Chapter 20: Suicide Squad Trailer 3
"Alright then," The Voice then says to the cast of Fate Grand Order. Having finally gained the time to start the viewing. "It's time my prisoners. Time to give you one last viewing before I kick you out and you guys can resume your miserable lives that'll lead to genocide."
"I'm sorry, what?!" Guadako says in surprise with Ritsuka also going wide eyed alongside Mash.
"Oh don't worry. With these views I'm sure some of your fate will change." Nah. The Voice didn't think so, but hey, you never know. "Moving on, this next viewing will feature...criminals."
"Oh." Moriaty grins. "As in, mastermind criminals?"
"I'm uncertain how to feel about this." Artoria admits.
"Ah please." Christopher Columbus grins. "It's people like us who make the world an interesting place."
"Not for good reasons though." Boudica mutters in slight anger.
"Plus these guys are technically psychopaths." The Voice admits. "Not all of them, but they're far from good people. Even the sympathetic ones." Like Harley. Sure she's loads better than the Joker...who had also killed people and joined in his plays before she broke up with him, meaning she's not innocent at all. "Regardless, here, we're about to see a world we're the government uses these bad guys as their charge."
"Woah! The government is hiring bad guys?!" Ritsuka couldn't believe his ears.
"Makes sense." Izo then chuckles. "The government is full of corruption. And in their eyes, I bet using bad guys instead of their own is a pragmatic way to spare lives and junk. Hahaha!"
"Yep. And with threats to kill them, these bad guys either obey or die." The Voice says. "Technically though they are helping the world. Just that they don't like it."
"They deserve it." Atalanta says. "While it might seem cruel with threats of suicide, in the end they themelves caused chaos and they should be shown no mercy."
"What about us though." Waver then says. "Some of us have less than noble history and have done a lot of bad things." Take Iskandar for example. Yes Waver will still follow him no matter what, that is fact. However, Waver is aware that his king and his followers have raped, pillaged, and murdered without a care during their journey. With many Servants in Chaldea having just as nasty histories.
"I don't see a problem." Ritsuka then says. His sister soon joined him.
"Yeah. I mean, you're helping us now with the Singularities, right?" Guadako smiles.
"How naive." EMIYA shakes his head. Then smirks. "But nothing I hate either."
Honestly, those two were too kind to all. However, EMIYA suspected they treated everyone, even the villainous Servants like this is because they weren't there to experience of were victim to such Servants hands in their lives. It was cold, but many people didn't care if someone on the other side of the planet died and just moved on with their lives. These Servants, while summoned, came from a time that didn't affect Ritsuka and Guadako, and thus while they knew of their crimes ignored it to make a new relationship with the Servant which usually succeeded.
He just hopes that doesn't bite them in the butt one day.
"Moving on," The Voice then says as the screen turns on. "Watch this and I'll later kick you out so I can enjoy my day."
"Hold on a second!" Merlot then asks. "While time here is strange, I get the feeling it took you a while to get back to us. In which case, what took you so long?"
"I have something called a life and other world (stories) to do." the Voice responds. "Also, I don't like your attitude."
Lightning then came out of nowhere and from there, collided with Merlin who couldn't even scream or feel the pain. Instead, all everybody could do was watch him turn to ashes. Dead just like that.
"Eh. We can summon him again later." Mordred shrugs.
"Do we have to?" Lancelot asks.
"We must!" Gawain explains to Lancelot. "He is an ally."
"We can do so later then." Artoria then says. "Much later."
"So much for friends." Da Vinci says as she watches the lack of reaction to Merlin's death.
"How sad." Trison agrees. Though he also didn't care for Merlin at all and was fine with this."
"So much for comradeship." Mash deadpans as she turns around to watch the viewing with everyone else doing the same.
"In any case, let us watch!" The Voice screams as lights go off and the viewing starts. "Time for the heroes to move aside. It's the villains who take over!"
