.

With the Villains taken care of, the public tried to speak to Mizuki who casually waved towards them, and then went to her son.

"Took a little time, but we can go now."

"Wait Mom, this boy wants your autograph."

Mizuki looked to Izuku, before giving an approachable smile.

"Sure, what's your name sweetheart?"

"I-Izuku Midoriya! Y-You're really...y-you're so...you-you're really...s-so...ooh..."

Mizuki gave an amused look, before she took the pad and pen he had presented to her, and wrote her autograph.

"Here you go sweetie."

Izuku looked at the autograph, seeing how she drew the O's into heart shapes, something that Izuku found really appealing and bowed his head fast.

"T-Thank you!"

The woman waved her hand before moving behind her son.

She then began pushing him, while Raiki waved his hand.

"Maybe we'll see each other at U.A! If you're applying for that school that is~"

When he said that, Mizuki looked uncomfortable, while Izuku's lips curled upwards, albeit shyly.

"Y-Yes! G-Goodbye Raiki-san!"

Raiki waved back as they left together.

The Hero's left behind were also in awe at how she took control, and managed to coordinate them pretty easily.

Having made it to the hospital, they were lead into the doctors office with little time to spare.

The boy then went through some tests that took a few hours, while Mizuki waited.

His eyes went around the office, while waiting for the doctor to come back.

"I hope it isn't much longer..."

Mizuki gave a small smile.

"Why's that? Got some girls to romance?"

Raiki gave his Mother a strange look.

"Ooh yeah, they're all for the wheels~"

Mizuki gave an amused smile.

"Take them for a ride, you know~?"

Raiki gave his Mother a smile, and continued to wait while the time ticked on by.

"Geez Mom, what a thing to say..."

"Why? What's wrong with it? You can take them for a...ooh, okay, yeah, just got it~" Mizuki stuck out her tongue playfully while Raiki gave her a curious stare. "Anyway, it shouldn't be much longer, then we'll find out how you're progressing~"

"Hopefully, then I'll be able to really start training to get into U.A..."

Mizuki once more gave an uncomfortable look.

"You don't have to become a Hero, you know?"

"But, that's what I want to do."

Mizuki lowered her eyebrows, and didn't say anything else.

She didn't know what else she could have said.

Soon a doctor came in.

A man that had oddly shaped glasses, had a bushy moustache, and a long thick doctors white coat, which didn't match his smallish frame.

The doctor was always a bit odd. Not to the point that he was unbearable, nor did he do anything particularly suspicious, something about him was...different.

When he didn't say anything for a few moments, Mizuki spoke up.

"Doctor..."

"Yes, I have been going over the recent scans and test results."

"And? Is he...progressing?"

The doctor paused, and looked through some of the notes he had.

"From what I can see here, everything is progressing quite well. Your body is still in a delicate condition, but I can see improvements from the scan four weeks ago. Though we still have ways to go."

Raiki humbly bowed his head.

"Thank you doctor, I understand. I've waited this long, I can wait a little longer."

"Yes, that's a good attitude to have."

The doctor said in a kind manner, before Raiki spoke up.

"Erm...The U.A Entrance Exam is going to be in about ten months...would I be ready to go for that? I mean...it's always been my dream to be a Hero, to protect people and give them a better life...so, is it possible?"

The doctor hummed while Mizuki closed her eyes, in some ways she hoped that he couldn't do that.

Not that she'd wish ill will on her son, but she didn't want anything to happen to him.

"If the rate of progression is as I've seen in these tests, then I can see a future where he'd be able to take the Entrance Exam for U.A." The doctor looked towards Raiki with an elderly man smile. "The progress has been amazing so far, and to see you even in this condition is...lets just say that it is something that makes me happy. It's why I came into the profession, to help improve the qualities of someone's life, or to give them something that was viciously stolen away."

Mizuki's eyes lowered when he said that, confirming her worries, and could see how Raiki wasn't going to stop now.

"I thank you for everything you've done doctor."

The doctors smile pertained on his face.

"You don't need to thank me at all young man. Now, there's a few medications I'd like you to take..."

The doctor went into the stuff he'd have to do, the physical therapy that would help his rate of recovery.

Once it was finished, Mizuki stood up and moved behind Raiki, before beginning to push his wheelchair towards the door.

"Thank you doctor."

"Don't forget your next appointment."

"Hehe, trust me, we wont~"

Raiki said excitedly, before the pair left Jaku Hospital behind.

The doctors old eyes glanced between the two as they did leave, his lips curling upwards ever so slightly.

The next day, a young woman with long periwinkle coloured hair that twisted down her body and reached her knees happily skipped towards a house. The house itself was rather big, though she was always surprised that such a size was needed for only two people.

She went towards the door, and casually knocked.

The door soon opened, and revealed Mizuki stood there.

"Good day Mizuki-chan~"

"Oh, Nejire-chan. What are you doing here?"

"Don't you remember? I'm here to learn from a Pro!"

