Hi guys welcome a to new fic. As the title says, this is a reading version of my favorite story on this site. There is already one of them out there but the author hasn't updated the story for more than a year so with the permission of Master Attlon I've decided to make one.
A reviewer pointed out a lot of stuff out to me on the previous version of this and I went back to read it and realized that he was right. I decided to delete it and start from the beginning again and take a different approach.

The entirety of Fairy Tail was in a joyous mood. After defeating their rival guild Phantom Lord who attacked them and caused a war. They came out victorious and everyone was happily celebrating because of the recent events. Natsu's team was in high spirits after coming back safely from the tower of heaven and were glad they didn't lose a family member. As usual everyone was drinking along with the usual brawl that took place in the famous guild. Lucy was talking to Levy. Elfman was giving one of his manly speeches. Jet and Droy were arguing about who was better for Levy. Gajeel was minding his own business off to the side.
Mira was handing out drinks for everyone while ignoring Macao and Wakaba trying to get her attention. The guild Master had a grin on his face seeing his family being happy as he drank at the bar.
Natsu and Gray were at each other's throats and threatening each other as usual While Juvia was cheering loudly for her Gray-Sama. Normally this would have been prevented by a certain redhaired knight. But she was currently sitting at a table deep in thought not being bothered by the brawl and noise in the background.
The Titania was thinking about the recent dreams she has been having. In her dreams she sees a tall blonde-haired person that she doesn't recognize 'He's been in my dreams for the third time now' she thought looking down at her cake that she would usually devour. She did not know what to make of her dreams. Was someone trying to warn her of something or was it just a normal dream. Her thoughts came to a halt when a bright light consumed not only her but everyone who was currently in the guild.
"What's happening" exclaimed most of the guild not knowing what was happening to them. They closed their eyes not being able to handle the brightness any longer. Once the light died down the guild was empty and they were nowhere to be seen.
Naruto Uzumaki slowly opened his eyes and sat up groggily. He wiped his eyes with his right hand before blinking and slowly looking at the bandaged hand. 'Oh' he realized the procedure must have been done and his new arm was finally attached.
He had lost his arm during the fight against his brother in all but blood who he had to knock some sense into after the war was done. Looking up he saw the brown eyes of Tsunade looking at him expectantly.
"Baa-chan" he smiled widely getting up from the bed while Tsunade gained a tick mark on her head hearing the usual nickname coming from the blonde-haired ninja. Sighing she decided to let it go knowing he wouldn't stop no matter what she said.
"Naruto, I have to see if your new arm is working properly" she started getting his attention "Try to channel some chakra and use a jutsu using your new arm" she explained getting the blonde to nod his head eagerly.
Naruto grinned and put his hands into his favorite hand sign. The hand sign for the shadow clone Jutsu "Kage bunsh-" unfortunately he wasn't able to finish because he was engulfed in the same light as the fairy members along with Tsunade.
The fairy members opened their eyes to see that they were in a different place. Looking around the room was completely black along couches everywhere with a huge screen in front of the seats. They were confused but on guard looking around for any potential enemies before their attention was taken when another bright light filled the room. They saw 2 people come out of it who where both blonde and they seemed to be in some sort of argument.
"Naruto you idiot what did you do"
"Ah cmon baa-chan I swear I didn't do anything"
"I told you to just use a normal jutsu, not transport us anywhere"
"ahhh stupid old hag"
His whining stopped when Tsunade decked him in the face and sent him flying away right into the direction of a certain redhaired knight who stepped aside to dodge the flying ninja.
Naruto groaned standing up coming face to face with Erza. His eyes widened a bit seeing the beautiful redhead staring at him curiously.
"Whoa you're really beautiful! Especially your hair" Naruto said the first words that came into his minds without realizing the consequences his words might have. Meanwhile Tsunade finally took notice of the other people with them and narrowed her eyes in suspicion.
The guild hearing the whiskered boy say that to the famous Titania prayed for the poor boy. They expected Erza to lash out at him but they were surprised to see a tiny blush on Erza's face. Absolutely shocked by the surprising turn of events they couldn't do anything but just watch on.
"umm" Erza said not sure how to respond. Sure, she got compliments like that a lot but it was mostly from people who wanted to get into her pants. Usually she would pummel everyone who said stuff like that to her but seeing this new person say that with such a genuine tone she couldn't help but feel flattered. Getting rid of her small blush she smiled a bit at him "Thank you."
The others gawked at scene in front of them. They couldn't believe their eyes. Seeing their usually stern family member not handing out a beating to someone who said something like that to her was something completely new to them. Macao and Wakaba grumbled about pretty boys while Makarov just chuckled fondly.
Naruto grinned back at her and gave her a thumbs up before he looked around to see where he was "Huh where the hell are we?" he asked but no one could answer him seeing as they themselves didn't know what this place was.
"Don't worry this place isn't dangerous at all" a voice called out gathering their attention. They looked around but didn't find anyone before they heard it again "You were called here to read about an alternate universe where Naruto Uzumaki ended up in the Fiore. You all will be reading about the future that will take place in that universe."
The guild was confused about the situation. Another universe? And this Naruto person who was he. They didn't know but were eager to find out about the future and this other dimension. Although Erza had a sneaking suspicion that the blonde person who complimented her was this Naruto person.
"Yo I'm Naruto Uzumaki" Naruto introduced himself with a wide smile not feeling any negative intent coming off from the people "And this is Tsunade-baachan" he said gesturing towards his fellow blonde who sighed at Naruto's antics.
Natsu liking the new guy's attitude and feeling the amazing power rolling off of him walked forwards and introduced himself "I'm Natsu Dragneel nice to meetcha" he said sending them a grin. Naruto grinned back at him while Tsunade smiled a bit seeing his attitude being the same as Naruto's.
The others decided to follow their guildmembers example and introduced themselves.
"So, who is reading first" asked Tsunade sitting next to Naruto who was in conversation with Natsu and Happy.
A blue haired girl eagerly raised her hand "I'll do it" said Levy taking the book in her hands opening the book she cleared her throat as the others stopped their conversation to pay attention.
