I DONT OWN HARRY POTTER OR CAMPIONE!

(Headmaster's office two days ago)

Harry sat there, staring at the blonde-haired woman, but not truly seeing her. His ears were slowly building up a ring as the world around him disappeared. All that he could focus on was the words she just uttered to him over and over in his head. Rule us all? How does anyone respond to that? Rule? Who in the world thought that having a teenager rule over anything was a good idea? Everything was just happening so fast, and Harry just could not wrap his head around it.

"Of course, that is all up to you on how much you want to be involved in this world's events." Alice continued, snapping Harry out of his thoughts.

"Why?" Harry was finally able to say. "Why would anyone think that I would rule?" He asked as he looked around the room, glancing at the Headmaster and Minister, looking for an explanation from the two that he had the most experience with.

Fudge squirmed in his seat, avoiding eye contact as Dumbledore let out a sigh.

"Mr. Potter," Dumbledore began. "When a mortal such as you fight a divine being, a ritual is started." He said as he folded his hands in front of him as he leaned forward on to his desk. "The ritual is only completed when the god is dead, and the mortal is still alive as the end. When that is done the person becomes infused with the god's power, allowing them to be able to use some of the god's abilities." He paused to let the info sink in. "If there is one thing that is respected and feared in the magic world, no, the WHOLE world, it is power. And there is nothing more powerful than a mortal wielding the abilities of a god, Mr. Potter." The Headmaster stated. "I'm afraid that even if you like it or not, people will look towards you with awe, even more then you have ever previously known. They will look to you as the official voice of not just our government, but all of the United Kingdom as a whole."

The whole room was staring at me as I digested this information, feeling my whole body go numb in shock. If felt as if every word that was said to him in the past hour just was more unbelievable as the last.

"If the benefits are so great, then surely there must be more than just me, right?" Harry said as he looked around.

"There are other's Harry." Alice said as she drained the last of her drink. "As of right now there are seven, including yourself. Though the only one closest to your territory wise would be the Campione Lord Doni, who resides in Italy. In fact, Japan just received its own King last week after he ran in to a god while touring Sardinia. None of our documents have EVER seen two Campiones be born so close to each other, you two might as well be twins!" Miss. Alice said excitingly.

Not knowing how to respond to the "twins" comment, only seven still seemed a bit low. "But if killing a god makes you a king, why aren't there more?" Harry asked.

"Oh there have been other's who have tried, an Alexander Gascoigne almost came close. But passed away before the Heretic god he was battling did. Getting a god to appear is rare enough, but slaying one? It's beyond comprehension."

COUGH

The clearing of the throat from the Minister brought everyone's attention towards him as he adjusted in his seat to look taller than he really was.

"Lord Potter," Harry winced at the title, making it feel all the more real. "I'm sorry to interrupt but I believe this to be most pressing. The British Ministry has been leading the Wizarding world for countless centuries." Fudge's hands clamped on even more tightly on to his bowler hat, betraying the air of authority he was trying to give off. "Any sudden changes to the ruling of the Wizengamot could prove dangerous and …"

Harry cut off the Minister right there. "I agree!" He almost shouted, not wanting to even think of getting into the headache that was the government. "I don't think me getting into that right now would be… great, so, keep up the… hard work?" Harry said almost uncertainty. He most definitely did not want to say, "Good work", what with the whole Sirius and Tournament debacles. But even with all of that, Harry was sure no good would come with him sticking his head into that sewage drain.

Thoughts of Sirius and how he could use this came to the center of his mind, but with everything that was going on right now he thought it would be best to ask Dumbledore after this meeting.

Fudge owlishly blinked at me few times and looked to deflate into his chair. "Oh, thank goodness." He said exhaustedly as he brought out a handkerchief to wipe his brow.

"But of course, Minister Fudge," Alice started, bringing everyone's attention to her as she sat a new cup of coffee down that Harry never notices her getting. "There will be times that our Campione will want to know what will be happening with the Ministry so he would not be unaware of any "new" laws." Alice ended as she gave the Minister a level stare.

Harry looked at the Minister, feeling as if she was calling out Fudge on something.

