With Minato

Minato had taken a different route than the others the moment they split up. He knew Jose would remain in the control room, so he busted holes through the ceiling before finding stairs that should lead him there.

Upon climbing those stairs, he immediately threw his kunai near every other person in that room and into advantageous positions. He then used the Flying Thunder God to chop them all on the back of the neck before they realized what was going on and teleported before Jose.

Jose clapped. "Bravo Yellow Flash of Fairy Tail." He started glowing purple. "You are quite impressive." He smirked. "I always knew this would be fun, but never in my wildest dreams did I think it'd be this entertaining.

My Jupiter canon was destroyed, almost every ace taken out or in the process of falling, and one of you made it all the way here. Simply, you are all to kind in entertaining me that I must return the favor."

"I believe you are attributing a few to many of these feats to me while underplaying the skills my comrades have brought to this battle you started." Golden magic flowed around Minato. "When we defeat Phantom Lord, it will have been a guild effort."

"Well Minato Namikaze, if anything, I must commend you on your power and bravery; however, you are being rather optimistic. Especially in facing me yourself. Yes, your power is impressive, but I can tell it's not near my own."

"Care to put that to the test?" Minato questioned.

"So, you do have some fight in you despite who you'll be facing." Jose chuckled. "That's fantastic because I was fearful this would be dreadfully boring. First, allow me to eliminate your little advantage. Darkness Flames!"

He slammed his hands on the ground sending out a ring of black fire in all directions. Minato jumped over it, but it became self-evident that he was not the target. Every ruin written on his kunai burned up essentially making all them standard kunai.

"What will you do without your Flying Thunder God?" Jose asked with a smirk.

"That technique may be how I earned my nickname in two worlds, but no Shinobi should ever be a one trick pony." Minato declared firmly. "Why don't we just see how capable I truly am without it?"

"Powerful, courageous, and not afraid of a challenge." Jose was grinning. "Destroying you will bring me unbelievable pleasure."

With Lucy, Jet, & Romeo

The three Wizards had been searching everywhere for an S class target, but all they found were common Phantom Lord member that Romeo and Jet dispatched. Eventually, one of them did tell them were Gajeel was, and they soon entered the room he occupied.

"I was wondering when some Fairy Scum would come my way, but I was hoping it'd be the Salamander." Gajeel laughed. "In the end, all I see before me is a kid, little girl playing Wizard, and some no name. Still, I suppose I shouldn't complain no matter how easy this will be."

"Phantom Lord, Ruler of the Spirits." Lucy commented. "You think you or your guild scares Fairy Tail, but just look at our faces. The three of us know we aren't strong enough to match your top members, but we'll still going to give it our best shot."

"Yeah, you tell this jerk Lucy." Jet declared firmly. "Why should we fear him when he attacked our guildhall while no one was there."

"That's cowardly if you ask me." Romeo spoke up. "This guy's just a big bully with no substance. Guess what big guy, the bullies I had before at least picked on me in person."

"You really shouldn't have said that." Gajeel turned his arm into a club and launched it at Romeo since he'd been the last to speak, but Jet pushed him out of the way taking it himself. "Doesn't matter who I hit."

He smirked. "I will give you this, it does take some real guts to talk to me as you three have, so at least you got that going for you." He retracted his club, and Jet fell to the ground clutching his stomach. "That said, I'd much rather hear you scream."

Lucy withdrew one of her keys and performed the movements. "Open, Gate of the Maiden: Virgo!"

Virgo appeared and bowed to Lucy. "You called Princess?"

"I did." Lucy pointed at Gajeel while bringing out her whip. "We need your help to fight that big guy over there."

"Understood." Virgo declared.

Romeo charged in as his right arm was passed over by an earth brown magic circle. "Earth God's Bursting Fist!"

Virgo tunneled underground, but Gajeel simply turned both his arms into iron clubs. He shot the right out and Romeo's fist met it before being quickly overwhelmed by the Dragon Slayer's superior strength sending him flying.

Virgo then came up under Gajeel who effortless dodged back before slamming his reaming beam down on her. Lucy saw her chance, so she sent out her whip managing to 'catch' Gajeel. The Iron Dragon Slayer just smirked as he grabbed the whip and pulled Lucy in close.

"Iron Dragon's Spike Club!" Gajeel declared.

