"Scott has a girlfriend, Caroline." Bonnie answered before Scott could, blushing a little at the last part.

At the sight of the blush, Caroline wondered if Bonnie could really suppress Scott's supposed power or kill him as the Hundred Witches were training her to. With how quickly Bonnie went to Scott's rescue earlier, Caroline doubted Bonnie could do as the dead witch spirits wanted.

Aside from Bonnie's reaction, Ayanda and Sky exchanged looks at Bonnie's answer and Caroline saw them.

"That's not a denial, Bonnie." She responded. "And since when? When did Scott call and informed you he had a girlfriend? You said it's been some time since you spoke with him. And you two (Ayanda and Sky), what's with the looks? Do you know something?"

"A friend has some business in town and we came with her." Scott interjected, pinching Ayanda and Sky a little in warning. "And yes, I have a girlfriend, Caroline."

"And yet the first thing you do after arriving in town is calling Bonnie."

"It's not the first thing. I've already met with Tyler. I called Bonnie so we could catch up." Scott replied. "Since we're here, how about we catch up too? We haven't spoken since the last time I was here and just a few minutes after we meet again, you have an original vampire for an admirer."

"Tell me about it."

"Are you (Scott) going to the dinner?" Bonnie asked.

"Yes." Scott answered.

"Why?" Caroline inquired.

"Why not?"

"Do I need to remind you that Bonnie rescued you when you got here?"

"We can take care of ourselves, Caroline." Scott responded.

"When faced with Katherine, maybe." Caroline replied, surprising Scott although he supposed he should have expected her to know. "Thanks for killing her, by the way. She's the one who turned me, but she was a non-original vampire.

Klaus and Kol are not only twice her age, they are also originals and we don't have a weapon that can kill them."

"Like Scott said; we can take care of ourselves." Ayanda said.

"We're wolves." Sky added. "Our preferred prey is usually much bigger than us but we still manage to successfully hunt it and have our fill."

"Klaus isn't prey." Bonnie reminded.

"You're right." Scott agreed. "Klaus is an apex predator."

"Our Alpha, though, is the apex of apex predators." Ayanda proclaimed proudly.

"Really now?" Caroline responded. "Where was this apex-of-apex-predators Alpha of yours when you were facing Klaus and Kol?"

"While they were facing Kol, he was facing Klaus." Scott replied.

"I didn't..." Caroline trailed off. "You are your pack's Alpha?"

"Surprised?" Scott asked, leaning back on his chair.

"You are a werewolf alpha?!" Caroline repeated her question, and gained the attention of some of the people close to them.

"Shh!" Bonnie shushed. "No one wants to know what rank he holds for a dumb video game."

"There's nothing dumb about the greatest video game ever invented!" Scott responded accordingly, playing along.

"That's what every video game geek thinks about their favorite games." Bonnie retorted.

"Not every video game geek is an alpha." Scott countered, and proceeded to childishly stick his tongue out, causing everyone at the table to burst out laughing.

"Seriously, though." Caroline said as they calmed down and eyes drifted away from them. "You're an alpha?"

"Yes." Scott answered, and then glowed his alpha red eyes that signified his status for a moment, surprising and confusing Caroline while Bonnie's suspicion was proven to be correct.

"You are the red-eyed wolf with a raven." Bonnie whispered.

"Come again."

"Nothing. Um..."

"Why are your wolf eyes glowing red?" Caroline inquired, voicing the source of her surprise.

"They signify his status as an evolved werewolf alpha." Bonnie responded before Scott could, having had a little chat with her ancestors, surprising Caroline that she knew the answer. "All evolved werewolf alphas have red eyes while betas and omegas have yellow eyes that turn blue if they kill someone who hasn't killed before."

"What are evolved werewolves and how do you know about them and you didn't tell me, Bonnie?" Caroline questioned.

"I just found out from training, Caroline." Bonnie said, and Caroline read between the lines, understanding what she meant. "I was going to tell you. Evolved werewolves are exactly that, evolved werewolves.

They are not bound to the moon like traditional werewolves like Tyler. They can shift at will and are either born or turned from human into beta werewolves by an evolved werewolf alpha's bite."

"Wha-What?" Caroline couldn't hold in her fear and shock at the revelation of the existence of evolved werewolves.

