Welcome to a new chapter, this is a small prologue on this new small adventure. I hope that you all like what I did with this chapter and I am hyped to write a few chapters to see what happens in the upcoming thirteen years.
1981, 31 October, Godric Hollow
It's Samhain, a time to celebrate the harvest and usher in the dark half of the year. Celebrants believe and that is only on the part of the mundane people, but those that practiced this celebration know that the barriers between the physical and the spirit world break down and allow more interactions.
Those that reside at the supernatural sides, celebrate these days with huge bonfires, food for both the living and the spirits. Reunions happen and strong stories are shared. As for the mundane world, they have replaced Samhain with a more mundane celebration where children are ringing at doors and trying to trick the people to hand over their candies.
The children are dressed up like Ghosts, Vampires, or some otherworldly monster. Unknown to them, a Nosferatu and his fledgling were amongst them, watching them with smiles. "Why are we here Master?" The younger immortal asked the older one.
"We are here to recruit new members for my wife's peerage. This was a part of our deal when she recruited me." Harry said while he gave out candies to a child in a wheelchair. He saw that she had difficulty getting close to the doors and so decided to give her something. "The couple that lives here are strong magical users and once they join us, they will truly learn how to wield magic instead of limiting themselves with waving wands."
Seras turns her head to look at her master. "What do you mean that they limit themselves?" she asks.
"When you accepted your turning, you unlocked the true abilities to be a Nosferatu. All living creatures that reside in the True World are wielders of the Arcane and Nature. Some have much more control than others, but we are the true residents of Terra." He gave out some more candies to the children. And before anyone wonders how the parents of these children cannot listen in, this is because they used a spell to appear and sound what mundane people expect to hear and see. "Did you know that in the past, humans were lesser in number than they are today?"
Seras shook her head while she handed out a candy bar to a small boy. The boy smiled at her and then his eyes lowered to the incredible size of her chest. "Why were there fewer humans in the past?"
"The reason why humans are now in abundance is that the Pantheons of Gods have become extremely lazy. Take for example Apollo from the Greek Pantheon of Olympus. Apollo isn't only the god of Medicine, music, and a few others, but he is also the god of plagues. He can wipe out a quarter of humanity just by releasing one of his deadly sicknesses. For the past few decades, Apollo and his fellow gods haven't done any of it." The girl nodded her head and couldn't help but believe what her master said. "Then we have Ares and his fellow War gods, they are the gods that cause war and strife in which humans fight amongst each other and with these conflicts, their numbers dwindle and so we keep the population of humanity under control."
"Wait for a second, if Ares started a war a few years ago with World War II" Questioned Seras who now followed her master who stalked a tall figure that hides his features by wearing a long cloak with a hood pulled over his head. "I always thought that the war started by the mortal Hitler?"
Harry smiled at his fledgling when he looked at her. His attention was for a second on her, but once turned away, his eyes glued at the back of the tall stranger. They became cold and cruel. "World War II was started by Ares by pitching the three sons of Zeus, Lord of the Sky, Poseidon, Master of the Oceans and Hades, Ruler of the Underworld against each other. He whispered in the ear of Hades' son, Hitler...however do not forget that Hitler started the war to bring his people out of poverty. For many, Hitler was a Hero and for even a greater number he became the worst villain ever known to mankind."
Seras gaped at her master upon hearing that one of the most fearsome monsters was actually a demigod son of Hades. "You surprised me, Seras. I thought you learned through our own experience of World War II that Hitler and his inner circle were not normal humans. They were all Demigods, Sons, and Daughters of the Greek Gods and so were their opposition. Mankind often is stuck between two hard places and many times they do not even know why they have war."
"Then what about the man that fought alongside Germany...the Wizard Grindelwald?" Harry hummed for a moment upon hearing that question. He had met the Dark Lord Grindelwald and if Harry was honest to himself, he could agree with the man's visions. If only they were all true.
"Grindelwald was an exceptionally strong Wizard. His talent and skills were above average and he would easily defeat most of his opponents in his current time. He had only one equal, our friend Albus Dumbledore who was at the time the Professor Transfiguration at Hogwarts." Seras remembers the time when she had met the kind man who had a deep understanding of Magic. Through him, they met another long-time friend. A man who loves magical animals was unheard of at that time. Newt Scamander, who stumbled into situations that stopped the advantage of Grindelwald. "The vision he yearned for his people, a place where Wizards and Witches are free to walk around without going in hiding was Grindelwald's dream. However that dream was only for his fellow Wandwavers, he never learned about the larger world he resides in. Of course, Grindelwald knew about the usual other beings, like Vampires, Giants, and many others but they were second rate citizens at best or vermin at worst."
