Chapter three time!

The silver-gold Caesium was inlaid all over the armor giving it a very intricate and beautiful pattern. There were also emeralds all throughout the armor to make it shine brighter. The emeralds didn't have any function other than look, but it made the armor appear even more expensive than it already looked, and it looked expensive as hell without the emeralds.
Leinas didn't truly know what to do if she was being honest with herself. She'd never seen such high-quality equipment in her entire life. She was sure that spear and armor were more valuable than all the equipment of the Imperial Knights combined, and it wasn't even close.

The owner could at least talk, a little, but her words only made Ainz smile then start thinking. He was expecting to spend, at least, ten thousand gold here today. He knew that wasn't possible unless he custom orders a whole lot of things for them.

After seeing what you have to offer in terms of skills, I propose an agreement between us that will see you make more gold than you ever have while having to pay a third of the taxes you normally would have to."

"Each of these contains five hundred gold coins, that's three thousand gold in front of you. I am offering this as a monthly salary until Leinas and Sera have the wardrobes they desire, handcrafted by you. Instead of paying 30% on roughly fifteen hundred gold per month, you'd be paying 10% on three thousand gold. You'd be paying the crown five hundred gold a month on only fifteen hundred gold the way you are now. With my offer, you'd be paying three hundred gold to the crown while taking home twenty-seven hundred."