THE SUICIDE SQUAD TRAILER
There was dust everywhere, and destruction could be seen. Yet despite all this horror, if one looked closely they'd be able to see someone. Someone standing atop the destruction wearing strange armor. Breathing heavily as even now, the building he is on is falling apart.
"Well this looks like it's gonna suck." Billy the Kid says. "...for that dude."
"Safe to say things aren't going to end well for him." Cu agrees as the Voice did say the bad guys will be forced to do something. This will probably include that dude.
"Robert Dubois." The voice of a woman then speaks up as the man continues to breathe while covered in soot and dust. Who then raises something where the scene then changes showing the same man again only with a sprayer which he uses on the floor and cleaning. The woman saying, "He's in prison for putting Super Man in the ICU with a kryptonite bullet."
"Super Man." Mash believed she heard that name before, with the Voice giving a non-existent nod.
"Yep, Super Man. A guy who can kick your asses unless you have magic, some unique concept, or kryptonite." Which was tough to do in some ways and the fact this dude managed it spoke pictures of the prison time he's going to get.
"I'm not joining your suicide squad." The man Robert then says to the woman known as Waller who just looks at his back as he tries to refuse.
"We'll see." She then ominously says to him. Where later on the man himself sees a girl visiting him in prison. His daughter.
Who says to him on the phone while separated by the glass, "My court date is coming up. And Miss Waller says maybe you could help me out."
Robert is not pleased by this and instantly plunges his hand into a pencil holder and grabs a pen and raises it at Waller's throat when he sees her again. Angered by what she had done yelling, "You're flinching in my door!"
When Robert does this though, armed men raise their weapons hyet Waller took the threat in stride and told them, "Everybody stand down."
Not everybody was as calm as Waller though with a blonde haired woman yelling, "Miss Waller, I don't-"
"Stand down!" Waller yells out, with everyone in the room reluctantly doing so. "I wouldn't take such extreme measures if this mission weren't more important than you could possibly imagine." Waller then looks Rober straight in the eye. "Are you in...or out?"
"Bitch." Atalanta said. "Threatening a person's child."
"Even if the dude's a bad guy? Not golden at all." Kintoko agrees, sicked by this.
"Hm. Makes sense." Moriaty himself then says. "If this Waller person wants this man to work for her, then she must aim at his weakness." Family being the most prominent for any person.
"Tch." Mordred clicks her tongue. "She gives similar vibes like dear mother."
"Scary." Illya says as she sees the woman's cold demeanor. Chloe patted her back to calm her down.
"I'll give the woman this, she's tough." Robin Hood can't imagine most people would stay composed when an angry father points a sharp pen at their throats. This woman had nerves of steel.
"She must be used to this then." Da Vinci voices her opinion. "I mean, to manage insane criminals means one must have the right, or in some cases, wrong mentality." Similar to the Masters as they faced threats time and again which would usually cause mental harm to those facing them. The woman had something like that. Though another thing did also catch her interest. "Just what is this mission exactly?"
When the man stayed silent for a bit, Waller only had one thing to say to him. "Good. Let's meet your team."
An american flag painted on a wall is then seen. Where walking forward at a distance away in front of it, numerous individuals are seen. Some a bit more colorful than others.
"Each member is chosen for his or her own completely unique set of abilities." The teammates seen is a man with a staff, one snorting, a woman screaming on a hang glider, and some strange creature licking its prison door on the glass window with one of the prisoners seeming a bit disgusted by it.
More of the team is shown from a weird woman with a rat on her shoulder to a dude with a collar on his neck. To the point one was a literal man shark reading a magazine. Exiting out of a bus in the rain, a woman who looked like a clown with the white skin and bright red colors on her clothes. Who then smiled as she looked up.
"An people call us Servants weird looking." Medea gives a slight giggle.
"They were certainly...something." Chiron says.
"I thought Red Hare was weird. But that shark and giant...human rat are just as equal." Tesla shivers with Helena feeling disgusted at seeing the rat.
