ash and Bonnie

Ash had just came back to Kanto after travelling in Kalos for the past couple of months. He was running along the road of Pallet Town eager to see his mom after so long. The now 15 year old teen had raven black hair and warm brown eyes with slightly tan skin. On his shoulder was a yellow mouse with red cheeks. A Pikachu, his first Pokemon.

"Man, I can't wait to see mom again, right Pikachu?" Ash said. The yellow mouse on his shoulder answered with an unenthusiastic "Pika". Ash noticed this but he didn't say anything. This was how Pikachu had been acting ever since their defeat at the Lumiose Conference. And Pikachu wasn't the only one either. His friends from Kalos had also been acting strange ever since he lost to Alain. Clemont no longer seemed enthusiastic when showing his inventions to Ash and Serena downright refused to talk to Ash except if spoken too. The only one who didn't change was Bonnie. She was still the same energetic, Pokemon loving girl Ash knew her be. He knew something was up but he didn't ask as he believed that his friend would tell him if something was up.

"We're almost there Pikachu, aren't you excited?" Ash asked, trying to get a reaction from his yellow friend. "Pika" Pikcahu answered in the same unenthusiastic voice from before. Ash sighed as he slowed down to a walk. He didn't know what was going on but he hoped Pikachu would go back to his old self.

After walking for a while he finally stopped in front of a plain white house with red roof. He walked up to the door and knocked, before grabbing the doorknob and twisting it to find it unlocked. "Weird" Ash muttered to himself. 'Maybe mom knew I was coming and left it open for me?' He thought to himself.

"Mom, I'm home!" Ash shouted as he walked inside, conveniently missing the multiple pair of shoes at the front porch.

"Ash!" His mother said, greeting him. 'That's weird' . Ash thought. 'She usually gave me a hug when I come back from a journey'.

"Welcome back!". His mother said, interrupting his thoughts. "I heard about what happened. I'm sorry that you lost". She said, which surprised Ash. 'How did she know about that?'.

"If you're wondering how I know about it, your friends told me". His mother explained after seeing his surprised look.

"My friends? but I haven't told anyone and I doubt that Clemont and Serena knows your phone number which means that...". Ash said trailing off.

"That's right Ash, you're friends are here". She said in a happy tone, but Ash could hear an layer of sadness and worry under the happy tone, which confused him. 'Worry about what?'. Ash thought as his mom lead him to the living room.

Ash was expecting to see Clemont and Bonnie or Serena or maybe all three of them. What he wasn't expecting however was his friends from various regions to be there. On one side was Misty, Brock, May, Serena, Clemont and Bonnie. They all had either a serious or sad look - except for Bonnie who looked confused. On the other side there's Dawn, Iris and Cilan, who - like Bonnie - had confused look on their faces.

"Ash!". Bonnie shouted when she saw Ash enter the room, her face brightening immediately. Iris, Cilan and Dawn had similar reaction while the others - including his mother - still had the same sad/serious look on their faces. Seeing this Ash started to get nervous, especially when Pikachu jumped off of Ash shoulder and stood on the table in front of Misty and Brock.

"Hi, uh... What are you guys doing here? Not that I'm not happy you're here, it's just... I wasn't expecting this". Ash said nervously, He had a feeling that something really, really bad was about to happen but he quenched that feeling down. 'They're my friends, there's no way something bad could happen, right?'.

"Ash," Misty started. "There's something we need to talk about" She finished with a serious look on her face. 'What could we possible need to talk about'. Ash thought

"What about?". Ash voiced his thought. Misty closed her eyes and gave a long sigh. After a while her eyes opened and she looked straight at Ash. "Ash," She began. "We think you should give up on your dream to become a Pokemon Master". She said.

"...what?". Ash said, totally surprised. Never in his life - not even in his wildest dream - Ash have ever expected this. A sorry or disappointment for losing the league maybe, but not this. "You're joking right ?". Ash asked.

"No Ash, we're serious". Brock said. "You've been doing this for 6 years. You've participated in multiple league but you never won. We think it's time you try something else". Ash looked around to see everyone's reaction. Misty, Brock, May, Clemont, and Serena still had that serious look while Bonnie, Dawn, Iris, and Cilan all had either a flabbergasted look or a confused look. "We've already talked about it and everyone here agrees, even some of your pokemons". Brock rased his hand and showed him a couple of pokeballs. 3

"What?" Dawn said. "What do you mean we agreed to this?" Dawn said feeling angry. 'How dare they drag me into this. I would never dream of doing this to Ash'. Dawn thought.

"Yeah, you said this was a celebration on Ash getting runner up in the League". Iris said, feeling the same anger as Dawn while Cilan nodded in agreement.

"They're right. Ash shouldn't give on his dream, not when he has already helped us with our dream". Bonnie said.

"Bonnie!". Clemont hissed. "What?! Don't tell me you agree with this, brother. Without Ash you would still be stuck outside of Prism Tower". Bonnie said angrily to his brother.""Bonnie! You shouldn't-".

"That's enough!". Ash interrupted her before turning to look at his mom. "Mom, don't tell me you agree with them". He said pleadingly. "Ash," His mother said sadly. "It's been five years, I think it's time you try something new".

"Yeah Ash, you can come with me and help me with my showcases". Serena said. "Or maybe you can become a pokemon researcher like Professor Sycamore". Clemont added.

"Pika Pikachu". Pikachu said, agreeing with them. Ash turned towards him. "You too huh". He said before taking a pokeball with a lightning bolt symbol on it. It was Pikachu's pokeball. He stared at it for a while before gripping it tightly.

"So this is what you think of me huh". Ash chuckled bitterly, still looking at the pokeball. "After everything I've done for you, you try to make me give up my dream". By now he has started to faintly glow a blue color.

Ash shook his head before looking up towards his 'friends', Still tightly gripping Pikachu's pokeball. "No!". He said sternly. "I will not give up on my dream. Just because I lost in a few league doesn't mean that I should give up. I'll keep on travelling, meeting new pokemons, and I'll keep on trying. And one day, I'll prove you wrong".

CLANG

Ash looked at his hand to see a broken pokeball. Somehow, he managed to destroy it just by gripping at it to hard. He shook his head and let the remaining pieces fall to the ground before turning around and walking out of the door and out of the house, Leaving everyone dumbfounded at the strength he just demonstrated

"So, what should we do now?". May said, having recovered from the shock. "Just leave him be, As we've said he's not good enough to actually win any league. When he realise that, he'll come back to us to ask for help". Misty said standing up to leave.

Suddenly someone slapped Misty on the face, hard. "How dare you!". She said turning face her attacker only to come face to face with a very angry blunette.

"How dare I? HOW DARE YOU?". Dawn said angrily, pushing Misty down to the floor. "After everything Ash has done for you, for all of you, this is how you repay him?!". She yelled. "Ash has helped you all achieve you're dream, and you won't be here if it wasn't for him, yet you told him to give up on his dream?! If that's what you think than you don't deserve to call yourself his friend!". She spat at Misty before turning around and leaving. Iris and Cilan gave Misty and the others disgusted looks before following Dawn's example. Bonnie then took Dedenne's Pokeball from her brother's bag before rushing off to follow Iris and Cilan.

Ash didn't pay any attention to where he was going. His mind kept on replaying what had just happened, as if it was a video played in a loop. He felt angry, no even more than that. He felt furious at what his friends did and he was determined to prove them wrong.

"But what if they're right?". Said a small voice in the back of his head. Ash shook his head to clear that thought."That's not true, I can do this".

"But what if I'm wrong". Ash thought to himself as he stopped walking. "After all I haven't won a single league. I always got top 16, top 8, or runner up, never 1st place. Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova, and now Kalos. Maybe they are right" 2

"I guess It's true huh" Ash muttered to himself. "I guess I'm not good enough" But a familiar voice interrupted his musing.

"That's not true Ash!" Dawn said as she in front of Ash. "Don't listen to them. You're an amazing trainer". Dawn said as she embraced Ash in a hug. "You've overcame many challenges. You've helped countless people. You've saved the world multiple times, all that while risking your life. You're the greatest trainer I know Ash, even more than Cynthia or any others". Ash felt something wet on his shoulder and he realized that Dawn had started crying. "You're... You're the brother I never had. The one who always supported me through my journey. The one who showed me what I'm capable of, and the one who always believed in me". Ash was shocked by Dawn's confession. He never knew that she felt that way and he realized that he felt the same. Dawn was his sister in everything but blood. She's one of the most important person in his life, and he was eternally grateful that Dawn still believed in him. He subconsciously wrapped his hand around Dawn and only then did he realize that he had started crying. "Please, Ash. Don't listen to them. The Ash I know would never listen to them. Th Ash I know would go out there and prove them wrong. So please, don't give up".

"Thank you Dawn" Ash said as he let go of Dawn. "I- I needed that" Ash wiped his tears with the sleeve of his shirt, with Dawn doing the same. "You're right, I can't give up now. I can and I will prove them wrong". Ash said with renewed determination. Dawn's word has inspired him and he will go out there and reach his dream.

"Now that's the Ash we know". Said A voice belonging to a certain purple haired girl.

"Err.. How long have you guys been standing there?" Ash asked as he noticed that Iris, Cilan and Bonnie was standing a few feet away form them, all with a smile on their face.

"Pretty much the entire time". Iris said with a cheeky smile. "But, Dawn was right Ash, You are an amazing trainer". She said.

"She's right Ash". Cilan said. "You have a unique taste to your battling and you are capable of overcoming even the hardest of challenges".

"Yeah, when I become a trainer I want to become as strong as you!". Bonnie said.

"Even though you do act childish sometimes". Iris smirked at him

Ash ignored the last comment as he smiled gratefully at them. "Thanks guys. You have no idea how much your support means to me".

"Anytime Ash". Dawn said as she looked a her watch before frowning. "My flight is leaving in two hours, I'm sorry Ash, but I have to go". She said with sad look on her face.

"Hey It's okay,". Ash said. "I understand and just knowing that you believe in me is enough for me".

"Thanks ash". Dawn said. "Till we meet again, I guess" She turned around to leave but Ash stopped her.

"Wait". Ash said. Dawn turned around and looked at him with a confused look. "Before you leave, I want you to know that I- I love you... sister". Ash said making Dawn smile at him with joy.

"Thank you Ash, I... I love you too, brother". Dawn said with a smile before leaving.

"Hey Ash," Iris said making Ash turn to her. "I'm sorry, but we also have to go" Ash nodded, confirming what she just said.

"It's alright. I understand". said with a smile. "Goodbye guys".

"Goodbye Ash, take care of yourself". Cilan said as he turned around and leave.

"Bye Ash, and prove them wrong for me will ya?" Iris said as she followed Cilan.

Ash then turned to the last member of their group. "So, what are you planning to do Bonnie?". Ash asked the blond haired 9 year old.

"I want to come with you". She said. "I don't want to go back to Kalos with Clemont, not after what he's done".

"Bonnie, I would love having you come with me but I can't". Ash said with an apologetic tone. "I have no Idea where I'm going and I can't just bring you to a region we're unfamiliar with". Bonnie wanted to protest but Ash cut her off.

"How about this, you're 10th birthday is less than a year away. And when that time comes, I'm going to go to Kalos and I'm going to bring you to whichever region it is I'm staying in. Does that work with you?". Ash asked with a smile.

"Promise?". Asked Bonnie. "I promise". Ash said.

"Alright, I'll do it". She said with a smile But I don't want to return to Kalos with Clemont".

"That's alright. I'll see what I can do" He said as he started walking towards Professor Oak's Lab while motioning for Bonnie to follow him.

It didn't take long for the duo to make their way to Professor Oak's Lab. When they arrived Ash instantly went to inside. "Professor Oak, It's Ash". Ash called out.

"Ash?". A familiar voice ask. Ash turned his head and saw his rival from Sinnoh.

"Paul? What are you doing here?". Ash said while mentally praying that he isn't here because of Misty and the others.

"I came here to challenge the Kanto Battle Frontier, but apparently The Frontier Brains are on vacation". He said. "I came here to transfer some Pokemon. What about you Ash? Why are you here? I thought you were in Kalos".

"Well-" "Ash, Is that you my boy?". Professor Oak interrupted before Ash could answer. "What are you doing here? Aren't you supposed to be home right now? And who's your friend?" He asked.

Ash sighed before explaining what happened. Needless to say they were surprised and angry at them. "They did that?!" Professor Oak ask in disbelief. "Even Delia?"

"Yes, even my... mother". Ash said. He was reluctant to call her mother. A mother would always support her child in achieving his dream.

"What are you planning to do now Ash?" Paul asked.

"I'm thinking of going to a new region and challenging the league there". Ash answered honestly. "Maybe I can do that without any life threating events this time around".

"Great Idea my boy". Professor Oak said. "My cousin is a professor in a faraway region called Alola, you could try there or maybe you could try other regions such as Galar or Torren".(A/N : Yes, It's the same Torren from pokemon Insurgence, but it doesn't mean that this will include Insurgence's story line)

"Hmm... I might have something that could help you on your journey". The Professor went and grabbed a package from a table before giving it to Ash. Ash wasted no time in opening it. Inside he found a smartphone with a Rotom's face on the back of it "That is the Rotom Phone". The Professor explained. "It is the latest version of the pokedex and it hasn't been released to the public. It has multiple features other than a pokedex such as a phone, a camera, and a web browser. And just like the name suggest, it is operated mostly by the Rotom that resides in it. This should help you immensely on your journey and it should make it easier for you to get around".

"Thank you Professor, this is amazing" Ash said in awe.

"No problem Ash". The Professor said.

"So Ash, when are you leaving?". Paul asked. "I'm going to see my Pokemon first and then I'm leaving straight away". Ash said.

"Have you decided where you're going yet?" Bonnie asked.

"No, I'll just wait and see. By the way Paul, could I ask you for a favour?". Ash asked his rival.