"And you were kind enough to decline his hand of friendship..." Seras trailed off when her Master suddenly stopped in his stride. She looked up at her master with a questioning look. However, her friend's face was devoid of any emotion and the only one she could read was the one in his eyes. Which were burning with a cold fury and she turned her head to see what caused this.
She noticed the man they had followed while giving out candies to the children. They had shadowed him for a little, always keeping a good distance between them. Now that the man has stopped in front of a house, she wonders what he will do now. The man pulled out a stick from his sleeves and pointed it into the air.
The sound of glass shattering rang through the air and suddenly the two houses they were watching suddenly made a place for a house between them. A sudden growl was heard next to her and she noticed her master's emerald eyes flaring up with power. A sudden crash was heard from that house and a shout. "Lily! It's him, take Harry and run! I hold him off…." There was a green flare and there was a quietness that felt foreboding.
"Seras...you know my plans. Grab the man's body and leave a decoy of him behind so the wand wavers won't learn about the switching." The girl nodded her head and disappeared from her position. She entered through the gate and stepped over the broken parts of the front door. It was there that Seras came across the body of the man her master wanted to become a peerage member of his King's peerage. She knew about this man, his name is James Potter the first and Lord of his House.
Seras quickly grabbed the body and secured him on her shoulder like a sack of potatoes. She was sure her Master would forgive her for carrying this man like this. The younger immortal used her magic to place a pre-mode homunculus to take this man's position on the floor. She then added the wounds and bruises to make it all more real. Once she was satisfied with her work, a magical circle appeared below her feet and teleported her towards the special room that was prepared for the arrival of the new arrivals.
While Seras was securing James Potter, Harry himself moved through the cottage in which he had lived like a child. It has been so long but he has never forgotten his parents. He had done unspeakable things to find a solution to see his parents alive. Many undead that roamed through the world was his doing. The inferi, corpses that have been bewitched to do a dark wizard's bidding. The Dementors were also one of his creations, or more correctly his student in the time of Ancient Greece was done by him. Herpo the Foul. The Wizard created not only Basilisks and Horcruxes just because he wants to become just like his Master. He taught Wizards and Witches how to resurrect death and that gave birth to the new vampire races.
The growth of the Covens with the one settled in Italy is one of the most influential. Then there was also the Olympic coven and there were the so-called Originals. All of them pale in comparison with his kind...the Nosferatu. Everything he had done in the name of getting his parents back...failed. That was until he had heard about the Devil's peerage system that managed to return the dead to life. He had tried to learn about this system and he didn't get far. All the Devils that tried to force him into their peerage all died and he stole the peerage pieces when that was available.
Through the many years, he didn't come any closer to unlocking the Evil Pieces' secrets. However, he found out that you could accept the evil peerage and become a member of a peerage. Harry learned about the contracts and so, he started to study all the Devils that were strong, who had influences in the Underworld, and more importantly how they were as a person. This led him down to only one person...Serafall Leviathan. He started to hunt stray Devils. These Stray Devils were from peerages but there were some that had abandoned the New Satan faction and had joined the Old Satan Faction. There was one plot that told him about the plans they had once they captured her. He had sent these plans to the Leviathan satan. A few years later in the human world, they met at the Queen's ball.
And now, Harry stands back in his nursery room. His green eyes stared back at the crib in which his younger self was staring at him. A finger traced the track of the lightning bolt...the scar that made him famous. He cast a few protective spells on the scar and on his younger self so that he can survive the tough time. "Stay strong, young me. Someday you will meet our parents and our family will be reunited."
Harry lifted his mother from the floor and gently cradled her body in his arms. A blue-white light flared up in the room and a moment later the only person left in the room was young Harry Potter and the homunculus body that looks like his mother. Young Harry saw another stranger enter his nursery, a man who he later would learn is Severus Snape who cradled his mother and wept for her passing.
A light blue-white magical circle appears in King-sized sleeping quarters. Harry appeared in the room and moved immediately to the large bed in which easily five people fit on. He gently laid his mother down and caressed her hair for a moment. "I have you back in a moment, mum." His eyes then trailed off from his mother and towards the person who laid on the other side of the bed. "Same for you dad. We will be reunited soon."