Chapter 1: Demon Child Origins
########Hunter########
"Demon child?" asked Lucy a bit unnerved by the title of the first chapter.
"I don't know what they mean by that" Makarov frowned. He had a bad feeling about this. Meanwhile Tsunade took a glance at Naruto to see his reaction but he merely stayed silent. This wasn't seen by anyone of the guild except for the Master whose frown deepened upon seeing the interaction between the two blonds.
*Drip*Drip*Drip*
That was the sound he had grown accustomed to. The only constant thing in his short life that never changed.
Every day, coming back to this small, damp cell. After every mission or session the masked men took him to, if those were even a good enough cover-up to give them.
"What" shouted Tsunade in rage seeing a child Naruto like that. She looked towards her surrogate grandson who was frowning "Naruto tell me that this didn't happen to you" she demanded in worry. Thankfully her worries were squashed as he shook his head.
"No this did not happen to me at all"
"But you're the same person as in the book" Gray said looking towards the blonde ninja.
"I know but my childhood was different than the me in the book" he answered them not wanting to talk about his lonely childhood.
He had only been alive for three years. Naturally, his mind was not fully developed yet and he only remembered bits and pieces.
And it was a living hell.
"umm Naruto-san" said Lucy said gaining his attention.
"Yes?"
"Is stuff like this normal where you come from?" she asked.
Naruto looked down sadly silently answering her question. The guild frowned hearing that stuff like this was normal in their home. As much as Naruto wanted to say that this wasn't the case he couldn't. He had experienced it after all and vowed to change so it wouldn't happen again.
Whenever he was out of his cell, he knew that it was time for another 'mission'. Thrown out with some strange other men on the small field, clad in only stain covered rags, he knew what happened next like a ritual. He would feel a strange, horrible pain pierce throughout his whole body, causing him to scream; hoping that it would stop soon after. Then a burning sensation would move through his body, increasing the pain a dozen times more. And then, it all went black.
When he would wake up, he would already be back in his cell. But there were new rips and stains on his clothes from what he had done on those 'missions'. What did the masked men call this stuff again? Blood?
Every time he awoke his body was in agony and there were new wounds all over him. But after a few moments, they would vanish from sight. What made them leave? Do even his wounds run away from him? He must not be liked very much because all the masked men yell at him when he doesn't respond to their words.
A growl stopped Levy from reading. Looking up from the book to where the sound came from, she saw Tsunade who had her fist clenched.
"Of course, it's that bastard!" she snarled while the guild looked at her curiously.
"So, who is doing all of this do Naruto?" asked Mira with a sad tone not liking what was happening.
"Danzo" answered Naruto with a scowl on his face "He's a power-hungry person who fortunately no longer can do any of this" he answered. The guild was happy to hear he couldn't do anything like this.
"And who are those masked men?"
Tsunade didn't want to give out information about her village away like but realized that the book will just reveal it to them. So, she just took a deep sigh and started explaining "Danzo commanded a small army of his own personal assassins who did everything he wanted them to do. By taking children of young age he forces them into a training schedule that results in them not showing emotions and abiding his rules without questions" she finished.
The guild was absolutely repulsed by what they were hearing. Kidnapping children and making them weapons. Erza's mind wandered off to the Zeref worshippers who would kidnap not only children but anyone who could work and would enslave them to work on the R-System. But Root even took that to another level by taking away their emotions and turning them into weapons.
Even though he was locked away in this cell, he had still gained some knowledge. He would repeat the words and sentences that the men he met would say to him. Like 'Fuck' or 'Shit', or 'P-Please god. No'.
And if he was hungry, then men would bring him food and place it on the floor in front of him. But he had to get it fast or else the rats would take it or the water would ruin it. And when he was thirsty, he would either drink the water that dripped from the ceiling or the glass the men would give him.
"How can you even survive with that little food" shouted Natsu while the rest guild of the nodded their heads agreeing with the pink haired mage.
"I can survive without food for a lot longer than a normal human because of a friend of mine" he said while Kurama who had yet to comment on anything opened one of his eyes to see what was going on.
"Who is this manly friend" shouted Elfman in complete awe thinking about the manliness of this friend of Naruto's to be able to do this.
Naruto laughed seeing Elfman's quirks. It reminded him of Rock Lee and Guy with their 'Youth' while Elfman would use 'man' "The book will probably show you guys" he said pointing at the book in Levy's hands.
"Aww" whined Natsu "But I want to know already" he continued annoying Gray with his impatience.
"If you shut up then we can read further you idiot"
"Say that again, I dare you"
"Idiot"
"Why you-" their argument came to a stop when Erza moved towards them and cracked their heads against each other knocking them to the floor. Naruto laughed nervously seeing the way she handled them and was reminded of how Sakura would punch him when he did something stupid and thus, he vowed not to piss of the beautiful redhead too much. Meanwhile the guild sweat dropped seeing the normal scene play out. Levy shook her head in amusement before going back to reading.
He would lay on the floor, not reacting, not moving to anything that passed by his cell. The shadows of the men would roll over him as they walked by, illuminated by the small torches on the walls and mutter about how he would be used for another mission.
His cell door opened up and two masked men in grey armor and metal arm-guards picked him up. They grabbed under his arms and dragged him along.
"Danzō-sama told us to bring the demon for another execution." The man on his right stated to his counterpart.
"They're using you to do their dirty work" shouted Natsu with wide eyes. Killing was something that wasn't allowed in his home at Fairy Tail and to see a child be forced to kill absolutely angered him.
Tsunade frowned. She never did like sending children out to do stuff like this. It's how she lost her little brother, all because the leaders didn't want to stop fighting and caused children to become orphans "Unfortunately in our world children are often trained from a young age to fight and are sent to war to help along" she finished with a tired sigh.
"But that's not right" Natsu continued shouting "It's ruining their life."
Tsunade did not even flinch at his outburst merely staying calm. She sighed before beginning "This is how the Elemental Nations worked but thanks to a certain someone all of the world has finally decided to give peace a try" she said sending Naruto a smile who grinned back. The guild was surprised to hear that. They assumed that it would have taken a lot to fix their views but to see only one person change that surprised them. They looked at the blonde in a new light especially Makarov.