"Is that today…?"

Mizuki said with a perplexed expression, Nejire winked with a giggle.

"Yup, did you forget again Mizuki-chan~?"

"Hehe, I'd lose my own head if it wasn't attached to my body~ Please come in."

Nejire did just that, skipping inside, casually looking around.

"Say Mizuki-chan, wanna work on Super Moves today? I worked some with Ryukyu-chan, but since your Quirk is able to help me with my own, I thought it would be good if we did that~"

"If you want to dear. We can work on the output of your power, and make sure you can stay airborne while firing off accurately."

"Yes! I can't wait~!"

Nejire became excited, and clapped her hands together.

But then her face took a notable dip.

"My, where's Rai-kun huh~? I can't go a day without hugging him~"

"Raiki's still asleep...he should be getting up soon actually..."

"Ooh! Leave it to me! I'll wake him up with a cuddle~"

Nejire casually hopped up the stairs, Mizuki shrugged, and went to the kitchen.

When she got up the stairs, she looked down the long corridor. She hummed with her hands behind her back as she walked towards his bedroom door.

Upon arriving, she decided to knock, but received no reply.

"Rai-kun, it's time to wake up~"

Though she said it in a singsong voice, she didn't receive a reply.

So she opened the door while saying "I'm coming in~" and when she did go in, she saw him asleep on a King sized bed.

She looked around the room, seeing that he had left the TV on, and saw that he was watching some anime, something she found cute. She also saw the bedsheets were half covering his lower body, and exposed the top half.

She went towards the bed, bypassed the wheelchair, and sat on the bed.

"Rai-kun~ Your Mom wants you to come down stairs~"

He groaned, Nejire pouted.

She then began poking his face.

She did it twice, but all he did was casually brush his hand over his face, stopping the mild irritation.

Seeing that he wasn't getting up, she decided to climb on top of him, practically straddling him (even though she didn't see anything wrong with it) and pushed against his body.

"Come on, I wanna cuddle before I go~"

Giving him one final push, he groaned as he sat up.

However, his head ended up hitting her chest, fully alerting him to what was going on.

He looked up from her chest, and saw Nejire beaming down on him.

"Geez! W-What are you doing?!"

He blushed when he saw the positions they were in.

Nejire stuck out her tongue.

"You didn't wake up, so I had to come in~"

"Eh..." His embarrassed face pulled away from her chest, only for Nejire to hug him into said chest. "N-Nejire-san!"

"Ooh, don't worry~ It's just for us to have a good time, you know~?"

The young boy struggled to get out of her chest, but she didn't let go for over a minute or so.

When she did let go, she looked into his eyes deeply.

"You know, when you look at me like that, I can't help but think you've got such a cute face~"

Raiki chuckled awkwardly towards the bubbly young girl.

"S-So, are you with my Mom today? Or did you just come here for some...entertainment?"

"I'm with your Mom today~ But, I had to come in here you know? I know you can't get through the day without hugging me either. It is like our ritual now or something, right?"

"Ritual...huh..."

"Yup! Before I get to work, I have to have at least some cuddle time~" Nejire jumped off of the bed, and winked towards him. "The food smells good, I'm gonna head start you~"

Raiki sweat dropped as she rushed out of the room, but then came back in, and giggled sweetly. She didn't even say anything else, other than "See you there~" and simply ran off at top speeds down the stairs.

Shaking his head, Raiki managed to get out of bed, stretched his legs, but winced as he did so.

He pulled himself onto his wheelchair, and then rolled out of his room, while making sure he was decently dressed, knowing Nejire was down the stairs.

When he got down the stairs by using his Quirk to steady his chair down the stairs, he saw his Mother on the phone in the kitchen, while Nejire was eating some breakfast his Mother made for her.

"I see...alright, I'll come if it is urgent. Okay, I'll be there soon All Might. Don't worry, I'll be there."

Mizuki continued speaking on the phone while Nejire watched him come inside.

She grabbed a fork, and put some food onto it, before placing it to his lips.

"I can feed myself Nejire-san."

"Ooh, but it's alright~ Here, say "Aaah~" for me~"

Raiki appreciated her kindness, though seeing her feed him was slightly embarrassing.

He went along with it, and allowed her to do as she liked.

As they talked, Mizuki came off the phone, and turned towards her son.

"Something going on Mom?"

Mizuki turned towards him as she laid breakfast on the table.

"Just some Hero work that I've got to attend to. I'm going to have you taken to school-"

"I can get there fine, don't worry."

Mizuki let out a small breath.

"Alright, I'll have to go sweetheart. See you later~ Come on Nejire-chan, we've got to go."

Nejire nodded sharply, and brought the boys head to her chest once more, his face blushing as she did so.

"Wish me luck~"

"G-Good luck Nejire-san, be safe~"

"Ooh, I will be~"

Nejire broke away from him, and skipped to the door as Mizuki bent towards her son, and kissed him on the cheek before heading for the door.

