Progress update:
I normally update this fic once per month but I've been more than late on this last update so I'd like to do two things in this post: A) Explain and B) Give assurances.
The explanation for the delay is twofold, One life happened. Work, other responsibilities, general stress of some big RL projects and other such things got in the way. But the second reason and this is the big one, the chapter itself wasn't really 'working' as it was written.
Normally I'm more than happy to jump between places and POVs and capable of doing such but given that this last event is taking place over three very different places and multiple different fights (nearly 10), jumping between one POV and the other simply was not working. The chapter felt *at best* bloated and disorienting, and at worst like an utterly convoluted mess where you can't really get invested in one scene before you're yanked out to the next one and all three parts that should have significant impact fell completely flat on their faces.
So, I started getting to work on fixing that;
Ultimately all three "zones" will be split into their own individual chapters and these chapters will each be released simultaneously once all three are done given that they're taking place simultaneously in universe.
This will cause the update to be delayed for a bit longer but will deliver a much larger update when it does drop apologies for the delay to those still reading but as stated before the fic is nearing completion and it will be completed one way or another to the best of my abilities.