"But it is just another captured Jōnin, right? We can handle things like this ourselves. We don't need to bring this thing out every time we find one of them. Why does Danzō-sama always use the monster to kill those we capture?" The left man questioned, voicing his curiosity.
"He wants to use as many opportunities as he can find to control this thing better. And he said that he 'doesn't want any evidence of struggle' to ruin our base." As they came closer to a locked door, they left him standing there on his feet. And like a mirage, they suddenly disappeared in a rain of leaves.
Monster, demon, that thing, and it. That was what they called him whenever he was brought to this door or left outside. But despite all those names, that wasn't what he was called. What was he really called again? That man with the wrapped face said it sometimes?
"Why are they calling you that" asked Mira remembering some memories of her being called names for her takeover magic. Elfman hearing his sisters tone took her hand in his to give her some support.
Naruto looked down for a second before he looked up and smiled sadly at them "I'm the jinchuriki of Kurama, Kurama is tailed beast with a lot of power who was controlled during the day I was born and attacked the village. He is also the friend I was talking about. He was sealed inside of me when I was born" he started getting them to widen their eyes "Jinchurikis are treated less than humans because the people fear the power Kurama has and think that the jinchuriki-"
"Is Kurama itself" finished Erza while Naruto nodded his head in confirmation "Then they are not smart to think that you would be Kurama" she said sending him a smile while Naruto was surprised for a second at how quickly she accepted him. Getting out of his stupor he sent her a big brin nodding his head in gratitude towards the redhead. The guild was quick to follow her example and voice out their opinion. While Tsunade smiled seeing Naruto get accepted so fast.
Oh, right. Naruto. Naruto Uzumaki was his real name.
His name, his life and his loneliness was all that he had. This red stuff, the rats, and the men in masks were all that he knew. That, and the water that dripped from the walls.
'Drip, drip, drip'.

A tall man stood with a cane in his hand, one arm wrapped with bandages while the other was free from its sleeve. He was wearing a black and grey robe that covered his right arm and went down to his feet. The right side of his face was covered in bandages that wrapped around his forehead. And on his wrinkled chin was an X-shaped scar.
"Who the hell is this mummy" Natsu grumbled scratching his head. Happy jumped in the air raising his paw.
"Natsu he's not a mummy because his skin is visible" Happy said in a sagely tone making Natsu eyes widen. He nodded his head in complete understanding as they continued with their talk. The guild ignored the two idiots looking towards the other guests.
"Natsu's right though" said Lucy "Who is this man?" she asked
"That is Danzo…"
Naruto did not need to say anything else as their eyes widened before they scowled at the image.
He stood on a leveled stand which circled over a small training field they had in Root. Covered in uprooted dirt and grass with two doors on adjacent walls facing each other. It was used for the new recruits and trainees to test their abilities in ninjutsu, taijutsu, and genjutsu. It was leveled so that the more experienced ninja and elders could look down and see the new recruits' efforts.
But lately, over the last year, it had not been used to train the new recruits. Alternatively, they were brought out into the woods or trained out there in the battlefield. Instead, this place was used to gain any last minute information captured spies had before they were silenced. In his experience, people in their last moments tend to reveal everything they could to survive.
Lately, more and more foreign ninja had appeared in the village. Some would sneak in from Kumogakure, and others would come from Kirigakure. He had found no evidence of insurgents from Sunagakure, yet. They had to have all their forces in the village, lest their Jinchūriki lost his temper and start a massacre.
"Wait a second" Gray interrupted Levy as all eyes were on him "What's up with his arm and the bandages and why is no one helping you get out of that hell?!" he finished looking at Naruto and Tsunade.
Naruto grimaced as he remembered what Danzo had underneath his bandages and on his arm after Sasuke explained everything to him about Danzo "You don't want to know why is like that" he said and his expression turned into a confused one after that "And I don't know why anyone isn't helping me" he said.
'Where is Sandaime-jiji or Kakashi-Sensei? Did my parents die there too' he though confused as to why he was even in this situation?
It had appeared that each hidden village was sending a team of ninja to infiltrate the land. It had started when the Fourth Mizukage sent a team to check for weak points in the security of the village. There was something wrong with that boy. He was the Jinchūriki of the Sanbi, and lately he was holding the state of the village like it was a yo-yo. Sending that crazed shark man to kill his own team so that there was no evidence of their work to be found. That was the last resort in a situation like that, especially when the whole team was still capable of fighting. It was unsettling, like the decisions he was making were not his own.
Then a team from Kumogakure was sent to charge and attack any ninja they could find. Of course, lighting village ninja were never very subtle. They always preferred to attack rather than to sneak. Perhaps they were only ninja because of the ninjutsu they practiced. The only times he remembered Kumogakure sneaking around was the Hyūga incident only a few weeks ago, and the incident with the Jinchūriki girl almost twenty years earlier. These were both attempts to increase their military and strategic abilities for the better. It wasn't enough that they had a Raikage that could take down armies. Or the most attuned Jinchūriki out of all the Elemental Nations.
And now Iwagakure was joining in the fray. Sending a team for reconnaissance on the noble families and the Jinchūriki. Danzō never understood the methods of Ōnoki. He would always watch the chaos from the outside, never directly joining the battle. He just let his men do their job and never interfered. Which he should have, with the growing rumors of a blond youngster blowing up buildings for the hell of it. Always using explosive clay and yelling out 'Katsu'. He would never allow the people of Konoha to revolt or betray him like that.
And he had a great plan for any ninja or civilian that was against him. He had taken the Jinchūriki boy into his ranks and made him a weapon. Due to the boy being no more than a toddler, he couldn't expect any conscious contact or agreement with the fox demon, so the members of Roots' research team came up with a solution. The discovery that the demon's chakra activates when the boy experiences pain. If they could make a seal that caused agonizing pain to go through the boy's body and control him through that pain, they had a walking weapon in their hands.
