I DID IT AGAIN!

I TOOK LITERAL MONTHS TO UPDATE!

SO SORRY! I've been quite busy. I recently started writing my own novel. It's an Isekai, but not like anyone you've seen in anime or manga. I won't say anything about it for now. However, I can tell you that it's going to be one of my best works ever.

Anyway, thanks for voting in the poll. You can check it out – and more – at the end of the chapter.

DISCLAIMER: I DON'T OWN ANY ANIME OR MANGA. BUT IF I DID, IT WOULD BE A AMAAAZING!

Now to the story!

CHAPTER FOUR: The Burning Determination of The Rabbit Hero

After months of training, the big day had finally come upon Izuku. The entrance exam for the next generation of heroes has arrived. Many kids won't pass, and a lot of them would probably feel dejected. But there are the exceptional who will succeed, and Izuku planned to be one of them. Certain people in his life were counting on him, especially All Might. He couldn't afford to fail his mentor.

Before the big day, the TV stations were blasting announcements about the entrance exam through the airways. It was that big of a deal. Everyone in the city knew how important this exam was, hence why so many teens who wanted to be heroes were attending. Graduating from the school meant a promising future for them, for fame and fortune.

"I…I made it…" Izuku said, eyeing the school building.

U.A's structure was unlike any school he has seen. It sat at the top of a forested hill that overlooked Musutafu. The campus was very long in width, as anything inside was hidden from the outside by its massive brownish and greyish walls. The entrance was shaped somewhat like a hexagon, blue in color, as it was seemingly the only way to enter the campus.

When Izuku stepped inside, he was awestruck at the scenery. The main building overlooked the entire campus. It was shaped like an H (for hero), with countless windows, which allowed the sky to reflect on them. Besides that, there were grey-shaped hexagon-like structures, kind of like the main entrance, that went along the reddish and white brick pathway.

Izuku kept gazing at the building, thinking back to his time with All Might. He never got the time to test out his new quirk, One For All. Time had been ticking, so he left All Might after eating a strand of his hair, washed up, ate his breakfast, and got dressed, before rushing straight for UA.

Right now, the teen was dressed in the standard black uniform for middle-schoolers. He didn't stick out, luckily. Every student attending were middle-schoolers that were also about to graduate.

"Fuck off, Deku!"

In an instant, Izuku's body shock. He recognized that voice, even before shakily turning back to see his middle-school bully/childhood friend walking his way with a frustrated glare.

"Ka-Kacchan!" He cowered as he moved out of his way.

Katsuki didn't pay him much attention. But he did threaten his life, which was common at this point. Izuku was, however, surprised when he walked past him without trying to bully him in any way.

'Ever since that day, Kacchan hasn't laid a finger on me.' He thought as he watched him walk away. This put a mild and hopeful smile on his face. 'Things have changed! I just have to remember these past ten months! And step…forward!'

So he did just that. Izuku Midoriya made the first major step into UA, his first step to becoming a hero.

'This is it!'

Unknown to him, however, he was still his careless self. So when he took that first step, he actually tripped on his other foot without even noticing it. And due to his tendency to forget his surroundings, he hadn't noticed he was about to hit the ground until someone saved him just in time.

"Come on, Izuku. You really got to pay attention. Geez."

"Eh?" Izuku blinked twice. A few seconds later, and he realized the change of his position as his eyes widened.

Rather than being on his feet, he was lying in midair, with his arms and feet flailing in the air. Another thing he noticed was the pressure on his backpack. It was as if someone was pulling it upwards.

He figured out the rest when he turned to the person responsible. Immediately, his eyes widened as shock spread across his face.

"O-Onii-chan?!" Izuku exclaimed. "W-What are you doing here?!"

"Well…" Acnologia huffed and smiled. "I never caught you before you left for UA. So I thought I might as well see you off."

"Oh…uh, thanks." Izuku's face flustered.

Acnologia chuckled, bareing his fangs. He brought his arm down and allowed his brother's feet to touch the ground again. Both brothers faced each other, with Acnologia opening his mouth to say something. But they were interrupted when a brown-hair girl intervened.

"Wow, that was pretty cool!"

"Huh?"

Both adopted brothers turned simulatenously to the girl, who was at their central back. Instantly, Izuku's cheeks reddened as he lay eyes on her. She was pretty cute in eyes. She had wide, warm brown eyes and bobbed hair with baby bangs and two longer parts of her hair on the sides of her face. She also had two permanent pink blush on her cheeks. As for clothing, she wore winter clothes due to the cold atmosphere.

"Uh…Uh…Uuh…" Izuku uttered.

Acnologia stoically glanced at his brother and sighed. This was another bad trait with Izuku. He was never able to talk to a girl. The only females he was comfortable with was their mother, which was expected. But this trait of his was partly why he was unpopular in middle-school.

'Let's hope he gets better in this UA place.' He thought.

"You were really fast. I didn't see you." She said with a cheeky smile.

"What?" Acnologia raised an eyebrow.

"You see, I was going to use my quirk and stop him from hitting the ground. But then whoosh…" She paused make the actual sound and gesture her hand like a plane in the air. "You came out of nowhere and save him. So yeah, that was pretty cool of you."

"Uh huh…" Acnologia replied with an uninterested tone.

Around them students were passing by, but the dragon slayer could hear their whispers and mummurs easily.

"Hey, isn't that the kid that was on tv?"

"Yeah, the one that did the one-punch."

"Aw men, it's the one punch kid. If he's here for the exam, it'll be a breeze for him."

Acnologia groaned and glared at the girl. "Don't you have somewhere to go?"

"Oh right!" She replied shyly. The smile on her face remained as she sighed. "I'm just really nervous. I'm sure you two are the same."

"Why would I be?"

"It's the hero exams. Aren't you here because of that?"

"He is. Not me." He said as he pointed at Izuku. The kid was still stuttering as he found it really difficult to speak.

"Oh, my bad. I should get going." She replied. "Good luck!"

She waved at both of them before running off. Izuku's stuttering had finally come to an end, but only because she was leaving him. But that didn't stop fog from pouring out of his mouth, as he kept figditing as she left.

"I…I…" Izuku uttered. Suddenly, his face lit up with a goofy smile on his face. 'I TALKED TO A GIRL!'

"No, you didn't!"

"Ow!"

Izuku rubbed his reddened forward while Izuku pulled back his arm. He had just flicked at him, partly out of annoyance. Luckily, the mark was gone almost instantly, but that didn't calm the confused and somewhat angered little brother.

"Hey! Why did you do that for?!" He yelled.

"Nothing…Just felt like it." Acnologia remarked with a short smile.

"Y-You can't be serious!" Izuku replied. "Are you trying to embarrass me?"

Acnologia opened his mouth, ready to dish out another remark. But he took a good look around and realize that the place wasn't right for it. Izuku was in the place he always dreamed of. So he might as well send him off on a good note.

"Izuku…" Acnologia's tone changed.

Izuku noticed the shift. Not only his tone, but his brother's face also became bolder. As he placed his palm on his shoulder, he looked at him seriously in the eyes.

"Remember why you came here. Don't let anyone push you around. Just go in, pass the test, and get out. I'll be at the entrance when you're done, got it?"

"U-Uh yeah. Got it!" Izuku nodded his head rapidly.

"Good." He smirked. "Now, go off before you lose your only chance at this."

"EH?!" Izuku's eyes widened as it dawned on him. "OH RIGHT!"

