Mystic Falls, 1903 Prison World
"Don't you think it's time we leave Mystic Falls?" Nora asked Lillian, bored with the town.
"This is our home, Nora." Lillian responded.
"This is where you spent your human life with..." Nora began, only to pause as she heard something. "Do you hear that?"
"What do you hear?" Lillian inquired.
"A car." Beau answered, standing up. "It sounds like a car is approaching."
Everyone followed Beau's example and exchanged looks as they all knew what that meant; there was someone other than them in the world and that person was heading their way. Caught between caution and hope, Lillian led everyone outside.
It didn't take long before the car came into their sight and a moment later they could see two individuals wearing unusual clothes in the car.
Lucas and Olivia saw the Heretics and exchanged looks, relieved they finally made it. Lucas stopped the car a good distance from the Heretics and then proceeded to get out of it with Olivia and they approached the Heretics, leaving Joshua cloaked with an invisibility spell in the car.
"Hi!" Olivia greeted the Heretics, stopping halfway to them.
"Hello!" Lillian returned the greeting. "Who might you be?"
"I'm Olivia, and this is my brother Lucas." Olivia responded, and then motioned for Lillian to return the favor.
"This is my family; Beau, Mary, Nora, Oscar and Valerie." Lillian introduced. "And I am Lillian. If you're a friend, you may call me Lily."
"Considering we have a proposal for you and you aren't likely to turn it down, we'll call you Lily. Mind inviting us inside? It's cold out here."
"Please do come inside." Lillian said, and as Lucas and Olivia approached, she quietly told the others to behave.

Mystic Falls Town Hall
"What's the meaning of this?!" Elizabeth questioned as the office door was closed, moving towards Caroline.
"Stop right there." Meredith said, halting Elizabeth. "Carol and I found out that vampires who walk in the sun wear these (she pointed at the rings on Caroline and Stefan's fingers) rings with this particular stone which plays an important part in why they can walk freely during the day.
It just so happens that your (Elizabeth) daughter not only possesses this ring, but is also friends with Stefan and was friends with Damon..."
"My daughter was never friends with that filth!" Elizabeth interrupted, fire in her eyes. "Do me a favor and never mention Caroline, friendship and that dead filth's name in the same sentence ever again!"
Elizabeth's reaction surprised everyone.
"O-K." Meredith said slowly. "But do you know that Caroline is a vampire or not?"
"Who said she's a vampire?"
"The ring says so and my people did some test while bringing her here and confirmed that Caroline is a vampire." Meredith replied, confirming what everyone figured she was leading to and they all set their eyes on Elizabeth. "What I want to know is if you knew or not."
Elizabeth took her time to respond, thinking of a plan to rescue Caroline. Unknown to her and everyone, Stefan had regained consciousness some time ago and was pretending to be unconscious, thankful none of the ropes were directly touching his skin.
"Did you know Caroline's vampire status before this meeting or not, Sheriff Forbes?" Meredith pressed as Caroline regained consciousness, groaning as she felt the vervained ropes on her skin.
"I know that she's my daughter." Elizabeth responded, and tried to attend to Caroline.
"Not anymore." Carol responded, stepping in Elizabeth's way. "That (she pointed at Caroline) is just a mindless creature whose only priority is drinking human blood, not the little girl we watched grow up."
Before Elizabeth could retort, the office door was suddenly opened and in walked Kol, surprising Caroline, eyes on Carol and before anyone could do or say anything, he super ran right before Carol, bit his wrist and force-fed her his blood, some of which got onto her blouse, before putting his hands on either side of her head, standing behind her.
"Any last human words, love?" Kol asked, causing Carol to panic while Town Council members with weapons on their persons took them out and surrounded him.
"What do you think you're doing, vampire?" Meredith questioned, having a weapon of her own which was a concealed wooden knife. "What do you think will happen afterwards?"
"Oh, I don't know." Kol responded. "I'm still deciding whether to kill you or turn you or let you be."
"No! Please! Don't!" Carol pleaded, not wanting to become a vampire, while she reached for the syringe she always kept on her person, filled with vervain.