His left foot became a spiky iron club before he released Lucy and kicked her with it knocking the Celestial Wizard away. He then used it to shred up her whip just to add insult to injury.

"Speed LV 5!" Jet declared.

He charged Gajeel only to be grabbed by the face, slammed into the ground, and punted over to Lucy, Romeo, and Virgo.

"Is that the best you got?" Gajeel laughed. "If so, you should just give up." He charged them while holding out his right arm. "Iron Dragon's Sword!"e

His right arm became a a black metal sword.

"I will do everything in my power to protect the Princess!" Virgo slammed her hands on the ground. "Spica Lock!" The ground broke apart forming rocks that surged towards Gajeel with the intent to trap him, but he just swung his sword tearing them apart. "I'm sorry Princess."

"Earth God's Bellow!" Romeo declared.

He fired off the breath attack of black earth which Gajeel dodged only for Jet to run in and jump aiming a kick at his head. The Iron Dragon Slayer just slammed his sword into the guy's gut sending him into a wall.

Despite not having her whip, Lucy was determined to help, so he ran in landing a kick on his chest. "Lucy Kick!"

Gajeel didn't budge an inch and stared at Lucy with an expression of disinterest. Didn't stop him from grabbing her leg though.

"Leave Lucy/Princess alone!" Jet/Virgo declared as they ran into help her.

Gajeel simply threw her into the pair knocking all three into the ground.

Romeo let his magic flow before slamming his palms on the ground creating a brown magic circle. "Earth God's Okuninushi!"

Many black spears of earth rose from the ground before launching at Gajeel who took a deep breath. "Iron Dragon's Roar!"

The iron infused breath attack destroyed the earth and slammed into Romeo knocking him into a wall. The Iron Dragon Slayer then continued onto the larger group and slashed his sword at them.

Virgo got in the way taking the attack which proved to be too much for her. "I'm sorry I can't do more Princess."

The maid then returned to the Celestial Spirit World.

"Virgo." Lucy commented.

Gajeel slashed his sword again with Jet managing to kick Lucy out of the way taking the strike himself. The Iron Dragon had literally used his sword to scoop him up before slamming the blade into him once more sending Jet skidding along the ground. He screamed in pain.

"I haven't gotten a chance to say it, but this is the Iron Dragon's Sword." Gajeel held it up. "This baby cuts anything it touches to shred, so I thought I'd give you all an up close and personal demonstration."

Jet was struggling to get up. "Yeah, like we're scared of your little toy."

Gajeel simply laughed as he slashed it into the ground sending earth every direction knocking around Romeo, Lucy, and Jet.

"Not so cocky now, are you no name?" Gajeel declared. "What about your other two comrades, huh?"

"We're still ready to fight Rivet Face." Romeo stood up with a clear look of determination. "Fairy Tail never gives up."

Gajeel planned to show this group just how outclassed they were. He slammed the fist into Romeo's gut before kicking him away. At this point, the three of them were not a match for the Slayer, but they would keep fighting like any other Fairy Tail Wizard.

Despite their determination, it became a beat down. Gajeel simply countered, slammed into the ground, or just beat down these three Wizards. Nothing they did seemed to phase the Iron Dragon Slayer while he was clearly stronger than them.

Outside

The phantoms formed into one, huge ball of darkness that just began going to town on the already iron beam filled guild further devastating it. Those outside watched on in shock and/or horror as this happened.

With Lucy, Jet, & Romeo

The three wizards hadn't been a match for the S Rank. All three of them were lain out and unable to move while Gajeel seemed to have plenty of energy to spare. He was even eating iron just to regain anything he lost to them.

"I've never seen such a sorry excuse for a guild." Gajeel declared. "Judging by you three, it seems they'll let anyone in Fairy Tail."

Lucy tried to stand, but her body wasn't having it in the moment. "Take… that… back."

Gajeel just smirked. "You going to make me?"

Suddenly, the doors were blown off their hinges drawing Gajeel's attention. "Heck of a way to say hello."

Loke walked into the room and noticed the three, downed wizards which made him angry. "I should have come in here sooner." He glared at Gajeel. "You hurt my comrades, so I'm going to make you sorry."

"Oh really?" This amused the Dragon Slayer. "Well, I like a good challenge, so let's dance Fairy!"

He sent out his club at Loke who jumped into the air as his fist were cloaked in light. The mage came down and started punching at Gajeel who managed to block him.

