Chapter 4: When Fire Meets Infinity
"Any comments, Midoriya-Sensei?" Nezu asked as they played chess.
Izuku moved his piece as he hummed "Well, I doubt that a press member was stupid enough for a sweet All Might interview. So, I would dare to say it was some villain."
Nezu nodded "It would be the logical thing to assume. But why?"
Izuku smiled "This might be a long shot, but maybe, they also want to meet All Might."
"Go on..."
"All for One is still free. Who says he doesn't have an insane plan of revenge? Honestly, we should cancel the trip to the USJ. Just my opinion." Izuku explained his reasoning and Nezu nodded.
"Well, I agree. But sadly, we can't. But for that same reason, I authorized both classes to go, with both homeroom teachers, plus 13, and you. Four teachers should be enough to fight off a villain attack. Also, checkmate."
Izuku frowned "Well, while I don't agree, it isn't like I can do anything." He stood up and walked away "Nice game Nezu."
Nezu smiled and nodded "Likewise Midoriya-Sensei."
*USJ*
13 greeted the students to the USJ, as Izuku kept thinking of his conversation with Nezu. Even if he keeps on smiling, he doesn't agree in the least with Nezu. If someone broke into UA, who says they can't do it to the USJ.
Even if All Might didn't came with them.
"Midoriya," Aizawa said to him and Izuku hummed "Something wrong?"
Izuku shrugged "Nothing, nothing. Just a bad feeling."
Aizawa nodded as they kept listening 13 introduce the students to the facility, black mist started to form on the plaza and Izuku frowned "I knew it."
"Sensei?" A student asked as Aizawa put on his goggles and Izuku stretched his arms.
"Vlad, 13; take the students out of here. Midoriya and I will handle them." Aizawa said before jumping towards a mob of villains.
"All Might... he isn't here..." The villain with many hands all over his body said and Izuku recognized him as the leader.
He teleported behind him and tapped his shoulder making him glare at him "Hey there. I must warn you; if you try anything more, this will really hurt."
The villain blinked, eyed him up and down, before giggling "So you are the unlockable character..."
Izuku raised a brow behind his blindfold "I... don't know what you are talking about."
Tomura giggled and the tall man next to him, covered in scars, blue hair, rolled his eyes. "We know about you, Izuku Midoriya. And Shiggy wants you to join us."
Shiggy growled when he was named "Call me that again and I'll turn you to dust!" He barked before turning to Izuku. Izuku noticed how the mist man was at the entrance and 13 was down. "But yes, we want you to join us. With your quirk, we will be unstoable!"
Izuku hummed "Sounds like a really good offer." Shiggy's eyes glowed at that "But... nope."
He front kicked Shiggy sending him towards the back of the huge purple villain as his eyes widened in rage and pain. "NOMU! Kill this little shit!"
The huge monster turned towards Izuku who whistled "Boy, aren't you scary."
The Nomu launched a fist at Izuku at the same speed of All Might's and Izuku simply ducked as the fist collided with the fountain. Nomu turned around and received a back fist from Izuku sending him towards the water.
Dabi raised a brow as the Nomu jumped out of the water towards Izuku, only for him to sidestep, kick it at the abdomen sending it crashing to a wall. "He... is beating the Nomu!" Tomura screamed next to him.
He looked behind as Eraserhead was almost done cleaning up the plaza. "I'll deal with Midoriya. You take care of Eraser."
"Nomu! Stand down." Izuku raised a brow as the blue haired villain ordered and the monster stopped. "You are better than expected."
Izuku smirked "Well thank you. I have to be to be a teacher."
The villain shrugged "I'll give you one last chance. Join us, or I will kill you."
Izuku touched his mouth with his finger "Hmm... Nope!"
"Suit yourself." Blue flames erupted from his arm as a torrent of fire was shot to Izuku who just stood there as the blue flames consumed him.
"Wow, pretty good quirk you have there." Dabi turned around and was punched in the stomach, making him gasp and fall to his knees "It is like Endeavour's, only that much better."
Izuku kicked him in the face, sending him flying to the already destroyed fountain. Dabi managed to stand up and glared at him "This ain't over." He extended his arm to him, more blue flames on it.
Izuku smirked as he raised a finger in front of his face "I would be disappointed it was."
"DIE!"
"Red."
A red sphere started to be formed on top of his finger as the flames got closer. Once it grew a bit, he flicked his finger towards the flames as the sphere repelled everything, from the flames, the air and the concrete.
Dabi's eyes widened as the sphere didn't even touch him, but was sent flying towards the stairs. He could feel many ribs broken as he laid down and fell unconscious.
Izuku looked at Aizawa who had one arm broken and was about to be hit by the purple monster. He quickly grabbed Aizawa and placed him next to the stairs.
"Blue."
He created a blue sphere this time and flicked towards the ground in front of the monster as it was pulled towards it and got stuck.
"Kurogiri!" Tomura screamed "We are leaving now!"
And just like that, it was over.
*Nezu's Office*
"I told you it was a bad idea." Izuku said to Nezu as he entered his office. "Vlad, Eraser and 13 are in a hospital bed now, because you send us there."
Nezu smiled at him "Midoriya-Sensei, I understand why are you are mad, but why we don't discuss this over a cup of tea?"
The frown on Izuku's face didn't leave "Students could have died."
"I am aware. Please sit down. A have tea ready for this talk. Should I also pull out the chess board?"
"And three villains, the main villains escaped."
Nezu sighed, seeing that Izuku wasn't going to budge "Izuku. I understand how you feel. But I need you to trust me. Everything will be fine."
Izuku sighed "And I need you to believe me; this was just the start."
Nezu raised an eyebrow "And how do you know that?"
"Just a feeling."