"Come on, darling." Kol said. "I'm only turning you into a vampire so that you can find out if you're still you afterwards and inform the others of your finding.
This way, the next time, if there's a next time, you kidnap vampires and kill them, you know what you're killing; mindless creatures or people who are just different. You (Elizabeth), go and untie Caroline and take her away from here."
Elizabeth hesitated a moment, wondering who the boy was and how he knew Caroline but ultimately moved to do as he said but Coroner stood in her way.
"Bill would be so disappointed in you, Liz." Coroner told Elizabeth, and both Caroline and Elizabeth recoiled as though they just got slapped across the face at the comment. "You know that the Forbes family has been protecting Mystic Falls from vampires for ages, but...
But you've not only failed this town and the family you married into, you've also failed your daughter and let her be turned into a vampire, the very creature her family has dedicated itself to ridding Mystic Falls off for the safety of its people."
"That's it! You (Coroner), I'm going to kill you." Kol decided, having seem Caroline's reaction. "Creatively."
"No one is going to kill anyone." Scott said, walking into the room, followed by Bonnie, Lydia and SPGs minus Hinata, gaining everyone's attention.
"Scott. I know Nik invited you to dinner and all, but..." Kol responded, annoyed.
"I'm only going to tell you this once; let the woman go, Kol." Scott interrupted.
"Or what?" Kol challenged. "I'm an original. Your little wolf bite can't kill me."
"I didn't need to bite Lucien to kill him and I wouldn't need to bite you to kill you either." Scott said. "But like I said, no one is going to kill anyone. Lydia."
Lydia quickly inhaled deeply, stepped in front of the others and then released a controlled but a little compressed banshee scream and directed it just a few centimeters from Kol's ear.
Due to his super hearing, it was like the scream was directed directly at his ear and he released Carol so that he could protect his ears by covering them, but mostly the one on the side of the scream and felt blood come out of it.
It didn't take long for Kol to realize that Lydia was a banshee, a trained one at that, and that brought about the memories of his terrible beat down at the hands of a banshee and a hellhound and fear got a hold on him.
As Carol fell to her knees, because of the effects of the scream and loss of balance due to Kol releasing her rather unceremoniously, Lydia stopped her attack before rushing to Carol to check on her with Charl'z while Bonnie and Sky went to Caroline and Ayanda stood watch at the door.
Scott super ran towards the distracted Kol and proceeded to push him against the wall behind him, forearm on his neck.
Confused and terrified at the display of abilities they never heard of or even seen before, the Council reacted predictably (to Kol) violently, with those who were holding guns with wooden bullets and small compact crossbows moving to shoot at the new comers, particularly Lydia.
Sensing the attack, Scott extended his free hand in the general direction of the Council and his group and cast a non-verbal paralyzing spell Tara taught him to paralyze Town Council members, tapping into his alpha spark since it was the first time he was casting the spell in an uncontrolled environment with multiple targets.
However, one member of the Council managed to shoot at Lydia with a crossbow arrow and the arrow buried itself into her neck a moment before the spell took effect and she screamed in pain, as did Scott whose eyes flickered between their human brown and alpha red and then stuck on red.
A shocked Kol suddenly smelled blood too close to him to be Lydia's and this was proven to be correct as he saw blood coming from Scott's neck, the arrow that was supposed to be buried in Lydia's neck somehow having found itself in Scott's neck.
As shocked as he was, though, Kol moved to take advantage of the situation but found that he was paralyzed as well, as was everyone in the room except Scott, his spell having affected everyone in the room instead of just his intended targets.
Upon noticing Kol was paralyzed too, Scott lifted his forearm from Kol's neck and took the arrow out of his neck and put it in his pocket, eyes still alpha red, and a moment later the wound disappeared in black smoke.
"What the hell are you?" Kol questioned, more than a little shocked and unnerved.
"Something you don't want to piss off like the person who shot Lydia just pissed me off!" Scott responded with a growl, eyes going back to their human state. "Don't fight the spell, Kol. Or you'll force me to bite you and trust me, my bite hurts worse than Klaus'."