At this point, Lucy was able to move a bit, but not enough to crawl. "Loke."

"What is this guy's deal?" Gajeel thought. "He's no ordinary Holder Wizard." They eventually ended up across from each other. "Just who are you? Why don't you smell right?"

"I don't know what you mean." Loke smiled. "I never got any complaint from the ladies." He suddenly became motionless as his body seemed to fade in and out. "Not now."

Gajeel laughed before picking Loke up and slamming him through a wall leaving him to lay in the rubble. "Looks like I was wrong because you're not really a challenge."

Loke forced himself to his feet only to fall to his hands and knees panting. "Lucy… Jet… Romeo." His head fell as did his glasses which shattered on the ground. "Where's Natsu, Gray, or anyone when you need them?"

"Since you're here, I might as well have some fun playing with you in addition to them." Gajeel smirked. "After all, I don't think master would mind if the target's roughed up a bit more than he planned."

Gajeel walked up to Lucy and punted her across the room eliciting a scream.

"Stop." Loke thought.

The Iron Dragon Slayer then picked Romeo up who weakly punched him. "Worthless kid."

He threw the god slayer into the ground.

"Stop!" Loke thought as his anger was rising.

Gajeel then moved over to Jet before slamming his foot down causing him to scream in agony.

"STOP!" Loke screamed internally.

His face depicted pure rage at his guildmates were being treated like this. He never thought a guild would let him join after what he did, but Fairy Tail accepted him… even if only Makarov knew what he did. This was his family damn it!"

Gajeel then approached Loke before stopping as Lucy was in his path.

He moved to punt her, only for Loke's voice to ring out. "Leave them alone!"

Gajeel looked and smirked as Loke was standing once more while wobbling in place. "That's cute." He laughed. "You want to play the part of the hero, but you got nothing like I thought you had. What do you honestly think you'll achieve other than buying her a few extra seconds?"

"Hey, tall and ugly. You asked me who I am and why I don't smell right, right?" Loke asked as he glared at the Dragon Slayer. "I'll show you." Loke pulled out a beaten and cracked Zodiac Key for Leo, the Lion. "Open, Gate of the Lion: Leo!"

There was no doorbell ring. Just the golden light which enveloped Loki. His clothing changed becoming a ragged black suit with a tie, and his hair style came to reflect a lion's mane.

Romeo, Jet, and Lucy managed to see this clearly shocked.

"My name is not Loke, but Leo the Lion." Leo declared firmly. "I am the leader of the twelve Zodiac spirits who was banished from my home. I… I had a disagreement with my last summoner because she was abusing my good friend.

I'm the reason my wizard is dead, but I will not be the reason you continued to assault my comrades. You will not take Lucy to her horrible father. With my last act, I will take you down Black Steel Gajeel. That is my word!"

"This certainly would explain his smell." Gajeel smirked. "Brave words, but can you back them up""

He sent his club at Leo who met it with his fist cloaked in light. The lion spirit did not move an inch.

"Lion's Brilliance!" Leo glowed radiantly causing Gajeel to shut and rub his eyes while yelling in pain before the lion charged in. "Regulus Impact!"

He slammed his glowing covered fist into Gajeel's face knocking him into a wall which cracked on impact. It'd take more than that to defeat the Iron Dragon Slayer though as he stood back up staring at his latest opponent.

Gajeel laughed. "Well, looks like all the lion needed was a little provoking to give me a good fight. At least, I hope you will compared to them."

"Your guild destroyed my guildhall, injured so many of my guildmates to varying degrees, and would dare to undermine the effort my guildmates put in." Leo took a deep breath before staring at Gajeel with rage filled eyes. "I say no more! This is where it stops!"

"Loke." The other members stated in awe.

"If you three can move, don't interfere." Loke fixed his tie. "This is going to get ugly."

"Oh, your mine kitty!" Gajeel declared before lunging at him.

"Let's tango ugly!" Leo shouted as he moved to meet him.

Gajeel sent out his club, but Leo dodged, grabbed it, and flipped the Slayer into the ground with all his might. For a little pay back, he then kicked him into a wall. Gajeel got back up grinning only for Loke to have jumped over him holding his hands in the air.

"Regulus Sphere!" Leo shouted as he formed a large sphere of light.