"What is it?".

"Can you bring Bonnie back to Kalos. She doesn't want to go back with Clemont". Ash said. Bonnie nodded her agreement and looked expectantly at Paul. Paul thought about it for a while before nodding.

"Alright, I'll do it. I owe you that much and besides, I might as well give the Kalos League a try".

"Thanks Paul, I owe you one". Ash said with a smile.

Ash was now standing in front of all his Pokemon that stayed in the ranch, with the addition of Talonflame, Hawlucha and Noivern. Paul and Bonnie left a while ago and Professor Oak had decided to give them some privacy. "Guys, something happened". Ash started. he then explained everything that had happened ever since he returned from Kalos. He was happy to see that all of his pokemon were furious and that they all supported him.

"I came here to say that I'm leaving for a new region to challendge the league there. I... won't be bringing any of you for now, but when I win the league, and I promise you that I will, I will come back and bring you, all of you, to whichever region it is I'm staying at". Ash said.

The pokemon all gave a shout of agreement before dogpiling on top of Ash, which hurt, a lot.

After saying goodbye to all of his Pokemon and Professor Oak, Ash started his journey towards Viridian Airport, ready to begin his new journey.

"So Alola is made out of four island". Ash said to himself as he walked out of the Pokemon Centre. It didn't take long for Ash to get to Viridian City, but he decided to spend one or two days at the Pokemon Centre to decide where he's going. Fortunately, with the rotom phone he could easily look for information about the other regions. He's already looked up information about Galar but it was too much like the other regions he's been to. He wanted something new and it seemed like Alola is the place that could offer that. There is one problem. Alola doesn't have a pokemon league. He wanted to prove himself but he can't do that without a pokemon league. There was the Torren region but apparently there were a lot of cultist there.

Ash sighed as he decided to take a walk around Viridian to clear his mind. He knew that Galar would be the obvious choice with how popular Pokemon Battling is there, but it didn't felt right. Maybe its just his imagination or maybe its something else, but he felt a strange pull towards Alola. It felt as if he was supposed to be there. Like he could find the solution to all of his problem by going there. This confused him. But a voice interrupted him before he could think about it furhter.

"YOU'RE USELESS!" The voice shouted. Ash turned his head and saw a green haired boy who seemed to be a 13 year old yelling at an Eevee who looked scared. "First you refused to evolve! and then you couldn't even get stronger! and now you cost me my gym battle!". The boy shouted he was about to kick Eevee but Ash interrupted him.

"HEY!". Ash shouted as he ran towards them. He stopped in between the boy and Eevee. "What your problem!?" Ash asked the boy who was now galring at him angrily.

"That Eeevee is WEAK! He's the reason I lost my gym battle and I'm just punishing him accordingly". The green haired boy shouted.

Ash narrowed his eyes at the boy. "If you lost than it's no one's but your fault". Ash said. Ash absolutely despised people like him. This isn't the first time he's had experience with this. Paul was the same but he changed after he lost to Ash in the Lily of the Valley Conference.

"My fault?". The boy asked. "How is it my fault when that Eevee is the one who's weak! He even refused to evolve!". The boy said.

"It's your job as a trainer to train your Pokemon. They rely on you as much as you rely on them". Ash said through gritted teeth. The boy was starting to get on his nerves.

The boy just laugh at what he said. "Heh. Whatever. If you think like that then you're just aa weak as that worthless Eevee". He said before taking out a Pokeball. He dropped the pokeball to the ground before crushing it with his feet. "I don't need a weak Pokemon". He said before turning around to walk away.

"HEY!". Ash yelled. He was really pissed off. How dare the boy just do that as if it was nothing. "If you really think Eevee is weak than prove it. Me and Eevee against you and your strongest pokemon". I said without thinking.

The boy turned around and looked at me with an amused expression. "Fine. If you want to be embarrassed that badly than who am I to stop you. The public arena at the Pokemon Centre tomorrow at 3 pm". He said before walking away. He suddenly stopped and turned his head to look at Ash. "My name is Vir(A/N : I'm not good with names) by the way, just remember that that's the name of the person who's going to crush you". He laughed before walking away.

"Why you.." Ash said. He was about to go after him and punch him in the face but a hand on his shoulder stopped him.

"I know you're mad but there's more important thing to do". Ash turned around and saw the owner of the voice. It was a boy with bluish dark hair and green eyes. He was a little bit taller than him and it seems like he's about 2 or 3 years older. He then gestured to the ground behind Ash and then Ash remembered. Eevee was still hurt from the boy's gym battle.

"Eevee!" Ash said as he quickly picked him up. "Eevee are you alright?" Ash asked as he held Eevee in his arm.

"We need to get him to a Pokemon Centre". The boy said. "Come on!". The boy then started running towards the Pokemon Centre. Ash followed swiftly behind him while still holding Eevee in his arm.

"Thank you Nurse Joy". Ash said as he picked up Eevee who was standing on the tray. "Eevee!" Eevee said happily as he climbed up Ash's hand and sat on his right shoulder. It shouldn't have felt right, not after what Pikachu did. But for whatever reason he knew that he could trust this Eevee with everything in his life. He didn't know why, but he just knew.

"Just doing my job". Nurse Joy said as she left to help other pokemons.

"Thank you for your help". Ash said to the boy that helped him before. "I'm Ash Ketchum". "Vee eevee!". Eevee said from my shoulder.

"No problem". The boy said. "I hate seeing Pokemons suffer. I heard everything that happened and I just had to help. My name is Rekka by the way, Rekka Valor. Byt my friends call me Rex".

"Still, I'm grateful for your help. Though it seems that I have other problems now". Ash said as he looked towards Eevee. "Eevee?". Eevee said curiously.

"Your battle right?" Rex asked knowingly. Ash nodded as he looked down. in a fit of anger he had promised to battle with Eevee against Vir. "Well, you've promised him so you have to battle". Rex said.

"I know". Ash said. "I'm sorry Eevee, I wasn't thinking". Ash said as he looked down in guilt. He then felt something nudged his face. He turned his head and saw Eevee looking at him with a smile on his face. His eyes were burning with determination. "Vee Vee!" He said.

"You... want to battle... with me?". Ash asked in disbelief. "Eevee!". Eevee said.

"It seems that Eevee wants to prove himself, and he trust you to help him do that". Rex said with a smile.

"Really Eevee?". Ash asked. "Vee!". Eevee said happily. "Alright then Eevee, we'll show him just how strong you really are!". Ash said. "Ee-Vee!". Eevee said.

"Can I help?". Rex asked them. Ash and Eevee both turned to him. "Of course!". "Ee-Eevee!". They said. "But just out of curiosity, how are you going to help us exactly?". Ash asked.

"That boy, Vir,". Both Eevee and Ash growled at hearing Vir's name but Rex ignored them. "He said that Eevee refused to evolve right?". Ash and Eevee both nodded. "Well, pokemons that hasn't evolved are naturally weaker than evolved pokemons". He then noticed the angry look on Ash's and Eevee's face. "Before you get angry hear me out first. As I said, pre-evolved pokemons are naturally weaker but, if train correctly they could easily surpass their evolved form". Rex said, calming down Ash and Eevee's anger. "That's why I'm going to help you train Eevee to be able to match the abilities of its evolutions". Rex finished.

"Alright then let's get started!". Ash said excitedly. He was going to prove Vir wrong no matter what.

"Eevee use Quick Attack again". Ash said. Eevee yelled a battle cry before charging towards a tree. Ash and the others were curretly in the Viridian Forest. Ash and Rex had been training Eevee for an hour. According to Ash's pokedex, Eevee knows Swift, Quick Attack and Bite. They had Eevee use the same move multiple times to increase its power but they soon realized that it takes a lot of time to train Eevee this way. Time that they don't have. "That's enough Eevee. Don't push yourself too hard". Ash said. Eevee stopped his attack and ran back up to Ash's right shoulder.

"This is not going to work". Ash sighed. Rex didn't reply, instead he looked to be deep in thought. "Rex? Hey Rex, are you okay?".

"I'm fine and you're right. This is not going to work, there's simply not enough time". Said Rex, still deep in thought. "There might be another way, but...". Rex hesitated. He knew this way might work but if it fails... He shivered. He definitely don't want that to happen.

"What?". Ash asked. "What is it?". "Eevee?". Ash was determined to help Eevee and if there was another way than he's more than willing to take it.

Rex sighed. He knew that there's no going back. He's already mentioned it and he knew both Ash and Eevee would not let it go. Now that he thought about it, the similarities between Ash Eevee is kind of creepy. They've only met a couple of hours ago yet they act like they've known each other their whole life. It is as if-

"Hey Rex, you okay?". Ash said while shaking his hand in front of his face with Eevee doing the same thing. "Yeah I'm fine, just thinking about somethings". Rex said truthfully.

"So, you said there is another way. What is it?". Ash asked with a curious look on his face. "Vee?". Eevee said while wearing the same expression as Ash.

'The similarities between these two really is creepy'. Rex thought to himself. He gave a long sigh before talking. "Eevees are known for their many different possible evolutions". He started. "However, what many people overlooked is how this is possible. Eevees have genetically unstable DNA, which is what allows it to evolve into the many different eeveelutions. But my research shows that by learning to control and harness the power of the unstable DNA Eevees would be able to become much stronger than they normally would".

"Research?" Ash asked.

"Oh, haven't I told you yet? I'm a Pokemon Researcher" Rex said with a smile.

"Really? Wait, how old are you?" Ash asked in disbelief. Sure it wasn't impossible to become a researcher at a young age, but it is extremely rare. Gary only managed it because his grandfather is Professor Oak, a world renown professor. He practically grew up learning about Pokemons.

This caused Rex's smile to grew. "I'm eighteen. and before you asked I managed to become a researcher because I've always wanted to be one"

As Ash nodded in understanding, he remembered about their previous topic of conversation. "So, how do we do this? How do we teach Eevee to harness his power?" Ash asked while barely containing his excitements. "Vee!" Eevee said.

"Well..." Rex sighed. "That's the thing. Normally, Eevee would be able to this by staying and training in places with harsh climate"

"But wouldn't that take even longer than just training Eevee normally" Ash asked. "Ee-eevee!" Eevee voiced his agreement from Ash's shoulder.

"Yeah, it would" Rex said. "That's why I said 'normally'. There is another faster way but it is way too risky"

"Vee?" Eevee asked while tilting his head. "Yeah, what is this way and what is the risk?" Ash asked, somehow understanding Eevee.

"The other way is to literally force it out of Eevee" Rex said with a frown. "We do this by using one of my tool to expose Eevee to extreme temperature change at a rapid pace"

"Uhh, can you repeat that in english?" Ash asked. "Eevee" Eevee said.

Rex sighed again. "What I'm saying is that we use one of my tool to heat up and freeze down Eevee multiple times. It could work but..."

"Oh" Ash said as he realized what he means. If it works then Eevee would be stronger, but if it fail, it might put Eevee's life in danger. "I think we should just stick to the normal train-" "Vee!"

Ash and Rex both looked towards Eevee whos was still sitting on Ash's shoulder. He was looking at Ash with a determined expression. "Vee-Eevee!" He said before jumping off of Ash's shoulder. Eevee then stood in front of Ash, looking at him. "Vee-Ee-Vee!" He said.

"You... want to... try this out?" Ash asked. "Vee" Eevee nodded his agreement. Ash studied Eevee for a few seconds before he started thinking about it. "Alright" Ash said after a while. "If that's what you really want then we'll do it" Eevee let out a cry of joy before climbing back up to Ash's shoulder.

"Ash are you sure this is a good idea?" Rex asked is a wary tone.

"Honestly, I didn't want to do this. But I understand why Eevee wants to do it. He wants to prove that he's not weak and I fully understand that" Ash said. Rex wanted to ask what he meant by that but decided to do it later. "Rex, can you please do this? For Eevee?" "Vee!"

Rex wanted so badly to protest but he could see the determination in both Ash's and Eevee's eyes. He was probably going to regret this later but he's made his decision. "Give me 10 minutes to prepare everything"

True to his words, Rex only needed 10 minutes to run back to the Pokemon Centre to retrieve his tools/machines and set it all up. Now in front of them was a cuboid glass case with all sorts of machines connected to it.

"Alright Ash. Last chance, are you sure you want to do this" Ash glanced at Rex who was standing a couple of feet away in front of a laptop, operating everything. Ash then glanced at Eevee and that was all it took for Ash to make his decision. "Yes, We're sure" The Evolution Pokemon had a determined look in his eyes. A look that Ash regconized. It was the same look that Ash had when he was going to challenge a gym or fight an important battle.

"Alright, then put him in the chamber" Ash complied as he took Eevee of his shoulder and placed him inside the glass container before closing it. Rex saw this and asked. "Ready Ash? Eevee?"

Ash nodded while Eevee cried out its name in determination. Rex nodded at them and went back to his laptop. "Alright, in 3," Ash's body tensed up. "2," Eevee closed his eyes and prepared for what is to come. "1!" Rex then pressed a button on his laptop and the machine started. Ash watched worriedly as the chamber was cooled down and heated up multiple times. He could see Eevee standing inside with his eyes closed. Eevee seemed to be in pain but was holding it. This went on for what felt like forever and Ash kept on wondering if it would end.

On Eevee's side it wasn't much better. Being constantly cooled down and heated up is not fun and he had to focus entirely on staying conscious. However as time passed it became harder and harder to stay awake and he was starting to lose consciousness.

Ash and Rex noticed this and both had worried look on their face. "Ash, maybe we should stop" Rex said. But apparently Eevee heard him as he opened his eyes and looked at Ash. Ash understood immediately. "No" Ash said. "I believe in Eevee and I know he can do this" Ash then locked eyes with Eevee and Eevee could see that Ash believed in him. This gave him a surge of strength. This human, Ash, had believed in him. He even went as far as to help him train to become stronger. He can't give up now.

