Brook soared through the plated hull of the navy ship.

"A hallway… Huuh."

It was empty, save for one bored whistling janitor. He worked, his mop tracing circles over the floor, ignorant of what was happening just outside.

The jolly ghost continued his journey. The next room was a large dining hall, filled with round tables covered with white plain cloth, similarly "functionality first" chairs, and a buffet table with a lot of empty metal meal warmers and trays.

"That's boring." Brook said to the empty enclosure.

He found himself in a clean but drab bathroom after some more flight.

"Next!"

The misty ghost hit the jackpot next. Which is precisely why he adopted a low profile. Brook was now in a decadently decorated conference room. luckily the two naval officers were invested in their discussion and had not seen him.

Back atop the church, Robin had been looking long enough at Brook's empty husk that she was getting bored.

She turned her body to face her three male crewmates fending off marines and sent a massive Gigantesco Mano Stomp down to aid them. This alerted some of the marines as to her whereabouts, which sent them running towards her.

Sanji was first to notice.

"ROBIN-CHWAN!" He cried.

The chef focused his attention on the marines who began to change attack direction.

"You BASTARDSSSSSSSSS!"

He took a massive swing at several of their necks at once.

"COLLIER SHOOT!"

Zoro had glanced over to get a read of the situation. He breathed a somewhat disgruntled sigh of relief, then snapped back mentally into his own fight as he deflected the blow of a machinelike enemy, which had tried to swing a flamethrower at him in the style of a blunt weapon instead of blowing more flames he could dodge.

Franky docked the ship descreetly near a fishing dock as Usopp helped secure a ramp from the island to the ship into place.

"We don't have time to lose!" Nami told him.

He nodded once, as he ran back onto the ship. In roughly a minute, he had returned in a custom made truck. It had Franky's signature design elements all over it, including a face that resembled the head of The Sunny, minus the sunlike mane. The vehicle sported a sizeable trunk, into which Nami and Chopper jumped.

They sped off into town.

Luffy had just Gum Gum Balloon-breathed two dozen naval officers into the sea when Zoro slashed ten rows of men to the point of disability.

"Gotta say! I've missed solid opponents!" He said, taking a powerful giant lunge at them.

Sanji was spin-kicking marine after marine into the air.

The gigantic quantity of enemies was dwindling, several of the countless flame throwing metal-suited men had even been brought down, when Robin—who was still next to Brook at the viewpoint that was the church belltower, caught onto something that shrank her pupils in a panic. An impending, massive wave of the amalgam bug beings.