Dumbledore jumped in almost right away. "Yes! Shutting out Mr. Potter from the Wizengamot would be most careless, but I also believe that he would not like to drop out of Hogwarts just to attend every meeting." The headmaster stated as he looked over to Harry who nodded. "That is why I propose that a representative from our Ministry be with Mr. Potter to inform him on any happenings that may be going on and also answer any questions he might have." Dumbledore said joyously as he looked at the Minister who seemed to be thinking it over. "As I remember that Miss. Alice had also mention that the Witenagamot would no doubt bring a representative of their own to help Mr. Potter on any future questions he might have about Campiones!" Dumbledore finished as the blond-haired woman nodded with a soft smile.

That statement seemed to have made up Fudge's mind as he jumped from his seat. "Of course, of course! Since Lord Potter does come from OUR school of magic, he will be receiving as much assistance from the Ministry that he wants!" The minister started to pace back and forward in front of his seat. "We can not let it seem that the Witenagamot are the only ones to be helping our new Lord. No, no, that would send the wrong image."

As the Minister went on in his muttering, Harry just sat there with his head in his hands and groaned. Now he had to deal with two geezers following him around, yeah that sounded just great! Harry suddenly started to feel more and more angry as he thought of these people trying to map out his life. Would he ever get a moment to himself? Was he forever going to have someone always around to watch every action he had? Can he not be just a regular person! He could feel his body shake in rage as he kept going over everything that was being said.

"Harry," Alice said gently as she put a hand on his leg, interrupting Harry's building rage. "We are in no way forcing some type of "babysitter" on you." She said as she looked up to the Minister who nodded his head franticly. "Of course not!" Fudge said quickly. "We just want someone around for you to ask questions and help you with this sudden change to your life." Alice continued, keeping eye contact with Harry. "The last thing we want to do is unload all of this on you and then disappear, you deserve more then that." She took her hand off his leg as she leaned back into her chair, picking up the cup of coffee to bring it up to her lips. "Besides, I will make sure that you won't get some old stiff as your "assistant"." She grinned, finally taking a sip of her drink. "Your satisfaction is our up most concern." She finished with a small laugh, as if she were telling a joke.

A joke Harry did not get.

Feeling the awkwardness that was filling up the room Dumbledore arose from his chair, setting his wand on the table. "Now! I am sure that Mr. Potter has more questions that he would like to ask, but the day is getting late and…"

ROOLLL

The headmaster lost his focus as his wand started a slow roll across his desk, which might not have been that strange, if it was not rolling across papers and other objects that SHOULD have stopped it. As it made its way across the table Harry started to focus on it, on how much different the wand felt then his own. Which was odd, since he did not remember ever touching the wand before. A wand that was so clearly rolling towards him. Harry's focus of the on it was interrupted when a single finger came down from the headmaster himself to block the wand from traveling any further. But even after that, the wand started to pivot around the old, wrinkled finger to carry on in its rolling. With an amused look in his eyes, the headmaster scooped up the wayward wand. Looking out to everyone, Dumbledore gave off a small chuckle. "Sorry about that, he likes to roam around." With a shake of his head the white-bearded man continued. "As I was saying, fresh minds make better questions. And I am almost positive that there are two organizations that are running around in panic without their leaders to lead." Dumbledore stated as he gave Alice and Fudge a look.

"Yes," Fudge began, standing up a little straighter than he had been. "I am sure that many are waiting on me to instruct them on what to do, they would be lost with out me." The minister boosted, putting on his badly crumpled up bowler hat. "Let me go grab my employees that are still roaming about here and then we will be on our way." Fudge said as he walked towards the exit but stopping suddenly when he reached the door. Turning around Fudge then bowed towards Harry and said, "By your leave my Lord." Then he walked right out the door.

"Hmm," Alice gave of soft sigh, "I do believe that is also our exit que Miss. Erica, and I must admit, this day has been simply exhausting." The blonde-haired lady said as she looked up behind her to the stern woman. "I am so sorry that I can not stay and be with you during these confusing times Harry." Alice said as she gave him a small smile. "But do not worry, I will be having one of my staff here within the week to help you." She said assuredly.

