So this chapter is a bit longer, to make up for the last chapter. I hope you enjoy it, and thanks for the support.
To the reviews:
Can't remember who it was but, I did see a review about Harry being tall and how it was ridiculous. And to that I say, that's the point. In this story he is half human, half Jotnar. And I know they aren't literally giants, but some of them were so that's my reasoning. He is supposed to be freakishly tall, as a call out to his ancestry.
Chaosweaver6139: I never liked the fact that Rowling never did anything with ancient runes other than introducing it as a class that Hermione took in her 3rd-year course work. Will definitely dive into that.
N- A- Wennerholm: I have a big ol plan for Severus. I think most of the readers can see that I'm trying to redeem him. I haven't seen too many fics that make him a good guy
And to the rest, thank you!
Ps. to the man who asked about my Naruto fic. I'm currently giving this story my full attention as I've currently hit a block on them and I have a crazy ton of ideas for this one. Rest assured I have not given up on them, simply put them to the side.

Dumbledore sighed as he walked through the third corridor. The train had just left Hogwarts and another year had ended. Slytherin had won the house cup, again, but this time Ravenclaw was right behind them. Had the Claws not had lost against Gryffindor, they most likely would have won.
But his mind wasn't focused on that. It was once again on the star of the first years. Every class, every subject, he was at the top, by a margin. He was a picture-perfect student, which was agreed by all teachers. Nothing he had planned this year had gone through.
First, he was supposed to be sorted in Gryffindor, not Ravenclaw. He was supposed to be impulsive, not rationally thought. Those damn muggles couldn't even keep his magic suppressed. Coming to Hogwarts with confidence was also not part of the plan.
The second was his hesitation to make friends. Besides the muggleborn Granger and the pureblood, Greengrass, he kept everyone at arm's length. His worst fear was the youngest Weasley boy, who he had subtly placed a compulsion on to befriend Harry and to prevent him from making friends with anyone else, primarily from the Slytherin House.
Albus didn't think it was an evil house, but the Death Eater children were all in that house, which meant that they could be manipulated to target Harry. House Greengrass wasn't a dark house but they never supported the light or the Order. In his mind that meant they were also an enemy, working towards their own goals. Harry would need to be protected from their influence.
Another cause for worry was the Malfoy. Young Draco had done an impressive job of keeping a front up in Harry's presence, and according to Severus, he knew of their familial relationship. Harry kept Draco at arm's length, like everyone else, but he had a better relationship with Harry than Weasley did, which was worrisome.
He entered through a door and saw a three-headed Cerberus growling at him. He waved his wand and all three heads started to droop before they fell to the floor, asleep. Then there was the test he had set up for the boy.
After giving up the cloak, he had expected the boy to explore the castle, and if not for the boy's rather impressive mind defenses, he would have compelled the boy to search for the Mirror of Erised, and for the stone.
He of course knew of Quirrel's possession of the Dark Lords' spirit. He also knew that if he used the Philosopher's Stone as Bait he could maneuver Quirrel to face off against Harry. This was important for two reasons. One was to test Harry, to see if he would do what was necessary for the Greater Good, to charge an enemy he knew he couldn't defeat. And two was to show Harry that Voldemort still lived, so Harry would be prepared to follow him, and his plan to stop the Dark Spirit.
He dropped down the hatch and lit his wand quickly, pushing the Devil's Snare back. He walked quickly through the room with the keys, instead of trying to catch the proper key, he simply walked to the door that opened as he approached.
Well, the only good news was that the boy didn't realize his status as an adult yet, and would be returning to Privet Drive for the summer, which would let him make another plan. He waved his wand again and the chess pieces moved to allow him passage.
Now he would need to tell the Flamels that the Stone was destroyed. It would allow him to hold on to it and study it, with hopes he could make another one, stronger if he could. Plus he would need the extra funds from the gold he could make, now that he didn't have access to the Potter Vaults. The Order would need it.
He cast a Freeze Flame Charm over the fireplace and walked through it, where he saw another person staring deeply into a mirror. "Hello Quirrel, could I speak with your master?"
The turban-wearing man snarled as he turned around, "If you knew about my master, then why would you ever let me near kids I wonder?" he muttered to himself as he undid the headdress. "Albus Dumbledore" a voice hissed, the man turned around to reveal a face on the back of his own.