Ash and Rex watched amazed as Eevee's body started glowing, but not in the evolution kind of way. No, this glow had a rainbow color and instead of covering his entire body, this glow appears to be an outline. Ash and Rex could see Eevee standing in the chamber, but it seems that he's no longer bothered by the constantly changing temperature.

"EEVEE!" Eevee yelled as he released a surge of energy which completely destroyed the chamber and the machines around it. The energy surge also knocked Ash and Rex off their feet. After collecting themselves from the ground, Ash and Rex could see that their surrounding seemed to have been... well destroyed isn't actually right, more like... altered. One patch of grass was completely scorched while another one was completely frozen. There was one where it seemed to have been struck by lightning and one that seemed to have grown exponentially. There were patches with water puddles in them and patches covered in flower. There were also some weird patches where it's either covered in darkness or the patch of grass was floating while being covered in purple energy. In the middle of it all stood Eevee who seemed to have not neem affected at all.

"What?" Ash asked as he recovered from shock. "What happened?" Ash asked as Eevee spotted him and ran to him before climbing up to his right shoulder.

Rex looked around and saw his surrounding before looking at Ash while grinning. "What happened?" He asked in a cheerful tone. "I'll tell you what happened. It worked. It actually worked!"

Ash was currently standing in the middle of the arena at the Pokemon Centre with Eevee on his shoulder. Rex was standing next to him and the three of them were waiting for Vir to show up.

After successfully unlocking Eevee's potential yesterday, they have continued on their training and it seemed that it had really worked. Eevee is now way faster and and much stronger, which was proven by how how he chopped down a tree with a Quick Attack. Eevee has also learned a new move, which was Double Edge. After a little bit of training they were sure that Eevee was ready.

After waiting for a couple more minutes, Vir finally showed up. "Heh, so you came after all. I thought you were going to run away like the weakling you are" He said arrogantly.

"Enough talk. Let's battle" Ash said while gritting his teeth. This boy definitely knows how to get on his nerves.

"Heh, sure. Just be prepared to lose" Vir said as he walked towards his trainer box.

Ash didn't say anything. He just walked towards the other trainer box and nodded at Rex who was going to referee this match.

"This is an unofficial battle between Ash Ketchum and Vir Nuiti. Both trainers are allowed one Pokemon each. Are both trainers ready?" Ash and Vir nodded. "Alrigth, trainers please send out your Pokemon"

"Alright Eevee, I choose you!" Ash yelled as he extended his hand. Eevee ran down his extended arm and jumped on to the battle field.

"This is going to be easy. Beedrill, Crush Them!" Vir said as he threw a Pokeball. The Pokeball opened up to reveal the Poison Bee Pokémon. It let out a cry as it appeared. It tried to intimidate Eevee but Eevee wasn't intimidated in the least.

"Alright. Battle Begin!" Rex said.

"We'll end this quickly, Beedrill use Twineedle" Vir said.

"Dodge it" Ash said calmly. Eevee jumped out of the way just as Beedrill jabbed it's spike into the place Eevee was standing. The same thing happened when Beedrill went in for the second jab.

"Now use Quick Attack!" Eevee let out a cry as he was envelope in white energy. He then dashed towards Beedrill with incredible speed. Beedrill was thrown back as Eevee slammed into him, dealing damage to it.

"Arghh! Beedrill use Fury Attack" Vir shouted. Beedrill shook his head to recover from the attack before charging at Eevee.

"Use Quick Attack to dodge!" Ash said. Eevee complied as he ran around the battle field in a zig zag pattern making Beedrill miss all of it's attack.

"Now use Swift" Eevee stopped running around jumped up as he created little stars before throwing it at Beedrill. Beedrill cried out in pain as the attack hit it.

By now, Vir was getting very frustrated. That Eevee was supposed to be weak, yet here he was, getting defeated by Eevee. "Beedrill use Rage" He shouted.

Beedrill was then covered in a red aura before charging at Eevee. Eevee didn't have time to react and was hit by the attack. "Eevee! Are you ok?" Eevee quickly got back on his feet and shouted his name as a reply.

"Alright, let's end this quickly. Use Quick Attack to confuse it" Ash said. Eevee was once again covered in a white glow as he ran around the field in a zig zag pattern, confusing Beedrill.

"Beedrill, hit it with another Rage" Vir shouted. Beedrill was once again covered in a red aura as he tried to hit Eevee. However it only worked to Ash and Eevee's favour as Beedrill couldn't land a hit and was starting to get tired.

"Now Eevee, use your momentum and end this with Doube Edge" Ash said. Eevee changed direction and charged at Beedrill with the Double Edge. Beedrill was to tired to dodge and got hit by Eevee. It was thrown into a wall and it fell down, unconscious.

"Beedrill is unable to battle. The winner is Eevee. This means that the winner of this match is Ash Ketchum" Rex said with a smile.

"Alright Eevee we did it" Ash said as he embraced Eevee. "Vee-Vee-Eevee!" Eevee said as he sat on Ash's shoulder.

"But- How- What?" Vir said in disbelief. "How could I lose?" He asked in rage.

"You lost because you were overly confident and arrogant. You released Eevee because you thought it was weak when in truth it was your job as a trainer to help him grow. If you don't understand that then you've already failed as a trainer" Rex said.

This made Vir stop and think. Maybe they were right, maybe it was his fault. He recalled Beedrill and left without saying anything, still deep in thought.

"So, Ash. What are you going to do with Eevee now?" Rex asked. This made Ash and Eevee stop their celebration and look at him questioningly. "What I'm asking is are you going to release him or are you going to catch him?" Rex sighed.

Ash now has a blank expression on his face. "Well," he gulped. "It's all up to Eevee. It's his choice after all" he then turned to Eevee with a small smile. "So, what are you going to do Eevee?" Eevee's answer was to go into Ash's backpack. After a couple of seconds, Eevee came out holding a Pokéball. He gave the Pokéball to Ash who held it in his palm with a bright smile on his face. Eevee then jumped and did a somersault as he hit the Pokéball with his tail. A red glow then surrounded Eevee as he got sucked into the Pokéball. The Pokéball didn't even shook once before a ding was heard, signaling a successful capture.

"Alright! I just caught an Eevee!" Ash said excitedly. Eevee's Pokéball burst open and Eevee appeared on Ash's shoulder with a cry of his name.

"Well, I can already tell that you two are perfect with each other and you're going to have an awesome adventure" Rex said while grinning. "But first, let's get Eevee checked up at the Pokémon Centre"

"That's horrible!" Rex exclaimed. After Eevee's check up they had decided to share a room in the Pokémon Centre. They had been talking for awhile when Rex asked why he wants to go to a region that's different from other regions. After a little bit of consideration, Ash had decided to tell him about what hapened at Pallet Town. "I know, but you don't have to overreact. It's not like they tried to murder me or anything" Ash said with a small chuckle. 7

"I guess your right. They haven't done any real crime aside from moral ones" Rex said. "So, you want to go to a new region to prove them wrong" Ash nodded. "But you don't want to go to a region where it's basically just a gym challenge all over again" Ash nodded again. "Well how about Alola?" Rex suggested.

"That's what I was thinking too but" "It doesn't have a league?" Rex interrupted him. "Well you're in luck" Rex exclaimed. "I just happened to be from Alola and my mentor/teacher told me that he's planning to build a league this year" Rex said while grinning.

"Wait, you're serious?" "Vee?" Ash and Eevee asked.

"Of course I am" Rex said. "And tell you what. Why don't we go there together seeing as I've already collected enough data for my research and I just so happen to have an extra ticket" 5

"That would be great Rex, Thank You!" Ash said. "Vee- Eevee"

"No problem Ash, Eevee. But now we should probably get some sleep if we want to catch the plane tomorrow mornig" Rex said.

"Wait, we're leaving tomorrow?!""Vee?!" Ash and Eevee exclaimed in shock.

"Yeah, so you should get some sleep quickly because we leave first thing in the morning" Rex smirked at Ash before going to his room.

After the door to Rex's room closes, Ash looked at Eevee with Eevee doing the same. "Ready to go on an adventure Eevee?" Ash asked.

"Vee- Eevee!" Eevee said cheerfully.

"Alright! Together we'll become the strongest. I promise you that" Ash said.

"Ee-Vee!"

"But first. Let's get some sleep. Tomorrow is a new day for both of us" 2 months later ash got a call from bonnie she said that Clemont was abusing her and ash said lock yourself in your room and I well be there asap he told professor Kukui that he had a problem that he needed to deal with and to call lana and tell her to meat me at the airport because I well need her help with he said ok I well he did and they went to the kalos region he called Bonnie and told her to come out and she did and ash saw her face and said were is Clemont at she said at the gym he said stay with her and I well be back in a few minutes I'm gonna to go have a little chat with him and he was off at the gym he went up to Clemont and said way are you abusing Bonnie and hit him then said come by her again and I well do more to you then what I did then went back to the girls and said bonnie sweetie let's go get your things and they went to her house and her parents said what are you up to she said Clemont has been hitting me so ash is taking me to a new region and I well come back on Christmases but leve wene ash leves and got her stuff and they were off to alola

Before Ash and his friends made it to Santalune City, Ash was so excited about the upcoming challenges he would have to face! Bonnie then somehow woke up and saw that Ash wasn't asleep! Bonnie says, "Still a little worried huh?" Ash looked behind and said, "Bonnie oh uh yes I suppose!" Bonnie took Ash's hand and said, "Then come on follow me!" Ash says, "Bonnie wait!" Though Ash should've probably woke up Clemont first he didn't as he raced after Bonnie and found her near a lake!" Ash says, "Bonnie why did you go and ran off like that?" Bonnie says, "To take you here Ash look!" Ash and Bonnie saw the Butterfree dancing around the night sky! Ash says, "Wow this is amazing!" Bonnie says, "Yeah I know and soon they're about to mate!" Ash says, "Oh yeah and look Bonnie we better go!" Bonnie grabbed Ash's arm and pulled him down and said, "But I got one more surprise for you!" Bonnie closed her eyes and kissed Ash's lips with full force! Ash tried his best to fight it but Bonnie aimed right his weak point and got him good!

The kiss was off and Ash says, "Wow that was amazing!" Bonnie says, "Yeah I know!" Ash says, "Bonnie I gotta say outta all the girls I've ever met you might be the one for me!" Bonnie says, "Really?" Ash blushed and said, "Uh yeah I mean sure you're too young for me but when you kissed me it was like I was kissed by a beautiful angel!" Bonnie says, "Oh Ashy!" Ash says, "In fact.." Ash took off his clothes and revealed his naked body to Bonnie! Ash says, "Let's do it!" Bonnie took off her clothes, revealed her naked body and her hair loose! Ash says, "Wow Bonnie you look more beautiful with your hair loose!" Bonnie says, "Glad you like it because this is the real me!" Ash laid down and Bonnie got right on top of him and the two of them puckered each others lips and went in for the kiss! Ash then flipped Bonnie over and kissed her neck making her ticklish! Ash then moved onto licking her feet and finally sucking on her boobs then bam her love goo sore into him! Ash then flips back over and Bonnie sucks on Ash's feet! Bonnie then moved onto licking his stomach making him ticklish! Ash's love goo was about to burst so Ash told her to stick her vigina into his penis! Ash then explodes and Bonnie drools with feeling all that goo into her! Ash then changes back to his clothes and takes Bonnie back before Clemont knew about it! Ash quietly says, "Good night my sweet Bonnie!" Ash kisses her on the lips for a few seconds and leaves! Later this morning Clemont began to get suspicious about why Bonnie was naked! She told her brother that Dedenne must eaten her clothes so Clemont built a sewing machine to restore them! Bonnie then quickly jumped and kissed Ash's cheek and blinked! The gang then heads onward to Santalune City where Ash's first gym battle awaited

Ash is traveling in the Kalos region with his friends Serena, Clemont, and Clemont's younger sister, Bonnie. Bonnie is too young to become a Pokémon trainer although she has proven to be very mature and responsible despite her young age. While en route to Lumiose City, Ash is preparing for a battle using his Froakie against Clemont and his Bunnellby. Serena along with her Firefox Pokémon Fennekin and Bonnie along with her Antenna Pokémon, Dedenne are watching the battle go on just wondering who will win.

Bonnie exclaims enthusiastically "Pokémon battles look like so much fun!"

Dedenne nods and makes lots of loud noise in agreement as the two continue to watch.

"Alright, Froakie, use Water Pulse!" Ash commands the Bubble Frog Pokémon.

"Bunnellby, use Dig to dodge!" Clemont commands the Digging Pokémon.

Bunnellby uses its long ears to drill a hole into the ground just in time to evade the Water Pulse attack from Froakie.

"Froakie keep your eyes peeled! Bunnellby could pop up anywhere!" Ash warns his Pokémon.

Froakie tries as hard as it possibly can to avoid the Dig attack from Bunnellby, but is unsuccessful.

"Alright, Bunnellby keep things moving by using Mud Shot!" Clemont instructs the Digging Pokémon.

Bunnellby does as its trainer instructs and the attack is a direct hit that knocks out Froakie.

Bonnie enthusiastically runs in the middle of Ash and her brother and cheers "Froakie is unable to battle, Bunnellby wins, so this match goes to Clemont!"

Bunnellby jumps up and down as it cheers in excitement over its win.

"You did great, Froakie. You can stay outside your Pokeball and watch as I battle with Serena next." Ash praises his Pokémon followed by a big smile and a light chuckle.

Froakie smiles and nods to his trainer and hops onto the ground ready to watch.

"Um, I've never even used Fennekin in a battle before. There was one instance right after I started my journey with Fennekin and we were walking all alone at night in the woods when I accidently angered a Pokémon which I mistook for a person." Serena tells Ash

Bonnie asks, feeling somewhat frightened "Were you and Fennekin alright?"

