I will be honest, it is kind of cute watching Izuku fidgeting nervously while being stared at by my mother across the table. It's not even like mother is glaring at him, she literally just watching him and he is already trembling in his seat.

"So you're the one who saved my daughter?" Mother asked after sipping her tea. Izuku's eyes snapped up at being addressed, before immediately look down, his hand rubbing his back neck.

"Ah… um… Momo-san helped a lot too when we are fighting the villain." Izuku replied humbly before his smile softened. "And he helped me after that too… So I owe her more, Yaoyorozu-san." Hum? What is he talking about? Is he talking about when we fight to save his friend from the villain?

I could only shrug when mother sends me a questioning glance. Coughing, mother focused back on Izuku. "Regardless, you have saved my daughter. Without you, she won't be here now. Thank you." Mother bowed deeply, causing Izuku to be flustered even more.

Still, while Izuku is having a pretty funny face, mother is right. Without him, I would have been died in that tunnel right after waking up in this body. "She is right," I told him gently before bowed myself. "Thank you, for saving me."

"I…" Izuku paused, before his gentle hand leading my face to look up to his soft smile. "No, thank you, Momo-san. For believing in me, thank you."

…Oh. He is talking about when we are on the rooftop, after All Might crushed his dream, telling him he couldn't be a hero.

"Of course I will believe you can be a hero." I smiled reassuringly. "You saved me, didn't you? You already are a hero, Izuku. At least for me, you are my hero."

Izuku's eyes widened and turned glassy, he covers his mouth to probably stop himself from crying. I smiled while shaking my head.

Jezz, he is really emotional, didn't he? Still, I don't think that is a bad thing. I gently grasped his hand to convey my faith in him. That means he is a good honest person.

Mother coughed snapped us back to reality. I immediately released Izuku's hand to turn to her who give me a raised eyebrows.

Well, that's a bit embarrassing, to lost myself in a moment in front of my parent. Not that it is a bad thing, I give her an awkward but genuine smile. Mother's other eyebrows followed before she let out a sigh.

"Well, I don't know what happened, but as long as my daughter is safe, then I am satisfied." Mother gives Izuku a strong nod, before fixing her glasses. "Still, I hear that you're inviting her to a training under a pro hero?"

"Ah, yes!" Izuku nod, seemingly relieved now that the topic is turned to All Might. "He said he is impressed by what we have done against the slime villain, and offering to train us to enter U.A." U.A? Now that's the first time I hear that. Is that a school or something?

"I see." Mother nods, before tilting her head. "And who is this pro hero you're talking about?"

Eh? For some reason, Izuku looks nervous and hesitant, and only after he took a deep breath he answer Mother's question. "It's All Might, Yaoyorozu-san."

Eh? I let out a startled gasp as mother slammed her cup to the saucer, her wide eyes staring at Izuku with disbelieve. "A-All Might!? He offers to train you and Momo!?" Okay, I probably should have done this earlier, but I definitely will look up who is All Might really is. If even my mother reacts this strongly, then All Might must really be a big shot.

"Yes." Izuku nods strongly, and if I must say, excitedly. "Um… I can call him if you want?"

"If it is alright." Mother nods. Izuku nods back before fishing out her phone to call All Might. I could hear his boisterous laugh before Izuku giving the phone to mother.

I sip my tea while waiting for mother to converse with All Might. It looks favorable though, with my mother asking what kind of training he is planning for me and why he would go this far for me and Izuku. In the end, mother thanking All Might and ask her anything that he might need to help train me before handing the phone back to Izuku.

"I don't know why All Might seems insistent to train you two." Mother said with a sigh before leveling a strong glare at us. "But I hope you two realize how fortunate you two are for this opportunity, and not to take it for granted."

"Yes!" Izuku immediately straightened in his seat and nodding his head several times. I still didn't know how important is this All Might person, but at least I realize that this must be a big opportunity for us.

"Of course mother." I smiled before calmly letting down my cup. "Incidentally, who is All Might exactly? I realize he must be an important person if you act this strongly, mother…" Eh? I tilted my head in confusion seeing mother disbelieving eyes and even Izuku's wide shocked eyes as if not knowing All Might is something truly surprising.

"Right." Mother coughed. "Forgive me, I forgot that you have lost all your memories, Momo." Taking a sip of her tea, she begins her explanation. "All Might is known as the greatest hero and the one who has single-handedly bring the era of peace we are currently enjoying. And that title is not without reason, He IS the greatest hero who has saved millions of lives."

Oh wow… He must be really amazing to be able to accomplish something like that!

