Spider threw a dart into the guard's throat while Arrow fired an arrow into his partner's chest as Spider did a knife-hand karate chop to a guards throat that crushed his larynx, while Arrow kicked Marcus Redmond off the building and onto a fan.
"Marcus Redmond, you failed this city." Arrow said.
"No- no please." Marcus Redmond replied in trepidation.
"Give those people back their money." Spider said as he crushed Redmond's hand then put the phone to his ear, and he gave them the money.
Arrow and Spider went to the factory then went to Queen manor, the next morning Peter put on black slim-fit pants underneath a white button-down white shirt and a Calvin Klein Black Slim Fit Blazer.
Peter finished his outfit with black oxford shoes and a black silk tie and walked into the room.
"These guys get more airtime than the Kardashians right?" Oliver asked as Peter walked into the living room.
"Not to mention Dr. Oz." Peter said.
"5 years on an island and you guys still know who they are." Thea replied.
"We've been catching up, it's nice to know how our culture has improved while we were away." Oliver replied.
"This city used to be different, people used to feel safe." Moria said.
"Oh what's the matter mom afraid we're going to be next?" Thea asked sarcastically as Peter glared at her.
"Do you or Peter have any questions about today? It's a simple proof of life declaration. Just read a pre-prepared speech to the judge and your death will be dealt with." Walter Steele said as Thomas Merlyn walked into the house.
"It's fine Walter, I've been in a courtroom before." Oliver replied.
"So have I." Peter said.
"Four times by my estimate there's that DUI, punching that paparazzi douchebag which was awesome by the way. Also not to mention when Peter broke that guy's arm for making a pass at Sara, oh and you stealing that taxi and peeing on that cop." Thomas Merlyn said as Oliver groaned in embarrassment.
"I wish we all would." Moria said.
"Tommy we'd hang but we gotta get to court." Peter said.
"I know that's why I'm here, both of my best friends are being legally resurrected." Thomas Merlyn replied.
"What about you?" Oliver asked as he looked at Thea.
"I think the first four times of you in court and that first time in court with Peter was enough." Thea replied.
"If you change your mind, come." Peter said as they got in a 2011 Bentley Mulsanne and went to the courthouse.
When they got there they started asking them questions, until they got to the courtroom, Oliver talked about the gambit.
"Mr. Parker, were you on the island with your brother?" The judge asked.
"No, your honor I was on a plane trip to Beijing for a business trip until it went down, that's where I spent most of my time until I was kidnapped by the triad for ransom, they tortured me until I was rescued by the police, after that I was in witness protection until I was reunited with my family when I finally returned home." Peter replied.
"Very well, I'm afraid the Queen family is entitled to two miracles I'm afraid." The Judge replied as they walked out of the courtroom.
"Now onto the office, everybody's waiting to meet both of you." Moira Queen said.
"Mom, that was a lot more intense than I expected. Can we go tomorrow?" Oliver asked.
"Last week you guys couldn't wait to get to the company." Thomas Merlyn said.
"We spent 5 years away from civilization, neither of us were thinking straight." Peter replied.
"Of course." Moira Queen said as Peter hacked into her phone while they walked until they bumped into Laurel.
"Hi, Hi." Oliver said.
"What are you both doing here?" Laurel demanded.
"They brought us back, legally wise." Peter replied.
"What are you doing here?" Oliver asked.
"My job, why are you two here?" Laurel replied.
"Oh, what are you doing here?" Oliver asked
"Hi, Oliver Queen." Oliver said.
"Hi, Emily Nocenti." Emily replied.
"Oliver, Peter this my client Emily Nocenti, Emily this is Oliver and his adopted brother Oliver, spent 5 years away on a deserted island with my sister, because his brother, only to end up getting her killed, last week he told me to stay away from him, it was very good advice." Laurel said as she walked away while Oliver, Moira and Peter got in a 2011 Bentley Mulsanne and left.
Peter and Oliver went to the factory and Peter activated the tracker on Moria's phone.