With a quick wave of his right hand, he turned away and began running to the school building. He almost tripped along the way, right in front of his brother's view, but luckily he caught himself after a couple of stumbles, and ran into the building.

Acnologia could only smile and shake his head. As much as he wanted Izuku to change, he sometimes found that nervous aspect of Izuku as something cute. He left though, and walked out of the school's entrance. There, he was confronted by a certain pro hero.

"Took you long enough." Mirko said. Crossing her arms under her chest, she smiled a bit. "So that's your little brother. He's kind of a nervous-wreck."

She wore a green jacket, with its hoodie covering her large ears. This caused them to bend forward and prod at the hoodie, which had pockets that were hands were dug into. She also wore grey jogging pants with red lines at the sides.

Acnologia scowled a bit at her. No one needed to judge his brother, but him. But, at the same time, he didn't owe her a response on Izuku. So he decided to push off her comment, and changed his face to become a bit stoic.

"Don't you have anything better to do?" Acnologia asked.

As he said that, the ground shook. Giant duel doors at the the school's entrance suddenly appeared by slamming into each other with a loud bang. Now no one was allowed to go in or out. This was just a security measure to protect the students and the schoolground.

Mirko did stare at it for a moment. It was her first time being at UA. Despite being a top hero, she never graduated from the top school for upcoming heroes like All Might. So she felt no nostalgia towards the place.

"They sure know how to spook someone." She muttered.

Acnologia looked over his shoulder and scoffed at it. He was deeply uninterested in the school. But if it can make his brother into a true hero, then he'll give it a pass. As such, he walked to a part of its walls, lay his back on it, and crossed his arms over it. Mirko approached him, but he closed his eyes.

"Staying out here sounds pretty boring, don't you think?" She asked. Acnologia gave her no answer. That annoyed her a bit, especially as she placed her hands on her hips. "Look, it's cold out here. I've got nothing to do. I barely know anyone in this city, so the least you can do is listen to me."

"I'm here for my brother. Whatever that concerns you isn't my problem."

"Fine…" Mirko replied. She relocated her arms to her chest, which she crossed them with. "But I was thinking about inviting you for breakfast. But if you don't want to, then that's your loss."

With that said, she began walking away, by his right. Acnologia sighed in relief, and even felt some fog escape his mouth. He can finally have some peace and silence – besides the raging noises coming from vehicles and some passersby.

But Mirko wasn't known for quitting so easily. She came to a stop, looked over her shoulder, specifically at Acnologia, and said. "Oh, did I forget to mention that it's an 'all-you-can-eat'? Treats on me."

Acnologia opened his right eye and stared at her. Food was just one of the few things that can grab his attention. The belly of a dragon slayer should never be underestimated.

Mirko would find that out for herself. About half an hour later, the two of them was in a family restaurant that was close to UA. The patrons and staff used to having a regular day, but not this time. Instead, their attention was on Acnologia, as he left them gawking at the dirty fifty-plus plates at his side of the table. Even Mirko was left taken aback, speechless, as she saw him eat.

All food that came across Acnologia's path was eaten without haste. At the speed Acnologia was going, it was like he had ten arms that was helping him to empty the plates. Somehow, he was able to simulatenously use both chopsticks and his arms to send food into his mouth, grab more plates occupied by more Japanese delicacies, and put away empty plates in a pile of dirty plates made by him.

'Wh-What did I get myself into?' Mirko thought as a sweat dropped from her forehead. 'I knew that a way to a man's mind was his stomach, but…is this supposed to happen? Does he have a furnace for stomach?'

While she stayed seated speechless, a waitress would come in and occasionally replace his plates with new, cleaner plates that had more food for him. Of course, those were chowed away in seconds and placed in a new pile.

"Um…Miss?" asked a male voice.

Mirko looked to her side and saw a partly bald, middleaged man, with a weak smile on his face. The pro hero could only guess just how much his poor heart could take from Acnologia basically eating his income.

"We are –"

Mirko sighed and pulled out her debit card. "Just give the kid what he wants. I'll cover it…" She paused. 'And hopefully not get bankrupt from this. Maybe now I can start a legit conversation with him.'

With that, she handed the man her card and coughed into her fist. Acnologia paid that no attention, even though he barely caught wind of it. Mirko was annoyed, but after a few seconds of seeing him eat, she sighed and plump back on her seat.

"Seriously, kid, what's in that stomach of yours?" She asked. "With how much you're going, you might bankrupt these people."

Acnologia slowed down his eating. Now it was just fives arms that was finishing the food, instead of ten arms. That barely did enough to calm Mirko's heart, or the heart of the owner as he walked away. So she looked aside, specifically at the direction where UA is located, and got an idea.

"So, you're brother…Seems like he wants to be a hero." She said in a distant tone.

That mention alone was enough to halt his food rampage. After slurping and swallowing the spaghetti in his mouth, he shot a small glare at her.

"Stay away from my brother. You already caused enough trouble with my mother." He said with a mild threatening tone.

"Woah, woah, chill." Mirko nervously laughed as she waved her hands in front of him. "What do you take me for? I'm not a bad person, you know."

"Hmm…" He paused and gazed at the few remaining dishes in front of him. "I guess not…So why did you bring me here?"

Mirko smiled a bit and crossed her hands under her chest. "It's about time you asked the real questions. I was wondering if you were just going to keep eating for the rest of our time."

"Well I'm not stupid." He faced her. "And this better not be from those hero agency."

Mirko raised her finger up at him and looked around her. It seems the patrons had returned back to their own respective breakfast since gawking at the teen's shocking apetite wouldn't change anything. That was good. Even as the waitress came and took some of the plates, she was relieved to notice that Acnologia had finished the last round of food she brought over.

"You don't have to think too much about them." Mirko said. She crossed her right leg over her left and added. "Those guys may be interested in you, but I'm not like them. I acknowledge strong people, and…well you're pretty strong."

Acnologia huffed as he held back a chuckle. A smile cracked on his face as he picked up a pair of chopsticks and began eating like a normal person.

"If that spare was enough to get 'pretty strong' from you, I can only imagine what you would feel if you saw me at half my full strength." He said.

"I know right." Mirko smirked as she sat up. "People would think too lowly about you because you're a kid. But you have so much power in ya it…it actually makes me itch for a rematch."

Acnologia paused. With his chopstick holding a bun, his mouth was open when he glanced at Mirko. The pro hero really meant what she said. Her eyes were sparkling in excitement, with her body jigging at the thought of going through the same fight again.

It kind of amused Acnologia. He didn't show it, even as he took in the bun and began chewing it. Mirko reminded him of himself a bit. He understood the thrill and excitement in a real fight. The anticipation to lay the beatdown on one's foe was all too familiar. It was partly why he held back against Natsu and his friends when he was still in Earthland. If he had been serious from the start, they would've been dead before they had the chance to beat him.

"So just you wait, kid." Mirko stated proudly. "Someday I'm going to catch up to you, and then…and then…" She paused and clutched her fists on the table. "I'll make sure you won't have to hold anything back."

Acnologia raised an eyebrow. Her assumption was hilarious to him, though came off as a small smirk. If he really didn't hold back, the fight would be the best one he experienced. But he had his doubts that Mirko would satisfy this wish of his. But then again she did surprise him a few times when they fought.

"Fine…I look forward to it." He smiled.

"Oh?" Mirko said. A sly smile formed on her face. "So you do know how to smile at me? Does this mean you're finally warming up to me?"