He then threw it into his opponent before it exploded in light, and Gajeel yelled in pain. By this point, Romeo and Lucy had managed to move over to Jet figuring it was best to stick together.

"Man, I've never seen Loke like this." Romeo declared.

"Well, we didn't know he was actually Leo the Lion." Jet retorted.

"Right now, he's all we got to compete with Gajeel." Lucy stated.

"Hey, we weren't dissing the guy." Jet stated. "Leo or Loke, he's still Fairy Tail."

Romeo nodded. "No question about that."

"For Fairy Scum, you actually manage to pack a punch." Gajeel stood and cracked himself in several places.

"The only scum I see is the person before me." Leo declared firmly. "Before my time is up, I'm beating you into the ground."

"Sounds like fun." Gajeel grinned. "Give it a shot."

They charged each other and began going at it fist to fist, feet to feet, and magic to magic. Leo managed to slam his fist into Gajeel's stomach who then knocked him away with an iron beam. Leo managed to land on his feet while Gajeel brought out his sword. Leo dodged him causing the sword to impact with the ground and devastate the room.

"You actually get some credit for being nimble." The Slayer commented.

Leo wasn't in the mood to compliment his enemy. "Let's just say you should count yourself lucky I'm nowhere near my best, or I'd have already held true to my word."

"Typical scum." Gajeel sneered. "When they start losing, they always got an excuse." The magic circle appeared beneath him causing his body to become coated by metal scales. "Are you ready for this Fairy?"

Leo didn't like that Gajeel's magic spiked, and he doubted that's all those scales gave him.

The Iron Dragon Slayer lunged forward. "Iron Dragon's Hard Fist!"

"Regulus Impact." Loke tried.

When his fist met Gajeel's, the Iron Dragon Slayer came out on top sending Leo straight into a wall cracking it. He fell to the ground a moment later with his arm revealed to been dislocated. By this point, a Celestial Spirit would have returned home to heal, but Leo couldn't.

Gajeel chuckled. "Hearing you hit that wall was like music to my ears."

He then began to hammer on Leo with the lion was unable to mount a good defense or offense.

"Loke fought better than we did to begin with, but he's just as useless as we were against him." Jet commented.

"He still fought better, so he must be able to deal with Gajeel where we couldn't, right?" Romeo asked.

"We can't let our faith waiver in him." Lucy stated. "No one else from our guild has shown up, so Loke has to do this."

Loke managed to roll out of the way of a kick before lunging forward. "Regulus Impact!"

He went gone for the stomach, but Gajeel was unaffected.

"Poor little Fairy." The Iron Slayer commented as Leo pulled back his formerly good hand which was now shaking. "I hate to break it to you, but you can't scratch me in this form."

Leo's hand hurt like hell, but he refused to let it show. He instead opted to shove his other arm back into place causing him to scream. Gajeel then head butted him into the ground before picking the lion spirit up and chucking him into a wall.

"Iron Dragon's Roar!" Gajeel declared.

Loke screamed in agony as the attack tore into him. Jet, Lucy, and Romeo all watched on in horror. The attack dissipated leaving Loke hanging halfway out a newly created hole to the outside which gave everyone a view of their guild hall being pulverized.

"T-This can't be happening." Lucy stated sadly.

"We're done, our guild is being pulverized, and our best hope at beating him is hanging out the building we're in." Jet stated. "This shouldn't be how it goes."

Romeo managed to stand up panting. "Hey, you big bully! Leave him…"

Gajeel extended his club into Romeo knocking the God Slayer into a wall before he crashed to the ground unable to move or speak.

The Iron Dragon Slayer then laughed as he focused on Leo. "Hey, why don't you look at that guild hall you've mentioned. Now it's really destroyed."

Loke glanced out to see all his friends terrified as the entire building came down. Gajeel just laughed it up behind him as tears came to the Lion Spirit's eyes.

"So, this is Fairy Tail, huh?"

"Yep, this is a place where anyone can belong."

"That includes me?"

Flashback: 3 Years Ago…

Loke had changed into the attire he wore as a member of this guild and stood across from Makarov as they looked at the guild building.

"Of course, my child." Makarov declared. "You are just as welcome to call this old place home."

"Still, it was my fault." Loke looked down. "Karen was terrible, but she never deserved to die. My actions got her killed, and no one can change that." He shook his head. "Still, you're letting me join your guild, so I promise, with however long I have, I'll serve as a true guildmate."