"Why are you tracking mom's phone?" Oliver asked.
"Because mom hired those mercenaries." Peter replied.
"What? Why would she do that?" Oliver asked as Peter did pull-ups followed by inverted push-ups.
"She may know something about the list." Peter replied as Oliver opened the list and they saw Martin Summers.
"Isn't Laurel filing a case against him?" Peter asked.
"Yeah, but the DA can't or won't try and stop him and he's bullied or bribed anyone who's got in his way." Oliver said as they put on their gear.
Spider and Arrow went to the shipping and Spider turned off the power then Arrow fired an arrow into a guard's chest, while Spider snapped his partner's neck, while Arrow fired an arrow into another guard's jugular.
Spider did a jab to Summer's nose and they hung him on a Goliath Gantry Crane.
"Martian Summers, you failed this city." Arrow said as he fired an arrow that caused Summers to scream in trepidation.
"You're going to testify in that trial, you're going to confess to having Victor Nocenti killed. This is your only warning." Spider said as he threw a dart into his shoulder that caused him to scream in pain.
Spider and Arrow went to the factory then Peter and Oliver went to the manor.
" I hired you to protect my son. Now I'm not a professional bodyguard but it seems to me the first requirement would be next to the men you're supposed to protect." Moira Queen said.
"With all of respect Ma'am, I never had a client or client who didn't want my protection." John Diggle replied.
"I hired you, that means I'm the client. Now, where do you think my sons are going on these chaperone-less excursions?" Moria demanded.
"Ma'am I truly do not know." John Diggle replied.
"And he truly doesn't." Oliver said.
"Then perhaps you both would like to share with me where you both run off to?" Moria asked.
"Mom, we've been alone for 5 years." Oliver said.
"I know that Oliver." Moria replied with an annoyed look.
"Mom alone." Peter said.
"I see." Moria replied.
"I promise to introduce her when it gets to the first name stage." Oliver said.
"I've been talking to that socialite Felicia Hardy, ironically enough she's not much of a people person." Peter replied.
"I'd rather you both take Mr. Diggle to your next rendezvous. This isn't a game, maniacs are targeting the wealthy." Moira Queen said.
"Those maniacs saved our lives." Peter replied.
"I already lost you both once I'm not going through that again." Moira Queen replied.
"Ok, Dig is our guy." Oliver said.
"Thank you." Moira Queen replied.
"Sorry to give you so much grief." Oliver said.
"Mr. Queen, I've served three tours in Afghanistan. You both don't come close to my definition of grief. I tell you that if you or your brother ditch me one more time, no one won't have to fire me." John Diggle replied as he left.
"Where are you going?" Oliver asked.
"Somewhere loud and smokey, and don't bother pickpocketing my stash I'm going to get drunk instead." Thea replied.
"Thea, do you think dad would have wanted this for you?" Oliver asked,
"Dead people don't want anything. That's the benefit of being dead." Thea replied.
"We were dead and we wanted a lot." Peter said.
"Except for your family, you've both been back for a week and all you both do is ignore mom and Walter, and judge me." Thea replied.
"That's enough go upstairs and change now." Peter said as he looked at Thea.
"No." Thea replied only for Peter to grab her arm and pull her up to her room then take off his belt.
Peter bent her over his knee and spanked her as she started crying.
"Thea. The reason why Oliver and I don't speak to Walter is because he's basically a stranger, because of our mistakes Oliver and I were sent to five years of hell, which was nothing to what you dealt with here." Peter said as he took her phone and shattered it.
"What was that?" Moira Queen asked.
"Something that you should've done. Did you know she's been popping pills? and snorting coke?" Peter asked.
"Yes." Moria replied as Peter glared at her.
"SO WHY HAVEN'T YOU BEEN DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT?! SHE COULD HAVE DIED." Peter said.
"Peter, I thought you, Oliver and Robert were dead." Moria replied as Peter scoffed
"I know about Samantha Clayton and Oliver's kid. How could you be so selfish that you would rob Oliver of his kid?" Peter demanded as he glared at her.