"Uh, yeah, thanks." Harry responded, unused to someone so pretty smiling at him so many times.

Clap

"Great!" Dumbledore exclaimed after a clap of his hands. "I am sure that Miss. Alice will be needing some help getting home, so in the meantime I will be having a house elf show you to your new quarters Mr. Potter."

"But why…" Harry started, not really wanting to move away from some of his friends.

"I am sorry Mr. Potter, I really am. But we just can not have you restricted to just one house; your presence would tip the house points unfairly. I know this is hard, but please go along with this." Dumbledore said pleadingly.

Harry gave a sigh as he rubbed his head and gave a small nod. "Yeah," he said tiredly, as he walked towards the door. "Ok, sure."

By the door was a small house elf in a deep bow. "This way Mr. King!" The elf squeaked.

Harry just stared at the house elf and then closed his eyes, pinching the bridge of his nose as he gave off his one hundredth sigh. "Alright, let's go."

The remaining three occupants of the office watched as their new king of Britain walked out into the hallway, looking truly beating by life itself.

"It truly astounds me that if you had anyone else in his position, they would be over the moon." Sighed Dumbledore, as he sagged into his seat.

"Yes," Commented Alice, still staring out into the hallway. "And that is why he will be the greatest of them all."

(End Flashback from two days ago)

It has been two days since that conversation that changed Harry's life. Two days that he slowly started to learn more and more of how much his life would never be the same. He had more talks with Dumbledore in his office about his classes and what changes would-be set-in place for him now. The headmaster said that he would try to change as little as possible, but changes will still be there.

Harry stared out into the lake, so lost in thought about that meeting that he almost didn't notice the boy that went to sit beside him.

Almost

"I'm an idiot." Ron Weasley said as he also stared out into the lake. "After that night I thought about it, I knew you didn't put your name in the Cup. But I could not…" Ron paused, trying to gather his words. "I don't know why it's so hard for me to apologize. That's all I had to do! But I kept pushing it off to the next day, and then the next. Then all of a sudden, you're trying to tackle a bloody god out of the air with a broom!" Ron raised his hands up in frustration, turning his head to look at Harry. "And all I could think about as you fell was that you still thought I hated you. That I never got to say, "I'm Sorry"." The red-head student finished as he went back to staring at the lake.

A long silence followed that as they both sat under the tree, both going over what had just been said.

"Well," Harry said, breaking the quite tension that was starting to build. "It's not too late to say it."

Ron whipped his head around to stare at him, blinking widely at Harry. "I'm sorry for not believing you mate." Ron said, sincerity ringing with every word.

"And?" Harry replied.

"And calling you a lair."

"And?"

"Not talking to you."

"And?"

"And for being an Idiot."

"You said that one already."

"And I'm sorry your being such a git!"

"Ha!" Harry exclaimed as he laid down fully on to the grass, feeling a sudden weight off his shoulders he didn't know he had. "Alright, alright, that will do."

"So," sitting back up to look at Ron, who had a cheeky grin on his face. "How crazy is it in there." Harry said as he pointed a thumb back behind him towards the school.

Ron gave out a huff. "It's a mad house it is! I had about twelve different Slytherins come up to me and apologize, I didn't even know seven of them!" He said with a bewildered look on his face. "Everyone is walking around eggshells when ever a Gryffindor is around, hell, I think we have gotten fifty points just from yesterday alone! One prefect even awarded a second year ten points for using a spoon instead of a fork to eat soup! You would think they were trying to give the house cup away!"

"Huh, fat lot that would do." Harry said with an amused expression on his face. "I'm not even part of Gryffindor anymore."

Ron stared at him in shock. "WHAT! WHY?"

"Same reason Gryffindor is getting points for eating with spoons." Harry said nonchalantly.

"But what about Quidditch?!" Ron asked.

Harry just gave him a look that clearly said, "what do you think".

"Aw hell."

"Look at it this way," Harry said, trying to bring up the mood. "Gryffindor has a whole year to train up a replacement."

"I guess I'll be the one to break to new to Angelina so they can get started." Ron mumbled, looking like someone kicked his puppy.

