Summary: I was neglected for something stupid and out of control. I first thought I was home but was cast out and war came to the only home I had. The world is suffering from greed and corruption but it can be saved.

Chapter 1 Faithful Meeting with the Cobra
And Then There Was Darkness by Shaman's Harvest (Naruto Theme)
Inside the darkroom, we can see none other than Zero, also known as Lelouch Vi Britania, was standing in front of his former allies of the Black Knights who were pointing their guns toward him along with a few Knightmares pointing toward him with their guns.
Next to him, we can see a red-haired girl, dressed in a black and red bodysuit. This girl was Kallen, one of Zero's most trusted allies and friends, however, there was more going one that even Zero himself didn't know.
"It's all over Zero," said one of the knights in a serious tone.
"How dare you deceive us all," said a female black knight.
"We know about your geass," The leader of the knights said, shocking Lelouch to the core as he slowly began to understand the situation he was in.
"Reveal yourself to us Zero, show the world your true face." said a blonde man as he used a camera to record everything.
"The legendary hero Zero, died in combat before he could achieve his goals. However, his brave way of life will forever be told for generați to come." said the blonde in a serious voice.
"Is that your manuscript, Diethard?" Zero asked.
"To be honest, I wished to have filmed this until your victory over Britannia, but the show has to be cut now," Diethard said as Zero's mind was filled with everything that was going on around him and Kallen, who tried to make her former allies to see the truth, but without luck, as Zero took off his mask, revealing Lelouch to the others.
This however made Kallen sight in disappointment as she calmed down and her ear communicator activated as a message was played in her ear.
"I see, so the time has come," Kallen said, confusing everyone as the lights inside the room suddenly were shut down.
"What is this? Another of your tricks Zero?" asked one of the Knights.
However, suddenly the sound of footsteps began to be heard in the entire room, making everyone stop in their tracks as a single light-activated, showing the one responsible for the sound.
There, standing on a high platform, looking down at everyone, was a mysterious man dressed in a black leather suit with an intimidating helmet over his head, with a big visor over his face and the eye of a snake painted on the helmet's forehead.
"So, this is what the famous Black Knights have become? Some traitors that will listen to the prince of their enemy instead of the one that guided them all this time, disappointing," The man said in a deep, distorted voice, making the Knights look at him in anger and the blonde prince of Britannia, who stood in the shadows, to look at the man with curiosity, not knowing who they were facing.
"You don't know anything, he betrayed us, lied to us," said a spiky-haired knight.
"He guided you, gave you a purpose, a reason to fight and for one purpose to destroy Britannia, but even after all that, you all turned your back on your leader," The masked man as he looked towards Kallen, who smiled at him as the man jumped down next to her.
"If you were to keep walking on the path Zero gave you, I won't be here yet, and no knight or Britannia would die here," He said, shocking everyone as Britannian soldiers began to surround them.
"And what makes you so sure that you can keep that promise?" asked the prince as the man began to laugh before he stopped.
"That is not a promise, that is the future," The masked man as a small part of his visor opened, revealing his blue eye, which changed into a Geass in just a second, shocking everyone, even Lelouch, but Kallen looked to be much calmer than before.
"So you have that power too, yes? Look around, even if you were to take control of all of us, these knightmares will kill all of you." said the current leader of the knights.
"Control you? No, my dear friends," He said as his Geass began to glow even more.
"It is already done. By the order of me, Commander Cobra, I order, to sleep forever." The masked man or now known Cobra said as almost all Black Knights, except the leaders, and all Britannia soldiers froze in place as their eyes turned over and their entire bodies began to fall on the ground, some of the knights falling from the platform, this leading to their heads being smashed against the floor, shattering their skulls.
"What is this? WHAT IS GOING ON!?" The leader of the knights shouted as he noticed that the eyes of his soldiers were glowing red for a second before they turned blank, lifeless.
"That is the punishment for traitors," Cobra said as suddenly, Zero's Knightmare and some other knightmares, which were black with red paint marks in then and a Cobra eye on their heads, came crashing through the walls of the room ss they began to fire toward the enemy knightmares without mercy, killing everyone.
"Rolo, get us out of here," Cobra ordered as the young pilot of Zero's Knightmare took him, Kallen, and Lelouch in its hands.
"Yes sir," Rolo said as he and the other knightmares began to retreat, leaving behind only the shocked and also scared Black Knights and the Prince of Britannia, their only thoughts being of who the man and what happened to their soldiers.
This was only the beginning and a taste of things to come.
