Vol: 7 Chapter 32: Visits to the End

Jingo Jungle (Saga of Tanya the Evil)

English Lyrics: AmaLee (LeeandLie)

I will lock on love

I will lock on love

(The title Rise of the Iron Wolves: Terramind appears before switching to an image where Cabal soldiers are seen storming across a battlefield as the image slowly transforms to Penny floating in the air as the camera zooms in on her left eye)

Don't go away

There's nowhere else to run

I know that's what we want

I know it's a war we want

(Penny gives the camera a stern look as the camera focuses on her while she sings the next two lines)

So raise your guns

Come on, let's have some fun

I know that's what we want

I know it's a war we want

(Penny stands in front of Wolfgang's grave with Team RWBY, all five of them saluting as Penny sings the last two lines again)

Coming up … Coming up

The eyes that only see prey

An instinct to act on

The bloodlust and it's just

Not enough … Not enough

But that's the chain of command

And now we know we must not hide

(A darkened shot of the Hellas Basin Schnee tech lab appears with a very faint and almost transparent figure of Penny, Weiss and Winter appear in the base standing there and walking towards the screen while their designs change from Vol. 1 to current. Then show's the image of of Penny's old robot body, one of Winters old dolls and a portrait of the Schnee family before the three destroy them)

We honor the JINGOS (oh oh oh)

And the beast we unleash

To indulge in our desires

We are in the JUNGLE (oh oh oh)

With our claws – a killing spree

With our fangs – Can you keep up with me? (Ohh)

(The next images are of Deus, Ironwood and Sky, before changing to Penny and team RWBY standing in front of Rasputin, and then to a shadow shot of what looks like a Knight in robes, a girl in a dress and a giant worm. It then transitions to Penny, Winter, and Weiss's eyes switching rapidly and looking at the screen.)

I will lock on love

I will lock on love

(Bullets fly before the final shot is of Penny, Weiss and Winter standing with their backs to the camera as they stood in the melting snow of the Hellas Basin, before the image burned away.)

-Wolfgang, Winter and Weiss's room-

Wolfgang groaned as he gripped the sheets of his bed tightly as he felt a warm and wet tightness squeeze him as it bounced on him like a ball on the ground.

The source of this pleasure on the boy's waist was Winter Schnee, who was currently bouncing on her lover's manhood while her little sister and superior in the relationship, Weiss, kissed and shoved her tongue down the faunus's throat in order to silence his moans. Additionally, the chronomancer was handcuffed to the bed so he could not escape their assault.

"Weiss, I don't regret this! Wolfgang is amazing!" The new General cried in pleasure as she kept bouncing. The three had been going at this for hours.

"I don't either. Ever since you joined us, I feel like we've become closer than just sisters." Weiss nodded as she cupped her sister's cheek and kissed her passionately.

"I'd say- fuck yeah!- you two are beyond being- Damn, that feels good!- siblings at this point!" Wolfgang said in between grunts of pleasure. Winter and Weiss broke their kiss and uncuffed him so he could lean up and embrace them. "Fuck I'm gonna cum. Come here you two." He told them as he pulled them into a three way kiss.

Not a moment later, Winter got off of his member just in time for him to blast his load onto both of the siblings. The two giggled as they scooped the spunk off of each other and ate it.

"Ah~!" The two smiled as they kissed together.

-The Derelict-

The gang stood together at the warp tether that would transport them into the haul. They were going to see the Emissary of the Nine for their next invitation.

"You ready to go guys?" Ruby asked.

"How come Sky wasn't able to come?" Nora asked.

"He's too busy trying to fix stuff after the fiasco last week." Wolfgang said as they all leapt towards the haul. Upon entering, they made their way to the vortex and jumped into it, where they were met with the Emissary, her back turned to them with a Ghost floating next to her.

"Do you regret this?" A distorted and disembodied voice asked her.

"What?" The Emissary questioned, seeming to not notice the others standing behind her.

