Chapter 0: Trying to stop this war

Gamindustri. A place where four presiding CPUs rule over their nations. A place where it was once peaceful. Where now three out of the four compete with each other to see who is the best. They are…

CPU Silver Heart, the one who rules over Lastation. She's the one that controls both technological and historical aspects of her nation. She wants to protect her nation whenever she can.

CPU Olive Heart, the one who rules over Leanbox. He controls the military and the scientific aspects of his nation. He has been looking forward to what comes next.

CPU Dual Heart, the one who rules over Lowee. Although she continues with putting children's video games on her consoles, however, she took an interest in something else.

And finally, CPU Cyan Heart, the one rules over Planeptune. Not much has known of her other than she helped with the other CPUs.

But now, three of them fight over in Celestia to take control over Gamindustri. No one knows how this started or why it started. This is the Console War, a war that should have never happened.

So please, if you can hear me… please… anyone… stop her schemes…

Before it's too late… to stop her…

Somewhere in Celestia…

I have to stop them! I thought as she kept flying to where the other three CPUs were fighting. I kept looking behind me to see if anyone was there before looking back. Before it's too late!

I have to warn them… My eyes have this look of determination. I kept looking around, trying to find them. Their nations are being destroyed by the second!

I suddenly stopped myself and watched the CPUs for a moment. For a moment, they seem to be just floating there. It was like they were listening to something or someone…

Suddenly, they all turn to me. They have their weapons ready. Why are they…? No… they're not going to…

Suddenly, a flash of white and black started to attack in front of me with blinding speeds. Somehow, I blocked that attack but…

"Silver Heart, what are you doing?!" I called out. I felt hesitant to attack her… I didn't want to hurt her… No… I never want to hurt her!

Silver Heart shot back. "You shouldn't have come here, Cyan Heart!" Her eyes are glowing with anger. "Now… you have to die…"

"W-What…!?" I was surprised by what she just said. I can't believe she just said that. To me! My friend!

Then a flash of red charging the left while a flash of blue charging for the right. I had to fly up in order to avoid this. I felt saddened… no… Betrayed that they're doing this…

"Why? Why are you doing this, you two?" I asked as I was rather hesitant about two CPUs known as Dual Heart… No… my friends. The friends that I help… bring their nation to happiness.

"I'm sorry, Cyan Heart…" The red Dual Heart said, raising her weapon towards. Her eyes glowed with cold anger.

"But…you shouldn't have come here…" The blue Dual Heart quietly continued. Her eyes also glowed with anger. She was clenching her weapon as she also raised it. "Now… please die for us…"

"N-No… I…" I sadly looked down to the ground. I felt hurt by the way they said that. "Please… stop…! I-I don't want to fight you!"

Unexpectedly, Olive Heart came in and attacked from above. I was well… distracted by my own feelings that this time I couldn't dodged this attack and I tumbled all the way to the edge.

"Hmph, how weak…" Olive Heart spoke as he looked towards where I tumbled to. "Now then, you should have died a long time ago…"

"I-I… I-I…"

My vision was blurry, I couldn't see what was in front of me. But I did know that they were combing closer to me. I tried to muster up all my strength just for this one attack. Just one… As all of them came closer to me, I suddenly sliced the air in front of them, yelling out…

"Soul Cutter!"

That attack nearly caught them off guard. But Silver Heart just shrugged it off.

I was huffing and puffing from the tiredness of that attack. It was painful… I couldn't move an inch ever since I tried to stand up again. I felt my heart fall into despair as all I could do was kneel. All I could do is regret. All I could do is to feel like I'm in pain. Physically and emotionally.

"Was that all you could muster?" Silver Heart asked tauntly. "Because you entirely missed us!"

"I think she's gone crazy!" The red Dual Heart commented on before laughing it off.

"Yeah…" The blue Dual Heart agreed with her other half.

"How about we push her off?" Olive Heart suggested, looking towards me then back at Silver Heart. "Would you like to do the honors?"

That's when Silver Heart smirked. "With pleasure…!"

As Silver Heart got closer, I felt I accepted fate that was handed to me. Like everything made sense to me. Like I felt like I was at peace with it. But…

I tried one last time to talk to them. I tried one last time to reach out to them. I then turned towards Silver Heart.

"Silver Heart…" I spoke up, making her stop in her tracks. "I want you to know… that you were one of the best things that happened to me…"

I then looked towards the Dual Hearts. "Dual Heart… If I don't come back… If I die here… Please… don't blame anyone for this… Be strong… And don't cry too…"

I finally looked towards Oliver Heart. "Olive Heart… whatever happens to me… I want you to know… that I will always be there… right by your side…!"

"And to all of you…" I looked up with tears streaming down my face. "I want to let you… You all are my greatest friends…!"

And then, without a word, Silver Heart kicked me off.

I felt I was falling…

And all I could remember…

Was my head hurting…