"Remember, straight there, don't talk to strangers, and don't go anywhere near Villains."

"I know Mom!"

Mizuki gave an amused smile before leaving through the door together with Nejire, leaving the boy alone.

Once he was alone, he placed his head back, letting out a small breath.

"She really does worry quite a bit..." His eyes shifted to a family picture, and closed his eyes briefly, before shaking his head. "She must be really busy if she's letting me go on my own, she doesn't usually do that, not since...that happened..."

Shaking his head once more, he began eating his breakfast, before gathering his things, changing for school, and headed off by himself.

A few minutes later, Raiki casually rolled down the street, his water behind his wheels, quietly propelling him forward as a steady pace, going through the crowded streets, people stepping aside as he placed some earphones in and listened to some music.

Moving through the city, he increased the speed by using his water power, and zoomed through the city.

As he did though, he felt something was...off.

As if he was being watched.

He looked towards the right and left, but he didn't see anyone acting strange.

When reaching the bus stop, he saw the time and knew he had sometime so he took out an art book, and a pencil, beginning to draw something's.

However, while he was waiting, he happened to come across a young girl that had ash blonde hair, red eyes, and a mean look on her face.

When her eyes looked towards him, she would have been dismissive…

But she stopped, and stared at his face.

Her eyes lingered on his chest, his neck, before going back up to his face.

As she was, a young kid with his Mother was quietly crossing the road, when shooting down the street with a car, with a man behind the wheel, being chased by a Hero.

The speed the car was going was so fast that the Mother and child were taken by surprise.

"Mommy!"

The child's Mother hugged him, seeing that they'd not get out of the way in time.

"Look out!"

With no signs of slowing down, Raiki placed his hand on the ground, and summoned water, forming a wall between the two and the car, the sturdy wall stopped the car in place, before Raiki flicked his hand towards the car, sending the car back with his strong water, right into the arms of the Hero, who looked towards Raiki.

"Aah! Thanks young man!"

Raiki smiled as he took the Villain away.

The blonde looked astonished as the Mother and child went towards Raiki.

"T-Thank you...Thank you very much!"

The Mother bowed, but Raiki shook his head.

"Don't worry, it's fine~ You're okay?"

She nods strongly.

"Yes, thanks to you~"

The young child placed his hand on Raiki's wheelchair, and then poked his leg.

"Why are you in this?"

"Sho! Don't be rude!" The Mother scolded, then turned to Raiki who was smiling. "I'm so sorry..."

"Oh, no, don't worry~" Raiki turned to the boy, and breathed out of his mouth several bubbles that floated all around, catching the light and looked rather beautiful, even the blonde haired girl thought so. "Be a good boy for your Mom, okay?"

"Yes!"

The woman bowed once more.

"Thanks again."

"Please, it's alright~"

The woman smiled, and left with her son, while the blonde continued to look over.

Deciding to go over, she sat down beside him, and breathed out deeply, catching his attention.

"What you did that was...not bad." Raiki turned towards her. "The names Katsuki, what's yours?"

Raiki blinked, overlooking the girl and felt...something he wasn't getting.

"Raiki, that's my name."

Katsuki looked him up and down, before looking directly into his eyes.

"How strong are you?"

Raiki gave amused eyes, before he teased her playfully.

"Why? Are you going to attack me while in this state~? How cruel you are Katsuki-chan~"

Katsuki blinked rapidly as he chuckled.

"S-Shut up! I'm not going to attack you like that! I was only asking water boy!"

Raiki chortled at her reply.

"That's too bad, I've been itching to find a strong challenge."

Katsuki looked slightly surprised, but then smirked.

"A strong challenge huh? Why's that?"

"Because I'm aiming to become strong, so I need strong people to help me grow you know?"

"Is that so?"

"Damn straight~"

He replied with a strong smile.

"Go to school around here?"

She asked, Raiki shrugged.

"It's a bit of a distance from here."

Katsuki murmured "I see." before looking at his hair.

"Your hair, it's quite different."

"Yeah, it isn't dyed, a lot of people seem to think so, but it's natural~"

"Natural huh. I don't care what you look like, seeing you do that with that car so quickly was impressive."

Raiki gave an intrigued look as they began having a conversation about all sorts of things.

Usually, he didn't really talk to strangers that well, but in this instance...it just felt natural.

And he believed he understood why by how she was reacting to him.

As they talked, the bus pulled him, so Raiki pulled himself from the chair.

She watched his feet touch the ground, and he stood tall.

He winced while folding up his wheelchair, so it could fit on the bus, using his Water side Quirk to cause it to float in the air via a bubble surrounding it.

"See you later, Katsuki-chan~" He turned to walk onto the bus, but stopped, and turned back towards her. "Ooh yeah...thanks."

"For what?"

"People...consciously, or subconsciously...they see the chair, and think I'm incapable...that I'm some...weak, and helpless person. But, you never did. So, thanks."

Katsuki blinked before shrugging.