"Judgement." The voice clarified.

"I have more agency as an agent than I ever did as a simple Huntress in the old Wizard's war." The robed woman stated.

"You lost everything." The voice said.

"Nothing that ever mattered. I would die for those I loved, if need be." The woman stated.

"We don't understand." The voice said again as the Ghost dropped to the ground.

"No." The Emissary nodded before she vanished.

The group stood there in slightly confused silence. "... Anyone else able to make heads or tails of that?" Wolfgang asked.

"Not much." Yang shrugged.

"Maybe the Emissary used to be a dark age huntress like Nomad, before she became the Nine's agent." Ren suggested.

"Sounds that way." Foxxianna nodded.

"But what kind of fate could her loved ones have suffered to drive her to become the Emissary?" Pyrrha questioned.

"I don't think I wanna know." Neptune said as both he and Sun shuddered.

"Yeah, since some things are better left in the dark." Jaune nodded. "Come on, Let's get out of here." He added. The others nodded and they all left.

(Later)

Ren looked at his weapons and handed them to Nomad, as well as a set of supplies and six arc conductor cartridges and control rods.

"Well well! This is a weapon I haven't seen in a while. 'Riskrunner', a gun seemingly capable of creating and sustaining an endless supply of Arc Dust thanks to the cores here." The man said as he looked them over. "A miracle of weaponology, how'd ya get it?" He asked.

"Followed an old map that Wolfgang gave me when he was brought back. I just followed it and found these." The boy stated. "It was guarded by a lot of Grimm."

"I'm surprised he got his hands on this kind of tech." The rogue muttered to himself before shrugging. "I'll get it integrated into your guns. It shouldn't take more than a couple of hours." He told the ninja. He then gave him a sword.

Upon closer inspection, Ren soon realized that it was Myrtinaster! Only it looked different now. The sword now had a radiolarian core in the center of its revolver cylinder and a rod underneath the blade that seemed to be made of free flowing dust, disappearing and reappearing every time it was swung.

"What in the world…?" Ren muttered as he inspected the weapon.

"Make sure Ice Queen gets that, will ya?" The man asked before the boy nodded and left him to work.

(A week later)

Everyone stood at the portal again and this time they all had on their Gambit Prime forged versions of their clothes, except Wolfgang who was wearing one of Leopoldo's old armors sense his was damaged.

"Alright, let's see what they have for us this time." Wolfgang said as he pinched his nose. "Geronimo!" He yelled as he did a cannonball into the portal, soon followed by the others. When they arrived at the other side, they were greeted by the Emissary looking at a very large white statue of…

"Mom?!" Ruby and Yang yelped as they looked at the statue of Summer Rose with startled and shocked expressions.

"THE CLEVER ONE IS IN PERIL!" The voice said, not breaking its monotone.

"No, she will manage." The Emissary stated in a rebuking tone, as if she were aggravated with the Nine's ignorance.

"SHE WILL ANNIHILATE HER!" The Nine spoke again.

"Then she will die as one of us. Gladly." The robed woman huffed. Ruby and Yang listened intently.

'Mom's still alive?! And she's in danger?!' They thought with wide eyes.

"SHE WILL REGRET BEFORE THE END!" The Nine continued to argue.

"You don't even know the meaning of that word." The Emissary rebuked again, as if tiring with the voice's insolence.

"SHE WILL BEG FOR DEATH'S RELEASE!" The Nine said, trying to sound serious.

"You cannot kill what has already died." The Emissary stated with finality before she vanished. Throughout this argument, Wolfgang noticed the statue slowly turn its head to look right at them.

"Okay, that is super creepy." He muttered to himself with a shudder.

"Mom's still out there… She's still fighting." Ruby breathed as she fell to her knees. Yang quickly hugged her sister as she knelt beside her.

"We'll find her, Ruby." She told her.