It took a few tries to get the fox's chakra moving, but when the boy was covered in the vile energy, it proved to work. The first time the cloak appeared, the boy dove at his controller through pure instinct. Danzō only raised his fingers in a seal and the boy stopped, a bloodcurdling scream of pain from his throat. When he did, a kanji appeared on his stomach at the center of the seal. The boy would not attack anyone Danzō did not see fit to kill. And when he was done, he would lower his hand and the boy would stop. The chakra would dissipate and then he would fall unconscious. It was useful to tie up loose ends when you were tired of doing the work.
"How can he just raise his finger and control you" Cana asked with visible confusion on her face.
Naruto scowled hearing how Danzo was controlling him "That bastard is doing it with through using Fūinjutsu."
"Fūinjutsu?"
"umm it's…" Naruto started putting on a thinking face. He was never good at explaining stuff. Tsunade seeing Naruto struggle chuckled fondly and decided to help him.
"Fūinjutsu is a type of jutsu that seals objects, living beins, chakra and a lot more. But it can also be used to restrict movement or unseal objects either from within something or someone" She said crossing her arms making her breasts look bigger attracting Macao's, Wakaba's and Makarov's attention "Kurama was sealed inside Naruto with Fūinjutsu."
The guild slowly nodded their heads in understanding save for one person.
"I don't get it" Natsu said scratching his head confused. The guild face faulted at that as they just ignored him making him scowl and get annoyed.
An Anbu ninja appeared behind Danzō, kneeling before his master. "Danzō-sama, they are both ready. Should we release them?" The masked ninja asked his leader.
'Ah, speaking of tying up loose ends.'
########Hunter########
"Yes, let the Iwa-Ninja out first and keep Naruto-kun locked, I wish to see if we can gain any more answers." The robed ninja elder said to the younger shinobi. The Anbu nodded and made a motion with his hand. One door opened in the area beneath them, and a man was thrown out.
He appeared beaten and battered, tortured for any information that he had. But like a true jōnin, he had kept his mouth shut. He stood up and looked around, noticing that several new ninja had appeared around the clearing.
The man was dressed in a red outfit with a brown flak jacket. Around his head was a standard forehead protector of the ninja villages. Etched into the metal was the image of dented rocks overlapping, the mark of an Iwa-ninja. His weapon pack was gone, taken when he was brought in.
"Is that how ninja's dress?" Gajeel asked raising an eyebrow eyeing the outfit curiously.
"That's how most Jonin dress but not all ninja's dress same" she answered while Naruto nodded his head eagerly thinking about his orange jumpsuit. He loved it not only because of the orange but because it was Ero-Senni who had bought it for him. Sadly, it was destroyed in his fight against Sasuke. His sad thoughts came to an end when another question was asked.
"What's a Jonin?" Levy asked setting the book down for a second to ask her question.
Tsunade took a deep breath and started explain the ninja system as simple as she could while everyone listened interested in it. Off to the side Naruto pouted since he was Genin most of his ninja career and only recently got promoted to Jonin. He shivered remembering all the studying he had to do.
Makarov rubbed his chins "So it's kind of like us with mages ranging from D-rank to S-rank" he thought out loudly while Erza nodded her head in agreement with her Master.
The man looked up at those surrounding him and yelled, "Where are we, you fuckers? What am I doing here?"
The robed man tapped his cane on the floor, causing an echo that followed eith silence. He looked down at the Iwa-ninja with a narrowed eye, "You have infiltrated my village and killed my men. You have refused to give us the reason why you are here? I will give you one last chance to tell us your intentions. Who sent you?" The robed man finished as he lowered his tone, his voice not losing its calm edge.
The Iwa-nin scoffed at the elder man. "Heh, you're a fool to think I will talk! Come on, send down all your men! I'll kill them all!" The man exclaimed as he stood in a defensive stance.
Danzō looked at the young man, then turned his head and gave a nod to his follower.
The Root ninja appeared in the arena, opposite the foreign ninja. The intruder changed his stance to follow the new arrival. But before they could start fighting, the Konoha Anbu opened the door behind him and shunshined away.
The insurgent only looked puzzled, like he was expecting more. Was he supposed to leave through there? Were they letting him go?
Just as he was about to question their motives, a presence made itself known. Expecting an animal or enemy ninja to appear, he did not expect a child to come into the light.
The boy in question was small, possibly only 3 or 4 years old. His pale blond hair was unruly and unkempt. His arms and legs were thin, like bones with skin. His stomach and cheeks were coming in, showing he was malnourished. And on each cheek were three scar-like whiskers, defining his face. He wore torn cloth-like rags, remnants of a shirt and pants he wore. The sandals he wore were stained, dark red from dried blood.
"Aww" Mira cooed momentarily forgetting about all the bad moments seeing the innocent child Naruto "You just look so cute all chibi like that" she gushed at the chibi Naruto in front of them while the grown-up Naruto blushed a bit. Macao and Wakaba scowled at Naruto for getting Mira's attention without trying while Cana shook her head at the two perverts. Erza chuckled seeing Naruto get flustered and smiled seeing the mood change.
But his most defining characteristic were his empty, blue eyes. Like pools of water, but dirtied and unclear. Faded eyes that conveyed no emotions, no life.
And just like that the mood went back to the previous one. Mira's cooing stopped seeing the look on the child Naruto. Erza's smile faltered seeing the dead look in Naruto. She glanced at the blonde and felt some relief not seeing the same look on this Naruto's face. Even though she didn't know him for a long time she still felt some ache in her heart seeing him hurting. She had to wonder why that was. Maybe it had to something with her dreams she though seeing as the blonde in her dream did look like Naruto. Shaking her head, she decided to dwell on it later and focus on the story now.
If he was not standing on his feet, he could have been mistaken for a corpse.
The boy lifted his head, seeing the new man that stood before him. The man cringed when he saw his eyes, like they were looking into his soul.
"You..." The child said in a dried, cracked little voice. Tilting his head, the boy continued to stare at the man. "You...new...kill?"
Makarov and Tsunade both scowled hearing that Naruto was already used to this. Even though Tsunade didn't mind killing her enemies she knew Naruto did not like killing at all. In fact, she hasn't ever heard or seen Naruto kill anyone. Makarov couldn't believe that a child this small was already accustomed to being used to kill people.