Acnologia's smile dropped. Mirko was puzzled by that, but said nothing. Instead, he just stared at her, as if he was studying her. But the reason was unclear. He just kept staring at her and making her a bit uncomfortable. She just hoped that somehow he's not looking through her clothes.

"Hey, you…don't have x-rays for eyes, right?"

Acnologia blinked without changing his stoic face. After a few seconds, he cocked a sly smile and sat right back on his feet. The remaining food on his table was left untouched as he revealed his right fang.

"And what if I do?" He asked.

Mirko caught on to him. She smirked and pushed her chest a bit forward.

"Well…then you'll be a Grade A perv, and no one likes that."

Somehow in UA's Academy, at the entrance exam, a short teenage boy with purple, sticky blobs for hair sneezed.

Back at Mirko and Acnologia, the former had more to say.

"And…the girls in your next school won't fall for you." Mirko added. "Isn't that the dream of every highschool teenage boy? To have a girlfriend for themselves?"

"Not for me." He stated with mild pride.

"Because you're too good for them?"

"No, because I'm not interested." Acnologia answered. "Girls are annoying."

"But I'm a girl. Do you find me annoying?" Mirko's smirk widened.

"Yes, without a doubt."

Mirko's smirk almost dropped. Acnologia's retort really struck a nerve at her, and it showed. She had a strained look on her face as she tried – and failed – to appear unfazed by his comment. It wasn't working. Her forehead had a visible vein and her teeth were closed.

"Oh, and why is that?" She said, speaking through her teeth. "It's not like I haven't gone out of my way to make you feel comfortable with me."

"Is that what this has been all about?" Acnologia asked rhteroically. The smirk on his face turned into a devilish grin, especially as he leaned forward. "Well ain't that disappointing?"

At last, Mirko had enough. She slammed her fist on the table and stood up abruptly. Glaring at Acnologia, she made eye contact with him, before rushing to the female bathroom.

"Don't wait for me." She stated.

"I won't." Acnologia snickered.

He sat by and watched as she stormed into the bathroom. Now all eyes were on him as many wondered what he had done or said to tick her off. Their stares, however, had no effect on Acnologia, who went back to eating at a speedy rate again.

"DAMN KID!" Mirko yelled.

Punching the tiled walls, she left a fist-shaped crack on it. But that was barely enough to claim her down. Luckily, the ladies bathroom was void of anybody else, so she had the place all to herself as she pulled down her hoodie and watched her bunny ears pop out straight.

She caught a good look at herself at one of the mirror in the bathroom. She looked more frustrated than angry. That didn't make sense to her, and she didn't like how she looked. So she turned on the fussle and placed her under hands under the tap as water rushed out. After a couple of wipes on her face, she brought her face back to the mirror, where she got another look at her face, now wet.

"Why am I even doing this?" Mirko muttered as she stared at her reflexion. "Oh…right. Of course…It's because he's not like the rest…I don't get to see that often. I just wish he can see that and stop being a brat."

Mirko then sighed and grabbed a towel hanging by the wall. After cleaning her face, she huffed and chuckled lightly at her reflexion.

"Look at me, talking to my own reflexion. I must really be out of my mind."

"No, it's understandable."

"Huh?!"

Mirko became alarmed and looked around her. There was no one in the bathroom but her. But there was no questioning it. The voice she just heard…was a man's voice.

"Looking for me?"

Mirko spread her feet apart. She was ready for a fight.

"You know, it's a bad omen to be sneaking into the girl's bathroom, especially when in the use of your quirk. So how about you show yourself and maybe I might not kick your teeth in?"

"Oh scary. Scary, indeed. But you see, little bunny…"

A sudden sensation struck Mirko. She tried move, but then she found out the reason behind the senation. There was some kind of psyche hold on her entire body. So no matter how much she moved, the only thing she could do was grunt and nudge a bit as she remained stuck.

The villain behind this attack soon exposed himself. But it wasn't in a way Mirko expected. The lights coming from the bulbs in the ceiling and the shadows at the corners and parts of the bathroom began to stretch into a spot in front of her.

Mirko had no choice but to watch with a small scowl on her face. The lights and shadows morphed on that very spot into a human being. This gave the pro hero to study his appearance.

It wasn't terrifying in anyway, but it did give her a clue. He wore a skin-tight spandex with white at the left side and black at the right side. The gloves and boots he wore also shared the same color scheme, while his spiky hair had was mostly black with white tips. Then there were his eyes that also had the same color style.

"Did anyone tell you how obnious you look?" Mirko asked rhteroically.

"Oh many times, bunny." He answered nonchalantly.

"I have a name, dumbass!" Mirko yelled.

"Oh yes, yes." He giggled like a schoolgirl. "Pardon me, it's just…I really wanted to get under your skin before I waste ya."

"As if I'll let that happen."

Mirko attempted to summon the strength in her feet. If she can do so, she can break out of his hold on her and start beating him up. But it wouldn't be as easy as possible. The pro hero noticed that her feet were becoming senseless, as if she was losing strength.

It showed on her face and got the villain's attention. As he grinned, he cupped his chin and said, "Ah, so you noticed. I didn't just capture you, I'm also sapping your strength. You see, my quirk is manipulation over light and darkness, and even that comes with some cool perks that I have mastered over the years. It makes me one of the greatest villains there is."

"Greatest, my ass!" Mirko snapped. "If you're so great, why the hell haven't I heard of you?"

"Well…" He paused and grabbed her chin in his left hand. "We do have to be aware of the Symbol of Peace. Besides, my employer wishes me to stay in the shadow, less I get into a losing fight with that pro hero."

"All Might…"

"Bingo!" He pulled his hand from her.

"Then why are you here?! Just to finish me off?!" Mirko shouted. She wasn't particularly angry. Though her strength was fading, she was using the opportunity to get information from him while subtly warning anyone who might step into the bathroom.

"Oh no, no, no…" He shook his head. "You're nothing worth my master's plan. I'm just here for the boy. You are just in the way."

'Acno?' She thought as her eyes widened. 'I have to…'

"Blast off!"

The villain raised his hand and made his palm face Mirko. He built up enough light energy, before firing a huge blast straight at her face. His attack covered her whole body, and shot her right through the building, where it continued till they were outside.

Mirko was bruised, but she was free now. She narrowly jumped out of the way of incoming traffic, before landing at the other side of the street. Passersbys and traffic-users were quickly alarmed, with a minor car accident causing everything to come to a halt. As for the people close by, they came to a stop, especially when their attention faced the giant hole at the family restaurant.

"You survived that. I should've expected nothing less from the No. 8 pro hero."

Through the smoke and the dust, the villain emerged with his arms spread apart. A small, evil smirk was on his face with a slight glee in his eyes. When he approached the cars, his body phased right through them as if they were nothing. This alarmed Mirko easily, as he kept coming closer.

She had to act quickly. She ripped her hoodie and pants off, revealing her hero's costume. This was the only way to get everyone's full attention, and for them to listen to her.

"Everyone, get out of here!" She yelled at her left and right side.

The people around her listened, with many of them running off. A few others stayed, but only so they could dig out their phones and get to a safe distance. As for the people in the cars, they too got out of their cars and started leaving. There was gridlock now, so there wasn't any use in driving off.

"Like a pro hero, you take the safety of the people as a highest priority." He paused and dropped his arms. Then a scowl formed on his face, "I, honestly, hate that."