"Vampires thought getting rid of the werewolf population by driving it to extinction would rid them of a dangerous threat but they initiated their own destruction." Ayanda responded. "They drove werewolves to evolution, not extinction."

"Evolved werewolves are faster, stronger and specially built to hunt and kill vampires." Sky carried on, proud of his new status. "And I must say; we're pretty good at it."

"Do you now understand why I say my alpha is the apex of apex predators?" Ayanda inquired.

Caroline didn't have any words, she was in shock.

"I didn't sense any evolved werewolves in town the last time I was here, so, I think you're safe as can be from them unless they immigrated here in the time I've been away." Scott said to calm Caroline.

"You're here." Caroline pointed out.

"I told you why we're here, Caroline." Scott replied. "As long as we're not provoked and lives aren't threatened, we'll not cause any problems. This is our downtime and we would like to keep it that way."

"By going to Klaus' house and having dinner with him, his pack and his murderous brother Kol?" Bonnie questioned.

"The dinner is just an excuse for Klaus to find out who we are and what we're about beyond the rumors he has heard, Bonnie." Scott revealed. "He knows who I am. Both Klaus and Kol know who I am. I heard them before they came here."

"What rumors are you talking about?" Caroline inquired. "And how come you heard them with all this noise? I didn't even see you using your super hearing!"

"Simple." Sky said, earning Caroline's attention, and that gave Bonnie and Scott the chance to have a quick silent conversation about Caroline's lack of knowledge of Scott's kingship without her noticing. "Apex of apex predators."

"The rumors about my latest status in the supernatural world." Scott answered Caroline's first question. "I'm not just an alpha of a pack, Caroline. I'm also werewolf royalty, and king, and one of two Kings of New Orleans, a city Klaus used to rule until a century ago."

"Klaus used to be a King of New Orleans?" Bonnie asked, surprised by that, as was Caroline although she was surprised by more than that detail, more than surprised, shocked; it seemed she was in for a lot of shocking news today.

"Yes." Scott responded. "This dinner is more than what it is and my pack and I have to attend it for more than courtesy."

"What? You want to see who has the bigger pair?" Caroline retorted.

"I know a lot about Klaus from other people." Scott said. "But now I have a chance to know more about him, his brother and his pack firsthand and so does my pack."

"You're accepting Klaus' invitation for the same reasons he issued it." Bonnie realized.

"Yes." Scott replied, although there was more to his reasons.

"Will it be just the three of you or will your friend join you?"

"My friend will join us."

"You might need another friend regardless of what Klaus promised, so, I'll join you." Bonnie responded, figuring if a fight broke out, she could get a chance to get back at Klaus for letting Rebekah kill Elena by helping kill his hybrids and maybe come up with a spell to trap Klaus and Kol inside the house.

"If you're going, so am I." Caroline said, not about to let Bonnie go to Klaus' house alone, especially after the first and last time they were there. "This means I need to go shopping for a new dress."

"You don't need..."

"I definitely do." Caroline interrupted Bonnie, standing up. "And so do you. (And proceeded to get Bonnie to stand up along with her bag) Come on. We have dress shopping to do. See you later Scott, Ayanda and Sky."

And proceeded to drag Bonnie out.

"Good luck, Bonnie!" Sky waved, before he looked at Ayanda and Scott. "We need to go shopping as well."

"What's the plan?" Kol asked as they got inside Klaus' car.

"Scott couldn't have come to town at a better time, brother." Klaus said. "Now that Bonnie and her friends don't see us as active enemies because of my agreement with her father and releasing Stefan from his agreement with me, they are the perfect people to get me close to Scott.

The invitation is the first step, the dinner is the second. We will see where to after the dinner, but the endgame is a friendship between Hybrid Pack and New Beacon Pack, me and Scott. It would be nice to return to our home with him as our host, don't you think, brother?"

"It would definitely be worth seeing Marcel's face." Kol replied.

"That's..."

Klaus paused as his phone rang and he checked to find that one of the private investigators he compelled was calling.

"For your family's sake, I hope you found my sister because I told you not to call me unless you've found something solid." Klaus said in greeting after answering the call, gaining Kol's attention.

"I've found something solid, Mr Mikaelson."

"Well, out with it."

"I found Ms Mikaelson's trace and I've begun following it, sir."

"Share it with the others and double your efforts." Klaus instructed and then ended the call. "It appears Rebekah will be joining us soon. I have a dinner to organize, Kol. Are you going to help or do you have other plans in mind?"