########Hunter########
Danzō stared down as the two met face to face. A faint smile appeared on his scarred face.
Now, it was time to show what his weapon could do.
He held up his left hand, brought it into a half-tiger seal and pumped it with his chakra.
"So, you use hand signs to ready your techniques?" asked Makarov towards the ninja's who nodded their heads in confirmation.
"That is so cool" gushed Natsu wrapping his scarf around his face. Concealing the lower half of his face he held up his hands in the same manners as Danzo "Nin Nin" he said making some of the people laugh along with Naruto. While Tsunade just chuckled.
"Shut up Salamander so we can read on" growled Gajeel in annoyance at Natsu's antic. Natsu retaliated resulting in them butting their heads against each other but it was stopped by Makarov who flattened them enlarging his hands. Naruto and Tsunade blinking being reminded of the Akichimi clan techniques seeing Makarov use Titan magic.
"Grah!" The little boy yelled in agonizing pain, falling to his knees. The Iwa-nin looked in sheer fright at what was happening to the child. His hair was changing, becoming spikier and sharp. His whiskers becoming rougher and more scar-like. His nails grew, digging into his head as he held it in pain.
"Are you transforming or something?" Gray asked being reminded of the Strauss sibling's takeover magic seeing Naruto using Kurama's power.
"Yeah but that's the uncontrolled version of it" Naruto answered.
"Uncontrolled?" Mira asked remembering her struggles with controlling the demons with her takeover magic.
"Yeah the controlled transformation is much different and stronger" he said with a big grin while Kurama smirked from within the seal.
"Can you show us" Levy asked in an eager tone.
"hmm" Naruto contemplated it as everyone eagerly leaned forward for a second before smirking a bit evilly "Nah maybe another time" the guild face-faulted at that before scowling at him while Naruto just laughed it off.
Through the rags, the Iwa-nin saw a pattern appear on his stomach. A sun like formation made of runes and kanji phasing onto his stomach. And in the center on the formation was the character for control. The kanji used by Danzō to make him his own personal play toy.
The boy fell to his hands and knees, gasping for breath. He lifted his head towards the man, revealing crimson eyes and slit pupils that made him appear feral.
The ninja froze in fear. This was what the red cloud had sent him to find. Locating and identifying the Jinchūriki of the Kyūbi was his mission. Given to him and his team by the men of the red cloud. If they could find its location, they were promised high positions in the new world.
"Men of red clouds" muttered Tsunade "So Akatsuki is making their moves much quicker this time" she said towards Naruto who nodded his head. The others were confused by this.
"Who is this Akatsuki?" Makarov asked with a serious tone.
"They're a group consisting of 10 S-rank ninja's whose targets are the jinchuriki."
"What" shouted everyone in shock "10 S-rank" muttered Lucy in fear hearing about such a strong group.
"And they're after the jinchurikis?" exclaimed Mira in shock and in fear for the Naruto in the story and in front of her.
Naruto just chuckled at their reactions "Ah don't worry about they're all defeated now and peace has started" he reassured them giving a thumbs up along with a grin.
"And you defeated them all?" asked Natsu eager to know if Naruto defeated them.
"No" he said as Natsu deflated a bit before Naruto continued "I didn't do it alone" an image of all of his friends conjured in his mind "My friends helped with along the way."
Natsu grinned hearing that as his small disappointment washed away while the guild smiled seeing hearing the affectionate tone Naruto used.
They had expected a noble of Konoha, with security that made the Daimyō green with envy. But instead, it was just a broken child hidden in the shadows.
The possessed boy dived at the man, aiming to rip him apart. The ninja evaded the strikes and jumped over the demon. The boy turned around and went for a second attempt as the Iwa-Nin landed on the floor. His hands moved through a flurry of seals as he screamed his technique, "Earth Style: Pierced Hell Spike Yard!"
Everywhere in front of him was covered in rock spikes. The boy, mid-jump, was screwed in his stomach. He hung there, limp, as blood flowed down the spike.
"Those people are just watching as you are fighting against a much stronger opponent" growled Erza in anger seeing the root ninja along with Danzo just watching while Naruto fought the enemy Jonin.
Naruto pounded a fist on his chest and grinned widely "Don't count me out" he said while Erza turned towards him with a stern look.
"But still…" She trailed off while Naruto was a bit surprised at her reaction. The others were a bit surprised seeing the Titania's behavior. They were worried about Naruto but knew that he would survive seeing as they still had most of the book to read.
The redhead looked down and clenched her fist in frustration. She did not like this at all. The pain in her heart just kept increasing and it also reminded her of the times in the tower. Even though she was finally free from it all it still hurt and now seeing this happen it just made it worse.
Tsunade looked at the armored girl curiously wondering why she reacted so strongly. The others were showing worry but they did not react so strongly to seeing what was happening but she did. She decided to let it go for now and focus on the story as it might explain why she did that.
The ninja smirked and laughed. He had killed Konoha's secret weapon. Now this village was nothing but a sitting duck. He turned around, prepared to kill the robed man above him, but stopped when he felt a sensation in his chest.
He looked down and saw a diminutive clawed hand, clean through his chest. He turned his head, blood pooling down his chin in the process. Behind him was the previously believed dead boy, blood leaking from his stomach. He looked furious, his rage evident in his twisted, exhausted face.
"Grrrrraaaaaaahhhhhhhhh!" He ripped his hand out sideways of the man chest, leaving a giant orifice through his lungs and ribs. Blood jetted out of the wound and he fell to his knees, dying instantly. The blood made a puddle that stained the boy's feet and sandals.
Naruto frowned seeing his other kill the Jonin while being controlled by Danzo. The others frowned alongside him seeing him being forced to do all this. Tsunade put a hand on his shoulder as support making him smile at her.
The boy took deep breaths, blood spilling out of him. Danzō smiled at his subject's result. He brought his hands down and stopped the flow of chakra.
"Gaaaaah!" The vile energy dissipated from the boy's body, causing him to pass out in his own blood. The elder nodded his head towards his subordinates and they followed his order. One Anbu grabbed the boy and lifted him up, another taking the new corpse to add to the pile.