Present

Loke stared at it all in shock as memories of his time as a wizard of that guild came to mind. Natsu and Gray fighting, Erza breaking it up, Lissanna's loss, Cana's drinking, all the brawls, Kakashi joining, Lucy joining, and losing Macao.

All of that and more played through his mind while he could feel his time exponentially ticking away. He couldn't let this be the last of him. He couldn't let Gajeel stay standing after Phantom had done this. He couldn't let it end like this.

"Fairy Tail." Loke managed to stand back up. "We cry, laugh, celebrate, and fight together." He turned around and slowly started to approach Gajeel. "We share each other's burdens, and we never give up no matter the odds."

He could feel his magic wanning as pain ran threw his body, yet he ignored it. "My only regret is that you are not the one I need to stop to bring back the smiles of my comrades. Still, I'll embrace death with open arms when I hold true to my word."

"Loke." Jet stated. "I'm such an idiot."

The speed user was enraged in himself that he never realized what Loke was going through.

"This isn't right." Lucy stated. "We should just end this now, and I can attempt to save Loke. At this point, Phantom Lord can have me for all…"

"Not another word Lucy!" Leo shouted. "This is my choice, and I will die by it!"

"You'll lose by it to." Gajeel commented.

He slammed his arm into Leo knocking the lion spirit into a machine before he slid down to his butt.

Magnolia Roof

Sukea was sitting on a roof looking in the direction of Fairy Tail as the transparent image of Leo appeared next to him. This Leo looked practically identical to the one battling Gajeel except his suit was pristine.

"Draco and the king warned me there'd be consequences to changing the past, but I never assumed something like this would happen. Everything was progressing normally up to this point to." Sukea took out a red sphere with the Sharingan symbol on it. "It's your call Leo."

"It's not about what I think as I'm hoping the me of this time doesn't become me anyways." Leo shrugged before looking at the sphere. "I think it's his call considering you were going to make him a member of your guild."

The red sphere glowed warmly.

"He's on board with becoming Leo." Sukea stood and held out the sphere. "Looks like we'll need to anticipate greater changes than we thought. I invoke my right. The new Leo trades his life granting it to the old and takes his place!"

He then shattered the sphere.

Phantom Lord Guildhall

Gajeel approached Loke and picked him up by his neck. "Looks like you've reached the end of the line." He created his sword. "So long."

Suddenly, Leo's golden gate key appeared before him glowing a radiant gold as it repaired itself.

Leo's hair reverted to Loke's style as did his pants and shredded top nearby. "I'm don't feel like I'm dying anymore."

"What's this?" Gajeel's nose caught something strange. "You smell human. What did you do!?"

"He did nothing." A new figure appeared from the key with a golden glow about him. "A man with equal authority to the Celestial Spirit King did."

This man had a head of black hair which was like a lion's mane, and he wore Leo's black suit. Unlike Loke/Leo's eyes, his were red in appearance almost as though they should contain the tomoe of the Sharingan but didn't. Everyone stared at him in shock.

"Who are you?" Gajeel asked.

"Who am I?" The figure smiled. "I was Shisui Uchiha until I decided it would be cool to become the new leader of the Zodiac. As such, he's now Loke while you can call me Leo." He picked Loke up. "Now, you can question me, or use your old magic one last time to end this."

Loke had lost his powers upon reverting to human, but now he could feel them once more. While he was still just as injured, he could feel all his power within himself. He could also tell this was, in fact, the last time he'd have this magic, so he might as well put it to good use.

Loke lunged at Gajeel. "Regulus Impact!"

He punched Gajeel, and unlike before, it sent the Iron Dragon Slayer tumbling along the ground

Gajeel stood back up and took a deep breath. "Iron Dragon's Roar!" Loke held out his hands deflecting the blasts. "H-He just deflected my roar with just his bare hands!"

"This is the end for you Iron Dragon Slayer." Loke declared firmly. "You made the biggest mistake of your life when messing with Fairy Tail, pal!"

"The only mistake I made was not destroying that key." Gajeel lunged at him. "Iron Dragon's Hard Fist!"

"Regulus Impact!" Loke declared.

His brilliantly lit up fist met the Slayer's fist of iron before cracks spread all along Gajeel. "No, this can't be. I'm the strongest there is."