"Did you tell Oliver that he has a son?" Peter demanded.
"No, and you can't either." Moira Queen replied.
"You made this mess so clean it up. I'm moving out." Peter said as he walked into his room and packed his bags.
"Where are you going?" Oliver asked as he looked at his brother.
"I'm moving out, I need my own place, I'll meet you at the company tomorrow." Peter replied as he bought a loft. After he packed his stuff he noticed a balcony along with a countertop with a sink and an oven.
Peter meditated and the next morning he got in a 2011 Dodge Challenger and went to Queen consolidated, when he got there he saw his family.
"Peter, just in time for the tour, as I was telling Oliver Queen, consolidated has modernized quite a bit. Queen consolidated success of late as a result of its targeted diversification. We've been making impressive progress in biotech and clean energy." Walter Steele said.
"That's neat, excuse me, can I get sparkling water Please?" Oliver asked.
"On the way here I noticed that those web shooters that I made have left it's beta stage and will be on the market for the military." Peter replied as Walter nodded.
"Speaking of the company, the company's opening an applied science division and we would like to honor your father and dedicate the building in his name." Walter Steele said.
"We would like to announce at the dedication that both of you will be taking leadership of the company." Moira Queen said.
"You both are Robert Queen's sons." Moira Queen replied as Peter's phone vibrated.
"Excuse me." Peter said as he walked out of the room and saw on the news Sara was working with Batgirl. Peter walked out of the building and saw his family get in the Bentley.
Peter got in his car and took out a picture of himself with Sara on Christmas.

December, 26 2002
Queen manor
Peter walked out of his room and saw his brother and Laurel walk into his room but before he could say anything he heard arguing coming from the steady.
"Robert, you need to choose it's either us or Emiko." Moira Queen said.
"Moira, don't make me choose between my children." Robert Queen said.
"You have no choice, choice, or I will go to the media." Moira Queen replied.
"Alright." Robert Queen said with a shameful look as Peter walked away but before he could say anything Sara kissed him.
"Hey, I thought you were here." Sara said as she looked at him.
"Peter, what's wrong?" Sara asked.
"Nothing, hey I'm not feeling the whole party thing can we go somewhere else please?" Peter asked.
"Sure." Sara replied as they walked towards the door only to bump into Thea.
"Peter, don't leave the party, I got you a present." Thea said as she gave him a camera.
"Thanks, speedy." Peter replied as he gave her a box.
"What's in it?" Thea asked.
"You gotta open it." Peter replied as she opened the box and to her surprise she saw a red riding hood costume along with a toy bow.
"Now you get to be a superhero." Peter said as she hugged his leg.
"Thank you, Peter." Thea replied.
"Here I'll teach you how to use the camera." Peter said as he stood next to Sara and the head took the picture.
"Good job, I'll be back in a few minutes. I just need to talk to Sara, go and enjoy the party. I love the camera. Thank you, Thea." Peter said as Thea walked away.
"Are you sure nothing's wrong?" Sara asked as they walked outside.
"I have a sister." Peter replied.
"I know Thea." Sara replied.
"No, I have another sister whose name is Emiko, she's dad's daughter and Moira's making him choose between this family or her." Peter replied as she looked at him with a surprised look.
"Do you remember Sandra Hawke?" Peter asked as he looked at her.
"Yeah." Sara replied.
"Oliver was sleeping with her and got her pregnant, she told Oliver she lost the baby but Moira paid her to lie." Peter said as Sara looked at her with a surprised look.
"Listen, I need you to do something for me." Peter said.
"Of course." Sara replied.
"If we have a child I need you to keep the baby away from Moira, ok?" Peter asked.
"Ok." Sara replied.

Peter put the picture into his pocket and went to the manor and saw Thea.
"I heard you moved." Thea said.
"Yeah, look Thea just because I'm not at the manor anymore doesn't mean I love you any less, you're still my little sister." Peter replied as he hugged her as Moria walked into the room as Peter went to the factory and used the wing Chun dummy. When he was done he went to the cemetery.