The gathered ninja dispersed, the demonstration finished, the show was done.
########Hunter########
Another ninja, very young in comparison, appeared in a kneeling position behind Danzō. "Danzō-sama, should we take Naruto to the medics? If we leave that wound as it is, he may die." The man sounded worried for the poor boy.
"Finally, someone says something about the situation" Gray voiced out making Juvia go off about how caring her Gray-Sama was while the guild sweat dropped seeing the sight.
"Yeah I wonder who it is though" Cana asked while no answered her but Naruto had his suspicions who that person was.
"No," Danzō said with a commanding voice. "We do not need to worry about Naruto-kun's medical state. It will take care of itself."
Danzō walked past the kneeling young man, "Our concerns rest with finding the reason all these intrusions are happening. Every major village is sending their forces to-"
"Sir, if we don't heal him, he may die." The masked man stood up to address the elder. But as he turned around, the elder was leaking killer intent over his entire form.
"No, he will not. Those are not the first injuries he has suffered, and they will not be his last. His injuries are taken care of by the fox; it will not let its container die." The elder turned back around. "That boy has proved more than amazing in the field. He has killed every insurgent team we have intercepted. His presence has fortified itself as a horrifying force in the world. We have even stopped the idea of an Uchiha rebellion."
"To force a child to kill so many people this person is too disgusting" Makarov snarled out while the guild agreed with their Master.
"But what do they mean by the Uchiha rebellion?" Levy asked towards but she did not get any answer.
"Naruto?"
The blonde in questions was wide eyed not paying attention to what was going on because his mind was too preoccupied with what he just heard. If the Uchiha rebellion didn't happen then that means the Uchiha won't be slaughtered by Itachi and Sasuke wouldn't have left the village. He felt happy and thought that maybe now he and Sasuke would become friends much quicker but it was short lived as he realized that couldn't because he was stuck. A hand on his shoulders snapped him out of his stupor. Looking towards it he saw Erza looking at him concerned.
"Are you alright?" she asked. When she saw Naruto not responding to Levy she saw how happy he became for a second before it all went away and his expression turned into a sad one.
"ah yeah it's just the Uchiha rebellion caused a lot of problems for a friend of mine and hearing that it was prevented made me really happy" he sent a her a grin reassuring her while she smiled at him before sitting back down.
Tsunade's vision changed into a different blonde and redhead for a second before it returned. She chuckled seeing the similarities.
"But sir, he is only a boy. There has to be a better solution for our power struggles. Naruto does not have to be that solution." The masked man tried to reason with the old man.
"We are ninja, lad. We will use any and all methods to survive and keep our people alive. Even our children have a duty to help our village." Danzō started to walk away. "I will do anything I must to help Konoha strive."
The masked man looked down. "Oh by the way," Danzō turned his head to address the young man, "What is your name? You don't call him monster or demon, so are you familiar with him?"
The masked man looked up at the elder. He brought his hand up and took his animal mask off his face. It revealed a young man with gravity-defying grey hair. His lower face was covered by a face mask, and his left eye had a vertical scar. His left eye was different from his other, red with three tomoe circling around the pupil.
"Sensei" exclaimed Naruto in surprise before a huge smile appeared on his face.
"You know him?" Eflman asked.
"Yeah" Naruto grinned happily seeing his sensei there "He's my sensei."
"My name is Kakashi Hatake, Danzō-sama. I requested to join your ranks as chance to learn your style. Please show me how, Danzō-sama." This was both a truth and a lie. He was here for one reason, and one reason only.
Find a way to save Naruto.
Tsunade sighed in relief seeing Kakashi come to Naruto's rescue before she realized something. She clenched her fist in anger and looked down.
"Dammit"
Naruto was confused by Tsunade's sudden anger "What's wrong Baa-chan?" he asked because he thought she would have been relieved that Kakashi was helping him.
She looked up at Naruto who was looking at her with concern and confusion along with the guild. She unclenched her fist and took a deep breath "I'm happy that someone is doing something to help you but" she stopped for a second as Naruto's concern grew "Where am I or Jiraiya" she whispered in a low voice while the others barely heard her.
Naruto smiled reassuring at her "Baa-chan" he started "Don't worry Kakashi-sensei will not let anything happen to me and I'm sure there is a good reason you and Ero-sennnin aren't there" he said while Tsunade still didn't look convinced as she felt guilty for letting all of this happen.
"Oh. Copy-Ninja Kakashi-kun. It is an honor to have you in our humble ranks."
########Hunter########
Naruto was on the floor of his cell, close to losing consciousness. The hole in his stomach was slowly closing, cutting off the flow of blood. His eyes became heavy and he could not stay awake.
But almost instantaneously, he found that he was no longer in his cell. He was lying in a foot tall pool of water. The walls were further across and the bars were no longer there. Pipes spread and twisted together on the wall, leading to something Down the black abyss.
"Oh" Naruto said surprised for a second "My mindscape."
"Mindscape?" Natsu asked confused while the others were intrigued by what he said especially Levy.
"Yeah it's where I meet up with Kurama" he said grinning "Sweet now you guy's can finally see Kurama."
The others were excited to see Kurama make an appearance so they all looked back toward Levy and urged her to continue reading.
Naruto lifted himself up, looking from left and right to find something notable. He got to his feet and started to walk in one direction. He had walked for what had seemed like hours.
Then, after awhile, he finally reached something. Bars that raised all the way to the ceiling, and spread over the wall. He walked to the bars and went to touch them, and then...
"GGGGGRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAA HHHHHHHHHHH!"
The boy fell to his bottom in surprise, wondering what could have caused the bestial roar. Before he looked up in surprise at what was behind the bars.
Behind the bars was a fox of titanic size. Its had orange-red fur and was lying on its belly. On the kitsune's back was 9 flailing, massive tails that caused the water to ripple.
The creature bared its teeth and gums at the three year-old boy. A growl echoed out through the hall.
Naruto pouted and grumbled to himself "Stupid furball" Kurama snickered from within the seal seeing himself scare everyone.