"Goodbye Tom," Albus said as he waved his wand, a bright light glowed around them. When it died down Quirrell was face down, most likely dead. "Exorcisms spells, I learned them in France," he said as he walked up to the MIrror. He made short work to disenchant it. Because he needed the stone, he wouldn't be able to pull it from the mirror.
Satisfied with his handiwork he waved his wand again expectantly. There was a small sparkle, and then nothing, causing the old wizard to frown. He waved his wand in the direction of the now-deceased Quirriel. Again nothing happened. 'I'm gonna close my eyes and when I open them, the stone will be in my hand. Alright, three, two, one aaaand….its not there.".
He felt a small pang of panic as he waved his wand again through multiple motions. All the while he accomplished a grand total of nothing at all. The Stone was gone! But how? And who? Had another student snuck through here while he was paying attention to Harry?
Meanwhile on the Hogwarts express a tall student with black hair and glasses looked through a red stone, watching the light bounce off it. "Where'd you get a ruby from Harry? Why do you have one, to begin with?" Hermione asked looking up from her summer homework. The two of them, plus Daphne, were trying to get it out of the way before they made it home.
"Found it while roaming the Castle." Harry half admitted. He had found it while roaming the castle. Except it was about one in the morning, he had snuck past a sleeping three head dog, caught a flying key, snuck through a chessboard, and solved a rather smart logical puzzle that involved potions and poison. And then a bloody mirror showed him a ruby red stone and then it was in his pocket.
He shrugged and put it away as he refocused on his homework. "You explored Hogwarts and the most exciting thing you found was a ruby?" Daphne asked with humor.
"This year has already been full of weird surprises. I'm just glad that exploring Hogwarts was the least exciting thing I've done this year." not counting the three-headed dog, which he found adorable, if not a little frightening.
"True enough, could you help with this transfiguration question," Daphne asked.
The rest of the trip was done in relevant silence. Ron Weasley had made a short appearance, and when he noticed they were doing homework he was absolutely baffled and walked off muttering something about crazy, he didn't pay it no mind.
As they approached the station Harry got excited. He had received word from Gringotts that Potter Manor, magically hidden behind Buckingham Palace, had been repaired. On July the 3rd he would meet with the Goblin and Dwarf responsible for repairing it. It was on a street called St. James. That would mean only two days with the Dursely's.
'I wonder how they'll react to my new look.' Over the years Harry had gone from 6ft even to 6'2, putting him at the same height as Vernon. He still had a skinny figure, but thanks to training with Flitwick, a small amount of the muscle had been built up.
He looked at his tattoos. They covered his entire back and now some had appeared on his chest, which confused him as he was positive that most of them weren't from his deal with Odin. he looked at the reflection of the window to his one green and yellow eye and the star pupil in it.
A whistle blew, indicating that they were close to the station. He sighed as he pulled his necklace on, hiding his true appearance, not that it was needed. A secondary story published about the U16 had made comments on his strange appearance. Though with the hiding enchantments it was a hot topic for debate.
Out on the Platform, Daphne started to drag him. "Come on, dad's been wanting to meet you since October," she said as she led the two through the crowd. They stopped in front of two adults and a young girl.
The woman looked like an older version of Daphne, while the girl looked like a younger version. Pretty blondes with equally pretty blue eyes. The male looked strict, with an impassive face and hard eyes, but they softened when they landed on Daphne.
"Hello princess, I hope your first year went well," he said as he hugged her.
"It was daddy. Please let me introduce my friends. First is Hermione Granger, one of the smartest witches of her year and tied with me for second place in our year." she introduced.
"Second? You let someone take first?" the male asked, surprised.
"Yes, and Mr. First place is right here," she said pointing to Harry. "Harry Potter, smarter than all the rest of us," she said, causing him to blush at the praise.
This caused the males' eyes to widen. "Forgive me, Lord Cyrus Aldune Greengrass, head of the Ancient and Noble house Greengrass," he said with a small bow.
"Harry James Potter, Heir to the Most Ancient and Noble House of Potter" he replied with a bow, showing respect.
This caught the three by surprise. "I was under the assumption that you were raised by muggles, and didn't expect you to understand Pureblood politics. But that's not here nor there. Please let me offer you my most sincere thanks, for saving my daughter, to you as well miss Granger" he said with another bow. "Should you require anything, I will do my best to be of service."
"Thank you, Lord Greengrass, I will hold you to it" Harry replied carefully. "Daphne is one of the first few I made friends with when I was introduced to the Magical World."