(Later)

Wolfgang was in his room and was currently being helped into his new armor by Leopold. Since his old one had been destroyed after Roman shot him in the chest with his own gun, he was in need of new armor. The wolf Faunus looked at his scarred chest where the wound used to be and sighed, steeling his shaky hands.

After a few moments, he was in his new armor. "How's it feel, little bro?" Leopold asked as Wolfgang looked himself over in the mirror.

"Good. Pretty good, actually." The wolf faunus replied. His armor consisted of dark grey greaves with white leg armor, a chest piece with the symbol of the Order on the chest with the same dark grey cloth underneath, white gauntlets that covered his entire arm, and a cloak that was only half, for some reason.

"Good. We decided to order some clothing material from Sky to use in that, so it should be much more comfier than it normally would." Leopold nodded.

"I noticed, and yeah. It does feel really good." The chronomancer nodded as he moved around a bit.

"Just try not to damage it this time, alright?" His brother joked.

"Hardy har har." Wolfgang laughed sarcastically as he rolled his eyes.

(A week later)

At the portal again, everyone went into the vortex for the fourth invitation from the Nine, and found that the platform was high above several leaping platforms that looked like… the Nomad's coins?

"Uh… What?" Weiss said as she scratched her head in confusion.

"Let's agree not to think about it too much." Blake told her. With that, they climbed the platforms and found the Emissary looking at an apparition of a crashed Derelict.

"WHAT DOES IT WANT?!" The Nine yelled.

"You ask me the same questions. You never listen." The woman sighed in frustration.

"WHY DOES IT DO THIS?!" The Nine questioned.

"He's afraid!" The woman shot back in a matter of fact tone.

"OF DEATH?" The Nine asked.

"Of everything." She corrected them.

"SO IT KILLS!" The primordial gods of dust argued.

"No, he hates violence. He hates it so much he'd kill anyone else around him so he doesn't have to experience it." Rebuked the Emissary as she disappeared.

"The hell was this one about?" Yang wondered.

"It sounds a little bit like Nomad's secrets. Is he really afraid of everything around him?" Ren wondered.

"I mean it would explain his paranoia…" Sun noted before they all got a message from the man.

"Speak of the Devil." Foxxianna said.

"Come on. Let's see what he wants." Wolfgang as they left.

(Later)

Later in the Annex the gang all stood in front of the Nomad. Well, except Sun, he sat on the railing.

"Hey, if I tell you guys what I know about the Emissary will you promise to stop looking for her?" The man questioned them.

"We can't really keep that promise if she keeps inviting us to meet her." Blake replied with a shrug. Nomad groaned as he facepalmed and wiped his hand down his face.

"Listen, she used to be a Dark Age girl, Kingdom born when Mistral popped up as the second kingdom. Then she died, a Ghost picked her up and she took the name Orin." Nomad stated. "Then she went looking for Nine. She wanted Power, she got it. Now she's something else. She has no past to uncover. She isn't the same as she was before. So stop looking for her."

Though this second statement seemed more like an order rather than a simple request.

"Methinks he doth protest too much." Sun whispered to Blake and Yang, which caused his shared lovers to giggle.

(The next week)

Against Nomad's wishes, they continued going into the haul. Upon reaching the other side of the portal, they found themselves on some sort of structure with several upside down pyramids acting as platforms.

"WHAT DOES IT WANT?!" The Nine questioned the Emissary.

"Power." The woman replied simply.

"LIKE YOU?" The Primordial gods of Dust questioned.

"No one is like them." The robed Dark Age woman stated.

"WE DON'T UNDERSTAND." The Nine said, almost frustrated.

"They have agency like you wouldn't believe. They can leave this place." The Emissary stated.

"THIS PLANE? WE CAN LEAVE THIS PLANE." The Primordials said, thinking they understood.

"No. Think bigger. They can leave this story." The Emissary explained to them, confusing both her masters and the huntsmen behind her.

"WE DON'T UNDERSTAND!" The Nine shouted again.

