Chapter 32

Now that Ash has become the 4 region champion, his next target is the Johto League where he is going to fight Lance. Besides that, they manage to reopen the Museum in Lumiose City thanks to the help of Diantha, Valerie, Serena, and Clemont, even though he didn't reveal his identity to the latter two.

During the Johto journey, Ash's egg hatches into a cute Eevee, and this Eevee has captured the heart of Pikachu. Ash decides to stop the punishment for Pikachu so that he can help Eevee with the new environment. And it is when Ash and Alice are filming a new movie that Eevee evolves into a beautiful Sylveon in the end.

Now the Johto League has come, this time Ash uses Kyurem to defeat Lance, and Lance is quite surprised to see that he beat his Red Gyarados. But he gives him congratulations and also registers him into the Hall of Fame, but he didn't find out that he is Ash as Diantha did.

Now inside the International Police, Anabel has called Ash and Alice into the office. As there is some work for them to do. Ash asks, "So why did you call us here?"

Anabael says, "We're here since we need to talk about your new alias. Since all of you have joined the International Police, we have given you code names Kageyama and Raven. The first one is for shadow mountain, as it is of massive importance, while Raven means black. Both of the names mean that you don't want to be found out by the others. Is that okay with you?"

"It is fine." Alice says, "They really are mysterious names."

"Now for the next step, I want to know about your jobs in the International Police. We have General Police, which is doing stuff like recording the crime scene and handcuffing the criminals. We have spies, as they will be blended into the crowd. We also have executioners, which are the ones that deal with the criminals, and we have forensic, which is examine the dead bodies." Anabel says.

"Clearly you have missed one of the jobs." Ash says, and Anabel is surprised. Alice asks, "Ash? What are you talking about?"

Ash says, "We are going to be the one job that you missed on purpose, that is, Assassins."

Anabel is widening her eyes in shock, and Alice asks, "Ash? Are you serious about this? I thought that Assassins are people who murder an important person for political or religious reasons."

"In this International Police's case, they are dealing with serial killers, dangerous criminals that have difficulty being apprehended, and also Pokemon Hunters, like J is a famous one. People have good and bad thoughts, and my bad thoughts want me to make those people suffer for what they have done, but I promise that we won't do anything unless it is your orders."

Anabel sighs and says, "You are not the Ash I used to know back when you were challenging the Battle Frontier, but I guess that your suffering made you change. Besides, we do need some assassins working for us since a lot of criminals are on the loose and they can't be changed."

Alice says, "I guess so. Then it is decided, we will become assassins."

Anabel nods as Ash and Alice are given the suits that look like Ninjas, and then they wear them as they get their first mission as assassins, to stop the Marowak hunters in Lavender Town.

It is really hard for Ash and Alice, consider that they have to kill the person who has been illegally killing Marowak for their bones. They chase the hunter to the top floor of the place and they tell him to surrender, but before the hunter can say anything, something starts to grab his hand.

"What is that?" The poacher turns around and he sees something terrifying, a zombie-like person that approaches from the ground is grabbing him. "Finally, fresh meat!"

Ash and Alice can only watch in horror that the being eat the hunter alive, Ash says, "That is disgusting...I mean...this is not something we should have seen..."

Alice asks, "So, what about now?"

"I think our mission has succeeded, the hunter is killed...but that monster...it is now targeting us..." Ash says as the Buried Alive is coming closer to them. Ash and Alice try to dodge the monster, but they can't always dodging. And the fact that the door is locked doesn't help them as well.

"Just great, don't tell me that we are going to be killed just like that poacher..." Alice says as she finally feels fear in her heart. Ash clicks his tongue and then they hear the Buried Alive says, "You're...here...I'm trapped...And I'm lonely...So very lonely...Won't you join me?"

"Trapped..." Ash says. "Maybe there is another way to save that monster..."

Just then, the door suddenly opens, and they hear a voice, "Gengar, use Shadow Ball!"

A Gengar appears in front of Ash and Alice as it sends the Buried alive backward. Ash and Alice turn around and see that their savior is no other than the Saffron City Gym Leader, Sabrina.

"Sabrina?" Ash asks. "What are you doing here?"

"We can talk about it later, Ash. This is Buried Alive, it is a ghost who was trapped here inside the top floor of the Pokemon Tower." Sabrina says.

"So what should we do then?" Alice asks. "How are we going to stop that monster?"

Sabrina says, "We will have to set it free." Her eyes are glowing and she says, "We Psychics are different from Aura Users. We have a lot of Psychic abilities, and for my ability, I can change any person into dolls if I want to. And perhaps it will be working on this doll."

Just then, they can hear the Buried Alive screaming, and eventually, it is not out of their sight, and Sabrina is holding a doll. But as they look at the doll, they see a face that causes them to be surprised. It looks just like what Minami is looking right now, which means, this girl is a female version of Ash.