Serena states reassuringly "Everything turned out just fine. Fennekin saved me by using Ember which scared the large Bee Pokémon away."

"Oh so Fennekin can only use Ember?" Ash questions.

Serena nods "Or at least that's the only move I've seen it use so far since I got it."

"Okay then. I guess we're done with training for today." Ash announced.

All of a sudden, Bonnie looks at Dedenne and an idea pops into her mind.

"Wait, Ash. I want to have a battle with you!" Bonnie exclaims cheerfully.

"Huh?" Ash wonders, a little bit befuddled.

"Wow, that's really bold of you to do that, Bonnie." Serena says.

"Are you sure about this, Bonnie?" Clemont asks his younger sister.

"Yeah I've been watching Ash battle and it looks like so much fun!" Bonnie proclaims enthusiastically.

"I don't know about this, Bonnie." Clemont says skeptically.

"Oh come on, Clemont. She seems like she's ready for it." Ash protests

"She really does seem to be ready. She's got so much enthusiasm and she gets along so well with every Pokémon she meets." Serena assures Clemont.

Bonnie looks at her brother with big eyes "Please, Clemont, give me a chance!" she pleads to her older brother.

Clemont smiles when he finally realizes his sister honestly is ready to have a Pokémon battle despite being too young to become a Pokémon trainer.

"Alright then. Best of luck to you, Bonnie." Clemont says to his little sister.

"YAY!" Bonnie cheers. "Dedenne, are you ready to have a battle with Ash?" Bonnie asks her Antenna Pokémon.

Dedenne cheers enthusiastically and jumps out onto the ground and waits for the battle to begin.

Ash thinks for a moment about using Froakie again, but then thinks Froakie deserves to rest up more. He doesn't want to use Pikachu because he wants Bonnie to win.

"Fletchling, I choose you!" Ash calls out his Tiny Robin Pokémon to battle against Bonnie.

Fletchling appears and flies around a little before landing on Ash's left shoulder, opposite to Pikachu who always stands on Ash's right shoulder. (That's something I've noticed when I watch the anime, Pikachu for some reason, is always on Ash's right shoulder. I guess he just prefers that side for some unknown reason.)

Ash asks "Fletchling, wanna battle against Bonnie and Dedenne?"

Fletchling nods in agreement and Dedenne lowers itself waiting for Bonnie to command it to use a move.

"Dedenne, use Thunder shock!" Bonnie commands.

Dedenne follows this order and the move is a direct hit which deals lots of damage on Fletchling, but not enough to knock it out.

"Great job, Dedenne! Keep things up by using Nuzzle." Bonnie instructs.

Dedenne rubbed its cheeks together until they had generated enough electricity and then it brushed itself against Fletchling, thereby paralyzing Fletchling.

"Hang in there, Fletchling. Stay strong." Ash commands.

"Now use Tackle." Bonnie commands.

Dedenne charges at Fletchling who tries to fly away, but is unable due to being paralyzed. Dedenne crashes into Fletchling knocking it out.

"Fletchling is unable to battle, Dedenne wins, so this match goes to Bonnie!" Serena proclaims happily.

Dedenne and Bonnie cheer in excitement over their first win in battle and Dedenne jumps into Bonnie's arms as Bonnie hugs Dedenne tightly.

Fletchling is a little disappointed about losing the battle and apologizes to Ash for not even being able to attack once.

"Hey, it's okay, Fletchling. Please don't be mad at me, but I let Bonnie win. That's why I never even asked you to attack. This was Bonnie's first time having a Pokémon battle, so I didn't want her to lose and get discouraged or upset." Ash explained to his Pokémon in order to cheer it up again.

Fletchling felt much better after hearing Ash say this because it knew that he wasn't disappointed in it like it had originally presumed.

Clemont compliments his little sister "You're so great with Pokémon, Bonnie. Not just Dedenne, but with any Pokémon you meet."

Bonnie says "Thanks, Clemont, that's the nicest thing you've ever said to me."

Ash compliments Bonnie as well "I just know you're going to be a great Pokémon trainer. You know, I'm a journey because my goal is to become a Pokémon master, but to be honest, I think you have a better shot at that than I do."

Bonnie's eyes grow big as she asks excitedly "You really think so, Ash?"

Ash says "Oh yeah. You are so kind and caring to any Pokémon you meet and you show each one just how much you love and care for them."

Bonnie giggles and blushes "Aw you are all being so nice. I wish I didn't have to wait to become a Pokémon trainer. It seems like a lot of fun and I want to have gym battles and enter Pokémon leagues."

Ash asks "How old are you, Bonnie?"

Bonnie looks down at the ground and says sadly "I'm only six."

Clemont says to Ash "Bonnie doesn't like it when people ask her this because it just reminds her how much longer of a wait she has before she's old enough to train Pokémon of her own."

Ash looks at Bonnie and says sympathetically "I'm sorry for bringing it up, Bonnie."

Bonnie begins to cry something Ash had never seen her do since they began traveling together, not even when she fell down onto a street after being knocked over by a Furfrou.

She comments sadly "It's okay, Ash."

Everyone hugs Bonnie in an attempt to cheer her up and Fennekin even licks Bonnie repeatedly in the face.

Bonnie calms down and goes back to her cheerful and joyful self.

"Thanks so much everyone. I'm much better now." Bonnie replies with gratitude.

"Great then let's continue on." Ash says to his friends.

"Since we're going to Lumiose City, let's stop by Professor Sycamore's lab and say hi to him." Serena suggests.

Everyone agrees thinking it's a great idea for different reasons.

ash looks at Bonnie and thinks "I'm going to have a conversation with Professor Sycamore to see if Bonnie can become a Pokémon trainer now rather than having to wait."

Ash tells his friends "I'm going to call Professor Oak and check on my Pokémon back home."

Everyone has something they want to do when they visit Professor Sycamore's lab so they head out.

Ash and his friends arrive in Lumiose City and they all go to Professor Sycamore's research lab where they'd all visited before and they all had different tasks to do while visiting.

Professor Sycamore sees the gang and walks over to them "Hi everyone great to see you all again." he greets them politely.

"Hello nice to see you again." the group responds back.

"Is there a video phone around here which I could use to contact Professor Oak?" Ash questions curiously.

"Yes we do have some working video phones. Garchomp would be happy to show you where they are." Professor Sycamore explains to Ash.

Ash says "Thanks so much," he then sees Garchomp and asks "How you been doing lately?"

Professor Sycamore tells Ash "Garchomp's been doing just fine and it's thought about you every single day since you saved it."

Ash pets Garchomp on the head and says "That's great that it's been doing well."

Professor Sycamore instructs Garchomp "Show Ash where our video phones are located." after I'm done talking with Professor oke i need to talk to you

Garchomp nods and begins to walk away as Ash follows it.

"I'll be back out with you guys later." Ash calls out to his friends.

ash turns to Bonnie who is taking care of her Dedenne, Serena's Fennekin, and all the starter Pokémon from the lab by brushing and cleaning their fur for them.

Professor Sycamore says "Wow she's great with Pokémon."

ash responds "She sure is and that's something I'd like to talk with you about."

Professor Sycamore says "Well sure. Bring Bonnie and the Pokémon to my office with me and we'll talk."

ash says "Actually, sir, it's something I want to talk to you about in private if we could."

"Alright then; Bonnie seems happy with the Pokémon and they seem happy as well so we shouldn't interrupt." Professor Sycamore replies to ash as he begins leading him to his office.

In another area of the Pokémon lab, Garchomp and Ash are in a room with video phones.

"Thanks for your help, Garchomp." Ash replies.

He picks up the phone and contacts Professor Oak who answers the phone busy feeding Ash's Unova Pokémon.

"Hello, Ash. I hope you're enjoying your stay in the Kalos region." Professor Oak politely states.

Ash replies "Thanks I sure am, Professor. I've already caught a Froakie and a Fletchling, and I've won a badge when I battled against Alexa's younger sister, Viola."

Professor Oak compliments "Way to go, Ash!"

Just then Professor Oak's Rotom shows up which startles Ash.

Professor Oak scolds the Plasma Pokémon "Rotom, you need to stop doing that!"

Ash states "No, it's alright. Rotom's just excited to see me, I understand."

Just then Professor Oak tries to push Rotom away gently, but Rotom shocks him and he falls over. This causes Rotom, Ash, Pikachu, and all of the Pokémon to laugh.

Just then Oshawott spots Ash and begins jumping up and down excitedly.

Ash says "I'm excited to you guys again as well. I hope you're all doing well."

All Ash's Pokémon nod to let him know everything's just fine. "It's okay to be scared, you know it takes a lot of courage to apologize your mistakes, not many people could do it, even I can't do it sometime!" Bonnie giggled as she placed her hand on her mouth.

"The truth is Bonnie, I want you to be brave and apologize Serena, don't let one argument destroy your friendship. Can you do that Bonnie? Can you do that for me?" Ash asked in a sweet manner making Bonnie blush, she looked at Ash and nodded shyly.

"Are you sure? You can?" Ash asked teasingly as he flickered her nose, Bonnie blushed and nodded.

"Yes I can Ash." Bonnie said in a confident tone, Ash smiled and ruffled her hair again with a _ expression on his face.

"A-Ash?" Bonnie asked timidly, Ash looked at Bonnie and smiled.

"Hmm? Yes Bonnie?"

"Why do you care so much for me?" Not that she was complaining though, she never seen this side of Ash before and honestly she likes it. Ash put his hand under his chin in a thoughtful manner while making a 'hmm' noise.

"Well I always wanted a little sister to care for ever since I was young and when I met you Bonnie, I felt like there was a connection you know? I just feel happy when you're around? You mean a lot me Bonnie, I know it sounds weird and sudden but yeah, you mean a lot to me." Bonnie blinked her eyes and blushed, did she really mean that much to him?

"Thank you Ash and I'll be happy to be your little sister!" I well take you to the next baby pokemon contest she said Really he said yes I well Bonnie surprised Ash by giving him a hug with her eyes close in content, Ash widened his eyes but hug her back nonetheless, enjoying the soft and warm hug. Ash then did something that Bonnie wouldn't expect, he pulled Bonnie to his lap, making Bonnie sitting on his lap as Bonnie faced Ash. Bonnie blushed but didn't complain, it feels kinda nice to be on Ash's lap, warm, soft and cozy.

'It's nice to have Ash to care for me like this, I hope he do this more often.' Bonnie thought to herself as she dug her head deeper into the crook of Ash's neck, she was practically nuzzling him.

"A-Ash can we stay like this? It's kinda nice." Bonnie asked shyly, she never felt so safe with Ash before.

"Of course Bonnie, we can stay like this as long as you want." Ash rubbed Bonnie's back slowly and rocked back and forth. As he did this, Bonnie's eyes began droop as the warmth of Ash's body started to make her drowsy.

"I'm glad that you're willing to become my little sister Bonnie, I promise that I will take great care of you." Ash whispered at Bonnie's ear softly, receiving no reply Ash pulled out only to find Bonnie to be asleep with dream blessed expression on her face. Ash smiled and place her head on the pillow. he looked at pikachu and dedenne and placed the 2 sleeping electric type on the foot of Bonnie's bed, the cute snoring sound they make cause Ash to giggle.

"Sleep dreams Bonnie." Ash whispered to Bonnie as he drooped the covers over Bonnie's petite body, he gave her a small kiss on the forehead and left the room with his cap still on her bed. As he left the room, Ash failed to see the sweet adoring smile on Bonnie's face. the next day he took bonnie to a cute baby pokemon contest to see it he saw a friend their and told bonnie to go to their seats and I well be back in a little while I have a friend to go see than jumped in to the ring and said dawn is that you she turned around and saw him and hugged him He said why are you here you normally don't come to things like this well the little 1 I'm travelling with wanted to see the cute baby pokemon And she got in an argument with couple my other companions with the last one that was going on so I told her I take her to this 1 She said that was nice of you and dose she won't to neat the pokemon he said she would love it a lot he went over to the edge of the ring and said bonnie sweetie do you wont to see the pokemon and she said yes he took her over to dawn and said dawn this is bonnie and bonnie this is dawn

HURRY UP YOU SLOWPOKES!!! WE'RE GOING TO BE LATE!" Bonnie shouted, her little friend Dedenne squeaking in agreement. She huffed impatiently, and crossed the arms of her little Piplup snowsuit as she waited for the others.

Ash was the first one to catch up to her. "Don't worry Bonnie," he laughed. "Lumiose City isn't going anywhere. It still will be there tomorrow, and the day after, and the day after that!"

Bonnie smiled. "I know that silly! But I'M JUST SO EXCITED TO BE GOING BACK HOME!!!" she squealed loudly, kicking the snow. As she did this, Serena had come up, only to be met with a mouthful of snow.

She brushed it off her face, and straightened her pink hat. "Thanks for that Bonnie," Serena said, her voice dripping with sarcasm. Bonnie gave her a cheeky grin. "No problem Serena!" And with that she ran ahead, with Pikachu and Dedenne hot on her heels. "HURRY UP CLEMONT!" she shouted to her brother, who was now a fair way behind them.

"I'm... t-trying...to...Just...s-slow... down." And with that Clemont fell to his knees, huffing out of breath.

Serena just shook her head at this, and tried to dust off the remaining snow on her pink coat. Ash went over to her.

"Here, let me help," he said, brushing the snow off her shoulder. Serena gave him a thankful smile, and Ash's chest grew warm.

SMACK! Ash turned around, looking to see who had thrown that snowball at him as his brushed the snow off his hat. SMACK! Another one! He swivelled around again to see no one there. Serena had gone too.

Ash knelt down and moulded the snow into a ball, and lifted it up. "Okay," he said. "Which one of you did that?"

He turned around just in time to get hit in the face with yet another snowball, followed by a round of giggles. Ash spat the snow out of his mouth, and grinned. He crept to the large ditch in front of him, and jumped over it. "GOTCHA!" he yelled, only to be met by a little Zigzagoon, who scuttled away in fright.