"Why would I think you're incapable? I don't go easy on anyone!"

"Hehe...that's good. I wouldn't want anyone to go easy on me, I'm always up for the challenge~"

Katsuki snorted, and watched as he got on the bus, albeit saw that he was continuing to wince.

Her hands went into her pockets, and she went to leave…

But she stopped herself as she looked towards him.

"Sometimes, I go to that cafe near Tatooin Station."

Raiki turned towards her.

"Is that so?"

"Yeah...usually on a Saturday."

Raiki, believing he understood what she was getting at, chuckled.

"Maybe we could see one another there~ I also...like going on Saturdays in the morning...maybe around nine..."

"Hmph...maybe."

Katsuki walked off, leaving behind a smiling Raiki who got on the bus.

Then it drove off, going by Katsuki who's eyes glued themselves to the bus, before looking down at herself, clutching something around her neck, and adopted a surprising smile, before she walked off.

Meanwhile, as that was going on, Mizuki, with Nejire, was hopping across buildings together with a blonde haired man, who had an incredible physique.

Soon they came to the area they needed to go.

"Oceana, I'll leave the civilians to you."

"Understood, give them hell." She replied to the muscular Hero, before looking to Nejire. "Watch this Nejire-chan, this will help with your studies."

"Ooh, okay~ Good luck Oceana-chan~"

Mizuki winked, and worked with her comrades.

Working in tandem as they raided a Villain's base that was also filled with innocents since the Villains were using the apartment complex as a cover so they'd be able to be kept incognito, though it didn't work.

The duo together took the place in one fell swoop.

Using her water to support the man, he delivered the heavy hitting attacks quickly, running through the complex, while Mizuki used her water Quirk to contain the damage around the man, and detain the Villains from escaping.

Nejire watched in awe at the sight of the duos team work, how they were able to fight so well together, the trust they had for one another, neither hesitated for a moment, almost as if they were reading one another's minds and knew instantly what the other needed or wanted at that moment when the time came.

Usually, it would take a good number of Hero's to accomplish this task, but for these two, they managed to take them down within a few minutes, taking down over twenty people that had some strong Quirks between them.

Once they had been taken down, the man turned to Mizuki with a strong smile.

"As always! Your support has been grand!"

"Hehe, not a problem All Might."

All Might showed his signature expression.

"Thank you for assisting! With your fine control over your Quirk, I thought it would be best in case we'd need your power to evacuate."

Mizuki waved her hand side to side.

"No, it isn't that much of a problem..."

"So, how's your son? We haven't had much time to catch up lately, so...has anything changed? Good, bad?"

"He's doing well yeah. Had a visit to the hospital yesterday, seems things are going well."

She replied in a nonchalant way.

"That's great! With his determined spirit, I'm sure he'll rise! In no time flat, he'll become a strong Hero just like you!"

Mizuki feigned a smile, shaking her head.

"If I had it my way, then he wouldn't become one at all."

All Might blinked in surprise as did Nejire who was quietly listening in.

"Huh? But Mizuki-chan, I wanna become the ultimate team together with my Rai-kun~"

Mizuki gave Nejire a strained smile, while All Might looked downright baffled.

"You...don't want him to become a Hero? But from what I know, he has amazing talent, and a good heart! Trademarks for being a Hero!"

"It isn't that I don't think it's a good profession...and it isn't like I believe he wouldn't be good at it...it's the opposite actually, I think with his kind demeanour, he would be a great one...I just don't want anything to happen to my son...not again."

All Might wore a complex expression on his face, believing he understood how deeply she felt.

Nejire looked on with a tilted head.

"I understand that, but still, I'm sure that you'll be able to see his talents shine! If you're worried about him..."

All Might tried to speak, something that Mizuki appreciated, but she cut him off with a sad sigh.

"I don't want another set back, he's worked so hard to get to this point. Maybe I'm just being overprotective...but, that's how I feel...I just...can't let anything happen to him. Though...he's so determined...he's doing his best...I'm proud of him...but I'm worried..."

All Might could understand that.

He knew of what she had been dealing with for a good long time.

Nejire, trying to cheer her mentor up, skipped forward.

"Don't worry, I'll stick by his side~ We'd be an awesome team together~"

All Might burst into a fit of laughter.

"There you go Mizuki! This girl shall be beside your son!"

"Ooh yes, All Might-chan, he's my cuddly friend~ He feels really good to hug, like he's half cooling beautiful water, and half jumpy electric, feels good to hug, you know? Whenever we hug, electricity passes between us, and when I kiss his cheek...it's like tasting pure spring water~"

All Might gave an amused look, while Mizuki gently patted her head.

"Come on you, it's time for us to train your Quirk..." As she spoke, a policeman came over, and explained a situation to them. "Some kind of sludge Villain in the area..."

"It seems that he's been attacking banks and has hurt a few civilians and the Hero's around don't have the right Quirk to deal with him, but they've lost track of him as well."