"It's not just that," Izuku commented from my side, his eyes practically glistering with worship. "Ever since his debut, All Might has reduced the crime rate in japan by 80%! The prime minister even declaring him as the national hero of Japan!" He informed me excitedly before continuing. "He is also the reason why so many people admire and wanting to become a hero!"

"I see…" I hummed while considering this new information. "So basically we are going to be taught by a living legend?"

"YES!" Hoo! Mother is right, this is really a great opportunity! "That's why we must do our best, Momo-san!"

"Absolutely." I grinned back at Izuku's determined smile. "I still don't know many things, but being taught by the Greatest Hero alive is definitely something I can't squander."

"I see that I have nothing to be worried about." Mother suddenly interjected with an approving nod. I smiled back in return. "Well now that is out of the way, let us eat our dinner."

"Yes!"

Fortunately, my mother has given me her approval, so I finally can begin training with Izuku the next day. Even more so, since when I arrive at the beach, All Might actually have waiting for us in his buffed form along with Izuku.

"AH, YAOYOROZU-SHOUJO! PERFECT TIMING!" He shouted loudly as I walked in his direction. Izuku immediately pausing his push-up to send me a smile, before continuing. "I HEAR THAT YOU ARE COMMITTED TO HOSPITAL AFTER THAT INCIDENT WITH THE SLIME VILLAIN. ARE YOU OKAY?"

"I'm healthy," I answered with a smile. "Thank you for your concern. The truth is I am hardly injured, but Mother wants me to go just to be safe anyway."

"AH YES, THAT'S VERY UNDERSTANDABLE." All Might nod. "SPEAKING OF, YOU'RE COMING ALONE?"

"Tanaka is over there in the car, but he shouldn't be able to see us because of all this trash." I give him a reassuring nod. "You don't have to assume that form, All Might."

"Thank goodness." And suddenly he puffed out into his much smaller and decidedly less healthy form, right before coughing up blood. "It really getting harder and harder for me to keep that form."

"Are you okay, All Might?" I asked worriedly, but only receiving a reassuring smile in return.

"I'm fine, I already used to it." So he said, but still… "Midoriya, you can stop the push-up for now."

"Yes!" He immediately stood up before moving to stand beside me. "Good morning, Momo-san!"

"Morning, Izuku." I smiled back, though taking note of how sweaty he already is despite it's still this early… Hum, he couldn't be. "Izuku, at what time did you arrive?" I asked suspiciously.,

"Ah…" My eyes narrowed at his nervous reaction. "Um… 4." Wha!?

""Four!?"" All Might and I screamed in shock. All Might even spit out blood!

"Midoriya-shounen!" All Might continue, completely ignoring the fact he just spitting out blood. "I believe I told you to arrive at 7!"

"W-well… that's true…" Izuku rubs her back head nervously while averting his gaze. "But I want to do some exercise before meeting time, so…"

"Exercise didn't equate to arriving three hours earlier!" I can't believe this. "Have you even eaten breakfast!?" His averting his gaze is answer enough, this boy…!

I grab a protein bar from my jacket and pushed it to him. "Eat."

"Eh-? But-"

"EAT!" I glared harshly at him, making him flinch. Fortunately, he isn't resisted after that, and obediently accepts my bar and eats it. "For goodness, Izuku, did you really not know how exercise works?" I sighed while placing my hand on my hips.

"Um… I just need to do my hardest right?"

"No." I sighed along with All Might answer. "If you just push your body like this, all it will do is destroying your body from inside out." This is why a trainer is important when you decided you want to work out, it's not something as simple as doing this x times and that x times.

"When working out, there are several factors that need to be considered." I raised my fingers. "The individual's muscle mass, their medical history, even their diets and day by day activity need to be considered and applied to the regime. Not just that, your body needs to rest to re-build the torn muscle that occurred when you working out, that's why every workout has a rest day." Or cheat day, as they called. "It so your body could actually get stronger from your effort, and not just breaking down and incapacitated you."

"I… Yes." All Might back me up from behind me. "Yaoyorozu-shoujo is right, that's why you need to follow the schedule properly, Midoriya-shounen."

"I… I see…" Oh no… My hand automatically lowered seeing him looking so down and chastised. "I'm sorry, I just thought I have to go beyond if I want to catch up with the others."

"Izuku…"

"YOU ALREADY ARE, MIDORIYA-SHOUNEN!" Huwaa! That startled me! I immediately whirled around to see All Might in his hulk form, grinning at Midoriya. "The schedule I make for you is not something anyone could follow, it required dedication and a strong force of will. Just following that is already going beyond what is normally your limit, Midoriya-shounen."