Ash frowned, and scanned his surroundings. Another snowball came flying at him, but this time he ducked. He ran over to the tree in which the snowball had come from to find Bonnie, crouching down, tears of laughter streaming down her face. Serena sat next to her, clutching her stomach as she rocked back and forth laughing, and Pikachu sat on her lap laughing too.

"Oh! Oh man!" Bonnie cried, "That was hilarious! Isn't that right Serena?" Bonnie wiped the tears from her face, and smiled up at Ash cheekily. Serena laughed. "That was priceless! Good job Bonnie!" The two high fived, then burst into another fit of laughter.

Ash raised an eyebrow at Pikachu. "Seriously buddy? I feel betrayed right now." Then he threw his snowball at Bonnie and ran off, laughing. Bonnie stood there, looking like a snowman, her entire face covered with snow. Then she got up. "I'M GONNA GET YOU FOR THAT!"

Ash ran off with Bonnie behind him, pelting him with snowballs. Serena followed her, with Pikachu in her arms. Ash dodged between trees, trying to lose them. He pressed his back to a large tree, and waited for them to pass. He heard the puffing as they ran through the snow searching for him.

"Where are you Ash?" Serena laughed. "Come out already- AHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!" Her sentence was cut off with a scream, as she and Bonnie slipped and fell off a short ledge.

Ash ran out of his hiding place. "SERENA! BONNIE! PIKACHU!" he shouted, and ran to the edge. He looked over to see both girls lying on their backs in the snow, after falling from a 5 inch drop. They giggled as they spread their arms and made snow angels. Ash laughed and jumped down to join them.

After a while they began to make a snowman, Bonnie taking charge and making Ash position the snowman's head in position. "And... perfect!" Bonnie squealed.

"Just one more thing..." Serena said, and knelt down as she took of her bag. She pulled out a pink scarf and matching gloves, and a little blue and white beanie. She placed them on the snowman and the threesome stood back to admire their handiwork.

Bonnie stood next to it, and Ash laughed at the resemblance. Bonnie had made the snowman (or snowgirl) look exactly like Bonnie - the exact same hairstyle as well as a matching bag.

Serena slipped her bag back on. "Well I think we should head off and look for somewhere to stay tonight. We don't want to get caught in a snowstorm."

They others nodded, and started to walk off. Bonnie stopped. "Hey guys... correct me if I'm wrong, but I think we're forgetting something..."

They all looked at each other. "CLEMONT!!!" they shouted in unison and ran back the way they came.

The threesome eventually came across their friend who was slowly trudging through the snow, following their footsteps. Bonnie greeted him with a big hug. "Clemont! I thought you were lost forever!" she exclaimed. Then she quickly let go and grabbed his hand and dragged him along. "Now hurry up before you get left behind again!"

"Okay, okay! I'm coming Bonnie!" Clemont said running as fast as he could after her, leaving Ash and Serena by themselves.

They walked along in comfortable silence, Pikachu running ahead of them.

Suddenly Serena stopped. Ash turned around to look back at her. "What's wrong?" he asked.

Serena smiled, and pointed to the sky. Ash looked up to see small white snowflakes falling down.

"It's snowing! It's snowing!" Bonnie shouted happily. "IT'S CHRISTMAS!"

Ash smiled. This just might be the best Christmas yet!

(Serena's POV)

The gang huddled together in the cold icy wind. Serena shielded her eyes from the snow. "We need to find a PokeCentre or something. It's getting late and the snowstorm is really bad," she said. Bonnie clutched onto Clemont's jacket. "I can barely see!" Bonnie exclaimed. "I wish we had a light or something..."

Clemont pushed his glasses up. "Aha!" he exclaimed. "Clemontic Gear ON!" A robotic arm came out from his backpack and out opened his Heliolisk Light.

Serena grabbed her Pokeball. "Good idea! Braixen, come on out!" With a flash, the fire type Pokemon appeared and lit the way with her flame. Ash pointed to a spot in the distance. "Look! A village!"

The group ran as fast as they could to the small village, which was decorated with strings of fairy lights. In the centre of the little town was a PokeCentre. 'Thank goodness!" Clemont sighed with relief.

They ran in, and closed the door behind them - shutting out the icy wind. Nurse Joy came running up to them. "Oh my! Are you all okay?" she asked worried. "You all have a seat by the fire and I'll bring you some hot chocolate to help you warm up."

Five minutes later they were all toasty warm and drinking their hot chocolate. "Mmmm!" said Ash, licking his lips with delight. "That is the best hot chocolate I have ever tasted!"

Bonnie however, hadn't touched her drink. Serena went to sit next to her. "Are you okay Bonnie?" she asked gently. Bonnie shook her head, tears forming in her eyes.

"Now we'll never be home for Christmas," the little girl cried. Serena gave her a hug. "Don't cry Bonnie! The storm will go away by tomorrow!"

Ash came over too, Clemont behind him. "Bonnie," Ash said, kneeling down so he was eye to eye with her. "I promise you that we will make it back to Lumiose in time for Christmas. I promise." He held out his pinkie finger for her to shake. Bonnie looked at him with tearful eyes, and gave him a watery smile. She stuck out her pinkie too and interlocked it with Ash's.

Serena smiled. "Bonnie?" she whispered in the girl's ear. "How about I make you some macaroons? You can choose the flavour!" Bonnie smiled, the sparkle returning to her eyes. "Chocolate please!" she laughed.

Serena laughed too, then waked over to Nurse Joy. "Do you happen to have any spare rooms for us to stay in?"

Nurse Joy nodded. "There is a room with 4 beds. Is that okay?" she asked. Serena nodded, and Nurse Joy handed her the key.

She waved the others over. "Come on! Let's go wash up and have some dinner."

They entered the room and Ash whistled. "This is definitely the nicest PokeCentre I have stayed in." There was a large bedroom consisting of four beds, a bathroom, and an adjourning kitchen and lounge room.

"I'll get started on dinner!" Clemont said.

(Ash's POV)

Ash lay down on one of the beds, Pikachu next to him. "Oh man! That was a great dinner Clemont! Your the best!" he exclaimed. Clemont smiled. "It was nothing Ash! I'm glad you all enjoyed it!" He tightened a screw on the invention he was making.

Bonnie was on the floor, chasing Dedenne around the room. "And... GOTCHA!" she yelled, grabbing the little Pokemon in her hands. Then she turned to Clemont. "Clemont! Can you come with me to Nurse Joy? Serena said that she might have some Christmas movies for us to watch! Pwease?" she asked, begging him with large eyes.

ash sighed. "Okay fine. Let's go." He turned to Clemont. "We won't be long. Tell Serena where we are." And with that they left. ash asked if he could use the oven in the kitchen to make some thing she said yes he gave Bonnie the movies and said I well be up in a few minutes and went to the kitchen

Clemont got up off the bed, leaving Pikachu asleep. He walked into the small kitchen to see if Serena was there.

He found her mixing a bowl of chocolate icing, listening to a song on the radio. She nodded her head to the music, swinging her hips from side to side, and her feet tapping to the beat of the song.

She gave the icing another mix, then twirled around to open the oven - stopping in her tracks when she saw Ash in front of her.

"Clemont!!!" she exclaimed, embarrassed. She held her hands to her cheeks, which were rapidly turning red. "How long have you been standing there?!" she stuttered.

Clemont scratched the back of his head. She looks so cute when she's flustered, he thought. Wait, what? Clemont shook himself. "Er... Not long. I just came to tell you that Bonnie and ash went to see Nurse Joy. Something about a Christmas movie...?"

Serena nodded and turned around quickly. Clemont felt bad. "Hey Serena! If you, Braixen, Pancham, and Sylveon did a routine to that song, you guys would be amazing!" He moved over next to her. "You're an amazing dancer and I know that you will win your next Princess Key for sure!" He pumped his fist into the air.

Serena laughed, making his stomach tighten and a warm feeling spread in his chest. "Thanks Clemont! Your support means a lot to me."

Clemont blushed. What's wrong with me lately? he thought. Maybe I should ask ash... he might know the answer.

Serena turned around to open the oven. Ash tiptoed behind her and dipped his finger into the glossy chocolate icing. Serena turned around, catching Clemont.

"Hey! No snacking!" she said, trying to snatch the bowl away. But Ash held on tight. "Please Serena! Just one taste!" he pleaded. They tugged back and forth, then suddenly the bowl slipped from their grasp. It seemed as if time went in slow motion, as the bowl flew high over their heads.

The bowl clattered to the ground, and Clemont and Serena both stood still. They looked at each other, then burst out laughing.

"Serena... I think you have a... um... smudge of chocolate on you," Ash laughed. Serena rolled her eyes, and looked down at her dress. "These stains won't come out," she sighed, and walked over to pick up the bowl.

"AHHHHHH!!!" she screamed, as she slipped in the giant puddle of chocolate icing. Clemont burst into laughter. Serena gave him a dirty look. "Very funny Clemont." She held on to the side of the bench, and tried to lift herself up - only to end back up on the floor.

Ash gave her his hand. "Here," he said. Serena smiled, and grasped his hand tight. He pulled her up, but his foot slipped, and he landed on his back - and Serena landed on top of him.

They were nose to nose, and Clemont saw that her face was extremely red now. He smiled, and stroked his thumb across her cheek and wiped off some chocolate icing. He licked it off his finger. "Mmmmm! Tasty!" he said, making her laugh. She got off him and together they tried to haul themselves up.

When Bonnie came back, she walked in the bedroom to find no one there.

"Serena! Clemont!" Bonnie called. Then she heard laughter in the kitchen. She went in and gasped, then immediately started laughing.

Bonnie sniffed the air. "And is something... burning?" Serena gasped. "OH NO! MY MACAROONS!"

Bonnie yawned. "That was a great movie. And those macaroons were delicious! I'm glad Rudolph the Red Nosed Deerling got to lead Santa's sleigh at the end!"

Clemont helped her to her feet. "Come on, time for bed Bonnie." He walked her into the bedroom.

Clemont stretched his arms over his head. "I think it's time we hit the hay too Serena," Clemont said. When she didn't respond, he looked over and saw that she had fallen asleep on the couch.

He smiled and draped a blanket over her. "Goodnight Serena," he whispered. "Sweet dreams."

The next morning ash came back into the Room and set a Bonnie I made a treat for you and showed her 4 chocolate cakes and said we well have them on Christmas Day at your house she hugged him and said thank you

(Serena's POV)

"Hurry! Hurry!" Bonnie called, jumping up and down. Serena opened her guidebook. "Wait up Bonnie! We need to go that way," she said, pointing to the right.

Bonnie swerved to the right and started to make her way through the busy streets, kicking up snow as she went. "Ooh!" she exclaimed, and knelt down on one knee in front of a pretty girl with a Cherrim in her arms. "You're a keeper! Will you please take care of my brother?"

The girl look extremely confused. "I- I don't understan-" Suddenly Clemont's Aipom Arm appeared and grabbed Bonnie by the shirt and she was dragged away by a red-faced Clemont.

Bonnie waved goodbye to the girl cheekily, and she swung her legs above the ground. Ash laughed, making Serena's heart thump loudly in her chest. "It never gets old, does it?" he asked. Serena giggled. "Bonnie never learns. Poor Clemont!"

Ash nodded, and locked eyes with her, for a second too long. Serena looked away shyly, her face heating up. She still hadn't forgotten about the macaroon incident. Just thinking about it made her blush.

Ash coughed nervously. "Serena, I-"

"Hey guys! Come on already! We're almost there!" Bonnie called from ahead of them. Serena turned to Ash. "What did you want to tell me?"

Ash rubbed Pikachu's head. "Um, don't worry. It was nothing." Serena frowned, disappointed, but she let it go.

Soon, they were all standing ankle deep in snow in front of Meyer's store. Bonnie stood on her tippy toes and press the doorbell. A few seconds later the door opened, and Meyer's face appeared.

"Daddy!" Bonnie squealed happily, and ran into his arms. Her father scooped her up and swung her around. "Bonnie! It's so great to see you! How's my little girl?"

He put Bonnie back down and pulled both of his children into a hug. "Clemont! I've missed you too!" Then he turned to Serena and Ash. "Ash! Serena! It's been a while! So glad you could join us for Christmas!"

"Thanks for inviting us!" Serena said. "I'm so happy to be home for Christmas!" Bonnie exclaimed happily, twirling around. "Did you miss us?"

Then Meyer suddenly put his head down, and burst into tears. "I missed you both so much!" he bawled. Both Clemont and Bonnie sweat-dropped. "We missed you too Dad," Clemont said.

Meyer wiped his tears and gave a booming laugh. "Well, enough of all this! Come inside and warm up. You must be freezing!"

They all entered the cosy workshop gratefully. Meyer lead them up a flight of stairs to the apartment, which was above the shop.

They all took off their jackets and hung them up in the hallway. As Serena was taking her's off, Ash came up to her. "Here, let me help you with that," he said, taking her jacket and hanging it up for her. Serena's cheeks turned pink. "T-Thank you Ash!" she exclaimed. Ash rubbed his nose nervously. "It was nothing," he replied bashfully, then smiled at her.

"I bet you're all hungry for dinner!" Meyer said. Ash rubbed his stomach. "Definitely! I'm starving!" Everyone laughed at this.

Clembot came in, with a pink apron tied around its waist and several plates of food balanced on its hands. "Well then - dinner is served!" it said, placing the dishes down on the table. Then it smiled. "Dig in!"

(Clemont's POV)

Clemont rolled open his sleeping bag on the floor of his room. He stood up and shook his head at the sight of Chespin laying down on his bed and moaning, clutching its stomach. "Chespin!" it groaned. Clemont raised an eyebrow. "I told you not to eat too much!"