"Then I'm afraid it's impossible for me to explain." The woman sighed before she vanished.

"Leave this story?" Ruby wondered, completely confused.

"Does that mean anything to you at all?" Yang asked Sky through her scroll.

"Not really." The King replied.

"These invitations are just getting weirder and weirder as time goes on." Wolfgang said as he scratched his head.

"No kidding." Weiss nodded.

(Later)

Winter sat at what was now her desk in the room that used to belong to Ironwood as she checked the reports of Siva's containment and Rasputin's monitoring of space with his Warsats for the asteroid Salem threatened them with.

However as she did this, she failed to notice the door of her office opening and closing. Or the approach of someone behind her, before two younger feminine hands placed themselves over her eyes.

"Guess who~?" Weiss purred in her ear seductively as she sat on her sister's desk, dressed in only a robe. Winter chuckled slightly as she smirked at her younger sister's antics.

"Hello, Weiss." She said as her eyes were uncovered, allowing her to turn and look at her sister/lover. "What brings you here?" She asked.

"I'm feeling really hot and bothered today, and I don't know why." The girl replied, fanning herself with her hand and opening her robe slightly to show a bit of side boob of her B-cup rack. "Normally I'd ask Wolfgang to help but he's… a bit busy with trying to work with Ruby improve her Hand cannon skills." She added before she spread her legs and lifted the bottom of her robe to reveal her soaking wet flower, sticky with her own juices and sweat from her apparently lust driven fever.

"Well… We can't have that now, can we?" Winter mused before diving her face into her sister's pussy and started licking it, causing her to moan in pleasure.

"Oh Winter—Ah!—-Yes~!" The Iron Lady gasped as she was licked and kissed in her nether regions by her sister. She took her hands and undid her bun, letting the woman's hair flow down as she ran her dainty fingers through her snow white locks. "Mmmmm! Oh sister, you're a master with that tongue of yours." She purred lovingly to the woman.

'Good to hear. I've had lots of practice.' Winter thought as she kept licking, her tongue working around her sister's sensitive spots with a practiced sense of precision and purpose. It was as if she was made to please her sister.

"Oh Winter, I'm cumming!" Weiss moaned as she came in the woman's mouth as she licked her juices up thirstily.

Winter stood up and then shoved Weiss down onto her desk, her hair falling on either side of her sister's head as Weiss's own laid like a lake of white on the desk.

Two pairs of icy blue eyes looked at each other as both looked at each other, panting from the oral sex they just had, until Winter leaned down and kissed her little sister on her lips. Both were moaning as the younger girl's robe fell off and the elder held her close, lovingly caressing the other's mouth with her tongue.

"Winter, I love you." Weiss moaned as they continued to kiss.

"I love you too, Weiss." Winter moaned in reply. As they kissed, they failed to hear someone else enter the office and close the door behind them before locking it. It wasn't until they felt a hand on their heads that they realized someone was with them. Looking up, they saw…

"M-m-mother?!" They squeaked in surprise and embarrassment as Willow stood over them with a smile on her face.

"Hello girls." She smiled as Weiss tried to cover up.

"W-We can explain." Weiss said nervously. The matriarch chuckled at her nervousness before waving her off.

"Don't worry your head, Weiss. I already know you two are sharing each other and Wolfgang." She said, causing them to freeze.

"Y-you know?" Winter stuttered nervously.

"I do. And I have one question…" She trailed off before grinning. "Is there room for one more?" She purred as she undid her shirt and let her bra-clad breasts be visible to her daughters. Her words made them do a double take.

"What?" They gasped as they looked at her E-cup chest, Weiss subconsciously drooling despite herself.

"You heard me. And since Jacques is in prison, I'm in need of a new husband to fill the void." The woman shrugged, her mounds bouncing from the action as she stripped herself until she only had her bra and panties on. "I've seen footage of you two and Wolfgang going at it… I want in on that action. I doubt he'll mind having a woman like me at his side." She continued with a purr as she caressed her body, her daughters looking at her in open hunger.