"Sharks." Blackbeard chuckles. "I remember them."
"Indeed. Hahahahaha!" Christopher Columbus laughs.
"Makes me wonder if some humans will look like that in the future?" Karna ponders if humanity would also gain such strange styles. If they did, then humanity certainly took a strange turn then.
The woman, known as Harley Quinn, entered the bus and said, "Hey guys, sorry I'm late. Had to go number two."
The man that tried to wave at her paused as that was certainly a TMI situation. Then just awkwardly said, "Good to know."
It wasn't.
"It is." Guadako agrees. The person who said women were delicate and soft...must not have seen modern days women.
The helicopter carrying the team then started flying off.
Where inside on one side of the helicopter a young man is sitting next to a...rodent-thing that breathed next to him. The dude looking uncomfortable and chucked a thumb at it while asking, "Is this thing a dog?"
Everybody stayed silent.
"A dog." A man with black hair then answers. "A-what kind of dog do you think it is mate?"
"I'm gonna go with afghan hound." A blue masked man suggests.
"Oh my god. Is it a werewolf?" Harley Quinn asks.
In the front of the plane one of the members sighs as he turns around and here's the kid next to the weird creature yell, "Yo! They sat me next to a werewolf!?" The man struggles to get away from the alleged werewolf. "Yo let me out!"
"He's not a werewolf!" The man from up front then shouts at the idiots he's working with. Then clarifies what the creature actually is. "Okay. He's a weasel! He's harmless!"
The weasel then hisses a bit.
"I mean," The man then repeats himself. "He's not harmless. He's killed 27 children, but you know."
The man with black nearby just smiles.
"Okay, so more dangerous than it looks." Achilles says as he sees Atalanta struggle to not just get up and shoot an arrow at the disgusting thing.
"They say man is horrible, but animals can be the same in the same vein." Germonio gives his thoughts. "Mother nature's animals can be cruel and attack humans without a second thought." From bears to even deer. Those fools who make television shows how mother nature is all soft and kind are idiots as the great forests are anything but kind!
"I hear Lu Bu's own horse killed a few people." Waver adds in. Though to be more specific, he meant Red Hare killed people before becoming a Servant. That horse was dynamite.
"This group is looking fine already." Moriaty grins, eagerly waiting for more.
Harley Quinn is seen shooting a rocket launcher which destroys a part of the forest. Then the scene cuts to the team walking in the hot son with Waller talking.
"Your mission is to destroy every trace of something known only as project starfish." She tells them as the team is then seen exiting an elevator with a man in a yellow shirt holding a big gun. Where they then see many caged people and at the end of the tunnel something tentacle-y can be seen at the end of it with some government officials also starring at it.
The scene then changes to Waller talking to the villains in a room where the man with blue gloves and a cape raises his hand when she asks, "Any questions."
"Starfish." He then said. "Is it a slang term for butthole?" Some like a girl smiles as she looks at him in amusement of his words. "Is there any connection?"
Robert also looks at him but with disbelief instead.
"No." Waller says unamused.
"...no." The man writes that down.
"This team doesn't look like it'll last long." EMIYA says. "
"I agree." Cu nods. "They seem like the type to die.
"Probably because they just might." The Voice laughs. "Anybody who reads their source (comics) knows that the missions they participate are so dangerous that there's a reason it's called suicide squad." Though amazingly, many survived because of how badass, or lucky, they are.
"It'd be best if they do not die however." Chiron then says surprising a few. After all, these people were criminals for crying out loud. Though EMIYA Assassin seems to have understood.
"That's right. While criminals, they are also trusted to deal with a mission that involves the world." As such, if they died too early then that'd put the world at risk. A danger indeed. After all, Chaldea can sometimes only win by utilizing criminal Servants in the mix too.
As people were partying in one location, in the background the criminals got to work. From that deadly man shark to Harley Quinn dancing with dead people around her as she shot at the soldiers with a cold look compared to her goofy expressions from earlier.