Time Skip
Tokyo, Japan (Area 11)
As the Cobra Knightmares load in the trucks and drive down to the secret bunker that is the base of the group that saved Zero, we see Rolo piloting Zero's Knightmare into the hanger with Cobra Commander, Kallen, and Lelouch in hand.
Once the Knightmare put the three down, Rolo had the Knightmare hook up and power down for the day.
"Good work Rolo. Hand to the medical bay like we talk about and join us in the meeting room," Cobra ordered.
"Yes sir," Rolo said, exiting the Knightmare and head to the med bay as the commander told him.
"Medical bay? Is he sick?" Lelouch asked in concerned, regretting what he said early to his forester little brother and didn't want to lose anyone he cares about again.
"Short of, his Geass may slow time in a bubble space and very affected. However, it has affected his heart for each time he uses it and slows his heart down to flatline, but we have pills to help counter that and give Rolo the medical help he needs," Cobra explained.
"I see," Lelouch said.
"Come with me, Lelouch, we have a lot to talk about," The masked man said, almost hissing in anger like a snake for some reason.
The three walk to the meeting room but stopped as Cobra spoke, "Just the two of us, Kallen. Stay out here."
"No," Kallen just said.
"It's not a request, it's an order," Cobra said.
"How do I know you won't kill Lelouch the moment you step in?" Kallen asked with her eyes narrowed.
"You don't but know that I would decide of that part after our meeting, Kallen," Cobra answered.
Kallen sighed, knowing there's no talking the commander out of this and pray that Lelouch, the man she loves can work a good outcome with the snake.
Lelouch wonders about that as he walks into the meeting, following the commander who locks the door, and now it was just the two of them now.
"You know Lelouch, we have some things in common. We wear a mask to hide ourselves, sometimes more than one mask but anyway. Groups to combat the empire and change the world to a goal we see were someone or more are happy in," Cobra started as he walked to the table, placing his costume black pistol and royal sword down for the moment, not in his hands in case his anger get the better of him.
"Your organization, the Black Knights, was created to combat Britannia, free Japan, and take the fight to the homeland. Small planning but affect and good inspiration for others to follow a symbol of rebellion. Again not much but still impressive. My organization, Cobra was created after I saw the chaos the world was in, not just Japan and Britannia but the whole world I was in. I slowly joined other people to which they join me who had nothing and want what I want, my own rebellion. As the years passed, my group, has become an entire global organization that many fear or dare not look into the snake's hole. But you had an idea of Cobra for a while, don't you, Lelouch?" Cobra said, turning his head to the raven head teen who was thinking of this masked man and who he is.
"There are two sides in the war, the sword & the shield. The sword has many weapons and Knightmares to combat their enemies but my best-hidden weapon is my Geass which is a mind shatter that leaves the victims with no will and lifeless," The masked man started.
Lelouch hummed in his thought of this Geass which is very dangerous and should be careful.
"Don't worry, I have entered the last stance of my Geass and can control it at will. So no worries and a certain witch would explain more of how I gain my Geass but moving on. The shield has high defense counters and high tech bunkers, but sadly the bunker I took cover in was a prototype and has been fixed since then," Cobra finished, sighing a bit as he placed the last of his hidden weapons down on the table and now the meeting can start.
"Who are you?" Lelouch asked, being the questuion he finds trouble answering.
Cobra Commander trun his head to Lelouch before walking over to him and reached up to take off his helmet. He took off the sides which left a hissing sound as air shots out and slowly took the back part of the helmet off, leaving blonde hair to be seen. He then reached up for his faceplate that revealed a young man with ocean blue eyes and few scares on his face, most likely from wars he took part in.
Lelouch took a real good and hard look at the commander, knowing he had known this blonde before, not in person but been told before and eyes widen a little when getting the pieces together.
"Naruto?" Lelouch tested, remembering what his little half-sister told him during their island trip about her secret lover and she told him his name, knowing that the raven head would keep it a secret.
Instead of words were shared, Naruto punched Lelouch in the face and send the black-haired teen in the ground with a bloody lip from the punch.
Lelouch's grunt in a pain little and know he had that coming which he responded dryly, "Good to see you too."
"Not as much for me, Lelouch and we are going to a good long talk about the fate of the woman I love. You meet with the love of my life that carried our child, Euphemia, and your reasons on why you kill her," Naruto said with his eyes narrowed and almost became sited like a snake, showing a hissing snake itself.