Mizuki nodded, but looked at All Might with some concern.

"All Might...you've been active for a little while now..."

Without drawing attention to it for Nejire, Mizuki showed some concern, concern that All Might waved off.

"Don't worry about me, I've got sometime yet. Lets split up and search, I'll take the east, you take west, then I'll take north, and you take south. If we can't find them, lets meet back here."

"Right, Nejire-chan, lets go!"

"Ooh yes! Lets do this!"

Nejire jumped at the chance, and shot off together with Mizuki.

Later on, Izuku walked down the street by himself, looking at the book that had a certain someone had grabbed.

"It's weird...Kacchan was...she looked happy, all day she seemed to be happy. She even ignored me when I spoke about being a Hero...she doesn't usually do that...I wonder why Kacchan...ehe, even if I asked, Kacchan wouldn't tell me..."

Izuku thought about it.

But ultimately, he didn't think he'd get anywhere about why she was feeling the way that she felt.

So he continued on.

Walking through the city, he made it to a certain overpass.

Without a concern, he began walking forward with his head held high.

Whatever made Katsuki happy, he was happy for her, and for himself since when she was happy, she acted...different, a good different.

However, today wasn't Izuku's day.

When he went into the darkness, he felt something was wrong.

Something that he didn't like.

He felt as if eyes were on him...and he was right.

He quickened his pace, so he'd be able to escape.

However, just before he could reach the tunnel, something pulled at his leg.

Gasping, he looked down and saw something there.

Some kind of fluid…

No, it was more thick than simple water.

It looked a dark green colour.

"My, walking right towards me without a care in the world. Hahaha, you are a child after all, aren't you?"

Izuku's eyes broadened with fear.

His body quaked as he was getting taken over by a certain Villain...

Raiki on the other hand was travelling by himself down the street, moving across the land on his wheelchair.

However, like he did in the morning, he felt as if something was watching him.

But he couldn't see anyone once more.

He became slowly convinced that he was being watched, but he didn't know who it was.

But when he pulled down what usually was a busy street…

It seemed quiet, almost eerily so.

Trying to dismiss that, he simply went down the street at his own pace.

Going down it, he felt a more ominous feeling.

However, before him, a blockade of sorts came out, and stopped him in his path.

He looked behind himself, and saw more people gathering. He saw about ten people all together, each having mean and disgusting looks on their faces.

Becoming more worried, Raiki went towards an alleyway to pull away, only to see a large fist coming down from above.

"No."

From his extending hand, a wall of water was formed from his palm. Gushing out, the water blocked the powerful fist going for them, the shockwave of the fist was enough to disturb the ground that was around them.

As he did, Raiki saw another man coming out from behind him, so he twirled the chair around, and saw the man with a wooden sword coming out of his hand.

Before it could touch him, Raiki thrust his water hand forward, and shot off a stream of it, the high pressurized water was enough to blast him out of the alleyway, and into an opposing building, leaving a human sized shape within the concrete wall.

He then saw a few more people come into the alleyway they were in.

"I don't know what you people want, but I wont go down so easily!"

One had gun like fingers, taking fire for Raiki who moved his foot, and slammed his foot down while wincing, causing a wall of water to appear, blocking off the bullets being fired, while a man with laser eyes shot up, and tried to attack from above the water dome.

But as he did, Raiki blew out of his mouth bubbles that went into the man's eyes, and he let out a small cry as they did so.

"Have this!"

Because his eyes were stinging for a few moments, he lost his balance, so Raiki moved his foot across the ground, and shot off a strong pressure of water like a small wave, catching both him, and the gun hand user up in the attack, blasting them backwards, knocking them out.

"What the hell…?"

"I thought this kid was supposed to be easy!"

"He's in a wheelchair, yet he's handing our asses to us!"

Raiki blinked, as he pulled the chair back.

"Wow, you guys really are assholes, you shouldn't ever underestimate anyone by appearance alone."

Raiki looked back, seeing the giant Villain readying another attack, so he twirled around, and gathered water below his foot on the ground. Summoning more and more water.

"What are you going to do with the water kid? Nice parlour trick."

"Parlour trick? I'll show you a trick alright." With the water growing in size and strength, to the point the water became the size of a house, the Villain became panicked as Raiki gave a strong serious look. "Tidal Wave."

While not to the strength of his Mother, the wave of water came crashing against the Villain. The sheer volume of the attack, along with the size of it, caused the giant Villain to be blown away by such a force.

He tried to fight it, but his giant body came slamming down into the ground, Raiki let out a small breath as his body felt the pain of being strained.

"Just a little pain...nothing I can't handle..."

He thought to himself, only for Raiki to feel arms wrapping around his body, biding his arms from moving. The man's arms moved like rubber, and stretched, with him being a few feet away, dragging Raiki back towards him, off his wheelchair.

His eyes went back, seeing the man licking his lips.

One of his hands began to light up with electricity…

When Raiki paused.