With that, he widened his eyes at her. The psyche bind he had on her previously was sent her way. However, the situation was different. Mirko's guard was up, thus she sensed his attack coming and leaped upwards.

The villain looked upwards and noticed her shadow increasing in size on him. He could only maintain his smirk and leap back when Mirko's feet made contact at where he once stood. The shockwave was powerful, as it shook the ground and created a big crater.

There was no time to waste now. Mirko charged at the villain, who stood in the middle of the abandoned cars. He didn't seem worried, nor did his smirk rest. He simply raised both arms up, which caused the shadows underneath the car to form as a barrier around his body.

Mirko didn't back down though. She'll just kick her way through and get to him. But then again there was something off about his attack. She had to consider this and more as she drew closer.

The villain may have covered his surroundings, but there was one place he hadn't covered. It was his top size. That alone gave Mirko an idea, thus she jumped over the cars – about ten feet – and saw the villain's head as she came downwards with her feet first.

"Nice try! But you're exposed!" She exclaimed.

There was barely anytime for the villain to expose. This seemed to be her win, and yet the villain wasn't alarmed. Even as he saw her feet just a few feet away from him, he met her with a sly grin.

"Oh, I know," He said.

A blinding white light suddenly engulfed him. Mirko was unprepared, especially as the light expanded and engulfed her. All she could do was raised her arms and protected her eyes from the light. Then she felt a massive explosion, which then catapult her away.

The damage the villain inflicted on the neighborhood was big. Flames cut through the air as the loud boom was enough to cause windows to shatter within seconds. Even structures nearby was affected, as his explosion blew some parts of them away, and shook like a tremor.

"Shit…" Mirko cussed.

She survived the explosion, with a few bruises and cuts. But it didn't ease her in the slightest, judging from the strained look on her face. She forced her head to look over her body and saw the damages. Luckily, there didn't seem to be any civilian that was caught in the explosion. But it was clear from the burnt cars that they were out of commission.

'I was careless…' She thought.

Quickly, she pulled her legs to her chest and followed that with a backflip. When she landed, it was at the top of a clothing store, where her big bunny ears were able to pick up the sounds of civilians being evacuated by the police. There were chatters, news crews, and police sirens just a few miles away.

'Good, they're already working on it. Now I just have to deal with the bastard. But where is he?' She thought.

Looking around, she tried to find any sight of him. But there wasn't any sign of him. She found it odd and was even perplexed by it. Then she recalled what he had said, and remembered that she wasn't his target.

'Wait, he couldn't have gone after –'

Her train of thoughts was interrupted when her animal instinct kicked in. She looked around her and even turned around to search for the villain. But there wasn't any sign of him. She found it very weird before a thought dawned on her. However, it was too late.

Her own shadow formed a devilish grin before raising its arms from the ground and wrapping them around her upper body. Mirko's arms tried to break free, but it was no use. The shadowy arms were elastic and firmed.

She diverted her attention to her bunny feet, but these were also ineffective. They were suddenly numb to her command, thus she was left vulnerable when her shadow pulled her through the concrete rooftop.

It didn't end there, though. Mirko was sent through two floors of the store before coming to a halt on the ground floor. There wasn't anyone there, which was fortunate. The place was just occupied by racks of clothes, furniture, and other necessities.

Of course, none of these really mattered. Mirko was still trapped when the shadow suddenly glowed white and released a massive explosion. That alone was enough to level the entire ground floor, as well as send the whole building coming down.

Mirko was, surprisingly, fine. At the last second, she broke out of her restraint and jumped out of the store just as the explosion came. But that didn't stop her from being launched into the air by the explosion's brute force.

Luckily, she controlled her crashing. First, she did a couple of front flips and narrowly avoided a car by kicking it out of her way. Then she spun her body to face the direction of the destroyed building and allowed her feet to skid backward until she came to a halt.

Just then, a can next to her was suddenly tossed away. It slammed into a building nearby, however, that wasn't the pro hero's concern. Rather, she had to jump out of the way of the vehicle's shadow as it formed a massive hand before trying to grab her.

Then there were the other shadows. More vehicles were tossed into nearby buildings, only for their shadows to form giant arms that attempt to grab Mirko.

They were fast and strong, as they each tried to get a hold of the pro hero. But they wouldn't succeed. Though they had the numbers and were quite elastic, Mirko's speed and agility enabled her to jump, duck, and maneuver her way through each arm that came her way. Sometimes, she would even jump on the arms, and other times she would deliberately cause the arms to grab another of themselves by moving out of the way before they can catch her.

Mirko was kind of having fun at it. To her, the arms were too slow to catch her. However, the fun began to die down as she began to feel her own strength being drained. Then a thought ran through her mind. One of the villain's abilities was to sap one's strength away.

But there was barely anything she could do. Her movement became sluggish, thus the arms were able to grab her while she was still in the air. They then formed as anchors as their arms became one big black restraint that covered everywhere but her head and kept her in the air.

"I finally caught you, little bunny," said the villain.

Mirko watched as he reappeared on the ground in a flash of blinding light. He had a smug on his face as he mocked her.

"This is curtains for you. Farewell."

Now that Mirko was within his grasp, he had no reason to delay the fight. He still had a mission to accomplish, hence he raised his right arm and snapped his fingers in her direction. In that instant, the same white spots from before began to form all over the shadows restraining her. If nothing is done, Mirko would be caught in a bigger explosion, which has the potential to cause greater devastation.

Mirko refused to back down, though. She became increasingly infuriated as she struggled against her restraints. But it didn't seem like she was getting anywhere close to freedom. The white spots just kept increasing in size. As for the villain, he raised his arms in the air and laughed.

"Silly little rabbit!" He mocked. "You clearly don't understand your place! All you heroes do is overestimate yourself! Face your reality! You've lost!"

"LIKE HELL I HAVE!" She bellowed.

The villain remained amused. In his eyes, Mirko was just flailing at her ultimate defeat. To him, fate had already caught up to her, just like every person with a quirk that was unfortunate to cross his path.

However, the villain failed to notice one thing. He truly underestimated the heart of a hero, especially one that was a muscle-head at times. This became clearer to him when he noticed the restraints on her loosening at a fast rate.

"What the –"

"AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Mirko bellowed.

Every muscle in her body became tense with each passing section. These were especially true for her feet, while the strain on her face grew. Soon, the villain was a bit astonished at her display of strength. He could already feel it. Even with his power-sapping in effect, Mirko was actually breaking through his restraint on her.

"I'M NOT DONE YET!" She yelled.

Then the villain's eyes widened in shock. Mirko's feet were spreading apart and, at the same time, creating actual tears within his restraints. It shouldn't be possible, at least by his view, but it was happening. Even though the white spots were nearly close to touching each other, Mirko was able to keep tearing the restraint.

"AAAH!" She cried out.

With that, the villain braced himself. He covered his face with his arms as a sudden shockwave tore through the air, pushing anything in its way. They weren't enough to send anything flying, but it was nonetheless powerful.

Everything cooled down from there. The villain slowly began to put down his arms as he heard faint footsteps.

"If it was months ago…" She said through the dust cloud.

"Huh?!"

Before he knew it, his reflexes kicked in. He jumped backward, just in time to avoid Mirko's stomp directly on him. At the same time, that part of the road experienced a spiderweb crack, with Mirko at the center of it.

"…I would be very excited about this fight." She finished.

The villain humored her, "Oh? So I'm not exciting for you? I'm almost hurt."