"If you would like to come over to Greengrass Manor, do not hesitate to send an owl. I'm sure my daughter would love the company. Speaking of, let me introduce my family. This is my wife Cecile Laurene Greengrass." the older woman gave him a warm smile. "And this is my youngest daughter, Astoria Sapphire Greengrass."
And like that, a damn bust as the younger girl ran forward and wrapped herself around him. "Did you really stop a troll? How about that time you rode a dragon and slain a basilisk? Or when you saved that tribe of Unicorns?" she started to sprout off causing Daphne to groan and Cecile to giggle. "Why are you so tall? Merlin!"
"Tori leave my friend alone," Daphne said, trying to pry the younger Greengrass off of him.
Harry chuckled at the excitable girl. Cyrus brought a pocket watch out and checked the time. "That's enough Astoria. Daphne say goodbye to your friends. we need to get home. It was good to meet you two"
Daphne hugged the two and ran up to her parents as they started to walk away. "Come on Harry, let's meet my Parents," Hermione said as they waded through the crowd. Harry saw her get excited and tackle an older male who caught her and laughed. He was a bit shorter than Harry was, but he could see muscle under the man's suit. Next to him was another bushy-haired woman with green eyes.
"Hello pudding, did you enjoy your year?" the man asked as Harry approached. "Of course. I learned loads and made friends, speaking of. Mum, dad say hi to Harry Potter, number one student in our year,"
The male turned and was surprised at Harry's size. "You're a first-year like my daughter?" he asked, fixing his glasses.
"I had a huge growth spurt," Harry replied, holding his hand out.
"Names George Granger, this is my wife, Elizabeth," he said, shaking Harry's hand. "It was nice to meet you but we need to go. This one needs to pack for our trip to France."
"Of course sir, have a good trip," Harry replied. Hermione hugged him before she left.
"We won't be near Magical France, so I will send you a letter when we get back into Britain," Hermione said.
He nodded as he started to look around. He had all of his stuff shrunk and in his pocket so he wasn't burdened by the luggage cart. It took him thirty minutes but he finally saw the thick neck of one Vernon Dursley, who didn't look any happy.
"About time boy. Where's your shit" he said bluntly.
"It's been shrunk. I have it in my pocket," he said, keeping his voice even. The walrus-like man grunted and started to walk to his car
"I hope you don't have any plans, you won't have time to even think any freakish thoughts when we get home, you'll be so busy," Vernon said as they drove off.
It took them about an hour, an hour in silence. Harry watched the streets go by, knowing that this would be the last he would see of this neighborhood, so long as things went as scheduled. As they made it home, he could see Dudley playing with some friends outside.
"Get inside and start dinner, anything with the beef we have thawed out," Vernon ordered. "Dudley, come on inside, you boys go home."
Harry slowly got outside and looked around. Dudley quickly looked at him before running inside, the other two boys ran off in fright when they saw him. As Vernon walked inside after his son, Harry looked around Privet Drive.
He took off his necklace, letting his Mage Sight fully activate as his seidr started to feel around him. He saw a blood-red mist, though it looked like the shattered remains of a wall, and it was fading away slowly. Some kind of ward? He sighed as he took a step towards the door.
'My deal with Odin must have quickened my mental maturity. I don't think I'm supposed to enjoy what comes next, ay buddy.' he thought to Jormungandr.
~These are the vicious rats who hurt you? I remember my part, I cannot kill them~ the snake hissed back in his mind, the snake tattoo on his arm moving with purpose. Harry nodded as he walked into the house, taking off his jacket, and purposefully wearing a shirt that showed his now fully tattooed arms.
He could see three figures in the kitchen, perfect. "BOY, if dinner isn't on the stove in the next ten minutes I am getting the belt" Vernon shouted.
Harry said nothing as he walked into the kitchen. "No," he said simply. Vernon turned and went to shout but stopped dead in his tracks when he saw Harry. Or the 20 ft long snake that was touching the ceiling. It was hard to tell, though the angry hissing probably didn't help
Petunia and Dudley were too terrified to say anything and Harry smiled. "Now listen and listen well. After tomorrow, we will no longer have contact. I have found my ancestral home. Once I have the all-clear, I will be living there. I've learned a lot this year, including a few different ways to harm you. So I'll make this simple, leave me alone, and you live. Understand?"