"It seems like before this girl becomes that monster, it looks like just like you." Sabrina says as she gives him the doll.

"What do you mean? Are you telling me that this girl used to be my sister?" Ash asks.

Alice says, "I don't know...maybe we should ask your mother? She might have an idea of what is going on."

Ash sighs as it is the only choice they can take. He turns to Sabrina and says, "By the way, thank you, Sabrina, for saving us."

"No problem. Your mother called me to help you since she is worried about you, she probably heard from Anabel that you were taking on this mission and she might have heard about Buried Alive." Sabrina says.

"I see." Ash says. Sabrina says, "And for what happened a few years ago, I am sorry all of that happened..."

"It's fine, it is thanks to Olympia that I learned that Psychics aren't affected by the Control Cloud." Ash says. "Which is a good thing since I can only trust a few."

As for the Gengar that Sabrina owns, it is the same Gengar that he gave her a lot of years ago, and Sabrina thinks that it is time to return the Pokemon to Ash, which is why Ash welcomes Gengar back to his team.

When they are back at the Sevestar Island, Delia and Valerie hug their children and Delia asks, "We heard from Anabel about you doing your first mission. Did you get hurt?"

"We didn't, Mother." Ash says. "But I have some answers that I need to know."

He takes out the doll that Sabrina gave him, and he says, "Mother, I am glad that you sent Sabrina to help us out, since Psychics wouldn't be affected by Dark Aura and I would be mad if it is others."

"I know, at first I was about to ask Koga, but then again, ninjas are still affected by Dark Aura, so I think Sabrina is the best choice." Delia says.

"And she uses her powers of changing people into dolls to change the monster into a doll...but as we check the doll, it looks like this." Ash hands over the doll as Delia looks at it with surprise.

"So Sabrina has imprisoned her into the doll for now..." Delia frowns.

Mark and Minami look at the doll and Minami asks, "Mother, why does this doll look just like us?"

Delia says, "At that time, Ash was still young, and Diantha has to wipe his memories about his family...but Ash, you had a sister, and that is Golly."

"Golly?" Mark asks, "We have a sister?"

"I think I would have guessed I had a blood-related sister. But why did you wipe out my memories about her? And how did she get killed? I want to know everything."

Delia says, "For how she was killed, it is because of Team Rocket..."

"Team Rocket again?" Ash groans in frustration, while Minami is frowning as she can't believe that her father did something like this. Delia says, "Giovanni didn't know you until the trio, Jessie, James, and Meowth followed you. But he knew Golly, as he is afraid that she will avenge her father after growing up, which is why they kill her, by luring her into the Pokemon Tower and use the Ghost Type Pokemon to kill her."

Ash knows that some of the Ghost Type Pokemon have powers to send people into the spirit world, and Delia adds, "From what I heard, her soul becomes the so-called Buried Alive, and once a month she will lure victims into the tower and then devours them."

"All this time I thought I was a lone child...but I'm glad to know that I have a sister..." Ash says. "If only I could revive a dead soul..."

Arceus and Xerneas suddenly appear and Xerneas says, "I can help you with it."

Arceus says, "Indeed. Xerneas is the life Pokemon, she will be able to create a body for her. Then I'll transfer the soul inside and she will be alive again."

"Really? Is that even possible?" Alice asks, and Arceus says, "Xerneas and Yveltal are Legendary Pokemon of Life and Death. And Xerneas can revive a soul using its move Geomancy."

Ash and the others nod, then both Legendary Pokemon start the process. When they are doing so, Ash asks, "If you can do that, does that mean we can use the same method to free our Dad?"

Arceus shakes his head and says, "I'm afraid that isn't possible. We can revive her because we have her soul, your Dad's soul is already far gone in the Spirit World, reviving him is impossible."

Ash frowns, as he really wants his family to be whole again. But he is glad to see the process being successful and Golly is now starting to wake up.

"Don't kill me..." Golly screams as she then looks around, Delia asks, "Golly, are you alright?"

"Huh? Mom? Is that you?" Golly gasps as she hugs her. "I thought I had a dream...bad people with spooky Pokemon come and killed me...I thought I was trapped..."

"You did, but your brother saved you." Golly gasps as she sees Ash also there, then she looks at her mature body and his brother, she says, "How long has it been?"

"It has been 20 years, but I'm glad that I have you back again." Ash says, and they share a hug, Golly says, "I finally get to meet you, brother."

Ash says, "Me too, Golly. It is nice to meet you." Then the others decide to leave the two alone for now.

Here is a new chapter, and I decided to bring the Buried Alive into the story, I hope you like it and the next chapter will be some explanations about it.