Other than organizing the dinner, Klaus wanted to think about his reaction to Scott and what to do about it. Though he didn't show it, it left him unsettled and he wasn't found of being unsettled.

"I have other plans." Kol said. "But before I go and since you still owe me for daggering me, I want you to do something for me for us to be even."

"What do you want?"

"When you find Rebekah, give her the white oak ash dagger you used on her. She shouldn't live with the fear of having you dagger her again if she disappoints you like I do."

"And this is the second last stop. Home sweet home." Tyler said, opening the front door.

"What's the last one?" Lydia asked, entering the house with Charl'z and Hinata followed by Tyler who closed the door.

"The Grill. Can I get you something to drink?"

"A glass of water." Lydia answered while Charl'z and Hinata declined. "When will your mother get back?"

"Pretty late. I'll be back." Tyler said, and disappeared into the kitchen before reappearing with a glass of water for Lydia. "You want to meet her, don't you? My mother."

"Yes." Lydia confirmed. "But I want something else too. I want to know why our mothers kept each other's existence hidden from us."

"Do you really want to open that obvious can of worms?"

"Would you rather keep it closed and go on wondering what it holds?" Lydia responded. "What if it opens at an inopportune time and the aftermath is worse than the contents because of the time?

Trust me, Tyler. It's better if we open the proverbial can of worms on our terms before it opens on its own."

Tyler guessed Lydia was right while she knew she was right. A controlled environment was way better than an uncontrolled one. She... Suddenly everyone and everything disappeared from Lydia's sight and she found herself in an office.

By the looks of it, a government office and not just any government office if two of the pictures on the wall said anything; Richard Lockwood's picture followed by Carol Lockwood's. It was Mystic Falls mayor's office.

Just as Lydia realized that, she heard something.

"No! Please! Don't!"

"Come on, darling. I'm only turning you into a vampire so that you can find out if you're still you afterwards and inform the others of your finding. This way, the next time, if there's a next time, you kidnap vampires and kill them, you know what you're killing; mindless creatures or people who are just different."

Lydia then felt the presence of death in the room.

"Lydia?" Tyler called out Lydia who suddenly seemed unfocused and in a kind of trance, moving to shake her out of the trace.

"Don't." Hinata stopped him. "She'll snap out of it on her own."

"What do you mean? Has this happened before?"

"You can ask her." Charl'z replied, a moment before Lydia snapped out of the trace/vision.

"I need to leave!" Lydia announced, surprising everyone at the suddenness of the announcement. "I just remembered something I have to do. I'll see you later, Tyler. (Lydia said standing up) Um, Hinata, please keep Tyler company until I return."

"Wait, what?" Tyler reacted, standing up as well, as did the others.

"Of course, Princess." Hinata responded, reading between the lines.

"I, I have pack duties I need to attend to. Hinata will keep you company until we return." Lydia answered Tyler, heading for the front door with Charl'z.

"What the hell just happened?" Tyler was left asking.

"Finally!" Olivia exclaimed as Lucas drove into Mystic Falls, driving the year's latest car that took them a lot longer than a modern car would have even with some magic help.

"Finally!" Lucas concurred. "I hate the early twentieth century."

"With good reason." Olivia replied, checking on Joshua who was fast asleep in the back. "The Heretics better be grateful."

After Sky convinced Ayanda and Scott that they needed new clothes, they left Mystic Grill and went to the park to relax while they awaited Lydia's return with Charl'z and Hinata.

However, Scott received a call from Lydia.

"Hey, Lydia. How is...?"

"Where are you?" Lydia cut him off.

"Um, where you left us. Are you OK?"

"I'm fine. We're fine. But something is going to happen."

"What did you mean by Scott is the red-eyed wolf with a raven?" Caroline asked Bonnie while they selected clothes they wanted to try out.

"Remember when I told you guys about the glowing eyes I saw when I touched Scott back when we first met?" Bonnie inquired.

"Yeah."

"I had a dream, a vision of sort, the night Scott borrowed me his shirt and I slept with it on..."

"You slept with...?"

"Caroline!" Bonnie exclaimed in embarrassment, blushing.

"What?! You..."

"Caroline!"

"OK! OK!"

"As I was saying, I saw a wolf with red eyes and a raven on its head accompanied by a coyote with red-eyes, like the wolf's." Bonnie continued. "A black dog that was kind of fiery with fiery eyes and a screaming woman.