"And a Keeper too." Harry throw out there.

Ron's head jerked up wide eyed as he looked at Harry, a small grin appearing on his face. "Oh yeah, we do need one huh."

"Yup" Harry confirmed, knowing that Ron always liked that position.

"So" Ron started after a period of silence, looking out into the lake. "What does it feel like to be…you know?"

Harry gave of a sigh. "Like everything is in super focus." He explained. "I feel like I have this pent-up energy, as if my body wants me to start running a marathon or something. Does that make any since?" Harry asked, looking at Ron.

He just shrugged is shoulders. "Not a clue."

"Yeah," Harry agreed. "A lot of this doesn't make since to me ether."

"So…" Ron started to say. He always started a question like that when he thought the other person would not like it. "What are these "Authorities" about? Everyone keeps asking me what you have." He asks shamelessly as the scratched the back of his head.

Harry laid back down and throw an arm over his eyes. "They are a special ability that you get from the god you slay, different god, different ability." Harry rambled off, giving him the condensed version that Dumbledore told him. "And before you ask, I got two from…him… as far as I know." Harry said with a hint of disgust, never wanting to hear that god's name ever again.

"Oh" Ron winced, hearing the hate in Harry's voice when he said the word HIM. "I knew that you got something, just didn't know that is what they were called. Do you know what they do?" Ron asked with a bit of hesitation.

Harry mauled it over in his head, he could tell Ron was simply curious but also knew he might be asking to much after reestablishing their friendship.

"Alright." Harry said as he jumped to his feet, even he kind of wanted to see it.

Just because he knew what it was the moment Dumbledore asked him to think about them, did not mean it was a clear picture. Also, no one really told him that he couldn't bring one out.

"I don't feel like flying around right now," He explained to his friend. "So, I'll do the other one." Harry said, then glanced at how close Ron was. "Step back a few feet would ya?"

Ron scrambled to a standing position and shuffled back five feet, eye wide full of excitement.

"Well," Harry sighed. "Let's see how it goes."

He closed his eyes and focused on what he wanted. It was the same as using a spell, all you needed to do was know what you wanted and say the words.

"No matter how near or far my enemies are, there is no escape from my blinding righteousness." As the words poured out of Harry's mouth, he raised his arms in front of him as a golden bow appeared in front of him.

The bow was a tall as Harry was, if not taller. The two ends were pointed and gradually got wider until it got to the center where it suddenly stopped at the handle, seemingly to act as a guard for his hand.

Harry brought his left hand up to the string and pulled it back as a normal arrow appeared, ready to be launched. Taking aim, Harry closed one eye as he pointed towards the forest, seemingly having a target in mind. Even though it wasn't truly an "enemy", Harry was sure it would be fine. Taking a deep breath, he let his left hand let go, causing the arrow to shoot with such force the wind picked up around them. The arrow sailed over the lake, gaining a cloak of light as it passed the body of water. In less then a second the arrow of light contacted with a tree, blasting it in half. In fact, the arrow kept on going, knocking down trees until a it was finally slowed down, a hundred feet later from the first. It looked as if a tank rolled through, giving no mercy to the woodlands.

Ron stood in shock at what he just witnessed, never seeing anything so powerful in his life. He would go on to admire the damage if it wasn't for his friend Harry Potter suddenly running past him, in the opposite direction in which he shot that arrow. Knowing a panic face when he sees one, he also started to run.

"WHAT'S WRONG!" Ron shouted out to Harry.

"I WAS AIMING FOR THE STUMP!" He yelled, not even looking back towards Ron.

Ron looked back as he sprinted across the field, trying to spot what Harry was talking about. But as he got further away he just barely saw it. An old mangy stump, at least two hundred feet away from where the arrow hit.

"HOW DID YOU MISSED THAT!?" Ron shouted in a panic, as he started to see heads poke out of the greenhouse.

"I'M NOT AN ARCHER!" Harry proclaimed.

AN/

Well, how about that. Didn't even take me 7 years to write the next chapter.

I also hope this helps explain why Harry is considered the 7th Campione.

Thanks for all the reviews and everyone welcoming me back.