"You're not half-bad." She replied, surprising him. "Your quirk gives you a lot of advantages. But compared to him, you don't give me the thrill I yearn for."

The villain frowned. Mirko's remark flashed his mind back to the phone call he got from his employer.

"I can do many things, boss. What's so special about one kid? If you need something, I can –" He said.

"I've heard enough!" The employer yelled. "That boy is more important than you'll ever be. He can accomplish things you can't imagine, which is why… you must bring him back alive. Though be aware, he's stronger than he looks."

Returning to the present, the villain's smug turned to a snarl. He had never met his boss in person before, however, he did know just how important the man was in the criminal underworld. He was someone highly respected and believed to be the top villain back in the old days before All Might ruined everything for them. So, to have this boss, whom he had formed a good relationship with, belittle him because of some teenager, it managed to piss him off.

"You…and the boss…Both of you…" He paused as he gritted his teeth. At the same time, his mind replayed that disrespectful moment. This caused him to scoff as the anger on his face became more apparent. "All my life…I worked to be the best…And this, this is what I get! My employer and my prey disrespecting me?!"

"What are you talking about?" Mirko asked, seemingly perplexed.

He wasn't going to give her the answer. The boss's disrespect replayed in his head one more time before rage took over and he bellowed.

"I'LL SHOW YOU ALL!"

Immediately, he pushed his right fist forward and opened his hand. Mirko barely had the chance to react. She saw small and white twinkling lights appear around her. But that wasn't all. The moment he closed his hand again, they ignited into a fiery explosion.

"That's what happens…" He paused. His face became serious as he put his arm down, "when you underestimate me."

"Really?"

The villain's eyes widened. He became alarmed and swung his arm at his left side. He missed, however, as Mirko was already behind him, with her right foot already heading for the back of his head.

"I don't know what your deal is, but clearly you got issues." She said.

The villain turned back, but there was nothing else he could do. Mirko was now in front of him, before sending her right foot against his chin. In that instant, he was sent flying through the side of the building. Since they were at an intersection, his body broke the concrete at that building before he slammed against the concrete of a taller building.

"Not that I care though." She added, "I'm just here to stop you."

"Because I'm not the kid?" The malice in his tone was hard to ignore.

Again, he was reminded about his employer's words. He really wanted to know why the employer and a pro hero looked up to just an ordinary kid. Sure, some kids had talented quirks - He kidnapped a bunch of them in the past for nefarious reasons – but nothing added up well.

But here he was, confused as to why two people of power were focused on the kid. It was unprecedented in his field of villainy. So it made him angry because, in his view, they were looking down on him.

Once he forced his head out of the human-sized crater, the rage on his face became apparent. He couldn't hold back his anger anymore. So he pushed his right arm out and summoned the same white twinkling light in front of him.

"WHAT MAKES HIM SO SPECIAL?!" He bellowed.

Mirko prepared herself for the worse. The moment the villain's anger reached its peak, he unleashed those lights like actual bullets. But they were different from the actual ammunition.

They were fast and capable of making curves on their own. Mirko found this out as she was forced to run out of the area. Each one was intended for her, but they never got to her. The pro hero was not only too fast for them, but she was reflexive and very agile. She was capable of jumping, turning, and running out of the way of incoming attacks.

That, however, couldn't be said about the entire block. The villain's energy bullets caused massive and fiery explosions that devastated anything that was in their way. Eventually, even Mirko couldn't escape them in their entirety.

Just as she got out of the range of the attacks, she got hit by an explosion behind her. Luckily, she recovered, but not without sensing another danger. She barely turned around, while in the air, just in time to see the villain coming straight for her with his right fist covered in a black energy ball.

"TELL ME!" He roared.

Mirko reacted quickly to his incoming attack, "Fine!"

First, she raised her left foot and deflected his fist. This caused a mini-explosion in the villain's hand and cause him to cry out in pain. She then followed that move by slamming her other foot into his face. The impact came along with a shockwave that sent the guy back into the dusts his rampage caused.

"Your employer probably saw his potential…" She said as she touched down on the ground. As her feet skidded backward, she continued, "But he isn't wrong." She paused and grinned,
"Going one-on-one with that kid was probably the best experience of my life."

"So what?!"

He emerged out of the smoke, forming a giant sword made out of shadow energy. Mirko jumped sideways to avoid it, but that left her open to his next attack. His free hand, the right arm, was encased in shadowy mist. Before Mirko knew it, he grew a large hand from this power and grabbed her whole body in it.

"A lot of kids with quirks have potentials! I was one of them!" He yelled.

At the last word, he slammed Mirko's body hard on the ground. The impact created a giant fist-sized crater on the ground, with Mirko lying in the middle when he made that arm disappear like a wisp.

But this wasn't enough for the villain. He came down on her, creating a moment's shockwave through the ground, and proceeded to start punching down her with his fists encased in black and white energy balls.

Mirko swiftly caught both of his wrists, halting his attacks.

"That's what you don't GET!"

Before he knew it, she raised both legs and slammed her feet against his chest. Instantly, the villain released a loud grunt before being launched into the air. She followed that up by catching up to him in the air. There, she dished out two epic kicks at his face.

"He's a real brat, yet he's an incredible fighter!"

One kick got him in the stomach while the other got him in the face. The second kick was the one to send him flying. However, it wasn't enough to put him down. He suddenly unleashed a battle cry and stretched his right arm forward.

In that instant, he created streaks of shadows that flew straight towards Mirko. They were deadly as they came in fast and at a moment in which Mirko was still in the air. She would really have to figure her way out of this one to survive.

Luckily, the pro hero was quick on her feet, even if they weren't on the ground. She narrowly dodged a few streaks that targeted her head, hips, and legs. She then swayed her body out of the way of another shadow streak and kicked her right foot to create a blast of wind that pushed her forward.

Now came the harder part. Due to launching herself forward, she was in more danger. The shadow streaks came sharper and faster and put her in a position where she actually got hurt.

She narrowly avoided them like before, however, they left cuts at the very areas that she moved that part of her body away. She hissed at each sting she received, but these were worth it. Once she raised her legs, just in time to avoid another shadow streak that was aimed for them, she had her opportunity.

Since the shadow streaks were still connected to the villain, she placed her feet on the specific one she dodged and began riding it like a surfer. More shadow streaks came for her, thus she began to jump from one shadow streak onto another and using anyone she got on to slide her feet and repeat the same process.

"You'll never understand what it felt like!" She stated suddenly.

Each second that passed, Mirko could feel the adrenaline rushing through her veins. They reminded her of the many fights she had gone through, especially the most exciting one she experienced. The battle with Acnologia.

Deeply, she knew this battle was nothing to compare with Acnologia's feats. It was exciting, but they just reminded her of the fight she yearned for. So, it was with these thoughts, that she couldn't help but flash a toothy grin.

"He's brash and ignorant. But at the same time…" She paused as she changed from sliding down one of the shadow streaks to actually running on it. "he was one of the best things that ever happened to me! I never felt so alive until we clashed!"

The villain growled, "So you're just a freak!"

He halted his attacks, just as Mirko closed the distance between them. She was above him while he was below. But despite the clear advantage, he had another surprise for her.

He opened his left hand and powered up his light energy. Once Mirko was within range, he fired it at her, ready to incinerate her. However, to his shock, the pro hero grabbed his wrist and pushed it aside. This had unintended consequences, as he spinning uncontrollably in the air. The beam was the force behind it, as it acted like propulsion.

