"Mind games." Jadzia repeated.
"He does play mind games. But I don't think he's lying." Kira muttered as she sifted through the electronic documents Dukat had sent over. So far, these records did indeed look legitimate. Signatures, seals, stamps. "Everything checks out."
"He could have falsified records. Dukat can't stand the thought of you idolizing anyone but him."
"I don't idolize Aeroin Primm!" Kira shouted.
Jadzia distinctly remembered the major explaining to captain Sisko just recently that if she could meet just one Bajoran hero, it would have been Aeroin. Jadzia had seen the passionate spark in her eyes when she had spoken at length of him and his brave deeds, of placing himself in certain danger by stealing and leaking enemy intelligence. And now her symbol of strength and bravery had just been destroyed by a narcissistic gul. She let that topic slide.
"Did anyone in the Underground ever meet him in person?"
Kira sighed and leaned back in her chair, covering her eyes. "No."
"Has anyone even seen him? ...A photo, maybe?"
"No and no. If it's all right with you, I'd like to just head home now." She blinked quickly. "I'm getting a headache."