"You brought them back Harry," Sirius Black, who is the immortals most trusted familiar. "This just feels like a dream, seeing your parents and my friends for the first time in a very long time."
Harry lifted his head and smiled at the man. "We aren't there yet. My wife's little trinkets can bring them back." The man turned to look at his wife, Serafall Leviathan. The young woman smiled at him and with a twirl of her hand, a magical wand appeared that she grasped. Serafall twirled the magical wand above her head, which made her breasts bounce a little as she skipped on her spot. "Do your thing love."
Serafall smiled and darted quickly to her man. She leaned up on her toes and pecked his lips with her own, stealing a kiss. "A kiss for Fortuna." She quietly whispered and then darted to the feet of the bed. The young-looking Satan girl smiled at her parents-in-law. "They look so peaceful, Harry as if they just fell asleep. I hope they will like me once they wake up."
"My parents will adore you, especially my mother," Harry replied gently.
The Satan Leviathan smiled brightly back at him before the star at the tip of her wand lighted up. Two chess pieces, bishops appeared in the air and floated gently beside the wand. "By the power of Levia-tan Serafall," The two chess pieces floated towards James and Lily Potter respectively. Floating for a moment above their torso, before they lost altitude and touched their torso. Each chess piece disappeared when they started to sink in the bodies of Lily and James. A heartbeat suddenly started that resounded through the chamber, and with each beat, the strength of the heart grew stronger. "...I have the power to call upon the souls of James and Lily! Return as newly born devils and serve me faithfully….James and Lily Potter, my new Bishops!"
Harry witnessed the resurrection of his parents and couldn't help but to shed a tear. He brought a hand up and wiped away the wetness and a smile appeared on his face. "We have done the impossible Padfoot, we have brought my parents back." The tall man smiled brightly while placing a comforting hand on his godson's shoulder. His own shoulders shook as tears trailed down his cheeks.
"I have always believed in you Prongslet, I never doubted you." Sirius managed to get out through his hiccups. "The Marauders have reunited again. We need to celebrate this with a prank." Sirius and Harry hadn't done any pranks in a very long time.
Godfather was met by sparkling green eyes and in the background, he could hear the fledgling let out a sigh in embarrassment. Sirius has his best friends back and his godson his parents. The man couldn't wait until they learn that their little son has already been married long before they were born.
James groaned back to wakefulness. He felt so comfortable, here in his bed that it feels like he slept on clouds. His eyes flickered open, gazing up at the red cover that was above his bed. The man frowned for a moment in confusion because his sight had improved. He could see sharp without his glasses. Pushing himself into a seated position and pulling off the blankets. James gazed around, noticing that the room was three-times the size of his own Master-room. He noticed a wardrobe, a desk, and bookshelves. A large window and glass doors led, on what he guessed, towards the balcony.
Lord Potter felt energiek and he had difficulty remembering what had happened. He looked to the other side of the bed and was happy to notice that his wife was next to him. James reached out and kindly woke her up. He started to plant kisses on her lips and then trailed down towards her collarbone. The man would have continued if he didn't have heard a menacingly growl resounding suddenly through the chamber. His head shot up like a deer who noticed the danger. "Who is there..." He called out and effectively woke up his wife.
"Honey..." Lily whispered as she woke up from her sleep, however, James immediately shushed her to be quiet. "What is going on James?"
James looked around the room, trying to pinpoint the source of the sound. "Shhht...I think that there is some animal in our bedroom." Besides him, Lily now completely lost her sleep and her husband looked around the room. It was her that noticed the large Hellhound with the many crimson eyes. She grasped James' hand, getting his attention. He trailed to where she was looking and froze. That was only for a moment before he whispered. "I distract him while you get Harry and get out of here..."
"Harry!" Lily suddenly screamed in sudden realization. "Voldemort was here at our cottage…." She jumped out of her bed and without any thought tried to reach the only door she saw. However, she never managed to reach the door when the hellhound pounced on her and brought his maul with the many rows of sharp teeth closer to her face. "No, no….Yuck!" A broad and slimy wet tongue suddenly licked her face. She spat out some slime out of her mouth when the Hellhound released her and she rolled to her side. She suddenly heard James yelp behind her and the bark of the Hellhound.
"Padfoot, behave..." Harry's mother heard an unfamiliar voice. "They just woke up and they won't recognize you in this transformation." She recognized the name the stranger had called out. Lily turned around to see the Hellhound getting off from her husband and took a few steps away from James. Once a foot away, it started to transform into a tall and slim handsome man. Long hair like a rockstar and dark shining cobalt eyes. She recognized this man.