He saw three heads slowly nod. "Now that's not so hard, is it? Suffer me for one more day and then you can fuck off and hope I do not see you when I am older," he said as he held out his arm, Jormungandr shrunk in a black mist as he returned to his place.
"Why do you have tattoos?" Dudley squealed. Harry smirked and his one golden eye glowed.
"I made a deal with the higher spirit. These tattoos represent the contract I made." he smirked "Not that it matters."
The Dursley shook in fear as their captor walked out of the room and headed upstairs. "What are we going to do Vernon?" Petunia whisper, afraid he would hear.
"Absolutely nothing. As much as I loathe him, he is leaving soon. Let's go out to Nottingham. My cousin is out there and it's been ages since I've seen my Aunt Shirley. By the time we get back, he should be gone" Vernon said as he went to grab a suitcase. "Say nothing to the boy."
The other two occupants of the Privet Dr nodded as they two went to get suitcases. Harry watched with amusement as his family scurried like pigs and drove away in a hurry. "Suppose I don't have to worry about them," he said as the sound of wings alerted him to the presence of Hedwig landing in his room. "Hey Girl, I'm about to send a letter, would you mind delivering it?"
At the sound of a proud hoot, Harry chuckled and started to compose a letter.
To Lord Malfoy,
My summer plans have been moved around. Should you have some free time in the next three days, I would be available to meet with you in Diagon Alley, say around 1 or 2. I have an appointment with the Goblins at Gringotts and should be done by then.
I hope this letter finds you in good health, and you may return any missives or letters with my owl, Hedwig.
Harry Potter
Heir to the Most Ancient and Noble House Potter
"Wait for a reply, okay?" Harry said as the snow owl barked before flying out of the window, a letter attached to her leg. He watched her fly in a circle for a moment before she took off in a direction. At the same time, he saw a brown eagle wearing a gold collar, the telltale sign of a Gringotts carrier.
The larger bird landed in his room and gave a quiet caw before it dropped its letter. It hopped onto Hedwig's perch.
To Lord Potter-Slytherin,
I have decided to personally deliver the news that Hide N' Hide will be ready to apply the rest of the wards for Potter Manor, including the Fidelius Charm, tomorrow. As you are required to be there it would benefit you to send a return letter letting us know when you would be available.
You may use my personal familiar, Screechclaw for such a purpose. I would also like to meet with you should you feel up to it. Ironclaw has told me good things about you, almost as if you had impressed him, which is not an easy feat.
Please be hasty with your response, time is money after all.
Ragnarok, Chief of the Gringotts Goblin Nation
Now this made Harry raise an eyebrow. The head goblin of Gringotts was notorious for being uptight and serious. He never went out of his way to help a wizard unless it was strictly for business and gain. What was so important for him to speak directly to Harry? That he would have to find out later.
He quickly wrote a reply, stating he would come tomorrow, and sent the letter off. Now he needed some food. With how thick Vernon was, surely there was something he could find in the fridge.
The next day, Harry walked out to the exit of Privet Dr. and stuck his right arm up, as Flitwick had instructed him to. Two minutes later, a red double-decker bus screeched to a halt in a flash. A rough-looking man stuck his head out and laid his eyes on the tallboy.
"You call for the Knight Bus?" the man asked, "Names Stan Shunpike. What's yer name?"
Harry smiled as he stepped on, "Adrian Heartwell " he adjusted the hat on his head that covered his scar slightly. "I need to get to the Leaky Cauldron"
Stan nodded, "Ya hear that Ernie? To the pub" he shouted to the front. "That'll be 15 knuts, for 2 sickles you can get a sandwich and a bottle of water. The ride will be about 30 minutes."
Harry took out 2 galleons and handed them over, "For you and driver, I'll take a bottle of water and you can keep the change," he said. This made Stan smile big and he gave a small bow.
"Coming right up mister Heartwell." and with that Harry had some peace as he looked outside. The scenery was blurred, thanks to the speed the bus was going. Soon there was another braking screeching stop, and he heard from the front, "Leaky Cauldron"
Stepping out he lowered his head and walked in. He wanted to keep a low profile, this day was going to be emotional. Lucky for him he was able to pass through without any incident. He stepped to the wall and a few taps later Diagon Alley was open and bustling with witches and wizards.
He froze as he saw the purple robes of one Albus Dumbledore, standing next to a man with bright blonde hair and a practiced smile on his face, they appeared in deep conversation. He hid in a passing crowd, not wanting the attention of his headmaster. Why did today have to be difficult?