Mirko used that to her advantage. While holding his arm, she managed to get above him and pound her free hand into her chest.

"I'm no freak! I'm Mirko, the pro hero who loves a good fight!"

With that, she slammed her right foot down on the back of his head at the same time as she forced the guy's arm upwards. Immediately, the man was sent flying downwards, with his own beam accelerating the descent.

Both of them crashed through several floors of a building before they reached the ground floor. When that happened, a loud boom came out as clouds of dust encased the building and shot out of the windows and doors.

A moment later, the villain was sent skidding out of the front door. He was now covered in bags of dust and bruises, with sweat mixing with them to create a mess out of him.

"That's why I look forward to a rematch with him." She added.

"Wait…" The villain's eyes widened, "You're telling me…you lost to him?"

"Yep." She smirked, "And it actually felt good."

His shock changed into a deep snarl, "Then die you worthless hero!"

Once he made that clear, he stretched his arms apart and rapidly charged up two energy beams. One was at his shadowy right arm and the other was at his light left arm. At the same time, they spun like mechanical saws before he pushed his arms forward and released an infuriated cry as he unleashed a large, combined energy beam of light and darkness at Mirko.

"To lose to a kid! How can you be so shameless about it?!" He yelled as he kept firing, "You're a hero, aren't you?! Kids are told to look up to you snobbish heroes, not beat them up!"

"That's what you don't get..."

"Huh?!"

Confusion crossed his face. He could've sworn that he heard her voice really close to him. Understandably, that didn't make sense. There was no sign of Mirko, because she should've been killed by his massive beam attack.

But then it became clear when the ground underneath him exploded. As chunks of rock flew about, and the villain was sent flying back, time seemed to slow down as his confusion was replaced with shock. Coming out of the ground, and heading straight for him with a grin painted on her face was Mirko.

"There's no shame in losing!" She stated proudly.

Right after that, the villain was kicked in the chest and sent flying a couple of miles back. He stopped soon after, but it wasn't easy. The impact of her kick caused him to tumble against the road a couple of times and even barge through an abandoned truck. So, when he did stop, his hands and feet dragged through the road's surface, leaving a trail.

'How…How did she come out of there? How did she –' He stopped his train of thoughts when his mind flashed back to the moment before he fired his shot. There was a manhole cover next to Mirko, 'Don't tell me, she used that as a way to get me by surprise?'

"Did you hear me?"

"Huh?"

Mirko already shortened the distance between them when she lifted her right foot up. The villain's shock went away before a brief moment of panic took over. Quickly, he sighted her shadow and sent a psychic command towards it. Mirko would be stopped in her tracks, and he'll have the advantage once again.

Unknown to him, however, Mirko had timed it, just like she did before. That's why she lifted her right foot. It wasn't to attack him directly but to stomp down on her shadow and cut off his link to it.

Her plan worked, as expected. Though her foot broke and sunk into the ground, it interrupted the psychic command. This came as a surprise for the villain, who stepped back and quickly raised his left hand at Mirko. He created an invisible shield just in time, as Mirko kicked it, intending for his face.

"Don't get me wrong!" She said and panted a couple of times, "Losing sucks big time! Just the idea of losing to a villain grinds my gear just by thinking about it!"

She paused for a moment and began kicking on the invisible shield. Obviously, she wasn't going to be easy on the villain. He was straining himself as much as possible to keep the shield active, but it was becoming increasingly harder. Each kick Mirko made, with both feet, grew stronger and stronger with each impact, especially as she began to speak while at it.

"But the real shame doesn't come from losing! No! It's from the moment you refuse to get back up and keep fighting! It's the idea that you let that loss dominate your life! That's why I'm proud that I lost to that kid! Not because he beat me, but because I'm always going to keep kicking so that someday…"

She paused as her next kick impacted the shield heavier than before. At this point, visible cracks were showing. Since the shield was invisible, these cracks appeared as cracks in the air. But they were a sign to Mirko that she was finally getting through.

"Someday…" She repeated, "We'll have a rematch, and neither of us will have to hold anything back!"

At that last word, she then swung her right foot at the villain, as fast and heavy as possible. The aftermath that came from it was simply incredible. The villain was hit, but it didn't end there. Just that kick alone sent created a shockwave that tore through the entire block and created massive clouds of dust. When the villain was seen again, he was flying a few miles away.

He crashed into a park, where even the ground shook from his impact. Now he lay in a crater, with civilians standing around, far enough to not get close to him, but enough distance to notice him.

He coughed, "Ah…so that's how it is."

Mirko landed on the ground in front of him. The civilians were shaken, metaphorically and literally. The ground underneath them shook, but not as bad as how it was for the villain. Somehow that landing tore the ground apart and launched the villain upwards.

"So until then, I'll…keep going beyond." Mirko paused as she pulled her right foot back and pressed the toes on the ground, "PLUS…ULTRA!"

As she released that last shout, she swung her foot against his body just as he was coming down. The shockwave from that was big but more concentrated on the villain. Not only were dirt sent flying, but the villain was sent flying twenty feet in the air.

'That…kid…' The villain thought, 'So…just him alone…inspired a hero…A lousy hero…who even surpassed my quirk. In…Incredible…'

Gravity took over and began pulling him back down. So before he slammed back into the park, he coughed out blood and smiled.

'I guess a professional like me…has a lot to learn.'

With that, he slammed into the earth, a few feet away from Mirko, and remained there. As for the civilians, they were perplexed enough to stay quiet and look through the dust cloud. When it did clear up, they cheered as they saw the proud hero, Mirko standing tall, and the villain staying down.

UA's main entrance was open once again. The entrance exam was over now, as obvious by the numerous kids walking out of the campus as they began heading home. About an hour had been spent for the exam, though what had happened within the walls was left to be told by the students.

Acnologia was at least curious about that. But he wouldn't go so far as asking the exam attendants. He had his brother for that. So, in a way, he was looking forward to that.

However, he wasn't the only one standing in front of the entrance. Besides parents and guardians picking up their children/wards, a certain pro hero was standing next to him. She wore brown baggy pants and a green hoodie that partially hid her face. As a bonus, she also wore sunglasses to hide her face for certainty. Of course, none of that stopped her bent bunny ears from prodding the hood.

But neither of them said a word to each other. Both of them just stood in silence as they watched the children go their separate ways. Acnologia even caught glimpses of kids he would one day meet again, though he didn't know it yet. A few of these kids that caught his eyes were a short boy with purple hair that was squishy balls, another kid that was tall and somewhat muscular with wing-like arms and tentacles that possessed eyes at the end, and a kid with a bird's head.

"Waiting for your brother huh…" said Mirko, breaking the silence between them. She had her hands hidden in the hoodie's pockets, "Never even stopped by to see how I was doing." She sighed and smug a bit, "I guess that's to expect. I'm nothing but an annoyance to you."

Acnologia never said anything. He didn't even bother to glance at her. This irritated Mirko a little, but she was quick to snap out of it and brandish her toothy grin.

"Well, you're stuck with me no matter not." Mirko added, "After all, I gotta know a bit about you if I'm going to match up to your strength someday."

"Is that what this has been all about?"

"Huh?"

The question may seem normal, but it was somewhat out of place. Then it struck Mirko like a comet. Acnologia had asked that same question when they were in the family restaurant, right before he acted rude to her.

"You were offended by what I said earlier." He said stoically.

"Well yeah." Mirko huffed and crossed her arms under her chest, "This is the part where you apologize, you know."