"Sirius Black! You scared us with your prank!" Shouted Lily in anger, however, her anger disappeared quickly when she noticed the tears on the man's face. Her husband's best friend dived at her husband and hugged the life out of James. The man was shaking and Lily could see that James was lost in the situation, who awkwardly patted the other man's back.
James felt a bit awkward upon seeing his best friend hugging him and releasing all his pent-up emotions. He patted his best friend's back and helplessly looked over Sirius' shoulder towards his wife who was just as lost as him. "I thought that I had lost you forever." Another sniff could be heard when Sirius tried to control his tears. "When Voldemort stormed into your cottage..."
"Our cottage...wait! Where is our son...Harry!" Lily had listened to her husband's best friend. She now remembered what had happened at the cottage. She had expected to hear Sirius explain but she never expected to see Sirius releasing James and moving towards the foot of stairs. He gestured for them to join him and soon they were standing next to him. "Is our son at where these stairs lead to?"
Sirius wiped away his tears and then looked with a hard and serious look at his friends. "Lily and James, I want to warn you that many things have happened that look incredible out of reality but they are nevertheless the truth." He could see that his friends were becoming nervous. "I won't lie to the two of you. Harry is safe and doing fine for himself, but your son and even I have changed. It has been more than two thousand years since we saw you alive. Harry has spent the last few centuries to find a way to bring you back to life and your son succeed in his endeavor. This night, Lord Voldemort has killed both of you and my Godson, Harry's wife has resurrected you as Devils into her peerage and given you a second chance at life."
"Sirius Black! This is not a joking matter. My son is still a baby and he can't be married yet! So. Tell. Me. Where. Is. My. Son!" Lily snarled at the man she knew lived only on the default settings of a joker. Sirius, despite his increase in power and becoming one of the strongest beings on the planet, still had a healthy fear for angered women. Especially if that woman is his best friend's wife and has the name, Lily.
"Mother, Sirius isn't joking around. Everything he has said is the truth, he has changed, I have changed and from your perspective, the time has barely changed but for Sirius and I, well...we have waited a very long time to meet you again." A tall, handsome young man with wild raven black hair, a slim aristocratic face, and a pair of emerald eyes that burned with power. The man wore an aristocratic uniform that screamed wealth and power, however, that isn't what Lily and James saw. What they see is a young man, a perfect blend of them, with James' body structure, only more athletic and Lily's eyes.
James noticed something else, or more like someone else that was attached to his son's arms. There were women joined to the hips, and they were beautiful beyond imagination. "How can we believe that you are who you claimed to be?"
"Sirius if you would like to answer my father's question." The young man told James' best friend. What they heard from Sirius cleared a little about who they are. "Just like Sirius told you, he wasn't the secret keeper of the cottage you were hiding in and that the rat animagus by the name of Peter Pettigrew was the one that sold you out to the Dark Wizard Voldemort. However, if you really cannot trust my word, I give you this one time a Magical oath on the Styx. I, Harry James Potter, son of Lord James and Lady Lily Potter from the Ancient and Noble House, hereby swear on the River of the Goddess Styx that I speak the truth of who I am. If not, may death claim my life and souls. So mote it be!"
A bright light erupted from Harry, blinding everyone in the room. When the light dimmer, Harry still stood and with bright eyes beamed down at his parents who just gaped at him with an open mouth. It was his mother that found her wits the quickest back. "Harry James Potter! How dare you get into your head to swear something so dangerous! That was really reckless ...and, we wouldn't have believed you if you hadn't sworn the oath."
"What has happened to you? Why are you older...wait, did you and Sirius just say that you waited for longer than two-thousand years to meet us again!" Exclaimed James with shock. The man felt the strength in his legs leave him and if it wasn't for Sirius then James would have crashed to the floor.
James turned his attention to his wife and saw that she was caught by the blonde young woman with a buxom that was the same size as her head. "And who are these girls? I thought that Sirius said that you were married? To Who?"
"That would be me, the amazing and cute Levia-tan!" Serafall skipped into view after she released her husband's arm. "I'm also your King now that you have joined my peerage. Welcome to the Underworld and just before you ask...you can stay at Leviathan castle. After all, what Devils kick her parents-in-law out of her house?"
"Devils?!" Both Lily and James loudly repeated before everything became too much and they blissfully became unconscious.
Serafall looked confused at the couple that was her husband's parents. "Did I say something wrong?"