With that, Scott turned his attention on Bonnie and his pack members and focused on undoing the spell on them and a moment later, they regained control over their bodies and Lydia checked her neck wound, surprised that she didn't feel any pain and found that the arrow wasn't there.
"I took care of it, Lydia. I'll explain later." Scott told her, and then focused on the Council while Bonnie and Sky untied a weakened Caroline who then asked Sky to untie Stefan while Charl'z picked up Carol and placed her on a chair at the office table. "We save your lives and you attack us?"
"What did you expect?" Kol asked, watching intently how Scott was going to react. "It's human nature to bite the hand that feeds them, in this case, the hand that saves them."
"I apologize on behalf of the Town Council as its leader for how some of us reacted." Meredith apologized. "If what I've pieced together is true, then you are not our enemy and we shouldn't have reacted like we did, especially when we plan to have the law protect wolves in the area."
"How are my friends your enemies when they have done nothing to you?" Bonnie questioned, itching to pay the Council back as Caroline slowly recovered from the wheelchair, same with Stefan although at a much slower pace.
"Your 'friends' have done nothing to us?" Meredith asked with a sneer. "Do you have any idea how many people have died because of your 'friends' and their kind?
In the last month alone, seven people died at the hospital, three of whom were children, because vampires, including your 'friend' Stefan Salvatore, steal blood bags from the hospital's blood bank whenever they want without a care for the doctors and nurses they use to steal the blood for them or the people in need of the blood.
What do you think happens when patients need blood transfusion and their blood types are not available at the hospital or not enough for everyone because vampires steal blood bags that are meant to save lives, the very same lives they put at risk whenever they feel like it?
What do you think happens to the humans they compel to steal the blood bags when they are caught? What happens to their families? Don't get me started on all the people they have directly killed and those that they compel, rape and feed from and leave for dead!
Maybe you haven't been a victim or a witness of their cruelty, or maybe they compel you to forget, but other people aren't as lucky as you are, if you consider having your mind being played with lucky.
Don't think for a second that your 'friends' haven't done anything to us for us to identify them as our enemies, young lady! They have earned the classification and it's our duty to do what's necessary to protect our kind from their kind."
Stefan looked down in shame at what Meredith said, knowing it to be true. He never thought about the chain of events that followed his stealing the blood bags, but now that some of the events were laid bare, it was hard for him not to think about all the scenarios and guilt washed over him.
Being a benefactor of the stolen blood bags, Caroline hung her head in shame, for she too didn't think about the consequences other people suffered as a result of her gaining those blood bags.
At Meredith's mention of people who were compelled and raped by vampires, Caroline flashed back to Damon and how he used to compel, rape, treat and use her.
She realized that she wasn't the only victim of such cruelty at the hands of a vampire, or else Meredith wouldn't have noted the cruelty vampires like Damon Salvatore did upon human wome-No.
Not just women because women and children weren't the only victims of abuse and rape, so were men. There were many Damon Salvatores in the world and they came in every shape, gender and sexuality and abused people of all shapes, gender and sexuality in the same manner, even non-humans.
Knowing Caroline must have been affected by what Meredith mentioned, particularly the rape some people suffered at the hands of vampires, Elizabeth wished she could go to her side to comfort her.
Bonnie's urge to avenge Caroline and Stefan faded at Meredith's speech, for she was a victim and a witness of vampire cruelty and though she did try to protect other victims and potential victims, she acknowledged that she could have done more and could still do more.
"Not all vampires are rapists, love." Kol defended his species. "Just look at me, I'm far too handsome to go around raping women and my little sister would do unspeakable things to me if the thought ever crossed my mind.
But you seem to forget that humans can be just as cruel as vampires if not more, you and your little group are proof of that."
"Your 'handsome' looks hide what you really are. You would like us to sit back and let your kind do as it pleases, wouldn't you?" Meredith responded. "We would be far more cruel if we just turn a blind eye to your actions.
You're right, though, humans can be cruel, but at least we have the police and other law enforcement agencies to combat human crimes, what about vampires? Do you have an organization dedicated to bringing vampires to justice for your crimes?"