His hand went down to the hand, and felt his heart beat increasing.

Sweat glistened his face, and his eyes struggled to stay open.

He had a look of...almost panic on his face as he stared at the hand.

Flashes of images ran through his mind.

Images that he didn't want to remember, things he wasn't ready to face again.

Painful memories...

However, suddenly a knife stabbed into the man's arms, the pain of the blow was more than enough for him to drop Raiki onto the ground.

"W-What…?"

He couldn't believe it.

Was someone helping him?

When he looked around, he couldn't see anyone.

But he didn't waste the time either, and pushed his water powers more, forcing it to appear behind the wheelchair, and then with a wave flowing towards him, pushed the chair to his side, where he grabbed it, and with one swing of his body, his butt landed on the seat, exhaling out of his mouth slowly.

His eyes shifted to see the attackers…

But they were all on the ground, unconscious. He saw that there was some blood on the ground, his eyes turned wide.

"What the..."

"It's best if you leave, now."

Raiki gasped, and whizzed around.

His eyes went left, right, up, but couldn't see anyone.

The voice, he couldn't even tell if it was a man or woman.

He used his Water to shoot out of the alleyway, and looked up and down the street.

But nothing was there.

Suddenly, a knife came shooting down towards him, so he pulled away, and turned his hand towards the area he was attacked.

Once more, nothing was there.

Quickly turning, he pushed his water to his wheelchair, and used it like a jet to shoot off down the street, as a mysterious figure watches on, brandishing a knife between their fingers.

When he got to a safe area, with an overpass and two grassy patches on the left and right hand side of the road, he took out his phone, and went to call the police when he heard panicked cries.

He looked around, but couldn't see anything.

He didn't make a noise, and simply rolled out, continuing to look around.

Like before, he didn't see anything.

But then he heard a crashing sound, his eyes shot for it, and within the darkness of the overpass, he saw something moving.

Becoming worried for the person, he rolled over towards them.

What he saw, surprised him.

The same boy he saw the previous day, being held within some kind of sludge body, and looked to be suffocating.

"Hey!" Raiki yelled, and moved closer. "Let that boy down, right now!"

Yelling towards the sludge Villain, he simply looked at the boy, seeing his condition, and began laughing.

"What are you going to do?! Roll me over?! Hahahahaha! Get out of here you little shit!"

Raiki's eyebrow twitched.

"Roll over huh…?"

"Aaah, do you think you can be a Hero? You can't even move! So what are you going to do to me huh!?"

Taunting Raiki, he tilted his neck with a scary expression on his face.

Even the sludge Villain noticed the change in tone as Raiki moved closer.

Without uttering a word, Raiki pushed his hands against the arm rests of his wheelchair, and stood up.

The sludge Villain blinked as the boy, Izuku, looked desperately towards Raiki.

Standing on shaky legs, Raiki's eyes met with the sludge Villains, then he looked towards Izuku who began to cry, possibly due to the pain he was in, Raiki offered a kind smile, before placing his hand towards his mouth.

The simple action of blowing, created a bubble.

The Villain looked amused and laughed as the bubble made its way to Izuku's face.

"What cheap Quirk is this? Ah, I get it, a weak Quirk for a weak legged bastard! You're shaking right now, aren't you?!"

The sludge Villain baited, but then saw the bubble touch Izuku's face.

As it did, it grew in size, and spread across Izuku's body.

"W-What the..."

"You shouldn't judge a book by its cover."

Shock came over the Villain, who went to attack as the bubble wrapped around Izuku, when Raiki stamped his foot onto the ground, and unleashed a powerful torrent of water, in one strong burst, washed the Villain's body away.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!"

"You're not escaping that easily!"

Raiki, while Izuku floated unconsciously in the bubble, moved his hand, which controlled the water to a limited degree. While not the same level as his Mother, he could control the flow of the water, which dragged the sludge Villain into it.

Twisting his hand over and over, the water twisted like a localized vortex.

The sludge Villain went round and round, his form splitting apart with the rapidly moving water.

Thanks to his body being akin to sludge, it was easier for Raiki to use his Quirk like this.

"S-STOP THIS RIGHT NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW!"

"This will teach you not to attack innocent people!"

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!"

The sludge Villain tried to escape, but because of the fast spinning water, he couldn't get out of it. His body wasn't able to form correctly due to the fast spinning water, it hadn't ever happened to him before.

He was caught in the vortex of water for half a minute, before his eyes swam in the back of his head, so Raiki blew out of his mouth once more, and summoned a bubble which shot for the Villain, and wrapped around him, containing the sludge in a messed up form.

The bubble that housed Izuku came towards Raiki, who popped it, and dropped the young boy into Raiki's arms, as he fell back onto the wheelchair, looking pale as he did so, and moved the chair to the sunlight.

Placing Izuku on the grass, Raiki got beside him, and placed his fingers to Izuku's neck.