Weiss's eyes glazed over as Willow lifted her chin with one finger. She closed her eyes as the two leaned in and kissed each other lustfully. Winter, not wanting to be left out, joined in and made it a three way incestuous kiss.

(A week later)

Week six of the Nine's invitations and this time the Emissary brought the group of heroes to the same watery void that they were placed in during their first visit. This time, they saw something from Nomad's past.

The scene showed a woman who looked like the Emissary in Mistralian Armor similar to Yatsuhashi's and had a white haired Mohawk. The two were sitting at a table.

"I'm sorry, I just- I really miss him." The woman, whom they presumed to be Orin, sniffed sadly.

"Yeah—me too." The Nomad replied with a sigh.

"How did you say you two knew each other again?" Orin asked as she shuffled nervously.

"Oh, we, uh- Namqi and me were… were buddies. Met in a little dive off of Atlas." The ageless man replied awkwardly. "Used to play cards. He talked about you a lot." He added. "Said the Queen trusts you to talk to the nine for her." He continued before scoffing. "Is that true?" He asked.

"Yeah… Hardly seems important now. Now that he's gone." Orin sighed as Nomad leaned closer to her.

"Heh, yeah." The man chuckled. "Well, If you ever need a shoulder to cry on, I'm here for you. Remember that." He told her as the scene ended.

"That's… different." Nora commented, unsure of what to say.

"You guys think that this Namqi guy could be the lost loved one the Emissary mentioned?" Foxxianna asked.

"Probably. Let's not hold our breaths on that, though." Ruby shrugged.

"I second that." Weiss nodded.

"One thing's for certain. For all his honesty, Nomad seems to like keeping a lot of secrets." Wolfgang nodded.

"Comes with the territory, I guess." Jaune shrugged as they left.

(Elsewhere)

In the Atlas hospital, Qrow, Ironwood, the Ace Ops and the others all stood in Clover's hospital room where the man had been comatose for over six weeks since the Mantle fiasco. Good news though? He was finally waking up.

"Hey, he's waking up!" Sky said before sighing in relief. "Thank goodness."

"Ngh… How long… was… I out…?" The man croaked, his throat dry. Harriet quickly gave him some water, which he eagerly drank as Penny hugged him tightly.

"Welcome back clover." She smiled.

"Six weeks, boss. You gave us one hell of a scare." Marrow replied, sounding grateful that his leader was awake again.

"Thanks to Qrow's quick actions and Sky's help, they were able to save your life." Vine added.

"Which means we owe them a debt of gratitude." Ironwood nodded.

"Yeah… Yeah, yeah we do." Clover nodded as he relaxed. "What happened while I was out?" He asked.

"We'll tell you once you're ready to actually walk, tough guy." Qrow told him as he sat on the bed next to him. "You just do us a favor and get some rest."

"You know I'm not one of your kids." The good luck charm retorted with a smirk, causing the bird man to roll his eyes.

"That's debatable." The bad luck charm retorted as Robyn and her gang all snickered.

"Ha. Gayyyy." Wolfgang whispered to those behind him, which everyone started chuckling at the two's unbeknown expense.

"What'd you say?" Qrow asked, thinking he'd heard him say something.

"Don't worry about it." The wolf boy replied as he waved him off.

(A week later)

Next week, the group went into the haul once more, and were greeted by another vision of Nomad and Orin. This one had a very different atmosphere. The scene showed the two in front of a ship, likely from the Dark Age.

"I'm leaving. I'm going to find them." The woman said to Nomad, who looked frustrated.

"Orin, there's nothing for you out there!" The man growled, trying to get through to her.

"Do yourself a favor by not pretending you care. This is a courtesy, Dredgen." Orin shot back.

"I don't use that name! Not anymore!" Nomad exclaimed.

"Callum says otherwise." The woman rebuked.