Acnologia became quiet. Then he spoke again, "Last I checked, I wasn't speaking with a girl. I was speaking to a woman. A strong woman."

"Wha –"

Then it clicked into her mind. A flashback happened right at that moment, specifically at the moment before Acnologia's rudeness.

"Because you're too good for them?"

"No, because I'm not interested," Acnologia answered. "Girls are annoying."

"But I'm a girl. Do you find me annoying?" Mirko's smirk widened.

"Yes, without a doubt."

Acnologia continued, "Sometimes, I don't see things the ways other people do. So why should I apologize for something I never did wrong? You're the one who misinterpreted my words."

"But you still called me annoying," Mirko replied.

"Only because you saw yourself as a girl." He said back, "The girls I've seen are annoying for a reason. All they do is blabber about the coolest quirks or the most handsome guys. Barely any of them do something productive with their lives."

Again, that flashback ran through Mirko's head, but it made better sense now.

"Maybe I'm wrong about them. But that's my view." Acnologia added, "But I do know this, it's annoying to think that the woman I sparred with was just a girl."

"Ah…" She uttered and smiled, "So that's how it was…So then…your question…"

She paused as the question repeated itself in her head.

"Is that what this has been all about?"

She couldn't help but smile. 'This kid…He's one heck of a brat. But he's a clever one.' She paused and gazed at the bright blue skies, 'But he's right to ask about that…Why did I invite him to breakfast? Is it because I want to get stronger? Or…is there something else? If there is…" Again, she paused and turned her attention to her raised open hand, '…what is it?'

Acnologia huffed, grabbing her attention, "Let's try this. Once I figure out what Plus Ultra means, you should give me your answer. Deal?"

Mirko faced him. Both of them made eye contact, with one (Mirko) being perplexed and the other (Acnologia) seemingly focused. If that weren't enough, he raised his hand to her, to which she responded with a short grin and grabbed it into her hand and shook it.

"Deal." She said.

Both of them separated their hand from each other and were about to focus back on UA. Everything seemed resolved now, at least for the most part. So now it was just a matter of waiting for Izuku to come out. Then Acnologia and Mirko would go their separate ways until the next time they meet.

However, fate had its ways of changing events. One moment, everything seem fine. And at another moment, the biggest shock in one's life comes out of seemingly nowhere.

It may seem farfetched, however, Acnologia would soon find that out. As the wind suddenly picked up, he shut his eyes closed, partly out of reflex. He wasn't alone. Anyone facing his direction experienced the same thing, as evident by a few yelps from passersby.

But the true shock came when Acnologia opened his eyes. At that very moment, a teenage girl walked past him. The former dragon king caught a glimpse of her, and yet that was enough to mentally blow his mind.

His eyes widen as his face's muscles suddenly tensed up. That face he saw passing by crossed his mind again. He had seen that face before, but it shouldn't be possible. He didn't know that many people in this world he got reincarnated into. And yet, there was someone he recognized, not from this world, but Earthland, specifically over four hundred years ago.

'No, it can't be. It's not –"

"Awww, mom's a bit late today."

He heard the girl's voice. Immediately, his mind flashed back to hundreds of years ago, as a voice akin to her ran through his head.

"Awww, I was really hoping the flowers would bloom today."

Acnologia stuttered. It caught Mirko's attention before she tried calling out to him. However, her voice was mute from the dragon slayer's perspective. Soon, instinct took over him as he turned back and reached out to the girl.

"Mi…MIA!" He cried out.

He saw her turn back and immediately experience another flashback. This girl looked exactly like the woman he once knew. Both of them had the same features. They both had short black hair that rested on their shoulders, small bangs, rosy lips, tiny blushes under their neon green eyes, and a short and curvy body.

"Wait!" He shouted.

Before the girl knew it, he grabbed onto her wrist. Obviously, the girl was freaked out a bit, though she tried to hide it as she avoided eye contact.

"Uh, do I know you?" She asked awkwardly, "I…I don't know who Mia is, but…uh my name is Hagakure Toru."

'Th-That can't be right!' He thought and gritted his teeth, 'You're Mia! I know you are!'

"Uh, kid." Mirko stepped in, "Do you know that invisible girl?"

"In-Invisible?!" He asked. Mirko's statement didn't make sense to him. He can see Toru perfectly well. This infuriated him, to the point that he threw his head in her direction and snapped, "What the hell are you talking about?! Are you blind?! I can see her just fine!"

"WHAT?!" Both Mirko and Toru screamed in shock.

Unknown to Acnologia, he was right and wrong. He was seeing Toru. However, in everyone else's view, Toru was literally invisible. That…was her quirk.

SURPRISE!

HAHAHA! I BET NONE OF YOU SAW THAT COMING!

What? Mia isn't an official Fairy Tail character, so it isn't like I broke my promise about keeping FT characters besides Acnologia out.

Anyway, this chapter was originally going to contain a bigger fight. My original plan was to have Mirko lose at the end because the villain was deliberately holding back. This would've then led to a battle between Acnologia and the villain, which would've been broadcasted all over Japan.

Aftermath of this battle would've seen Acnologia gaining the attention of the populace, for good and bad reason. However, I chose not to go through this route while actually writing the chapter.

The first reason is because I've done something somewhat similar. If you know, I have a fanfic known as Esper of UA, which – while not going through the same scenario – did see Tatsumaki put in the spotlight. So I chose not to repeat that since it would be interesting for Acnologia to not gain that much attention…yet.

My second reason was to build up on Mirko's character, as well as starting her relationship development with Acnologia. The original plan would've accomplished this. However, this scenario you've read sounded better.

Anyway, it would seem a got a lot of reviews for the previous chapter.

Thank you so much for that. I read each and every one of them and appreciated them. These included the questions, criticisms, and genuine concerns that were thrown my way. So I plan to address them below so it can be settled.

Please read them with me. This would be a long response, but it's best that everyone knows about it since I discuss the future of this fanfic. I also bring up the poll at the end.

(By adislt): Btw will Acnologia use his full dragon form?

ANSWER: At some point, he will. Maybe when All For One shows up?

(By D3lph0xL0v3r): What does the HSCP plan on using Toga for?

ANSWER: You'll see…in the next few chapters. Right now I'm trying to setup some aspects of the fanfic.

(By Guest): although a part of me wishes you did it more like "To Be A Hero" by Pikaboo where Acno participated in training Izuku, but I get why u didn't. Moving on, I would like to ask if you're open to Izuku also having a harem? No more than 2-3 girls taking inspiration from his big brother lol.

ANSWER: Hmm, well I had to check out the fanfic you mentioned before I understood your point. Don't worry, Acnologia will train Izuku. But he won't get a harem. I just don't see how making him stronger would make that happen. Besides, it would feel pretty crammed and a bit shallow to have two brothers in the same class, getting a lot of girls.

That's not to say the idea isn't bad. It's just something I can't go with.

(By jjjj): Are you overpowering the heroes so they can fight Acnologia?

ANSWER: Kind of…I'm being really picky. The only heroes that would get this power-up are Mirko, All Might, and Izuku.

(By Dark Thundercat): Don't take this the wrong way, but don't you think you're giving Mirko too much power? Ok, I know it's strong in its own right, but isn't Acnologia a million times more powerful? Isn't it an exaggeration to have Mirko, a simple HUMAN, give him war no matter how much he restrains himself?