"This is the end!" Loke shouted. "Regulus Gatling Impact!"

Loke proceeded to wail on Gajeel with countless fists before ending it with a powerful punch sending the slayer directly into the ground. He then kept up the assault from there constantly punching him into the ground before punting him away.

Loke took a deep breathe before collapsing. "Leo's magic is leaving me, yet I still have magic." He sighed. "Looks like, I really am no longer Leo the Lion."

Shisui/Leo lost his golden glow as he grinned, stuck his hands in his pockets, and approached Lucy. "Hey there."

The problem is, everyone was stunned by what just happened, so they weren't thinking right.

"Oh, uh yeah." Lucy stated.

Leo fished his key out of his pocket. "Once you're back at full strength, I'd be honored to make a contract with you." He set the golden key in her hand. "Right now, I have a lot of explaining to do back in the Celestial Spirit Word. Be aware the king may want to meet you soon."

Leo was gone leaving four confused wizards in that room.

With Minato

Jose extended his right arm at Minato. "Dead Wave!"

A purple beam shot at the former Hokage who held out a hand of his own. "Ray!"

A beam of light met the attack head on before the two canceled each other out.

"Light Magic." Jose looked at Minato. "How annoying?"

"What can I say?" Minato shrugged. "Master Makarov let me have a look through his personal books and light magic spoke to me. Just as your magic compliments a Phantom, light magic compliments a Fairy."

Jose began to rapid fire on Minato who ran around the room prepping a spell himself.

He eventually jumped and held out his hands. "Photon!"

Just as Jose locked his target, a sphere of light magic appeared around him before exploding in light enlisting a pained shout from the master of Phantom Lord. Jose just growled as phantoms shot forth from Jose straight at Minato.

Minato closed his eyes and dispelled a Shadow Clone causing him to gain those markings around his eyes. He then opened his eyes displaying the irises of a frog. Just as the phantoms made it to him, Minato seemed to vanish.

"This speed!" Jose was looking around with a notable bead of sweat on his forehead. "That's almost like his Flying Thunder God technique, but he shouldn't have anymore…"

Minato seemingly appeared in front of the master before striking out with his fist. Jose just managed to move his head only to feel the aura slam into his cheek sending the master rolling along the ground.

Jose put his hand on his check as he glared at Minato. "You're more powerful than I thought, but some fancy magical aura isn't going to do me in." He stood. "It's about time I get serious anyways."

"What a coincidence because I was thinking the same think." Minato took a deep breath. "There's a reason people say I have the potential to eventually rival Gildarts; however, that battle was fought nearly three years ago. How strong do you think I am now?"

"Six years." Jose growled. "Back then, Phantom was number one and no one knew how large Fairy Tail would become. Mark my words, Fairy Tail will be nothing but ruble!"

"You can say that all you want, but Fairy Tail will never fall to the likes you." Minato declared. "I'll stake my life on it."

"Very well, then." Jose sparked with raw magical energy that started to tear the ground apart. "Let's see whose guild reigns supreme!"

"You want it…" Minato let loose his magical aura which seemed to not only rival Jose's but surpass it. "… you got it."

Outside

A sphere had appeared around the headquarters as clouds rolled in letting loose with lighting and the ocean itself rippled fiercely. All of Magnolia was shaking which frightened the wizards and citizens.

With Minato

Mianto's Ray met Jose's Dead Wave in a spectacular display before they used their remaining arms to fie off more magic. This time, Minato over the darkness as his attacks slammed into the master knocking him into a wall.

Jose stood and charged an even stronger darkness. "Dead Wave!"

Minato held out a single hand. "Massive Rasengan."

A sphere many times larger than the Giant Rasengan pushed through the dead wave before washing over Jose. The guild master was knocked into his throne shattering it and leaving Minato staring at the man lain out on the rubble.

"Looks like, this is…" Minato began.

"No…" Jose groaned before slowly rising to his feet. "I… will… not… fall… to… you."

"It's been made apparent that you are roughly on par with Master Makarov." Minato sighed. "You truly planned things out masterfully; however, you've flown too close to the sun and got burned."

Jose grit his teeth as no one addressed him in such a manner. "You dare lecture…"

"Like our master, I'll give you a chance." Minato cut him off. "You have to the count of three to admit defeat. I can just feel it. All of your strongest are defeated, and you won't be getting your hands on Lucy." He calmly closed his eyes and crossed his arms. "Let's begin. One."