He smiled when he saw a familiar pair of blondes walking with notepads in their hands. They would. He walked up to them, "Good day to you Mister Lovegood, Luna" he said, causing the two of them to turn as one.
"Ahh mister Potter, are you here to join us on our snipe hunt?" the older man asked, "We're looking for Verune, we think they may have infested the Ministry. Disguise themselves."
"Daddy, look! He has more important things to do." she said before turning to him, "If you are free, I would like to do another Interview. The last one you gave us nearly tripled our usual profits."
"You just said I was busy, why would I..? Never mind, I just wanted to say hi, good day to you" Harry said as the Headmaster had passed down the street. He hurriedly walked down the road, Gringotts in his sight.
Dumbledore stopped for a moment, swearing he could feel something out of place. His companion seemed confused as he began to look around rapidly. 'The Lovegood's, no. man in a black jacket? Must be muggleborn. Wait, is that Harry? No, he's home and has no way to get here. No, just a muggle born'
"Sorry about that Gildroy, now if you want to teach this year, why don't you come by Hogsmeade, I'll make an appointment," He said, looking back at the blonde-haired man.
Harry sighed as he walked into the bank and waited for a teller to be available. He didn't wait long as he approached one of the goblins. "Good day teller, may your coffers always be full" he greeted.
"And may your vaults be overfilled, what do you need today wizard." the sharp-toothed goblin asked.
"I am to meet Chief Ragnorok, could you please inform him I am here" Harry stated while giving the goblin his vault key. Said creature looked for a moment before he walked away with the key. Thirty minutes later he was escorted to the back, specifically to an office door, guarded by two heavily armored goblins with golden battle axes.
As he was let in, he saw a much older goblin hunched over some paperwork, white-haired with battle scars all over his face, and a chunk missing from his left ear. "Good day, Lord Slytherin-Potter, may your blade be wet with the blood of your enemies." he greeted, not looking up.
"And to you, Chief Ragnorok, may your days not be wasted, time is money after all," he said as he took a seat. His greeting caused the battle-hardened goblin to laugh and look up.
"Indeed it is. Do you know it's in bad taste to hide your true appearance in a Gringotts bank?" the chief asked, causing Harry to get a confused look before he smiled sheepishly.
"Forgive me, I sometimes forget I am wearing this thing." the tall boy said as he took his necklace off. The chief goblin watched as tattoos appeared on his skin and his left eye turned golden.
"Much better. To business, I am aware you have a meeting with Ironclaw two days from now? Seeing as we are meeting today would you like to conclude your business now/?" Ragnorok asked
"If it would not be any inconvenience, then by all means. I wanted to read my parents' will." Harry said.
The goblin nodded as he snapped his finger. "A runner will go grab it. I expected this before we went to Potter Manor, I would like to state that the bodies of James Charles Potter and Lily Potter nee Evans are ready to be moved to the Potter Crypt. They are resting here in Gringotts, and will be moved when we go before the Fidelius is put up." Harry nodded and let the man continue.
"Now, while we wait, I assume you must be confused as to why I have called you here personally? It is because of your parents." This caught Harry off guard. "Lily and James were unlike any other I have ever met. James was so different from the rest of the Purebloods, and Lily was more evenly minded than the rest of the muggleborn."
"During the last war, with the dark lord, your parents had been trying to convince the Gringott nations to support them. Now, normally, that would be an easy no. The dark lord hadn't threatened us yet and our services were still used by a majority of Wizards. However, they brought to my attention one glaring fact."
"Your mother pointed out an empty vault is useless, and should Voldemort have won, then plenty of the vaults in Gringotts would be empty. So when Chief Ragnar was ready to step down, he had me handle them and their attempts to negotiate, to prove myself for the position. We were close to signing an agreement when the tragic accident occurred. To be honest, I hold myself partially responsible." Ragnorok said as a distant look appeared in his eyes.
"I know what you're thinking. How could I? Well put simply, we were supposed to meet on the 31rst of October 1981. They had planned to book a room with some friends so they didn't have to travel through muggle London. It was our final meeting, where a contract would be signed with Britain's Ministry of Magic. Our support for far better leverages. However, the Ministry asked us to move the date to November 2cnd, so they could enjoy the holiday."
"But you can't-" Harry started only for the chief to hold up a clawed hand.