ANSWER: I get what you mean. You're not wrong to bring this up. A few other readers brought this up too. But I think it should be obvious by Acnologia's everyday life. Since he's so powerful, he has to restrain his power to a lot of extent. That way he doesn't end up breaking things around his house or accidentally killing someone. By this logic, it would explain why super-powered beings in anime function regularly in society.

(By Reinshin Amara): Will Acnologia ever use his dragon form for people to see?

ANSWER: Yes. But not anytime soon.

(By Guest): I was saying Izuku is good at keeping secrets. U could argue that he told Bakugo, but that was only because of their relationship. With Acno actively being a apart of his life, he won't feel the need to share with him because he'd share with Acno instead. And again he still didn't technically tell anyone so Izuku is good at keeping secrets

ANSWER: You make a good point. I'll think about it.

(By Jeferson Arthur): You say you don't want to make him seem out of character, but then you go and make him blush, like really?

ANSWER: Yep, really lol. But that's to expect since he's physically a kid. Certain chemicals and reactions will happen outside of his control. That's like saying he won't experience puberty because he isn't an adult. Besides, no kid would be unfazed when their face is pressed against a woman's crotch.

(By Resplandent): You nail Acnologia's character pretty well, but there's still some stuff that feels awkward to me, like him being overly caring. Another issue is his name which doesn't fit in this universe, perhaps you could've shortened it to Logia, that way saying 'Logia Midoriya' actually rolls well with the tongue instead of Acnologia Midoriya xD

ANSWER: What can I say? Inko and Izuku softened him up a bit. Of course, he isn't softened that much. But he does always keep them in mind whenever he does things. The initial fight I planned for him and the villain would've showcase this.

About the name "Logia", I can see why you would agree. But then again, "Izuku Midoriya" doesn't exactly roll with the tongue either. But I do get what you mean. However, I'm not committed to start going back to the prologue and changing it.

(By Tervannerver): Do you plan on an enemy as strong or stronger than Acnologia?

ANSWER: Maybe. I won't go into detail about it yet.

(By Yip Yip): What's your upload schedule?

ANSWER: I…do not have one.

(By Mavis Your Worse Nightmare): Well, Yaoyorozu would not like his behavior and attitude AT ALL, calling him reckless and whatnot. But I think it's because of it that she could like him a little? She could be those people that end up facing danger head on. Besides, he could also, to some degrees, like how she worries for him. He could find her adorable. It would be a rocky relationship no doubt, but I really like her

Hero name, LOL name him Acnologia. A name that struck terror before, this is his chance to have his name redeemed. Ofc he knows he can't fix what's he's done before, but at least in this world, he won't terrorize the world and massacre the dragons.

ANSWER: You make a valid point. It would be interesting to have her character in the mix. Mirko is tomboyish and Toru is bubbly and cheerful. So it would be interesting to have a strict girl to join in.

But I'm not so sure. Check on the poll below. I'll explain. As for the hero name, I have to pass. The name Acnologia is covered in blood and only brings bad memories for him.

ANSWER: Okay, so you gave a cool analysis on the magic powers Izuku can use. I even considered the one you mentioned, Crash Magic. However, there is a reason why I didn't adopt any of these. I think I mentioned them in previous author commentaries. But I'll make it clearer when Acnologia starts teaching him. Or maybe I'll change my mind. Let's see.

(By Gottask): First of all, are you going to focus this in the romance genre? Because you are giving it too much attention, for example, to make it flow naturally, a good pairing that could happen for him is Ryukyu, most of all with him getting over his hatred of dragons yknow? Now the opinion poll is an opinion poll so just not certain right? Mina and Ryuku seem to be good match for him, Mina for her bubbly personality and Ryukyu serious but caring one, whereas the others in the poll can be seen as almost siblings?

ANSWER: Contrary to how I'm always bringing up the romance genre, it would be a somewhat slow and gradual process. I just want to start the seeds so it won't be a problem one day. Anyway, I can see why you think Ryukyu makes for a good pairing. But I think they'll only make for good friends, assuming he moves on from his hate of dragons. As you may have noticed at the end of this chapter, I plan on exploring his backstory. And I can tell you it isn't pretty.

Also, yes, the opinion poll was made because I'm uncertain.

(By Resistance Nightcore): Will Acnologia fight Endeavor? Ex-King of Dragons vs Fire Hero? Or will you have him (Acnologia) be involved with the USJ? I could see Nomu putting up a fight.

ANSWER: Maybe. I feel it will be more of a confrontation than a fight. We all know how a fight with Acnologia would go with Endeavor.

Yes, Acnologia will be involved with the USJ arc. There will be some big changes, which I have already started implementing.

Well that's all that I could cover. There were a few reviews I wanted to respond to, especially the analytic ones. But those would've only make this author commentary longer than it should be. Of course, that didn't stop me from enjoying them, especially the ones I had to use Google Translate to understand.

So the next thing I should talk about is the opinion poll. I'm…kind of surprised by the outcome. I guess it's true that Himiko is really popular. Why is that?

Anyway, here is the result.

Himiko – 8.28%

Momo – 6.21%

No, it should just be two (Hagakure and Mirko) – 5.17%

I still think he should be single – 3.10%

Ashido – 2.7%

Jiro – 2.7%

Tsuyu – 2.7%

UNIQUE VOTERS: 28

Looking at this poll, I wonder if these votes are based on fans' favorites or if they think their voted character is actually comparable to Acnologia, or both.

Whatever the case is, Himiko really struck out, with Momo leading behind.

Of course, I already had my idea for the third girl. So after some deliberation I have decided.

Ashido…is out. She won't be the third girl. Her personality is somewhat similar to Toru.

Tsuyu…is also out. While her personality makes for a good match, I believe Mirko can fill in for her bluntness.

Anyway, Acnologia won't be single. Also, the pairing won't just be restricted to Toru and Mirko, which leaves us with…

Momo, Jiro and Himiko.

I know Jiro comes as a bit of a surprise. After all, she was second-to-last in the opinion poll. But I never said the third girl would be decided by the poll. I just wanted to see what you guys think. And honestly I appreciate every one of you who participated.

So why Jiro? Well…I'll explain that in the next chapter. For now, you should visit the new poll I have.

Momo vs Himiko vs Jiro! Who claims the third girl spot?!

Obviously, Himiko would win due to her popularity with fans. But I like to see if there's any surprises that awaits us. So go cast your votes. Let's see who emerges out of this poll!

Now here's the kicker. This poll may actually be the decider. BUT! I. WANT. SOMETHING. FROM. YOU!

If you're voting, let me know WHY you think Momo or Himiko or Jiro will be suitable. You can even give me a scenario or two that sounds realistically with both characters. Please, do not vote solely because you're a fan of one of the characters.

If the reasons are convincingly good, then I may consider making them the third girl.

So go to the poll right now and make your pick. You can access the poll by using the computer version of the website. Scroll to the top of my profile and you'll find my poll. Goodluck.

I think that's about it for now. I hope you enjoyed this chapter. I made sure to make it over 10,000 words, kind of as an apology for taking so long. The next chapter will pick up from where we last stopped, so look forward to that.

If I don't update the next chapter, I'll upload one of the drafts from the previous chapters. I know that may not seem much, but it will show you just how much things could've changed if I had gone with them.

Anyway, thanks for reading. I hope you enjoyed this fanfic. If you did, please let me know your opinion in the reviews. Also, favorite and follow this fanfic so you can know when the next chapter drops.

I'll see you guys next time. Bye!