"He's huge"
"Why the hell is he growling at you"
"Look at how many tails he has"
They all gawked at seeing the gigantic fox behind the bars while some of them commented on seeing Kurama for the first time. They did not expect it to be this angry looking towards a friend they certainly did not expect him to roar at Naruto like that.
"Human, what are you doing here?" The fox looked at the boy, flaring its killer intent at him. "If you do not open this cage now, THEN I WILL DESTROY YOU WITH MY OWN PAWS!" The fox exclaimed in fury and anger.
Naruto scoffed inwardly 'You can't beat me and you know that Kurama' he said towards Kurama who growled and could do nothing seeing as Naruto could beat him using his Rikudo Sennin mode.
"Who...be...you...thing?" The boy looked at the fox with his lifeless eyes. He was unaffected by the beast's horrifying power.
"ME? I AM THE GREAT KYŪBI-SAMA! I AM THE DEMON WHO CRUSHES MOUNTAINS AND LEVELS SEAS WITH THE MOVEMENT OF MY TAILS!" The fox yelled, pride brimming in its voice.
They sweat dropped hearing him boasting about himself.
"It's true he can do that" Tsunade said while making them snap their heads towards her in shock. They looked at Naruto who grinned. Some were in awe thinking about how he can control that kind of power while some of them wanted to fight him (Natsu and Gajeel of course).
"Ah don't worry guy's he's just a big old softie on the inside" Naruto said snickering as Kurama growled at his teasing.
The boy only stared at the fox, his mouth open in a small, comedic fashion. As if he was as amazed as he could be looking at the creature in front of him.
"Kyūbi-sama...what...are...doing...here? Where...this...is?" He said in a disjointed, grammatically incorrect fashion. He had hoped that the fox could shine some light on the subject.
"Why couldn't you be like this when we met" Kurama asked with an amused tone hearing someone stubborn like Naruto address him like that.
'Don't get used to it furball because it won't ever happen again.'
Kurama huffed "Atleast your other knows how to talk to me."
"Boy, address me as that always. I am your superior in every way, so listen closely." The fox lowered itself to almost eye level with the boy. "You have been using my chakra almost every day for what those men want. And although I have no quarrel with the killings, you have no right to use my power for these pathetic humans needs."
"Cat-tra?" The boy asked, tilting his head I confusion.
"Aww look at you being so cute again" Mira gushed once again while the other girls nodded their heads in agreement with the barmaid. Naruto's cheeked blazed pink hearing her say it again while Tsunade laughed at seeing him get flustered again.
"Yeah" Cana agreed with her friend "Especially those cute whisker marks."
Erza inwardly agreed with others but did not show it on the outside knowing how much she would get teased for that so she settled on silently agreeing with the rest.
"No foolish meat-bag, I said chakra."
"Oh...sorry. I...heard...bad."
"Why do you talk like that child? Do you not know how to speak?"
"Sorry...Kyūbi-sama. I...learn...from...masks."
The fox narrowed his eyes. 'So this child learned from his captors. He doesn't know anything else about this world, huh?' The fox wondered if he could teach this child to rule for his sake. And in his experience, the best way to teach was through fear. Then he decided to plant a threat into the boy's head. "Child, you should run, no one can stand before my greatness for too long. Before they are driven to madness or I kill them. So watch your step, or you may die." The fox ended his speech with a devilish smirk.
"How did you even become friends with him" Erza asked incredulously seeing Kurama's behavior towards Naruto.
Naruto laughed again "We weren't friends at first but I gave a good beating knocking down his ego and made it up later with him" he said with a soft smile while others gawked at him.
"You fought against him?" Natsu asked in amazement while the others stared on in awe at him.
"Yeah that's how I was able to gain control of his power" he answered back with a wide grin.
"Whoa" Natsu said before clenched his fist and his eyes shone in determination "Naruto fight me!" he shouted jumping up punching his palm while the others looked at him like he was an idiot.
"You'd get destroyed Salamander" Gajeel said snickering at his challenge.
Gray nodded his head agreeing with their new member "Yeah you won't stand a chance."
Natsu scowled at them in annoyance "I would do much better than you bastards" he said pointing at the two of them. Gray and Gajeel both scowled at him in return and retaliated in them arguing over who would last much longer.
Naruto sweat dropped seeing them while thinking 'Is this how I look when I argue against Sasuke.'
"Yes, and it resulted in both of you kissing not only once but TWICE" Kurama reminded Naruto as his entire face turned green and he groaned and gagged thinking about those horrible moments.
'SHUT UP' he shouted while Kurama just snickered at his expense. Thankfully the 3 mages' argument was stopped so they could continue reading.
The boy only stared at the fox in wonder. Then he walked through the bars and up to the fox's paws. The fox looked down in shock at the boy's actions. He looked down and saw the boy just stare back at him. And then saw it for the first time.
The lifelessness that was held in his eyes. Like a dead soul in a moving body. That was not the look the child of Kushina and Minato should have.
"Those are your parents, right?" Lucy asked Naruto who had a sad smile on his face remembering his parents who sacrificed themselves for him.
"Yeah" he answered "They probably died on the day I was born" he sighed tiredly before whispering "Again" only those who were sitting close to him heard him say it who were Makarov, Erza, Mira and Tsunade.
They mages frowned hearing the last part coming to the conclusion that Naruto was an orphan not only in the book but the Naruto in front of them was also one.
Makarov patted him on the back "Don't worry kid I can tell that your parents are proud of what you have become" he said in an affectionate tone. Naruto looked at him surprised for a second being reminded of the 3rd hokage and smiled at him.
"Yeah I know."
He could not believe that the humans had done this to a child. "Why do you not run? I am evil incarnate, the demon of the Elemental Nations. I could kill you in an instant." He expected the child to come to his senses and run away in terror.
But the child continued to stare, and after several tense moments, he answered. "If...you...kill...then...you...would...when...came." The fox was shocked to a new level at the nerve this child had shown to him. He turned in his cage and faced away from the child.
"Leave boy, I am feeling merciful. Run now, before I slaughter you." The boy only stood for a few moments before running out of the bars. He turned around and bowed.
"Goodbye...Kyūbi-sama...See...soon...you?"