Then an explosion occurs in some temple launching soldiers back with an officer watching in shock.
"All right." The voice of Robert then comes while a woman says as a hand holds a flashlight of sorts attracting the rats. The sickly pale man with injections sticking out of his head nodding a bit and burping. Then three members of the suicide squad leaving a burning veichle behind them looking satisfied. Robert then finishing his sentence with, "Let's get it."
Then the scene changes. Revealing the shark man gripped by something inhumane and swung around yelling as he's smashed into a building.
The man with injections from before sneers saying at Robert, "This is suicide."
"Well that's kinda our thing." The man with the yellow shirt says while Harley Quinn and two others run through a slowly falling apart building.
Then Polka Dot man is seen with glee shouting, "I'm a superhero!"
Where he's then seen launching small polka dots at soldiers where the dots do harm towards anything they make contact with.
"Is it safe to assume the threat they face is...powerful?" Da Vinci then asks the Voice who gives a non-existent grin.
"Very." An alien threat that was also a conqueror. The Servants themselves would have a hard time facing it if it were to ever face their world. "Just keep watching and you'll see more of it."
Inside a building, the shark man watches a glass with water which breaks and sends him away as he crashes into another. The water flooding the hallways where even Harley Quinn is consumed as she gently watches some rats swimming in the water.
Then through the snow, the Suicide Squad walks as they continue their mission that will save the world. Giving each other encouraging looks as later on Harley is seen beating up a soldier.
However, that is the least of problems. As later on, the mission they are ON shows why it's important where a colossal being that isn't even fully shown is seen. From it, dozens to hundreds of small starfish shaped creatures with one eye are seen flying everywhere.
Robert with the squad doing their best shooting all over. This is apparently seen by his daughter who sees him on television with surprise saying, "That's my dad."
All while he runs from a massive tentacle that threatens to kill him or worse.
Artoria shivers. Memories of the fourth war entering her mind. "That creature…"
"How dangerous is it?" Holmes then gets straight to the point of what that thing is. The Voice chuckled a bit.
"If left alone for too long, an entire planet will be under its control." The Voice answers, making some of the Servants shocked.
"It definitely isn't something that belongs on earth." Edison scowls as he sees the abomination. "Why, it doesn't even seem earthly one bit."
"And if it is, then who's the bastard that made it?" EMIYA frowns as he then remembered how Waller said this creature was related to something about project starfish. Meaning humans may have had a hand involved with this thing and have brought their own doom if so.
Humans truly did make things worse.
"I'm going to get you out of here." Robert says to the woman on a bus he drives who smiles at him.
"I'm going to get you out of here alive." She jokes.
Meanwhile Harley is seen running and jumping with many strange flowers of sorts with her. All as she shoots down the soldiers and screams! Probably something that was unavoidable.
As the mission involves much danger all over.
Cars exploding.
The team falling down in their craft.
Robert free-falling down a hole of a building as he then lands roughly on the ground with his two feet looking dusty.
A woman holding her gun out.
Another female seemingly trying to smile as she holds onto something.
Harley herself ran as fast as she could from impending destruction chasing after her.
Just another day for the Suicide Squad.
"Rattitoe." The man in the yellow shirt then talks through a radio to the woman who controls rats then says. "What have you got?"
Instead of the woman who has binoculars to tell them of the citation though, it was the man shark who answered. "Bird."
A bird chirps in front of man shark.
"Stay off the comm!"
"Yep. I have no confidence in this team." EMIYA admits as he couldn't see this end well at all.
"Truer words couldn't be said." The Voice laughs. "Granted, they might surprise us and win. Though not before a lot of crazy stuff happens admittingly." The Suicide Squad is far from proffesionalism.
"I found them rather amusing." Chloe especially loved that Harley Quinn woman's style. She seemed like all sorts of fun in her opinion. Especially how she kicked ass.
"It's quite amazing really." Moriaty then chuckles. "Normally, this is something that only Servants have, the great adventurers and world ending missions. An act normal humans can't do."