"That's right." I give Izuku a nod, before smiling encouragingly at him. "I have seen your schedule remember, it's really something. I for one, won't be able to follow that harsh workout."

"All Might, Momo-san…" Oh no, here comes the waterworks. "Thank youuuuu" I smiled wryly at Izuku's crying face. Well, I'm glad we found this earlier so he won't ruin his body.

It took us a while to calm Izuku, but finally, we could go to the main topic, with Izuku's sitting beside me ont op of a mattress we found, while All Might sitting on top of some fridge.

…I really want to know how the fridge could end up on the beach of all places, but I force back my curiosity to focus on the conversation.

"Well then, before we begin our training, there is something I wish to discuss with you first, Yaoyorozu." Oh? "But first you have to keep what I am about to tell you a secret, and never tell anyone about this. Can you do this?" Another secret huh. I glanced at Izuku who send me a nod, before turning back to All Might.

"Yes, I promise I will keep this a secret." I nod strongly. All Might keep staring at me for several seconds before smiling.

"Good." He nod before his expression went serious again. "I will tell you the truth about my Quirk, the power behind All Might, One for All…"

So apparently All Might is actually born Quirkless, and his Quirk is actually gifted to him by his old mentor, a stockpiling Quirk that has been passed down for generations to maintain orders and bring peace to the world.

Honestly, it is quite fascinating, it almost sounds like the typical choosen hero backstory from some fantasy novels I read. Though there is one small problem…

"Quirk is the mutation in human's DNA, giving them extra organs or strengthening their body from said mutation." I placed my hand on my chin while considering this new information. "While I could understand that this Qurik might work like a virus and alters the target DNA to match the previous users and give them the Quirk power, I couldn't understand how the build-up power could be transferred to the new user."

"Right!?" Izuku immediately interjected. "Just the fact that this quirk could be transferred to another is already changing everything we know about Quirks. After all, it is believed that the body could handle one quirk, but introducing this new Quirk to someone who already has a quirk didn't-

"STOP NERDING OUT!" I blinked, before look up to All Might who… actually looks kinda weirded out. Huh? "Honestly, you two are peas from the same ponds." He sighed before shaking his head. "More importantly, you understand why this information must remain a secret right?"

"Yes." I nod slowly. "There would be no end of people, Government or criminals alike that would go after this power. I assume that all you need to do to transfer this power is to give your successor a piece of your DNA like blood or saliva?" All Might blinked.

"Holy shit… How did you know how the transfer works?" What? I blinked back at him in confusion.

"It's simple though?" I tilted my head. "This quirk alters the recipient's DNA, and to do so they will need the blueprints to change them into, and the only way I could think of is to introduce your own DNA to your successor body to works as the blueprints."

"…I- I see." Why is All Might suddenly shivering? "A-anyway, yes. While this power can't be taken unless the user will it to, it still won't mitigate the danger."

"Yes, all they need to do is make a hostage situation, and you will have no choice to hand your power to them." All Might once again shiver but nod. "I understand that part, but what I don't understand is, why telling us this?"

All Might keep quiet for several seconds before for some reason turning to Izuku who nods determinedly- …Oh.

"You're making Izuku your successor." I gasped, my eyes widened. "You are making Izuku your successor!" I repeated, this time much happier. After all, now Izuku could finally have a superpower too to become a hero! The power of the greatest hero even, like the main character in manga!

"I… yes." All Might nod with a sigh. "My God you're as scary as Nedzu." I have no idea who Nedzu is, but I ignored it in favor to turn to Izuku to clasp his hands.

"You're going to have a superpower too, Izuku!"

"Yes…" Izuku sobbed, but a wide smile plastered on his face. "Yes! Now I can become a hero too!"

"I'm happy for you, Izuku." I smiled sincerely, genuinely happy for him. I might only know him for a week, but I can state with absolute confidence that if there is anyone worthy to inherit All Might's power, it was him.

"Well then!" We all turned to All Might who smiled warmly to us. "It's time for the training! I have created a separate training schedule for you, Yaoyorozu." I accept the paper from All Might to take a look at it. "Unlike Midoriya, you don't have to be bulked up in as soon as possible, so your training mostly consists of Quirk and combat training, along with some cardio to condition your body."

This is… much lighter than Izuku's, but still quite intense. I know that it will be efficient though since this is made by the greatest hero.

"Thank you, All Might." I smiled up at him. "I promise I won't let you down."

"I know you won't." All Might smiled back. "Both of you."