"Something never felt right about the appointment being pushed back. I could feel it. However, we agreed to the terms. Two days later we learned that you defeated that Dark Lord, the war was over. Lily and James Potter died. It was too convenient. I tried to investigate but the Ministry threatened me, they swept our entire agreement under the rug as if it never existed. I suspect foul play but the Gringotts Nation is bound by our first contract. Maybe if I had tried to cement the deal as soon as possible, things may have played differently. I don't have many regrets in my life, but that is one of them. Ever since then, I have tried to keep an ear out for your name, to try to forgive myself in the eyes of Lily and James." He explained as he laid back, lost in some form of memory.
Harry sat silently, digesting the information he just learned. "Speaking for my parents, you have done enough, Chief Ragnarok, and they wouldn't hold you to this self-imposed debt, you can be relieved of it." he said softly.
"It means little now, but thank you regardless. Now on to the matter at hand, the will of one James and Lily Potter. Shortly before their death, they combined their two wills into one joint will, if you don't mind I will read it aloud."
This is the last Will and Testament of James Charles Potter and Lillian Jade Potter, nee Evans.

After Ragnorok finished Harry furrowed his brow, "Chief, why was my parent's Will not followed?"
"It was sealed by the Chief Warlock of the Wizengamot. By the looks of the record, it was sealed not even 24 hours after your parents were reported dead." The goblin chief stated.
"And who was the Chief warlock at the time?" Harry asked, a cold look entering his eyes.
"Albus Dumbledore was and is still Chief Warlock. And to further explain, Sirius Orion Black is currently residing in Azkaban for betraying your parents, and Alice Longbottom is residing in the Janus Thickey Ward of St. Mungos for long term and permanent spell damage. The only one left who could enact the will was Albus Dumbledore, who sealed it" Explained the goblin.
"Well, now that it's unsealed we can execute it, right? Like moving money to Remus Lupin and the Wolfsbane Potion? Plus back pay for the past 11 years he hasn't been paid," Harry asked.
The goblin made a small note on a parchment, "If you so wish. A total sum of 66,000 Galleons will be moved to mister Lupins vaults, as well as 125 vials of Wolfsbane Potion. And starting next month the stipend will be in place. Also if I may offer some advice" He said as he looked back up.
"Yes?"
"I would find someone of authority to look at this document. I happen to know about the fine print of the Godfather Ritual, which would exonerate Mister Black. Should you wish to free him, this is how you do so" he said.
Harry frowned as he thought for a moment. "Can you explain? I'm still trying to catch up with all of the wizarding worlds."
"Of course. First, it is publicly believed that Sirius Black betrayed your parents, giving up their location to the Dark Lord. Second, the Godfather Ritual is very simple. It is a vow on magic and life to protect godchild, enemies, and harm, to the best of their abilities. They can not knowingly put the child in danger or threaten their life."
"And if he really took the Godfather ritual then it would be impossible for him to have given Voldemort our location. Not after he tried to kill me" Harry finished with understanding. "Could you keep the will nearby for now? I need to figure out how to free him, without someone trying to interfere. Too much shady stuff has been going on"
"Of course. I will hold it for the time being. Now if there are no other pressing concerns, I believe it's time we took a portkey" the goblins said as he brought out a ribbon. "Are you familiar?"
"Yes, though I've never been transported by one," Harry said, his mind a bit distracted at the prospect he would finally meet someone who was considered family by his parents.
"Then grab a hold. It will take us to Potter Manor. Good. Home sweet home" he intoned as Harry felt a jerk and the world started to spin. It lasted for five minutes before he hit the ground hard. "Weird, you normally don't travel with that much force, regardless, we are here"
Harry blinked a few times as his mage sight took in the building before him. It was a three-story house. It was painted black and on the side was a golden raven atop of a silver perch. His mage sight registered the space expansion charms around the house and a very strong ward of some kind, a muggle repelling by the looks of the people just walking by as if there wasn't a house towering over the entire neighborhood.
"Come, Jorvan should be inside. He is the foreman for Hide N' Hide" Ragnarok said as they walked forward.
The bottom floor was, as he suspected, a large kitchen, dining area, and a lounging area. The floor was wooden and on the walls were a variety of both magical and muggle style pictures. In the foyer were four small humanoids. Smaller than the goblin. Besides the excess hair, they all seemed human.