Lelouch's eyes widen when hearing that new piece of information. Euphemia was pregnant! His sister was carrying a child! And kill not just the life of his sister, but the life of his niece or nephew, robbing a great life and felt regret washing over him of what he had done. He lowered his head in shame and dare not look now, not until he gets himself together as some things need to be talked.
"We will go over your side of the story soon enough but first how about I tell you how I meet the woman I love," Naruto said as he starts remembering and telling the story of how he met Euphemia.
Flashback
It started when Naruto and his group had finished attacking a Britannia base. The commander watches his men searching for supplies and weapons but something got his eye that shouldn't have been here or this place at all. The third princess of Britannia, Euphemia li Britannia.
Naruto had placed Euphemia under his watch which the two started slowly speaking to each other and their visions for the world, not so different from the other but different in terms of action.
Naruto wants a world where is not in chaos, corrupted people, and the nobility running around, no matter if they are Britannas or not as corruption is around the world and must be destroyed in order for the world to move forward to the future.
Euphemia was amazed by his words and told Naruto of her ideas. She wants a world to be a gentle place and the fighting can stop, no more number system or everyone thinking that being a noble is everything. She also wanted to help the young commander as she saw a good light within his heart and his ideas could work.
Euphemia's words and warm heart for Naruto touched him very much and felt a great sense of peace within when he was around him.
This was the start of a great relationship forming.
Later
Naruto and Euphemia were relaxing in their bed they share as they are lovers after hanging out and going on many dates.
Naruto was smiling as he rubbed the woman's stomach area very smoothly and peaceful, knowing the life inside. Yes, Euphemia is pregnant with his child, their child that would be their future. Of course, only a few know about this and one who is very important.
Euphemia and Cornelia were extremely close, which the pink-haired princess told her sister of her secret lover that will remain a secret from the rest of the family and child she was carrying.
Cornelia was very shocked and beyond that, her little sister had a lover and also pregnant. She agreed after a long talk and respected her sister's choice which her younger sister told her about her lover, not mentioning his name.
Once her departure to Area Eleven aka Japan was close and the mission to bring that area together, stop the hatred and free it at least, but something happens as the Special Zone went to hell and Euphemia acted differently.
Naruto had stopped his mission and rushed to the place he grows up for a while, Japan. By the time he got there, it was hell and the Black Rebellion started. He found the woman he loves dead and his heart broke in pieces like glass. The only he loves and their future was gone, dragged to the mud and blood killed.
Naruto took the steps to make sure Euphemia got a good fare while and the young man mourned for the death of the love of his life. The mourning took awhile and healing was helped by a good number of people that care & love the young man for who he is.
Now after a year, Naruto was facing the man that took his lover and child away.
End Flashback
"And that's the story. I meet Kallen after the Black Rebellion, becoming my eyes and ears within the Black Knights and inform me of their betrayal towards you. Those fools will get wants coming to them, they all will. Now you will tell me what happened between you and Euphie, and don't you dare lie to me. I don't like lies," Naruto finished.
Lelouch was in total shock and beyond beliefs that his younger half-sister had a lover and carried a child. He not only took a life but two and felt a strong sense of guilt for what he had done. And regret was also washing up in him as well.
The raven head soon sighed and become to tell Naruto what happens during that faithful day, the day that everything went to hell, and what happened to Euphiema.
The blonde didn't say a word, being very quiet and took everything that Lelouch had told. He knows he's telling the truth.
"I may hate and would like to kill for taking away the woman I love and our child. However, as much I want to kill and hate you but I know that Euphie won't want that as she believed forgiveness and you did what you have to do. I know she couldn't live with herself of what she had done and the blood on her hands. Do I wish I can change that event, I do but that's the past and I need to stay strong for those I have lost shake. We have work to do Lelouch," Naruto said, shocking Lelouch that he wasn't going to be shot or killed by the blonde and understands what he meant.
Naruto then walked over and put his mask back on, knowing that their meeting was over.
"It's time for the cobra to rise up and reveal itself, Lelouch. We still have the battle to win against the emperor, then the aftermath of what you have in mind to do next, deal with the Black Knights fully that betrayed you, your snake of a brother, and fulfill the dream that Euphie wanted," The commander said with his mask on and weapons back in place.
"The game's afoot, Naruto?" Lelouch asked, knowing the answers as he walks with the commander.
"Yes, the game's afoot and has begun," Naruto replied as the pair walk out of the room and towards the upper meeting room which is the war room for the next battle to take place.
This was the start of war coming and will take the two to end the war with Charles once and for all.