"Other than human families dedicated to protecting humans from supernatural beings, with certain codes to follow, and some supernatural groups, the general supernatural community doesn't have organizations dedicated to bringing supernaturals to justice." Scott said, and continued.
"But New Orleans is working on that and as we speak, my pack has rules and a system in place to enforce them and the leaders of the supernatural community in New Orleans and I have created similar rules and system to govern the supernatural community in the city.
Don't you think it would be in everyone's best interest for you to meet with representatives of all species in Mystic Falls to discuss a way for you all to coexist in peace instead of doing what you've been doing?
If you keep doing this, vampires will retaliate just like Kol was a few minutes ago and Mystic Falls will become a war zone neither side can control, benefiting the very people you are trying to bring to justice."
"Like you benefited from the bad blood between Vampire Faction and Werewolf Faction by helping Werewolf Faction destroy Vampire Faction so that you could become Alpha of Werewolf Faction, rename it New Beacon Pack and become King of New Orleans." Kol quipped. "But you're right.
You should listen to King Alpha Scott, love. He destroyed the strongest faction in New Orleans all in one night with his pack, he knows what he's talking about. Your heart is in the right place but the way you're going about it isn't going to end well for you and Mystic Falls."
"So, you (Scott) are a werewolf." Meredith said, her suspicion confirmed and hearing what Scott and his pack did to Vampire Faction solidified her plan to ally the Council with Scott and his pack and now that the existence of other supernatural beings was revealed, she knew that they needed allies.
"Don't sound so excited. Werewolves are just as dangerous as vampires, but Scott isn't..."
"You (Kol) are afraid of them." Doctor V interrupted. "Every organism has a natural enemy to keep the ecosystem balanced and I used to think humans were the natural enemy of vampires but wolves, werewolves, are the natural enemies of vampires, aren't they?
They keep vampire population under control by hunting them in the same manner animal predators keep prey population under control so that they don't overgraze. Humans might be prey to you but you're prey to werewolves."
"I like this guy." Sky commented.
"I'm no one's prey!" Kol proclaimed.
"Keep telling yourself that." Ayanda said.
"I'm going to give you back control over your bodies." Scott began. "But if anyone tries to hurt my friends again, I won't paralyze you. I'll tear you apart. Piece by piece. Including you, Kol. Just because I can't kill you doesn't mean I can't hurt you. Don't. Try. Me."
"I assume you're a werewolf-witch hybrid." Kol commented, having been debating between druid and witch but considering druids were rather secretive with their magic, even young ones, he concluded Scott was a witch hybrid, shocking the Council. "Rare, but not unheard of.
I'm getting tired of this hybrid thing, though. But just a reminder, you are the ones who attacked me. I only came here to rescue my potential guest of honor."
"Really?" Lydia asked. "That's kind of hard to believe since you're fast enough to rescue whoever the potential guest of honor is and get them to safety without the Town Council getting in your way."
"He said potential." Charl'z noted. "Maybe he was trying to impress said potential guest of honor."
"If that's the case, here's a tip, old boy (Kol); if you want to impress a girl (Lydia looked at Caroline), or a boy (she looked at Stefan who shook his head), make them the priority, not your ego."
With that, Scott released the spell.
"I hope you (Town Council) take my advice seriously and that this is the last time." Scott said. "If there's a next time, good luck facing the consequences. Kol, see you at dinner.
Sky, help Bonnie take Caroline and Stefan home to recover. Charl'z, take Mayor Lockwood home with Lydia. Ayanda, you're with me and..."
"Do you really think we'll let you take our mayor with you?" Coroner questioned. "We don't know you and..."
"Can you protect her and make sure she doesn't die with vampire blood still in her system?" Lydia interrupted. "Or would you prefer a newly turned vampire as a mayor?"
"It's alright, Coroner." Carol told him, trusting Scott's Pack because of the conversation she eavesdropped on between Caroline and Tyler, when Tyler told Caroline that Scott taught him to defend himself. "It wouldn't make sense for them to save me only to kill me a few minutes later."
