UA Training Grounds
"GET BACK HERE YOU FUCKING CAT!" Bakugo screamed, explosions trailing behind him and shoe-less. Why was he shouting so much? Well, that's because he's chasing a winged Kaida who was carrying the blondes' trainers. Meanwhile, some students from other classes looked at the two with confusion, shock and worry. How was the rumoured Class 1-A, the ones who beat the USJ villains, just a class of idiots?
"Uhm... Shouldn't you be stopping them?" Ochako questioned. She, Izuku, Kirishima, Melissa and Mina had been training in hand-to-hand fighting without quirks on Izuku's suggestion. It was a good idea, after all, what if their opponent had a quirk-cancelling ability like Aizawa-Sensei?
Out of the group, Mina and Ochako were the least proficient at fighting, so Ochako fought Izuku who was the best at hand-to-hand, which Kirishima learnt the hard way, and Mina fought against Melissa, whilst Kirishima was meant to fight Katsuki, but that idea derailed. Unfortunately, this meant Ochako was being put to her paces as she struggled against the young Dragon Slayer. Fortunately, it also meant that she as learning a lot, even if she didn't know it yet.
"I could but..." Izuku answers, "This is really good training for the two of them! Wait. No, the three of them" He adds, as he watches Tenya join running after the duo. The speedster had to stop them! They were bringing shame to Class 1-A!
"Hey, are you Izuku Midoriya?" A female voice asked behind Izuku. She had orange hair, cyan eyes and a fit body.
"Yeah, who's asking?" Izuku responded, looking at the student curiously.
"Hi, I'm Itsuku Kendo of Class 1-B" She announced, causing Izuku to mentally pause. She bows low, to his shock, "As Class Representative of 1-B, I would like to apologise on the words of my classmate, Monoma. I hope this won't affect the relations between our two classes".
"Oh uhh... It's cool." Izuku said, to Kendo's relief. He puts his hand behind his head, "To be honest, I kinda over-reacted by attacking your friend".
"It's not a problem... We've been having problems with him as well" Kendo admitted, with a sigh, "Maybe what you said got through to him, but I doubt it."
"Yeah, I hope so too..." Izuku responded, "How's the training going on in your class?"
"We're doing well!" Kendo answered cheerily, "You're going to have quite the challenge in the festival!"
"I look forward to it!" Izuku said, waving farewell.
Meanwhile...
"So, you two gals wanna train under me?" The Cowboy hero, Snipe asked, as Jirou and Yaoyorozu stood in front of him in his office. The room was decorated with memorabilia from shooting competitions that the pro-hero participated in, guns which he cherished for a long time and cowboy props, which fully wrapped up the western cowboy aesthetic of the office. "Ya'll know that guns are no toys. Right?
"Yes sir" Momo answered, "During the USJ attack, Jirou and I used tranquiliser-ammunition firearms to fight the villains"
"And we found it pretty good and effective, plus using a sniper is great with my quirk since I hear where people are" Jirou continued. She was surprised when Yaoyorozu asked if she wanted to go to Snipe wither her, though she immediately accepted. Why wouldn't she? The hottest girl in class asked if she wanted to train with her. What kind of idiot would say no?
"And considering I can create whatever firearm I want; I believe it would be beneficial to become a licensed carrier" The young heiress explained.
"...Fine" Snipe relented. He threw the pair in front of him two pistols, which they fumbled about to catch, "These here are training pistols. They can only fire rubber bullets, but they can still hurt, so be careful with them. Now, get on the shooting range, we're startin' today!"
The pair smiled before following the pro-hero out of his office.
In an Undisclosed Location...
Shigaraki limped to the bar, his face bloodied, and mind broken. "Why... Why Sensei?" The words that released from his mouth barely registered as speech. For the first time in his life, his Sensei had beaten him, had punished him, and unlike other times, it was physically. Tomura had probably been exposed to hundreds of torturous quirks, each more painful as the seconds passed by.
Did he really deserve this for losing two Noumus? Or was it perhaps he got beaten by the frog brat? Either way, Sensei wouldn't tell him and Kurogiri wasn't talking to him.
He walks to the bar and grabs a bottle of alcohol to rub on his wounds, thinking of all the things he would do to that green haired boy...
In another Undisclosed Location
"Sensei, perhaps you went too hard on Tomura?" The shadow butler, Kurogiri, suggested. As much as he liked, or perhaps felt a sense of responsibility towards Shigaraki, he could do nothing as he watched the pale boy endure the painful quirks All For One had gathered over the years.
"No, I didn't. In fact I should've gone harder" All For One stated cruelly. He sat still on his abyss-coloured throne, a book in his hand. Though he had no eyes, he had, over the years, collected many quirks which helped deal with the loss of sight. At the moment, he was using a quirk which allowed him to read a text within a book, and the book in question, was quite interesting.
He had acquired it from an archaeologist who found it in the ruins of an ancient tavern which had been dug up. They had found several things of note there. Books of rituals, clothing reminiscent of medieval armour, golden and silver keys with odd symbols, crystalline gems that contained some sort of power in them, and, probably the craziest discovery, a living person. All For One had all people on the sight and those who knew of the dig, killed. It wouldn't do for something that might be useful for him to become public knowledge.
"But won't this damage his trust in you?" Kurogiri asked, "Surely this may ruin the plan, Sensei"
"The plan has been... changed" All For One closed his book, and stood up, "Now leave Kurogiri" And at once, the shadow melted, returning to the injured Tomura.
"Your plan will never work... Do you think that he will listen... Shigaraki?" A hoarse voice came from the corner. Chained to the wall rested a haggard man. Thin and bony, with hair as dark as the night. He work quirk-surprising cuffs on all his limbs, around his neck, and he wore a black robe, tattered and old.
"Oh, by the contrary, I really do..." All For One responds, walking up to his prisoner. He puts his mouth next to the prisoner's ear and whispers, "And you will be there to witness the greatness I will help create, Zeref".