"I will not be made a fool of by a pretentious brat!" Jose seethed. "You will die before you can even get to the count of three!"

Jose used both arms to charge his most powerful Dead Wave.

"Two." Minato opened his eyes and generated a strong orb of light between his hands.

"You should be kneeling before me!" Jose shouted. "But I suppose your death will suffice!"

"Three." Minato declared with finality. "I invoke… Fairy Law."

To Jose's shock, his powerful attack dissipated as it encountered the light, but it did not stop there. The light grew brighter and brighter, and the skies overhead became overshadowed with a huge Magic Circle which shown down on all the phantoms and Fairies.

Outside

One by one, the phantoms dissipated as the light consumed them.

"It must be somebody from our side!" Bisca deduced.

"That's Fairy Law." Cana nodded at her with a smile. "A spell that vanquishes darkness by its sacred light. It only vanquishes those the caster sees as their enemy. Incredible, isn't it? It's one of the most legendary spells in existence."

With Minato

Jose was now cowering as he shakily covered the top of his head. He was staring in utter disbelief at Minato, and his hair was distinctly lighter than it was before. Minato, for his part, looked sighed.

"You will never bother Fairy Tail again." Minato turned away from him. "In the end, I'm certain the Magic Council will be watching our guilds closely after today, so you should be on your beast behavior." He walked away. "After all, you have must to answer for already."

Down the Stairs

Minato walked into the foyer of the headquarters only to see Natsu, Gray, Erza, Kageyama, Kakashi, and Mira waiting for him with smiles on their faces. They had arrived just as Fairy Law was cast, and with Erza there, they knew what was up.

"We're going to find our missing members and get out of here." Minato walked past them. "This war is officially over."

Outside, the gathered wizards were celebrating as they knew Fairy Tail won.

Outside

Loke, Lucy, Jet, and Romeo were found and carried by the less injured of their little group after it was decided that explanations could wait. Upon coming to the canon, Gray created a new bridge of ice allowing the group to rejoin their guild.

Makarov soon appeared before his guild fully healed thanks to Mystogan as he now addressed his guild. "I could not be prouder than I currently am my children! Fairy Tail is victorious through your efforts alone! This is your victory!"

Everyone cheered to that.

Lucy, Jet, & Romeo vs Gajeel: Romeo may be a God Slayer, but compared to Zancrow, Chelia, and Orga, who all had years to train, he's still new to his magic. Gajeel may not be on par with S Ranks of Fairy Tail, it could be debatable at this time, but he's still an S Rank in his own right. Even throwing Jet and Lucy into the mix wouldn't be enough for this group to pull out a win.

I mean, we have to assume that while Gajeel did get the jump on Shadow Gear, I still think they managed to fight back. Judging by the fact that Gajeel was okay the next time we saw him, that group must not have been all that effective against him. As for Lucy, Canon shows us she couldn't stand up to Gajeel. So, this fight was clearly in Gajeel's favor.

Loke vs Gajeel: Loke was the leader of the Zodiac, and my thought process is that he was clearly impressing Gajeel with his skills at the time. He was held back by his condition which I had Loke mitigate by summoning himself. This naturally accelerated his deterioration. According to Sukea, this shouldn't have originally happened at all.

Seriously, I wanted Loke to finish this fight rather than turn it over to the new Leo who is Shisui. Given that he is now in Lucy's possession as a spirit, Shisui/Leo is essentially immortals with all the power befitting the leader of the Zodiac. This may not be what my review latest reviewer had in mind, but I did get creative. Hopefully in some way my logic here makes sense.

Minato vs Jose: Minato is a genius, essentially a prodigy. Given years in Earthland and Fairy Tail, someone like him, in my opinion, could most certainly learn Fairy Law. He was also thought of as one of the strongest Hokage, so that seemed to translate well into having strength on par with Wizard Saints.

Natsu: Yeah, he didn't get to fight Gajeel here, but that fight is recorded in many other Fanfictions if you really want to see it. Better yet, you could watch it in canon. Again, this isn't a jab at you guys. I'm legitimately offering ways you can see or read this fight if that's what interests you.

Afan: We'll see about that magic. I had planned to put Shisui in this chapter before you mentioned it, so hopefully it's creative enough for ya.