That said, Scott moved to lead his pack out while Elizabeth hurried to Caroline's side and Bonnie let her push Caroline's wheelchair while Sky pushed Stefan's but Meredith asked for Scott's phone number, which he gave her and she gave him her contact card, before they left, Kol following them out and then disappearing.

Mystic Falls, 1903 Prison World
After Lucas and Olivia settled down I'm the house and we're given some tea, without blood, to warm them up, Lillian asked;
"How did you get here?"
"We drove." Lucas answered, causing Oscar to snicker before Lillian gave him a look and he stopped.
"I mean here, this world." Lillian specified.
"We brought ourselves here for some personal business and since we have a mutual friend, we came here with a proposal." Olivia replied.
"A mutual friend?"
"Lorenzo." Olivia responded, and gained everyone's attention.
"Enzo is still alive and you're friends with him?" Lillian asked, barely able to contain the hope and joy in her voice, distracted from why Lucas and Olivia were in the prison world in the first place like the others, as was Olivia's plan.
"He's still alive and we were in talks with him about getting you out of this place but since you're here, we figured we might as well come here and speak with you about leaving this place together."
"You want something from us for our freedom." Valerie said. "What is it?"
"Your friendship and an alliance." Lucas answered.
"That's it?" Mary asked.
"That's about it." Olivia confirmed.
"There has to be more." Oscar said.
"There is more. Well, kind of." Olivia replied, taking out a small scroll, a magical alliance contract and passed it to Beau who passed it to Lillian. "Read it."
Lillian unrolled it and read using her super speed, hence it didn't take her long to finish and then read the scroll again before she returned it to Beau who read it in the same manner before he passed it on and before long everyone had read it, each giving Lucas and Olivia a hard stare after reading.
"You're Gemini." Oscar was the first to speak. "I hate Gemini Coven."
"I'm sure you do." Lucas responded. "But if you want to leave this place, you'll have to put aside your hatred and sign that contract and ally with us as Gemini Coven leaders and Gemini Coven itself."
"I was going to have Lorenzo sign the contract when we returned to the real world but I figured we might as well surprise him." Olivia said. "Gemini Coven is heading in a new direction and we would like to have siphons as its first allies under our leadership. What's it going to be?"
The answer was obvious.

Klaus' House
When Klaus arrived at the house, he informed Daniel and Kimberley, the only pack members at the house at the time, about the new developments, surprising them, before he suddenly got inspired to paint and told them to handle everything before he locked himself in his studio.
It has been some time since then and he was still in the studio.
"Wow. Klaus is still at it." Daniel commented, watching Kimberley look for a meal to cook for the dinner in an old recipe book while also listening to Klaus paint from the sitting room. "He's painting like a possessed man. You know how some songwriters say that a song wrote itself?
I think this is what they mean. Maybe the painting is painting itself in the same way."
"A pity food can't select and cook itself." Kimberley replied.
"You could compel a human or two to do it."
"This requires a personal touch, Daniel. And why would I compel some humans to do what my pack mates will be helping me with?"
"What?"
"You heard me. Think of this as a bonding exercise."
"I'm not a great cook, Kimberley."
"Found it! A main course nicely balanced between meat and vegetables, and guess what, you'll be on vegetable duty. Cutting that is."
"I, I can do that."
"Now for the dessert."
"I wouldn't mind being your dessert, love." Kol said, entering the room. "Or you being mine."
"My pack and I wouldn't mind having you as our first course next full moon." Kimberley responded without taking her eyes away from the recipe book.
"I'm more of a last course guy."
"Keep telling yourself that." Kimberley replied.
"I will." Kol said, and proceeded to move towards Klaus' studio after using his super hearing to find him.
"Hey, don't!" Daniel stopped him, appearing in front of Kol. "Klaus said not to be disturbed and to drive that point home, he locked the door. He's on a roll and..."
"And I'm sure he wants to hear what I found out about Scott McCall more than he wants to paint."
"Listen to him, Kol." Daniel said. "Listen to how he is moving in there. The paint brush strokes and their time intervals. Since I met Klaus, I've never heard or seen him paint without drinking something inbetween, but he hasn't touched anything since he entered in there.