Another wolf, but this one had yellow eyes, a jaguar with yellow eyes too and two humanoids, one in usual clothes and the other in cowboy clothes. They were all standing and facing the Hundred Witch Spirits and I was in the middle of the two groups.

The Spirits were telling me to eliminate the red-eyed coyote and wolf, the raven, the jaguar and the cowboy because they were 'abominations of nature'. I figured Scott was the red-eyed wolf and leader of his group but I couldn't make sense of the dream, particularly Scott's group."

"Until now."

"Until now, but I still can't make sense of Scott's group."

"Two wolves, a raven, a coyote, a black dog, a screaming woman, a jaguar and two humanoids." Caroline listed, and she too couldn't make sense of the group. "I get the relationship between Scott and the raven, but coyotes and jaguars don't get along with each other or wolves.

The same with dogs and jaguars. Maybe you should ask Scott about it. It's obvious, though, that you stand between..."

"Wait." Bonnie said to herself. "The Spirits said that when Scott was here last, he had an unconventional pack of eight extraordinary members. Maybe the animals that are with him are shapeshifters like him."

"When did the Spirits say this?"

"A few days ago."

"You're hiding some things from me, Bonnie." Caroline voiced, halting her search for clothes to give Bonnie her full attention. "You weren't surprised that Scott is werewolf royalty or a King of New Orleans, you were just surprised that Klaus was once a King of New Orleans.

The fact that Scott wasn't surprised about that, tells me you two have been speaking and he either confirmed whatever else the Spirits told you about him or he told you himself. What else have the Hundred Witches told you and you didn't tell me, Bonnie?

Didn't we promise to be better best friends and that we would share things with each other?"

Bonnie acknowledged that she was caught and couldn't find it in herself to pretend she didn't know what Caroline was talk about.

"You're right, there are things I've been hiding from you but only because they're not mine to tell and I can't tell you everything the Spirits tell me." Bonnie responded. "But I was going to tell you and the others about evolved werewolves today.

I didn't know evolved werewolves existed until I confronted the Spirits about what they left out of the information they told me about Scott and they explained the subspecies of werewolves Scott created after I spoke with him.

I wasn't lying when I said I hadn't talked with Scott for some time, I only spoke with him two days ago to confirm if what the Spirits said about him was true and he was with his girlfriend and friends, I didn't know he was going to be in town. He didn't say anything about coming here."

"Scott created a subspecies of werewolves?"

"Yeah." Bonnie said with a sigh, realizing that Klaus probably knew and was probably going to bring the topic and Scott's tribrid status up at the dinner and figured it would be better if Caroline knew before hand. "I should probably get you up to speed since Klaus probably knows everything and will probably bring it up at the dinner."

"What happened to 'not mine to tell'?" Caroline sassed.

"You're right." Bonnie replied, and continued looking for clothes. "Maybe we should wait for..."

"I'm kidding, Bonnie!" Caroline stopped her. "Come on. Fill me in. I'll forgive you for keeping me in the dark about evolved werewolves if you tell me."

"We should probably tell Stefan and Tyler if he doesn't know already."

"In hindsight, not telling Stefan that Scott killed Katharine was probably a good idea." Caroline said, realizing the trouble Stefan would have faced if they told him.

"Yeah." Bonnie agreed; before she went on to fill Caroline in, summarizing everything.

"Use your vampire mind melding ability to see what I saw." Lydia replied, joining Scott on the bench.

"Focus on what you saw then." Scott said, and held one of Lydia's hands before putting his index and middle finger of his free hand on Lydia's temple and closed his eyes.

"Where is Hinata?" Sky asked Charl'z.

"At Tyler's house, watching over him at Princess Lydia's command, but he doesn't know that's why we left her with him." Charl'z answered.

"So, the King and Princess aren't in danger?" Ayanda inquired.

"None that I know of." Charl'z replied.

"The voices belong to Tyler's mother and Kol." Scott said upon viewing Lydia's memories.

"Kol? As in Kol Mikaelson?" Lydia asked

"Yes." Scott confirmed, but didn't get the chance to elaborate because his phone vibrated with an incoming call.

"You think Scott might be an original vampire-werewolf-witch tribrid?" Caroline asked after Bonnie brought her up to speed and voiced what she thought, standing beside the doors of two changing rooms, the clothes they choose to try out already in the rooms.