"Yes, I will bring you back here to teach you how to talk to me properly." As the child was about to run off, he said one last thing. "And don't call me Kyūbi-sama, that won't do until you learn the proper respect in my presence. Just Kyūbi will do for now."
Erza chuckled before looking towards the whiskered ninja "You were right Naruto he does seem to be a bit of a softie."
Naruto laughed along with her "Yeah I know right" he held his hand at his stomach "I don't know why he doesn't drop the tough act."
Kurama stayed silent not wanting to give Naruto any satisfaction.
########Hunter########
Hiruzen Sarutobi stood overlooking all of Konoha. This was such a peaceful village, despite all the turmoil around the world. But it was not the result of his work. Could he even call himself the Hokage anymore?
He was a puppet, a shadow of his former self. The night Minato died, he had been prepared to take that child under his care. But the council had decided against keeping the child safe.
"Those damn bastards" shouted Tsunade in rage "When this is done, we're disbanding those fools" she said looking towards Naruto who shrugged his shoulders not caring either way.
"No matter which universe there is always a council that ruins everything" Makarov said in a tired tone slumping down on the couch. He felt someone pat him on the head like he was some sort of child. He looked up to see Naruto snickering at him.
"Don't worry Jiji it'll all be ok" he said with a thumbs up.
Makarov chuckled at how fast Naruto accepted him and already gave him a nickname. He liked the young boy. He could feel the tremendous amount of power he possessed and was in complete awe of it. To have this much power and not boast about it and look down on people he was amazed by it. If only his grandson could be like him.
"I'm sorry Master for all the trouble we have caused" Erza said apologizing towards her Master for the trouble her team causes. The rest of the team along with the more destructive members of the guild looked sheepish not being able to deny the damage they cause.
Makarov waved it off "Don't worry about it let's just continue reading."
In their eyes, he was nothing more than the fox that attacked their home. He had hoped that he could appeal to the other elders of the village, but no such luck. Homura and Koharu had both agreed that he should be placed in more capable hands.
And in came Danzō.
His old friend had told the council members of his plan to use Naruto as a weapon. Hiruzen was against it, saying that it was inhumane. But the council had won, even bringing in the Daimyo for the decision.
And as such, the village had prospered. No one would challenge a super power that had a monster at their fingertips. The other countries Jinchūriki never complied with the wishes of the people. So as a result they took the choice of free will from the boy before he could have any.
It had horrified him that he just let this happen. He felt like a puppet that Danzō used to keep up appearances.
The only influence he could make anymore was convincing Kakashi of his plan to try and liberate Naruto from Danzō's control. But even that was a long-shot to make.
Ah, he just wished for simple times again. When children could laugh, and play all together. But no matter the leader, the need for fighting and power grabbing was just too strong.
He wished he could go the way Jiraiya and Minato had with their ideals. That we should aim for no killing, and peace between the people.
Makarov shook his head "As much as I sympathize with him, he's avoiding his responsibility by not taking the matter into his own hands."
Naruto and Tsunade did not disagree with him seeing as the 3rd hokage should have done a lot more to help rescue Naruto from this situation.
But no matter how many times he thought of it, he could only imagine a war coming forth.
Danzō had kept sending the bodies as a message to their respective villages. The Kages would storm in anger, saying they never sent their men to infiltrate. That they were the ones that had crossed the border and killing other soldiers. And all this hatred had led to a gridlock between the villages.
They were waiting for war; they only had to wait for the first shot to be made.
...
Hiruzen looked back to his younger days. Being taught by the Shodai and Nidaime Hokages. The fun and hope he had experienced back then.
But when the Nidaime had lost his life to the Gin & Kin brothers of Kumo, he remembered what the Shodai did next.
He had spent years of time working on a brand new Jutsu. A genius ninja and leader, nothing was impossible for that man. He had said that, 'If there is no peace in this world, then maybe we can find some in another.' It was a fool's dream, even for someone like Hashirama.
To travel to different dimensions, and create new societies. Hiruzen believed that his sensei was only living out his last days in wonder and fantasy. Until one day, they worked, and a portal was opened.
"What" shouted Tsunade in shock hearing that her Grandfather had travelled to another dimension in the story.
"What's wrong Tsunade-san?" Lucy asked looking the busty woman.
"That's my grandfather but this didn't happen in our universe" she said shocking them about the fact that he was her grandfather.
Naruto wasn't surprised at all because he had seen someone travel to different dimensions such as Sasuke and Kaguya who could do it.
Only the top class of Konoha could even be allowed to know this secret. When enough time had passed for preparation, an expedition had been formed. Hashirama was the leader, being the strongest of the bunch.
His daughter followed him into the new world, proms isn't to bring him back no matter what. She even asked that Hiruzen take care of Tsunade and Nawaki while she was gone. Along with them, they brought skilled ninja, scientists, and medics to accompany in case something went wrong.
"Daughter" asked Tsunade in confusion "My grandfather did not have a daughter he had a son."
"That's another change compared to our universes" Mira said while the others nodded their heads in agreement.
After 1 week, they had no Intel from the expedition except for 1 word they sent back.
They had been presumed KIA, and any knowledge of the portal Jutsu was destroyed.
Each day, Hiruzen wondered what was on the other side. Were there enemies even they could not defeat? Or was life so good, that they had left the nations for a new utopia.
Was it better than the situations playing out in front of him now?
He would go back at times, and look at the message sent back to them through the Jutsu:
FIORE
"Well that's chapter 1 done" Levy said closing the book.
"Yeah it's a lot to take in" Erza said before looking towards Naruto "Maybe you came the same way to our world as Hashirama-san" she said.
Levy nodded her head in agreement eager to know more about all of these techniques. Before anyone else could continue a bright light filled the room attracting their attention.

There we go chapter 1 of reading Titania and The Hunter is done. I don't know when I'll drop chapter 2 but I will take some time because I've been busy recently so bear with me. Also, should I show the fight between Kurama and Naruto so they can see how powerful he and Kurama actually are? Be sure to let me know in the reviews and point my mistakes so I can change it.
As for my original story. Don't worry I don't plan on stopping that.