But all the same, Clemont reached into his bag and pulled out some special Pokemon medicine. "Here," Clemont said, putting it into a bowl. "This should make you feel better!"

Chespin gulped it down, and then sighed, laying back down again. Clemont laughed. He went back to his bag and pulled out Bonnie's Tyrunt pyjamas. He sighed. "I should go and give them to her now," he said to himself.

He walked out into the hallway and and loud boom made him stumble. Clemont looked out the window and saw Ash practising his battle techniques with Pikachu and Greninja.

Clemont made his way to Bonnie's room at the end of the hall, but stopped outside when he heard them speaking.

His heart thumped in his chest. This was unlike him, eavesdropping, but for some reason he couldn't help it.

"... Serena, you need to tell him sooner or later! You can't keep doing this forever!"

Him? Clemont thought. Who were they talking about?

He heard Serena sigh. "I've tried Bonnie! But he can be so dense sometimes. Like yesterday at the Pokemon Centre, I-I thought that maybe... he might... have realised by then. But it's no use."

"But if you truly do love him then you just have to say so!" Bonnie exclaimed. "Yes I know Ash is dense, but it couldn't be that hard!"

Everything finally seemed to click into place. Serena likes Ash, Clemont thought. It all made sense now. All those times Serena would blush when Ash complimented her, or talk to her, and at the dance... The dance. Serena had wanted to go with Ash, but had put her Pokemon's preferences before her own. And by the looks of things, Miette must like Ash too. It must have been horrible for Serena to see Miette go off with Ash like that.

Clemont made up his mind. He had to help Serena, but the thing was, he didn't know much about that sort of thing. But Clemont smiled. He knew just the person for the job.

He knocked on the door, and they both stopped talking. Bonnie poked her head outside the door. "Yes? What is it Clemont - we're a little busy right now," she huffed, clearly annoyed.

"I have your pyjamas." Clemont handed them over, then he leant in closer so Serena wouldn't hear his next words. "Bonnie, I have a plan, and I'm going to need your help..."

(Ash's POV)

Ash yawned and stretched his arms over his head. Pikachu was still asleep on his pillow, and Clemont was gently snoring away in his sleeping bag.

A delicious smell wafted down the hallway, and Ash sniffed the air. His stomach grumbled - a clear sign that it was time for breakfast. He went into the kitchen and found Serena placing a plate of pancakes on the table. She looked up as Ash walked in.

She smiled at him. "Good morning Ash! You're just in time for breakfast!" Ash pulled out a chair and sat down. "Man, your cooking smells amazing Serena!"

Serena's cheeks turned pink at his words. Bonnie stumbled sleepily into the room, rubbing her eyes. She yawned. "Mmmmm... What's that smell?" she asked dreamily. Clemont came in behind her. "Breakfast, by the looks of it," he answered, taking a seat next to Ash.

Bonnie perked up and sat down and slid three pancakes onto her plate and proceeded to drown them with syrup. "Don't drown your pancakes Bonnie," Clemont chided.

Serena sat down opposite Ash, and he couldn't help but notice how pretty she looked. Bonnie coughed, and raised an eyebrow at Ash. Ash then realised he was staring at Serena, and then took a sudden interest in his food.

"I might go shopping for Christmas gifts today," Serena said. "After all, Christmas is only two days away, and I need to finish getting gifts."

Ash looked up. "Is it okay if I come with you?" he asked nervously. Serena nodded, then turned to the others. "How about you guys?"

"I'm almost done making my presents!" Bonnie exclaimed. "Same here," said Clemont. Serena gave Ash a big smile. "Then I guess it's just you and me then!"

You and me. Those words made Ash's face feel warm. "Uh- yeah! That's great!" he said. He took another bite of his food, then placed his cutlery on his plate. "We should get going soon," he told her. Serena nodded, and was about to take up the plates, when Clemont suddenly burst out, "NO!" They all stared at him. He cringed. "I-I mean that you should get going right away! Leave the dishes and cleaning up to us!" He gave a desperate look at Bonnie, who nodded vigorously in agreement. Serena frowned, confused. "Okay then." She left the room to grab her bag.

Bonnie winked at Ash, then grabber her plate and went to the sink. Clemont gave him a knowing look, then proceeded to clear the table.

"Wow! Look at that dress!" Serena exclaimed, her breath fogging up the glass window. "It's so pretty!"

It was a pretty shade of sky blue, then same colour as Serena's eyes. "I think it would look great on you!" he said without thinking. Serena blushed. "You really think so?"

"For sure!" he replied. His heart pounded in his chest again,and his face was warm again, despite the cold weather.

Serena checked her shopping bags. "Now all I'm missing is something for Bonnie, then I should be done." She turned to him. "How about you?"

He glanced down the street, and one shop in particular caught his eye. "I- um, just need to check out this one store. How about we meet back here in an hour?"

Serena nodded, and Ash couldn't help but feel a bit disappointed. Being with Serena made him feel happy, and whole. Going out with her, alone, made it almost like a... what was it called? A date?

They said their goodbyes and went their separate ways. He wished Pikachu was with him. But he had had to leave him with Clemont and Bonnie, as he had needed to buy Pikachu a gift too.

He pushed open the door to the shop and heard a little bell clang. An older woman came out from behind the front desk. "Hello there young man! How may I help you?"

"I'm looking for a gift for someone," he replied. The woman smiled. "Is this gift perhaps for a special young lady?" Ash blushed. "Uh- yeah. Yes it is."

She smiled and lead his over to one of the cabinets, which displayed a wide arrange of jewellery. "Now, I don't mean to pry or anything, but is this young lady you're girlfriend?"

Girlfriend? No way. But then again, Serena wasn't like any other girl he had travelled with. She was... different, but in a good way. She made him smile, laugh, and his heart pounded whenever she smiled at him. Brock said it was called something... love.

Ash gave the woman a small smile. "Not exactly... maybe... Maybe one day. "

Clemont mutters feeling defeated to himself " But me what can I do to her after scolding her that she ended up crying".

Serena yelled angrily at him" Then what just because she is happy you will just leave her ; But you love Bonnie right?"

Clemont silently nods and didn't utter anything.

Serena screamed at him" Then you should do your job as her brother".

She clarifies" Look since you said that you were the one that made her run away, then shouldn't you go tell her the truth instead of staying here like nothing happened".

He stuttered with his words" But I".

Clemont shook his head and sadly told himself" It's no use, I'm the one who gets mad at her".

Serena explained" But watching her is even more futile, you should try and approach her".

As for Ash and Bonnie, Bonnie glances at the outside mirror of the arcade.

This is it- she now saw his brother waiting on the outside.

Ash follows by taking a glimpse outside and also found out Serena is also there.

Ash stuttered with his words" Serena".

Bonnie feels sad to himself knowing that her brother Clemont had even follow her here.

Ash tries to see Bonnie's reaction, it turns out that she was still feeling disappointed about what happened earlier to the both of them.

He encourages her" Bonnie, I think you should try to apologize to Clemont - after all he is your brother so you should try to explain what really happened".

Bonnie stuttered with her words" But I".

Ash tries to hug her" It's OK - just do what you think is best for you".

Bonnie informs him" Ash, I wish you would try to apologize to Serena first".

Ash asked her" But why do you like me to apologize first?"

Ash glances at Serena while she winks back at him while looking at the outside mirror.

Ash muttered to himself" So she's not mad at me".

He told her" I understand then I'll go apologize to Serena".

Seconds later

Ash now faces her while Clemont is still looking at Bonnie in the outside mirror.

He open-heartedly apologized to her" Serena, I'm really sorry - it's all my fault for getting angry with you".

Serena shakes her head and tell him" Ash, it's fine - I already accept your apology".

She begins to worry about Clemont's situation by patting him on his back" Besides someone here needs to see an apology of themselves".

Bonnie and Clemont did not try to exchange looks.

Ash beckons" Bonnie, come here".

Bonnie nods now making her way facing Clemont, however things seem to get even worse when she suddenly made the apology into a disturbing chaos.

Bonnie shouted to her brother" I'm sorry brother for barging to your lame inventions and also I wish I can never see you again".

Ash and Serena both shocked with Bonnie's response" What the f*".

Bonnie ended up running away from her brother while Ash and Serena tries to follow her leaving a worthless Clemont down on his knees.

Clemont screamed for the world to hear" Noooooo, now she even hates me more".

He ended up whited out after hearing Bonnie's final response.

Meanwhile for Ash and Serena

Ash and Serena stopped for a while.

Ash face-palmed himself" Oh boy, this isn't what I'm expecting".

Serena ask him curiously" What's going on?"

Ash explains to her" I told her to apologize but I didn't expect that it would turn out like this".

Serena sweat-dropped" Me either, but how could she do such a thing to her brother".

Ash said" Who knows, anyway let's go chase after her".

Serena nods as both of them ended up chasing Bonnie.

Meanwhile for Bonnie

Ash and Serena manage to track down and chase after Bonnie.

Ash shouted while chasing her" Bonnie, what kind of apology is that".

Serena added also chasing her as well" Clemont was totally sad to hear what you just said".

She repeated her yell earlier" I hate my brother and that's it".

Bonnie now stopped for a while and seriously stated" Ash, I was wondering if you could be my brother instead for the meantime".

Serena winks and told him" Why not Ash, sure that will be great - I love to see Bonnie added to our family".

Ash decides to think a bit before making his response.

He decided" OK I understand then this will be my answer".

Ash open-arms welcomes her" Bonnie, welcome to the family".

He reminded" But you should go back to your real brother when you feel nothing in pressuring you, OK?"

Bonnie makes an OK-sign and jumps in joy" Yippee! But for now I'm happy to be part of you".;

Serena welcomes her" Same here, Bonnie - let's get along".

Bonnie nods as she begins to run happily again while screaming" Come and catch me if you can".

Ash and Serena exchanged looks before chasing again after her while shouting" Wait, we'll definitely catch you Bonnie".

Few months later

Bonnie becomes an official part of Ash and Serena's family while she has totally forgotten about her own brother.

Serena and Ash carrying Bonnie on his back now make their way to the park, the three of them ending having lots of fun playing various games and even re-visiting the arcade where various events happened between their lives. especially for Ash and Bonnie.

Currently, our heroes were taking a break at the Lumiose Pokémon Center. Ash was lazily sitting around at a one of the tables dozing off with his hat covering his eyes. Clemont was there working on one of his many inventions. Bonnie was in the room grooming some of the Pokémon. Pikachu and Dedenne always like it when she does that. And Serena was not with them right now. She went to do a few of her own errands while they were there, like shopping…

Ash, while trying to sleep, overheard some other trainers talking with each other at the table behind him. He was being a little nosy and listened in.

"So, how are you doing with her?" Trainer-A asked to his friend, who was sitting across him.

"Oh, it's going really well! I was so happy when she agreed to go on a date with me." said Trainer-B. On a date? Ash had no idea what they were referring to with that phrase.

"That's good to hear. You're gonna meet with her tomorrow, right?" he asked.

"Yeah. I'm getting kind of nervous, though."

"Hey, don't worry you'll be fine." he assured him. At this point Ash was very curious about what this Date was. He decided he would asked Clemont to see what he knew. Getting up from the table he made his way over to the inventor.

"Hey, Clemont!" he called out. The blonde gym leader turned his head to see the person who called. He was focused on what he was doing, and only heard someone call his name.

"Oh, Ash! Take a look at this!" he stood holding in front of him a device that looked like some sort of detector.

"What is that Clemont?" Ash asked curiously.

"Thanks to the future of science! I've created a Pokémon finding tool called the Pokémon Finder Mk. II!" he said confidently. Ash just had to wonder why it was named with two.

"The first one blow up on ya?"

"…Yes… but I fixed the bugs out of it so it should work perfectly now!" he said regaining the confidence he lost momentarily, "Watch this." Clemont pushed a button and turned a few knobs and a few colored dots appeared on screen.

"You see here?" he asked pointing at two of them. "That yellow one there is Pikachu and that one that has both yellow and pink is Dedenne. And it shows that they are currently in our room." Wow, it really does seem to work.

"Science is so amazing!" Ash awed at the device Clemont held. With this he could easily find tons of different Pokémon wherever they travelled.

"Mhm, and it has a long range as well! It can go up to three miles!" he side while turning the dial full capacity. And that's when things went wrong. Now the Pokémon Finder Mk. II Started sparking and displayed multiple dots slowly covering the screen.

"Uh, Clemont it's not supposed to do that, is it?" Ash asked worried that it was gonna blow up again.

"Don't worry, Ash! I have everything under control!" He said as - BAM - it blew up in their faces, leaving them charred.

"Well I guess it's back to square one…" As Clemont began working on his invention Ash remembered why he wanted to speak to him. At this point, Trainer A and B have already left during Clemont's explosive demonstration.

"Oh, Clemont. I'm curious about something."

"What is it, Ash?" Clemont said.

"I overheard some guys talking about going on a date. Do you know what they mean by that?" Clemont went red in the face. He was not expecting this kind of question coming from Ash. And how was he supposed to explain something he didn't have experience in?

"Oh, uh… Well, I don't really know for sure." He began saying still not sure what to say. "Um, what I do know is that dating usually involves a boy and a girl."

"Usually?" This was starting to becoming too much for Clemont. He felt like he was one of his inventions.

"Ah, I mean that's something I don't think I can talk about… Anyway I'm sure that it's a fun experience!" he said the last part pretty quickly.

"It is, huh?" He wondered what going on a date would be like. Maybe he should try it.

"Well, I think I should get back to the now Pokémon Finder Mk. III." Clemont said clearly wanting to end the conversation.

"Alright. I think I'll check up on Pikachu." Clemont nodded and went back to what repairing the device. As Ash walked to the room he thought more about this new concept of dating. So, it involves a boy and a girl. He was a boy. All he needed was for there to be a girl. 'Hmm, there's Serena. She's a girl, but she's pretty busy with doing whatever she's doing.' He wasn't sure what to do about this.