"Hand to my heart, I'm not lying." The ageless man said, holding a hand to his chest.

"Wow. You can't even hear yourself." Orin chuckled.

"Orin, please!" Nomad exclaimed pleadingly.

"Wu Ming, I'm going. This 'friendship' or whatever this is… it's over. Try not to get shot." Orin said with a sigh as she turned to leave. Nomad let out a frustrated growl.

"You wanna go back to a thousand years of dogma, kid? Give up your freedom? Fine. You do you." He hissed. Then the scene ended.

"Wu Ming? Sounds like Nomad's actual name from the sound of it." Foxxianna noted.

"No, that's just another alias. Just like his other name, Eli." Autumn said through the comms.

"This whole thing just keeps getting weirder and sadder at the same time." Wolfgang noted, scratching his head.

"No kidding." Sun nodded.

"Welp, time to go. Let's see what next week brings." Blake shrugged.

(Later)

In the main audience chamber of the Immortal Rage, both Ruby and Yang dropped the bomb that was the news of Summer supposedly still being alive. This shocked everyone who hadn't been privy to it, especially Qrow.

"What?! Where is she?!" Qrow questioned in a startled voice.

"We're not sure, but we think the Nine might know." Ruby told her uncle.

"Or we could ask Jinn." Autumn offered.

"Either way, we need to find her and rescue her." Yang stated. "Quickly."

"But… Aren't you afraid of what you might find when you get her back?" Oscar questioned.

"What do you mean?" His and Ruby's four daughters asked.

"Salem's domain is full of horrors that would drive even the most sane soul on Remnant to madness. Are you sure it's worth the risk?" The former farm boy asked.

"And what's worse, who knows what Salem could've been doing to your mom all these years." Autumn added with a shudder.

"She used to talk about a blind 'pet' she kept in the dungeon… I really don't want that to be the case, but…" Emerald said before she slowly trailed off.

"Oh, I am going to enjoy trashing the shit out of that bitch!" Wolfgang growled, his ears flat against his head.

"Get in line!" Ruby said with a scowl, the singed part of her face wrinkling due to her expression.

(A week later)

The following week rewarded them with a vision that felt recent based on what they were seeing. Nomad and the Emissary were in front of what looked like a knocked over vending machine in an abandoned hallway of Atlas Academy.

"Hey, how you livin' sister? What can ol' Nomad do for you today? Wanna play some Gambit?" The rogue asked in a cool tone.

"The Dredgen has visions, and they disturb him." The woman said as images of pyramid shaped ships and other ships none of them recognized flashed briefly before vanishing.

"So you know about those?" Nomad asked, his stance guarded. "You causin' them? I'll tell you right now that I don't appreciate what they're sayin'." He told her.

"The gift is showing what you must see. It is your fate." The Emissary told him.

"No! I make my own choices. You got that?!" The rouge huntsman snapped, jabbing a finger at her.

"If you wish to believe that, then so be it." The woman shrugged before she vanished.

"Fuckin' psycho…" Nomad muttered before the vision ended.

"... You guys saw those ships too, right?" Wolfgang asked.

"Pretty hard not to." Weiss nodded.

"But...I thought we were the only life the brothers created?" Ruby questioned.

"We are, at least on Remnant. Maybe they started over in other parts of the universe?" Blake suggested.

"It's definitely a possibility. There's no way they'd leave Remnant and slack off." Jaune nodded.

"If they're hostile, then we've got a possible war on our hands." Yang said seriously. "Let's inform the others when we get back." She added, causing everyone to nod in agreement.

"Winter and Ironwood are not going to like this…" Weiss said.

"Neither will Sky." Blake added.

(Later)

Everyone sat in shocked silence as the latest vision of the Nine's dealings was relayed to everyone else. Sky in particular seemed to regard these Pyramid Ships with wariness.

"Those Pyramids don't sit right with me, for some reason." He said warily.