"Yeah." Bonnie replied. "The Spirits are tight-lipped when I ask them, but I think that I'm right. Both Scott and the Spirits compared Scott to Klaus and Scott and his pack are too confident to be anything else.

They compare vampires to prey, considering Ayanda and Sky stood face to face with Kol, they probably classify him as a predator since they now know he's an original, Scott acknowledged Klaus as an apex predator and Ayanda and Sky acknowledged Scott as the apex of apex predators.

Not an apex of apex predators but the Apex of Apex Predators, like an official rank and title."

"It would be nice to have an original on our side." Caroline said.

"The Spirits don't think so."

"Then we're lucky they're dead and can't do anything about it."

"They're my ancestors, Caroline." Bonnie revealed.

"What?"

"Yeah."

"Wow. I'm sorry." Caroline apologized. "You know what? We should stop talking and move on to changing."

"Good idea." Bonnie responded, and entered her changing room and closed the door.

Just as Caroline was about to enter her own, she smelled the scent of blood and looked up to see a sales assistant collapse from a couple of clothing lines away that were in her line of sight and moved to check up on her after getting her blood thirst in control.

When she bent down to check the sales assistant, she suddenly felt a sting on her neck.

"Just a little blood and you come running. Stupid bloodsuckers." The sales assistant said, opening his eyes with a smirk quickly appearing.

It dawned on Caroline that the sting was a result of a syringe and the syringe was filled with vervain. But before she could do anything, a second sales assistant appeared behind her and hit her hard with the back of a gun on the back of the head, knocking her out.

Mystic Falls

Ever since he was revived, Kol has come to realize that Mystic Falls was nothing like New Orleans, but most of all, the French Quarter. The town wasn't as rich in supernaturals as it once was, or maybe local supernaturals learned to hide their supernatural identities over the years or most local werewolves didn't have their werewolf gene activated.

Anyway, as he walked around town the shopping center, Kol thought about Klaus' plan. It was a good plan and it showed just how cunning and resourceful Klaus was. If things went according to Klaus' plans, the Mikaelsons would be back in New Orleans as guests and good friends of Scott soon.

And later, Klaus was going to reclaim his kingship over the city. But things were easier said than done, especially with Marcel alive. Kol wondered what Klaus had planned for Marcel, the boy that took his place in the family and got all the love and attention he deserved as family by blood.

Oh, Kol hated Marcellus Gerard, but more than that, he was jealous of him for being welcomed into Elijah, Klaus and Rebekah's little tight unit; family.

Elijah took Marcel under his wing as though he was his biological nephew and Klaus treated Marcel as though he was his biological son and Rebekah, Rebekah fell for Marcel and once asked Kol to turn Marcel into a vampire but Elijah stopped him and informed Klaus.

Klaus reacted predictably and daggered Kol before he could explain at Elijah's encouragement and Rebekah didn't help Kol, she said nothing about Marcel asking Rebekah to turn him and Rebekah asking Kol to do it for her.

The sad thing was that Kol wasn't surprised by that, just disappointed that no matter what he did for Rebekah, and how many times, she only came to him when she wanted something from him and then discard him to face the consequences alone if the results are unfavorable.

He was disappointed in Rebekah, but mostly in himself because he always did whatever she asked of him, expecting some recognition, no matter how small, but never got it.

Kol wondered what Klaus was going to do about Marcel now that he has revealed his true colors by not contacting Elijah, Klaus or Rebekah, allying with Lucien and ruling their home with him.

The whole thing painted an ugly picture and Kol couldn't wait to see the kind of punishment Klaus gives Marcel. Really, Kol wanted to know what Klaus was going to do to punish Marcel since he was a non-original vampire and Klaus couldn't dagger Marcel whenever he disappointed him.

But that would come after they earn Scott's friendship, trust and invitation to New Orleans. For now...

That thought came to a halt as Kol saw Caroline being carried to a black van by a man and a woman who proceeded to quickly put her into the back of the van along with her back and one got in the back with her while the other went to the driver's side after closing the doors.

Seeing an opportunity, Kol moved to rescue Caroline but paused, realizing if Caroline regained consciousness in his company, she was likely going to assume he was part of the kidnapping.

He decided he might as well follow the van and see where it was going and then rescue Caroline when she regains consciousness.