"...Good, there's a pulse..." He murmured, and checked Izuku's body for wounds or anything that could be dangerous. "He seems alright to me...the shock of it must have caused him to fall unconscious...that's a relief it only was shock, it could've been much worse than that..." He lightly tapped Izuku's face several times. "Hey, it's time to wake up...eh...Midoriya-kun! Come on now, get up..."

Seeing that Izuku wasn't waking up, Raiki placed his hand above his face, and allowed some water to fall down onto his face, splashing him which jolted Izuku up.

"Waaaah!"

"It's okay!" Raiki relieved Izuku, the boys eyes going towards Raiki. "You're safe now, the Villain can't hurt you. He's…tied up for the moment."

Izuku blinked, and looked around.

He saw the Villain floating around in a semi conscious form within a bubble.

He blinked, before looking towards Raiki.

"Y...You saved me..."

"Are you alright? Do you feel sick or anything?"

Izuku looked over himself, before shaking his head.

"Erm...no, I feel fine...I just feel kinda stupid though..."

Raiki tilted his head.

"Why's that? What he tried to do to you wasn't your fault or anything, the Villain is at fault here."

Izuku chuckled awkwardly.

"Y-Yeah...I know...but, I had to be saved...I'm sorry, I didn't mean to put you in danger either..."

"It isn't a problem, it isn't like I could simply leave you there, is it?"

Izuku tilted his neck, as Raiki smiled towards him.

Then Izuku's face paled.

"W-Wait! Y-You're Oceana's son, r-right!?"

"Right~ Nice seeing you again, didn't think it would be like this."

Izuku scratched the back of his head sheepishly.

"Y-Yeah...no kidding~ Say...how come you're here?"

"Well...I was being attacked as well..."

"Y-You where?!"

Izuku was shocked, and wondered who'd want to attack Raiki and why. To him, while having limited contact, seemed like a nice guy, so he didn't see why he'd be attacked, unless it was a situation similar to himself.

"Yeah, I defeated a few of them, and then was kinda chased away by someone who threw a knife at me..." The way he said was so nonchalant that Izuku was baffled by it. "...then I happened to come this way, that's all. It was the quickest way to escape."

"Lucky for me...ooh, I'm sorry! I didn't thank you!"

"Please, it's alright, you don't have to thank me for doing something that any decent person would do."

"No...it takes a lot of courage to do that. That sludge guy was really scary..."

The sludge Villain gave dangerous eyes to the duo, as he became somewhat more aware of his surroundings.

"When I get out of this bubble, I'm going to kill you! I'll rip you apart like the little shits you are! Especially you wheelchair boy! I'll make sure all of you doesn't work, not just your legs!"

An irritated brow raised for Raiki, before his eyes landed on the sludge Villain.

"I will fill that bubble with water if you don't be quiet!"

The sludge Villain flinched, all of the confidence seemingly disappearing and he lowered his eyes while shaking.

Shaking his head, Raiki looked back to Izuku.

"Don't listen to that guy, he's too messed up to get out of that. I'm gonna call the police now so he can be taken away."

"Y-Yeah, that's a good idea."

Raiki went to take out his phone when he saw something in the sky.

Along with a loud booming noise.

"Is it a bird?"

Izuku whispered, Raiki gained a slight smile.

"No, it's a plane~"

Raiki laughed, as the figure came shooting down, landing before them.

"It's All Might!"

Izuku happily cried out, while the Hero himself looked towards the boys.

"Young citizens! You wouldn't have happened to have noticed a Villain that has a body like sludge, would you!?"

Raiki, seeing Izuku letting out happy noises and wasn't able to answer properly, pointed behind All Might.

The Hero blinked, and looked to see the Villain floating in a bubble, surprising All Might.

"When I get out of this bubble kid, I'm going to slaughter you! I'll destroy everything you've ever loved for doing this to me!" Raiki held up his hand with water leaking off of it with a strong look, igniting fear within the sludge Villain who lost all of the bravado he had beforehand. "KIDDING! JUST KIDDING! DON'T DROWN ME! C-CAN'T YOU TAKE A JOKE?! PLEASE!"

All Might raised a brow as Raiki lowered his hand, the sludge Villain breathed out sharply through his nose.

"Ooh my! So the Villain has already been captured!" All Might looked back to the boys, focusing in on Raiki, and gasped. "Y-You're...Young Raiki!"

"Hey All Might~ How are you doing?"

"Not bad, not bad at all my young friend! So, you captured the Villain?"

"He was...I guess trying to do something with Midoriya-kun here...not really sure what...like kill him or possess him...it looked to be either of them...either way, he's been captured now...ooh yes, I also got attacked by a bunch of Villain's, a fair distance from here..."

Raiki recalled, and gave All Might the information who quickly informed some Hero's in the area, while he dealt with the sludge Villain.

"It seems like you've had quite the day! It's a good thing you're both safe and sound!" He began as he pulled out two bottles, and poured the sludge into them. "With him within these bottles, I'll take this one in, and make sure he can't hurt anyone again!"