"I'm more concerned with these other ships. Should we prepare for a possible galactic war?" Winter questioned, a look of concern on her face.

"I mean, it's probably a good idea for that to happen." Wolfgang nodded.

"We could see if Rasputin already has a contingency plan in mind." Weiss suggested as she and Penny shared a look.

"Do it. We'll need everything for when it's our time to take to the stars." Ironwood nodded.

"I'll oversee it with you." Winter nodded before turning to Clover and the Ace Ops, the man currently still in a wheelchair. "In the meantime, have you had any luck with containing Siva's spread until something can be done with it?" She asked.

"Some, but not as much as we'd like. That stuff is almost ravenous." The good luck charm replied.

"That and it looks like someone's trying to steal some of it, though we have no idea who or what." Harriet added.

"Additionally there are reports of a particularly powerful Primeval Beowulf skulking around the old ruins of Fortuna where the replication chamber reportedly is." Vine continued, causing the Prowl family to tense.

"That is… unsettling." Fey said as Wolfgang continued to twitch.

"Indeed…" Deus nodded.

"That fucking thing is still alive?!" Wolfgang growled furiously, which made everyone seem confused, but dropped the subject.

(A week later)

The following week, everyone entered the haul one last time and found themselves in the void with the Emissary once more.

"We have another truth to share with you." She began. "The Dredgen should have told you himself, but as usual, fear keeps him from true potential." She continued with a sigh. "Please. Open your minds." She requested.

The kids all looked at each other and nodded before they all suddenly experienced a sudden vision.

-Vision-

Nomad was leaning against a work table in the same hallway he stayed in when he arrived before moving to the annex as he flipped his coin and chuckled to himself.

"Might just pull this scam off." He laughed. "And when the time comes, we'll finally be in the clear." He grinned as he flipped his coin once more, but this time it didn't come down and he was transported somewhere else. As he looked up, he didn't see his coin. "Huh." He hummed as he looked to his left and saw… "A horse." He mused before looking to his right… and was greeted by the Emissary. "OK..." He said as he took a step back, arms raised.

"We enjoyed watching you." She told him. "We came to say farewell. Our attention is required elsewhere." She continued.

"All right, then. Thanks for the memories, you lunatic." Nomad said. "Anything else you want me to do?" He then asked.

"You're already doing it. Keep progressing the story." The woman said as his coin dropped from the sky… and revealed to have a pyramid ship.

-Back in the void-

Everyone suddenly found themselves back in the void. After that, they felt even more confused about this whole 'story' business.

"The night falls." The woman said. "Out there, on the edge, your fate is a war unseen in uncharted space and of ruined fleets." She continued. "Two women, feared and untrusted, forever at arm's length." She added. "Here at home, your fate is a coin in the hands of a liar. One man, afraid and untrustworthy, forever grasping." She added further. "You must reckon with yourselves. Can you see the path ahead? Do you know the shape of your trial?"

Everyone seemed to be lost in thought before they suddenly found themselves back on the Derelict. They looked at each other with various thoughts running through their minds.

(Later)

Back in the Annex, the gang were currently talking to the Nomad, who did not seem at all happy.

"I told you not to look into the Emissary and you did it anyway!" He snapped. "Do you know how many people I've killed for less?" He questioned before he cut them off before they could answer. "Shut up. Don't answer that, I don't need the sass right now." He said, rubbing his head nervously. "I'm in over my head, kids. Emissary and her pals showed me what's coming, and it's what I've feared all along." He sighed. "Put aside your dogma. The fight that's heading our way can't be won with Aura or Dust alone." He continued. "Gambit's your salvation and mine. See you on the field." He finished.

"I won't be in the field for a while. It's high time I took my leave from active duty for my pregnancy." Yang said as she held her visible baby bump, now being three to four months along her pregnancy.

"We'll pick up the slack." Wolfgang told her.