How frequent does Klaus literally lock himself in his studio?"
"As frequent as he finds a new muse." Kol responded. "You've only known Nik for two minutes, I've known him since I was born. Do yourself a favor and remove yourself..."
"It's alright, Daniel. I'm done for the moment." Klaus made his presence known. "What is it, Kol?"
"You have more in common with Scott than just New Orleans, brother." Kol said. "He's also a hybrid. A werewolf-witch hybrid powerful enough to paralyze a room full of people, including me, an original, without breaking a sweat. He's physically strong too. Very strong."
"That's impossible!" Kimberley responded, putting the recipe book down. "Scott wasn't born a werewolf, he was bitten. Witches don't turn into werewolves when bitten."
"I know what I'm talking about, little she-wolf!" Kol replied. "I know an evolved alpha werewolf's bite can't turn witches but Scott is a werewolf-witch hybrid if not druid-werewolf hybrid. I'm leaning towards the former."
"Those damned parascientists." Klaus said, thinking about the Dread Doctors and the experiments they did. "They must have somehow turned Scott into a hybrid like they turned humans into supernatural humans without supernatural means."
"Witches are born, not turned, Nik." Kol reminded Klaus.
"Hundreds of years ago, werewolves were only born, not turned, Kol. Today, they can turn ordinary humans into their kind like vampires can." Klaus pointed out. "And not so long ago, the very thought of science being used to create supernatural beings was but a fantasy for supernatural obsessed scientists.
But the Dread Doctors made that fantasy reality and gave humans supernatural powers. Dread Doctors were in Beacon Hills, Scott's hometown, and they resurrected the Beast of Gevaudan there after hundreds of years since it's death by scientific means.
It's not impossible that the Dread Doctors could have turned Scott into a hybrid. They worshipped the supernatural and Beacon Hills is a hot-spot for supernatural beings and Scott is probably the rarest they ever met due to his true alpha status.
If they could dedicate their lives to resurrecting the most infamous werewolf in history so that he could continue his killing spree, don't you think they could have made sure to make the rarest of werewolves more powerful?
Perhaps they wanted to witness a showdown between the Beast and the True Alpha."
"Then following their MO, Scott could be a tribrid." Daniel said, bringing everyone to a pause.
"That would be overkill." Kol responded, not liking the possibility.
"What happened to your ear?" Klaus asked Kol, noticing the dried blood from the ear.
"Scott's banshee happened." Kol answered. "Before you assume I went out of my way to antagonize him, I didn't, Nik. I saw Caroline get kidnapped but didn't interfere because she was unconscious and would have assumed I had something to do with it if I was the first person she saw upon waking up.
So, I waited and followed her kidnappers, and waited some more after they reached their destination. When I heard her waking up, I made my move and held one of her kidnappers hostage with the intention of turning her into a vampire since they kidnapped Caroline to kill her for being one.
Scott arrived with his pack and Bonnie before I could and he had his banshee scream at me to force me to let her go and practically upstaged me from then on. The brat."
"Scott's banshee is here?"
"Oh, she is. And so is one more beta." Kol replied. "Scott has accepted your invitation, by the way, and I bet he will be bringing the banshee. Lydia is her name. Quite a cheeky little thing.
If it wasn't for whatever dark magic Scott did beforehand, she would have likely died from an arrow to the neck, courtesy of a member of Mystic Falls Town Council. Taking Scott's empire from him isn't going to be easy, Nik. Especially with the overkill possibility of him being a tribrid."
"Show me everything. I want to see what happened." Klaus said, and Kol did as Klaus asked and shared his memories with him.

He knows what he's talking about because he has been busy repairing damage done to New Orleans caused by warring species over decades."
"Please, tell your, er, leader I said thank you." Elizabeth said to Sky once they reached the sitting room and he acknowledged before he left with Bonnie.

Woods Outside Mystic Falls, 1903 Prison World
"Are you ready to leave?" Olivia asked the Heretics, the ascendant in hand along with the vial of Bennett blood while Lucas retried Joshua.
"Is that a true question?" Valerie asked, although she internally asked herself the same question, as did her companions.