"That would be good, thanks All Might~"

While he was having a casual conversation with All Might, Izuku just kept making happy noises.

They didn't sound like words at all.

"No, no! You did well all on your own! And your friend..." All Might looked towards Izuku. "...i-is he alright?"

"I think he's having a fangasm right now~"

All Might gave an amused look, placing a hand to his mouth, and tried to not laugh.

"I-Is that so?!"

"Think so...he seems to be..."

Izuku continued looking at All Might with starry eyes.

Raiki poked his cheek.

"Midoriya-kun, maybe right now would be a good chance to...maybe get some autograph from All Might?"

"Y-Yeah! P-Please All Might, would you..."

"Consider it done my young friend!"

All Might took a book from Izuku, and signed it, then did the same thing for Raiki who held out his own book.

Once he had done that, All Might looked down to his side, and felt a tinge of pain going through his body.

"Well, with that out of the way, can you boys find your way home?"

"Ooh yes, we'll be fine, right Midoriya-kun?"

Izuku nodded, but he had something on his mind.

"Y-Yeah...b-but All Might...erm...eh...yeah...erm...c-can I ask..."

All Might felt his time limit shortening, knowing he'd have to leave immediately, and did a signature smile, along with a flick of his fingers towards the boys in a saluting like manner.

"I'm sorry, I wish I could stay, but this cannot wait!" All Might placed the sludge Villain's bottles into his baggy pants pockets, before making a movement with his body. "Thank you again young citizens!"

All Might went to move as Izuku reached out his hand, attempting to stop him.

Raiki could see how it could go, so he tried to stop Izuku since All Might seemed to be more in a rush and didn't seem to be paying all that much attention.

However, as he did, All Might shot into the air, as Izuku's hand grabbed his pants, Raiki was dragged along for the ride, he didn't forget to grab his wheelchair in the process.

All Might, high in the air, suddenly heard an "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" sound, so he looked down, and saw Izuku, who was screaming, desperately clinging to his legs and pulled at the pockets at the same time, along with Raiki who held onto Izuku's shirt casually smiling towards him.

"W-WHAT ARE YOU TWO DOING!?"

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! I'M SORRY ALL MIGHT!"

"I kinda got caught up in this...so yeah...if you want to find a nice place to put me down, that would be good."

While Izuku was screaming, Raiki seemed rather relaxed, something All Might had to give him credit for.

Raiki then thrust his hand back, and shot off a stream of water, which gave a small propulsion boost and allowed him to twirl in the air, landing on All Might's back, wheelchair in hand, as he wrapped his legs around All Might's torso despite the pain it gave, folding up the wheelchair to make it be carried easily.

Raiki then turned and offered Izuku his hand, who's mouth was wide and flapping in the intense wind.

"Midoriya-kun! Grab hold, alright?"

"O-OKAY! P-PROMISE NOT TO DROP ME?!"

"Hehe, I promise~ Now grab my hand, I'll pull you to safety!"

Izuku desperately reached out, allowing Raiki to grab his hand, and pulled him up so he was sitting before Raiki.

"O-Oh...t-thank you Raiki-kun…."

"Ooh no, it's fine~ Now we can see the entire city...there's a lot of beauty to it, you know?"

Izuku looked down, and grimaced, before wrapping his arms around All Might's neck.

All Might cringed, not noticing the Villain falling down to the ground from his pockets, and thought about Mizuki.

"I'm going to transform back...I can't hold this form any longer...if Mizuki-chan's son gets involved anymore, and becomes hurt because of this...ooh God, she's going to actually kill me...never mind having One For All...if anything happens to her son, I'm a goner...ooh God, what am I supposed to do now…? Mizuki-chan I'm so sorry..."

All Might panicked, and looked back.

Unlike Izuku who was panicking, Raiki let out a "This is really cool~!" at the speeds they were going.

All Might mentally cried, not sure what he was going to do now.

All he could do...was hope for the best.

End chapter!

So, this is the story that won the poll! Half Water, Half Electricity Quirk! He seems to have also been in some kind of incident, why he was wheelchair bound, for the most part. While he can use his legs, it's difficult right now, but as the chapters go, his body will grow stronger, as said in the chapter when he visited a doctor. Why he seems stressed to using his electric side will be explore and what happened with his Father, though I will say it isn't due to him hating his electric side or his Father or anything like that, it's for another reason that ties in with his backstory.

The person that helped him, all I can say about that, it isn't his Father who saved him, and is a character from the canon series, and the Villains attack itself towards Raiki, wasn't random, is all I can say without spoiling.

Also the scene with female Katsuki, why she wasn't being as...Katsuki like when it came to him, though will be with others, will make sense down the line, and will play into some plot stuff later on.

And as shown on the poll, this is a harem story. Right now, the only ones in the harem are Nejire, Camie and female Katsuki, with some I'm also considering, and as always, suggestions welcome!

Well, until next time, thanks for reading!