Ash got to the door of the room and opened it. He saw Bonnie there playing with Pikachu and Dedenne. Seemed like she was done grooming them. She turned his way when she heard the door open. She smiled widely seeing Ash.

"Ash, another one of my brothers inventions blow up again?" Ash chuckled a bit confirming her suspicions.

"Well, anyway Pikachu and Dedenne have been groomed and are ready to go!" she said while both Pokémon gave a squeak of approval. It was then Ash had a thought. A realization that Bonnie was a girl! Well, I mean, she still is…

"Hey, Bonnie." He said grabbing her attention.

"Yes?"

"We don't have much to do right now. So do you want to go on a date with me?" Bonnie was shocked that Ash would ask her something like this. She blushed like crazy, dude.

"A-A-A DATE!? WITH ME!?" She still couldn't believe it. She expected Ash to maybe ask Serena this one day, but knowing that he chose her made her feel really happy.

"Yeah. Unless you don't want to." Ash said sadly.

"NO NO I DO… but, why me?" she said, looking away a little.

"Well Clemont was telling me what a date was, and he mentioned that it involves a girl and a boy. So, I'm a boy and you're a girl, and I thought maybe we should try it." Bonnie smiled again.

"Alrighty, then. Well let's get going!" Bonnie was getting excited that she's going on her first date!

"Yeah, let's go! Come on Pikachu, Dedenne."

"Pika/Denene!" they squeaked with Pikachu hopping onto Ash's shoulder and Dedenne jumping into Bonnie's bag. And on their way they went.

Before exiting the Pokémon Center, Bonnie spotted Clemont in the corner working on the Pokémon Finder Mk. III.

"Hey, Clemont! Me and Ash will be back later! Going on a date!" She yelled to him.

"Ah, okay, have fun you two." Clemont said not paying too much mind to what she just said. With that the four left ready for a new experience.

"So what are we supposed to do, now?" Ash wondered.

"Hmm. I don't know." Of course. The two never been on a date before, so it's natural they would have no idea what to do. But then Ash came up with an idea.

"Hey, I know! How about we go play with the Pokémon at Professor Sycamore's lab?" he suggested.

"That's a great idea! I'm sure Pikachu and Dedenne would love to play with the Pokémon there." Seemed like Bonnie was up for it and so did the Pokémon.

"Then how about I race you there, Bonnie?" He said, getting ready to dash. Bonnie smirked and ran off with Ash.

The lab wasn't that far from the Pokémon Center, and since they ran they got there before anyone could say fuzzy pickles, meaning in no time at all…

Once they got there, they went inside. Sycamore was coming downstairs when he saw them come in.

"Now this is a surprise." Sycamore said.

"Hello, Professor Sycamore!" Ash greeted.

"Hello, Ash, Bonnie. I wasn't expecting you to be here today. Where's Serena and Clemont?" he asked. I guess it was a little bit unexpected. Bonnie chose to answer.

"Well, Serena went out to do some chores, and my brother is messing with one of his inventions at the Pokémon Center." Now he knew what they were doing but what about Ash and Bonnie?

"So any particular reason why you two are here?" the professor wondered.

"Me and Ash are on our first date!" A date they said, huh.

"You're both on are on a date and the first place you go to is my Pokémon Lab?" Sycamore joked.

"Well, me and Bonnie wanted to play with the Pokémon for a while." Ash answered. Sycamore could see that both kids were getting restless. If that's what they want to do, then why deny it?

"Alright, alright, calm down. Come this way." Sycamore led Ash and Bonnie into the garden that was in the lab. There was many different types of Pokémon. Caterpie, Combee, Azurill, Marill, Helioptile, Weedle, Psyduck, Zigzagoon, Linoone, Fletching, and Scatterbugs everywhere. Pikachu and Dedenne ran around with the other Pokémon enjoying themselves. Ash and Bonnie were playing tag with some of them with Bonnie being it. They were having a fun and lost track of time, although their stomachs reminded them that it was time to move on.

"Hey, Ash. I'm getting a little hungry." Bonnie said with a grumble.

"Now that you mention it, I am too." Ash replied with his tummy rumbling.

"Gah! If only Serena or Clemont were here. They would be making something delicious for us!" Bonnie whined. Sycamore looked at the two kids. 'Their date certainly isn't like my first one, but I should give them a bit of help.' he thought.

"You know, there's a place near Prism Tower that you could go to. It's cheap but it's really good." the professor suggested. It was actually a place he went to in his younger days. Also the place he took his first girlfriend to.

"Sounds great, professor! What is it called?" Ash asked.

"It's called The Amour House. It's a small old café that I used to go to. Sadly it's gonna be closed down soon." Hearing this saddened them. Sycamore probably shouldn't have mentioned that.

"Aww, how come?" Bonnie asked feeling a bit bad.

"Well, it hasn't had much business lately and the owner won't be able to keep it going anymore. It's a shame too. I had many memories there."

"That's so sad." Bonnie began to tear up, and Dedenne did the same. Ash needed to comfort her. He kneeled down to be eye level with her.

"Hey, Bonnie, it will be okay." Ash began pulling her into a hug. "Think about it like this. Me and you will be able to experience something that Professor Sycamore has experienced long ago. Plus this will make our date even more memorable, knowing that we were given a chance to." They pulled away slightly and he saw Bonnie calm down. The Professor was happy that he didn't accidentally ruin their day.

"You're right Ash. Thank you." She said giving him another hug. This time a little more cheerful.

"Don't mention it. Now let's get going. I'm even hungrier than I was a while ago." Ash said. The group had a laugh.

"Follow me, you two. I'll lead you there." Ash and Bonnie followed him out of the lab, and on their way to The Amour House.

They arrived there after a twelve minute walk. The café certainly looked old but nice at the same time. The group entered through the glass door. A woman looked towards them from a desk at the other end of the room. She seemed to almost Professor Sycamore's age, actually.

"Augustine. It's nice to see you again. What brings you here?" she asked.

"Well, these two are on a date. They're hungry so I suggested they come here." he said gesturing to the two kids.

"I see. So these kiddos will be my last customers." Ash and Bonnie remembered what the Professor said and felt bad.

"The professor has told us what's gonna happen to this place. I'm sorry this is happening to you" Ash told her.

"Don't worry about it. These things just happen. Though I put a lot of time and work into this place. I'm just glad that my mother made this work." The kids and Pokémon felt better.

"Now, sit at any table you like." the lady said to them. Professor Sycamore thought it was time to leave them alone.

"I'll leave you two alone. I'll be back at the lab if you need me. Hope you both have a good rest of the day. " Sycamore said. Ash and Bonnie waved him off. They sat near a booth near the window. And the lady came and gave them a menu.

"So, while you decide on what you want, what do you want to drink?" She asked.

"I would like some orange juice, please." Bonnie said.

"I'll have some coffee." Oh, and some water for the Pokémon." She nodded and headed off back. So it was just Ash and Bonnie alone. Of course, Pikachu and Dedenne are there too.

"Hey, Ash." said person turned to her hearing his name. "What would you think people would say if they saw us together?" Ash took a second to think about it till he said.

"Well I don't think it should matter. Whatever people think of us shouldn't affect how we see each other." Bonnie blushed.

"That's true. I shouldn't be worried about that, huh?"

"Yeah, no need to worry about a thing, Bonnie!" Ash said with a thumbs up. Even though he says that, Bonnie was wondering about two certain traveling companions.

"What do you think Clemont and Serena would say?" Clemont and Serena? Ash just assumed they would be fine with it.

"Well, I'm sure they'll be okay with us going out on our own." Bonnie wasn't so sure about that, but she accepted that answer. Just then, the lady came back with the drinks and placed them down on the table.

"Here are your drinks, and are you ready with your orders?" she asked. Were they ready? It didn't seem like they looked at the menus at all.

"I'll have a cheeseburger." Ash said.

"And I'll have some spaghetti!"

"Alright, well, I'll be right back with your food, you love-pidgeys." she turned while chuckling. This confused Ash. What was a love-pidgey?

"I never heard of a love-pidgey. Is that a new Pokémon?" Bonnie laughed at Ash's denseness.

"Maybe I'll explain it later, okay?" Ash had no choice but to wait. A little while later, their food arrived. Don't worry, the Pokémon weren't forgotten. They got their food too. It was all delicious. The four tummies had full bellies and were now resting for a bit.

"Hope you enjoyed the food!" It certainly seemed like they enjoyed it.

"We did!" Bonnie answered. Ash and the Pokémon can agree with her on that. The lady was just satisfied that her last customers were happy.

"Well, I'll let you all rest. I have to go, but when you leave, please make sure the lights are off and the door is locked, okay?" The kids nodded and she exited out The Amour House.

"So, what should we do next, Ash? Bonnie asked. Ash had to think a little bit, but couldn't come up with anything. Then he eyed the two Pokémon with them, which gave him an idea.

"Well I do have one idea…" Ash said.

"What is it?" Bonnie really wanted to know what it was Ash thought up.

"Well I know that you're not of age yet, but…" he paused which made Bonnie more impatient. "As long as no one sees us. How about we-" he then whispered into her ear. Whatever he suggested put a huge smile on her face…

Meanwhile back at the Pokémon Center. Serena has finally returned to the Pokémon Center and she was exhausted. The performer spotted Clemont finishing his Pokémon Finder Mk. III.

"Hey, Clemont! Uh, have you been at that spot this whole time?" Serena asked. She remembered before leaving this morning that Clemont was there at that exact spot working on the first version.

"Ah, Serena! You're back! And, uh, maybe…" he said scratching the back of his head. "I guess I've just lost track of time again. Heh."

"For now maybe you should take a break, okay?" Serena told him.

"That does sound good right now. Maybe I'll go eat something." just as Clemont was gonna leave, Serena noticed two people were missing.

"Hey, Clemont. Where is Ash and Bonnie?"

"Oh, them? Don't worry about it they went out on a date." Did she hear correctly? She could have sworn he said something just now.

"Um, what did you just say?" She asked.

"I said they're both… on a… date…" Looks like he just realised what he just said. Just then he was grabbed by the collar.

"What's going on, Clemont!? How did this happen!? Tell me now, seriously!" Serena yelled. It seemed she wasn't to happy about this.

"S-Serena, please try to calm down!" She let go of him and took some deep breaths.

"I'm sorry… but still what happened, Clemont?" He tried to think of what happened earlier and he does remember something like that being mentioned.

"Well, I'm not totally sure but I remember Ash asking about it, since he heard some other trainers talk about it. I told him that it involved a boy and a girl, and I guess he wanted to try it out. He probably asked Bonnie because you weren't here." he explained. Serena listened to every word carefully. So it was Clemont's fault. She grabbed him again by the ear this time.

"Alright, Clemont, we're gonna go find them." She said dragging him off to find the two. Ash and Bonnie better be careful.

"Ow, wait, Serena! Do you have to pull me by my ear? That hurts!"

Back with Ash and Bonnie. They arrived at the place Clemont and Ash first battled.

"Wow, Isn't this the place where you and Clemont had your battle?" Bonnie remembered.

"You're right about that. And now it will be our first battle together!" Bonnie smiled confidently and ran to one side of the field.

"I'm ready, Ash! And so is Dedenne!" she yelled.

"Dene!" Ash ran to the opposite side. For this battle, of course, he was using Pikachu.

"And so are we, Bonnie! I'll let you have the first move!" Well, that was nice of him.

"Alright, Dedenne! Use Nuzzle!" cutting right to the chase, huh. Ash knew the perfect counter.

"Why don't you nuzzle back, Pikachu!" Wait, but Pikachu doesn't know Nuzzle, right?

Dedenne and Pikachu both ran towards each other gathering electricity into their cheeks. For Pikachu, though, he mostly just improvised. They made contact and rubbed their cheeks against each other, with electricity sparking everywhere.

"Woh! A Nuzzle battle!" Bonnie said. The Pokémon stopped and put some distance between each other.

"Pikachu, Quick Attack!" Ash commanded. Pikachu started feeling lighter and dashed toward Dedenne. Bonnie had to think fast.

"Dedenne, use Tackle!" Dedenne again ran toward Pikachu pushing his weight forward. However, when they reached each other he was overpowered by the Quick Attack and fell back a bit. Bonnie worried that Dedenne couldn't get up was but he wasn't gonna give up.

"Don't worry, Bonnie! You and Dedenne will just keep getting stronger and stronger from here!" Ash told her. To Bonnie, she looked up to Ash. How strong he was, how he always helped other trainers along their own journeys, and just how much he cared for Pokémon. 'Cared… maybe… he can take care of me from now on.' Bonnie thought to herself.

"Use Tackle again, Dedenne!" Dedenne repeated his previous action, but this time a little bit quicker.

"Dodge it!" Ash said to Pikachu. The mouse moved out of the way of the attack, but Dedenne wasn't having any of that. BAM, direct hit!

"Wow, I'm impressed, Bonnie!" She was happy for the praise. It was Ash's turn now.

"Alright, Pikachu! Thunderbolt!"

"Pi-Ka-Chuuuuu!" A bolt of lightning emitted from Pikachu heading toward Dedenne. It wouldn't do much damage seeing as both Pokémon are electric types but oh well.

"Push back with a Thundershock!" the fairy Pokémon released a similar bolt and both attacks collided. The attacks created a small explosion.

"Woh, that was awesome!" As they continued their battle, Serena and Clemont arrived and were hidden behind some bushes.

"I thought you said they were on a date, Clemont." Well, that's what he heard.

"I thought so too. Maybe I heard wrong?" he said.

"Well we better keep an eye on them for now." Clemont wasn't sure if he should be spying on his little sister and best friend but he had to go along with it.

The battle was fierce. Pikachu and Dedenne both looked pretty tired now. Ash thought that this was enough for now.