Holmes was feeling the same way. "Yet these past few worlds have shown us others, especially normal humans, can do the same and enact their own unique adventurers. Some that are otherwise normal humans in the long run."
"It is pretty cool." Ritsuka won't deny, a part of him felt envious of that fact. I mean, here he is, seeing people with some being normal facing these threats that he thought only he saw. Some even alone. Where for him and his sister, they had no power and had to rely on Servants otherwise be killed.
"Makes one wonder, if we can be like that?" Guadako felt the same. Feeling a slight dissatisfaction at how the heroes of other worlds can take care of themselves while a simple cut to the leg puts them out of commission. "Guess we need more training."
"Mm." Mash looks at the two Masters. Slight conflicting feelings coming out of her. But, she didn't hate what they thought. In fact, if they chose to get stronger, then Mash would join them. Seeing the power of those like Sonic, Saitama, Izuku, and so on made her realize that she can get stronger. To protect the people she cared for. Determination filling her eyes.
"So then," Kid Gil then leans back. "I suppose that this is it huh. You did mention something about showing us one last world before, poof. We're done."
"Eh?" Edison says. "But this was such a small viewing!"
"Yeah. And I don't really care either." The Voice says to the cat man genius. "I have some stuff happening at home so this was made short. Not exactly my best work, but eh, whatever." And if people want to complain then they can go ahead. Then afterwards they themselves should try making a cinema world and see where that gets them.
"A shame." Da Vinci shakes her head. "I wished to see more of these other dimensions. Still though, it was fun."
"Definitely better than sitting in a capsule." Kadoc agrees as while he wasn't there for everything, he certainly enjoyed this compared to doing squat in a coma."
"I just wish we could face some of them heroes." Cu laughs as he gives a savage look. "They looked worth stabbing and killing."
"Yes. Yes they do." Beowulf is in agreement with other battle thirsty Servants with them.
"So true." The Voice is with them. Imagining the crazy scenarios of what would happen if Servant and heroes were to battle in such crossovers. What an awesome thing to think of. "But until then, the time has come."
From behind, a light came and from there, a door popped open revealing none other than the hallway of Chaldea. "You guys will have to leave, and just do whatever you want."
"And after that this world will vanish?" Arturia asked, kinda upset as this placed summoned all sorts of good food.
"Oh no, it'll stay." The Voice says. "I plan on returning one day. Or not if worse comes to worse, but you'll get to enter this pocket dimension again."
Many looked pleased. As this meant they could relax and summon food, especially if they didn't have any.
"All while listening to obnoxiously loud music!" The Voice screams as loud and horrible music is heard assaulting the ears of everyone. So scratchy and loud, the Servants felt their ears were bleeding!
"Gah! Screw you!" Billy the Kid shouts as he gets up and runs.
"You really are an enemy of humanity!" Achilles agrees as he dashes at top speed.
"I like it." Eli-Chan says as she starts her own singing.
"Of course you would!" Tamamoe scowls as she leaves with Nero alongside her.
The two Masters themselves running but smiling, as they decided to start some training once they escaped. Mash behind them as she carried Olga who was still asleep after all this damn time. Kadoc with his own Servant while those like Lancelot and Beowulf laugh as they grab the Team A pods and take them with them.
"Ah. This was fun." The Voice say as he sees everyone leave. Once they vanished, the Voice gives a non-existent grin. "It'll be nice to put this on pause and go back to the basics."
This story has been cool, and undoubtedly he's made loads of mistakes. But hey, this was for fun and he had other business. Business that now involved RWBY Cinema Action. "Time to get the old cast back."
Then with a snapped of gloved fingers, Fate Cinema Order is over.
I suppose I'll return...eventually? Neh. Either way, I'm out until I feel like doing this again. Who knows, maybe those who read and enjoyed/hated this will make their own cinema stories out of inspiration. That'd be cool
But otherwise, see ya.