After Bonnie changed into new clothes, after taking some time to look at herself, she left her changing room to hear Caroline's opinion and give her own on the clothes Caroline chose but to her surprise, Caroline wasn't out of her changing room yet.

Bonnie found that odd, especially when she realized that Caroline should have budged into her changing room by now. That oddness increased as she saw Caroline's changing room door wide open though Caroline was nowhere to be seen, along with her bag.

"Caroline?!" Bonnie called out, looking inside Caroline's changing but only found the clothes Caroline collected and exited to look for her in the store. "Caroline!"

"Could you please keep it down, young lady?" A sales assistant said, approaching Bonnie.

"I'm looking for my friend, the girl I came in here with." Bonnie responded, getting a bad feeling.

"I just took over from my coworker. I wasn't here when you arrived. Could you describe her appearance for me so that I can help you?"

Bonnie described Caroline's appearance but the assistant was sure that she hasn't seen her and promised to be on the lookout, causing Bonnie to try calling Caroline's phone but it was off, increasing her worry over Caroline's sudden disappearance.

"Could we please look at the store's CCTV footages?" Bonnie asked, remembering how Caroline found out about Scott's connection to Katherine's disappearance.

"We can't do that without the manager's permission and she is not in today."

"I..." Bonnie trailed off, and then decided to call someone who could help her with the situation, particularly getting access to the store's CCTV footages. "Hey, Scott. I need your help. Caroline just disappeared."

"Welcome, everyone." Meredith opened the Town Council's meeting by welcoming its members, looking forward to today's agenda. "Today is an important day in Mystic Falls and Town Council history and our fight against vampires and so, I would like to make sure everyone is present."

With that, they took in the attendance record and luckily, everyone was present.

"Now that's out of the way, are there any new reports?" Meredith asked.

"There is an increase in missing person's reports and 'animal attacks' in towns around Mystic Falls." Elizabeth reported.

"I've heard about that." Coroner, Mystic Falls and Town Council's coroner, said. "I've had a few of the cases brought to me."

"And?" Carol inquired.

"And vampires are definitely involved." Coroner replied. "But it seems we have a wolfpack in the area. Vampires drain humans of blood and dump the bodies in the woods for the wolves to eat."

"We haven't had a wolfpack around in quite a while." Doctor V, a local veterinarian, responded. "I thought I was being too optimistic when I saw signs of wolves in the area these past few months but it seems I was right, wolves are back."

"They are back and it seems they don't just hunt natural animals but vampires as well." Coroner said, surprising everyone and worrying Elizabeth for Caroline's sake.

"Are you sure about that?" Malcolm asked.

"Yes. I am sure. Two vampire bodies with wolf bites have been brought to me and everything points to the wolves having done the killing. It looks like wolf bites are lethal to vampires."

"And we thought we were the only ones fighting the demons." Pastor Young commented, his faith was renewed. "God always provides! We are not alone."

"If vampires find out about this, they will hunt down and kill every wolf in sight." Meredith said, and the others agreed. "We have to protect them, Carol. And as mayor of Mystic Falls, you have the power to help with that."

"Wolves are an important part of the ecosystem. Their presence could not only help us with our vampire problem but also the ecosystem. They have to be protected by law." Doctor V added.

"Town Hall has gained someone I think will be perfect for the job." Carol responded.

"Who?" Elizabeth inquired.

"Mr Hopkins."

"Hopkins? Rudy Hopkins?" Coroner asked.

"Yes." Carol confirmed. "He knows people in the upper government hierarchy and can help us gain legal protection for the wolves."

"That's good to hear. Get him on board." Meredith said. "While we wait for the wolves to be protected, Carol and I found some very interesting discoveries that we would like to share with the Council.

But first, is there anything you would like to add to your report, Sheriff Forbes?"

"No, doctor." Elizabeth answered, but got a sick feeling in the stomach that told her something was wrong from the way Carol and Meredith looked at her.

"Alright then." Meredith replied, and went to the office door and opened it to reveal an unconscious Stefan on a wheelchair, bound to it with ropes Meredith knew were soaked in vervain and mouth gagged, and a man behind the wheelchair. "Come in."

A surprised Elizabeth watched as Stefan was wheeled in, but that surprise turned to shock and horror as someone else in the same situation as Stefan came into view and was brought into the room as well; Caroline.