"How about we draw it here, Bonnie?" he asked the little blonde girl.

"That sounds good. We will continue this battle one day, Ash!" that sounded like a plan. The four rested on a bench near the wall. That's when they realised that the sun was going down.

"Wow, I didn't realise how much time went by." Bonnie said. The others agreed, but they had a great time together.

The ones still hiding in the bush were still watching.

"I got to admit Bonnie was pretty good there." Clemont said. "I know she'll be a great trainer one day." Serena was listening but she was focused on Ash and Bonnie. She had a bad feeling about all this.

"I think we should head back to the Pokémon Center soon." Ash suggested. Though Bonnie didn't want to leave quite yet. She had something to say first.

"Hold on." Ash turned to Bonnie wondering what was up. She got up from her seat and stood in front of him. The ones hiding were curious as to what was gonna happen next.

"You know, Ash, you're a keeper." This got Clemont and Serena nervous. Ash, of course, didn't get it right away.

"Am I?" he wondered. Bonnie got down on her knee and extended her right hand. A sight that made the eavesdroppers gasp. They both knew where this was going.

"Ash, would you please take care of me from now on?" Bonnie proposed with a blush that made her look like a Pikachu. Ash was stunned for sure. Bonnie usually did this sort of thing to get girls to take care of her brother.

"Wow… Bonnie, are you sure?"

"Yes, I'm positive!" she said still in that pose. Ash felt touched. He took her hand into his and smiled.

"Alright. I will." As he said that Bonnie immediately attacked him with a Nuzzle of her own. Ash just managed not to fall over.

"Well, it appears I did hear correctly." Clemont said. "Maybe now Bonnie will stop trying to hook me up with people. Hahahah…" he joked before looking to Serena. He stopped when he saw that she didn't look very good.

"Hey, you alright?..." he tried asking but Serena got up to go back.

"I'm heading back to the Pokémon Center. I'm tired…" she said walking away. He decided too that he would go back.

"Well, it is getting late." he said.

The Pokémon looked at their caretakers who were currently in a hug. They separated and were ready to go back.

"So, Bonnie, you ready to go?" Ash asked.

"Yup, let's go, everybody!" The four were on there way back. They passed by the soon to be closed café and Sycamore's lab. That's when Ash spotted something.

"Oh, Bonnie, could you wait here for a sec?" He said as he entered a small store that they had passed once. Bonnie wondered why he suddenly went in there, but didn't think to much of it. She sat at a bench with the Pokémon waiting for him to come out. And then he did.

"I'm back Bonnie, and I got something for you." A present! Bonnie really wanted to see what he got for her.

"What is it, Ash?" he then showed her another Dedenne!

"A Dedenne plush toy just for you!" he said. "It's even a official size." Bonnie and Dedenne Absol-lutely loved it. She took it in her hands and showed it to Dedenne up close. You almost couldn't tell them apart.

"Ash, this-! I mean it's-! I just-! I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!" Bonnie yelled as she jumped to pull Ash's face to meet hers. She laid her lips on his for a few seconds and pulled away quickly. Ash looked like he was hit by Thunderwave.

"Woah, did I just do that?!" Bonnie just had her first kiss with Ash. They both stood there staring at each other's eyes for a while quietly, until someone else broke the silence.

"I sure wasn't expecting to see that today." Ash and Bonnie flinched hearing the voice. They turned to see who the voice came from.

"Miette!?" Yes, it was indeed the blue haired Pokémon performer, Miette. What was she doing at this time of day?

"Wow, Ash. I had no idea you were into, uh, that." she said. Ash and Bonnie had no idea what she meant by that.

"Into what?" Miette chose just to just drop it. They all talked for a bit before Miette had to leave. Apparently she was doing last minute errands or something.

The group made their way back to the Pokémon Center holdin' hands.

"I really had fun today, Bonnie." Ash said.

"I did too, Ash. I hope we get to do this again soon!" The boy with the Pikachu smiled at the girl with the Dedenne. He noticed that she was looking pretty tired. At least it was a good thing they made it to the Pokémon Center just now.

They entered and noticed Clemont was at the table waiting for them. The inventor heard them come in and looked in their direction.

"Oh, you're both back." Clemont said. "How did everything go?"

"Oh, it was great." Bonnie said tiredly.

"Hey, you should probably go to bed, Bonnie." Ash suggested to her, which she nodded to.

"Ah, Bonnie, you'll have to sleep in our room tonight. I went to check up on Serena in her room and the door was locked." Clemont told them. Ash was wondered why she would do that. She should have known Bonnie would come back.

"Well, then let's all hit the sack. And I'll tell you about everything that happened today tomorrow, okay?" He said, directing the last sentence to Clemont. He himself was worn out working of his invention earlier and agreed to wait until morning.

Bonnie chose to sleep with Ash in his bed. She cuddled up to him and fell asleep.

"You know, Bonnie. I still need to tell you that I love you too. Goodnight." he said quietly. Before falling into a slumber, he kissed her on the forehead.

After their date that day, Ash viewed Bonnie differently than he did the day before. He wasn't sure why, but whatever it was he didn't mind. It was his job now to take care of her from now on. He might even bring her back to Pallet when the Kalos journey is over. For now, let's hope their future adventures together will always be filled with excitement

The next morning morning Clement went to Serena's Room and said can I talk to you She said OK he came in And said Serena i have had feelings for you for quite a while but I wanted to get Bonnie together with someone before I said anything because then she'd would stop begging me about taken in a wife so would you like to go on a date with me And she said sure so they did The next day they went to their house and ash said Mr. And mrs Your daughter has something she needs to ask you and if he say yes I will make sure that she comes back every once and a while to visit you then a Bonnie said mom dad I would like to go live in the Kanto Region with my boyfriend ash I told her there is no having you what until she's of age but kissing is different and Serena and Clemont are dating to they said congratulations to them and told Bonnie that she had to come home every Christmas she said ok and we well come see you for Thanksgiving he called his mom and told her that he was bringing home a girl with him that is his new girlfriend to stay with me she said who then Bonnie came into the video call and said i am she said congratulations and when are you coming home ash said in a month after she gets her starter Pokemon from professor Sycamore She said OK see you in a month and they hung up a month later they went to the Kanto region

Ash had just finished off his second bowl of Mallow's famous Alolan stew. He was just about to start on his third when he and his group of friends were interrupted by Samson Oak, their school's principle.

"Sorry to disturb you all during your weekend but I just received a phone call from my cousin Professor Oak, from the Kanto region and he has invited all of you to his famous Christmas party held at his laboratory in Ash's home of Pallet Town" He announced to his students. Both Ash and Lana's eyes lit up upon hearing this news

"You mean we'll get to see Misty again"? Lana asked

"You mean I get to spend Christmas at home?" Ash asked at the same time as Lana. Mallow couldn't help but laugh at her blue-haired friend.

"Aw, is somebody a little smitten?" She teased

"N-no" Lana denied, growing red in the face, which caused Mallow to giggle even more, until Lillie scolded her for her teasing.

"I can't wait to see what cultural differences there are between Alola and Kanto at Christmas time" Kiawe pondered.

Meanwhile, Ash couldn't contain his excitement anymore and exclaimed joyfully

"I'M GOING HOME FOR CHRISTMAS" wearing a smile that was so infectious his entire group couldn't help but share in his excitement.

"I bet you can't wait, can you Ash?" Ash's RotomDex asked

"Nope, I really can't!" Ash replied.

"I can't either, I get another chance to document all of Kantos Pokemon, I only missed out on one last time and I'm determined to complete my data"

"Well, the good news is we'll be flying out in three days time," Samson Oak told his students which prompted more excited muttering from the group.

"Don't forget, Professor Oak will have someone waiting for you at the airport, have a safe flight honey, love you"

"Okay mum, see you soon, love you too" Ash replied before hanging up the phone.

"Excited to be going home again Ash?" Professor Kukui asked, sitting down next to Ash and handing him his dinner.

"Yeah! I mean, I love it here in Alola, everyone is always so friendly and I've made some awesome new friends but... I do miss home quite a bit" Ash admitted

"Understandable, you are a long way from Kanto, I know how you feel, I felt the same when I travelled to Kanto to take on your gym leaders when I was younger. The adventure was amazing but I would always miss Alola"

"You travelled around Kanto, earning gym badges?" Ash asked

"Yeah, I even travelled with a friend I made... A really tough young trainer named Norman" Kukui admitted

"Norman? Did he come from the Hoeen region?" Ash enquired

"He did yeah, how did you..."

"I beat him when I was in Hoeen and earned his gym badge, I even travelled with his daughter may and his son Max," Ash told him

"Oh wow, it's a small world" Kukui laughed.

Ash, Mallow, Lillie, Lana, Kiawe, Sophocles, Samson Oak and Professor Kukui, along with all of their Pokemon made their way through the airports arrival lounge ash was carrying lana on his shoulder they were looking for the person Professor Oak had sent over to pick them up, Ash was hoping it was his mother and Mr. Mime while Lana was secretly hoping that Misty was there to greet them again.

"Hiya... Ash " a lovely voice greeted from behind the group, a voice that made the hairs on the back of Ash's neck stand up and chills run down his spine. He turned around and came face to face with his best friend may and her dad Norman

"It's nice to meet you may, are you an old friend of Ash's?" It was Lillie who spoke up first

"Oh yeah, Ash and I go way back" may replied, flashing Ash a sly grin.

"I can tell you more stories once we get back to my Grandpa's lab in Pallet Town, come on, I've got a car waiting for us outside" may added, gesturing towards the exit. ash said he was going to fly garchomp their he said honey do you wont to go with them or me lana said you he said ok here we go and took off he got there and landed out back bonnie saw him and ran to him and jumped in to his arms and said your home yes for 4 days she said how is she he said my girlfriend lana and lana this is bonnie my adopted daughter they said nice to meat you

Ash and lana made their way into Professor Oak's laboratory. As Ash walked in his jaw dropped. He and his Alolan friends were the last to arrive and everybody else was already here. There was Misty, Brock, Ritchie, Tracey, gary, Max, Drew, Dawn, Iris, Cilan, Bianca, Steven, Serena. Everybody who he'd ever travelled with throughout his journies through the various regions as well as other friends and rivals he'd made along the way. Tyson, Trip, Paul, Harrison, Bianca and Aria. Also in attendance were Pokemon League Champions, Steven, Cynthia and Diantha. Before Ash could open his mouth to greet everyone, Lana pushed past him and made a beeline straight towards Misty.

"Well that didn't take her long" Mallow giggled

"So Ash... I take it you've told all your new friends all about how you know the amazing Gary Oak?" Gary asked, turning to face Ash

"I'd been planning on it, just never got around to it" Ash muttered

"Oh. Okay, have you told them about how you used to wet the bed every night?" Gary asked, obviously trying to embarrass Ash. Before he could answer back lana replied with gritted teeth

"So what if he did, I used too, so did a lot of kids" Gary looked at lana for a second before returning his focus back to Ash

"Aw, looks like you've found yourself a girlfriend, about time too, I was beginning to think you was more of a fairy type than Flabebe" Gary smirked before walking away. Ash hung his head, letting Gary get to him again like he had done all his life. He felt a number of hands on his back and shoulders as his Alolan friends showed their support for him

"Forget about him Ash" Lillie comforted.

"Thanks, guys" Ash muttered. he said I'm going to my secret place on the farm if you need me ok they said lana asked if she can come to he said yes so they went to he secret place

The next night while Professor Oak's Christmas Party was in full swing Ash, Misty, Mallow, Lana and Brock were stood in a corner. Mallow explaining to Lana, Brock and Misty what had taken place between Ash and Gary yesterday.

"So he's still a massive jerk then" Misty muttered

"Are you okay Ash?" Brock asked, noticing that Ash had not taken his eyes off of Gary all evening. Unbeknownst to the others, Ash was formulating a plan, one that would shut Gary up (or that was Ash's hope anyway.) He glanced up at the ceiling and spotted a sprig of mistletoe. With a confident smirk, he stepped forward, ready to put his plan into action

"Yeah, I'll be back in a moment," He told his friends. He marched over towards Gary, grabbing him by the arm and dragging him underneath the mistletoe.

"What are you doing?" Gary demanded

"You know I was thinking about what you said yesterday and... You're right... I am a bit of a "Fairy type" but so are you" Ash answered, throwing Gary's insult from yesterday back at him before forcefully pressing his lips against Gary's. He pulled away and left Gary stood under the mistletoe, dumbfounded and speechless. Ash walked back to where Misty, Brock, Lana and Mallow were stood

"I think that shut him up" Ash smirked. it did lana said then bonnie came to him and said can i talk to you about a boy i like he said yes she said it was max Maple he said to tell him what is in your heart and if he doesn't fell the same you can come to me or her and we well give you hugs she did and he did not fell the same so she ran to were ash and lana were at before and did not find them she asked Lillie were ash or lana were she said lana is out back feeding garchomp his food she went out and found her and ran to her and she hugged her until her dad came she ran to him He said what is the matter she said the boy I love doesn't feel the same way about me that I feel about him he said everything will be fine would you like to come back to Alola with us she said OK then they went inside than he took lana to the front of the room and took the microphone and said can i get everyone to listen to what i have to say everyone looked at him he got on one knee and said lana would you be my girlfriend and she was surprised and said yes and kissed him everyone clapped and said it is about time he gets a girlfriend after that he found Kukui and said is it ok if she comes to live with us and he said if it is ok with her family he said I'm her adopted dad her family died in a fire i was there and her brother Clemont one of my friends said to get her out and to adopt her so i did he said she can but you have to share a room with her they said ok wene do we live he said in 2 days they went to get her stuff from the house and took it to the professor's lab and 2 days later he asked are you afraid of flying she said yes so he gave her a sleeping pill and said take this it well put you to sleep she did he carried her on to the airplane and they were off they landed in Alola and went to get her things and they took them to Kukui's house