"Hey, Sara Jesus, I don't know where to begin. Being back is tough, your father blames me and Oliver for your death, sometimes I think he's right. If I would have gone on the gambit, you would be in Starling with our child, instead of in Gotham. I wish you were here right now. I love you." Peter said as looked on his phone and saw a text from Oliver about Martian Summers at the shipping yard along with the hit at Laurel's apartment.
"Who tried the hit?" Peter asked as Oliver put on his suit.
"Chien Na Way." Oliver replied as he put on his hood while Peter put on his suit.
Spider threw a dart into a guard's throat while Arrow fired an arrow into his partner's chest as Spider stabbed a guard in his chest with a knife.
Spider did a push kick to a guard's chest that knocked him off the scalpel while Arrow fired an arrow into a guard's chest.
"SUMMER'S!" Arrow screamed as they passed him into a room and Arrow fired an arrow near his head into a wooden crate.
"We want the truth about Victor Nocenti." Spider said as he threw a knife into his arms as he screamed in pain.
"I can't the triad will kill me." Martin Summer's replied in trepidation.
"The triad's not your concern right now." Arrow replied as he fired an arrow between his legs.
"Alright, alright it was the triad that killed him." Martin Summer's replied.
"Who hired them?" Spider demanded as he threw a knife into his kneecaps as he screamed in pain.
"I asked you a question." Spider said as Arrow fired an Arrow over his head.
"I did, Nocenti said he was going to testify against me." Martian Summers replied as Spider and Arrow turned around and saw Chen Na Way.
"Yuǎnlí tā." Chen Na Way said as she took out twin Karambits.
"Ràng wǒmen." Spider replied as Chen let out a battle cry while she tried to stab Spider to parry her strike and counter with a right cross, only for her to duck but before she could do anything. Arrow did a cross strike to her jaw with his bow as Spider threw a knife at her the cut her cheek.
Before they could continue fighting they heard the SCPD, so they ran, until Spider saw Quinten aiming a Beretta 92 at Arrow's head, but before he could do anything Spider threw a knife into his hand along with a smoke pellet.
Spider hacked into Chen's computer's and sent all of the information to the FBI, then went to Chein's mansion and threw a dart into a guard's throat then snapped his partner's neck.
Spider slit a guard's throat then snuck around the mansion until he found Chen's room, but before he could do anything he turned around and caught a karambit.
"Nǐ shì zěnme zhǎodào zhège dìfāng de?" Chen Na Way demanded only for Spider to ignore her question and did a Superman punch followed by a sidekick to her abdomen.
Chen Na Way got up threw a knife at him only for Spider to catch it as she ran while Spider chased her until he ducked as she took out a Glock 19 and fired.
Spider threw a knife into her hand that caused her to scream in pain but before she could do anything Spider did a front kick to her face that broke her nose.
Chen Na Way did a right jab only for Spider to trap then break her arm as she screamed in pain, but before she could do anything Spider put her in a rear-naked choke.
"Zhè shì gěi ā jī ào se." Spider said as she widened her eyes with a bewildered look but before she could respond Spider snapped her neck.
Spider took out an incendiary grenade and set her body on fire along with the mansion, when he was done Spider went to the factory and put his suit in a case, and went to his Loft.
When Peter got there he called Oliver.
"Chen's dead, tell your men in the Bratva to take control of all of the territory so there's not a power vacuum." Peter said.
"I'll talk to Anatoly, are you coming to the company tomorrow?" Oliver asked.
"Yeah, listen I'll take control of the company." Peter replied.
"I'll see you there, why did you move out of the manor?" Oliver asked.
"Mom knew that Thea was using and did nothing about it. How's Laurel?" Peter asked.
"She was shaken up after what happened, but she's fine now." Oliver replied.
"Listen, Oliver, I think dad would be proud of the men that we became." Peter said.
"Yeah, night brother." Oliver said.
"Good night." Peter replied.