"Pretty soon I will too." Blake added, looking down at her stomach. "But I have another month before that." She added as the ground continued to discuss their next move.

(Elsewhere)

Later on, Oscar, Penny and Ruby all laid on a couch together with the quadruplets. All of them were asleep until the farm boy heard a voice speak to him that he hadn't heard in a very long time.

"Oscar, we need to talk." Ozpin said.

'Where have you been?' The boy asked the wizard.

"I… needed time away, to see if I truly was the issue you were all having." The man said. "But that's not why I'm here. Salem, I can feel her gathering magic power for a very large and complicated spell. And I think she may be planning on using Summer to complete it."

'So Summer's actually alive? The Nine weren't just making it up?… And Salem's using her?!' He thought, his last thought being one of anger.

"Yes. If it helps, I've managed to triangulate the general location of where the ritual is taking place." The reincarnating man said, prompting Oscar to get up carefully so he could grab some paper and something to write with.

'Tell me the coordinates so I can write them down.' He requested.

"Alright." The Wizard nodded as they got to work.

(Elsewhere)

In the frozen tundra, Faunus who were dressed in red garb and masks searched for the Siva replication chamber in Fortuna outside the Plagueland, with some of the nanites forming odd looks Terramind cell-like Armor all over them.

As they continued onward, a blizzard blew in and seconds later, a giant pawed foot stomped on their footprints before a blood curdling howl could be heard as the wind picked up speed and the building's shook.

-Salem's Citadel-

Salem walked through the corridors of her citadel to get the final piece of her ritual. The final piece's location? The dungeon.

When she reached a specific cell, she opened it… Revealing the very much alive Summer Rose, and her state was terrible. She was completely naked, only having a collar around her neck and a blindfold on her face to keep her from using her eyes. Her mind was also completely destroyed, reducing her mentality to that of a domesticated animal. Her hair was also overgrown and disheveled from years of being uncared for.

The silver eyed woman panted like a dog as Salem approached her and placed a leash on her collar before allowing her to drink some water from a bowl on all fours before leading Summer to the balcony.

The witch then had the huntress kneel in the center of a magic circle and continue to obediently pant and moan as Salem removes her blindfold and conjures up her magic.

"Now, let's begin." She said as she channeled her magic to summon a meteor big enough to destroy Atlas. As she did, she began to forcibly pull the light from Summer's eyes, causing her to scream in pain as her power was extracted from her. Then the witch shot the multi-colored beam into space.

The MILF cried in agony as her power and sight was violently ripped from her as she fell to the ground, sobbing as her eyes glazed over and tears of blood ran down her face. She whimpered as she continued to shake, her animalistic mind feeling like a dog who had just been beaten for reasons it did not understand.

Out in the solar system's asteroid belt, a gigantic asteroid was touched by the magic from Salem and began its slow trek to Remnant.

And off in the distance, at the very edge of the galaxy, the light left from Summer's Silver eyes washed over several triangular objects… before they all lit up and revealed themselves to be the pyramid ships.

The ships slowly turned and started following in the same direction as the asteroid. Towards Remnant.

Dragon Emperor0: And that's it. The longest volume in this story by far is over. As is this story as a whole. That's right, this is the end of the Rise of the iron wolves.

ThermalsniperN7: And so we move on to its continuation sequel. Which will contain Volumes 8 and its mini arcs: Return to Iron, Season of the Worthy, Beyond Dust, and Season of Arrivals. As well as Vol. 9 onwards.

Dragon Emperor0: Yeah, about that continuation, it's going to be called: the Iron Wolf Chronicles, and will cover Volumes 9 onwards. Because this story is becoming much too long as it is.

ThermalsniperN7: Yeah. It's getting slightly hard to keep track of what's what, so that's happening. Onto other topics… It looks like The Nine weren't lying about Summer being alive, but damn! The woman's in horrible shape!

Dragon Emperor0: No kidding. Hope the others can save her. Anyway, see you guys in our other stories.