"Good afternoon to ya. Names Jorvan Sul. right on time, as expected of ya goblins. This was quite the project, but all must come to an end. Ya must be Harry Potter then?" the lead dwarf said, holding out a hand.
"Yes, the house looks wonderful, as if it never has seen a bad day." Harry complimented as he shook the offered hand.
"Yep, we was paid good enough for this here job. But now we are on the last step. Got us here a port key that'll take us out of the house after the Fidelius goes up. So let's get to it, ya ready?" the goblin said as he took out a small wand. "We got to get to the ward stone. If you don't already know the house is just bout on top of a leyline. That'll power the ward as compared to a traditional ward stone. However, we still inscribed it on one should you want to turn it on or off you pleased. Besides that you have a repelling ward that makes anyone not keyed into them lose all interest in the surrounding area should they not have any immediate other business. "Antiapperation is also up. And you have a fireplace, but you will have to talk to the ministry to set up a Floo connection. Let's see, the house also has a Bulwark Ward, which is basically a step down from a War ward but should you be attacked you'll have enough time to escape or meet your attackers."
The dwarf went on to describe the other wards as he continued to wave his wand in circles and other motions. Finally, twenty minutes later he finished. Harry noticed a golden flash journey throughout the house before setting beside the property line. Everyone else in the room seemed confused.
"Have a good day Potter, thanks for the job. Back to work" the head dwarf intoned before they all disappeared.
"Mister Potter, if you don't want me to know the location, could you see me outside the house?" the chief asked.
"Oh right, Potter Manor is located at 27 St. James st," Harry said. Ragnarok's eyes cleared and he looked around.
'Thank you mister Potter. Shall we take a tour or will that be all for today?" the goblin asked.
"That will be all for today. I will write in the future when I figure how to set my godfather free" Harry said as he walked the goblin to the door, with a quick snap he too was gone.
"Is-is that Master Harry," a voice said, causing him to turn on the spot wand at the ready. At the other end of the house was a small creature, with long floppy ears and giant blue eyes. House-elves if he remembered correctly. "By the maker, it is. Master Harry has returned home" the creature said before it ran up to him with an excited smile.
Beside it popped three more house-elves into existence. "We hides ourselves when the dwarves came, and when we sees they be fixing the house, wes be confused. But young master is home. But where is older master and mistress?" the smallest one asked.
"Umm who are you? I'm sorry but I don't remember you" Harry said, lowering his wand. The first one, wearing a red towel, stepped forward with a bow.
"I am Bracer, the head house elf for the Potter family. The one in the yellow towel is Hugo. He works in the kitchen. The one in the green towel is Marigold and she primarily works outside, on the greenery and such. And lastly is Marko in the blue towel, he is the youngest of us and does a majority of the house cleaning with me" Bracer said as the other three bowed as well. "You were a baby the last we set eyes on you master Harry, sir."
"Oh. then I suppose the older master and mistress are my parents?' he saw four heads nod and he sighed. "They were killed, Halloween of '81. I've been living with muggles this entire time. How did you survive? Were you unaware?" he asked.
The only female elf stepped forward. "Older Master and Mistress only stayed here for a few days before they left. We never saw them again. We have lived off the leyline ever since. Now everything is better because you are here."
Harry sighed as he sat at a long, ornate wooden table. Hugo, I would like some lunch, something light, please. Bracer, I have a few questions to ask but the rest of you can go back to whatever you were doing." Four heads nodded and three of the elves popped away. "Give me an oral tour of the house."
The red toweled elf straightened up, "The first floor is for guests, including a foyer, kitchen, dining room, and lounging area with a small ballroom attached to it. The second layer is for family members. It has the Family Library, Family tree, and the study for the head of the house, as well as a bathroom. The third floor is the sleeping area, with a master bedroom and two guest rooms. It also has an upper deck with an astronomy scope. Another area of note is that the entrance to the basement is outside at the back of the house."
"Tell me about the library," Harry said as a sandwich popped on the table.
"The library is split into two sections. A guest section and restricted section. Only Potter family members can enter the restricted area and only the head of the house can give guests permission to enter. Given the age of House Potter, the amount of knowledge collected by the family is quite the size. Not the biggest library in the world but it has tomes almost as old as the ministry." Bracer stated.
Harry mused on that for the moment, "I will explore now. You can go help ummm Marcu no Marko. I will call you if I need anything. Thank you, '' Harry said. Although he wondered if he said something wrong as the elf went wide-eyed before he popped away.
